Millions of Americans and people throughout the world have a lethal satellite weapon connected to their brains. 

This satellite technology/weapon is being used for total surveillance and as a silent, invisible weapon and torture instrument.  It causes “mental illness” and numerous physical conditions, possibly including cancer and AIDS.  Decades of genocide have occurred under the guise of mental and physical illness. 

Those controlling the satellite built a “separate country”.  They are committing treason, and it has been a hostile coup since they first started connecting to millions of Americans.  Americans are literally under attack and they have been for decades.

Those controlling the satellite either orchestrated 9/11 or watched it happen.  The technology is too powerful for that not to be the case.  I believe they killed the pilots instantaneously, using satellite energy, and took control of the planes from the ground.

Most, if not all, mass shootings were caused by someone being intentionally and maliciously tortured past his breaking point by satellite.  They were not caused by “mental illness” or by “terrorism”, as the FBI has led people to believe for decades.  The FBI knows that.  They continue to cover up the real cause of mass shootings and promote their terrorism narrative.  The most prolific terrorists in history control the satellite.

The documents in this package thoroughly describe this medical, national and international emergency.  Some of these documents were included with the letter I sent to you on March 4, 2016.  An unsigned copy of that letter is on page 15 of the “Satellite Genocide” document.  The U.S. Postal Service delivered your letter and package of documents to the “Parcel Locker” at The Trump Organization, 725 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022, at 11:17 AM on Monday, March 7, 2016.  You have been on legal notice for at least a year.

I also submitted comments on your campaign website and sent emails to your campaign email address (info@DonaldTrump.com) last year.  I submitted two comments on the WhiteHouse.gov website last month.   

You still have not made an announcement or responded.  This massive situation was covered up during the entire election process.  Most Americans remain oblivious.  People are still being assaulted, tortured and murdered by satellite.

I have informed numerous officials.  President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, Attorney General Holder, Director Brennan of the CIA and Secretary Johnson of Homeland Security somehow managed to dodge the biggest situation in U.S. history while in office.  Their successors were copied on this letter and package of documents.

How long can the President of the United States ignore an attack against our country and against millions of Americans?  How long can our leaders cover up decades of genocide?

For us to remain the United States, everyone within government, the military, national security, intelligence and law enforcement, with knowledge of the situation, must be detained and prosecuted for a long list of extremely serious crimes, including treason.

     There is a video that has a very interesting approach to canceling out the effects of targeting (there's heavy use of Epsom salt/Magnesium Sulphate here too).  He's a bit belligerent, but then what he is proposing is worth trying.  It doesn't look like it will be excessively costly, and it might just work.  I've certainly done crazier things in the name of ending OS.

.  I've been doing some research recently and some experimenting.  The following is factual, not based upon speculation.  To make the playing field a bit more equal, TIs should have some knowledge of the obscure resources used by perps when targeting individuals.
.  Besides bullets, the one thing a mechanized army requires is the liquid POWER to make it go.  Without fuel, the army can't follow or injure their targets.  It doesn’t take too long bf the target realizes that all they have to do is get out of range and they are safe.  
.  Likewise, perps require some form of power for all their devices - including DEWS.  DEWs are usually battery driven to make them mobile, but batteries weaken w/use and DC driven attacks are usually less intense and protracted compared to DEWs powered by AC current.  Think about this, please!
.  A perp will tap into ANY source of power to make their devices work.  The most common avenue TIs face is when perps move in next door and use that house's electricity to power and amplify their devices and DEWs, then aim them at you.  If you are remote without easy access to the power grid, perps will bring their own batteries, or tap into the wiring for your outside lights - outside outlets - alarms - well pump - etc.  Don't overlook your internet access cable box being used as a perp power resource (box needs to be energize by being plugging into your outlet).  During an attack, unplug ALL cables and wires plugged into your internet box for a while (ESPECIALLY the power), and see if you detect any change in the attack.
.  If you manage to secure all potential power leaks, perps will go for DC power current available from your accessible vehicle batteries (car, ATV, anything you use on a regular basis that gets recharged).
.  PLC (power line communication) is a way to invade any room of your home that has Romex running through the walls between outlet boxes.  This is not science fiction - do some research.  Go outside your home and follow the power lines that run from the pole to the side of your house.  See anything along the line that no one else in your community seems to have on their power line? 
.  Just having access to the power panel and throwing the breaker does not sever access to you.  As long as the breaker is plugged onto the bus, there is an unbroken copper line to every outlet, light and switch on your property.  Audio travels over these copper wires.  So, stop looking for little spy transmitters behind the mirrors that are run by batteries that need to be changed often - that’s 1950‘s era equipment, and can be easily detected and/or jammed w/white noise.

     YOU ARE NOT HELPLESS!  Calm down and use logic instead of your emotion to guide you.  Read and Research and Experiment to see if you can change anything about your attacks.  Take notes, take pictures, upload a YouTube video about your discoveries to help other TIs.

I went to the Russian Foreign Affairs Department to try to get Humanitarian Asylum - but they sent me to the Immigration Department - and they sent me to the Refugee Processing Office....................

Then I went to the Duma to try to get Humanitarian Asylum - but they sent me to the Presidential Administration - but they wouldn't even let me in the door.

Then I went to the old KGB office - and I got interviewed by two political security-type officers - they said they believed me - and they seemed quite sympathetic.

They said they would contact the 'Technical Section' to see if a block could be put on the weapons whilst I was in Moscow - but they said if it didn't happen in 24 hours it meant they couldn't do anything about it.

Nothing happened - and I was still attacked.

I also told them about Russian citizens being attacked, even people in the hostel I stayed in - just because I was staying there - and they said they were aware and worried about the problem.

I also told them about the Organised Stalking all around Moscow - but they didn't seem very interested.

My situation is not different; I also did a H-Scada report from environmental detective agency. The report shows I have 5 distinct radio frequencies coming to my body, The lowers range is 2500MHZ and highest is 2600MHZ. These are allocated to Asian space telecom  satillites and Ajerbizan french speaking mobile phone services.

So my abusers are international in natures ; asians (pakistani, Indians, S.Korea ,Japan, and Tailand )

The same frequencies are used by Radar users . Initially FCC put a rule rule G120 that these  frequencies

should  not be allocated to Radars!. Later they changed the rules saying radars can use them but the antenna should be carefully place so that they do not interfere with the telecom dishes . So funny. How to explain my reading in the h-scada I don't know. I need a agent or a private detective. I don't thing FBI or CIA are going to give us answers to solve the issue .I have got glands in my neck to show the impact of the abuse. Does any one know a lawyer who can help with my case. This article in New Scientist describes an experiment in causing empathy. Four people wired to an EEG recorder watched films which provoked amusement, anger, or sadness. Their EEG responses were connected to 4 other people who received the EEG responses via electrodes in armbands, and showed the corresponding emotions by hand or arm movements or signs.

The experimenter is thinking of linking this type of thing to people`s social media profile, so friends could experience the same emotions at the same time.

I am writing today to request an immediate investigation by your office and also by any other entity you refer this letter into what has been called ‘illegal domestic terrorism’ by the national office of the ACLU. Others believe these acts are ‘non-consensual human experimentation’ reminiscent of Nazi concentration camp endeavors. Artificial Telepathy 101


The experience of “Artificial Telepathy” is really not that extraordinary. It’s as simple as receiving a cell-phone call in one’s head.

Indeed, most of the technology involved is exactly identical to that of cell-phone technology. Satellites link the sender and the receiver. A computer “multiplexer” routes the voice signal of the sender through microwave towers to a very specifically defined location or cell. The “receiver” is located and tracked with pinpoint accuracy, to within a few feet of actual location. But the receiver is not a cell phone. It’s a human brain.

Out of nowhere, a voice suddenly blooms in the mind of the target. The human skull has no “firewall” and therefore cannot shut the voice out. The receiver can hear the sender’s verbal thoughts. The sender, in turn, can hear all of the target’s thoughts, exactly as if the target’s verbal thoughts had been spoken or broadcast. For this reason, the experience could be called “hearing voices” but is more properly described as “artificial telepathy”.

Now, if artificial telepathy were entirely voluntary, like a conversation between friends sitting across the room from one other, it might be kind of cool. One could talk back and forth with one’s friend, exchanging verbal thoughts exactly as if speaking on the phone, but without ever using one’s voice or mouth. It’s a completely silent, subvocal form of speech. Between lovers, this would be beautiful.

The problem is that artificial telepathy provides the perfect weapon for mental torture and information theft. It provides an extremely powerful means for exploiting, harassing, controlling, and raping the mind of any person on earth. It opens the window to quasi-demonic possession of another person’s soul.
When used as a “nonlethal” weapons system it becomes an ideal means for neutralizing or discrediting a political opponent. Peace protestors, inconvenient journalists and the leaders of vocal opposition groups can be stunned into silence with this weapon.

Artificial telepathy also offers an ideal means for complete invasion of privacy. If all thoughts can be read, then Passwords, PIN numbers, and personal secrets simply cannot be protected. One cannot be alone in the bathroom or shower. Embarrassing private moments cannot be hidden: they are subject to all manner of hurtful comments and remarks. Evidence can be collected for blackmail with tremendous ease: all the wrongs or moral lapses of one’s past are up for review.
Like a perverted phone caller, a hostile person with this technology in hand can call at any time of day, all day long. Sleep can be disrupted. Prayers can be desecrated, religious beliefs mocked. Business meetings can be interrupted, thoughts derailed. Love can be polluted, perverted, twisted, abused. Dreams can be invaded, fond memories trashed.

The attacker cannot be seen or identified, the attack cannot be stopped, and the psychological damage is enormous. But there is no physical damage, not one single mark is left on the body and there is absolutely no proof that any crime or any violation ever took place! Everything that “happens” to the victim happens inside the victim’s head. What physical evidence is there to give the police? Without physical evidence, how can one photograph the “crime scene” or fingerprint the stalker? There are no footprints leading to or from the scene. Indeed, there is no physical scene at all, and no evidence that an attack ever took place.

Most people who experience this abusive form of “artificial telepathy” feel as if their mind has been raped. They find themselves hunted, stalked, harassed and abused by a person or persons who refuse to give their names, who defile one’s mind with the most foul and perverse language imaginable, and who refuse to hang up or go away. The caller or callers delight in the perverse and sadistic torture of their targets. Furthermore, they delight in violating the privacy of their targets, reading the target’s mind and commenting on everything the target thinks, in an effort to demonstrate as brutally as possible that the target has no privacy at all.

The callers act, in short, exactly like rapists or perverted stalkers. Imagine what a man might do if he found a “magic cell phone” that allowed him to dial into the heads and the private thoughts of anyone on earth. The temptation to choose a target at random and start spying on or abusing that person would be enormous, almost irresistable. It could become a sick and twisted hobby, a guilty pleasure very quickly. Put into the hands of a secret police unit, the potential for abusing such technology is even more chilling.

Now, the natural reaction of a normal and intelligent person who undergoes the horrible experience of mind rape for the first time is to panic and reach for a real phone. They call family, contact their doctor or call police with a bizarre complaint that “someone is beaming voices into my head.”

But if the police are the ones behind the abuse, the victims aren’t going to get much help, are they? And if the police are not the perpetrators, then how are they to make an arrest? It’s much more convenient and easy to believe that the caller is a nutcase.

In short order, the victim of mind rape finds herself or himself undergoing the additional humiliation of being carted off to the psych ward, often being committed involuntarily by a loved one “for one’s own good.”

The more vehement the efforts to prove that the voice or voices in one’s head are “real”, the more smug become the smiles of the medical doctors, who gently insist that such technology does not exist, that the voices cannot possibly be real, and that one must take a powerful psych med and lie down for a good long rest.

The experience of “hearing voices” — especially voices that give a running stream of negative abuse — will gain one automatic admission to the rubber room. Indeed, hearing voices is a classic example of schizophrenia. If you hear voices, you are, by definition, crazy.

Yet when released from the psych ward with an expensive supply of meds, “voice hearers” often find that the meds are ineffective — exactly as one would expect if their problem had nothing to do with brain chemistry and everything to do with a bio-electronic attack by unseen stalkers.

Voice hearers often puzzle psychiatrists, because many of them don’t fit the classic model of schizophrenia, which usually begins onset in the early twenties. The victims of “artificial telepathy” are often well into their thirties or fourties and many have no prior history of serious mental illness or drug abuse. Many seem to be alert, healthy, and rational even while insisting that they can hear voices. They agree with the psychiatrists that, yes, they are depressed, but who wouldn’t be a bit depressed under such trying circumstances? To be stalked and verbally bullied every waking hour of the day is a form of mental torture.
Victims of mind rape quickly learn not to discuss their “psychological problems” with family and coworkers. It’s embarrassing, it’s bizarre, it gets very little sympathy and only serves to alarm most people. The only way that another person can “help” is to suggest that the mind rape victim see a psychiatrist, who will promptly double one’s dose of psych meds and antidepressants. The result is a very stiff medical bill, which only adds financial pain to the mix. And the verbal harassment continues.

As they learn to endure their daily torture, voice hearers can usually return to mainstream life, where they are able to carry on intelligent, coherent conversations, hold down jobs, and function quite normally. In fact, if they don’t discuss their “problem” they usually can’t be told apart from normal people on the street. Because they are normal people.

The growing number of voice hearers in our society is therefore well masked. Those who continue to insist that there is a “secret society of people beaming voices into our heads” are simply laughed into silence or labelled paranoid schizophrenics. They are completely discredited. In fact, many voice hearers have internalized the idea that they are mentally ill, and they struggle to understand how their “auditory hallucinations” could continue to seem so very, very real.
Naturally, many of these voice hearers are deeply confused. They turn to support groups, including such on-line communities as the Voice Hearers’ support group at Yahoo.com.

Anyone who doubts that “artificial telepathy” exists need only contact such a Voice Hearers community, where they will encounter people who continue to insist that they are being harassed by real people using an unknown or unexplained technology.

Surprisingly, there is a tremendous amount of scientific literature and circumstantial evidence to back up that claim.

Ok, talked to my lawyer today. 

She told me that the real perp's lawyer said they don't care about this case since I am gone but he said to the judge in the misdemeanor charge court (car damage). So Anabelle says she has no idea if Lorena (the psycho-vicious assistant DA) will continue her persecution of me. My lawyer made the snide remark that  Lorena was busy screwing up someone else's life today so she did not get to talk to her about it. But pre-trial is now March 22. So, not out of the woods yet. She will confer with a "use of force expert" tomorrow in preparing for the pre-trial in March. 

The lawyer wants to keep me out of Florida because she feels "They are out to get you".

Ok, for months, the neighbors had been aiming the Directed Energy Weapons at us and the neighbors behind us were complicit. It was a widowed mother (50's) and her 30-ish, ne'er-do-well, unemployed son who had a criminal record of substance-abuse and battery.

I had tried to reason with her, my brother had tried to reason with her (but she would only flirt with him), I had provided articles on the illegal targeting of innocent people, then I wrote a cease and desist letter to them in utter exasperation. No change.

So, Oct 18 I was packing up my car to leave Florida where I usually stayed with my elderly parents half the year then returned to Maryland where my husband still works. I was playing a radio/speaker to run down its battery to put it in storage. It gave off some high-pitched feedback, but since the perp in back of us had subjected us to 7 weeks of ultrasonic, painful emanations and was outside installing the DEW in his car engine to start it off again, I turned it his direction and let it go about 5 minutes to see how he liked it while I gathered more stuff to pack from the house. (Some for storage, some for the trip). He was many yards away since the houses are on 1 acre lots. Then I turned it off.

I went back into into the house to gather more things and there was a ring at the side door within a few minutes - 10?). I went to see who it was and no one was there, so I proceeded to my car to pack what I had gathered.

The neighbor however, had hidden his car down the driveway, and jumped out and rushed me cursing me (B*tch! You done f*'ed with the wrong person...") and swinging his fists. I dropped what I had but for a flashlight which I used to defend myself when he swung at me. We both ended up with stitches and I damaged his car in the brief fight. Then he drove home.

We both called the Sheriff's Department. Deputies came out, interviewed us both and were ready to arrest him, but then two supervisors his mother's age came out and said, no - we're arresting her (me) instead and this is what we're going to say happened. Then they totally twisted the story. Said the guy had just come for a neighborly visit and I attacked him for nothing. (His mom had worked at the Sheriff's Department for 24 years... want to bet they were her friends, "more"?)

So they arrested me! Ignoring the fact that I had named him as being one of the people assaulting us for MONTHS 24/7.

I spent 24 hours in jail, got bailed out, then they arrested me again!!! Spent about 4-5 days in jail. 2nd time, they claimed a TRAIL CAMERA we put up on OUR property to catch the perp who attacked me climbing over the chain link fence in the night, every night, bending/damaging the fence to put a DEW up next to the house at about 3 a.m., was not "home security" it was "cyberstalking" THEM. A trail camera just shoots 1-6 still photos or a short video clip when triggered by MOTION. You cannot access it by internet at all. You have to take its chip, put it in a computer to see what motion events it has captured.  That means it is impossible to use to "cyberstalk" anyone! (It wasn't even near their home, it showed the fence and woods probably from taking photos when the wind blew and branches moved. But after I put it up, ANOTHER area of the fence was being damaged, indicating he had seen it and climbed over the fence further away).

So, the charges were all utter garbage. No doubt the Sheriff's Department saw a chance to "punish" me for telling them they were gross incompetents and I ought to sue them for failing to do their jobs protecting my family from the daily, 24/7 DEW assaults for about a year.

I don't think the neighbor liked the fact that I was packing to leave before they killed me and collected the insurance bonus.

B) the client's lawyer said at the hearing, "My clients don't give a * about this case."

?!?!?!?

So apparently they do not wish to pursue it? (Gee, how "big" of the real perps?)

So can the State pursue it anyway? No idea. Hopefully my lawyer will clarify shortly.
