I would like to volunteer to help inform T.I.s, victims residing in Japan, mainly those in Tokyo (or within Kanto plain) of DEWs, perps through websites, books and an NPO, and where to turn to and who to talk to about electronic harassment, the situation they are in and what they can at least do to pull through hard times and so on in English and Japanese.

All nationalities are welcome, feel free to talk about DEW-related issues in English or Japanese.
