I may have already been in contact with some of you about my research. For those of you who don't know, a real solution has been found. This one technology will shield you from the torture, hide your inferred signature, shield you from radar, disable chips, even reverse the DNA damage caused by these microwave weapons. please research the following information to verify for yourselves that this IS the first real solution ever. I am leading this new research myself with a small team of scientists and technitions and request any volunteers with any technical background to help in this work. The weapons are microwave beams (electron beam). Here is a short list of things that do not deflect electron beams. Any kind of metal, other than polarized. aluminium, which also leads to alzheimers. Videotape, farraday cages, EMF shielding plate, EMF jamming devices, lead, pot lids, EMF shielding fabrics, and any other attempt you've made other than powerful magnets. Metal also amplifies the signal for them, they turn down the radiation to allow victims to believe anything works. Go over victim testimonies, notice how all of these things work for some victims and not for others. Here is a list of things that will deflect electron beam and disable chips. Magnetic fields, staticelectric fields, electric fields, and electromangetic fields. If you google " Deflection of electron beams youtube", you will see a pair of helmholtz coils deflecting a visible electron beam in a magnetic field, that beam is exactly what's being aimed at us carrying EMF signals to and from the brain of remote-neural-monitoring victims. A low pressure gas chamber is the only reason those beams on youtube are visible. Without the low pressure gas chambers they would be invisible. My research is leading to the development of magnetic field generating solutions. common magnets will not work for beam deflection, only in some relief. In the European Union the number of citizens complaining of being attacked by weapons capable to manipulate their nervous system is rising. Those people find no solution, help, protection, investigatory bodies, health tests or measures able to protect them from so-difficult-to-prove attacks, which leaves them in total defenselessness. It is obvious that the use of such means for manipulation of human beings is in sharp contrast with the basic legislations of democratic countries guaranteeing their citizens the right to personal freedom. Then it is hard to understand why, in contrast to what Russia did, there is no law in the member countries of the European Union prohibiting the possession of means enabling remote manipulation of human nervous system and their use against people by organizations and individuals as well as by government agencies and institutions. Certainly this legislation should include provisions establishing teams equipped with technologies capable to detect those detrimental radiations and their sources.
According to the bill proposed by Dennis J. Kucinich in the U.S. congress the means capable to manipulate human nervous system include "land-based, sea-based or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood managment or mind control of such persons or populations" http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/r?c107:chemtrails . Evidently there is more than one technology which can be used to remotely manipulate human nervous system. Therefore we ask you and the European Commission to recommend the member states of the European Union to enact legislations which would protect their citizens against directed energy, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic or laser radiations, which can be used to manipulate their nervous systems and consequently their bodily functions, their emotions, their thoughts and their behavior. In our opinion the teams capable to detect those detrimental radiations should be supervised by either ombudsmen or some human rights commissions with the participation of the representatives of Amnesty International or Human Rights Watch, which should guarantee that no state will use those technologies against its citizens.
The Russian Defense Minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, told Vladimir Putin in March of this year: “The development of weaponry based on new physics principles; direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, etc., is part of the state arms procurement program for 2011-2020” http://en.ria.ru/mlitary_news/20120322/172332421.html. We are convinced that making those weapons parts of arsenals of the world armies would mean the end of the era of human freedom and democracy in history.

I think it is better not to leave the house. I think some extended family members are also doing this. The stalkers use my family members names. The doctor said that also. I had mental problems before they started attacking me. I hear them say nasty things to my parents also. They talk this way at me non stop. I think they got as many people involved in there lies, as they could. Behind my back, with deception, abuse, and crime. As my dad got up in the morning they said to him that I killed a kid. I have never killed a person. then they said to him minutes later" that’s not the money she needs" " They said she should be shot" "I’m surprised your daughter got this" They said this is not the money you should be getting, and I'm going to be terrorizing your parents intel your not getting this money. I went to the kitchen to get apple sauce, and one of them said "That apple sauce is not hers” “I have to go out there with you” She said this as I was talking of going out to a different state. They use mind conditioning, money, electronics, and any means to attack. They enjoy spying, and using my ideas, they buy the items I say I want. They copy my ideas, steal my interest, and buy the clothing I like. One female said, she has to have all of my stuff, or she will steal it. Saying it often, every day fro over a year. They compare me to other people, they say she's not as smart me. They say she's not as good as April. The person they call April ( They also call by other names) lie's, abuses, acts like the worst kind of person. These are the most selfish, vain, shallow, hateful, materialistic, sadistic, compulsive lire. They values her look's, and money, more than others peoples life's I don’t like the people who have done this, watching me eat, shower, use the toilet.
