Well here's the real physics.
Electron neither travels nor vibrates but it spin on its axis.
If you spin electron you got travelling magnetic field.

A mind control machine was invented by researchers at the University of Washington. The University of Washington mind control machine recently surfaced in a YouTube video that shows one man controlling another man's finger with his brain. The researchers say the “brain to brain interface can be used remotely. With the University of Washington mind control machine, “Now the internet can be used to connect brains.”

In the YouTube video, Scientist Andrea Stocco, a psychology researcher from the University of Washington, was playing a computer video game, when his colleague Rajesh Rao took control of Andrea's finger by sending a pulse that caused his finger to move on a keyboard.

This is a major breakthrough that is worthy of a major motion picture. As fiction becomes fact after University of Washington researchers discovered how to perform human mind-control.
Assistant psychology professor Andrea Stocco said "The internet was a way to connect computers, and now it can be a way to connect brains."

Rajesh Rao was hooked up to some complex scientific equipment and sent a brain signal to Stocco. The researcher was on the other side of the campus at the time. The pulse caused Stocco's finger to move on a keyboard. Stocco said it felt like a nervous twitch.

The researchers said not to worry about becoming remote-controlled zombie mutants who do their master’s bidding. Chantel Prat, an assistant University of Washington psychology professor, said "There's no possible way the technology that we have could be used on a person unknowingly or without their willing participation."

So don’t break out the tin foil hats yet. Well, don’t ever break out the tinfoil hats. Other research has shown it’s actually easier to control someone brain if they are wearing aluminum foil on their head. Whether it’s because aluminum foil amplifies the signal or whether people who wear tin foil hats are more easily controlled has not been studied.

But now, science, as usual, is moving closer to making mind control a reality, with researchers at the University of Washington demonstrating what they believe to be the first direct brain-to-brain communication through a special device over the Internet.
The scientists, Rajesh Rao and Andrea Stocco, were using equipment and theories previously established by the scientific community, and have been used to control the minds of lab rats. The rudimentary mind control process, as shown below, uses a device that records information from someone's brain activity, and then transfers it to a device that stimulates the other person's brain into performing an action.

In order to demonstrate mind control, Rao, Stocco, and their team set up two labs across the University of Washington campus, with only a Skype connection that the two scientists did not see to coordinate the effort. The two scientists were seated, with Stocco seated in front of a keyboard On one side, Rao played a basic video game with his mind, using a device to record his thoughts. At a critical moment, Rao, without moving his body, imagined moving his right hand to hit an imaginary button to fire a weapon. Stocco's brain responded to the activity by involuntarily moving his finger to hit the spacebar.

However, the process remains inherently basic. Rao spent a lot of time training his mind so he could send the proper brainwave for moving the right hand to the device being used. While technologies are continuing to develop that improve the detection of specific brain activity (such as moving the body or performing complex functions), the process of full mind control remains a long ways away. Every day seems to bring new revelations in the area of neuroscience. Obama’s BRAIN project appears to being paying dividends.

And, just like that, the next level has already been reached: remote controlled humans … via the Internet.

We recently reported on the release of a secret DARPA mind control program at Arizona State University. Part of that research was focused specifically on the attempt to replicate through language the same results obtained with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, which is a way to directly control movements, speech, and one’s perception of reality via electromagnetic waves aimed at the cerebral cortex. Julie Beal also reported on DARPA’s solicitation for portable brain recorders that could eventually be used in every classroom in America. Clearly there is a will to put research into action.

But so far, the ability to remote control an object from a distance with the mind alone has been limited to video games, drones, and the above-mentioned mouse. Julie Beal has speculated that perhaps this type of wireless control over another human being’s brain contributed to the strange “short circuits” that have been seen in many news reporters. It’s no longer beyond the realm of possibility.
