Greetings, everyone. 

For the past several months, we have been networking with the Occupy Movement in various locations across the US.  It is a vibrant, dynamic human rights movement with which our group would do well to align.  In nearly all cases, our activists have found open and curious folks who are interested to learn of and very willing to challenge government abuses, even in the form of organized stalking and remote electronic assaults. Therefore, I have often urged this community to join forces with this bold movement.  

At this time the most important developments on this front have been made by Jesse Beltran, who has been in talks with the leadership of a coalition of activist groups in Sacramento.  They have become informed and are outraged at the extent of government overreach: using remote mind and body control technologies via microchip implants.  To discover their non-consensual use upon vulnerable adults in hospitals, dental offices and other places was quite alarming, however when children were also found to be non-consensual torture subjects, there was even more outrage and commitment to the cause of freedom from this form of human enslavement in the US. 

The "Occupy the Dream" event on January 16 is sponsored by Occupy Sacramento. However, the theme the coalition group Jesse is working with has adopted is:

"Save the Dream.  It's time to wake up in order to save the dream."

All TI's who can possibly attend this march are urged to do so, to meet Jesse and network with this coalition group.

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A PROCLAMATION

In our schools and in our neighborhoods, at home and in workplaces across our Nation, stalking endangers the physical and emotional well being of millions of American men and women every year. Too often, stalking goes unreported and unaddressed, and we must take action against this unacceptable abuse. This month, we stand with all those who have been affected by stalking and strengthen our resolve to prevent this crime before it occurs.

Stalkers inspire fear through intimidation, explicit or implied threats, and nonconsensual communication often by telephone, text message, or email that can cause severe emotional and physical distress. Many victims suffer anxiety attacks, feelings of anger or helplessness, and depression. Fearing for their safety, some are forced to relocate or change jobs to protect themselves. And, tragically, stalking can be a precursor to more violent offenses, including sexual assault and homicide. The consequences of this crime are real, and they take a profound and ongoing toll on men, women, teens, and children across our country.

Despite the dangerous reality of stalking, public awareness and legal responses to this crime remain limited. New data show that one in six women and one in 19 men have experienced stalking that caused them to be very fearful or feel that they or someone close to them were in immediate physical danger. Among men and women alike, victims are most commonly stalked by current or former intimate partners, and young adults are at the highest risk for stalking victimization. Though stalking can occur in any community, shame, fear of retribution, or concerns that they will not be supported lead many victims to forego reporting the crime to the police. As we strive to reverse this trend, we must do more to promote public awareness and support for survivors of stalking.

My Administration is working to advance protection and services for stalking victims, empower survivors to break the cycle of abuse, and bring an end to violence against women and men. With unprecedented coordination between Federal agencies, we are promoting new tools to decrease the incidence of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, and we are taking action to ensure perpetrators are held accountable. To reinforce these efforts, advocates, law enforcement officials, and others who work with victims must continue to improve their capacity to respond with swift and comprehensive action. From raising awareness to pursuing criminal justice, all of us have a role to play in stopping this senseless and harmful behavior.

This month, let us come together to prevent abuse, violence, and harassment in all their forms and renew our commitment to bring care and support to those in need.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim January 2012 as National Stalking Awareness Month. I call on all Americans to learn to recognize the signs of stalking, acknowledge stalking as a serious crime, and urge those impacted not to be afraid to speak out or ask for help. This program is about a proposal to start a "safe house" Community Co-operative. It encourages 30 Targeted Individuals who might be interested in this idea to save at least $100 per month. The goal is to reach about $30,000 in 12 months. The purpose of accumulating this amount of money is to purchase land, equipment for organic farming, 31 cabin kits, shielding, etc.

“Safe House” Community Co-operative Proposal

Plan to start safe house.

We are seeking suggestions from members of the Targeted Individual (TI) community to begin the process of:

* starting a safe house community
* raising funding for a safe house community
* purchasing land for a safe house community

This is my idea and all suggestions will be welcome.

1. Formulate a meeting, which we will discuss the details of this project.

The project will encompass a business plan that will outline how money will be generated.

Option 1. 30 targeted individual will save at least $1,000 within a 12 month period. For instance, if you have $100 in your pocket by February 1st, you should have at least $1,000 by January of 2013.

Option 2. We will seek donations from interested parties that agree with our ideas. Donations is not grant making.

Option 3. Option 1 and 2 could be combine if goal could be narrow down to 9 months.

Option 4. A grant proposal could be develop to get seed money for the project. The project will be funded in stages until we meet our goal of raising enough money to purchase the land.

Option 5. Several TI’s could start businesses that could generate enough money to purchase the land.

Option 6. A single business can be created by several TI’s that could generate enough money to purchase the land.

I’m not too clear on how long Option 5 and 6 will take to generate the necessary funds to purchase land. Because of several risk involve, Option 1 is my overall preference. However, can we commit as much as 30 people to save around $100 a month for this project? Committing Individuals is one thing and getting them to agree on how this safe house project will run once it is up and running is another thing. That is the purpose of meeting, before we decide on the final project.

Once we have met our financial goal, we will then discuss the project 1. location 2. size 3. cost .

The final decision will be made by majority vote, but we will make some concessions.

Once a location has been found, we need to discuss what kind of construction will happen on the property. Several suggestions have already been made, but more ideas are needed.

The property must be big enough for 31 cabins. There must also be enough land for farming.

Option 1. Purchase one parcel of land.

Option 2. Purchase two parcel of land.

The idea of two parcels of land allows us to work with a much smaller crowd. It allows more land for farming use. Downside: The cost can be more than 1/3 than the latter.

Structure: Security, Alternative Energy, Community Duties, Transportation

Security:

* cameras
* gps jammers
* water integration
* fencing
* dogs

Alternative Energy:

* solar panels
* wind turbines

Community Duties:

Chores will be assigned to at least two persons per day. Chores will include organic farming, but it would be the upkeep of the property. Exactly how this will be needs further discussion.

Transportation:

This is very important. We need at least two vehicles to assist individuals to and from their destination. Gas and maintenance cost will have to be discuss later. Vehicle used for hauling produce will be part of the equation.

As you can see, this can work.

This is a fast proposal. I just want to get the torch burning. But it can happen next year if we are committed.

I like to add that AFFIDAVITS development is an absolute necessary to reduce infiltrators from setting us back.

PS: The project will be run by 1) Kelb (if it mission statement allows it), 2) a newly formed non-profit 3) a co-operative structure (this model allows us to lobby as a group for stronger legislation protecting whistle-blowers, victims of electronic harassment and human experimentation), 4) An LLC or Company business structure and 5) A coalition such as TICSD.

I’m going to go with #3. It offers flexibility. The downside: we can’t grant make, but we can seek donations. Donations can come in the form of membership (501 C4). Another topic.

over thousand days, morning i wake up by mind cintrol attacks,the vioce seem to come from darkness,the vioce full of dirty and sexual attacks,  why they made this kind of trick for me ?  why?  maybe they want to  distorted my feelings ,made my sense not normal,maybe they want to hurt my heart,   let's me heart  pain.

I have not be able to be on for over a year due to internal and external events.  I am questioning if separating from an abusive spouse (ex-Military, maybe a "brother" can led to being targeted.)

Has anyone experienced what technologically is know as "inter-cerebral hypnotism?" This is real technology in which the electric signals in our brain can be identified and waves-ELF sonar, laser, shira oscillating laser, maser-lifgt or waves can in tap our own.  Hence, when the individual tries creative thinking they have trouble as their circuit is blocked from going to that location. This also affects our brains invove-lement with prayer and many other freedoms; vastly affecting our mental freedom, our giftings our true character.

There are many patens/or projects listed now that deal with lasers, shira lasers, coming from or being used by defence companies such as Thales (who work with nasa.) Many other similar patents have been filed. we know that the techonoly exists.  A search o inter cerebral hypnosis will give more info.

This may seemed far fetched, but certain proteins, such as jelly fish protein, list uo and connects easy with outside labour.  Any chance the early "recombatient DNA experiments could have been preparing human brains to interact better with laser?

The mere possibility that someone out there is playing around with inter-cerebralhypnotism is a immediate concern to everyone.

Oggetto: ipnosi e furto, dimostrazione scientifica e non chiacchiere da bar

Il sig. M T, residente in Mala dichiara quanto segue:

in data 18/12/2009 alle ore 14:35 effettuavo presso vostro Comando Carabinieri in Mala,un verbale di denuncia di danneggiamento sporto oralmente che sicuramente è depositato presso vostra Caserma.

Purtroppo nei mesi a seguire,altre due volte rincasavo e trovavo la porta della rimessa forzata come il giorno antecedente al 18/12/2009 cioè il (17/12/2009 alle ore 23:11),ma mai riuscivo – neppure ad oggi - ad accertarmi se fosse stato rubato qualcosa e pertanto come fossi sotto giuramento,rischiando di nuovo di subire da vostro Comando una sorta di vittimizzazione devo dichiarare che mi sembra – uso il condizionale –  che non manchi nulla,tuttavia ho registrato dal quella data a oggi 3 intrusioni complessive.

Per ben tre volte dalla data 17/12/2009 a oggi, ho trovato la porta della rimessa forzata e come potrebbe confermare mia madre, la maniglia della rimessa in un episodio era spezzata e l’ho sostituita con una nuova maniglia dopo aver messo del nastro adesivo e dello scotch alla maniglia primaria per ovviare al problema di poter chiudere e aprire la porta. A forza di tirare la maniglia come un forsennato il PERP (acronimo inglese ) è riuscito a spezzarla e vi assicuro che non ho mai capito come sia riuscito a  spezzarla in quanto una maniglia non è fatta di cartapesta. La maniglia (che ho conservato e mostro nell’allegato 1 e 2) non è tagliata con un attrezzo da scasso come ad esempio un seghetto,ma è spezzata e piegata,proprio come se avesse subito lo sforzo fisico di una persona che ha tirato e tirato e tirato perché già aveva vandalizzato la volta prima la porta e quindi resa più friabile. Egli (o essi) è/sono riuscito/i comunque ad aprire la porta e ad entrare nel garage. Ribadisco che tutt’oggi - quando ci penso - non capisco proprio come cavolo abbia fatto a spezzarla, tuttavia a Biccante – e non solo in questo paesino – ne sono successe di tutti i colori.

Rammento infatti alla cara Arma, che anni addietro a notte inoltrata, dei ladri sono riusciti ad introdursi in un capannone vicino a casa mia, usando un demolitore.

Io rammento molto bene che quella notte sentivo il rumore anomalo e infatti (sono sicuro vi farà sorridere) tra me e me pensavo :”Ma chi cacchio sarà quel disgraziato di contadino che usa il motocoltivatore alle una/due di notte …”.

Io pensavo di udire il rumore di un motocoltivatore,invece era un ladro bastardo che aveva creato un buco nel muro per entrare nel capannone che è situato in una via per nulla illuminata e molto scoperta, ma distante da casa mia,circa 200 metri in linea d’aria. Un vicino mi ha pure raccontato che dei topi d’appartamento, dopo aver arraffato pochi miseri spiccioli e avergli rovistato in tutta la casa - lasciando cassetti aperti e quant’altro - si sono fermati a banchettare sul tavolo della sua cucina e si sono mangiati pane,formaggio e tonno,lasciandoli briciole e avanzi sulla sua tavola. Decisamente ladri che se ne sbattono i testicoli di lasciare tracce dappertutto e molto spregiudicati e svaccati. Bhe dai,sempre meglio che trovare escrementi sul tappeto …

Non ho oggetti di particolare valore nella mia rimessa e penso che coloro che hanno forzato la porta del garage,volessero solamente tentare di accedere al giro scale per arrivare nell’appartamento, ma c’è una porta in ferro che ha una serratura molto ostica anche per me che ho la chiave perché è molto vecchia e la tengo apposta in quello stato proprio perché così i furbacchioni devono tribolare come tribolo io nell’aprirla. Faccio comunque notare che mi sono accorto da non molto tempo di un’impronta sul sacco da boxe che è nel mio garage e che se la cortese DIGOS o la SCIENTIFICA volessero analizzare (purtroppo la foto è pessima perché scattata con videofonino e non so quanto possa valere e esser d’interesse) ci si accorgerebbe che la taglia è di un piede 42 perché ho un occhio clinico per certe cose ed io oltre ad avere un 45/46, mai prenderei a calci il mio sacco da kickboxing con le scarpe perché quando mi allenavo lo facevo sempre a piedi scalzi.

Ciò che mi insegnarono è che c’è sempre rispetto anche per l’avversario e il saluto è d’obbligo nelle arti marziali sia prima che dopo l’incontro,ma tanto oramai sono troppo arrugginito. Mai e poi mai avrei la leggerezza di prendere a calci il sacco da boxe con le scarpe e sono diversi anni che non entra nessun amico/a nella mia rimessa che funge anche da palestra,officina (ho vari attrezzi come la filiera idraulica,saldatrice e i soliti attrezzi che un po’ tutti usano come martello cacciaviti chiavi inglesi etc.) essa un tempo fungeva anche da taverna dove si organizzavano tornei di scacchi e di carte.

Il numero dell’impronta della scarpa è rovesciato e io lo riesco a distinguere benissimo nonostante esso sia rovesciato perché sulla suola era impresso il numero 42. Forse questo elemento,potrebbe esser d’aiuto agli inquirenti per i vari furti effettuati nel mese di novembre nella piccola e tranquilla frazione di Pilcante e di cui sono stato cortesemente informato alle ore 0:30 circa in data 24 novembre 2011 dal nuovo maresciallo ordinario di Ala e dal suo aiutante che mi hanno suonato il campanello giustissimamente per avvisarmi e mettermi al corrente delle nuove scorribande come avevo ripetutamente chiesto io al mio Comandante.

Come mi avete detto,orario più consono per questi furti d’appartamento 17:30 | 20:00 e occhi aperti che i PERPS sono sempre in agguato anche di notte.

Grazie per esser passati a trovarmi a mezzanotte e mezza cara Arma di Ala e per avermi avvisato del pericolo e anche illustrato il problema recente come avevo espressamente chiesto io al mio Comandante.

Io vi allego le foto e già immagino che neanche vi serviranno,tuttavia a mio avviso, abbiamo un elemento in più anche se molto misero e di poco conto. Mai scartare nessun potenziale elemento e delle volte,sono proprio le segnalazioni dei cittadini a fare la differenza per quanto esigue esse siano. Vi faccio notare che a volte,basta un mozzicone di sigaretta per trovare diverse cosucce e la scientifica e/o la digos lo sanno molto bene.

A tutt’oggi, a me pare che non manchi nulla nella mia rimessa nonostante “qualcuno” abbia fatto per tre volte la “porcata” di farmi diventare nervoso e irrequieto e anche riluttante per due volte nello sporgere denuncia come invece ho concretizzavo in data 18/12/2009.

Non ho sporto denuncia la seconda e la terza volta,ma ho comunque effettuato segnalazione al 112 e penso siano registrate al Comando Carabinieri di Rovereto.

Ok adesso veniamo al dunque e al vero motivo di questa lettera|fax|email.

Faccio notare, che quando giungevo al Comando Carabinieri di Mala verso le ore 14.35 del giorno 18 dicembre 2009, la mia ferrea memoria fotografica notava fosse presente anche un Capitano perché notavo le vistose tre stelle sulle spalline e subito riconoscevo il grado e un po’ sbigottito e stupito lo salutavo mentre era indaffarato a discutere con il Maresciallo Capo. Tutto ciò perché non capita tutti i giorni di vedere tre stelle sulle spalline di una divisa rossonera in un piccolissimo Comando Carabinieri come quello di Mala.

Se cortesemente il Comandante Capo,volesse verificare se quel giorno un CAPITANO era in servizio e presso Vostro Comando e chi era l’ufficiale con le tre stelle e se ho fatto bingo solamente per accertare matematicamente che ho un pochino di occhio e memoria …

Perché le scrivo tutta questo preambolo? Perché prima di poter effettuare la denuncia contro ignoti che mi avevano forzato la porta della rimessa (sempre riferito al giorno 18 dicembre 2009) le facevo notare per l’ennesima volta che io sostenevo tutta una serie di cose a cui lei non credeva o comunque non riteneva possibile a priori ed è giusto invece dimostrarle in contrario in maniera scientifica perché adesso posso farlo ed anche perché perfino quel Capitano distratto aveva avuto modo di sentirci vagamente sul giro scale prima di entrare in ufficio e espletare il mio diritto e dovere di sporgere denuncia per lo scasso e anche il Capitano sorrideva e quasi quasi con i suoi sorrisini sfotteva il mio buon senso. Se per caso trattasi del Capitano Carmine Ria di Cles,credo che adesso abbia ben poco da sorridere.

Ancora una volta, la burba (che sono io) le fa notare che nel 2005 venne avvicinata da tre personaggi che mi si identificavano come : Licio Gelli (soprannominato Nonna Papera), Ezio Cartotto (soprannominato Ciccio di Nonna Papera) e Andrea  Sambenini o Sambeghini detto “il serpe” o il “samba”.

Nonna Papera e Ciccio sono soprannomi dati dalla DIA (Direzione Investigativa Antimafia) mentre “SERPE” o “SAMBA” è il soprannome che ho dato io a questo ipnotista cercando anche di dare una descrizione piuttosto sommaria alla DIA di Padova già nel 2005 e se non vuole ancòra credere,basta solo che richieda alla DIA un fax con la copia della lettera che è di Dicembre 2005 se cortesemente gliela vogliono fornire.

Io giunsi alla DIA proprio perché cercavo le facce dei tre marpioni per raffrontarle con quelle che sono stampate nella mia testa e mi lessi tutto ciò che c’era pubblicato su internet a riguardo dei veri Ciccio e Nonna Papera e trovai anche la lunghissima lista della P2 che porta anche a nomi di Americani,Servizi segreti,Generali,ufficiali e chi più ne ha più ne metta e trovai molto materiale interessantissimo e devo dire che mi sono fatto una cultura.

Ritornando a dicembre 2009,non solo lei rispettabile COMANDANTE non prendeva in serio esame ciò che le dicevo - ed è piuttosto comprensibile in quanto io la stimo perché è un bravissimo carabiniere nonostante tutto - ma non teneva nemmeno conto che questi personaggi mi si erano già avvicinati nel 1999 ed esattamente una sera tra il 14 e il 30 Settembre a Cles e che avevano influito nel far licenziare me che facevo il barman e poi – in un secondo momento - anche la mia collega che faceva la barlady e successivamente dopo qualche tempo il locale della titolare dell’esercizio pubblico veniva chiuso perché le mancavano le due colonne portanti cioè io e la collega (di origine cilena) e tutto ciò nonostante avesse assunto due giovani nuovi barman entrambi di nome Stefano perché non avevano una così innata esperienza,di conseguenza, sempre col senno di poi - a parer mio - questi personaggi hanno cagionato un danno non solo alla mia persona,ma anche ad altri e poi me li trovai di fronte anche nell’estate del 2002 e ancora una volta travestiti da normali clienti e non erano di certo lì per puro caso; mentre io lavoravo come un somaro all’Autogrill Nogaredo Est - con l’allora direttore Mauro Carrella -  qualcuno di loro ebbe la sfacciataggine di pagarmi la consumazione con dollari falsi e il direttore dovrebbe aver annotato da qualche parte questo interessante particolare perché lo rammento bene che fu costretto a scrivere un rapportino. Si ho scritto proprio dollari e non mi scordo neanche che il direttore non sapeva cosa fare,perché quando si ricevono €uro falsi, loro sono sempre pronti a rimetterli in circolo e buttarli in cassa violando la legge ed infatti egli restò inguaiato proprio perché erano dollari (e non euro) e dovette scrivere un rapportino dopo aver telefonato al Capo Area e se non ne siete al corrente, in un Autogrill si accetta anche moneta straniera e c’è sempre un tasso di cambio. Gran bel posticino un Autogrill e si fanno vedere proprio onesti i tuoi superiori con gli Euro falsi …

Stamose zitti che è mejo và,che ne avrei da scrivere su certi datori di lavoro vessatori e tramaccioni …

… manco ce perdessero i soldi loro envesce che queli de li Fratelli Benetton di Autogrill S.P.A. che è una società grandissima e che ha aree di ristoro in Europa,Canada e perfino U.S.A.

Ovvio oramai che tocca a me metter per iscritto tutto ciò che non è mai stato verbalizzato e sempre e solo frainteso e deliberatamente messo in discussione senza neanche aver fatto accertamenti,ma solo chiacchiere nella più totale negligenza e non collaborazione.

Le ciacere le porta ciacere,ma con le ciacere no se sgionfa done e semai se en ciapa na sgionfa dele ciacere !!! Che dise pò voi autri? Ela anzì o no ela ausì ?!?

Ma questa gente qui che menziono, opera per le gangstalking? Mania di persecuzione? Decisamente no in quanto ne avrei da scrivere su ciò che mi capitò anche nel 2000 e nel 2003,ma per ora mantengo riserbo !!!

Non è un’ideazione persecutoria come sostengono i “provincialotti” di Rovereto (riferito a U.O.P.) perché nel corso degli anni mi sono accaduti troppi incontri assurdi con gente del genere e poi mi licenziavo dal posto di lavoro e infatti dal nervoso, nel 2000 fuggii ad Hamburg e comunque questa gente qui in Regione ha lasciato tracce dappertutto e sto pensando di rivolgermi al Commissario Rex,oppure al Commissario Gordon o magari al Commissario Basettoni che forse sono più preparati e indicati oppure potrei chiamare Don Matteo (Terence Hill) che è molto bravo - pur essendo prete - nel collaborare alle indagini con Nino Frassica o magari mi rivolgerò a Manuela Arcuri, Prosperi e Leo cioè quelli della fiction Carabinieri di Italia1. Anche Raul Bova de “La squadra” farebbe comodo e tornerebbero utili anche i miei vecchi miti come l’ispettore Antonio Girardi (Thomas Milian), il Commissario Auricchio (Lino Banfi), l’ispettore Derrick, il Tenente Matteo Kojakc, l’ispettore Gadget, il Sergente Thomas J. Hooker oltre ai Chips e Starsky e Hutch. Suppongo che gli agenti di C.S.I. potrebbero svolgere un ruolo determinante nel risolvere il caso velocemente.

Aooo quelli lì so mafiosi e mafiosi veri e non gente piccoletta. Quelli lì vanno en giro con “l’ipnotista di ruolo” e pure con la pistola in saccoccia e c’hanno macchinoni de grossa cilindrata e se ne fottono pure se arrivate voi altri.

Questo era proprio un lavoro da DIA e dopo analizzeremo bene il perché e tutto ciò grazie a un TG di Studio Aperto e alla mia memoria fotografica.

Ogni tanto userò una sorta di autoironia,per rilassarvi e per non creare stress alla vostra persona,ma vi assicuro che sei/sette anni dopo e una marea di avvenimenti accaduti,non c’è tanto da star allegri e ci sarebbe da mettersi le mani nei capelli per come si sono svolti realmente i fatti.

Cara carissima Polizia di Stato,lo sapevi che nel 1998 lavoravo per Pulitecnica e che avevo in dotazione un furgone FIAT DUCATO MAXI e che più di una volta sono dovuto andare a Bolzano a pulire il Commissariato di Polizia e anche la scuola per cadetti situata sempre a Bolzano? Si,ho visto le camerate dove addestrano i vostri cari cadetti e ho decerato e cerato il pavimento oltre a svolgere altri mansioni. Io ero quello che arrivava in Commissariato di Bolzano,con il suo bel bestione di furgone carico di roba e che aveva gli occhialini da sole, la bandana in testa e la salopette ‹salopèt›. Ho lavorato da parecchie parti e ho fatto di tutto,infatti ho il libretto di lavoro pieno di esperienze lavorative e ho anche il libretto sanitario e nel 2000 ho lavorato in un Ristorante italiano come sguattero ad Amburgo cioè circa 1200 chilometri casa. Più o meno la stessa distanza che c’è da Catania a Trento.

In virtù del fatto che le camerate dei cadetti io le ho viste in prima persona a Bolzano,forse la prossima volta mi rivolgerò a quelli di Scuola di Polizia ovvero Mahoney, Sweetchuck, Zed, Tackleberry, Hightower e il Comandante Eric Lassard invece che alla Questura di Rovereto.

Ovviamente ogni volta che mi chiederete i documenti, sempre SIGNORSISISSIGNORE e SCAT-TARE perché io sono al vostro servizio come voi siete al mio servizio. Sempre pronto a darvi patente,libretto, carta identità codice fiscale, tessera sanitaria,passaporto,permesso di soggiorno,postepay, brevetto di volo e patente nautica se necessario.

A voi, mai chiedere neanche grado e nome perché c’è troppa riluttanza. (ne sem capidi va là… a mi me toca darve de tüt voi invece …)

Non solo lei rispettabile Comandante dava per scontato che fossi un povero pazzo nel 2009 - e lo stesso accadeva in Questura già nel 2005 e perfino i suoi predecessori nel Comando lo facevano - e tutti purtroppo ritengono che non è possibile ipnotizzare una persona, ma ciò è dovuto al fatto che la cultura popolare è quella lì, perché troppo abituati a rimpinzarsi di TV e quando uno parla di ipnosi quelli che ti ascoltano pensano a Giugas Casella oppure a Silvan col suo Sim Sala Bin e cioè le solite troiate che vi/ci passano in TV e che fanno un lavaggetto del cervello.  

Adesso io vi dimostro il contrario con prove tangibili e tutto ciò per accrescere la vostra cultura e rendervi più preparati in simili casi e allego altri colleghi proprio per far capire la stessa cosa e renderli tutti più preparati e più consapevoli e la prossima volta meno bigotti e ottusi.

Tuttavia  con obbiettività e onestà anche io al vostro posto avrei storto il naso,ma adesso metto di fronte la SCIENZA e quella non falla.

Non ci crede? Vuole ricredersi rispettabilissimo e esimio Comandante? E gli altri che stanno leggendo questa letterina? Gli altri esimi e lungimiranti colleghi della Polizia di Stato e di altre caserme vogliono fare questo piccolo esperimento di spendere due miseri minuti per visionare un TG del 2008 dove parlano altri colleghi della Polizia di Stato?

• *N.B. in data 23-12-2011 ho telefonato personalmente alla Polizia aereoportuale di Treviso per cercare il vicequestore Giovanni Rodriquez e dopo aver tranquillamente spiegato alla collega il motivo della mia chiamata,ella mi ha confermato di rammentare l’episodio di “ipnosi e furto” e di telefonare alla questura di Pordenone in quanto il vicequestore Rodriquez si è trasferito lì e lo sto cercando perché vorrei che spiegasse con una telefonata al Commissario della mia zona cosa facevano quegli ipnotisti e come ti rincitrulliscono così almeno si ricrede anche lui.

• * in data 24-12-2011 ho telefonato a Pordenone e ho lasciato un appunto per il vice questore,perchè sarei felice se spiegasse al Comissario della mia zona,cosa ha vissuto in quel febbraio 2008 in modo da accertare dopo 6 anni, chi sono i veri pazzi e come mai anche un poliziotto è caduto nell'ipnotista in quanto io a differenza loro non ho prove audiovisive grazie alle telecamere di sicurezza e il pericolo è dettato dal fatto che anche la mafia può assoldare gente come Antonio de Rosa e quindi in un ragionamento ovvio, la DIA non è stata interpellata per futili motivi dal sottoscritto.

Cara DIA di Padova, come avevo avuto modo di scriverti più volte, sono uno che non molla la presa e anche se molti mi hanno fatto perdere tempo, “il mastino” continua e continuerà a svolgere le sue indagini avvalendosi anche di uno strumento che se usato con intelletto e intuito è capace di premiare gli sforzi personali;questo strumento si chiama Internet.

Non mi identifico nel ricercatore autodidatta per niente e questo TG di Studio Aperto mi dà soddisfazione e merito in quanto ho pure brindato perché non è la prima volta che dopo anni una persona si prende la rivincita verso “il sistema” e riapre il caso alla grande e se necessario, arriverò di persona anche a Pordenone e sempre rivolto alla rispettabile DIA, non è escluso che nel 2012 mi recherò di persona in via Astichello 4 a Padova.

Vorrei vedere voi al posto mio,se voi non avreste fatto un gran polverone.

Aver scovato questo TG, per me, è come aver vinto la lotteria di Capodanno e come vedete non ci metto molto a estrapolare degli screen-schot e a cercare anche Elisa Birello se necessario perché solo io so perfettamente ciò che ha subito.
Rispettabile Comandante e Questore di Trento e Rovereto,

visionato velocemente e brevemente questo TG,invito a prestare la massima attenzione a quanto dichiaro e si richiede di visionarlo prima di partire con la mente altrove e di sforzarsi di metterci un po’ di impegno.
Visto che all'inizio c'è la foto segnaletica (allegato 3) di questo ipnotista che usava l'ipnosi per rubare e che aveva dei complici e che è perfino riuscito a ipnotizzare un poliziotto che gli ha consegnato 50 euro? Ancora fossilizzati sul fatto che sia impossibile? Il sig. Antonio Di Rosa di origini napoletane nato il 14-06-1947 (allegato 4) ha rincitrullito pure un poliziotto e il vice questore che parla nel Tg (allegato 5), lo spiega anche troppo bene seppur in maniera veloce e fulminea a causa dei tempi televisivi ristretti.

Adesso le faccio presente di visionare la data di questo TG di Studio Aperto (allegato 6) e le chiedo -  essendo lei persona intelligente e come me affamata di conoscenza - di calarsi nei panni dell'investigatore e del detective che non tralascia i particolari.
La data di questo TG è 31 MARZO 2008 anche se, le date in sovraimpressione delle tecamere di servizio mostrano Febbraio 2002.

I miei più sinceri complimenti alla Polizia Aereoportuale di Treviso per aver concesso anche questo matematico particolare che non ho tralasciato visto che devo calarmi io nei panni del detective.

Ecco una la data grazie al mio screen (allegato 7) che appartiene alle telecamere di servizio e la mia sfortuna è stata che non ho mai potuto usufruire di prove audiovisive come invece appare nel TG e a priori tutti mi davano del matto.

Io nel 2005 ho subito la stessa cosa da altri ipnotisti qui in regione e anche nel 1999 - lo stesso “Serpe” - faceva le stesse maialate a Cles (Tn) dove lavoravo e usava sempre lo stesso modus operandi e ha causato danni a me ed anche ad altri e penso che anche la Titolare,se rivedesse l’dentikit “del serpe” potrebbe avere dei flash-back e rammentare anche che c’era assieme a lui quello che faceva il Gelli e che io chiamo “Licio-Lucio Gelli junior”, altro personaggio inquietante come il Carlo Mazone alias “scarpemarze” e tutti molto fantasiosi con i nomi falsi questi giocolieri.

N.B. Mazone con una sola Zulu.

Se il TG ha messo subito in chiaro la foto segnaletica con il nome del napoletano,altri potrebbero riconoscerlo vedendolo e ammettere di avere già visto quel tipaccio e penso che nel TG, Polizia di Stato e Giornalisti abbiano messo di proposito la foto segnaletica proprio per tal motivo. Questo è un banale particolare che mi fa supporre ciò.

Io ho chiesto molte volte la collaborazione vostra e delle nostre emittenti TV perché la mia strategia era dettata dal fatto che altri cittadini qui in Regione potrebbero riconoscere il “SAMBA” che è un altro pericolosissimo ipnotista e siccome sono stati qui in Regione negli anni menzionati, non è da escludere che possano ripresentarsi,ma se nessuno collabora avranno sempre partita vinta e passeremo tutti per bischeri.

La mia strategia era quella di creare questi maledettissimi identikit (e ne ho pieni i maroni di dirlo) per poi passarli a giornali e telegiornali locali (soprattutto i quotidiani) e rivolto ai cittadini se qualcuno è stato vittima di questa gente.

Secondo la mia ottica,basterebbe solo l’identikit del’ipnotista e sarebbe più che sufficiente quello, per far riaffiorare potenziali ricordi a chi sicuramente l’ha incontrato come me qui in regione.

Proprio voi dite alla gente – soprattutto alle donne vittime da violenza carnale – che bisogna trovare il coraggio denunciare i crimini subiti perché altrimenti lo stesso crimine potrebbe ripetersi ed io metto in pratica quello che cercate di trasmettere voi.

Se una persona ha compiuto più di una violenza carnale, una delle vittime dovrebbe denunciare il criminale e collaborare sennò la probabilità che il criminale ripeta lo stesso gesto e rimanga impunito è molto alta e altre donne subirebbero lo stesso affronto ad opera del maniaco sessuale.

Esimi signori, vi faccio notare che in questo caso, quello che non ha voglia di collaborare non sono certo io.

Se in futuro questa gente si ripresenterà e accadranno altre scorribande ad opera degli stessi pericolosissimi e astutissimi criminali la colpa non è certo mia. Se come sostengo io,sono stati qui in regione più volte e in differenti anni, non è da escludere che possano ripresentarsi e farla franca come al solito.

Nel 2005,mi ero rivolto ai carabinieri per sporgere denuncia e facevo già il diavolo a quattro nel mese di Giugno e Luglio sia al Comando Carabinieri che in Questura di Rovereto perché mi ronzavano attorno sempre questi brutti ceffi,che mi rincoglionivano e poi cominciavo a rammentare in maniera vaga e confusa che mi causavano una sorta di brainwashing e diversi stadi emotivi negativi. Come scrissi nella lettera alla cara DIA di Padova, ero invaso da una marea di flash-back e avevo forti cefalee localizzate nelle tempie.

Continuavo a vedere quei maledetti occhi verdi del Samba e la sua voce mi riecheggiava nella testa.

A priori ritenevano tutti che io fossi matto perchè per loro era impossibile ipnotizzare una persona e magari drogarla pure per agevolare l'ipnosi proprio per il fatto che invece che un Tg come questo, tutti pensavano a Silvan con il suo Sim Sala Bin o a Giugas Casella. Sottolineo che “il serpe” (o Samba) è perfino capace di mettere una sorta di polverina grigiastra (presumo sostanza psicotropa) nelle bevande e dentro di me lo sò benissimo perché ho sforzato le meningi in maniera spasmodica fino a rammentare che perfino nel 1999 faceva quel giochino ai clienti e metteva qualcosa nella birra e dopo erano tutti sballati e si divertiva a fare cabaret.

Anche in quell’anno (1999) qualcuno mi ha pagato con soldi falsi.

Io dentro di me lo so, perché troppe volte (soprattutto nel 2005) mi hanno ronzato attorno e oramai ho una visione chiara dei personaggi e di come si muovono e anche delle loro facce. Questa gente mi ha rotto le palle anche al Bar Snack di Avio e anche al bar Snack di Dro quando dovevo incontrarmi con il sig. Tavennini Federico per delle composizioni e produzioni musicali ed è utile che la letterina giunga anche ai rispettivi Comandi.

Io nella lettera inviata alla DIA,lamentavo le stesse cose che lamenta la cassiera del TG (la signorina Elisa) e mettevo ben in chiaro che mi avevano anche inferto comandi ipnotici.
Come sostiene quella povera cassiera nel TG illustrato, mi avevano rimbecillito,disorientato più volte come spiega ella e lasciato in uno stato di “missing time” cioè “tempo perduto” più di una volta perché come dissi e scrissi la frase era identica a quella del TG :”A me gli occhi” e dopo avermi rincitrullito: “Quando ti risveglierai non ti ricorderai più nulla”. L’altra frase che il dott. Stefano Benemeglio (ipnologo di Padova) ha riscontrato è: “Quando li vedi inculali, quando vedi le loro auto inculali,quando vedi la loro scritta sulle loro portiere inculali”.

Era riferito alle scritte delle vostre auto d’ordinanza esimi signori.
I carabinieri di Ala e precisamente appuntato scelto Andreolli A. nel 2005 mi diceva in maniera sgarbata dopo che avevo iniziato questo discorso prima di farmi uscire fuori dalla Caserma :"Se ha problemi,vada dal suo medico".
L'appuntato era in compagnia del Maresciallo Ordinario Costantini che non batteva ciglio,nel 2005 aveva due e non tre binari come invece ha adesso.

Bhe fa niente,mettiamoci una pietra sopra,perché sò che siete indaffarati,ma vi rammento che siete Funzionari di Stato e lo Stato è formato da cittadini e contribuenti.

Se voi lavorate per lo Stato,lavorate proprio per i cittadini.

Come ebbi modo di dirle al bar del distributore Esso a Serravalle quando ebbimo possibilità di bere un caffè assieme rispettabile Comandante Capo B.: ”Io sono al suo servizio come lei è al mio servizio” perché questa è la mia filosofia.

Se tu sei un funzionario di Polizia dello Stato, ti rammento che io sono lo Stato.

Chi è lo Stato? Lo stato è un insieme e una moltitudine di cittadini e quindi lo Stato (cioè io) deve – se necessario – aiutare al meglio il funzionario di Stato ai fini utili di indagine per trovare chi è stato.

Non ha caso il funzionario di Stato, non lavora per un Azienda privata,ma lavora per lo Stato e siccome lo Stato è stato più volte ingiustamente calpestato e il criminale non è stato arrestato,anche lo Stato deve fare tutto il possibile per coinvolgere e collaborare con il funzionario di Stato. Non dimentichiamoci infatti, che è lo Stato che dà lo stipendio al funzionario di Stato e quindi essendo la paga statale e non proveniente da’Azienda privata, è proprio lo Stato grazie alle sue tasse raccolte che fa pervenire lo stipendio al Funzionario di Stato. Quindi chi paga il Funzionario di Stato? Lo stesso Stato (cioè io,infatti som mi quel che paga e in tutti e due i sensi perché io ho pagato uno scotto troppo alto);è ovvio che Il funzionario di Stato lavora anche per me.

Con questo non voglio certo insinuare che sono io il suo principale cioè il padrone dell’Azienda che paga i dipendenti e firma la bustapaga,ma rappresento lo Stato e non si sà ancora chi è stato che ha inguaiato un rappresentante di Stato. Piaciuto il gioco di parole?

In parole povere il funzionario di Stato,doveva collaborare con lo Stato per capire cosa c’è stato e chi è stato.
Stia bene attento a ciò che le dimostro e mostro caro Comandante, perchè a me non piace mica che mi hanno fatto passare per lo scemo del villaggio.
Se lei riguardasse e moviolasse questo breve TG di studio Aperto,noterebbe che è successo a TREviso e da altre parti. Secondo lei non può esser successo qui a TREnto? Secondo i carabinieri del 2005,era impossibile e io venivo denigrato e fatto passare per lo scemo del villaggio o per il matto del paese e pure psichiatrizzato dalla Questura e perfino nel 2009 - quando ho iniziato il discorso per farlo presente alla sua persona - ho visto solo scetticismo a priori e spero che il malinteso sia risolto grazie al TG di Studio aperto che è del 2008.

Siccome io sapevo di essermi più volte scontrato con degli ipnotisti e autentici delinquentoni (come ad esempio quello del TG), non solo ero disperato perchè tutti mi denigravano e mi davano del pazzo (oltre a psichiatrizzarmi) ma scrivevo una lunga lettera alla DIA (DIREZIONE INVESTIGATIVA ANTIMAFIA) di Padova proprio nel Dicembre 2005 e quindi 3 anni prima di questo TG di cui non ero a conoscenza ed è ovvio che non potevo avere questo TG che ne da conferma essendo esso del 2008 e la lettera del 2005 indirizzata al Capocentro della DIA in quanto dentro di me, capivo che carabinieri e poliziotti, sono solo dei provinciali e facilotti e non adeguatamente preparati a tali crimini così sofisticati. Come può vedere VERBA VOLANT,ma SCRIPTA MANENT ed eccole il secondo link che mostra la ricevuta A/R della lettera inviata alla DIA a dicembre 2005 ed ovviamente ho tutti gli originali. Eventualmente basta farsi faxare la letterina dalla DIA se non crede alla mia parola tuttavia nei 14 Articoli dei Diritti del cittadino trovo:

e che nel Novembre 2009 (sempre riferito ai COMPARATISTI del COMPARAGGIO FARMACEUTICO roveretano-arcense) ho fatto finire sul TRENTINO CORRIERE delle ALPI in un articolo del nostro quotidiano e conservo anche quello che parla di un abuso psichiatrico e lo sà bene anche il mio ex avvocato che si beccò dell’ignorante e forse anche dello scemo da una certa dottoressa al telefono proprio in quell’occasione davanti ai miei occhi.

Purtroppo il mio ex avvocato non è un vero uomo,perché se fossi io l’avvocato non mi sarei fatto trattare così e non avrei certo taciuto per lo sberleffo di suddetta donna e avrei portato a termine il caso con il cliente,ma ne troverò un altro e se necessario un altro ancora perché grazie al Foro di Rovereto, ho una bella lista con 185 nominativi e ho già il telefonino pieno di numeri di telefono dei loro uffici,numeri di cellulare e anche e-mail box e ci sono giovani avvocati miei coetanei molto più determinati.
Se riguarderà il TG che le ho messo a disposizione,noterà che perfino il poliziotto ha messo alla prova l'ipnotista ladro e che il poliziotto è stato a sua volta ipnotizzato e gli ha consegnato 50 €uro.
Per favore se non ha capito lo riguardi perchè dura solo due miseri minuti e così noterà tutti i particolari e che pure il poliziotto è stato rincitrullito dal ladro e che gli ha consegnato a sua volta 50 €uro e quindi c'è cascato pure lui nel fluido del ladro e non ha neanche dovuto affiancare l’ipnosi a quella famosa polverina grigiastra che ho notato io con quella bestia del “serpe”.

Strano eh?! Io sospetto (ma fino a quando non li pizzicate e li fate confessare resta tutto in dubbio) che la polverina magica del “Samba” abbia principi attivi simili alla scopolamina o magari a M.D.M.A. cioè la classica droga da stupro e/o da furto, tuttavia quello lì è uno che l’ipnosi l’ha studiata e pure bene come il napoletano che è stato arrestato e si vede nel TG. Ovviamente i complici lo sanno bene,infatti il più chiacchierone è quello che fa il Gelli e che avrà sui 50/60 anni capelli grigi e che attacca bottone, ti distrae, sembra perfino un oratore come quelli dell’Antica Grecia per come te la racconta, l’altro, intanto si prepara e mette un pochino di roba bel caffè (come rammento io) e magari nella birra dei clienti.

Ovvio che è andata così, sennò fatemi pervenire voi la documentazione di Benemeglio Stefano così poi vediamo chi ha ragione di nuovo.

Il sottoscritto fa ben presente che a causa di tali aberranti,mostruosi e delittuosi comandi ipnotici sono accadute cose di non poco interesse in quell’anno (2005) e a momenti accoppavo dei Carabinieri. Solo un ipnologo potrebbe accertare queste cose e non mi rivolsi a lui - a Padova - per futili motivi e tutto ciò,perché Rovereto non è altro che un piccolo ospedaletto di Provincia e la prima cosa che pensano è quella di ingozzare una persona con compresse,gocce e/o “pungiculo” cioè punture e metter tutto in dubbio. Non solo non prendono appunti,ma vanno a sedare con sedativi quello che poi matematicamente si ricomincerà a ripresentare e cioè flash-back, cefalee, nausea e altri disturbi che non vado ad elencare e non fanno altro che peggiorare la situazione.

La metodologia è sbagliata perché in questi casi non bisogna sedare,bisogna invece ascoltare,prendere appunti,domandare e cercare di fare quella che si chiama indagine seria e approfondita.

Come potete notare,sono “una buona penna” nonostante errori di battitura,di svista,di sintassi di ortografia e di punteggiatura e basterebbe solo metter le mani sull’ipnotista, strizzarlo e farlo confessare sempre se l’ARMA e la POLIZIA di Stato ne sono in grado perché ritengo che voi siate capaci di far ben altro che ritirare patenti, decultare punti e controllare il traffico, lavoro ben più consono ai Vigili Urbani visto che siete il fior fiore all’occhiello delle Forze dell’Ordine …

Nella lettera alla DIA datata 2005, sono sicuro che avevo scritto che in un’occasione, “Il SAMBA” – che è molto spregiudicato – voleva provare ad ipnotizzare la Polizia perché qualcuno aveva dato l’allarme,ma il “Gelli junior” aveva espressamente dato l’ordine ai tre di andarsene perché non voleva lasciare troppe tracce.

Sono sicurissimo di aver scritto qualcosa di simile nella lettera del 2005 inviata alla DIA.

Vorrei cortesemente avere la documentazione dal Dr Benemeglio per sbatterla in faccia ai comparatisti di Rovereto e pure a voi se necessario, perché essi non sono idonei al mio caso e sono autentici incompetenti e lazzaroni e perfino il Dr Spodafiera e il Dr Paternotte di Firenze a cui mi sono rivolto nel 2011,mi hanno più volte esortato ad abbandonare il C.S.M. di Rovereto soprattutto perché i rapporti si sono logorati,perché li ho denunciati e sbattuti sui giornali a Novembre 2009 e tutto ciò grazie a CCDU Trento e al Telefono Viola.

Si demarca che il Consigliere Regionale Mauro Delladio presentò un’interrogazione e ve la allego giusto per farvi fare qualche ragionamento,perché se ci sono così tante denunce e non un singolo caso isolato,significa che qualcosa che non funziona c’è all’interno dei C.S.M.

Se non ne siete a conoscenza,non esiste solo il 114, il telefono azzurro o il telefono rosa,ma anche il telefono viola e esiste anche il CCDU Trento che ha raccolto una marea di denunce contro i comparatisti al servizio del Comparaggio Farmaceutico illustrato dai documentari di RAITRE e anche da Paolo Barnard perchè sono molto utili agli introiti della Pfizer, della Bayer con il suo Lipobay, alla Glaxo di Verona e alla Sandoz di Rovereto.

Se me la fai leggere (e analfabeta non sono) dopo mi convinco se hai detto la verità seppur scritta con una marea di paroloni e se hai applicato oltre alla legge anche la PROCEDURA e REGOLAMENTO che te l’hanno stravolti centinaia di volte e se la legge l’hai interpretata bene perché a forza di leggi incomprensibili hanno rimbecillito tutto e tutti !!!

Esempio? Io nella mia auto avevo 3 triangoli di posizione. Il primo (che appartiene ad una renault 4) reca di metter il triangolo a 50 metri , il secondo che è più recente di posizionarlo a 100 metri il terzo invece esplica che il triangolo va posizionato a 150 metri. Quante volte cambiano e ricambiano le più di 200.000 leggi e per di più continuano con nuovi disegni di legge?  I già citati relatori della primissima Costitizione italica penso che saranno contorti nelle loro tombe dal nervoso.

Mi chiedo inoltre,perché “Il baffo” cucito sulle spalline delle divise dei Vigili Urbani della regione trentino,adesso è rivolto all’interno e non all’esterno. Forse tra qualche tempo pure il cappello lo dovrete rovesciare all’indietro come e di uso è costume tra i rapper. Perfino il semaforo nella zona di Lizzana e precisamente in via dell’Abetone davanti al distributore Q8 non è più normale grazie alla Provincia. Prima c’erano rosso,giallo e verde, adesso da rosso,il semaforo diviene giallo lampeggiante e poi ancora rosso. Ci ha fatto caso qualcuno? Ogni volta una brusca frenata perché hanno eliminato il verde. “Disgrassiati” di Provincia !!! E dopo saria mi quel mat ?! Me par che anche voi in Provincia non siete mica tanto normali.
Ho ancora parecchi postumi di altre marachelle,crimini e violenze che ho subito e il mio caso è molto delicato e pieno di intrighi,negligenze e reati contro la mia persona e sono diventato brutto come i debiti e anche molto trasandato.

L’ho capito a forza di cercare su internet Golag nome proprio. Perfino per slavi e albanesi questo nome non esiste.

Non scorderò neanche mai quella che mi si è presentata con il nome di Lucy.

Strano inoltre che a marzo 2006, in pieno pomeriggio io e la signora Elisabetta,madre del barista del Devil Games Cafè emmo modo di appurare che c’era una bella signora bionda che continuava a farmi avance per portarmi a conoscere il suo gruppo esoterico diceva lei.

Ci sarebberoro da identificare anche il sig. Calimerola che si vantava di lavorare per Medaset e anche il suo socio che andava sempre in giro con una pistola che teneva nella tasca interna della giacca e dall’accento meridionale e perfino quell’altro imbecille che diceva di chiamarsi Antonio Mangano e continuava a dire di non scordarsi la catapulta e anch’egli armato. Pure quello che mi si identificava come Salvatore Fini e anch’egli fuori di testa e personaggio assai viscido e che a Dro, esattamente al Bar Snack era in compagnia del “Samba” del “Licio-Lucio junior” e del “Mangano”.

La mia idea era che,usufruendo dei mezzi di comunicazione quali TV e giornali locali e mettendo l’identikit in bella mostra,altri trentini avrebbero riconosciuto “IL SAMBA” perché per come li ho visti in azione, questi qui consumano nei locali e sono capaci perfino di non pagare e rincoglioniscono tutti con il loro bravo ipnotista.

Mica bello incarcerare la vittima (cioè io) per circa un mese e mezzo e lasciare a piede libero questi personaggi che casualmente sono in combutta con il caro Carlo Mazone (altro nome falso) che girava per la chiesa di Pilcante e che sospetto fortemente esser responsabile o a conoscenza dei responsabili dei vandalismi alle 5 Chiese del trentino. Purtroppo cercaste solo un ricettatore a Condino e dalle cronache non avete mai risolto nemmeno quel caso delle Chiese vandalizzate, comunque utile anche interrogare quello lì,ma sono io il cardine che può risolvere diverse stranezze e mi tocca per forza metter per iscritto una lettera che butterete in un archivio a fare la muffa.

Cara DIA, qui ci sono stati vandalismi a 5 Chiese in trentino e la Chiesa del mio paese è stata l’ultima. Essa sul portone reca la data 1776.

Se penavate di aver a che fare con i soliti satanisti rockettari,in realtà avete preso un granchio e vi consiglio di leggere il libro di Carlo Palermo che si intitola IL QUINTO LIVELLO e lo trovate i biblioteca.

Ci sono 4 differenti tipi di satanismo e non vi metto a disposizione le mie ricerche perché adesso che è Inverno potete stare a casa al calduccio nel tempo libero e fare quello che faccio io invece che ingozzarvi di TV.

Si fa presente che è mio forte sospetto che il Tavernini E. di Dro, si sia scontrato anch’egli con tale pericoloso personaggio e che abbia scordato gli avvenimenti oppure che non voglia collaborare per paure conscie ed inconsce e che solo un ipnologo (da non confondere con ipnotista) potrebbe portargli a galla quello che gli hanno fatto scordare con quel “quando ti risveglierai non ti ricorderai più nulla”.

Appena vista la paletta,inserivo la freccia della mia auto e mi fermavo.

Uno dei tre falsi carabinieri mi chiedeva la patente appena sceso dall’auto.

Era notte, il giorno mercoledì o giovedì,ma non ricordo se primavera inoltrata o già inizio estate.

Feci notare al carabiniere che mi aveva chiesto solo la patente e non :”Patente e Libretto”.

Cari miei,a mani estremi estremi rimedi !!!

Io sò solo che il Tave di Dro non ha mai avuto serie intenzioni di andare in fondo di questa storia e non ha voglia neanche di scrivere una versione decente,tangibile e meticolosa egli parlò con me diverse volte di tutte queste stranezze che anch’egli aveva riscontrato. In una telefonata di quel periodo (e non posso avvalermi di Echelon oppure di Super Amanda) diceva di aver preso la targa dell’auto clonata dei carabinieri che lo avevano fermato e di essersi recato presso vostro Comando per sporgere denuncia.

Il rispettabile Comandante B. di Mala, la prima volta che ha sentito questa mia vecchia storiella nel 2009 - inerente a auto clonate dei CC in giro per il Trentino nel 2005 - non solo non credeva più di tanto a ciò che gli menzionavo,ma gli dissi che il Tave dovrebbe aver sporto denuncia presso Comando di Arco o di Dro e il mio indomito Comandante, mi disse di andare a Arco o a Dro e/o di fargli pervenire un fax con questa denuncia del Tavernini se effettivamente c’è.

Io ho subito telefonato ai Carabinieri di Arco e di Dro e ho chiesto di inviargli il fax perché il mio cortese Comandante ha ragione. I cortesi colleghi vogliono collaborare per cortesia? C’è o non c’è una caz** di denuncia sporta dal Tavernini? Mi sono già spazientito una volta e lo sono andato a cercare a casa sua,ma mi schiva e pure al telefono attua lo stesso comportamento. Devo scendere io un’altra volta? Mi girano i maroni perché lui non solo mi diede una versione verbale di una camionetta,ma io la vorrei scritta e affidabile oltre che finalmente attendibile. Lui mi scrisse solo che era una camionetta. Che cacchio significa camionetta? Per me può poter dire una marea di cose, inoltre diceva che tramite voi,avevate scoperto che giungevano da Mantova. Non ci capisco più una mazza perché la versione scritta io non ce l’ho e non mollo la presa e sono un mastino.

Devo venire a picchettare e quindi effettuare un picchetto? Non ho intenzione di dover scendere di nuovo a Dro e sarebbe utile fare le cose da adulti.

Tra l’altro faccio presente che siccome il Comandante della mia Caserma sita in Ala ha ragione,in quanto gli deve pervenire la testimonianza scritta del Tavernini Enrico per far più luce trasparenza sui fatti, non vorrei dover scrivere di nuovo al Capocentro della DIA e citarvi per FAVOREGGIAMENTO ALLA MAFIA o comunque FAVOREGGIAMENTO AD ASSOCIAZIONE A DELINQUERE DI STAMPO MAFIOSO e per aver ostacolato le indagini.

Il mio Comandante ha perfettamente ragione e non è utile ostacolare le indagini e il processo della Giustizia quindi cortesemente fate pervenire documentazione su questa camionetta clonata o che di che cacchio di macchina tratta vasi,dove si trovava in quanto nel mio di episodio ho scritto ALFA ROMEO e sollecitate il Tavernini ha dire la verità e se preso o no i numeri di targa del mezzo clonato e se ha esposto denuncia oppure no in tale anno o se ha telefonato segnalando la cosa,perché a me ha cambiato versione diverse volte cadendo in contraddizione e siccome oramai la LETTERA|FAX|EMAIL è giunta pure a voi se mi ripresento da lui e nascesse un battibecco acceso,poi posso tranquillamente telefonare al 112 oppure al 118 e in successivo momento fare di nuovo rapporto.

• Il dramma consumatosi in caserma il 25 novembre 2010 non è mai finito in archivio. Spostato dal comando anche un collega e amico di vecchio corso del brigadiere che si è tolto la vita.

A quanto pare accade anche a poliziotti e carabinieri di finire nel suicidio e dopo la magistratura apre un’inchiesta per induzione o istigazione al suicidio.

Come vi ho scritto, essendo io uomo di mondo come voi,capisco le vostre problematiche e non ho più 20 anni neanche io.

I miei casini non li ho generati io, semmai terzi di vario genere e gruppo e appartenenti ad un’organizzazione di potere io e ho dovuto andare a fondo anche di una vecchia vicenda del 2003 in cui mentre prima avevo un lavoro e una storia sentimentale, “stranamente” dopo aver incontrato un paio di persone mica tanto raccomandabili, mi sono trovato come un’idiota in una delle vostre Caserme e non aggiungo altro perché sto ancora indagando,ma ho bel capito cosa è successo.

Se ci sono carabinieri e poliziotti che sono morti per induzione al suicidio,la colpa cade anche verso per terzi e la responsabilità di estende allo Stato. Io chi sono? Sono forse figlio di una serva?

Io adesso sono sul groppone dei funzionari di Stato e di altri contribuenti dello Stato e non volevo certo diventare un peso per me stesso e per gli altri contribuenti, infatti mi ero iscritto alle scuole serali proprio perché verso i 27/28 anni d’età avevo iniziato a metter più testa e giudizio. Se io mi diplomavo,avrei avuto la possibilità di avere un lavoro d’ufficio come ragioniere,e se poi avessi preso anche il triennale di shiatsu (che ben conosco dal 2002) avrei potuto avere uno studio privato come massaggiatore e quindi pagar più tasse e contribuire a sanare la crisi economica.

Mia madre è massaggiatrice e fisioterapista e quindi avendo io già un pò attinto le tecniche occidentali, avrei creato un connubio con le tecniche orientali.

Devo dire che il più bravo carabiniere che ho trovato sulla mia strada è Appuntato Scelto V.S. e nel 2005 al Bar Sport su Corso Rosmini in un’occasione e mi rammarico ancora nel doverlo dire, quel poveretto,capita la mia storia che ero appena stato fermato da non molto tempo da un’auto clonata ed ero incazzato nero (L’appuntato scelto pazienza ne ha da vendere) pur essendo in divisa e con auto d’ordinanza, mi consegnava il tesserino in quanto bestemmiavo dal nervoso al telefonino con il Tave e davo fastidio ai clienti che avevano chiamato il 112. Mi ha fatto veramente dispiacere e rammaricare quel povero carabiniere,ma si è rivelato assai tattico,attento e si è pure incazzato dandomi ragione rammentandomi che circa 10 o 15 anni fa a Rovereto, un tizio aveva parcheggiato una Fiat Tipo di colore verde davanti al tabaccaio di Corso Rosmini e che travestito da perfetto carabiniere in divisa,era riuscito a farsi consegnare l’incasso dal tabaccaio grazie alla divisa e tutto ciò perché gli aveva raccontato una marea di panzane sul fatto che stava per subire una rapina ed era meglio nascondere l’incasso. Questa vecchia storiella era finita sui giornali perché poi il finto carabiniere era fuggito con il malloppo e Corso Rosmini è la via più trafficata di tutta Rovereto e il lestofante aveva veramente sangue freddo ed era molto spregiudicato.

Il bravo carabiniere cioè appuntato scelto S. aveva capito grazie all’innata esperienza la mia “storiella” e quel poveretto era incazzato come una bestia perché se avesse incontrato i falsi militi gli avrebbe sparato col mitra proprio perché poi si generano casini con i poveracci come me che li hanno subiti.

Ancora mi rammarico ma devo ammettere che la sua psicologia fu impeccabile perché in divisa e con auto d’ordinanza mi consegnava i suoi documenti cioè il tesserino e dimostrava freddezza,temperamento e innata perspicacia.

Esimio appuntato scelto,rammenta che in’occasione,nel 2005 al Bar Sport ha dovuto consegnare il tesserino ad un tamarro? Rammenta questo episodio?

Nell’anno 2011 si demarca che l’unica volta che avevo dubbi,è stata quando ho incontrato numeri tre agenti di Polizia che avevano tutti e tre i gradi di assistente capo, solamente per il fatto che erano di Padova ed erano in trasferta a Rovereto per aiutare la Polizia roveretana.

Si trattava della Polizia investigativa di Padova e infatti il loro logo o simbolo non era la solita pantera e neanche il centauro della POLSTRADA,ma bensì un’aquila dorata.

Sono stati piuttosto cortesi e si sono subito identificati. Mi spiegarono che erano della POLIZIA INVESTIGATIVA di PADOVA e che erano in trasferta a Rovereto. Guardai e rimirai il loro simbolo sulla loro auto blu e poi me ne andai per la mia strada.

In this instance the vehicle is a becon for other vehicles passing in the area (or people equipped with GPS devices). The micro-wave transmissions is then used to target various parts of my body.

She took a long stare at me to see what I was holding. 12-6 Salvation Army. Large amount of perpetrators and infiltrators in this facility. The infiltration includes cell phone GPS devices, chemicals through the water system, which when I use it, I could feel the signals in the applied area. Since being a resident of this facility, I do not eat the food, because anyone who will go to the extent of placing devices in the water system would automatically contaminated the food. Contaminated the food and water makes me susceptible to the electro-magnetic transmissions that is so common with my targeting. When I don’t use the water or eat the food, the attacks are greatly reduced. The metals and chemicals that is in these things allows the operators of this technology to direct the signal more accurately. Also noted. I met with the Director of this facility and her whole deposition was completely inaccurate. Speech, personality and body language was that of someone from a very lower- uneducated background. Even how she was dressed. This speaks volumes as it is quite easy to infiltrate a facility when the leader is not on top of her game.

12-4 Perpetrator vehicles coming from all different directions as I walk. Or vehicles lined up with about 10-15 cars is typical experience.

12-5 Was woken around 4A with aggressive pulsing on the back of my head. Earlier as I was walking from the library I could feel a burning sensation on the very same spot. There was several people on foot GPSing my location before this situation occurred. As noted, it was particularly hot at the salvation shelter I was staying and I had eaten several times throughout the day (rescue mission and CVS). I think it was the exceptional amount of chemicals in the water that lead to this particular attack.

12-4 When I came back to the shelter, the attacks increased. I noticed a white vehicle parked in the parking lot with a missing hubcap. It belongs to one of the security guards who works at the salvation army. When I came into the shelter, one of the residence was GPSing my location. This individual had done this earlier. This does not discount the other shelter mates who might be holding these devices. Generally someone would have to receiver or transmit device to accomplished these attacks. That’s why often I see two vehicles or two individuals in my area.

12-5 Les House. As I was walking up Ramsey Street I seen a number of pedestrian perpetrators with their cell phones GPSing my location. Also a number of vehicles including a police car was positioned at the intersection. The police officer was positioned at this location a lot longer than usual. As stated earlier, vehicles that are positioned in this way are pulsing a micro-wave signal on their frontend. This is why when I cross the intersection, vehicles would always be situated in this area. The dwell times is longer because the vehicle is traveling towards you. Once I got to Les’s House his nurse’s aide was there. She is just one out of many perpetrators of these crimes. When she left, I felt a strong signal directed at the back of my head. This is the same location that I felt the signals around 4A in the morning. They had map out this area of my head the previous day.

12-6 Food Mart & Tabacco store on Robenson and Franklin St. Empty boxes of mountain dew and pepsi left on the floor. When I asked who the manager was, I was told he wasn’t the manager or owner. No name was given.

12-6 The are was really hot with electro-magnetic and micro-wave devices. I could feel the signal burn certain parts of my head. This was once I settled down across from Robenson and Franklin Sts. Once I walked from this area, the signals disappeared. It is also a high traffic area, which could explain the availability of people who are being used for GPS tracking.

I told them how can I trust someone to not go in my bag when almost so often when I would park my vehicle in the parking lot, someone would go into it. Also, I experienced flu-like symptoms, which included a running nose, watery eyes, and thickness of siliva. The soda also did not have fuzzy, which it tasted watered down. This was followed by aggressive brain-mapping, which transmissions/signals are directed to different parts of my head. The next thing I noticed was one of the shelter mates went to the bathroom. It was so brief that by the time you drop a pen he was back to bed. He did flush the toilet, which was all part of the script. His actions was completely controlled by the operators of this technology as he was sound asleep before this occurrance and snoring there afterwards.

12-7 I seen a burgundy vehicle with a missing hubcap. It belong to one of the security guards on duty.

12-7 While working on the library computer, several individuals sat next to me. One even placed their bad directly within line-of-site of me. And the result of these actions was directed energy to various parts of my body. Earlier, everytime I would get situated at a different part of the library, one of these perpetrators was situated within my perimeter. One even went as far as to follow me outside. This particular action was being controlled directly by the technology as the person’s stans did not change from that position until I left the library. I had had previous problems with the library before this particular harassment occurred. It involved obtaining internet access, which the library was blocking intentionally. When I confronted the directed about this manner, I was given LIP service. However, the situation never was corrected. This DIRECTOR is still an employee of this facility. It could explained why certain areas of the library has been conditioned (or setup) to work with the micro-wave devices as the signals are strongest at certain parts of the library.

12-7/8 Before going back to the shelter, a male in an SUV stopped to ask me if I wanted anything to eat. He said he was taking the food to the HOPE CENTER. He nearly brought traffic to a stand still just so he could give me this food. I was not dress particularly bad, nor did I look like a “typical” homeless person. So his actions was completely suspect. This wasn’t the first time someone offered me food. Someone just randomly approached me as I was parked in an opened parking lot to give me food. I decline of course. In this case I accepted, but I threw the bottle water and peanut butter sandwich away. However, I kept the cookies. When I opened the cookies the day after, they weren’t tightly sealed. Also, the cookies looked like they had been sprayed. When I consumed two cookies, in less than 5 minutes they were about twenty vehicles or more that passed me. One such vehicle even pulled over, which gave a line-of-sight view of my positioned. Anyway, to draw this entry to a conclusion, the malicious food/water-product contamination is associated with the electro-magnetic weapons. If I woul have consumed this food in the night before going to sleep, the attacks would have been relentless.

12-8 I used the water to wash my face this morning and after I finished I could feel multiple transmissions around my face. The chemicals that is pushed into the water system makes the area of my body applied with the chemicals susceptible to electro-magnetic transmissions. I have seen these perpetrators place these systems in the boiler area of the shelter facility that I tooked my shower’s at. It was in the City of Durham, NC called Union Mission. The only way these systems can be installed at these facilities, is the approval of the DIRECTOR – Head Staff.

12-8 Everytime I would move to a different part of the library an individual would positioned themselves in my perimeter. Sometimes the individual would cough one or two times, or they would rub a part of their body like their neck, cheek, eye or the part of body that they want targeted. Individuals would start conversations with another person in my perimeter (transmit or receive). Meanwhile, another individual would be GPSing my coordinates. I have seen phones positioned in different angles on the tables these perpetrators sit at. And they would positioned themselves at different parts of this facility. If I decided to work on the computer, perpetrators who immediately sign up on the computer so they are positioned next to me. Or they would register time that they are not going to use just to prevent me from accessing these computers. Both clients (patrons) and staff participate in the organized cointelpro harassment on different levels. A cell phone does not necessarily have to be present for this activity, although oftentimes the phones themselves are concealed. The program is so intensive that it involves a large amount of individuals, either directly or indirectly – or subliminal or overt. It is obvious to the keen eye (or anyone) who have been placed in the program (FAST).

12-8 Soon as the perpetrator organization think I’m going to leave the library, they would send one of the perps to leave the library too. If I sign up for a computer, one/two perpetrators would get on the line behind to sign up for one too. This would then allow them to get a computer around the same time.

12-8 At around 5:30p while attempting to access my website, I received a 500 internal era. It appears the server wasn’t allowing Government Sponsored Stalking homepage to go through. Just earlier I was able to type notes into the journal. The servers controlling the site is one of the best and is hosted by a reparable company. There’s no reason other than sabotation that lead to this action.

12-8/9 Was woken around 4A and 6A. 4A Consist of aggressive electronic brain-mapping and 6A consist of a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was particularly hotter than usual and would have had an impact on the targeting.

12-8/9 I went to bed around 10P. Several times the perpetrator in the bunk below me kept hitting the bed frame. It appeared to be some kind of noise campaign, which is common with these kind of crimes. Then I immediately felt electro-magnetic energy on my leg as if devices was placed in the bed frame. In the middle of the morning the perpetrator that bunk on the bottom side of me hit the metal chair. The chair was positioned next to my bed. The purpose of the perpetrators hitting the metal chair was to get a rise in my heart rate. By getting a rise in my heart rate, the electronic weapons can increase the attacks on my body.

Upon eatting these products, I was immediately stung on different parts of my head. It felt like someone sticking a thousand needles/pins on my head. This was worse when certain vehicles pulsing micro-wave passed me. Later, I could feel the continuous signal below my feet. It felt like current or electricity underneath my feet. The manager that was said to be working in this establishment is WILL.

12-9 As I was walking along Bragg Blvd, Pamale Dr. and Country Club Dr., I seen a number of different perpetrators that the criminal organization put along these stretches of road. But it was one perpetrator that shows what lengths they would target an individual. This individual walked a stretch of about two miles before her assignment was ended.

12-9 When I got towards the mail box place, I seen a coca cola truck male placing soda’s in the Laundrymat machine. I purchased sodas from this machine in the past and they were contaminated. So why would I have purchased anything from there this time. I’m constantly reminded that they can do what they want and there’s nothing I could do about it.

12-9 After consuming the food from Dollar Tree. I feel constant transmissions directed at my head and feet. The transmissions is related to the stinging that happened earlier.

12-9 As I was waiting for the bus, they first sent a male, so I let the bus pass. Soon as that bus was gone a female came to wait for the next bus. So the idea here is no matter how long I wait, someone would be sent to ride the bus.

12-9 The perpetrators of these crimes are focusing the technology on my anus. This happens often, but this time the technology is trained on this part of my body for a long period of time.

The store clerks were KIM and Esther. The transaction happened at 17:41:07.

12-9 When I got to the bridge, I went underneath it and laid down. A short time later a male came into the area. He was on foot. He first went behind one of the bridge’s beam. It appeared he was placing something in the area. Then he walked up the embankment. Again, he placed something in the area. This time I clearly see it. The second group of people consist of two individuals. The second individual was dressed in black and red clothing and their cell phone was clearly visible. Later I could feel the signal underneath my feet. This signal is associated with the satellite locating me. During my stay underneath the bridge, I could feel the electro-magnetic signals as if someone was standing over me.

12-9/10 Was woken several times throughout the night with a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was little more intensive, because I dranked a soda and ate some candy from a BP Rowan store. The result of these two items was the increase of electro-magnetic energy throughout my body. But I particularly felt it underneath my feet as electricity or current was below. When I got up, I noticed I had a significant back ache. I had these same problems before and it was related to the directed energy attacks.

12-10 Because of the tow fee I paid earlier in the week, I’m unable to afford an apt. I would have to make up the difference next month. Was it necessary to pay this fee? No! I could have waited next month.

12-9 There was a church giving out food today. It was late in the evening or 8p which I found unusual. Also, there was a number of individuals, which I would identified as perpetrators, as they was just standing around. One such perpetrator left when I left. The attendant – church volunteer had given me a bag with items in it. I did not see any other bag of food around. So I guess I was assigned to the bag of food and that’s why when I left, the perpetrator left right along with me.

Update: 12-10 The food wasn’t actually contaminated as I anticipated. The lady had switch the bags in my favor. Note: They are a few of us still around and we will watch out for each other. I had this happened to me before.

12-10 There is so much opportunity for perpetrators who is engaged in electronic stalking to position themselves in my perimeter. Sometimes I can feel the signals coming off their bodies. Having something that lethal so close to you is absolutely bizarre, but I have seen so many unnatural things they do just to direct this negative energy to me. For instance, a few days ago a guy driving a Mercedes Benz nearly tore his car up just so the rear of the vehicle is positioned towards me.

12-10 The store over on Southern Avenue and Gillepsie St. was recently visited. When I went inside I could see that the perpetrators had already been there, because the sodas had not been fully unstocked as some of the cans was still on the floor.

12-10 As I’m walking through town I could identified these individuals in the store, waiting for city buses to come, at the court house, ect., etc., etc. There is definately no shortage of these individuals who have pretty much taken over every aspect of society.

When I first enter the store location, I see a vehicle with missing hubcap. When I went into the store, I was able to identify two individuals as perpetrators. As i was going up towards the line, each one of them wanted to get behind me. So I let them go ahead of me. Before I was about to leave, two women were behind me. I did not see these two women enter the store. They must have grab something quickly so they can position themselves behind me. When someone does this to me, one is transmitting and the other is receiving. Then others can GPS specific parts of my body. Anyway, I purchased two sodas, orange Crystalline 07546092106 and Minute Maid Lemonade soda and Hot Tamales 075602871402 and Sathers Jelly Beans 075602874656. When I consumed one of the sodas, one of the vehicles immediately beep it’s horn. As I was walking, I saw a Taxi (Checker Yellow Cab) in the area that I frequent. The criminals of this program aggressively when tracking the signal coming off my body, because the food/drink turns my body into an antenna for anyone with a GPS device to pick up the frequency.

12-10/11 Noise Campaign: Throughout the evening and morning several perpetrators participate in a noise campaign crusade. The first person was actually on the top Bunk (1I) which is middle right of me. When I realized it, he was already towards his bed. Towards the middle of the night and towards the morning hours (around 5A) the individual that bunks below me (1F) hit the bunk 4 times. These attacks are very coordinated. The second time I noticed the individual that bunks two beds – top (1B) from me, he was GPSing on his cell phone. The purpose of knocking on the bed frame in the middle of the morning lead to sudden rapid heart rate. A person who has been made a target of these covert crimes then becomes convenient for GPS tracking, since this program to decipher the heart rythems and nervous systems of the person.

12-10 The bologna that I purchased from Dollar Tree Stores on Bragg Blvd had large amounts of smart dust particles in it. Each time I bit into the product, I could taste these particles. The packaging was sealed, so there was no reason to believe that the product was contaminated.

12-10 I saw a female walk through the path that I seen several other individuals the day before. She walked the path with great ease as if she had done it many times before. This path is positioned near the bridge that serves Rowan Street. Underneath the bridge is a set of rail road tracks. It is a very isolated area. Later, to my surprised, I seen this same person at the Salvation Army. I never seen this person before, so it gives you the extent how easy these individuals are able to get into places.

12-11 Shower. When I first went into the shower it was fine until I started hearing the pipes knocking. That’s when I had to make a fast retreat. I did manage to get 5 minutes shower.\

12-11 Salvation Army. At around 8A two of the perpetrators passed by me with weird looks on their faces. The next thing I know, I was being attacked with electro-magnetic weapons. But before this happened one of the perpetrators called in on his cell phone.

12-11 As I was going to my sitting area, a grey pickup truck positioned itself right across the road. I was close to the street, so it parked itself by a building off the road. What I have been noticing is that as I’m walking a car/vehicle would pull out or in the process of pulling out. Other times the person would be just sitting in the vehicle with the ignition on. It is pretty obvious what each instance that the individual is GPSing my location.

12-11 Salvation Army. I will not be making a cause to stay here as this facility has been heavily infiltrated from the security guard to the director and the shelter mates.

12-10 Library. When I got to the computer, one of the guys that I see very often was already on the computer. When my time ran out, he was still on the computer with an active internet connection. What this meant is that this individual was allotted more than the two hour permitted for the user. This action could have only been done by library administration.

12-11 Food and Mind Control. If you understand the term, “you are what you eat”, then you would understand how the criminal organization can get so many people to go along with their program. The chemicals, smart dust, nano-technology metal that they place in the food allows this criminal organization to manipulate the minds of these subjects with electro-magnetic technology. Without the food contamination they wouldn’t be able to accomplish this task.

12-11/12 It wasn’t particularly a good night. Both the guys in the bunk below me (1F) and the guy in the bunk on the far right side of me (1B) was engaged in heavy conversation. The conversation lasted past 10P, which is the time the lights suppose to be on. But what was most noticeable was how he positioned himself in my proximity. Perpetrators dod this often, as it gives them an accurate targeting point for GPS. When 1B decided to go to bed, he immediately GPS my location. As he was programming his cell phone, I could literally feel the signals as he was going through the menu. I knew all along that he was going to be the primary person used for this program. To make matters worse, the room was particularly heated. When I first arrived in this shelter, it wasn’t nearly as hot and the increased heat is associated with the attacks. Throughout the night I experienced a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was like my entire body was a big heartbeat. Meanwhile, I was attacked with electro-magnetic weapons directed at my head and legs. The pain that I experienced with my legs was so intensive that it felt like someone put a pin through it.

12-11 Racial Divide. The criminal organization use of young black males is becoming common place. The intention is to remove blame from the controllers of this program and make it seem like it is a community based action. It is very well a systematic based program built on WHITE SUPREMACY and EUGENICS. The race and class of the people is ill relevant.

Immediately, the second security guard was GPSing my location and the second security guard was the link to this targeting. I tried to get their attention, but I was ignored.

However, the electro-magnetic energy was clearly present, although I was nestled between two metal beams and vehicles was passing above. It wasn’t particularly cold last night. The only way I could explain the transmissions and signals is that I consumed food-water that I purchased from Family Dollar and I was surrounded by perpetrators at the main Cumberland County Library. Just before I was about to leave, I see a CSX truck parked right beside the railroad tracks. I believe no one was in it, however, I do believe it was being used to pulse micro-wave energy in the area. I have seen vehicles just parked in an area, so this wouldn’t make it any different. Also the amount of individuals used to terrorize my life is enormous, so there is no limit on the amount of people this criminal organization won’t use. On the plus side I did manage to get a good sleep, even with the presence of trains coming through the area. The trains just keep me more alert and I don’t need to be sleeping through the night, which does help to minimize the targeting somewhat.

The purpose of this activity is to gather signal information. The food and drink makes me susceptible to the electro-magnetic technology. And Lil Dutch Peanut Butter 086106012444. As I was coming towards the store, a large amount of individuals that I would identified as perpetrators came into the parking lot. I had consumed a previous product that I purchased Ginger Snaps. So my body had been electrified by the chemicals sprayed on the product. When I got into the store I saw a Fayetteville, NC police officer. He was not there on my previous visit to the store. Probably they need someone to cover their crimes, because his presence didn’t make since to me. As I was about to leave the store several perpetrators attempted to get on the line behind me, but I let them go ahead of me. After leaving the store, I seen several individuals perpetrators walking by.

12-13 Library. As I was coming towards the Library, the first person I seen is the security guard. He is checking his phone. Then, just before coming into the entrance, I see a number of people all on their cell phones. After entering the library, I requested to use the 15 minute computer. When I got to the computers I could feel a wave of signals transmitting and different parts of my head. The signals was coming from the ceiling. How these devices go there was from the administrators of the facility. The signals are similar to something shooting into my head. The signals get worse when a number of individuals are in my perimeter. This is why perpetrators often assign themselves to the computers, because this allows them to be close to me. However, this is not restricted to this area. If I would go to another section of the library that is not occupied by someone, they would either find a seat or pretend to be interested in a book.

12-13 Chem-trails. The area has been flooded with the introduction of chem-trails. When I first enter the area, chem-trails was not apparent. But after only 30 minutes of my presence I could barely see a blue sky.

12-13 Library. I was positioned by the phones and the security guard positioned himself in my perimeter. Instantly he started GPSing my location, which at some point I could feel the electro-magnetic signal on different parts of my head.

12-13/14 Throughout the night I was burned on my leg by electro-magnetic weapons. This also included attacks on different parts of my head and stomach. But what was so alarming was the induced dream, which was sexually deviant and involved stimulating my penis.

This also included thickness of saliva, tightness of the eyes, flu-like symptoms included running nose and coughing. The large amount of silicone, nano technology and other metals/ chemicals is the result of these attacks. As I was shopping, several perpetrators was in the store, but one was a “clerk” who was following me to see what I was buying. After leaving the store and while walking and consuming these products, I witness several perpetrators on foot. I also noted vehicles lining up behind me as I came towards the crosswalk and others on the turn lane.

12-14/15 Before going to sleep, I could see the satellite positioning itself in my location. It looks like a very bright start, but it is significantly lower. I also noticed the presence of chem-trails, which was right above me. And then several aircraft flying directly above me (airplane and helicopter). While sleeping, throughout the night the criminals of this technology kept burning my legs. It felt like someone was laying an iron on my legs.

12-16 Chem-trails. The amount of chem-trails spraying in the area has increased to the point it is done around the clock. This much resources being used on a single person is abysmal. It is not anything you could ever conceive of the government doing to you, but it is happening to me 24/7. This amount of criminality at such a long period of time is unthinkable if you did not considered the United State’s role in international affairs. A war against another nation is a war against the United States citizens.

12-15/16 It was particularly a hot evening, which is not a good if you are being hit with 24/7 Directed Energy Weapons. Throughout this period the criminals of this technology and their contractors have been burning my legs and my head. And when they could not do that, my anus and penis was the focus of the attacks. The results of these attacks is due to the chemicals that I consumed from the food I purchased from Walgreens on Green Street.

12-15 While working on the computer at the FSU Bronco Square several individuals surrounded me. But the attacks were particularly noticeable right after night fall, which involved electronic brain mapping. Generally this happens when I’m in an area for a significantly period of time. There is also the presence of vehicles that parks right outside the building. The amount of heat circulating in this section was not helpful.

12-16 After leaving my sleeping area, I seen several individuals. This isn’t an area where you see people, since this is the railroad tracks. But when you see someone, you know it is a perpetrator who is carrying a GPS/microwave pulsing device (transmit or receive). I did not immediately feel the presence of micro-wave energy until I came towards the rescue mission. There was an older automobile with an older male. The vehicle had parked on the shoulder, of which the man was speaking to someone that he identifies with. However, because this vehicle was pulsing a strong micro-wave signal, the fact that he pulled over was simply to positioned his weapon in my direction. The result of this was multiple burning on different parts of my head. The pain is similar to someone sticking needles on different parts of my head. Anyway, his action was a staged event and often times the perpetrators would ROLE play to meet their goal. Also noted that several areas that I frequent have been setup as attack zones for micro-wave weapons. When I walk in these areas, I can feel the burning on different parts of my head, but sometimes on very discrete areas of my body.

12-15 The perpetrator would call me at all hours of the day, but soon as I pick up the phone, they would hang up. When I pick up the phone, it’s like someone is GPSing my location. The number that I see is a toll-free number. But some perpetrators have used local and out of area toll numbers. Other numbers that are familiar to me is 3 to 4 of the same last digits. For instance, often times I would see “999″, “888″ or “8888″ and “9999″. These are not numbers that are assigned for personal use. Companies pay extra money for these kind of numbers, because they are easier to remember.

12-16 As I was walking on Murchinson Rd, a large truck beeped it horn. The next thing I could see is two people racing to get into their cars so they could pull out of the parking lot, which they did. Since this is a timed program, the engineers of this terrorist program needed to have the two cars at the crosswalk by the time the truck passed me. The idea is to keep me under the control of these micro-wave attack systems.

12-17 The bread that I got from the Rescue Mission has metal particals/smart dust in it. I had to throw it out.

As I was shopping, I noticed the candy drops packages was opened. Certain items looked like it was just placed on the shelf. I have seen perpetrators staging as store employees placing items on the shelves in hopes that I purchased it. When I left the store, I see a couple of individuals just sitting in their cars in the parking lot. As I was walking while eating the chocolate and drinking the brisk soda, several cars aggressively followed me.

12-16/17 Went to sleep shortly after 7p. The area was visited by a drug addict as it was filled with crack viols. This wasn’t the case the night earlier. I heard a lot of these individuals have been contracted by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) to do this illegal surveillance of Targeted Individuals. I have seen many people that fit this criminal profile. Also noticed the presence of smart dust in my sleeping area. It was radiating significant amount of energy to my body. Throughout the night while sleeping, I was inflicted with an abnormal heart rythems, which affected my entire body. In the middle of the night after being woken by the technology, I could hear an individual saying “what does it say on the phone”. Because of the nature of these crimes, I could only relate the occurrence was relating to the induced heart rate and how it was being measured through the perpetrator device.

12-4 There’s a stare that I see from individuals when the technology is accessing their brainwaves. It is nothing you regularly see everyday. Sometimes it looks like their eyeballs is rolled up in their head. The technology is feeding their thoughts with coded instructions.

In this instance the vehicle is a becon for other vehicles passing in the area (or people equipped with GPS devices). The micro-wave transmissions is then used to target various parts of my body.

Sometimes they have individuals on foot who will be positioned to walk towards me. The vehicle was most likely driven by this individual as they weren’t any other vehicle in the parking lot.

She took a long stare at me to see what I was holding. 12-6 Salvation Army. Large amount of perpetrators and infiltrators in this facility. The infiltration includes cell phone GPS devices, chemicals through the water system, which when I use it, I could feel the signals in the applied area. Since being a resident of this facility, I do not eat the food, because anyone who will go to the extent of placing devices in the water system would automatically contaminated the food. Contaminated the food and water makes me susceptible to the electro-magnetic transmissions that is so common with my targeting. When I don’t use the water or eat the food, the attacks are greatly reduced. The metals and chemicals that is in these things allows the operators of this technology to direct the signal more accurately. Also noted. I met with the Director of this facility and her whole deposition was completely inaccurate. Speech, personality and body language was that of someone from a very lower- uneducated background. Even how she was dressed. This speaks volumes as it is quite easy to infiltrate a facility when the leader is not on top of her game.

12-5 Was woken around 4A with aggressive pulsing on the back of my head. Earlier as I was walking from the library I could feel a burning sensation on the very same spot. There was several people on foot GPSing my location before this situation occurred. As noted, it was particularly hot at the salvation shelter I was staying and I had eaten several times throughout the day (rescue mission and CVS). I think it was the exceptional amount of chemicals in the water that lead to this particular attack.

12-4 When I came back to the shelter, the attacks increased. I noticed a white vehicle parked in the parking lot with a missing hubcap. It belongs to one of the security guards who works at the salvation army. When I came into the shelter, one of the residence was GPSing my location. This individual had done this earlier. This does not discount the other shelter mates who might be holding these devices. Generally someone would have to receiver or transmit device to accomplished these attacks. That’s why often I see two vehicles or two individuals in my area.

12-5 Les House. As I was walking up Ramsey Street I seen a number of pedestrian perpetrators with their cell phones GPSing my location. Also a number of vehicles including a police car was positioned at the intersection. The police officer was positioned at this location a lot longer than usual. As stated earlier, vehicles that are positioned in this way are pulsing a micro-wave signal on their frontend. This is why when I cross the intersection, vehicles would always be situated in this area. The dwell times is longer because the vehicle is traveling towards you. Once I got to Les’s House his nurse’s aide was there. She is just one out of many perpetrators of these crimes. When she left, I felt a strong signal directed at the back of my head. This is the same location that I felt the signals around 4A in the morning. They had map out this area of my head the previous day.

12-6 The are was really hot with electro-magnetic and micro-wave devices. I could feel the signal burn certain parts of my head. This was once I settled down across from Robenson and Franklin Sts. Once I walked from this area, the signals disappeared. It is also a high traffic area, which could explain the availability of people who are being used for GPS tracking.

12-6 While working on the library computer, several times my website frozed as I was typing my notes into it. It was at the main library on Maiden Lane.

12-7 While taking a shower, 4:30A at first the water pressure was consistant. But after 3 minutes of showering, I could hear the pipes knocking. When I came outside, I could hear someone in another room with the water on. Often times when I use the water the perpetrators would push the chemicals through the piping system. The chemicals makes my body susceptible to the electro-magnetic attacks.

12-7 At around 4:50a after getting back into the bed, the new perpetrator who moved in yesterday decided that he was going to check his phone. A short time later, I felt a signal on the bottom of my feet.

I told them how can I trust someone to not go in my bag when almost so often when I would park my vehicle in the parking lot, someone would go into it. This was followed by aggressive brain-mapping, which transmissions/signals are directed to different parts of my head. The next thing I noticed was one of the shelter mates went to the bathroom. It was so brief that by the time you drop a pen he was back to bed. He did flush the toilet, which was all part of the script. His actions was completely controlled by the operators of this technology as he was sound asleep before this occurrance and snoring there afterwards.

12-7 I seen a burgundy vehicle with a missing hubcap. It belong to one of the security guards on duty.

12-7 While working on the library computer, several individuals sat next to me. One even placed their bad directly within line-of-site of me. And the result of these actions was directed energy to various parts of my body. Earlier, everytime I would get situated at a different part of the library, one of these perpetrators was situated within my perimeter. One even went as far as to follow me outside. This particular action was being controlled directly by the technology as the person’s stans did not change from that position until I left the library. I had had previous problems with the library before this particular harassment occurred. It involved obtaining internet access, which the library was blocking intentionally. When I confronted the directed about this manner, I was given LIP service. However, the situation never was corrected. This DIRECTOR is still an employee of this facility. It could explained why certain areas of the library has been conditioned (or setup) to work with the micro-wave devices as the signals are strongest at certain parts of the library.

12-7/8 Before going back to the shelter, a male in an SUV stopped to ask me if I wanted anything to eat. He said he was taking the food to the HOPE CENTER. He nearly brought traffic to a stand still just so he could give me this food. I was not dress particularly bad, nor did I look like a “typical” homeless person. So his actions was completely suspect. This wasn’t the first time someone offered me food. Someone just randomly approached me as I was parked in an opened parking lot to give me food. I decline of course. In this case I accepted, but I threw the bottle water and peanut butter sandwich away. However, I kept the cookies. When I opened the cookies the day after, they weren’t tightly sealed. Also, the cookies looked like they had been sprayed. When I consumed two cookies, in less than 5 minutes they were about twenty vehicles or more that passed me. One such vehicle even pulled over, which gave a line-of-sight view of my positioned. Anyway, to draw this entry to a conclusion, the malicious food/water-product contamination is associated with the electro-magnetic weapons. If I woul have consumed this food in the night before going to sleep, the attacks would have been relentless.

12-8 I used the water to wash my face this morning and after I finished I could feel multiple transmissions around my face. The chemicals that is pushed into the water system makes the area of my body applied with the chemicals susceptible to electro-magnetic transmissions. I have seen these perpetrators place these systems in the boiler area of the shelter facility that I tooked my shower’s at. It was in the City of Durham, NC called Union Mission. The only way these systems can be installed at these facilities, is the approval of the DIRECTOR – Head Staff.

12-8 Everytime I would move to a different part of the library an individual would positioned themselves in my perimeter. Sometimes the individual would cough one or two times, or they would rub a part of their body like their neck, cheek, eye or the part of body that they want targeted. Individuals would start conversations with another person in my perimeter (transmit or receive). Meanwhile, another individual would be GPSing my coordinates. I have seen phones positioned in different angles on the tables these perpetrators sit at. And they would positioned themselves at different parts of this facility. If I decided to work on the computer, perpetrators who immediately sign up on the computer so they are positioned next to me. Or they would register time that they are not going to use just to prevent me from accessing these computers. Both clients (patrons) and staff participate in the organized cointelpro harassment on different levels. A cell phone does not necessarily have to be present for this activity, although oftentimes the phones themselves are concealed. The program is so intensive that it involves a large amount of individuals, either directly or indirectly – or subliminal or overt. It is obvious to the keen eye (or anyone) who have been placed in the program (FAST).

12-8 Soon as the perpetrator organization think I’m going to leave the library, they would send one of the perps to leave the library too. If I sign up for a computer, one/two perpetrators would get on the line behind to sign up for one too. This would then allow them to get a computer around the same time.

12-8 At around 5:30p while attempting to access my website, I received a 500 internal era. It appears the server wasn’t allowing Government Sponsored Stalking homepage to go through. Just earlier I was able to type notes into the journal. The servers controlling the site is one of the best and is hosted by a reparable company. There’s no reason other than sabotation that lead to this action.

12-8/9 Was woken around 4A and 6A. 4A Consist of aggressive electronic brain-mapping and 6A consist of a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was particularly hotter than usual and would have had an impact on the targeting.

12-8/9 I went to bed around 10P. Several times the perpetrator in the bunk below me kept hitting the bed frame. It appeared to be some kind of noise campaign, which is common with these kind of crimes. Then I immediately felt electro-magnetic energy on my leg as if devices was placed in the bed frame. In the middle of the morning the perpetrator that bunk on the bottom side of me hit the metal chair. The chair was positioned next to my bed. The purpose of the perpetrators hitting the metal chair was to get a rise in my heart rate. By getting a rise in my heart rate, the electronic weapons can increase the attacks on my body.

Upon eatting these products, I was immediately stung on different parts of my head. It felt like someone sticking a thousand needles/pins on my head. This was worse when certain vehicles pulsing micro-wave passed me. Later, I could feel the continuous signal below my feet. It felt like current or electricity underneath my feet. The manager that was said to be working in this establishment is WILL.

12-9 As I was walking along Bragg Blvd, Pamale Dr. and Country Club Dr., I seen a number of different perpetrators that the criminal organization put along these stretches of road. But it was one perpetrator that shows what lengths they would target an individual. This individual walked a stretch of about two miles before her assignment was ended.

12-9 When I got towards the mail box place, I seen a coca cola truck male placing soda’s in the Laundrymat machine. I purchased sodas from this machine in the past and they were contaminated. So why would I have purchased anything from there this time. I’m constantly reminded that they can do what they want and there’s nothing I could do about it.

This is generally what happens after consuming these contaminated products. The perpetrators become aggressive at tracking my signal, because it multiplies when I consume these engineer foods. The store clerks were KIM and Esther. The transaction happened at 17:41:07.

12-9 When I got to the bridge, I went underneath it and laid down. A short time later a male came into the area. He was on foot. He first went behind one of the bridge’s beam. It appeared he was placing something in the area. Then he walked up the embankment. Again, he placed something in the area. This time I clearly see it. The second group of people consist of two individuals. The second individual was dressed in black and red clothing and their cell phone was clearly visible. Later I could feel the signal underneath my feet. This signal is associated with the satellite locating me. During my stay underneath the bridge, I could feel the electro-magnetic signals as if someone was standing over me.

12-9/10 Was woken several times throughout the night with a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was little more intensive, because I dranked a soda and ate some candy from a BP Rowan store. The result of these two items was the increase of electro-magnetic energy throughout my body. But I particularly felt it underneath my feet as electricity or current was below. When I got up, I noticed I had a significant back ache. I had these same problems before and it was related to the directed energy attacks.

12-10 Because of the tow fee I paid earlier in the week, I’m unable to afford an apt. I would have to make up the difference next month. Was it necessary to pay this fee? No! I could have waited next month.

12-9 There was a church giving out food today. It was late in the evening or 8p which I found unusual. Also, there was a number of individuals, which I would identified as perpetrators, as they was just standing around. One such perpetrator left when I left. The attendant – church volunteer had given me a bag with items in it. I did not see any other bag of food around. So I guess I was assigned to the bag of food and that’s why when I left, the perpetrator left right along with me.

Update: 12-10 The food wasn’t actually contaminated as I anticipated. The lady had switch the bags in my favor. Note: They are a few of us still around and we will watch out for each other. I had this happened to me before.

12-10 There is so much opportunity for perpetrators who is engaged in electronic stalking to position themselves in my perimeter. Sometimes I can feel the signals coming off their bodies. Having something that lethal so close to you is absolutely bizarre, but I have seen so many unnatural things they do just to direct this negative energy to me. For instance, a few days ago a guy driving a Mercedes Benz nearly tore his car up just so the rear of the vehicle is positioned towards me.

12-10 The store over on Southern Avenue and Gillepsie St. was recently visited. When I went inside I could see that the perpetrators had already been there, because the sodas had not been fully unstocked as some of the cans was still on the floor.

12-10 As I’m walking through town I could identified these individuals in the store, waiting for city buses to come, at the court house, ect., etc., etc. There is definately no shortage of these individuals who have pretty much taken over every aspect of society.

When I first enter the store location, I see a vehicle with missing hubcap. When I went into the store, I was able to identify two individuals as perpetrators. As i was going up towards the line, each one of them wanted to get behind me. So I let them go ahead of me. Before I was about to leave, two women were behind me. I did not see these two women enter the store. They must have grab something quickly so they can position themselves behind me. When someone does this to me, one is transmitting and the other is receiving. Then others can GPS specific parts of my body. Anyway, I purchased two sodas, orange Crystalline 07546092106 and Minute Maid Lemonade soda and Hot Tamales 075602871402 and Sathers Jelly Beans 075602874656. When I consumed one of the sodas, one of the vehicles immediately beep it’s horn. As I was walking, I saw a Taxi (Checker Yellow Cab) in the area that I frequent. The criminals of this program aggressively when tracking the signal coming off my body, because the food/drink turns my body into an antenna for anyone with a GPS device to pick up the frequency.

12-10/11 Noise Campaign: Throughout the evening and morning several perpetrators participate in a noise campaign crusade. The first person was actually on the top Bunk (1I) which is middle right of me. When I realized it, he was already towards his bed. Towards the middle of the night and towards the morning hours (around 5A) the individual that bunks below me (1F) hit the bunk 4 times. These attacks are very coordinated. The second time I noticed the individual that bunks two beds – top (1B) from me, he was GPSing on his cell phone. The purpose of knocking on the bed frame in the middle of the morning lead to sudden rapid heart rate. A person who has been made a target of these covert crimes then becomes convenient for GPS tracking, since this program to decipher the heart rythems and nervous systems of the person.

12-10 The bologna that I purchased from Dollar Tree Stores on Bragg Blvd had large amounts of smart dust particles in it. Each time I bit into the product, I could taste these particles. The packaging was sealed, so there was no reason to believe that the product was contaminated.

This path is positioned near the bridge that serves Rowan Street. Underneath the bridge is a set of rail road tracks. It is a very isolated area. Later, to my surprised, I seen this same person at the Salvation Army. I never seen this person before, so it gives you the extent how easy these individuals are able to get into places.

12-11 Shower. When I first went into the shower it was fine until I started hearing the pipes knocking. That’s when I had to make a fast retreat. I did manage to get 5 minutes shower.\

12-11 As I was going to my sitting area, a grey pickup truck positioned itself right across the road. I was close to the street, so it parked itself by a building off the road. What I have been noticing is that as I’m walking a car/vehicle would pull out or in the process of pulling out. Other times the person would be just sitting in the vehicle with the ignition on. It is pretty obvious what each instance that the individual is GPSing my location.

12-11 Salvation Army. I will not be making a cause to stay here as this facility has been heavily infiltrated from the security guard to the director and the shelter mates.

12-10 Library. When I got to the computer, one of the guys that I see very often was already on the computer. When my time ran out, he was still on the computer with an active internet connection. What this meant is that this individual was allotted more than the two hour permitted for the user. This action could have only been done by library administration.

12-11 Food and Mind Control. If you understand the term, “you are what you eat”, then you would understand how the criminal organization can get so many people to go along with their program. The chemicals, smart dust, nano-technology metal that they place in the food allows this criminal organization to manipulate the minds of these subjects with electro-magnetic technology. Without the food contamination they wouldn’t be able to accomplish this task.

12-11/12 It wasn’t particularly a good night. Both the guys in the bunk below me (1F) and the guy in the bunk on the far right side of me (1B) was engaged in heavy conversation. The conversation lasted past 10P, which is the time the lights suppose to be on. But what was most noticeable was how he positioned himself in my proximity. Perpetrators dod this often, as it gives them an accurate targeting point for GPS. When 1B decided to go to bed, he immediately GPS my location. As he was programming his cell phone, I could literally feel the signals as he was going through the menu. I knew all along that he was going to be the primary person used for this program. To make matters worse, the room was particularly heated. When I first arrived in this shelter, it wasn’t nearly as hot and the increased heat is associated with the attacks. Throughout the night I experienced a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was like my entire body was a big heartbeat. Meanwhile, I was attacked with electro-magnetic weapons directed at my head and legs. The pain that I experienced with my legs was so intensive that it felt like someone put a pin through it.

12-11 Racial Divide. The criminal organization use of young black males is becoming common place. The intention is to remove blame from the controllers of this program and make it seem like it is a community based action. However, the electro-magnetic energy was clearly present, although I was nestled between two metal beams and vehicles was passing above. It wasn’t particularly cold last night. The only way I could explain the transmissions and signals is that I consumed food-water that I purchased from Family Dollar and I was surrounded by perpetrators at the main Cumberland County Library. Just before I was about to leave, I see a CSX truck parked right beside the railroad tracks. I believe no one was in it, however, I do believe it was being used to pulse micro-wave energy in the area. I have seen vehicles just parked in an area, so this wouldn’t make it any different. Also the amount of individuals used to terrorize my life is enormous, so there is no limit on the amount of people this criminal organization won’t use. On the plus side I did manage to get a good sleep, even with the presence of trains coming through the area. The trains just keep me more alert and I don’t need to be sleeping through the night, which does help to minimize the targeting somewhat.

As I was coming towards the store, a large amount of individuals that I would identified as perpetrators came into the parking lot. I had consumed a previous product that I purchased Ginger Snaps. Probably they need someone to cover their crimes, because his presence didn’t make since to me. 12-13 Library. As I was coming towards the Library, the first person I seen is the security guard. He is checking his phone. Then, just before coming into the entrance, I see a number of people all on their cell phones. After entering the library, I requested to use the 15 minute computer. When I got to the computers I could feel a wave of signals transmitting and different parts of my head. The signals was coming from the ceiling. How these devices go there was from the administrators of the facility. The signals are similar to something shooting into my head. The signals get worse when a number of individuals are in my perimeter. This is why perpetrators often assign themselves to the computers, because this allows them to be close to me. However, this is not restricted to this area. If I would go to another section of the library that is not occupied by someone, they would either find a seat or pretend to be interested in a book.

12-13 Chem-trails. The area has been flooded with the introduction of chem-trails. When I first enter the area, chem-trails was not apparent. But after only 30 minutes of my presence I could barely see a blue sky.

12-13 Library. I was positioned by the phones and the security guard positioned himself in my perimeter. Instantly he started GPSing my location, which at some point I could feel the electro-magnetic signal on different parts of my head.

The large amount of silicone, nano technology and other metals/ chemicals is the result of these attacks. As I was shopping, several perpetrators was in the store, but one was a “clerk” who was following me to see what I was buying. After leaving the store and while walking and consuming these products, I witness several perpetrators on foot. I also noted vehicles lining up behind me as I came towards the crosswalk and others on the turn lane.

12-14/15 Before going to sleep, I could see the satellite positioning itself in my location. It looks like a very bright start, but it is significantly lower. I also noticed the presence of chem-trails, which was right above me. And then several aircraft flying directly above me (airplane and helicopter). While sleeping, throughout the night the criminals of this technology kept burning my legs. It felt like someone was laying an iron on my legs.

12-16 Chem-trails. The amount of chem-trails spraying in the area has increased to the point it is done around the clock. This much resources being used on a single person is abysmal. It is not anything you could ever conceive of the government doing to you, but it is happening to me 24/7. This amount of criminality at such a long period of time is unthinkable if you did not considered the United State’s role in international affairs. A war against another nation is a war against the United States citizens.

12-15/16 It was particularly a hot evening, which is not a good if you are being hit with 24/7 Directed Energy Weapons. Throughout this period the criminals of this technology and their contractors have been burning my legs and my head. And when they could not do that, my anus and penis was the focus of the attacks. The results of these attacks is due to the chemicals that I consumed from the food I purchased from Walgreens on Green Street.

12-15 While working on the computer at the FSU Bronco Square several individuals surrounded me. But the attacks were particularly noticeable right after night fall, which involved electronic brain mapping. Generally this happens when I’m in an area for a significantly period of time. There is also the presence of vehicles that parks right outside the building. The amount of heat circulating in this section was not helpful.

12-16 After leaving my sleeping area, I seen several individuals. This isn’t an area where you see people, since this is the railroad tracks. But when you see someone, you know it is a perpetrator who is carrying a GPS/microwave pulsing device (transmit or receive). I did not immediately feel the presence of micro-wave energy until I came towards the rescue mission. There was an older automobile with an older male. The vehicle had parked on the shoulder, of which the man was speaking to someone that he identifies with. However, because this vehicle was pulsing a strong micro-wave signal, the fact that he pulled over was simply to positioned his weapon in my direction. The result of this was multiple burning on different parts of my head. The pain is similar to someone sticking needles on different parts of my head. Anyway, his action was a staged event and often times the perpetrators would ROLE play to meet their goal. Also noted that several areas that I frequent have been setup as attack zones for micro-wave weapons. When I walk in these areas, I can feel the burning on different parts of my head, but sometimes on very discrete areas of my body.

12-15 The perpetrator would call me at all hours of the day, but soon as I pick up the phone, they would hang up. When I pick up the phone, it’s like someone is GPSing my location. The number that I see is a toll-free number. But some perpetrators have used local and out of area toll numbers. Other numbers that are familiar to me is 3 to 4 of the same last digits. For instance, often times I would see “999″, “888″ or “8888″ and “9999″. These are not numbers that are assigned for personal use. Companies pay extra money for these kind of numbers, because they are easier to remember.

12-16 As I was walking on Murchinson Rd, a large truck beeped it horn. The next thing I could see is two people racing to get into their cars so they could pull out of the parking lot, which they did. Since this is a timed program, the engineers of this terrorist program needed to have the two cars at the crosswalk by the time the truck passed me. The idea is to keep me under the control of these micro-wave attack systems.

12-17 The bread that I got from the Rescue Mission has metal particals/smart dust in it. I had to throw it out.

As I was walking while eating the chocolate and drinking the brisk soda, several cars aggressively followed me.

12-16/17 Went to sleep shortly after 7p. The area was visited by a drug addict as it was filled with crack viols. This wasn’t the case the night earlier. I heard a lot of these individuals have been contracted by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) to do this illegal surveillance of Targeted Individuals. I have seen many people that fit this criminal profile. Also noticed the presence of smart dust in my sleeping area. It was radiating significant amount of energy to my body. Throughout the night while sleeping, I was inflicted with an abnormal heart rythems, which affected my entire body. In the middle of the night after being woken by the technology, I could hear an individual saying “what does it say on the phone”. Because of the nature of these crimes, I could only relate the occurrence was relating to the induced heart rate and how it was being measured through the perpetrator device.

Earlier I was speaking on the conference call, which I was responsible for inviting a guest that produces a technology that counteracts the harassment that TI’s are experiencing. Throughout the night the criminals of this technology was burning my legs. This also included a rapid heartbeat several times throughout the night.

12-18 Salvation Army. I was at the Library today and noticed a large presence of residence from the Salvation Army Gpsing my location. Their presence shows that these criminal groups can work from any place.

12-18 Rescue Mission. After consuming the food I could feel the signal through my feet and head. I did not experienced the signal this strong when I consumed the food from Food Lion. It just shows that since the food for the homeless is not “regulated” anything could be done to it. From this day on, I will not be accepting shelter food.

12-18/19 It was particularly cold last night into the morning. When I woke up, frost was all over the area. However, that was not really the problem. So they had setup an area to target me with these devices. So I would have to change my sleeping area often, so that I’m not constantly being hit with these high power devices.

12-19 Victimization. It’s not getting us anywhere! It’s not getting us the kind of help that we need. So common sense should tell you that we need a new strategy. We can still educate the public about this terrorist program and still seek to progress in our goals and aspirations. And collectively we can develop safe communities that will serve to reduce the onslaught of these electronic transmissions and coordinate activists oriented projects.

12-19 As I was walking several individuals are placed in my path. These individuals are equipped with the electronic devices. Many times I have to diverge from my destination to remove myself from the path of these devices. Before, I just couldn’t imagine someone attacking me with these devices, but it is even more startling that they are actually attacking themselves to get me.

12-19 ZZW-2296nc. At around 12A Black vehicle positioned itself to the building at FSU Bronco Square of which driver did not come out of vehicle. Meanwhile, individual who have sat next to me earlier started making weird body language gestures when this vehicle pulled in. Also, the electro-magnetic waves increased since the individual sat next to me, which was within 5 minutes of my arrival. He also scrolling through different webpages and sites without reading through them.

12-19 Transmission to different parts of my head, while I work on the computer at FSU Bronco. Several individuals have came in and out. One individual I seen was GPSing my location. The transmissions isn’t the entire head, it is selective parts of my head, which was pathways created earlier. The pathways are developed by opening (stinging) and GPSing simply opens this access to the criminal perpetrators operating the satellites. I currently am wearing aluminum foil, which is why I’m able to tell which areas of my head they are focusing this technology. For something like this to be happening in this day in time is an absolutely embarrassment for any country. There is not a single individual not responsible for what is happening to me.

On 12/24/2011 - 7:30 PM a small explosion near the place where I was sleeping. It was not a petard, it was something more powerful.

On 12/30/2011 - The intensity of the electronic devices is increased. In this case is unidirectional, from the left side of  the place where I am sleeping. It is so intense that first it damages my ears and brains and after I feel that my heart is impacted too. This sudden increase lasted for about an hour and a have. There were practically no words mixed with the sound. It was just a physical attack.

They comment in the streets how I am going to be eliminated. There is apparently a group of criminals that has that as an objective and are allowed to do whatever they want to do with me. No stumbling blocks in their way when they are given the opportunity.

In the last two months the effect of the electronic harassment has made me vomit in two occasions.

They also go to the places where you can feed yourself to create negative atmospheres against me. All kind of negative atmospheres. Nobody sees anything. So it is the perfect combination to destroy a human being.
