Mind Control with Silent Sounds and Super Computers

During my stay, I went horseback riding. When the horses were pulled out of their stable, I already saw something akin to depression or unhappiness in them, particularly in their eyes.

During the ride, the instructor told me, "I want you to not worry at all about hurting it. Kick it in its sides as hard as you can." Then, "Your goal is to not let it eat (grass, plants or leaves)."

We were also supposed to harshly pull its head to the side we wanted it to move in. At one point we were supposed to keep it from moving.

The instructor told us the horses weren't supposed to eat leaves because it was a choking hazard, but admitted she had never seen any of them choke. She did say to a horse, "you don't deserve it anyway" regarding leaf-eating. By the end, my horse lashed out a bit at that woman.

How exactly are these horses mind-controlled?

My own mind control, as well as that of others I know about, involves being prevented from eating normally (being forced to eat certain amounts of certain foods) during key programming periods. Like the horses being kicked and having their heads pulled harshly, I often receive little nudges and kick-like sensations, as well as forced movements, like my head moving to one side, the primary purpose being to alter my behaviour and thinking, action by action and thought by thought. The difference is that the horses' perps (harassers) are its riders, not just some secret authority.

The horses are kicked harder and harder until they move from pain or discomfort.

Less important information:

When I went horseback riding in Costa Rica, we treated the horses much more nicely, even giving them pineapple when we had stopped. It may also be worth mentioning these horses were constantly twitching near their necks. It could've been a bug. It could also be a triggered itch, as is the case with me. I, too, suspected I may have had bed bugs before it became obvious that something else was going on.

According to the instructor, the horses didn't feel anything unless we really kicked them. I have evidence to the contrary: it moved specifically when I kicked it gently, at first.

Over time, it became more tired and decided not to obey the signals.

Disobedience isn't the same as lack of awareness.

This post is the least I could do to try to help the horses in some way.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

The big problem with the Internet is incivility and immoderate speech, right? That’s the reason that British social media users are prosecuted in their hundreds, that Australian tabloids enlist sports stars in campaigns to “stop the trolls” and beef up our own laws, that journalists complain endlesslyabout the antagonism they cop from readers, and that public awareness campaigns tell us what to do in cases of persistent online conflict.

This idea that the Internet is a hotbed of irrational, intractable conflict — especially when it comes to politics – is by now an article of conventional wisdom. So common sense should be troubled by the release of a report yesterday from the respected Pew Center suggesting that people were far less likely to express disagreement with prevailing views in social media than in other contexts.

In Social Media and the Spiral of Silence, researchers looked specifically at American citizens’ discussion on the Snowden leaks, which revealed widespread electronic surveillance of ordinary citizens, some of which has a similar character to the kind that the Australian government is currently proposing to extend on all of the country’s Internet users.

They found not only that social media users were unlikely to share opinions that they thought their followers disagreed with, but that Facebook and Twitter users were less likely to express potentially controversial opinions in face-to-face contexts as well. To explain this, the researchers employed an old conceptual stand-by from social-scientific approaches to communication, the “spiral of silence”, which posits that minority opinions are not expressed in group settings due to individual fears about social isolation, or more serious reprisals (like losing your job, or your status).

Contrary to perennial optimism about the Internet’s contribution to increased freedom of expression, the researchers found that “social media did not provide new forums for those who might otherwise remain silent”, and the possibility that the “spiral of silence might spill over from online contexts to in-person contexts”. A significant number of Internet users dare not disagree with their partners in conversation, online or off.

As always, caution is needed in generalising beyond the US context of the research, and even to other topics. Nevertheless, the idea that the Internetmay, at least in some circumstances, be an engine of consensus mirrors more critical work done in the more theoretical end of social media research.

The limitation of the spiral of silence approach, though, may be that while classically it relies on individuals’ vaguely intuiting the nature of majority opinion, in social media we receive concrete evidence of the consequences of breaking ranks with prevailing opinion on a daily basis.

In the last week alone, the brave free speech warriors of the IPA ditched long-term fellow Alan Moran for his performance in social media, after another former fellow was disendorsed as a Liberal candidate for virulently homophobic remarkson Facebook. Here in the US, an assistant professor at the University of Illinois was recently “unhired” for his trenchant remarks on the Israeli invasion of Gaza.

Apart from the familiar spectacle of such social media sackings, all of us will know of pile-ons, broken friendships and professional ostracism which have emerged from political discussions online.
Further, the topic that the Pew researchers asked about may have a special resonance, and induce a particular kind of silence. Just as the Church Committee findings about the NSA in the 1970s apparently did little to curb the appetites of the US security state, it may be that the slow-drip release of the Snowden revelations has simply brought about a greater, more fearful awareness of surveillance, rather than eliciting a determination to reclaim rights to privacy and speech.

Surveillance itself may be one reason that social media users are more reticent about offering their opinions on surveillance. This capacity for surveillance to limit politics before it even gets started may be a better reason to oppose its extension in Australia than any vague and contested notions of privacy.

The environments we interact in are also shaped by a commercially-motivated imperative that has political effects: the desire to keep us happy. The Facebook research that occasioned recent controversy over research ethics was all part of a larger effort to algorithmically minimise conflict, whose starting point, according to Facebook data scientist Adam Kramer, is that “exposure to friends’ negativity might lead people to avoid visiting Facebook”. With less and less aberrant disagreement inside our “filter bubbles”, perhaps we are losing the knack.

The unfortunate possibility that such research adds weight to, though, is that we act in far more immediate ways to limit one another’s expression than the state or our platforms do. In the midst of social media’s perpetual flurries of outrage, we teach one another that the range of acceptable opinion is small, that we are individually responsible for comporting ourselves within these limits, and that the negative consequences are unpredictable, and potentially catastrophic. Accepting cues – from media, government and other authorities – about the dangers of incivility and extremism, we monitor each other’s conduct, ensuring that it doesn’t cross any arbitrary lines.

Most importantly, we monitor our own, and limit ourselves in the name of consensus, and the quiet life.

The hardest thing In life that I have been put through is not having my freedom and being treated like a slave every since my ex-boyfriend Chuck drugged me in 2009 and implanted the gps microchip in my body when I was passed out wether ther...e is one or more gps microchips in my body without my consent every since then, my thoughts have been being read by others on their computors and cell phones through a typed in 16 digit microchip code that matches up with the gps microchip in my body. They have sent thoughts to my mind through the microchip or microchips inside my body making it to where I can't trust all the thoughts that go through my mind. They have used cybernetics on me the reason why I know this is a male and female voice is being forced out of me when I don't want to talk which has caused me chest pain and there has been times to where it has felt like someone is putting contacts on my eye balls and taking them off when I don't where contacts and never have so I don't know why I felt that. I have been tortured with pain for the last two years and it has been ongoing,my oxygen has almost completely been cut off with no lung problems with prior breathing tests that have been done. The only thing the breathing doctor said I have is mild sleep apnea,which I know would not have caused my breathing to be almost completely cut of on and off through the past two years. I also have had orgasms for days no boyfriend or husband to bring on those orgasms in my body and have seen and felt sperm come out of my vagina in my shower when I was taking a shower.They have caused skips in my heartbeat by making my heartbeat well over a hundred beats per minute with no prior heart problems according to the doctor my past angiograms of my heart it is normal and I don't need another angiogram done on my heart because I have a good strong heartbeat. I have felt pain as if someone was taking a knife and scraping the skin off my leg with no blood on my leg in my bedroom. I have felt the pain of my body being crucified while I was laying on my bed with no blood on the outside of my body right after my brother passed away in 2012. I felt the pain of heart surgery being done in my bedroom with no blood on the outside of my body. I believe these people have used cybernetics on my body and it was done through the gps microchip or microchips that was implanted in my body without my consent. I hear very loud soundwave voices go through my ears it makes me feel like I am going to pass out and I have also recorded them going through my ears with a microphone just to make sure that it was not just in my head. I have been wearing sonic ear plugs for two years and it is ongoing just to protect my ears from the very loud voices that are being sent through them. I also feel a great amount of electricity going through the leftside of my head and sometimes I feel it hitting my chest and other parts of my body. I will not give up even if my family members, my doctors, the mri,ex-ray depts.hospitals, The City Mayor Bob Cashell who didn't respond back to the letter I sent him for help,The TPO office in Reno,NV denied me a TPO order when I told them that these people threatened to shoot me with a gun what happens to the protection when you are in need of it. Also my debit card information has been stolen my and my card was charged 99.99 for something that I didn't purchase. My netgear wireless internet password that I made up myself and didn't give to anyone was stolen from me and I believe that my nextstore neighbors stoled my password hambone 12 and was connecting to my wireless netgear router for my internet for two years without me noticing it until I checked my netgear logins and noticed that someone was using my wirless internet connection outside my apt while everyone inside my apt was sleeping at night so I made out an online Reno Police Report and turned in my wireless netgear logins to prove that was not a ip address to a computer or cell phone in my apt and the Reno Police dept still hasn't done anything with that evidence provided along with the police report I filled out online. Congressman Mark Amodei has already told me he would represent me and my family and then takes back his word that he gave me when he had a Senator call me and tell me I'm sorry Mark Amodei can no longer represent you,The President don't respond back to my letters for help. Reno and sparks police have denied my cases more then once even with the evidence I provided to them. My sons wife a radiologist tech visits my apt while off duty I showed her my mri photos from Renown Medical and my roomated David is a Witness to what Krista told me when she told me that it looks like a foreign object in my skull on the Renown Mri photo. But then later back stabs me and tells my brother I didn't really tell her that I was just giving her a peace of mind I only seen a few of the Mri slides. I asked Krista about what she told my brother behind my back and she said no I didn't say that its just hard to determine that there is a really a foreign object in your skull when I have only see a few of your mri slides of your brain photos from Renwon there might be a foreign object in your skull I just don't know because I only seen a few of you mri photo slides and that not my specialty I am just a radiologist Tech. My brother Christopher Hamby died two years ago in 2012 and right after my brother died I was sent to a mental institute and misdiagnosed with bipolar schizophrenia because of the mild frontal atrophy of the brain that I have that Renown Medical Center failed to tell me about on my mri photos of my brain in 2012 the reason why I know this is because I have taken medical terminology classes and I have already got a second opinion from a MD online. I also know that they lied to me about my mri photos of my brain for 2012 at Renown Medical Center when they told me that there is no foreign object in my skull or brain because of the medical terminology classes that I have taken and because of the symptoms that I have and because it is clear to see on my Renown mri photo for 2012 seen down below. I am glad that I am a strong person because most people would have given up and commited suicide because this is very depressing. I will be strong through all of this even though I feel weak along with the very earliest eviromental pre-leukemia that I have and feel that was given to me by other people using electronic weapons guns on me. Caughing and car honking used to discourage thoughts and actions

In the past few years, I've noticed an interesting phenomenon.

When I am about to do something out of the ordinary, someone will caugh, and it automatically makes me think I'm not supposed to do what I'm about to do. Same with my thoughts.

This also happens with car honking. I believe it may be more than just a coincidence.

Originally, this was something people did consciously. They would say something between two fake coughs to "covertly" indicate something to someone else, or they would cough when someone said something weird, out of discomfort.

If you look at a sitcom, you may notice that coughing can be heard in the laugh track, sometimes in synchrony with a strange comment made by a character. "Intentional" caughing by characters also happens in this way.

I myself used to try to control my coughs so that I didn't reveal anything about myself by caughing at the wrong time when I was with others, or didn't interrupt them in the middle of a sentence, etc.

I tried to control their reaction to my cough by caughing at the right time, because I was fearful.

I have come to realize that this may have been one way in which I was contributing to this mechanism involving covertly-imposed discouragement of thoughts and actions.

Doing errands is always extra hard they come out of every vent air conditioner at the mall the swish from the cars, my head truly hurts from them running V2K over the back of my pineal glad my chest is scared from it to over my heart....been getting out lots lately but I'm still getting they're organised pattern of abuse the stupid things they say over and over again them narrating every nook and crevice of my brain putting words to things that arn't even remotely relevant...they are soooo stupid and they think there funny standing in front of a cashier ( I have noticed interact being a lot faster then it was a month ago and I'm so glad for that) is the worst I dread that 2-5 minutes in line while they try and make me say and insinuate me doing all kinds of things. They have nothing important left in there pathetic lives that they care about at all or it would be massacred in the same manner by now I'm sure I guess that's why they keep themselves that way...they are so sick that they have taken the humor out of everything.They even take the time to massacre my favorite song and make it sound stupid...they think the word butt pustule being said over and over again in different sentences is somehow funny...." is that guy hot? cuz we could make you look like a skank" I don't even take time to think about the male species for one anymore and I could care less what anyone in the mall looks like....seriously....picked up some bioplasma today BIO XII should probibly mark down the date of when I started taking it just to see if its helping things have been worse latly I havnt felt like doing much noticed there was something for tinnitus relief at the health food store today to wondering if that would shut up the V2K I'm going to look further into this. Another vitimin I'm reading on is CoQ10...and also ginkgo biloba.

Im just posting a side note, everyday for the last week Since this years 6 weeks of tuning me in again like every other year. There has been a definite change in my homes emf field... I use digital analyzers, Gauss meters and RF scanners on most of the days n nights recording changes of signals. If you are a Ti with implants (sensors). It is not easy for the perps to just turn you on. It takes years and years of monitoring and field testing. running and rerunning algorithms, gas lighting and following of you personality. along with monitoring all your phones computers ect ... My point to this is after 20+ years of all this the perps go back to the same system they have always used.. My homes internal AC wiring system in used as an RF antenna. It usually runs around 15.000 mhz to 20,000mhz. BUT!! every day now, right when I wake up it pulses every 4-5 min to 40.000-70.000mhz then back to normal. It happens also at noon goes back to normal and at night around 6pm where it then pulses on and off every 4-5 minutes for an house then stops. During this time is when I have induced dreams 5-6am, eat my first meal noon,and dinner where is a microwaved signal coupled with very high RF pulses for an hour.. these are also the times I get rashes on my wrists ankles feet heart palps high blood pressure fatigue vision issues and body itching... This has goes on for weeks then just stops... Its like clock work. Recording of the human cognome is the first step in human behavioral modification. (mind control) The Human Cognome Project is an effort to reverse engineer the human brain by .... regions of the human cortex by recording changes in brain hemodynamics.

Everyone who believes they are targeted needs to think logically about there situation but not until they truly understand a bit about the program, tactics and technology. It's taken me a year and four months but recently I've been getting stronger and it has let me really see how they been truly manipulating my thoughts and behaviors. It makes me realize they are doing the same with those around me except for the strong ones.. For example.. When I'm agitated they always have my family and my children point their phones at me. I now hold my phone up on silent and take their pictures.. Haha.. It stops.. I don't get agitated I just document. Or there are times I just ignore.. I must say I am bad because I study people and their behaviors and patterns.. I think it comes with the territory of TIs however I've always been in tune with people my whole life. My family and kids do all the signaling they say handlers do but that could be the program manipulating those around me. I've tried different experiments and tactics because I trust no one .. I can't and I know that's hard but you have to look out for yourself once this happens because even your loved ones will inadvertently hurt you through the manipulations. It's not as if the ones you do love are trying to hurt you but ultimately they may if they are being influenced and manipulated.. That's why I don't beat myself up anymore trying to figure out who is and who isn't being bought off.. I'm sure with all my documenting and close scrutiny it will reveal itself in time, and in the meantime I live with those closest who do love me but I still am watchful. It's a tough spot to be in. All I can offer is follow your gut, your instincts and your heart.. Your brain when totally clear is good to follow but we know it can be manipulated. I still believe my instincts are good. However I don't make any rash judgements anymore.. Like I said I observe, document, experiment and come up with conclusions over time....We all should know there is much more manipulation than we realize.. The perps know too much about every detail in our intimate lives. So I still question who is monitoring me.. My newest theory is they are using my family and friends without them knowing to hit me with RF through their phones to mine and to my person ( I always feel worse when all phones are going on around me) and I can tell because their phones and mine drain the battery much faster at these times. They also get on their phones exactly at the same time I go to do email or get on pp. I do experiments and have been and can tell from them how some of this works with the cable tv, smart electric box they installed on my house (bad energy and voltage sent thru my house). during the day it's different, I know a few neighbors that are new and I have people sitting in cars all around my house. That doesn't happen at night.. The one house behind me only has cars during the day and is empty at night..I combat it with tons of candles and fans (low energy things that moves the air in house and disrupts the frequencies and waves). Also music from old radio playing CDs. Old school simple things do help, that and you must move around and do the things Big Orange says about them not hitting your head.. Tilt head to right.. Move it left and right try to crack it, pop it and you'll hear a small crack and you'll start to notice disconnection from the head stuff .. It doesn't always work but I've found some success... I don't get V2k but I do have app on my phone called frequency generator and another called brainwave studio .. They play frequencies.. The generator I use with a frequency of 548.00 and 936.00 sometimes helps block the technical and mind interference. The brainwave studio has a lot of different sounds and frequencies that help to relax, think, concentrate. check it out. Sorry for rambling but thought I would share my experiences.. Stay calm, observe, document if you have to instead of lashing out and live life.. They hate that the most.. Laugh smile

According to the U.S. Department of Defense Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms, a covert operation (also as CoveOps or covert ops) is "an operation that is so planned and executed as to conceal the identity of or permit plausible denial by the sponsor." It is intended to create a political effect which can have implications in the military, intelligence or law enforcement arenas. Covert operations aim to fulfill their mission objectives without any parties knowing who sponsored or carried out the operation.

Under United States law, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) must lead covert operations unless the president finds that another agency should do so and properly informs the Congress. Normally, the CIA is the US Government agency legally allowed to carry out covert action.^[1] The CIA's authority to conduct covert action comes from the National Security Act of 1947.^[2] President Ronald Reagan issued Executive Order 12333 titled United States Intelligence Activities in 1984. This order defined covert action as "special activities", both political and military, that the US Government could legally deny. The CIA was also designated as the sole authority under the 1991 Intelligence Authorization Act and in Title 50 of the United States Code Section 413(e).^[2]^[3] The CIA must have a "Presidential Finding" issued by the President of the United States in order to conduct these activities under the Hughes-Ryan amendment to the 1991 Intelligence Authorization Act.^[1] These findings are then monitored by the oversight committees in both the US Senate and the House of Representatives.^[4] As a result of this framework, the CIA "receives more oversight from the Congress than any other agency in the federal government".^[5] The Special Activities Division (SAD) is a division of the CIA's National Clandestine Service, responsible for Covert Action and "Special Activities". These special activities include covert political influence and paramilitary operations. The division is overseen by the United States Secretary of State.^[2]

Law enforcement[edit]

Undercover operations (such as sting operations or infiltration of organized crime groups) are conducted by law enforcement agencies to deter and detect crime and to gather information for future arrest and prosecution.

Military intelligence and foreign policy[

Covert operations and clandestine operations are distinct. The Department of Defense Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms (Joint Publication JP1-02), defines "covert operation" as "an operation that is so planned and executed as to conceal the identity of or permit plausible denial by the sponsor. A covert operation differs from a clandestine operation in that emphasis is placed on concealment of identity of sponsor rather than on concealment of the operation." The United States Department of Defense definition has been used by the United States and NATO since World War II.

In a covert operation, the identity of the sponsor is concealed, while in a clandestine operation the operation itself is concealed. Put differently, clandestine means "hidden," while covert means "deniable." The term stealth refers both to a broad set of tactics aimed at providing and preserving the element of surprise and reducing enemy resistance and to a set of technologies (stealth technology) to aid in those tactics. While secrecy and stealthiness are often desired in clandestine and covert operations, the terms secret and stealthy are not used to formally describe types of missions.

Covert operations are employed in situations where openly operating against a target would be disadvantageous. These operations are generally illegal in the target state and are frequently in violation of the laws of the sponsoring country. Operations may be directed at or conducted with allies and friends to secure their support for controversial components of foreign policy throughout the world. Covert operations may include sabotage, assassinations, support for coups d'état, or support for subversion. Tactics include the use of a false flag or front group.

The activity of organizations engaged in covert operations is in some instances similar to, or overlaps with, the activity of front organizations. While covert organizations are generally of a more official military or paramilitary nature, like the DVS German Air Transport School in the Nazi era, the line between both becomes muddled in the case of front organizations engaged in terrorist activities and organized crime.
