Duelli tra spie non terrestri
Informazioni raccolte da soggetti "addotti" hanno proposto la teoria secondo cui esisterebbero due gruppi non terrestri che agiscono in antagonismo tra loro.
Un primo gruppo che chiameremo convenzionalmente INT (da intruders) sarebbe autore di rapimenti e manipolazioni senza consenso, quindi sarebbe da considerare ostile o almeno irrispettoso del diritto al consenso informato. Un secondo gruppo che chiameremo PROT (da protecters) interagirebbe con gli "addotti", cercando di porre rimedio ai danni causati dal primo.
Si tratta anche qui di dati ancora ipotetici, che trovano però conforto in una fioritura di eventi a cavallo fra l'ufologia ed il paranormale: le cosiddette apparizioni angeliche.
Non è la sede giusta per addentrarsi in un simile argomento, tuttavia se gli INT fossero autori di azioni adducenti di tipo coercitivo, c'è da pensare che gli stessi possano confezionare falsi ricordi per riempire i "missing times" dei rapiti. In questi ricordi sarebbero contenuti anche gli aspetti tesi a screditare l'intero sistema politico mondiale, per i motivi precedentemente esposti.
Quale sarebbe a questo punto il compito dei PROT? Preservare gli "addotti" dagli effetti nefasti dell'intrusione. A lume di logica potremmo pensare che sia sufficiente cancellare l'intero ricordo di copertura e sostituirlo con una bella esperienza onirica, magari un'apparizione o anche qualcosa di più materiale e facilmente fruibile.
In questo modo però si avrebbe un effetto collaterale spiacevole: l'inconsapevolezza. Nessun "addotto" ricorderebbe qualcosa ed il pubblico non verrebbe a conoscenza della presenza di esseri interferenti nella vita della popolazione terrestre.
Modificando invece i ricordi indotti fino a renderli enigmatici, piazzandovi in mezzo tratti inspiegabili a lume di logica, si ottiene esattamente il risultato che stiamo osservando: i ricercatori si affannano intorno ai contenuti dell'evento, propongono tesi diverse, antitetiche, conflittuali, ma stimolano il pubblico alla critica e sono essi stessi stimolati a rielaborare i contenuti delle loro indagini, magari anche dalle critiche dei rivali.
È molto intricata questa presunta metodica aliena, concepita come una colossale caccia al tesoro in cui la strada è disseminata di tappe, di vicoli ciechi, di enigmi da risolvere.
Lo studioso parte da una tesi, poi la rielabora ricavandone un'altra, poi continua ad elaborarla e gradualmente si realizza un'opera di scrematura di tutto quanto appare superfluo, artefatto, mimetizzato. Alla fine vince il più furbo, quello che "non ci casca", di fronte a certe beffe confezionate ad arte; colui che è capace di considerare anche l'assurdo, ma che non agisce con i paraocchi, come se l'ipotesi fosse diventata dogma.
Al momento non sappiamo dove ci porterà questa ricerca; dobbiamo anche porre in bilancio la possibilità che saranno i nostri discendenti ad arrivare ad un risultato compiuto. Ma intanto si crea qualcosa che mantiene sul chi vive tutti gli interessati, qualcosa che non sempre ci vede concordi, anzi spesso ci divide in fazioni opposte: il fermento.
Finché saremo in fermento non correremo il rischio di lasciarci andare, di scivolare verso facili conclusioni, slittando verso una passività che potrebbe esserci fatale. Lotteremo tra noi per affermare questa e quella tesi ma nessuno l'avrà vinta definitivamente ed intanto saremo tutti guardinghi. Se i PROT hanno concepito un simile programma, dobbiamo dedurre che essi non vogliono vederci passivi, quindi ci rispettano e potrebbero essere in futuro vantaggiosi interlocutori.
L'ipotesi delle specie aliene contrapposte è antica quanto l'uomo; si ripropone in versioni diverse con il passare del tempo, adeguandosi al nostro livello evolutivo, ma permane da millenni.
Gli avversari dell'ufologia sostengono che anche questa è una semplice diceria, una leggenda metropolitana.
È comodo secondo loro credere di essere la preda contesa di super razze spaziali, illudendosi di avere un futuro di gloria e di partecipare ad un grande conflitto su scala interstellare. È comodo liquidare un'intera tradizione di pensiero con frasi di spicciolo positivismo, ignorando un patrimonio di cultura multimillenaria.
Questa è la nostra risposta.
Eravamo contesi nei millenni pre-cristiani in Cina, tra il sanguinario dio Kung Kung e gli Esseri Celesti; in Giappone tra la dea Amaterasu ed il fratello di lei, Susano-o; in Mesopotamia, fra la dea Tiamat ed il dio Marduk e così via in tutto il mondo.
In Egitto Horus e Seth combatterono per il possesso del territorio, ma anche per l'impronta da dare alla civiltà umana; in America non si contrapposero Quetzalcoatl, Tezctilpoca, Chac Mol, Viracocha? Possiamo essere certi che si trattasse solo di fandonie?
Anche allora gli uomini venivano rapiti, portati in luoghi ora celesti, ora infernali, sottoposti a seduzioni, manipolazioni, violenze. Il mito trasfigurò queste abductions del passato e noi oggi fatichiamo ad identificarle con quelle odierne.
Ma non è mito anche il nostro, quando crediamo agli scenari descritti dagli "addotti", alle trame umano-aliene, agli 007 che si muovono in mezzo ai gironi infernali?
Impiegheremo decenni, forse secoli per comprendere il vero senso di un mito.
L'importante è non fermarsi.

I SUPPORT THE WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN AGAINST TORTURE AND ABUSE USING DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS

I am an italian Targeted individual. Year Torture/Abuse Began: novembre  2007

History Began: Aprile 1995. In cronology order, I am 77° case in Italy.

(*) Began 1995, but with sporadic episodes of stalking, quirks and meetings.
(*) 1998, voice to skull for seven months. (april - oktober) I thought I was crazy.
(*) November 2007, the real start with Mind Kontrol every day and reduced to a form of enslavement 24/7.
(*) Personal notes: I contend that from 1995 until 2007, "they cooked me" a little at a time and in 2007, they decided to torture and torment me every day. I was born in 1977. In 1995, I am 18 old years. I began to realize that I was not crazy, only in 2005 with a first serious denunciation through the police department chose: DIA (Direzione Investigativa Antimafia).

In 2005, I wrote a letter to the Italian DIA. (Anti-Mafia Investigation). From December 2005 to November 2007 after my first serious complaints against these criminals, sent to a police department committed against organized crime (Mafia), I have suffered more serious repercussions.

To date, I think that if I had not written a letter to the DIA, if I had not continued until 2007 to support the will of a serious police, today I would not have worsened my situation. In Italy there is a particular word. The word is "omertà".
I would have had to undergo a few episodes each year, and yet not to report these facts.

In November 2007, I have four episodes very negative.

• 1) November 11, 2007 in the church of San Martino.
• 2) A black mass after stealing a pair of shoes. The item has been used for this ritual.
• 3) An injection in the neck that caused me a sharp stabbing pain.
• 4) The beginning of my non-stop tinnitus stronger with the addition of V2K, electric shock in my head, strongh electromagnetism, inflammatory otitis, lymph node and always in my right ear. I'm left-handed

They got angry because I wanted to do a lot of complaints to the police.
From 2005 to 2007, I suffered many kidnappings. In November 2007, every day and every night in Mind Kontrol 24/7. 

I turned to several non-profit Italian.
In 2008, I wrote to AVAE-m (Venice)
In 2009 - I was waiting and in the meantime, I had problems with psychiatry. AVAE was not able to protect themselves with a good lawyer or doctor, so in 2009 I turned to CCHR and other similar associations fighting only psychiatric abuses. In 2009 I have many problems with tinnitus and V2K and i don't know CCHR/Scientology/Dianetics.
In 2010, by chance, I discovered the existence of AISJCA (Turin). I have also contacted aisjca to get a medical-legal assistance.
In 2011, the CICA-T was born in the city of San Benedetto del Tronto.

In 2010, at the suggestion and email of Soleilmavis, I have decided to put me on peacepink although I do not have knowledge of the English language.

My big problem is all microchips in my brain and in my body, and Voice to skull (V2K) 24/7. I have no sexual torture, but they continue to talk (chatters chatters chatters - bla bla bla bla bla bla) and to turn many microchips in modulation frequency. Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla synthetic telepathy and buz buzz buzz up buzz buzz buzz up or down the volum and also to 8000 herz with 55Db. I also had trouble with dreams. They can manipulate dreams. Hi, hoping to get a discussion going about email encryption, as ive not seen much talk of security precautions with people exchanging emails and phone numbers. Have browsed a few basic guides showing alotof options but assuming most people new to it, myself included prefer something with the least setup requirements, preferably minus the special passwords, have checked one out called Sendinc which has no setup requirements and very easy to use, others of a similar nature would be Hushmail and Jumbleme

These are web based encryption email providers, keeping all traffic within their own servers. With Sendinc users create a free account using their regular email address, emails are sent as notification keys to recipents regular email address, and the recipient just needs to log in to their own Sendinc account (or create one upon getting the notification) to access it. However its not so safe sending notification key emails to people who've yet to create an account cause perps whove hacked their email could beat them to the punch creating their own login passwords which is all thats necessary to create the account, so recommended to have recipients sign up before hand. 

Other things to keep in mind with Sendinc's free account are that they only keep emails 7 days, dont show recieved emails in the sites interface, only accessable via the notification key email, and to keep a copy of a recieved email need to download it to pdf. Also for some reason sent emails arent accessible to view later, theyre listed on the sites interface, but only show recipient and date, no content. Its a very minimalist service

Btw a somewhat useful way to check if others have logged into your gmail is checking the activity logs which show the last 10 IPs and times of access, but this feature also seems to automatically recheck once an hour if remained logged in all the time. Its at the bottom right of any gmail page where its got "Last account activity: xx minutes/hours/etc ago" and "Details" underneath

Anyway, curious to know what others have tried or think look good. Spotted Sendinc on howtogeek and noticed it also recommended by one of the contributing editors of Pcworld here, here, and here

And on a side note about webmail encryption addon/extensions, noticed most/all peacepink users whove linked to email use gmail, and howtogeek and makeuseof articles refer to a popular chrome extensions called "safegmail" but it doesnt appear to be available anymore, have seen another called "securegmail" which looks the same, but if going for webmail addon/extensions, the main recommendations at makeuseof looks to offer better solutions, except for Firefox users, Penango's current v2.4.3 isnt compatible with Firefox 2.2.0, so if thats upto date, keep an eye on this page to findout if it gets sorted with 2.4.4. Wanted to see if using that along with Comodo's "secure email certificate" would allow me to send regular unencrypted email from gmail with the added feature of the certificate proving itd come from my computer, without requiring recipients to install anything

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

The first citizen of the Trentino region which is operated by DBS (Deep Brain Stimolation) for Parkinson's disease is Remo Coser. The operation was performed in Innsbruck (AUSTRIA) in 1998. Other Remo carried out after the same thing: microchiop graft in the brain, as in the following video. This is useful for the chronology of events. Citizens Trentino, who carried out the DBS are 25 in total (the data are drawn in the newspaper).

Il primo cittadino della regione Trentino che si operò di DBS per il morbo di Parkinson è Remo Coser. L'operazione venne eseguita a Innsbruck nel 1998. Altri dopo Remo hanno effettuato la stessa operazione : innesto microchiop nel cervello, come nel video seguente. Tutto ciò è utile per la cronologia degli eventi.

I cittadini trentini, che hanno eseguito la DBS sono 25 in totale (i dati sono attinti dall'articolo di giornale).

A mayoral candidate for Louisville Kentucky, state representative Jim Guest, and some members of Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance spoke. "The speakers on the conference roster, who are targeted with directed energy and/or mind control technologies, are highly educated. These people have or had careers as professionals including a doctor, two engineers, a retired airline pilot, and an author. They are clearly far from delusional and are here at this press conference to address atrocities occurring in this country."
Meanwhile, 21 February 2010, in the Italian city of San Bendetto del Tronto, there is an Italian conference that addresses the spread atrocities in Europe.
In May 2010, Kevin Warvick participates in a Convenction in the city of Rovereto (Trento). The city of one of the Italian victims.

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

I think we have great hope in the idea of a perp turning whistle blower. The human aspect of our enemies is real-as real Snowden sets is RUssia. I know some TIs think its AI, and some think the perps are too evil to turn to our side, but Snowden shows there is hope in someone sacrificing themselves for the good of the whole.

It may be a strange thought, but is we all try to communicate our humanity to those who watch us, one of us may find a 'Snowden'  for our cause.
