This show has a lot of what we deal with Brain Gate being worked on at Brown University only 5 miles away is shown working on connecting with the mind. The Government's, "Star Gate Program",under, "Remote Viewing", is to look into the enemies mind.
Here is a book on the subject I just ordered:Reading the Enemy's Mind : Inside Star Gate--America's Psychic Espionage Program written by Paul Smith.
It goes on to demonstrate, "Subvocal Speech Recognition", with a phone call and discussion using subvocal speech recognition. "V2K" or the, "Microwave Auditory Effect", is discussed and the Air Force's patent is shown with it's description. Other mind control subjects are discussed with guests, Cheryl Welsh a TI, Researcher Nick Begich, Dr. Johnathan Moreno from the Bioethics Commission and adviser to two sitting presidents as well as Col. John B. Alexander with his famous quote. "Why You"? If you claim to be a victim of mind control.
Have a nice Sunday night watching these Youtube videos that do a great deal to explain the science behind what they are doing to us after you ignore the stalking, isolation, torture and being impoverished. This also gives justification for us all to show up at the next, "Presidents Bioethics Commission", in NY NY. We can confronts some worms in the, ":Big Apple". ;-)

Gerry I think you are on the right track here. Suggest getting the names of the lawyers involved for the plaintiffs (TI's) of the CIA-MKULTRA experiments who sued and received large out-of-court settlements on behalf of their clients, etc.
Same for a previous spate of survivors in the US who successfully received out-of-court settlements for MKULTRA grievances, around the time of the Church Commission and CIA revelations.
Additionally there were a number of families involved in a class-action lawsuit against false-memory perpetrator, I believe Ottawa psychiatrist Dr. John Fraser. He had persuaded the Ontario socialist-NDP government of the time to finance a massive witch-hunt against "child-molesters" and used drugs+hypnosis on unsuspecting adult children of aging parents, to persuade them that they had been sexually molested as young children. All about learning more about the human mind; what else is new? About 100 other physicians were given a weekend course on hypnosis and participated. This FMSF was a round-up group for some of the aging parents who had been accused by their adult children, and the successful class-action against Dr. Fraser came out of that. I am proceeding to get the details of that successful lawsuit.
Before we move on, we got to understand what " torture", " abuse", and "Crimes Against Humanity" really mean. And how did ICC, UN define them from the legal point of view? And why did Human Rights Watch and AI conclud " only can public inquiry deal with torture case"? And what can we do if the perps' governments refuse to investigate into our cases?
