HOURLY FEE AGREEMENT
The undersigned, ____________________, (hereinafter known as Client) hereby requests the legal services of John E Tresslar, P.C. for representation concerning a legal claim against the government of the United States of America in Federal District Court. Client agrees that his/her claim will be part of a group claim presented in court.
Legal services will be billed on an hourly basis, with time being charged in tenths of an hour, at the rate of $250.00 per hour. Clients agree to pay as a group a nonrefundable deposit of $10,000.00 to be charged against fees and costs and expenses.
Attorney will use his discretion in staffing, to provide services in the most economical manner possible. Please note that all time spent on your behalf in this matter, including time spent in telephone conversations, will be charged to you. In addition to fees for legal services, Attorney will be entitled to payment or reimbursement for costs and expenses incurred for services, including but not limited to: photocopying, messenger and delivery service, fees for computerized research services, travel (including mileage, parking, air fare, lodging, meals and ground transportation), long distance telephone, telecopying, depositions, court costs and filing fees. Attorney reserves the right to withdraw from representation if, among other things, Client fails to cooperate or follow Attorney's advice on a material matter, or if any fact or circumstance arises or is discovered that would, in Attorney's view, render our continuing representation unlawful or unethical.

With recent knowledge about these vehicles’ I found out that, they us motor rather then transitions. This is based on size factor of the transitions refrence; these motors are run on an alternate current that needs an extremely low frequency to start at, even as low as 1 HZ is an example. With this, it is know that a high voltage is needed to produce these frequencies. At speed say example of 2000 HZ or 2 kHz they would not need high volts. With this arises a problem the low frequencies, they become inductive currents. An inductive current propagates throw the ground as well as matter such as building, cars and human beings. SO to gain traction a negative charge is grounded or to be literally grounded to the ground. This charge then is dispersed.
But as a consequence this grounding produces a negative charge in the ground and or surrounding environment. Do to the nature of our infrastructure a lot of positive energy is released to the environment throw communication transmissions. This I will state and plead as a potential for negligence. Because we all know what happens when a negative charge incounters a positive charge it creates a current. Now an abrupt cut in this current may have dire consciences such as a voltage drop. This could be at any location where ever this current is run or propagated. The location can be remote or local examples are building, car or human being. Even still if the electro conductive current is still being run it may have the potential to electrocute an object such as the ones listed.

ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT AND ENTERING JUDGMENT
Plaintiff, Greg Gamache, a pro se litigant proceeding in forma pauperis, filed a pro se letter that the Court liberally interprets as a complaint, ECF No. 1, on March 14, 2011, alleging that the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") and the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") are using "electronic weapons" against members of the public. Mr. Gamache names both agencies as Defendants. Defendants have not yet been served.
The Court must screen complaints brought by litigants proceeding in forma pauperis and shall dismiss the proceeding at any time if the action or appeal:
(i) is frivolous or malicious;
(ii) fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted; or
(iii) seeks monetary relief against a defendant who is immune from such relief.
28 U.S.C. §1915(e)(2)(B).
Mr. Gamache's letter asks for additional resources and relief to be made available to "victims of electronic weapons." ECF No. 1 at 1. However, Mr. Gamache does not identify which of his rights have been violated. Nor does he allege what, if any, cause of action lies against the FBI or the FCC.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Plaintiff's complaint, ECF No. 1, is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim.
2. Judgment is to be entered WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
3. This file shall be CLOSED.
IT IS SO ORDERED. The District Court Executive is directed to enter this Order and provide a copy to Mr. Gamache.

I used to live in Birmingham though lost the house when mum became too frail so needed professional help rather than just me as a carer.
I dont have long left on the computer as they only allow two hours, since i started early and broke off suddenly to give the computer over to another user (priority). thats why you can see entries made over the two hours limit, i can log off and the time is saved should i want to come back to my work on the same day.
During the night time i noticed the sound of what i thought was our boiler became similar to a heartbeat with long pauses between two beats. this happened frequently just a noise in the background. when i moved to cornwall i was sleeping in my boat one night when i heard this very similar or same sound and rythem coming over the bay and is impacted silghtly on the ground, i could feel it impact on me.
Now as i live in the hostel i have heard the same rythem over the last two days also while resting. i do not know its its designed to have any effect on the body though i have wondered if its designed to be imposed on the rythem of the heart.
Must be off for now, i wish you all a far better new year than the one i have been through in 2012.
