Create of a means for injections to be verified before entering  the human body and prosecution for anyone using these deadly tactics to harm  people; 10. Provide compensation for all the victims who have filed  affidavit after affidavit documenting the atrocities involved with unregulated  and deadly human research experimentation that they have suffered as a direct  result of this criminal human research and the whistle blowers who have exposed  this; 11. ok is this evidence? 1st pic, I left house at 1:27 Helo Dropped down to 1700 ft. im about 900 above sea level. so about 700ft. above me. I get 3 miles away to town center It comes by again dropping so low its not on radar, under 500feet circling me. but I have a pic of it the second pic about 8 min later. so thats me leaving my home for 4 hours. the 3rd pic is 15min after 6:40pm i get home another blackhalk. this is usually for me... this was on the 3rd. im down loading yesterday pic now.. all 3 times I get dizzy ill sick, then 10min later i get a bit better.         This happens for weeks months at a time. 2-6 times a day ever time I eat take meds or leave my house. then it all stops for the same amount of time.. This has gone on well over 20 years. but I have last 10 years recorded..   All 3 images are hu-60 military blackhalks... 1 image looks like a small plain but it was not. just the program picks up what the flight id says.. not always true.   they fly at 3-4000 feet. when the get over me they drop to 1000feet then back up.. If I leave my house like I did here, they will fly away for 5 min and come back over me. or if i try to protect myself....I have 500 of this type images of military craft dropping altitude and monitoring me. T38'  HU-60' C130' KC135, E-6' AND MANY LEASED SMALL SINGLE PROP AIRCRAFT. CESSNA TYPE... They come from McClellan afb and beal afb also Travis afb all in California...    They leave an airport fly over my area locate me, fly again to target me then DEW a few times and gone. Then they go back to their airport....its like clock work... and it goes hand in hand with the gang stalking if I go to a store...

起诉政府秘密电子信号折磨，申请国家赔偿

　　除了局以上干部和双面警察及他们的家人外，所有人被双面警察的天网脑控监视和折磨过，普通警察也有被脑控监视和折磨，多数人并不知道自己被电子折磨，以为是自己生病了，平民从婴儿起就被折磨。

　　有一半的青年人都被摧残了，被摧残成近视、小个子、中国还有希望吗?

　　2013年1月9日左右，上海闵行区图书馆一45岁保洁工领班晚上5点死在图书馆楼梯处，脸上都是血，鉴定为猝死，其他员工说她死前常说楼下某房间有人，经过证实没有人，我一听就知道她是被双面警察脑控害死的。

　　我从小就受到脑控迫害了，但强烈的电子折磨是从1999年开始的，他们利用我与老邻居姜**的矛盾，用电子脑控武器模拟对方及同学声音对双方进行造谣攻击，造成我对姜的恐惧和愤怒，同时也造成姜对我的恐惧和愤怒，最后姜于2002年跳楼自杀，我崇尚好死不如赖活、有勇气自杀就有勇气活下去，所以才活到今天（即使要自杀也要用氰化钾），我家与姜家是和睦相处30年的老邻居，为—点小事，被双面警察挑拨成仇敌，被搞得妻离子散、家破人亡。

　　1999年到2005年是双面警察对我电子折磨最严重的时期，电子折磨让我身体各部位产生剧痛，当时以为是双面警察对我发射激光波，现在知道是痛觉折磨电波，每次强烈的电子折磨让我痛不欲生，每次在我快被折磨死将要死亡的时候，双面警察减小了折磨强度，让我缓了一口气，这种折磨周而复始，电子折磨让我丢掉了工作，让我找不到工作，即使找到了，由于双面警察发射的昏睡信号让我无法正常工作，别人都能加工资，而我因为被昏睡信号折磨表现不好加不到工资。

　　我女儿从6个月大就被电子折磨了，到今年13岁折磨成39度高烧18次以上，有时一次连续折磨2个月，现在已成500度近视，双面警察平时经常发射恶吐信号，控制身体发育，控制早熟，控制女性例假，控制成早衰。

　　我在上海的远亲41岁的梁月红女士身体一直很好，2009年2月12日，双面警察对梁女士发射手抽搐信号，梁女士从自行车上摔下，随后又对梁女士发射胰腺坏死信号，外面皮肤好好的，胰腺已经坏死，经过几天的抢救后转危为安，2009年3月31日下午双面警察又一次对梁发射摧残折磨信号，梁于3月31日18时被活活折磨摧残了一个多月后被折磨死了，一个多月的折磨摧残，梁女士死的时候已不成人样，用掉了15万元医疗费。

　　10多年前有一个远亲被双面警察人造脑益血死亡；2010年在江苏的亲属被双面警察发射电波人造了乳腺肿瘤，后去医院开刀切除乳腺肿瘤，双面警察对另一个双面警察展示折磨经过时，通过脑控武器发出的电波我听到另一个双面警察惊呼折磨得这么利害啊！2011年另一个亲戚怀孕6个月的胎儿被电子武器打胎打掉了。

　　这是双面警察利用控制大脑武器的隐蔽性滥杀无辜，以权某私，公报私仇，双面警察还说要找机会一年一个秘密地杀光我家所有人，梁女士是做文具批发生意的小老板，是一个热心肠的人，是个肯帮助穷人的人，梁女士死的太冤了，死亡前被脑控武器折磨得万分痛苦，太痛苦了，双面警察折磨残杀同胞当娱乐？即使屠宰场杀猪还从人道主义考虑以减轻猪的痛苦。中国人过去被日本人屠杀过，最近被印尼人屠杀过，现在被中国的双面警察屠杀。

　　双面警察用脑控武器屠杀中国人，其手段之隐蔽残暴恶毒令人发指，罄竹难书啊！20多年来其残杀的中国人远远超过日本731啊。

　　政府为什么要养这些搐牲不如的？他们连婴儿小孩也不放过！

　　2008年7月16日双面警察偷走我2000元新电动车，2009年5月18日又偷走了我第二辆电动车上的电瓶，2010年10月11日偷走了我家1600元，2011年11月12日偷走了我女儿一双运动鞋，2012年2月15日偷走了我女儿800元的手机。

　　脑控武器能完全控制人的行为，人身上的每一块肌肉都能控制，能控制人跳楼自杀，能发射电子折磨信号让受折磨人生不如死、象行尸走肉，能害人得任何重病、能控制人杀自己的亲人，能传送音频视频到人脑、制造梦境，能放火，能让人体‘自燃’，人眼睛成摄像头。

　　中国社科院法研所的邓子滨博士在2001年5月1日《南方周末》第6版中说得更明白：“某些专家拥有了这种技术，实验室就比法庭更有效，更不可抗拒地揭示真相，最终使法庭、沉默权、无罪推定之类，都成为一钱不值的东西 ，到那时，专家就是我们的法官”。“那些执掌该项技术的人，就能控制我们，支配我们，事先知道我们要干什么，事后知道我们干了什么，随着技术的不断改进，最终做到让我们干什么我们就干什么”。

　　美国全民监视的《爱国者法案》，这种监视不是对电话电邮的简单监控，而是对所有在美国的人员进行思想监视和干扰折磨。

　　美国导演想告诉人民这社会已进入脑控折磨时代，拍了大量有关脑控题材的电影：机器的叛变、阿凡达、楚门的世界、黑客帝国、人烟之岛、五百年后、鹰眼、盗梦空间、地下理想国、关键报告、真人游戏、智能谍变、疑犯追踪等等，是担心一下子告诉平民真相，平民会接受不了这个残酷的事实？还是希望平民知道真相后站出来反对双面警察的反人类行为？

　　双面警察的脑控折磨给我带来巨大的损失，为此我要求国家赔偿，同时参考空难标准加倍赔偿被双面警察活活折磨死的梁女士、赔偿被双面警察人造脑益血害死的远亲、赔偿被双面警察用电子武器摧残的亲人。

　　如果政府不取缔这个反人类的组织，那就让双面警察来灭门我家吧，不要像对待刘华茗之那样在她10岁的时候先脑控害死她父亲，再控制10岁的刘华茗之的一切，折磨到18岁再害死她，我女儿现在才13岁，承受不起脑控电子折磨，可以来个一次灭门，用你们双面警察最常用的手法，在学生上体育课长跑时，给个心脏停止信号，法医也查不出原因的，只会出一个猝死的证明，对我随便发射什么死亡信号都可以。

　　双面警察比纳粹“死亡医生”阿里伯特·海姆更“伟大”，海姆只是一个人，中国的双面警察最少有100万，那被杀掉的人有多少啊？希望双面警察60岁退休后能良心发现写回忆录，把你们怎样杀人、杀了多少人记录下来，政府一定会给予杀人最多、杀人手段最残酷的以奖励，奖励双面警察为减少人口做出的“贡献”。

In "Such Things Happen, But You Don't Care," I tell about my struggles with both schizophrenia and being a TI.

In "Dawn of the Hives," I put all their arguments together, the peoples' who were stalking me.  I created "their" world.  Oh, and I named myself 53, which is one of their numbers, and I made sure the damn thing had 13 chapters.

Does anyone else have any books about being a TI?

I beieve that certain people in the hostel are taking a cut of the pushers money which is why my complaints have been ignored about them and the police or miliatry presence in the rooms around my own room is there to try to induce a brain hemmorage or "unknown heart problem" so i end up in a morgue in the near future.

The police or military presence are possibly corrupt elements of the forces though never the less this is the impression i have gotton off them over the last several months.

I get attacked each night, my head is targeted as soon as i lay back, this is why i think they want to "get rid" of meh.

any help or advice is welcome though this too should have some calming effect on thier rather psycho attempts over the last few months.

HOURLY FEE AGREEMENT

The undersigned, ____________________, (hereinafter known as Client) hereby requests the legal services of John E Tresslar, P.C. for representation concerning a legal claim against the government of the United States of America in Federal District Court. Client agrees that his/her claim will be part of a group claim presented in court.

Legal services will be billed on an hourly basis, with time being charged in tenths of an hour, at the rate of $250.00 per hour. Clients agree to pay as a group a nonrefundable deposit of $10,000.00 to be charged against fees and costs and expenses.

Attorney will use his discretion in staffing, to provide services in the most economical manner possible. Please note that all time spent on your behalf in this matter, including time spent in telephone conversations, will be charged to you. The initials of the person performing the services will be noted on the invoice.

In addition to fees for legal services, Attorney will be entitled to payment or reimbursement for costs and expenses incurred for services, including but not limited to: photocopying, messenger and delivery service, fees for computerized research services, travel (including mileage, parking, air fare, lodging, meals and ground transportation), long distance telephone, telecopying, depositions, court costs and filing fees. Client agrees that Client is responsible for such expenses relating to this case. Depending upon the type of case you have, expenses may also include, but are not limited to: charges for medical examinations and reports, the cost of accident and credit reports, hospital records and pictures. Attorney is hereby authorized to charge such expenses and have such expenses billed to Client and Client agrees to pay them promptly. Unless other arrangements are made at the outset, fees and expenses of others will not be paid by Attorney and will be the responsibility of and billed directly to the Client.

Client agrees that Attorney may retain co-counsel, and Attorney agrees that Client will be consulted concerning co-counsel and any fee arrangement with co-counsel prior to retention of or consultation with co-counsel by Attorney.

Invoices for legal services rendered and costs advanced or incurred are issued on a monthly basis and are payable upon receipt. In the event that an invoice is not paid in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice, it will be presumed and admissible in court that Client has consented to the withdrawal of this attorney from any further representation in court.

Attorney reserves the right to withdraw from representation if, among other things, Client fails to cooperate or follow Attorney's advice on a material matter, or if any fact or circumstance arises or is discovered that would, in Attorney's view, render our continuing representation unlawful or unethical.

The outcome of negotiations and litigation is subject to factors which cannot always be foreseen; therefore, it is understood that Attorney has made no promises or guarantees to Client concerning the outcome of this representation and cannot do so. Nothing herein shall be construed as such a promise or guarantee.

Attorney will maintain Client's file for two years after this matter is concluded. Client may request the file at any time during, upon conclusion of, or after conclusion of, this matter. Two years after the conclusion of this matter, the file may be destroyed without further notice to client.

This FEE AGREEMENT pertains only to legal services rendered and costs and expenses for the matter expressly stated above. It does not relate to any other matter for which Client seeks representation by Attorney. Any other matter will require a separate FEE AGREEMENT. This contract is only valid if it contains the original signature of John E Tresslar.
