PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS.

I am currently reading a book called “Virtual Government, CIA Mind Control Operations in America” by Alex Constantine. I am herein quoting some lines from page 83 as follows:-
“Psychotronic devices that communicate directly with the brain are the hidden trust of the current mind control program. Subjects are used against their will. They are often tortured in their own homes with advanced non-lethals of the type developed by the CIA’s mind control crew. – and since the subject never lays eyes on his tormentors they need not fear exposure”
I am one of the individuals who is being tortured in my own home with advanced non-lethal weapons and I have never laid eyes on my tormentors. I am being forced to listen to their voices which I hear coming from inside my head against my will and without my permission on a constant basis throughout each day and night, whenever I am awake. I asked them the following question in the past hour as follows ” Why are police stations and government offices placed directly under microwave transmitters? The answer I received back from the unknown operatives who place simulations of their voices inside my head was as follows “Microwave mind control has been used to subdue systems of government for years. Nobody questions it.”
Because there is a thirty year lag between classified projects and declassified projects many individuals especially psychiatrists do not appear to be aware that technology exists which allows criminals to place voices inside the heads of non-consenting and extremely unwilling individuals who are attempting to go about their lives peacefully.
Recently a voice which I heard coming from inside my head was heard by me to say the following “I can not allow my family to know I am involved in this type of harassment.” and this was directly followed by another internal voice which was heard by me to say the following “I don’t want my family to know that I am involved either.”

The (NIJ), "National Institute of Justice", is department of the Justice Department who tests and approves these weapons to be used on the public.

We need to show up to this and other meetings!!!!! Here is where we need to expose those committing these crimes in the name of, "shaping public safety", This is who they think Should attend...................Who Should Attend
* Researchers interested in criminal justice

* Practitioners in criminal justice interested in technology and DNA
* Students interested in criminal justice issues
Social Services like the mental hospitals they have put us in and tortured me in? Later drugging TIs after a false diagnosis based on an attack from these weapons? Taking children From their Mothers?

In the beginning I contacted them and they called me when I told them how non-lethal weapons were being used to kill.
My targeting to subside after that and overt police harassment stopped. Police still used a group to jump me where I was kicked in the face. Police then wrote a false police report stating I acknowledged being the cause of everything. I then went to a town council meeting and spoke of police corruption and held up a bloody shit from that night. At the next meeting I named the officer who wrote the false police report. He had already been convicted and the council covered for him. The officer Eric Lewis then won an appeal 3 days later.
It seems clear to me the town doesn't want to be sued and does cover for police abuses. Remote and covert directed energy weapons are approved by the NIJ for law enforcement. One writing I have clearly states the uses of these weapons to, "Limit the Liability of Law Enforcement".
It also appears that this remote and covert nature meant to limit liability has also allowed police to attack and torture leaving no evidence.
So when the, "President's Bioethics Commission", we must then press our case to the NIJ conferences and state publicly that we are being tortured and tested on with these weapons and surveillance tools.

MAYBE, just maybe, Jack Smith will be a man
and call off the local dogs who torture innocent
civilians with V2K (Voice to Skull, Voice Of God technology)
and microwave burn weapons that the DOJ passed down
from DOD to local governments.
These are similar to the microwave burn weapons that
will be used in LA jails for "non-lethal" prisoner control.
They are made by good old reliable Raytheon who
over charged the city $750,000.00 & will soon
come up with a hand held similar burn ray weapon.
This is done by and with the cooperation
of active local law enforcement or
