Quanto segue non riguarda assolutamente la famiglia ROBOL di Claudio e Luigi, semmai chi ha interferito in data 10 ottobre 2013 nel continuare a non farmi terminare di parlare e tale Avvocato ROBOL non era presente perchè era una certa Cristiana la Avvocato di quel giorno e quindi egli e famiglia è del tutto estraneo ai fatti perchè è subentrato dopo. Dal video e dalle ultime dichiarazioni si apprende che Maria era una persona sanissima e che si trovò in mezzo ad un contenzioso famigliare ben familiare anche ai giorni nostri l'eredità. Ci sono persone che stanno tre ore a scrivere un post o un articolo, poi arriva il furbo di turno, lo copia tutto e lo ripubblica sul suo blog o spazio web come fosse opera sua senza aggiungere in calce l'URL e la fonte. In taluni casi si tratta di ingenuità, di persone che si sono avvicinate al web da poco, ma spesso c'è anche malafede. (-_-)
Perchè moltissimi ricopiano le notizie? Perchè più volte è accaduto che gli articoli venissero reindirizzati oppure soppressi per i più svariati motivi e trovandoli interessantissimi, i più creano una copia di sicurezza su di un loro spazio web. Quante volte è accaduto nel corso degli anni che riempiendo il browser di links, successivamente ne trovo una marea che sono scomparsi, o reindirizzati, oppure il sito web è stato chiuso oppure mi compare errore 404 e ho perso una marea di fonti del sapere? Cosa bisogna fare se ti ricopi una notizia per dimostrare di non essere in malafede? Aggiungere sempre l'URL visibile, l'autore (se si è identificato) e citare la legge n. 62/2001, oltre a ciò elargire una email box, o comunque la possibilità di mediazione, qualora chi volesse rivendicarne la paternità, volesse comunicare direttamente con chi ha effettuato questa sorta di "backup online"della notizia o immagine, documentario o TG in modo da avere una mediazione diretta e cercare una soluzione onesta adottanto la "legge del buon senso".
In questo caso,una pagina facebook dà la possibilità di scrivere agli amministratori un messaggio privato che di certo non verrà certo scartato e con i giusti tempi e un pò di pazienza, l'interlocutore riceverà risposta nei più brevi tempi possibili.
Se qualcuno volesse dare un'occhiata agli album di questa pagina, noterà che ogni immagine al suo interno reca l'URL e la parola "source" (sorgente) proprio per rispetto e correttezza di chiunque, tranne alcune e precisamente quelle sono state scansionate o create dagli stessi di questa pagina sociale fb, e sarebbero di proprietà della pagina, che comunque le mette a disposizione di tutti. Qui da noi, si sorgenta tutto,ma proprio tutto per dimostrare di non essere in malafede e da qui in avanti, ad ogni nota o argomento blog, si ricopierà questa parte finale perchè se non lo sapevi, adesso lo sai e sennò basta chiedere perchè chiedere è lecito, rispondere è cortesia.

Grazie a Panorama, abbiamo accertato che in Italia, sono abituati a creare una legge per ogni peto e poi ad incasinarsi uno con l'altro e le mafie ridono. Mai sentito parlare di "legge del buon senso"o legge del karma? Esiste inoltre la legge del taglione che altri chiamano "giustizia privata". (O_o)

Il Trentino Alto-Adige fino al 1918 apparteneva all'Impero Austroungarico di Francesco Giuseppe e l'imperatrice Elisabetta Amalia Eugenia di Wittelsbach detta Sissi. Gli anziani nonni trentini e altoatesini, spesso affermano che sotto l'impero austroungarico c'erano poche leggi ma giuste.
Questa frase ancora circola e viene tramandata di generazione in generazione.
Dalla statistica e ricerca di Panorama del 2012, noto che la Germania è al secondo posto con 5.500 leggi dopo l'inghilterra che ne mostra 3.000. Quindi se hanno fatto bene i conti, la Germania ha ancora poche leggi a differenza dell'Italia e ci si augura siano ancora poche e giuste. Il mio sospetto è che le RoMafie Capitali abbiano interesse nel creare più leggi possibili articolandosi con paroloni da letterati per rincoglionire il più possibile la popolazione per poi rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro e cercare ogni pelo nell'uovo. Basti pensare che io sono in possesso di una Costituzione cartacea del 1956. Se raffronto la Costituzione di Terracini, Grassi De Nicola e De Gasperi degli anni '50, con quella attuale e moderna, già essa è differente. Ogni anno creano apposta nuove leggi, nuove normative e cambiano regolamenti in Italia. Perfino coloro che si ritengono onesti P.G. a forza di cambiargli i regolamenti non ci capiscono più un cavolino e diventa una partita a scacchi.
I 4 nominati avevano stilato la Costituzione molto semplice affinchè ogni singolo italiano potesse leggerla con semplicità ed interpretarla subito senza rimbecillirsi ad ogni riga con il vocabolario. Un aforisma dice: "La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza".
Il mio sospetto è che siano tutte manovre politiche filomafiose di coloro che poi vogliono far esibire un saccente dottorato in lex per poi rimbecillire ogni singolo cittadino italiano e rischiare di rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro. La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza e la gente comune ha altro a cui pensare che alle vostre insulse leggi per tenere in piedi questo Stato sgangherato. Eventualmente prova a raffrontare una vecchia Costituzione con quella nuova e intanto tu continua a creare leggi su leggi per ogni scorreggia (peto). Ogni anno cambia regolamenti normative e usa eziandio parole sempre più astruse per evidenziare il tuo grande dottorato e pavoneggiarti da grande letterato affinchè nessuno ci capisca niente e ti mandi a quel paese appena ti vede.
Mi raccomando inoltre di continuare a giocare con il "legale" e "illegale" e affiancare altri RE ai tre menzionati in questo argomento della sezione blog. Qui c'è una droga legale che frutta triliardi di bisanti di sesterzi e piotte.
Quel cappellone sovversivo e sobillatore nazareno chiamato Gesù Cristo era solito addidare farisei e sadducei definendoli "I maestri della legge". Essi infatti erano studiati come le attuali toghe rosse e toghe nere ed amministravano la legge secondo i loro porci comodi. Cristo comunque solerte diceva alle persone: "Ascoltateli,ma non imitateli". I farisei - infatti - erano ottimi oratori (come Sant'Agostino di Tagaste) e sapevano spiegare la presunta legge tuttavia Cristo li continuava ad ammonire (moneo-es) ed è per tal motivo che Gesù invitava la gente ad imparare da loro ascoltandoli,ma non di imitare tale loggia, casta, clan, cerchia, camarilla, sodalizio, associazione, lega, comitato,consorzio, setta, partito (sono tutti sinonimi) perchè erano falsi ed ipocriti come Giuda. I tribunali sono gestiti da farisei, sadducei, filistei e un tantino amorrei. Come dico sempre, invece che andare al bar, se ti vuoi ubriacare prova a rerquentare giudici e avvocati e a leggere le loro leggi. Me uscirai talmente 'mbriago,ma talmente 'mbriago che rischierai un coma etilico con tutte le loro insulse e assurde leggi cambiate, ricambiate e ricambiate ancora. Ne uscirai talmente rinco e 'mbriago, che è peggio di andare in un'osteria. Sono più forti un barman nello 'mbriagare le persone semplici e comuni e inoltre sono autistici. Vivono nel loro mondo della legge fariseistica italiana.
Ragionamenti degni di nota mi fanno inoltre riflettere su RoMafia Capitale e convincermi che a creare centra proprio RoMafia Capitale e che Roma sia sotto il dominio dei CasaMonika e di altre cosche.
Piero Marazzo fu Governatore della regione Lazio. Venne incastrato nel giochino di transessuali che poi vennero ammazzati e si additavano i Carabinieri della Trionfale.
Dopo di lui fu Renata Polverini a divenire Governatore Lazio e dopo poco tempo inizio del suo mandato scovò una marea di microspie nei suoi uffici che denunciò. Sono in possesso di un TG1 registrato con schedaTV dove Renata è a dir poco adirata. Alla fine verrà fatta fuori come Piero Marrazzo. Dopo di lei, si avrà com,e sindaco Gianni Alemanno che finirà nei casini con Operazione Mondo di Mezzo tra Buzzi e Carminati. Il suo successore sarà Ignazio Marino che sarà costretto anche lui ad andarsene.

Cerca di tenere una buona cronostoria, aggiungere date di otto cifre ai tuoi argomenti nei tuoi spazi web, a sorgentare e stare alla larga da trolls, flamers (flame informatico), spammers e scammers e tutti quegli utenti negativi che sporcano la rete di monnezza.

it's been a couple months since I posted. I'm still around, been having the usual DEW attacks lately along with some v2k inspired thoughts.
Yesterday I was doing some shopping and was drugged. Either deliberatly or accidentally I don't know. I'm pretty sure I just walked through a cloud past an apartment door where someone was smoking crack. I have been exposed to this second hand smoke before.
While I was in the supermarket the perps turned up the weaponry and the cloud I was exposed to had even more of an effect on me. It was a terrible walk home.
If any of you are unfamiliar with drug use and are in the vicinity of any use be careful. They seem to be able to increase very low levels with of any drug, including alcohol I now remember, with their technology.

Survivors of CIA torture have sued the contractor psychologists who designed one of the most infamous programs of the post-9/11 era.
In an extraordinary step, psychologists James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen now face a federal lawsuit for their role in convincing the CIA to subject terror suspects to mock drowning, painful bodily contortions, sleep and dietary deprivation and other methods long rejected by much of the world as torture.
In practice, CIA torture meant disappearances, mock executions, anal penetration performed under cover of “rehydration” and at least one man who froze to death, according to a landmark Senate report last year. Versions of the techniques migrated from the CIA’s undocumented prisons, known as black sites, to US military usage at Guantánamo Bay, Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan and Abu Ghraib in Iraq.
On behalf of torture survivors Suleiman Abdullah Salim and Mohamed Ahmed Ben Soud, as well as a representative of the estate of Gul Rahman – who froze to death in a CIA black site in Afghanistan – the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed the suit against Mitchell and Jessen on Tuesday in a federal court in Washington state, where the two currently reside. They seek compensatory damages of at least $75,000.
The suit calls the torture program a “joint criminal enterprise” and a “war crime” in which the CIA, Mitchell and Jessen colluded and from which Mitchell and Jessen financially profited.
Although numerous US government investigations have pierced the veneer of secrecy around the torture program, the program’s government architects have faced no legal reprisal. A Justice Department inquiry ended in 2012 without prosecutions. The new lawsuit, aimed not at government officials but the contractors Mitchell and Jessen, aims to break the trend.

“This case is about ensuring that the people behind the torture program are held accountable so history doesn’t repeat itself,” Steven Watt, one of the ACLU attorneys representing the three ex-detainees, told the Guardian.
“Impunity for torture sends the dangerous message to US and foreign officials that there will be no consequences for future abuses.
“This lawsuit is different from past ones because public government documents now provide exhaustive details on the CIA torture program, and they identify the people who were tortured and how it happened. The government has long abused the ‘state secrets’ privilege to prevent accountability for torture but at this stage, any claim that the torture of our clients is a state secret would be absurd.”
One of the litigants reacted to his torture by attempting to kill himself. Another was kept naked for “more than a month”, the suit alleges, and was subjected to “a form of waterboarding”.
Salim, a Tanzanian fisherman, said in a video published by the Guardian that flashbacks from his ordeal in CIA custody are a permanent part of his life. After five years in CIA and then US military custody, Salim’s captors released him unceremoniously from Bagram in August 2008, presenting him with a memo stating that the US determined him not to pose a threat to the US.
“You can’t sleep, you can’t eat, you can’t smell,” said Salim, who says his CIA captors chained his arms and legs to a metal hoop in his cell that forced him into a squatting position so uncomfortable it prevented him from sleeping. Like other detainees, Salim was doused in ice-cold water and then wrapped in a freezing plastic sheet. According to the lawsuit, Salim hid painkillers he was given in order to hoard a dose strong enough for an ultimately unsuccessful suicide attempt.

Ben Soud, who now lives in his native Libya, was taken to a CIA black site in Afghanistan, and for extended periods permitted “sleep only for minutes at a time because of painful stress positions, constant blaring music, and guards banging loudly on the door of his cell every hour or so”, the suit claims. Guards paraded him naked around the black site for “15 minutes every half hour through the night and into the morning”, according to the Senate report.
Although the CIA only acknowledges waterboarding three detainees – Abu Zubaydah, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Abdul al-Rahim al-Nashiri – the lawsuit claims the agency subjected Ben Soud to a “form of waterboarding”.
“He was strapped to a wooden board that could spin around 360 degrees,” the suit claims.
“His interrogators spun him around on this board with a hood over his head covering his nose and mouth. While strapped to the board with his head lower than his feet, his interrogators poured buckets of cold water him. While they did not pour water directly over his mouth and nose, they threatened to do so if he didn’t cooperate.”
Ben Soud was also treated with the same frigid-water dousing and plastic-sheet coating that Salim received, only Ben Soud reported the freezing water being treated with a gel-like substance, causing it to stick to his body.
Famously, Jessen and Mitchell, former instructors in the military’s Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) program to counter torture, revised torture techniques from the SERE training and proposed to use them on CIA detainees.
They faced their first test case in the spring of 2002, after the CIA captured Abu Zubaydah, then thought to be a senior member of al-Qaida, and took him to Thailand. Although Zubaydah spoke openly with his FBI interrogators who sought to establish a rapport with him, Mitchell cabled the CIA’s Counterrorism Center “nearly every day” for permission to torture him.
CIA personnel, with Mitchell overseeing, waterboarded Zubaydah 83 times in the span of a month. Eventually, according to the Senate intelligence committee’s report – which gives Mitchell and Jessen the pseudonyms Grayson Swigert and Hammond Dunbar – Zubaydah would submit to torture after hearing his captors snap their fingers twice. They forced him into “confinement boxes”, one the size of a coffin and the other just two and a half feet square and 21 inches deep.
Now missing an eye, Zubaydah is still detained at Guantánamo Bay, although the CIA no longer believes he is a member of al-Qaida. The Senate intelligence committee concluded the torture techniques did not produce any useful intelligence; the CIA’s official position as of 2014 is that the question is unanswerable. But the 2002 test case convinced the CIA, supported by the Bush White House, of the value of torture.
The torture of Abu Zubaydah, who is not a party to the lawsuit, began weeks before the US Justice Department provided its August 2002 legal blessing, since withdrawn, to the CIA torture program. An adviser to Condoleezza Rice would later inform the Bush-era secretary of state that use of the techniques Mitchell and Jessen implemented amounted to a “felony war crime”.
A Spokane-based company the two founded, Mitchell and Jessen Associates, would secure $75m from the CIA in contracts, in addition to a further $6.1m from the agency for legal expenses in the event of criminal or civil action stemming from the contract. Although Barack Obama banned CIA torture by executive order on the second day of his presidency, the CIA continued to cover the company’s legal bills until 2012. Mitchell and Jessen themselves each received more than $1m from their contracts.
The suit does not claim that Mitchell and Jessen were present during the torture of Salim, Ben Soud and Rahman. But it derives their culpability through the application of the torture techniques – prolonged sleep deprivation, nudity, “stress positions”, cramped confinement – that the two psychologists provided to the CIA, which implemented the techniques.
“Defendants are directly liable,” the suit charges, “because they designed, developed, and implemented a program for the CIA intended to inflict physical and mental pain and suffering on Plaintiffs, and because Plaintiffs were tortured and subjected to cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment as a consequence of their inclusion in that program.”

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference and at other conferences and meetings.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. Dear Bioethics Commission,
I would like to thank this commission for their efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects.
Ethical protections for human subjects are essential considering the past history of non-consensual research by United States Military and intelligence agencies in collaboration with educational institutions such as Harvard, John Hopkins, MIT, Princeton, and Stanford; pharmaceutical companies such as Eli Lily; medical schools and hospitals; the American Psychological Association; the National Institutes of Health, the Veterans Administration Center, U.S. Public Health Service and others.
Examples of past non-consensual experimentation include the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, The Manhattan Project, The Willowbrook Experiment, and Radiation Experiments.
Mind control experiments such as Project CHATTER, Project BLUEBIRD, Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA, Project MKSEARCH, Project MKNAOMI and others were often interwoven with radiation experiments and research on chemical and biological weapons. Psychiatrists, psychologists, neurosurgeons and other contractors conducting the work were embedded in a broad network of doctors and some of the research was published in medical journals.
As previously reported to this commission in 2011 and continuing to be reported in increasing numbers to this day United States citizens and others are reporting non-consensual experimentation including remote experimentation and torture. In 2011 it was reported to this commission that there were approximately 3000 known victims. Four years later those numbers have grown to 4000 to 5000 victims, an increase of at least 33%. I have brought with me over 60 of their statements.
Non-consensual victims of experimentation have experienced covert COINTELPRO type tactics including those used in Project MKDELTA. MKDELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting, or disabling purposes.
Due to past history, previous testimony and statements provided to this commission, and continuing reports of non-consensual research ethical protections for human subjects in the form of regulatory changes are critical.
As I understand Subpart A of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) regulations, Protection of Human Subjects (codified at 45 C.F.R Part 46), also known as the Common Rule loopholes allow for experimentation when there is no physical intervention or interaction with the subject by an investigator as occurs in remote experimentation and previously reported to this commission by victims; or when the identify of the subject is unknown to the investigator (for example Subject 9,543).
Also there is no oversight for some non-federal entities such as private corporations and contractors and foreign entities; as well as some federal departments and agencies. Oversight is needed for all entities conducting research on American citizens and U.S. persons as well as research conducted on foreign soil.
Additionally research activities are permitted for some demonstration and service programs for public benefit; department or agency heads can waive consent in certain cases; institutions can register their own institutional review board (IRB); and IRBs can waive consent in certain instances. There are other loopholes not described here. Additional protections are also needed for children, prisoners and those of impaired consent.
In light of the testimony given in 2011 and existing loopholes in federal regulations I was shocked and dismayed that the only notable recommendation the Bioethics Commission made regarding the consent process is to add people of impaired consent. Ethical protections for human subjects necessitate regulatory changes.
After experiencing painful vibrations in my forehead with associated blood in my mucous, vibrations of my organs and more I sought help in the form of testing.
Test results included materials specifically used in the manufacture of neural dust as researched and developed by the University of California, Berkley. Neural Dust is an ultrasonic low power implantable form of brain-machine interface which as originally designed includes a subdural transceiver, an external transceiver and cmos chips implanted into the cortex.
The University of California has collaborative agreements with Temple University, which in turn has collaborative agreements with Dartmouth University and Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital where I had surgery on my nose and face.
Additionally, an ELF/EMF scan found 20 sites on my body that emit emf emissions beyond normal for the human body and consistent with implants. Also, the scan showed my body receiving governmental frequencies that were not observed during ambient conditions; my body was acting as a receiver.
This is only one example of the continued collaboration between United States government agencies and others who receive funding from those agencies.
I do not consent nor have I knowingly consented to any form of research, experimentation or implantation.
Not everyone can afford to pay for testing nor should we have to. We need the medical community to evaluate our medical complaints in a scientific manner and not subjectively rule out complaints as mental illness. We also need an investigation into our complaints of non-consensual research and covert psychological operations.
In addition to regulatory changes, criminal penalties must be legislated for research involving human subjects when bodily integrity and autonomy are violated as for other criminals who are routinely punished with convictions for assault, fraud and homicide. Unethical treatment of human beings can only be prosecuted when laws and regulations are in place.
Even if a researcher, physician, institution, other is engaged in socially beneficial research that might lead to cures or treatments for devastating diseases it is imperative that each person's autonomy, self-determination, human dignity and constitutional rights prevail over scientific advancement and social benefit.
Over fifty years ago American citizens reported being victims of non-consensual human experimentation and reports continue to this day. Over fifty years later we still don't have the necessary reforms to protect U.S. citizens and others from non-consensual research. As a society we must ensure that research subjects possess human rights that are inviolate.
This commission includes members of institutions that have participated in unethical research in the past. This commission does not include a single victim of non-consensual research. They have the insight that only a victim could impart.
Thank you for your efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects. Much work still remains to be done.

It could be the answer to the rising threat of drones - a 'death ray' that uses radio waves to disable them from up to a mile away.
The system is being shown off in Las Vegas amid growing concern over the threat from unmanned vehicles.
It uses high powered radio waves to disable drones, effectively blocking their communication and switching them off in midair.

'If I can see it, I can kill it,' said Rick Sondag, executive vice-president of Liteye Systems, which sells the device, and who debuted it at the Commercial Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Expo in Las Vegas this week, according to the Guardian.
Liteye, based in Colorado, was named distributor in the US and Canada for the device earlier this year by its three manufacturers: Enterprise, Chess Systems and Blighter.
Sondaq hopes to sell the system to airports and other places where national security is an issue.
'The US government, like everyone else, has critical infrastructure and if they don't feel like they can protect it, they'll pass laws that will hamper progress and hamper current use,' Sondag said.
'The system may be used in remote or urban areas to prevent UAVs being used for terrorist attacks, espionage or other undesirable activities against sites with critical infrastructure,' the firms say.
'The Anti-UAV Defence System is likely to be an integral part of a wider networked surveillance and defence system.
'Its soft kill capabilities make it a very attractive option for both military, internal and border security forces.
The Blighter AUDS system combines electronic scanning radar target detection, electro-optical tracking/classification and directional RF inhibition capability.
The system is portable and can be easily erected in minutes.
'Where the situation demands restraint under provocation and where active, yet discrete, deterrence is required, AUDS delivers a very powerful message.'
Defences sources confirmed last month the British-designed system called AUDS – Anti Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Defence System – was trialled in Scotland earlier this year and proved effective against remote-controlled drones and autonomous drones which follow pre- programmed flight paths.
The manufacturers of AUDS claim it takes between 10 and 15 seconds to target and disrupt multiple drones being flown in a ‘swarm attack’.
The technology has been designed to intercept civilian grade mini-drones and would not affect commercial or military aircraft, which use encrypted communications.
The MoD and the Civil Aviation Authority have been alerted to the threat following several reports of drones being flown over nuclear power stations and military bases in France.
Last night military expert Elizabeth Quintana, from the Royal United Services Institute, said: ‘There have been a number of dangerous or suspicious incidents involving drones in restricted airspace. With the proliferation of drones, these problems are likely to increase in frequency.
‘The Government and Civil Aviation Authority are looking into a variety of measures to mitigate these incidents which involve both technical solutions to spot the drones and deny access and also law enforcement options.’
Talking about the trial of the new equipment, a defence spokesman added: ‘The MoD regularly invites industry to demonstrate capabilities they are developing.

Several firms are developing rival systems.
Boeing recently revealed a radical new laser weapon small enough to fit into a suitcase - but poweful enough to blast a drone out of the sky.
The company's new Compact Laser Weapon System (LWS) breaks down into four parts, each transportable by one or two Marines.
It can be assembled in 15 minutes, and then destroy targets from up to 22 miles away with an an energy beam of up to 10 kilowatts.
'Silent, invisible and precise—Boeing's Compact Laser Weapons System harnesses directed energy on its targets,' the firm boasts.
The system recently reached a milestone at an exercise at Point Mugu, Calif. by tracking and disabling a moving, untethered unmanned aerial vehicle.
It works by focussing a laser.
'Think of it like a welding torch being put on a target - but from hundreds of metres away,' said Isaac Neil of Boeing.
'Once we turned the laser on, it was about 15 seconds until the drone was disabled.
If you were on the receiving end, you'd have no idea where it was coming from or what was happening.'
The weapons is a much smaller, significantly more portable version of the High Energy Laser Mobile Demonstrator (HEL MD) Boeing revealed last year.
The weapon can be be assembled in just 15 minutes, LWS is capable of generating an energy beam of up to 10 kilowatts that can, depending on the power level, be used to acquire, track, and identify a target - or even destroy it - at ranges of at least 22 miles.
It is designed specifically to track and attack moving aerial targets such as incoming artillery rounds, and low-flying aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles.
U.S. Special Operations forces are currently testing LWS, with 'multiple' branches of the U.S. military expressing interest.

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. 11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. Per non dimenticare Andrés Escobar Saldarriaga (Medellìn,13 marzo 1967 – Medellìn, 2 luglio 1994). Ritenuto in qualche modo "colpevole" dell'eliminazione della sua Nazionale colombiana ad USA 94 con la complicità di René Higuita, andò incontro alla morte al ritorno in patria: fu ucciso nel parcheggio del bar Padua di Medellin con alcuni colpi di mitragliatrice da un'ex guardia del corpo, Humberto Muñoz Castro, nella notte del 2 luglio 1994 dopo una lite con i fratelli a capo dei Pepes. Andrés era presente anche ad ITALIA 90 assieme a Toto Schillaci Goal nelle notti magiche con il sottofondo musicale di Edoardo Bennato e Gianna Nannini. Sembra ieri e mi sembra di essere un vecchio rachitico e stitico di 90 e più anni a cui manca solo il catatere e non gli si alza nemmeno con la gru o col carroponte. Irriducibile nostalgico degli indementicabili anni90.
Nel 1990 i mondiali di calcio si giocarono in Italia. Il simbolo di Italia 90 era il "ciao". Dopo quel mondiale vinto dalla Germania sull'Argentina, crearono un nuovo tipo di MS (Marlboro Siciliane). Crearono per l'occasione le MS Mundial (vedi foto in alto). Ad oggi tutte le sigarette sono sotto il dominio della Philip Morris. (Under Autority of Philip Morris Production).
Esiste un film che si intitola Insider dietro la verità. Il film dimostra matematicamente che sono state legalizzate delle droghe apparentemente innocue e comuni che tutti conoscono e che sono una vera e propria piaga sociale.
Contesto storico secondo i non sempre affidabili wikipediani:
La nascita della sigaretta è controversa. Fu, forse, inventata dai soldati musulmani che, durante l'assedio di San Giovanni d'Acri (nell'odierno Israele) del 1831-2, pare sostituissero al narghilè i tubetti di carta svuotati della polvere da sparo con del tabacco sminuzzato manualmente. Altri ne attribuiscono l'invenzione ad alcuni soldati inglesi, sbarcati sempre a San Giovanni d'Acri nel 1840 in seguito all'azione militare contro l'Egitto. Costoro, privi di pipe e di tabacco, fabbricarono speciali sigarette ricorrendo a foglie di tè arrotolato. L'arrivo nel mondo moderno, non tanto della sigaretta quanto dell'uso di inalare il fumo prodotto dalla combustione delle foglie di tabacco, avvenne l'8 novembre 1587 quando Sir Walter Raleigh portò in Gran Bretagna, allora sotto il regno di Elisabetta I d'Inghilterra, delle foglie di tabacco e altri vegetali provenienti dalle terre adiacenti al fiume Orinoco. Nel 1885 James Buchanan Duke iniziò la produzione e la commercializzazione delle moderne sigarette prodotte industrialmente. Duke fu un imprenditore statunitense attivo nel campo del tabacco e dell'elettricità. È principalmente conosciuto per aver inventato i sistemi di produzione e marketing delle sigarette moderne, e per il suo impegno nella Duke University una delle università più famose e più prestigiose degli Stati Uniti. Fondata nel 1838, è situata a Durham, nella Carolina del Nord. Il nome venne cambiato nel 1924 proprio in onore di James Buchanan Duke a seguito di un lascito della famiglia di industriali del tabacco Duke. Cognome omonimo dei cugini Bo e Luke Duke nel telefilm Hazard ambientato in Georgia.
Nel 2006 un tizio telefonava a Mediaset allo 02/21021 e chiese di passargli la testata giornalistica di Studio Aperto (Canale 6) per ottenere una statistica e sfatare il mito che non è con le canne che poi si giunge a farsi di eroina, bensì e con le apparentemente innocue, legali e comuni sigarette del Monopolio di Stato elargite dalle multinazioni (lobby o corporation) del tabacco non differenti dalle multinazionali (lobby) dei farmaci e relative #FarmaMafie. Qualche tempo dopo, Elena Guarnieri di Studio Aperto, gli elargiva la statistica richiesta all'interno del suo TG che andava in onda alle 18:30PM fino alle 19:00PM.
Il 79,4% degli intervistati a campione, dichiarava di aver cominciato a far uso di droghe solo dopo aver iniziato a far uso di sigarette. Il tizio quindi aveva visto giusto e demoliva quelli della "tolleranza zero" come il Ministro Carlo Giovanardi della Lega Nord proprio perchè, il 79,4% degli intervistati, aveva iniziano prima a comperare le legali cicche del suo stesso Monopolio di Stato e solo dopo aveva iniziato a rollare canne, coca, ero etc., fermo restando che una buona fetta di quel 79,4% si era fermata ai soli cannabinoidi senza cadere nella trappola delle droghe pesanti e moltissimi nwl loro cammino evolutivo avevano inoltre hanno smesso perfino di fumare le "legali" sigarette durante tale processo di crescita.
Non l'abbiamo certo creata noi la distinzione tra droghe leggere e droghe pesanti. Era il lontano 2006 e il numero era 02/21021. Gentili e interessati all'idea, gli passavano la redazione di Studio Aperto e la sera in cui veniva mandata in onda la statistica veniva avvisato da una giornalista e poi Elena Guarnieri la mandava in onda. In quel 2006, Studio Aperto andava in onda dalle 18:30. Peccano non averla registrata...
La sintesi per spiegare in poche righe quella richiesta della statistica proprio a Studio Aperto era di sfatare il Ministro Giovanardi ed altri della "tolleranza zero" che continuavano a propagandare nelle TV che si inizia con le canne e poi si arriva all'eroina. FALSO. 79,4% significa che 8 (otto) su 10 (dieci) hanno iniziato a fumare sigarette del loro Monopolio di Stato e quindi è grazie a quelle che sono stati predisposti a provare le altre e le cicche sono e restano una droga legale che fa parecchio fruttare a chi poi continua a sperperare. Mi pare logico e con tale statistica ti ciulo caro Giovanardi.

Più volte si riuscì a smettere di fumare quelle maledette sigarette della Philip Morris del loro Monopolio di Stato, e nel 2008 decennale della morte di Lucio Battisti iniziava a mettere le basi e il midi per un remix che mai riuscì a terminare per poi depositare e diritti d'autore correttamente pagare alla Family Battisti perchè già in Mind Kontrol totale e chiese a Jimmy Weo di schitarrare:

SULL' ORLO DI UNA CRISI DI NERVI.
Severe sanzioni per chi continuerà la vendita.
I TABACCAI RISCHIANO LA REVOCA DELLA LICENZA
ROMA - E' stato pubblicato ieri sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale il decreto - firmato il 12 dicembre - con il quale il ministro delle Finanze Rino Formica sospende per 30 giorni l' importazione, distribuzione e vendita delle marche di sigarette Marlboro Filter, Muratti Ambassador e Merit Filter K.S.
Il provvedimento è stato emesso in base all' articolo 6 del decreto legge 348 del 31 ottobre 1991 (entrato in vigore il 2 novembre) che dispone, appunto, la sospensione della commercializzazione per le marche di sigarette delle quali siano stati effettuati sequestri di contrabbando per quantitativi superiori alle 5 tonnellate. Circostanza che si è verificata a Ravenna dove, alla fine di novembre, furono sequestrate otto tonnellate di sigarette di contrabbando delle tre marche ora oggetto del provvedimento. In base al decreto, i tabaccai sono tenuti a interrompere la vendita dei prodotti "sospesi", nonchè a riconsegnare agli "organi di distribuzione i quantitativi giacenti presso le rivendite". In caso di inosservanza del divieto, i tabaccai incorreranno in sanzioni fino alla sospensione o alla revoca della licenza per la vendita dei generi di monopolio. Il ministro delle Finanze, ha inoltre dato disposizione ai competenti organi dei Monopoli e della Guardia di Finanza di "vigilare con il massimo impegno per l' attuazione del provvedimento, attuando con immediatezza nei confronti dei trasgressori le sanzioni attualmente previste dall' ordinamento". MERCATO NERO A NAPOLI "I DEPOSITI SONO PIENI".
NAPOLI - I contrabbandieri napoletani ostentano sicurezza: "Abbiamo i depositi pieni di merce, stiano tranquilli i nostri clienti". Tanto le "bionde" giungono attraverso canali non controllati, per i quali il divieto vige 365 giorni l' anno. Ieri mattina, il mercato abusivo non ha subito contraccolpi. Non c' è stata la corsa all' accaparramento dell' ultimo pacchetto, i prezzi non sono lievitati, le Marlboro hanno fatto bella mostra di sé ad ogni angolo di strada. E se scarseggiano le Merit è perché il freddo degli ultimi giorni ha impedito i rifornimenti via mare. I tabaccai, sino a ieri mattina, non avevano ricevuto notizie ufficiali. Un giornale cittadino, inoltre, smentiva il divieto e molti rivenditori autorizzati hanno continuato a vendere ogni tipo di sigarette.
LA PHILIP MORRIS SI DIFENDE. E' CAMPAGNA DIFFAMATORIA.
ROMA - Il governo italiano li ha accusati di "favorire il mercato clandestino delle sigarette", e minaccia ulteriori sanzioni se si verificheranno nuovi episodi come quello di Ravenna, altre scoperte di carichi di contrabbando così ingenti. Ma da Roma, il responsabile italiano della Philip Morris, Aurelio Regina, respinge ogni accusa.
Dottor Regina secondo le analisi della Guardia di Finanze, l'85 per cento delle sigarette di contrabbando sono della Philip Morris. Sembra impossibile che quantitativi così ingenti possano arrivare sul mercato clandestino senza che voi ne sappiate nulla. "Invece è proprio così, questa è una campagna diffamatoria, e noi ricorreremo alla corte europea. Noi forniamo sigarette a tutto il mondo, se ci si presenta un intermediario con le credenziali in regola, dobbiamo vendergli i nostri prodotti. E' chiaro, sul mercato clandestino la Philip Morris fa la parte del leone, visto che le nostre sigarette sono tra le più vendute in Italia. Se andate in Spagna vedrete che lì il mercato clandestino chiede quasi unicamente le ' Wiston' che sono quelle preferite dagli spagnoli. Questa è una sanzione contraria ai principi base della legalità. Il decreto legge, tra l' altro deve ancora essere convertito in legge dal parlamento. Le commissioni affari costituzionali sia della Camera che del Senato hanno espressamente dichiarato che l' articolo 6 del decreto è "anticostituzionale", perchè penalizza le aziende produttrici per infrazioni compiute da altri".
Ma il ministero vi aveva avvertito di quello che rischiavate dopo il sequestro di Ravenna? "Noi non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione ufficiale". Che danno economico avrete da questa sanzione italiana? "Si può fare solo un conteggio approssimativo, ma perderemo intorno ai trecento miliardi di £ire". Nei magazzini della Philip Morris, infatti, dovrebbero rimanere sigillati per 30 giorni oltre 60 milioni di pacchetti di Marlboro, 9 milioni di Muratti Ambassador e circa 20 milioni di Merit. Si tratta dei quantitativi medi venduti in un mese dalle tre marche sul mercato ufficiale italiano, escluso quello illegale. Tenuto conto degli attuali prezzi (aumentati di circa 200 lire lo scorso 29 novembre ), il blocco delle vendite porterà la Philip Morris a fatturare oltre 310 miliardi di lire in meno.

Cosa accadde in quel 1991 subito dopo il mondiale, e le relative MS MUNDIAL di Italia 90 di Totò Schillaci Goal sulle note di Edoardo Bennato e Gianna Nannini? Quello che è ben riportato nell'archivio storico de LaRepubblica sovrastante, ma ciò che LaRepubblica non può menzionare e ciò che ricordo io. In alcune zone dell'estremo nord (posso solo parlare per ciò di cui fui testimone nella mia zona) non c'erano più sigarette ed esse scarseggiavano causa questi blocchi e scioperi. Essendo esse una droga che crea forte forte dipendenza fisica e psichica con assuefazione molto molto peggio di marjiuana e hashish, alcuni rapinavano altre persone solo per le sigarette. Ricordo una signora che mentre stava tirando fuori il pacchetto di Marlboro dalla borsa venne strattonata a terra e poi le venne rubato solo il pacchetto di sigarette da due giovanissimi. Ricordo un uomo a cui ruppero il vetro dell'auto perchè aveva lasciato un pacchetto di sigarette sul cruscotto incustodito. Ho altri ricordi di allora, di quel 1991, di persone che avevano acquistato parecchie stecche svuotando le dispense dei tabaccai come nella corsa all'oro nel Klondike e ricordo molto bene come alcuni tabaccai giocavano al rialzo e vendevano le "bionde" sottobanco alzandone il prezzo. Anche altri privati più adulti ne avevano fatto scorta e come i bagarini - che trovi all'esterno dello Stadio - le rivendevano anch'essi a prezzi più salati a chi non ne aveva. Non scordo la signora "MARIAONTA" che nel suo Hotel-Bar-Ristorante le vendeva sciolte. 200 o 250 £ire a sigaretta le vendeva tale titolare dell'esercizio pubblico ed era ancora onesta e a buon mercato a confronto di quelli che si improvvisavano bagarini delle bionde. Con 1.000 £ire ricevevi 5 sigarette dalla Onta e Bisonta. Ne accaddero di tutti i colori in quel 1991 per quella maledetta droga legale con marchio Monopolio di Stato e oramai tutte sotto il dominio della PHILIP MORRIS. Molti non dimenicano il film INSIDERS che dovrebbe esser proiettato spesso nelle scuole assieme a CRISTIANA F. - NOI E I RAGAZZI DELLO ZOO DI BERLINO, fermo restando che un pò tutti faranno il proprio percorso di vita, cresceranno e arriveranno agli stessi concetti di quel 79,4% degli intervistati nel 2006 e le molleranno.
Ad oggi, dopo Carlo Giovanardi della "tolleranza zero" il quale sostenne che si parte con gli spinelli e si arriva all'eroina e non con le sue sigarette del suo Monopolio di Stato come dimostra la statistica chiesta a Studio Aperto elargita da Elena Guarnieri-Guarnigioni, vediamo cosa si sono inventati altri due scimmauniti caro Carletto Giovanardi
Gio, 09/07/2015 – 11:41 Un gruppo di senatori di Forza Italia (ex PDL) guidato da Antonio Razzi e Domenico Scilipoti ha presentato un disegno di legge per modificare il codice della strada: prevede di vietare di fumare in auto. I due senatori sono in prima linea in una battaglia che poco piacere farà ai milioni di fumatori che non si priverebbero per nulla al mondo del piacere di una sigaretta alla guida.
Se la legge passerà, verrà introdotto l'articolo 173-bis: "È vietato al conducente fumare durante la marcia". Ci sono persone che stanno tre ore a scrivere un post o un articolo, poi arriva il furbo di turno, lo copia tutto e lo ripubblica sul suo blog o spazio web come fosse opera sua senza aggiungere in calce l'URL e la fonte. In taluni casi si tratta di ingenuità, di persone che si sono avvicinate al web da poco, ma spesso c'è anche malafede. (-_-)
Perchè moltissimi ricopiano le notizie? Perchè più volte è accaduto che gli articoli venissero reindirizzati oppure soppressi per i più svariati motivi e trovandoli interessantissimi, i più creano una copia di sicurezza su di un loro spazio web. Quante volte è accaduto nel corso degli anni che riempiendo il browser di links, successivamente ne trovo una marea che sono scomparsi, o reindirizzati, oppure il sito web è stato chiuso oppure mi compare errore 404 e ho perso una marea di fonti del sapere? Cosa bisogna fare se ti ricopi una notizia per dimostrare di non essere in malafede? Aggiungere sempre l'URL visibile, l'autore (se si è identificato) e citare la legge n. 62/2001, oltre a ciò elargire una email box, o comunque la possibilità di mediazione, qualora chi volesse rivendicarne la paternità, volesse comunicare direttamente con chi ha effettuato questa sorta di "backup online"della notizia o immagine, documentario o TG in modo da avere una mediazione diretta e cercare una soluzione onesta adottanto la "legge del buon senso".
Si sorgenta per dimostrare di non essere in malafede e da qui in avanti, ad ogni nota o argomento blog, si ricopierà questa parte finale perchè se non lo sapevi, adesso lo sai e sennò basta chiedere perchè chiedere è lecito, rispondere è cortesia.
Chiedere è vergogna di un momento non chiedere è vergogna di una vita.

Grazie a Panorama, abbiamo accertato che in Italia, sono abituati a creare una legge per ogni peto e poi ad incasinarsi uno con l'altro e le mafie ridono. Il Trentino Alto-Adige fino al 1918 apparteneva all'Impero Austroungarico di Francesco Giuseppe e l'imperatrice Elisabetta Amalia Eugenia di Wittelsbach detta Sissi. Gli anziani nonni trentini e altoatesini, spesso affermano che sotto l'impero austroungarico c'erano poche leggi ma giuste.
Questa frase ancora circola e viene tramandata di generazione in generazione.
Dalla statistica e ricerca di Panorama del 2012, noto che la Germania è al secondo posto con 5.500 leggi dopo l'inghilterra che ne mostra 3.000. Quindi se hanno fatto bene i conti, la Germania ha ancora poche leggi a differenza dell'Italia e ci si augura siano ancora poche e giuste. Il mio sospetto è che le RoMafie Capitali abbiano interesse nel creare più leggi possibili articolandosi con paroloni da letterati per rincoglionire il più possibile la popolazione per poi rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro e cercare ogni pelo nell'uovo. Basti pensare che io sono in possesso di una Costituzione cartacea del 1956. Se raffronto la Costituzione di Terracini, Grassi De Nicola e De Gasperi degli anni '50, con quella attuale e moderna, già essa è differente. Ogni anno creano apposta nuove leggi, nuove normative e cambiano regolamenti in Italia. Perfino coloro che si ritengono onesti P.G. a forza di cambiargli i regolamenti non ci capiscono più un cavolino e diventa una partita a scacchi.
I 4 nominati avevano stilato la Costituzione molto semplice affinchè ogni singolo italiano potesse leggerla con semplicità ed interpretarla subito senza rimbecillirsi ad ogni riga con il vocabolario. Un aforisma dice: "La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza".
Il mio sospetto è che siano tutte manovre politiche filomafiose di coloro che poi vogliono far esibire un saccente dottorato in lex per poi rimbecillire ogni singolo cittadino italiano e rischiare di rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro. La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza e la gente comune ha altro a cui pensare che alle vostre insulse leggi per tenere in piedi questo Stato sgangherato. Eventualmente prova a raffrontare una vecchia Costituzione con quella nuova e intanto tu continua a creare leggi su leggi per ogni scorreggia (peto). Ogni anno cambia regolamenti normative e usa eziandio parole sempre più astruse per evidenziare il tuo grande dottorato e pavoneggiarti da grande letterato affinchè nessuno ci capisca niente e ti mandi a quel paese appena ti vede. Mi raccomando inoltre di continuare a giocare con il "legale" e "illegale".
Quel cappellone sovversivo e sobillatore nazareno chiamato Gesù Cristo era solito addidare farisei e sadducei definendoli "I maestri della legge". Essi infatti erano studiati come le attuali toghe rosse e toghe nere ed amministravano la legge secondo i loro porci comodi. Cristo comunque solerte diceva alle persone: "Ascoltateli,ma non imitateli". I farisei - infatti - erano ottimi oratori (come Sant'Agostino di Tagaste) e sapevano spiegare la presunta legge tuttavia Cristo li continuava ad ammonire (moneo-es) ed è per tal motivo che Gesù invitava la gente ad imparare da loro ascoltandoli,ma non di imitare tale loggia, casta, clan, cerchia, camarilla, sodalizio, associazione, lega, comitato,consorzio, setta, partito (sono tutti sinonimi) perchè erano falsi ed ipocriti come Giuda.
I tribunali sono gestiti da farisei, sadducei, filistei e un tantino amorrei. Invece di Palazio di IVSTITIA, ci potrebbero scrivere Palazzo delle LEX

Come dico sempre, invece che andare al bar, se ti vuoi ubriacare prova a frequentare giudici e avvocati e prova a leggere tutte le loro leggi 200.000 leggi e normative. Me uscirai talmente 'mbriago,ma talmente 'mbriago che rischierai un coma etilico con tutte le loro insulse e assurde leggi cambiate, ricambiate e ricambiate ancora. Ne uscirai talmente rinco e 'mbriago, che è peggio di andare in un'osteria di alcolizzati cronici. Sono più forti un barman nello 'mbriagare le persone semplici e comuni e inoltre sono autistici. Vivono nel loro mondo della legge fariseistica italiana. Cristo - infatti - di bello aveva che usava parabole cioè metafore, accostamenti ed esempi per farsi capire dalla gente comune e non si articolava con paroloni di ogni tipo come i farisei e i sadducei.
A parer tuo la gente a tempo e voglia di 'mbriagarsi di normative e leggi visto e considerato il fatto che il cittadino medio è una persona semplice e che deve tenere in piedi questo Stato con un duro lavoro quotidiano malretribuito da salari non congrui agli sforzi psichici e fisici? Io ero una tuta blu e giunto sui 40 anni, non vedo più di buon occhio camici bianchi, toghe rossonere, divise con la banda e colletti bianchi. Per colletti bianchi intendo solo i manager e dirigenti che sono vessatori con la classe operaia.
Ragionamenti degni di nota mi fanno inoltre riflettere su RoMafia Capitale e convincermi che a crearle centra proprio RoMafia Capitale e che Roma sta sotto il dominio dei CasaMonika e di altre cosche. Piero Marazzo fu Governatore della regione Lazio. Venne incastrato nel giochino di transessuali che poi vennero ammazzati e si additavano i Carabinieri della Trionfale. Dopo di lui fu Renata Polverini a divenire Governatore Lazio e dopo poco tempo inizio del suo mandato scovò una marea di microspie nei suoi uffici che denunciò. Sono in possesso di un TG1 registrato con schedaTV dove Renata è a dir poco adirata. Alla fine verrà fatta fuori come Piero Marrazzo. Dopo di lei, vedrà il sindaco Gianni Alemanno che finirà nei casini con Operazione Mondo di Mezzo tra Buzzi e Carminati. NON-CONSENSUAL EXPERIMENTATION WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.
Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.
Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.
Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

I REALLY DON´T KNOW IF THOSE PAINS ARE REAL OR NOT!!!! V2K ARE REALLING ATTACKING ME KNOW BUT REALLY HURTS MY BODY, more than 3 parts... maybe injections we´re not where are hurting now..... i have pain in so many parts of my body that it´s imposible to describe from where We´re coming those injections,,,, because is hurting me : second finger of my right hand, right ear .... right lung, my neck right part. y really get an injection in my left buttlock?
