I just joined peacepink today 4/26/2012.. I have been a target for a long time but did not know anything about it until 2005 when they began using what i think is synthetic telepathy..They started with constant religious attacks which i now know is thier version of anti-christ..I can name a lot of technology they used now that i have researched for 6.5 years.They also used scientology auditing or what i call reverse or black dianetics..Which is the opposite of thier clearing of engrams. Instead of removing them they would always attempt to load me up with engrams and any psych-trauma. The anti christ program is the opposite of what Jesus did when he would cast out unclean spirits or demons and heal people with the WORD. Well these guys use hypnosis and subliminal programming and scripts to cause as much psycho-somatic illness  and they have people who work at the native american hospital where i get all my health care . and meds. I could go on and on but im wondering if theres something i can do about the thing in my right eyeThey activate it or access it with electromagnetic or some kind of energy. It is shaped like a letter L   and it seems to have a life of its own. Its like a small charecter that they animate sometimes. Once it was a little devil with horns and a tail and it would walk from my peripheral vision out towards the front of my eye and dance or wave. When Michael Jackson died it did a moon dance. I know how that sounds but im not makeing it up. I know they have computers that they use to connect to my brain cause i can close my eyes real tight and see someone staring at a computer screen. I have seen them place a card in front of thier webcam which stops me seeing them. They have mind reading software that is so sensitive that when someone walks by them it will pick up thier thoughts and i can hear them as if they were my own. I know that they use this software to connect to anybodys computer remotely and read and transmit thoughts.So when your at your computer be aware of this and tell everybody you know. I have seen different locations of thiers through my eyes. They get real mad and scared as hell when i have observed them. I have been confronting electronic Stalking / Harassment / illegal Electronic Surveillance Modernization / Solar- System / Stalking / Harassment for about five & half years that I’m aware of, these people that are involved are on both sides of the law enforcement. I remember very clearly when my brother Rubin Caslar told me what was going to happen to me in the future that the police and mafia wore going to try to rap and kidnap me but something happens where I end up doing good. My mother over heard him telling me this and a few other things so she took him to the Norwalk mental hospital and he stayed there for a year and he never been the same since then. They to his mind where he couldn’t think the same speak clearly ever again.

When I moved into 1034 Milton Ave #B, Whittier, C.A. After I lived there for 6mo’s in Dec, 2001I started hearing V2k’s and the started using me as human expatriation with their weapons’. They told me that the government, F.B.I.,C.I.A, police/sheriff, mafia, military, many different other cults, shot caller’s, American Liberty bail bonds, and even some homeless. Plus, a guy name Comrade and the people he associates with.

That they wore going to use me up any way the can and after I am dead that they can use my body parts then they even told me what was my blood I ha AB-. I forgot what type I had and asked the doctor and they wore right.

The police told me to move out of Whittier that they didn’t want me there. Plus, the told me “the only way they will help me is to keep me down and they love to kill me,” I never had anyone tell me things that these inhuman people had said to me. So’ they started taking me to mental hospitals’ so no one would believe me nor would lesion to me at all. It’s a same a woman alone can’t even be alone in her very own home anymore. No matter where I go mouton to the sea they still follow and it seems like more and more do the same.

They have a weapon that cane hit you and make you black out violently then when the beam is turned a-way from you go back to normal. You wont remember  striking out at anyone at all because they have done it to me and it made me struck out toward my mother and she said I bit her and pulled her hair but I never would hurt her. But only with my words that come out of my mouth. I do have a very sharp toung and always will. They made me sound/look like this crazy insane person that’s very violent that don’t care about anyone nor anything that yelled and scream a lot for nothing for to not any one help me nor be kind to me or they will and have put him/her in the mental hospital or prison or they just separate you from all your love one’s by making think you someone your not. Ho, Matter in fact, I can draw one of the men’s face or pick a few out in our dear law enforcement but I have a difficult time remembering names and they know it. They wanted to cut off my hand because I can use both of them if I chose to.

After I was forced out of my home in Dec, 2002. I was homeless for the first time in my life. I didn’t know anyone not even in my home town. I do have ADHD/LD one of the reasons they transferred me ever year since I was a little girl. Plus, I ran a-way a lot. So, that’s another reason why I was an easy target. A lot of people don’t like Jewish people too that’s another reason too. Plus, I’m an addict that chooses to be clean and sober also and all a lone they made sure that I stayed that way. The police wore throwing  violent cases on me or other police officers called it putting cases on me and the rail roadbed me through out very own courts like it was nothing. They wanted me to go to prison as a target. Whets so bad about it I don’t even know how to protect myself at all just with my mouth or pin and paper is the only way.

I have been fighting for my life and to keep my own mind and freedom because I’m worth fighting for. I’m a Messianic Jewish woman that’s part Russian / Irish and they even tried to burn my body that God I woke-up on time. I’m also the only Kelly Caslar that’s been born with my name.

Ok, last few days that boy spend quiet time in his room. Two days ago, on Monday, he brought a girl to his room. They were talking loud. When I went to the bathroom and came back, I saw them on the hallway. The girl said hi to me and I replied. Then the boy also said hi and I replied. I was in hurry but they just moved to the kitchen together. It was funny as if they showed up together right after I was on the hallway. Later, another friend of him came and playing together.

Today, I came back and saw a man wearing a white polo shirt. It reminded me of the boy who wore the white shirt with small hole last few days. It just happened on the day I wore white T-shirt. And today I'm wearing the white T-shirt again. He tried to talk to me near my house, but I ignored as I was listening music with the headphone. It was strange to see someone like that suddenly communicating with me.

Few days ago, I went out for dinner alone and there was a guy sat next to me alone. The restaurant was full of groups and couples. The guy seemed to know the waitress there. A typical perp on surveillance.

Now he only bring females sometimes. I wonder what's going on. Like yesterday, he was with another male friend and no more of these girls he was with them and making noises like love making. He and his family seems to be away to the relative's house this weekend. I don't know what happened to him and his family as they don't make parties or invite many friends including girls who the boy can have sex in his room.

How many people are involved in electronic harassment vs gang stalking? Are there more people involved in electronic harassment or gang stalking? A lot of the people that know me have turned on me and are involved in my harassment. I hope all of the people that are doing this to me get arrested and I hope all of the people that have turned their backs on me also get arrested. I thought the people that I know were my friends but in all actuality they never were my friends.

We must understand what kinds of crimes they commit when using Non Lethal Weapons ( Mind Control Weapons) to torture civilians according to the international laws and tools.

1.The Law of War by NATO

Science & Technology Committee of NATO regarding the use of non lethal weapons against civilians

Discussions on the use of "non-lethal" weapons in situations involving riot-control, hostage-rescue, peacekeeping and peace-enforcement operations, as well as in traditional warfare situations, have so far focused mainly on the technology and engagement doctrine of these new weapons - see the Assembly's report "Non-Lethal Weapons" by Lord Lyell, General Rapporteur [AP 238 STC (97) 8]. The ICRC experts have studied both the effects of "non-lethal" weapons on health and how they would be used in the light of international humanitarian laws. According to their conclusions, presented by Dr. Robin Coupland, all references to "lethal" or "non-lethal" oversimplify the effects of weapons and are therefore misleading. The so-called "non-lethal" weapons (such as infrasound, electromagnetic waves or sticky foams) can indeed have severe effects on health depending on the circumstances in which they are deployed or on their possible combination with existing conventional weapons. According to ICRC, the military use of "non-lethal" weapons against civilians could undermine the existing norms of international law pertaining to armed conflict as well as the 1993 Chemical Weapons Convention and the 1925 Geneva Protocol. The organization recommended that current efforts to integrate "non-lethal" weapons into operations of armed forces should address more properly the legal, health and tactical implications of doing so.

2. The International Humanitarian Law by ICRC

In the on-going debate about emerging technologies which are to be used as so-called "non-lethal weapons" it has proven not only useful but necessary to address questions related to the rules pertinent to international humanitarian law, also called the law of war. A number of questions in this field have been discussed over the last years but the correct understanding and implementation of these rules with regard to "non-lethal weapons" has shown many times to be more complex than expected. The law of war contains obligations and in this sense it goes much further than just addressing ethical, moral or even public opinion issues.

Our paper would address the legal obligations which are contained in the law of war and which are pertinent to "non-lethal weapons", in particular when they are developed for use in times of armed conflicts, including military operations other than war or military operations in urban terrain. The basic principles of the law of war and existing treaties which restrict or prohibits some "non-lethal weapons" will also be mentioned. In the law of war there is also an obligation to carry out legal reviews in a multidisciplinary approach which is very much relevant to emerging technologies since often their wounding effect is not known.

Finally it is also the intent to present findings about the wounding mechanisms and the effects on humans of currently used weapons in most of the conflicts. This would help putting the term "non-lethal" in a more realistic perspective, in particular compared to other weapons, so-called conventional "lethal" weapons.

3. Torture by Amnesty International and UN

Amnesty International continues to be concerned by the use of less-than-lethal weapons, particularly Conducted Energy Devices (CEDs) such as TASERS. Some of these weapons pose a potential risk of resulting in torture or ill-treatment when used. UN states: Torture is a crime under international law. According to all relevant instruments, it is absolutely prohibited and cannot be justified under any circumstances

4. Crimes Against Humanity by ICC

In certain cases, systematic torture of a particular group will allow the criminal defense attorney to use additional international mechanisms, such as the International Criminal Court (ICC). Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in December of 1948, includes "acting with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group [by] causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group" as part of its definition of genocide. ^[4]

The Rome Statute of the ICC incorporates this definition of genocide as well as a definition of crimes against humanity, which includes torture. As soon as a State becomes a party to the Statute, it accepts the ICC's jurisdiction with respect to those crimes, and a State can recommend individual nationals suspected of those crimes to the Court. The ICC will then have complete jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute unless the person recommended has already been tried or is in the process of going to trial in the State already.

We are concerned here with reinforcing in the strongest possible terms:

i) The need for such abuses to human rights and the threats to democracy to be called to consciousness, and without further delay.

ii) To analyse the reasons why people might defend themselves from becoming conscious of the existence of such threats.

iii) To address the urgent need for intelligence, imagination, and information - not to mention compassion - in dealing with the victims of persecution from this technology, and

iv) To alert a sleeping society, to the imminent threats to their freedom from the threat from fascist and covert operations who have in all probability gained control of potentially lethal weaponry of the type we are describing.

It is necessary to emphasise that at present there is not even the means for victims to gain medical attention for the effects of radiation from this targeting. Denied the respect of credulity of being used as human guinea pigs, driven to suicide by the breakdown of their lives, they are treated as insane – at best regarded as ‘sad cases’. Since the presence of a permanent ‘other’ in one’s mind and body is by definition an act of the most intolerable cruelty, people who are forced to bear it but who refuse to be broken by it, have no other option than to turn themselves into activists, their lives consumed by the battle against such atrocities, their energies directed to alerting and informing the public of things they don’t want to hear or understand about evil forces at work in their society.
It is necessary, at this point, to briefly outline a few – one might say the precious few – attempts by public servants to verify the existence and dangers inherent in this field:

• In January 1998, an annual public meeting of the French      National Bioethics Committee was held in Paris. Its chairman, Jean-Pierre      Changeux, a neuroscientist at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, told the      meeting that “advances in cerebral imaging make the scope for invasion of      privacy immense. Although the equipment needed is still highly      specialized, it will become commonplace and capable of being used at a      distance. That will open the way for abuses such as invasion of personal      liberty, control of behaviour and brainwashing. These are far from being      science-fiction concerns…and constitute “a serious risk to society.”      (“Nature.” Vol 391, 1998.
• In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a      resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a      global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable      any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this      ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed      general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to      the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for      human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and      parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the      use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well      as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
• In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich      introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped      would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop      psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary,      non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on      Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and      International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic      weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons,      chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely      low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind      control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing      of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage      objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the      aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or      radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing      technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings.      (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

ive been a victim for probaly most of my life though most of it i put down to coincedence but about five years ago a few certain events opened my eyes i was working for a towtruck company and while i was driving i would always start thinking about politics then pretty soon it seemed everybody that got in my truck had a political opinion the wierd thing was when the conversation started to turn agressive my boss would call and ask if everything was all right without fail. i thought spying was illegal i never confronted him because i always got a feeling that every thing was all right. then everyone around me would start commenting on my thoughts  and wanting to know what i thought of them even now i thought this must be some kind of hallucination  i used to always try to give advice to people and one of the girls said thats why they gave me bit im not sure what bit is but since then my vision has changed dramaticlyits like i have a computer screen in my head and for about 4 years ive been in a constant struggle with these voices in my head constantly flashing images of every absurd thing you can think of including child porn and incest part of my torture  has been racial and religious  someone constantly yelling nigger or god dam and for years tried to get me to sell my soul for success there excuse is always that were setting an example for the world to follow but how is torturing setting an example my health has been hugely affected  they try to deny me medical attention wich most times works this is the first time iv shared this with any one and i think i have a lead on who it is this is just a rough over view ive left out most of the details but hopefully as i get used to opening up the writing will become easier i never thought so many people were affected

Canada: BCCLA calls on School Board to throw out rights violating devices
The B.C. Civil Liberties Association is insisting that the Vancouver School Board remove 33 “Mosquito” noise devices that target children from schools across the city. The devices emit a loud and painful sound frequency only audible to young people, toddlers and babies. They are often used to keep young people away from a particular property, but still permit access to adults.

“These devices have been found by the European Union to be a violation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child,” said Robert Holmes, Q.C., President of the BCCLA. “A teacher would not be permitted to cause pain or discomfort to a child for punishment; why should our schools be permitted to do the same to deter youth from gathering?”
