CRUX: A CROSS-BORDER MEMOIR

The above title is a book written by Jean Guerrero & published in 2018, addressing Guerrero's relationship with her father, a targeted individual. Her father was born in Mexico, her mother in Puerto Rico. Currently, Guerrero is a columnist for The Los Angeles Times & WIRED Magazine has published an article by her on direct energy weapons & her father's experience (2018). There's also a PBS NewsHour segment on YouTube of an interview with her. In Toronto, the library carries a copy of her memoir which won a PEN Literary Award.

Transformational Change

Palmer, Dunford, & Akin describe various methods that can help foster transformation in an organization. One of them is the use of listening and dialogue in resolving conflicts connected with changes and different cultural views. Gerard & Turfs agree with the fact that an organization comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds. The latter comes along with different cultural practices exercised by people. Such diverse cultural backgrounds in the organization may cause a conflict of interests. The lack of tolerance and insensitivity to the needs of others contributes to conflicts in the organization immensely. Palmer, Dunford, & Akin add that to solve the problem of cultural diversity in the workplace dialogue, listening and community building come in handy. The authors assert that to bring about a transformation in the organization, transformational teams ought to engage in a collaborative dialogue to establish a new culture. The newly established culture will act as a transformative agent in the organization, determining a new direction for participants. According to Palmer, Dunford, & Akin, after the dialogue has been exercised, the staff should immediately suspend their initial judgment of others and develop a new impression of their colleagues based on their new thoughts.

In the four change stories by Palmer, Dunford, & Akin, to change their perception of the previous executives, who had stolen millions of the organizational cash, the transformational team should offer the leaders a new set of regulations. The latter stipulated new guidelines and established policies that guided employees. Therefore, establishing a code of conduct that guides workers will provide an appropriate basis for effecting the transformation. However, the transformational team ought to involve each member of the organization for the new change to take effect. Involving every member ensures that the entire organization supports the change. Winning support from all departments marks the first step to the success of any transformation.

Events in the book by Palmer, Dunford, & Akin remind me of the time I faced a professional change in the organization I was working for then. There exist many similarities between the events in the four change stories in the book and the ones in my organization. The first step of transformation begins with conflicts in the organization that cause great operational inefficiency. Scandals such as stealing organizational finances and misuse of other resources follow in close succession. These activities result in deep suspicion and bitterness amongst employees. At that point, individuals think of new ideas to end the existing crisis. In the organization I was working for, its members and I included and drafted some policies in consultation with the management. The team reached out to each individual for views on the best policy practices that could improve working relations in the workplace. Collecting ideas of every individual was for the purpose to ensure that a newly formulated policy was all-inclusive. The team reached out to the management team, including those members with the allegation of having breached their organization’s code of conduct by misappropriating funds. They embraced new guidelines and changes, and to my surprise, things came to normal, as well as the elusive harmony was restored. Individuals changed their perception of others and were involved in teamwork. The lost trust slowly returned, and I had to study and acquire new skills necessary for conflict resolution. It was useful because I assumed the role of arbitrating conflicts that arose in the organization. Conflicts always arise when people work together as a group due to different thinking patterns, but the most important thing is learning how to resolve them amicably.

Lessons drawn from the four change stories include the importance of dialogue in the organization. A dialogue enables individuals to air out their views and settles issues amicably. It also provides a platform for individuals to exchange their views in a bid to improve working relations and point out inefficiencies. Another lesson is the significance of listening and paying attention to the views of others. Listening enables the management to cope with issues in the organization. The third important lesson from the change story is the importance of having guidelines or a set of rules that guide the relations and behavior of individuals in the workplace.

Lessons and solutions drawn from the change story can be applicable in the future since it will help me establish forums where individuals will be exchanging views freely on matters affecting the organization. I will also ensure that the policies reflect the views of each member to involve them in policy-making. Tolerance among employees will be another emphasis. With the understanding that most conflicts in the organization arise because of different cultural practices that guide our daily activities, I will ensure that I train employees on matters of tolerance.

To conclude, tolerance will ensure that individuals treat each other without creating much friction. Lastly, I will appoint tasks that will foster teamwork among the employees in the organization. Team working ensures that members familiarize themselves with each other and learn to work together to accomplish tasks for the common good of the entire organization. Establishing guidelines that moderate employee behavior will come in handy. The failure to have strict working guidelines as demonstrated in the four change stories provides another crucial lesson. To avoid the same in the organization, the guiding principles should exist in both writing and practice. Working guidelines provide a crucial rationale, based on which members can assess their conduct.

TOTAL ENSLAVEMENT UNDER A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT IS BEING PLANNED BY DARK LUCIFERIANS.
Freemasons are a secret society who at the top levels are all dark Luciferians. They plan to set up a one world communist/fascist system of control and slavery under U.N. Agenda 21 and U.N. Agenda 2030 and also under what they are calling 'The Great Reset'.
Under 'The Great Reset' they have informed their fellow men and women that they would be a one world government, one world army, one world religion, one world banking system all under their control. They would initially take digital remote control of all of our bank accounts and they would delete the bank accounts of those who dared to challenge them. However, they have informed us that eventually we would all own nothing.
These dark Luciferians have manipulated most of the human race to allow themselves to be injected with nano technology to the extent that those who have been injected with it are now emitting bluetooth signals from their bodies. ( I will explain how to test for this at the bottom of this page.)
Whoever has nano technology inside their brains and bodies can in the future be digitally remote controlled from a distance by unknown others. They could be paralyzed or have pain or electric shock transmitted to them by wireless means from unknown remote locations if they dared to challenge the false authority of the dark Luciferians who run the one world governmnet. I know this because I and many of my friends and aquaintances are already partially connected up to this control system and have been so for many years. Some senior politicians, media personnel, police, military, academics and others are already in receipt of subliminal messages which are being silently transmitted into their brains by means of digital technology, to the extent that their thought processes are being externally controlled which means that they are unable to effectively process this truth which I am presenting here. Those who are believed to be Senior Freemasons and therefore Luciferians are the Royal Families of Europe including the British Royal Family, as well as most if not all senior politicians, senior police and senior judiciary in the United Kingdom and the United States and many more high ranking men and women throughout the entire world. No one throughout most of the world gets promoted to powerful positions unless they are high level freemasons and therefore also dark Luciferians.
Any victim who approaches the police or main stream medicine informing them that they are connected by wireless means to a control network where information is being transmitted to their brains and bodies and where data is being stolen from their brains and bodies, that victim is almost always transferred to the care of psychiatry where they are then imprisoned in psychiatric hospitals and mandated to ingest very poisonous substances which hinder their future ability to explain their situation convincingly. If they refuse to accept that they are mentally ill they are then accused of having no insight into their illness.
In my opinion if we wish to take down this all encompassing enslavement system we must immediately have all microwave transmitters, 5G millimeter wave transmitters, smart street lighting and all related infrastructure disassembled and banned throughot the world. If we refuse to act, we will not be able to literally move a single muscle in our own bodies without the permission of the dark Luciferians because they have the capability to paralyse us through the nano technology inside our bodies and brains. Secrecy allows evil to flourish and secrecy also leaves those who are unaware of the truth very vulnerable so it is better to know about that not to know about it no matter how frightening it appears to be now.
How to detect if bluetooth signals which are known as MAC addresses are coming out of the body of someone who has been vaccinated please do the following to your smart phone.
Go to 'about phone'. Then go to 'build number' Tap 'build number' seven times in order to open up developer options on your phone. Turn on developer options. Scroll down to USB debugging. Turn that on. Scroll down further. Turn on 'Show bluetooth devices without names' . Then download a bluetooth scannar onto your smart phone and also G.P.S. Then bring someone who has already been vaccinated out to a remote location where there are no people, no technology and no vehicles. Scan the vaccinated individual for a bluetooth signal coming from their body. Ask that individual to walk away from you and when they go about twenty or thirty metres away from you the bluetooth signal will disappear of your screen. That will prove that they are generating that bluetooth signal out of their own body. Those digital signals coming from people's bodies are two way signals which means that unknown others can also transmit information into their brains and bodies such as voices, visions, sensations, pain, electric shock and forced muscle movement. Swearing Can be Beneficial for Our Mental Health At Times when We have no Way of Defending ourselves from Constant Attacks.

SWEARING IS BENEFICIAL FOR OUR MENTAL HEALTH WHEN WE ARE UNABLE TO DEFEND OURSELVES FROM UNPROVOKED ATTACK BY ANY MEANS.
I am being subjected to non-consensual remote neural monitoring which is sometimes being called being connected to the internet of bodies and it is also known as being connected to the internet of humans. I have not agreed to this situation so I am very hostile to those unknown criminals who monitor me by remote means on a continual basis. They are able to monitor me and to speak to me from a remote location because I am unwillingly and non-consensually connected to their control system by a two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy.
Earlier today, I posted a post online which exposed how they sometimes ask me questions and terrorize me by broadcasting voices which I hear coming from inisde my own head against my will and without my permission. They are able to do by possibly having the unique EEG patterns which are generated by my brain automatically translated into words and images on a continual basis which means that I have no mental privacy whatsoever.
In that post which I posted online earlier today I used the F word and I also called one of them a piece of dog shit. I later got repremanded by one of them for using bad language. I replied as follows:- " You do not have the high moral ground."
Those who would of their own free will broadcast their voice or simulations of their voice directly inside the head of another man or woman who is defenceless to block them out are cruel and sadistic and they don't deserve any respect so if I feel like swearing at them or using the F word I will happily do so. Further to that, I have no other way of demonstrating my extreme hostility towards them because they remain unknown to me while they monitor me constantly and can come to know everything about me, even my most private thoughts. Swearing has been given to mankind for a reason and the reason is that if we did not have a way of expressing hostility in situations where we are defenceless to protect ourselves we would then internalize all of the hurt we are experiencing which would then lead to suicide in many instances. Swearing is beneficial for our mental health in some instances and I will continue to swear at the unknown individuals who use advanced technology to torture me psychologically from unknown locations while themselves remaining anonymous cowards.

What are all of the legal names and commonly used names and current permanent addresses of those who own, control and run the banks who finance that system. What individuals or groups of people controls that system and what are all of their legal names and if they don't have legal names what names are the known by among the people of the world who know of them and what are their current permanent addresses. What are the names of all of the individuals who control the distribution of that technology. The New World Order Cabal have banned industrial hemp and raw milk from the marketplace. Industrial hemp is the world's number one financial resource, capable of providing the raw material for sixty thousand different products such as paper, fuel, animal feed, building material, furniture and thousands of other products. It only takes ninety days to grow industrial hemp to full maturity and yet they had it banned on a pretext.
The New World Order cabal have also banned raw milk from the market place. Raw milk is purported to be a cure all. Because raw milk is a whole food it can sustain our lives without the need to eat or drink anything else other than water. When ever milk is pasteurized or homogenized it is cooked to a very high temperature which destroys most of its nutritional value.
The Irish government are now banning turf which is also known as peat from the market place from next September on. The Irish people have harvested turf for thousands of years to use as a source of fuel.
Many scientists have come forward to assure us that global warming is a hoax and the real reason for erratic weather patterns is weather engineering which has been ongoing for at least twenty years.
We live on a planet of absolute abundance and all scarcity is deliberately engineered scarcity. Now, the reasons why McDonald's cashiers who pour coffee for customers around my place poisoned me repeatedly are ; it is undeniable that they have been committing terror, psychological torture, MK Ultra in Ontario of Canada for nearly 20 years:

1)

The Scarborough Hospital of Ontario government, Canada has refused to disclose 2 pieces of voice recoding and one hand written note of mental status examination for 16 years. And after, I requested UN, International Human Rights Community, and Reporters Without Borders to force The Scarborough Hospital, Ontario Government to disclose them to the public and to the world because The Scarborough Hospital of Ontario government has got deeply involved in medical torture. And UN, International Human Rights Community helped me greatly. "Medical Torture", this was from two International Human Rights Organizations.


2)

After poisoning , they can begin to commit any they want, terror, psychological torture, MK Ultra. By them, they attack, control and remotely control, my hearing, my heart rate, my head, my body. Nearly 20 years, I have hardly had one entire and good sleep because of severe head pain at around 6 am of every day.

All my neighbors, Canadian torturers, at least 2 Philippine couples, one called Kuna Philippine couple, who don't work at all for 5 years, 10 years. They even wear invisibility cloaks and hide in my house and my house attic without opening any doors to do everything possible, evil, and brutal.

So, they are hacking, intercepting, blocking everything, anything I am using, even including UN, International Human Rights Community, International Bar Association, International Criminal Court.

I have no options. This is why I must launch international (legal  ) proceedings against them for committing terror, psychological torture, and MK Ultra, for breaking International Law.

 

Fight  for my life being  threatened ; fight against ongoing (psychological ) torture, MK Ultra, terror, poison, death threats and attempted murder by every possible means and with all possible Non-Lethal Weapons. I am not alone and I need your help.

In my home , I can not hear clearly this TV , but I can hear with no problem the person who was standing beside the TV.

In my work place, I can not hear clearly the person standing beside me. But, I can hear clearly that TV which is quite far . And in my work place, my hearing works just like a switch. UN Human Rights and UN Human Rights Council have everything detailed about this.
