I remember years ago when I was being given psychological training by a posh perp to hate certain groups of people because they had different cultures and own too many shops. He was not the only perp who tried this type of mind training on me.
The ones that they send to give you this type of training always have money and assets to try to pursuade you to change your ways. They are generally very polite and nice to you and give you anything, take you anywhere you so desire. They are simply saying that you too can gain all this if you join them.
By not corporating you risk being a bigger target. If a target do not comply they risk everything. I did not give in and that's why I became a bigger target.
This is how it work; they send someone to befriend and train you telling you who to like and who to stay away from.
If you do not stay away from certain people that they tell you to stay away from, and do the opposite, they then train those same people that they were training you to hate to go after you and disrupt your life.
This type of training means that certain groups of people from various back grounds, country, culture must not become friends nor even seen together. People from various back grounds and culture MUST ONLY be seen together with the dominant group, the group that is in control. Why? because its a good look.

Caterbone, as a Pro Se Litigant filed several civil actions as Plaintiffs that are in current litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Third District Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, The Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, The Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. These litigations include violations of intellectual property rights, anti-trust violations, and interference of contracts relating to several business interests. Central to this litigation is the Digital Movie, Digital Technologies, Financial Management Group, Ltd,/FMG Advisory, Ltd., and it’s affiliated businesses along with a Federal False Claims Act or Federal Whistleblowers Act regarding the firm of International Signal and Control, Plc., (ISC) the $1Billion Dollar Fraud and the Export violations of selling arms to South Africa and Iraq. In 1999 I contributed to the debate, research, and implementation of strategies to counter the effects of the global Y2K threat to the worlds computer technologies. We attended the U.S. Sponsored Y2K symposium and Conference in Washington, D.C. hosted by the Senate Y2K Subcommittee and Senator William Bennett.
In 1998 I had begun to administer the charity giving of Tom’s Project Hope, a non-profit organization promoting education and awareness for mental illness and suicide prevention. We had provided funding for the Mental Health Alliance of Lancaster County, Contact Lancaster (The 24/7 Suicide Prevention Hotline), The Schreiber Pediatric Center, and other charitable organizations and faith based charities.
In 1993 I was retained by Pflumm Contractors, Inc., as controller, and was responsible for saving the company from a potential bankruptcy. At that time, due to several unpaid contracts, the company was facing extreme pressure from lenders and the bonding insurance company. We were responsible for implementing computerized accounting, accounting and contract policies and procedures, human resource policies and procedures, marketing strategies, performance measurement reporting, and negotiate for the payment of unpaid contracts. The bonding company was especially problematic, since it was the lifeline to continue work and bidding for public contracts. The Bank of Lancaster County demanded a complete accounting of the operations in order to stave off a default on the notes and loans it was holding. We essentially revamped the entire operation. Within 3 years, the company realized an increase in profits of 3 to 4 times its previous years, and record revenues.
In 1991 I was elected to People to People International and the Citizen Ambassador Program, which was founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1956. The program was founded to “To give specialists from throughout the world greater opportunities to work together and effectively communicate with peers, The Citizen Ambassador program administers face-to-face scientific, technical, and professional exchanges throughout the world. In 1961, under President John F. Kennedy, the State Department established a non-profit private foundation to administer the program. We were scheduled to tour the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe to discuss printing and publishing technologies with scientists and technicians around the world.
In 1990 I had worked on developing voice recognition systems for the government’s technology think tank – NIST (National Institute for Standards & Technology). I co-authored the article “Escaping the Unix Tar Pit” with a scientist from NIST that was published in the magazine “DISC”, then one of the leading publications for the CD-ROM industry. Today, most all call centers deploy that technology whenever you call an 800 number, and voice recognition is prevalent in all types of applications involving telecommunications.
In 1989 I had founded Advanced Media Group, Ltd., and was one of only 5 or 6 U.S. domestic companies that had the capability to manufacture CD-ROM’s. We did business with commercial companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and foreign companies. I performed services and contracts for the Department of Defense, NASA, National Institution of Standards & Technology (NIST), Department of Defense, The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and the Defense Mapping Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, (CIA), IBM, Microsoft, AMP, Commodore Computers, American Bankers Bond Buyers, and a host of others. I also was working with R.R, Donnelly’s Geo Systems, which was developing various interactive mapping technologies, which is now a major asset of Map Quest. Map Quest is the premier provider of mapping software and applications for the internet and is often used in delivering maps and directions for Fortune 500 companies. We had arranged for High Industries to sell American Helix, the manufacturer of compact discs, to R.R. Donnelly. We had brokered a deal and the executives from Donnelly’s Chicago headquarters flew to Lancaster to discuss the deal and perform due diligence of the manufacturing facility located in the Greenfield Industrial Park.
In 1987 Power Station Studios of New York retained me as executive producer of a motion picture project. The theatrical and video release was to be delivered in a digital format; the first of it’s kind. We had originated the marketing for the technology, and created the concept for the Power Station Digital Movie System (PSDMS), which would follow the copyright and marketing formula of the DOLBY technology trademark. We had also created and developed marketing and patent research for the development and commercialization of equipment that we intended to manufacture and market to the recording industry featuring the digital technology. Sidel, Gonda, Goldhammer, and Abbot, P.C. of Philadelphia was the lead patent law firm that We had retained for the project. Power Station Studios was the brainchild of Tony Bongiovi, a leading engineering genius discovered by Motown when he was 15. Tony and Power Station Studios was one of the leading recording studios in the country, and were responsible for developing Bon Jovi, a cousin. Power Station Studios clients included; Bruce Springsteen, Diana Ross, Cyndi Lauper, Talking Heads, Madonna, The Ramones, Steve Winwood, and many others. Tony and Power Station Studios had produced the original Sound Track for the original “Star Wars” motion picture. It was released for distribution and was the number one Sound Track recording of its time. Tony Bongiovi was also active in working and researching different aerospace technologies. * We had developed and authored a Joint Venture Proposal for SONY to partner with us in delivering the Digital Movie and it’s related technologies to the marketplace. The venture was to include the commercialization of technologies, which Tony Bongiovi had developed for the recording industry simultaneously with the release of the Digital Movie. I also created the concept for the PSDMS trademark, which was to be the Trademark logo for the technology, similar to the DOLBY sound system’s trademark. The acronym’s stand for the Power Station Digital Movie System. Today, DVD is the mainstay for delivering digital movies on a portable medium, a compact disc.
In 1987 I had created and developed FMG Mortgage Banking, a company that was funded by a major banking firm in Houston Texas. We had the capability to finance projects from $3 to $100 million dollars. Our terms and rates were so attractive that we had quickly received solicitations from developers across the country. We were also very attractive to companies that wanted to raise capital that include both debt and equity. Through my company, FMG, we could raise equity funding through private placements, and debt funding through FMG Mortgage Banking. We were retained by Gamillion Studios of Hollywood, California to secure financing of their postproduction Film Studio that was looking to relocate to North Carolina. We had secured refinancing packages for Norris Boyd of and the Olde Hickory and were in the midst of replacing the current loan that was with Commonwealth National Bank. We had meetings and discussions with Drew Anton of the Eden Resort, for refinancing a portion of his debt portfolio. We were quickly seeking commitments for real estate deals from New York to California. We also had a number of other prominent local developers seeking our competitive funding, including Owen Kugal, High Industries, and the Marty Sponougle a partner of The Fisher Group (owner of the Rt. 30 Outlets). We were constantly told that our financing packages were more completive than local institutions.
In 1986 I had founded Financial Management Group, Ltd (FMG); a large financial services organization comprised of a variety of professionals operating in one location. We had developed a stock purchase program for where everyone had the opportunity for equity ownership in the new firm. FMG had financial planners, investment managers, accountants, attorneys, realtors, liability insurance services, tax preparers, and estate planners operating out of our corporate headquarters in Lancaster. In one year, we had 24 people on staff, had approximately 12 offices in Pennsylvania, and several satellite offices in other states. We had in excess of $50 million under management, and our advisors were generating almost $4 million of commissions, which did not include the fees from the other professionals. We had acquired our own Broker Dealer firm and were valued at about $3 to $4 million.
In 1985 I developed the Easter Regional Free Agent Camp, the first Free Agent Camp for the Professional Football industry; which was videotaped for distribution to the teams scouting departments. (See Washington Post ¾ page article of March 24, 1985) Current camps were dependant on the team scouts to travel from state to state looking for recruits. We had developed a strategy of video taping the camp and the distributing a copy, free of charge to the teams, to all of the scouting departments for teams in all three leagues FL, CFL and WFL. My brother was signed at that camp by the Ottawa Roughriders of the CFL, and went on to be a leading receiver while J.C. Watts was one of the leagues most prominent quarterbacks. My brother also played 2 years with the Miami Dolphins while Dan Marino was starting quarterback. We were a Certified Agent for the National Football League Players Association. Gene Upshaw, the President of the NFLPA had given me some helpful hints for my camp, while we were at a Conference for agents of the NFL. The Washington Post wrote a full-page article about our camp and associated it with other camps that were questionable about their practices. Actually, that was the very reason for our camp. We had attended many other camps around the country that were not very well organized and attracted few if any scouts. We had about 60 participants, with one player coming from as far away as Hawaii. We held the camp at Lancaster Catholic, with a professional production company filming the entire camp, while I did the editing and produced the video. The well respected and widely acclaimed professional football scout, Gil Brandt, of the Dallas Cowboys, had given me support for my camp during some conversations We had with him and said he looked forward to reviewing the tapes for any hopeful recruits.
In 1985 I was elected Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Association of Financial Planners, and helped build that chapter by increasing membership 3to 4 times. We had personally retained the nationally acclaimed and nationally syndicated Financial Planner, Ms. Alexandria Armstrong of Washington D.C.; to host a major fundraiser. More than 150 professionals attended the dinner event that was held at the Eden Resort & Conference Center. Ms. Armstrong discussed financial planning and how all of the professions needed to work together in order to be most effective for their clients. We attracted a wide variety of professionals including; brokers, lawyers, accountants, realtors, tax specialists, estate planners, bankers, and investment advisors. Today, it has become evident that financial planning was the way of the future. In 1986 executives approached us from Blue Ball National Bank to help them develop a Financial Planning department within their bank.
In 1984 I had helped to develop strategic planning for Sandy Weill, former President of Citi Group (the largest banking entity in the U.S). We were one of several associates asked to help advise on the future of Financial Planning and how it would impact the brokerage and the investment industry at large. Mr. Weil was performing due diligence for the merger of American Express and IDS (Investors Diversified Services). We were at that time a national leader in the company in delivering Fee Based Financial Planning Services, which was a new concept in the investment community and mainstream investors. That concept is now widely held by most investment advisers.

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

Greetings, everyone.
There is a group in our community that has been meeting privately who are very concerned about the events that happened which culminated in my being let go as president of FFCHS. Many in the community are disturbed by the total injustice of the situation and are trying to adjust to what they see as a hostile takeover of the organization. I concur that it was a takeover that was hostile – and I feel orchestrated by the perps – as witnessed by the conference call on Halloween night.
There were accusations of embezzlement of funds even though no evidence was brought forth supporting these claims. Because of the hostility of that evening, I was not afforded the opportunity to present my case to the community due to constant interruptions by the new treasurer which led to shouting.
Therefore, this coming Monday, the community will be able to hear my side of these events uninterrupted and have an informed discussion afterwards. Here are the call details:

I’m sending this message to many in the community. At present I don’t have access to my usual list so please forward.
The past couple of months have been absolutely surreal on the FFCHS board. It all started with the election of the new treasurer. All manner of chaos has been the state of affairs since then to the present day.
I intend to respond to all of the allegations contained in the recent FFCHS “Halloween Newsletter.”
First of all, I would like to state for the record that there is no embezzlement of funds on my part, there never has been and the board has not brought forth a single piece of evidence to support any of Delores’ claims. These wild claims of hers have been pulled out of the air with absolutely no basis in fact.
The FFCHS Board, in their “Halloween Newsletter,” stated that because of my resistance to Delores Hall as Treasurer, I became impossible to work with which resulted in the decision that they were “reluctant” to make.
For those of you who witnessed Delores Hall Saturday night, October 31, will know who was really impossible to work with and may have an idea of why I resisted this decision of the board’s and why I tried to convince them to reverse this decision.
My resistance to Delores was based on her disruptive, inflammatory, libelous and slanderous conduct AND on her blatant dishonesty. These were strenuous conditions which the FFCHS Board chose to ignore. I simply could not work with a person whose total lack of professionalism, callousness, and relentless aggression for bringing down the presidency were so detrimental to the usual harmony of the board and the community.
She even refused to communicate with me via email or telephone further complicating the transition process.
Due to the constant conflict that Delores brought to board meetings and board emails, I found that I was often alone in trying to resolve brute aggression that was aimed at me with no intervention whatsoever from other board members.
The following allegations are being made by Delores Hall and others during the Saturday night, October 31 conference call and at other times:
1. That I intercepted all of the funds in the FFCHS Paypal account.
Total absurdity! Bank records show otherwise. Ethically, this board had the responsibility to present me with their suspicions and I could have easily addressed their concerns. However, the board chose to hoard their findings and did not afford me the opportunity to offer a proper explanation.
2. That people who had memberships were not properly credited for being a member.
Because the Membership volunteer, did not receive some peoples’ donation amounts, they were not listed. The obvious thing to do when the Treasurer noticed this oversight would have been for the Treasurer to ask the Membership Chairperson about it. However, that’s not the way this Treasurer does things. And also since the Treasurer is not on good terms with the Membership Chair either, (wonder why) this was not done. Instead the Treasurer made the non-sensical assumption that the money was not placed in the Treasury!
3. That I was involved in criminal activity due to not listing FFCHS as a business rather than a non-profit with the bank. When I first opened the FFCHS bank account in 2006, we were not yet a 501 c3 non-profit. That happened a couple years later in 2008. The Treasurer was trying to create an embezzlement case because our account was not re-listed as a non-profit account at the bank upon our 501 c3 designation.

4. That I refused to change the checking account and the credit card to FFCHS’ name rather than my own.
Because the checking account was closing and the Treasurer was opening a new one, I saw no need to rush and make any changes. The bank even stated that to me.
As for the credit card, the board and the Treasurer insisted that I send them the card issued to me jointly in my name and FFCHS. What for? They could not use a card issued in my name. And whatever happens to that card, the liability remains with me if it’s in my name. What they would do with it, who knows? I was not willing to find out.
5. That I had not paid for a Washington Post ad and had instead pocketed the money.
It was stated during the Saturday night call that the donor for that ad, which cost $3000 thought it was going to be published in the main Washington Post paper, not the trendy, free entertainment weekly that the Post publishes. Obviously, Delores did not know that the donor would have had to come up with at least $97,000 more to even think about getting an ad published in the main paper. Plus, there are witnesses who saw the ad when it ran online and also TI’s in the area who went and got free copies of the paper and saw the ad (including myself) after it was published. So the ad did indeed run. I also still have the receipt if anyone would like to view it. This accusation can be easily proven false.
6. There was mention of a “dba t-shirt company.”
This is one of our online stores which is allegedly bringing in $4000/month — another unsubstantiated, false claim. We actually just received our second sales commission after nearly 5 years with this online company for the amount of $190.00
7. That I had absconded with $40,000 bequeathed to me from Harlan Girard — shown by more than one person to be a false claim. Harlan had no Will and no such bequeathals were made. Easily disproven.
8. That I had helped someone to commit suicide who had come to me for money and I said I didn’t have any — another completely unsubstantiated claim.
9. That I had forgotten who Aaron Alexis was two weeks after his initial contact with FFCHS.
I receive many requests for advice and assistance daily from people I do not know. Unless that person makes repeated contact with me (or with most people), there’s no way I or most others would remember their name after two weeks.
10. That I was responsible for the Myron May incident.
I did try to reach out to Myron, however, he did not receive the message I left for him and by the time we established email contact, he had made up his mind what he wanted to do — which he didn’t share with me – and I didn’t get the chance to assist him.
Many witnessed Delores’ behavior during Saturday night’s podcast and were able to see firsthand how she conducted herself during the Board meetings which should suffice to explain why I simply could not work with her. I sometimes had to mute her so we could conduct board meetings without having to hear her shouting.
I implored the board for another person to be brought in as Treasurer that I could work with. This is why I was so resistant to handing over documents and the group’s treasury. I simply did not trust this person as Treasurer who was out to get me and seemed mentally unstable. My requests went unheeded by the board.
In other issues:
— the original board did receive and review copies of the Articles of Incorporation and the By-laws from the company that created them for us.
— I assumed the role of President with the full consent of the community and the board at the time.
— As for our books, they were kept by an accountant that we’ve had for several years. We have even posted our annual financial report at our website.
— The charter is not in my name as a proprietorship as reported. My signature on the Articles of Incorporation lists me as an “authorized representative.” I can send any interested party copies of this document if they wish to see it.
— the only resistance I had to the Treasury was Delores Hall in the position of Treasurer. I had recommended other treasury candidates to the board during this period as a way to re-establish the peace. However, all these attempts were rejected by the board.
Thanks to so many of you that have lent your support at this time. God willing, we will survive and re-build.

Unfortunately, I didn’t see this message until it was too late – apparently I’m the only one left doing any moderating at Mind Control Research Forum, but with over 800 members, frankly, there’s more action taking place here than there. Maybe that will change if Derrick becomes involved again.
Doesn't it ring anyone's bells when a true TI is relentlessly attacked here on peacepink? Although I've had my dif of opn w/Deca, there is NO question he is a credible TI who is constantly trying to better our understanding of our condition.
Why sling mud? Makes me suspicious of those doing the slinging. If you don't have anything better to do than try to discredit another member repeatedly, perhaps your intentions are not aligned with the focus of eliminating this covert crime, and instead are one of its supporters.
Stick to the underlying idea of peacepink where we are all headed in the same committed direction of exposing this crime, and stop picking on individual members who have proved themselves over the YEARS (yes YEARS!!!!!!!!!) as being a targeted individual.

One thing that is omnipresent in our lives are perps, that's a given.
They occupy all our time bcz of some tactic they are presently engaged in to torment/torture us. BUT, some of that time MUST be forceably reclaimed for ourselves. We must always remember that WE are at the center of their attention, and but for us and our responses, they have nothing. WE are sometimes part of our own problem by our giving them what they require - our attention and time. This is why the sensitizing tactic works so well - we take the bait and see perps all around us all the time - we give them omnipresent power over us.
As of late, I have decided to sell my home and move. However, I have noticed (the reason why I'm sitting here typing) that I am delaying getting things ready so I can list with a realtor (painting, repairing, staging, etc) and am instead involved in that old game of "catching them" projects instead. How easily we can be sucked in to their game, EVEN IN DEFERENCE TO OUR OWN FORWARD MOVEMENT!
It takes an effort and great determination to aim our attention toward reclaiming our lives and living free. I urge every TI to set aside an hour each and EVERY day when you force out thoughts and actions concerning your present condition, and begin to think and make plans for a future where you are free. We are caught in a period of time where this covert crime exists, it will NOT exist forever. Even Nazi Germany's atrocities eventually came to an end.

At the age of sixteen plus, I had the most peculiar experience while I was in a dream state. I was half awake and half asleep; I could hear what my family were saying even though I was dreaming and appeared to be in another domain. I was trodding through a deserted land and it was very wind. The sand was blowing at me so powerful was the wind I could hardly move forward. It was late and almost dark in the dream. It was in Egypt because I was surrounded by egyptian famous tombs and saw lots of pyramids. I could hear the howling of the wind and in the dream I was trying to get up but felt too weighed down. I could hear what was going on in the real world in my surroundings. I've never studied history in class, and that was my first knowledge of how I became aware of egypt and the tombs, because of what I've experienced while napping.
When I finally woke up and sat up on the bed I felt something warm hitting the mattress on both sides, right beside where I sat. It felt like heavy pebbles and the parts where it hit would sink before it got back to normal.

Two months ago I could stop everything because what the people says or think about me NOWADAYS I just laught about it, I´m not focus on listen what the people is saying about me, I don´t waste time and energy (yes.... save energy is very important, physical and mental) to get worried or angry about what they say. Giving smiles is the most powerfull weapon that I can through them, (because they are not getting the result expected, that I get angry, nervous, cry, break down... and leave the classroom. I repeat again.. I deal 5 hours per day with V2k and 15 stalkers in classroom (+ people on street and buses)

Since I posted my last blog, I have been under attack with their satellite based radar. I have researched it. I know for 100% that the technology they use to project voices into my head and to cause incredible pain, bleeding, and many other symptoms, are caused by military radar. Last year, before Christmas, I drove to the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. It is in Green Bank, West Virginia. The whole area that surrounds the observatory is in the mountains and is called the National Radio Quiet Zone. I visited the observatory. Radio frequencies must be minimized so that they do not cause interference with the signals received by the telescope. There are no cell phone towers and NO radio transmitters. Only satellite signals can be received. They minimized the intensity in the V2K but the link did not break. In addition, I flew between the US and Europe several times, and the link with my brain was still active while I was flying over the Atlantic ocean.They also continued in Europe. My relatives thought that I was an agent for a U.S. Government Agency, which was total nonsense. Someone had provided them false information. The CIA cooperated with the local police department and they provided the false information. Although I had sent my resume to a CIA scientist in 2000, I never received a contingent offer of employment. The government is not allowed to start an investigation without a contingent offer of employment. For more than 6 years, I have been just a part time physics teacher at a local university. They prevented that I could get a full time position with anyone because they were afraid that I would be able to file a lawsuit, if I earned enough money.They intented to destroy my finances and succeeded. They have threatened to kill me several times and last year they attacked me so badly I almost died.
Those of you who believe that they are hearing the voices of a computer, they are wrong. I know that the computer analyzes the signals and displays the target's thoughts. The thoughts are being read back to the target by a person. In addition, they also talk to the target mostly in a humiliating way and/or they interrogate the target because they want information. There are also phases, when they only extract information from the brain, mostly during the night.
In my case, they are a group of female CIA/NSA psychologists with a male neurologist who has a position of authority. Since I have been targeted with this weapon, I studied as many cases as possible. I found another case description, in which the target explains that he was terrorized with V2K by a group of females with a male who had some authority.
There is only one way to protect yourself - you must build an anechoic chamber. The foam in the chamber must be cut in way that it absorbs a range of acoustic signals. It will eliminate the voices. In addition you need to sleep in an iron box. The foam needs to be inside of the box.
To reflect the radar frequencies in the S-band or microwave frequencies in general you need to build a Faraday cage with wire mesh. As they use a variety of frequencies, you need different materials. The spacing of the wire is important. It needs to vary to reflect a broad range of frequencies used by military radar.

Not everybody can build an anechoic chamber with a Faraday cage. It is too expensive. Maybe the information helps and some TIs can protect themselves from these attacks by inventing new methods of shielding. I did not have enough funds to do so. Good luck!

We are looking for a MC. Yes a Master of Ceremony or a DJ. yes a Dis Jockey .. or a Radio Personality that would be the Announcer / Moderator at the Saturday Night Talk Shoe Conference Call of the New FFCHS Freedom.
We are not looking to replace Neal however we are looking to have a person with a presences that is joyful and uplifting that can bring a personality to the calls. This person should preferably be a Target. A Targeted Individual that is able to be aware of our issues, they do not have to be an activist per say but this person needs to have our interest at heart. A person male or female that is targeted aware and awake.
This MC/DJ should be willing to Donating their time to the Cause .. Every Saturday if possible but not necessary. In the future there might be a paying position for this person. If we can keep the attention on the TIs and they are loving the calls more donations will come in and that will generate the money for salary in the future. The calls are usually 3+ hours however we only need this person at the start of the call for at lease 2 hours to set the momentum and a positive energy level to the calls. Live & up Beat and maybe even with music that is uptempo as a theme song.

There is so much blood on the floor of the CIA, that it is a waste of time to clean it of. The crimes committed by agency employees in the name of national security are outrageous and a shame for this country. We know from Lynnae Williams, a former DIA analyst, that the CIA's psychology department is corrupt. The CIA and the NSA allowed 9/11 to happen, they allowed almost 3000 Americans to get killed in a terrorist attack because they wanted to get more funding. Dr. Hickson told me that they had enough intelligence because the Mossad had closed their offices in the World Trade Center. No Mossad employee was in the building which means they had accurate information about the attacks. The CIA is responsible for the mind control experiments with V2K. They not only developed the technology as a result from their remote viewing program, they use it. I was told the CIA needs this tool. Had they not harassed me and made me a target, I would never have found out. I thought the CIA was a normal government agency, but it is the shame of the United States, a place for sadists, psychopaths - an organization that works like an organized crime organization and is at the same level as any terrorist organization. I would NEVER work for them or the NSA. I do not want to be associated with criminals and that's what they are. I would like to thank this commission for their efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects.
Ethical protections for human subjects are essential considering the past history of non-consensual research by United States Military and intelligence agencies in collaboration with educational institutions such as Harvard, John Hopkins, MIT, Princeton, and Stanford; pharmaceutical companies such as Eli Lily; medical schools and hospitals; the American Psychological Association; the National Institutes of Health, the Veterans Administration Center, U.S. Public Health Service and others.
Examples of past non-consensual experimentation include the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, The Manhattan Project, The Willowbrook Experiment, and Radiation Experiments.
Mind control experiments such as Project CHATTER, Project BLUEBIRD, Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA, Project MKSEARCH, Project MKNAOMI and others were often interwoven with radiation experiments and research on chemical and biological weapons. Psychiatrists, psychologists, neurosurgeons and other contractors conducting the work were embedded in a broad network of doctors and some of the research was published in medical journals.
As previously reported to this commission in 2011 and continuing to be reported in increasing numbers to this day United States citizens and others are reporting non-consensual experimentation including remote experimentation and torture. In 2011 it was reported to this commission that there were approximately 3000 known victims. Four years later those numbers have grown to 4000 to 5000 victims, an increase of at least 33%. I have brought with me over 60 of their statements.
Non-consensual victims of experimentation have experienced covert COINTELPRO type tactics including those used in Project MKDELTA. MKDELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting, or disabling purposes.
Due to past history, previous testimony and statements provided to this commission, and continuing reports of non-consensual research ethical protections for human subjects in the form of regulatory changes are critical.
As I understand Subpart A of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) regulations, Protection of Human Subjects (codified at 45 C.F.R Part 46), also known as the Common Rule loopholes allow for experimentation when there is no physical intervention or interaction with the subject by an investigator as occurs in remote experimentation and previously reported to this commission by victims; or when the identify of the subject is unknown to the investigator (for example Subject 9,543).
Also there is no oversight for some non-federal entities such as private corporations and contractors and foreign entities; as well as some federal departments and agencies. Oversight is needed for all entities conducting research on American citizens and U.S. persons as well as research conducted on foreign soil.
Additionally research activities are permitted for some demonstration and service programs for public benefit; department or agency heads can waive consent in certain cases; institutions can register their own institutional review board (IRB); and IRBs can waive consent in certain instances. There are other loopholes not described here. Additional protections are also needed for children, prisoners and those of impaired consent.
In light of the testimony given in 2011 and existing loopholes in federal regulations I was shocked and dismayed that the only notable recommendation the Bioethics Commission made regarding the consent process is to add people of impaired consent. Ethical protections for human subjects necessitate regulatory changes.
After experiencing painful vibrations in my forehead with associated blood in my mucous, vibrations of my organs and more I sought help in the form of testing.
Test results included materials specifically used in the manufacture of neural dust as researched and developed by the University of California, Berkley. Neural Dust is an ultrasonic low power implantable form of brain-machine interface which as originally designed includes a subdural transceiver, an external transceiver and cmos chips implanted into the cortex.
The University of California has collaborative agreements with Temple University, which in turn has collaborative agreements with Dartmouth University and Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital where I had surgery on my nose and face.
Additionally, an ELF/EMF scan found 20 sites on my body that emit emf emissions beyond normal for the human body and consistent with implants. Also, the scan showed my body receiving governmental frequencies that were not observed during ambient conditions; my body was acting as a receiver.
This is only one example of the continued collaboration between United States government agencies and others who receive funding from those agencies.
I do not consent nor have I knowingly consented to any form of research, experimentation or implantation.
Not everyone can afford to pay for testing nor should we have to. We need the medical community to evaluate our medical complaints in a scientific manner and not subjectively rule out complaints as mental illness. We also need an investigation into our complaints of non-consensual research and covert psychological operations.
In addition to regulatory changes, criminal penalties must be legislated for research involving human subjects when bodily integrity and autonomy are violated as for other criminals who are routinely punished with convictions for assault, fraud and homicide. Unethical treatment of human beings can only be prosecuted when laws and regulations are in place.
Even if a researcher, physician, institution, other is engaged in socially beneficial research that might lead to cures or treatments for devastating diseases it is imperative that each person's autonomy, self-determination, human dignity and constitutional rights prevail over scientific advancement and social benefit.
Over fifty years ago American citizens reported being victims of non-consensual human experimentation and reports continue to this day. Over fifty years later we still don't have the necessary reforms to protect U.S. citizens and others from non-consensual research. As a society we must ensure that research subjects possess human rights that are inviolate.
This commission includes members of institutions that have participated in unethical research in the past. This commission does not include a single victim of non-consensual research. They have the insight that only a victim could impart.
Thank you for your efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects. Much work still remains to be done.

Subject: State, National and International Emergency - Organized Stalking and Satellite Surveillance and Torture
Dear Governor Hickenlooper,
I wanted to make you aware of an emergency situation. Satellite technology is silently connected to millions of people, including children, throughout the world. It provides constant location, sight, sound and thought surveillance. The operators can literally hear what we hear, see what we see and read our thoughts. This technology is also being used as a remote, invisible torture instrument by transmitting inexplicable sounds, voices, images, smells and tastes directly into the brain, creating numerous pains and sensations throughout the body and significantly altering sleep patterns, energy level and emotional states. Many believe the technology has a “kill switch”, capable of causing instantaneous heart failure or a stroke. Everyone is potentially at risk. Imagine Hitler or Stalin with this technology.
Aaron Alexis, the Washington Navy Yard shooter, Miriam Carey, shot fleeing a White House checkpoint in October 2013, Dominic Adesanya, one of the recent White House fence jumpers, and Myron May, the shooter at Florida State University last November, were all targeted and tortured prior to those events. Eddie Ray Routh may have been targeted, tortured and provoked to kill Chris Kyle, the highly decorated Navy SEAL portrayed in American Sniper, and his friend Chad Littlefield. Many other seemingly inexplicable tragedies, including mass shootings going back decades, and an untold number of suicides have been caused by people being tortured past their breaking points. Once exposed, this will be the largest crime in U.S. history.
There are millions of satellite torture victims all over the world. Most do not even know this technology exists. Many are pushed into the mental health system. Over the past decade or so, information has sprung up everywhere – books, articles, websites, blogs, petitions, victim testimonials, support groups, etc. Published by torture victims trying to make sense of something almost impossible to comprehend, the information is understandably all over the board. Search “targeted individuals”, “organized stalking”, “gang stalking”, “electronic harassment” and “technological assault”. One prominent support group, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (www.freedomfchs.com), was formed 10 years ago and has members and affiliated support groups across the country and throughout the world.
Since the satellite technology is classified and no information has been released to the public, there are many different theories regarding technological assault. However, any viable theory has to be able to explain how people are targeted on airplanes at 35,000 feet over the middle of the ocean. Satellite is the only technology that can do that.
Many victims of satellite surveillance and torture also experience “organized stalking”. This is stalking, monitoring, harassment and intimidation conducted by a large, organized, well-funded group. Organized stalking is a form of psychological torture which uses tactics similar to those used by corrupt regimes throughout history to manipulate and control their populations. The Germans had a name for the psychological terror inflicted by the Stasi in former communist East Germany – zersetzung or decomposition. American citizens in communities across the United States are being victimized by organized stalking. The size and scope of the organized stalking apparatus suggest government involvement and funding.
I have been a Colorado resident since 1999 and a victim of organized stalking and satellite surveillance and torture for roughly the past decade. I attached a copy of a paper I wrote in May 2014, “End the Torment”. It describes some of my personal experiences. I have reported these crimes to the Denver Police Department, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. I have also contacted the FBI on numerous occasions. To my knowledge, no investigation has been commenced. The brutal torture continues every second of every day.
Victims across the country have filed reports with local and federal law enforcement. The crimes are not being investigated. It is being dismissed as mental illness. Torture victims are not only being ignored, they are often subjected to defamatory labels. It is NOT mental illness, yet the mental health profession continues to provide cover for these crimes by handing out false diagnoses and prescribing potentially dangerous, mind-altering drugs. The DSM and mental health practices will be completely revamped when this situation is finally exposed. The mental health profession has massive legal exposure, both civil and criminal, to this issue.
This is a state, national and international emergency. A long list of horrific crimes are being committed: unimaginable privacy violations, stalking, assault, torture, murder, domestic terrorism and crimes against humanity. American citizens are under attack, and innocent lives are being destroyed. This situation must be immediately investigated, and organized stalking and satellite technology capable of ending humanity must be exposed and permanently locked down.
