We are under attack. We are about to lose everything we own and all of our freedom if you fail to act now.
When they are installed next year, fifth generation wireless transmitters will be used to transmit millimeter waves. These millimeter waves are a human surveillance medium and a health destroying medium and a human enslavement medium.
A millimeter wave transmitter can detect and record movement inside a private home. It can also generate 3D imagery of the inside of the home, both day and night.
Millimeter wave emissions penetrate human skin and effects our nervous system in various ways. These millimeter wave emissions can be used to immobilize a human being from a remote location. Millimeter wave emissions are being used to carry pain signals which make the recepient feel as if their skin is burning. Millimeter wave emissions can also be used to force individuals to hear the voices of unknown energy weapon operatives. Millimeter wave emissions can be used to enable said unknown energy weapon operatives to read the inner dialogue of any human being who is immersed in millimeter waves and to reply to those inner thoughts in real time. These millimeter wave emissions can also be used by these energy weapons operatives to give somebody a heart attack or a stroke or extreme pain, sent from a remote location while the energy weapons operatives themselves remain unknown to the victim. These millimeter wave frequencies can be used to x ray any human being from a remote location. They can be used to activate viruses which were injected into a human body at a much earlier time. 5G is similar to having a continuous mild MRI scan because the energy weapons operatives can use the 5G millimeter waves to inspect the inside of the body of every human being on earth if they so wish as soon as 5G becomes installed throughout the world.
The wireless communication systems and communication towers which transmit millimeter waves all have back doors which allow the military or others to access and control how this dangerous technology is used and who it is being used against.
The millimeter wave matrix is a kill grid.
The skies over our heads are now being sprayed with chemtrails which contain metallic compounds such as barium, aluminium and others. Microwaves, in the current frequencies that we are immersed in, open the blood brain barrier and allow metallic compounds to get through to the human brain. Those metals are then microwaved while they are inside the human brain and body which causes the human being concerned to have voltage discharges take place throughout the human body. Your smart phone interacts with all of the electro chemical processes taking place in your brain due to the presence of these aforementioned metals which have become trapped inside our brains.
Beam forming is another piece of the technological enslavement protocol. Beam forming technology hunts down a device and locks on to that device and it then channels and funnels microwave or millimeter wave energy or both to that device.

I have watched the enclosed linked youtube video about 5G by Joe Imbriano whose website is called www.thefullertoninformer.com about the extreme dangers of 5G. Joe Imbriano from Fullerton, California has a batcherlors degree in chemistry as well as a batchelors degree in biological science. He has also studied magnetobiology which is a subject that has been sensored on a worldwide scale by the would-be enslavers of the human race. I respect his work and I have taken some of the above information from his large body of work.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Do not use store bought hygiene products because they contain nano materials. When these nano materials adhere to our skin they can be manipulated by remote control by unknown operatives using wireless radiation activation frequencies.
Do not allow yourself or your family to be vaccinated. I believe that the ultimate goal of a vaccination is to get nano technology in to your blood stream where it could then be used to immobilise you or cause you to have a stroke or a heart attack by remote means.
Wear jewellery which has magentic properties. You will not be able to use a computer or other digital media device if you decide to wear magnetic jewellery because the magnets will permanently disable whatever digital media device it comes in contact with. However, I believe that magnetic jewellery has protective properties.
Get rid of all digital media screens and wirelessly enabled transmission devices from your home.
Inform others that we are now under attack and will be soon technologically enslaved if we fail to act.
Nano compounds are likely to be highly concentrated in processed foods such a cereals and baked goods. Eat plain, unprocessed foods.
Chemtrail spraying of the air over our heads with nano compounds is not successful because those particular nano compounds degrade before they reach our bloodstream in most occasions.
Millimeter waves do not travel very far. In fact they only travel about 500 feet. Screen your windows with aluminium blinds. Sow trees and shrubs outside your windows. The enslavers hate trees and I believe that they are currently using electronic mind control in order to make us believe that we should engage in a tree cutting program for reasons of road safety.
Do not drink from the public water supply. Fluoride and other compounds have been added to it in order to dumb us down and sicken us. A vibrantly healthty and intelligent population can not be enslaved.
People who are being informed in large group settings can be manipulated and swayed by strong characters who have been deliberately placed inside the group. Think and research independently. Do not rely on government propaganda.
Take carbyonal iron and foods containing vitamin D because modern technology interferes with vitamin D production.
Use crystals and orgone ornaments because they distort frequencies which then hinder the work of surveillance operatives who are now able to monitor and survey a selection of targeted individuals from an unknown remote location by the use of 5G millimeter waves or other energy waves.
Wi-gig will shortly be introduced into homes and will connect to all of your wireless devices at 2.4 gigahertz which is the oxygen molecule absorbtion frequency. That will mean that the oxygen will still be present in the environment but the absorbability rate into our bodies will drop. Oxygen knocks down millimeter wave frequency emissions. If people fail to replace the oxygen in their blood stream by drinking ozonated water or ingesting hydrogen peroxide droplets in water they will develop diseases of electromagnetic exposure. However, general medical practitioners may be wrongly informed by governments that these diseases are of pathogenic origin, and this falsehood could then be given as a reason for mandating the vaccination of the human race.
Dont register your children at birth. If they are not registered they can not be mandated to accept poisonous vaccinations and they can not be mandated to attend schools which are now being used to inculcate children into a slave mindset where they are never allowed to question what they are being taught.

There are currently no devices on the market which test for millimeter wave frequency emissions. We dont have technology which can determine whether we are being bombarded with these frequencies. However, Joe Imbriano of www.thefullertoninformern mentioned that the use of an oscilloscope may help.
I have been a non-consensual victim of remote controlled experimentation for more than sixteen years. I am linked by a bi-directional energy stream to a computer system which is run by criminal operatives who force me to listen to their voices which I hear coming from inside my head on a continual basis. I believe that millimeter waves are being used to allow these criminal operatives to force me to listen to their voices but I have found no way of proving this so far. It is common knowledge that millimeter waves were used in the first Iraq war in 1991 to make the opponents hear voices coming from inside their heads and to feel burns on their skin which was also enabled by millimeter waves. The criminal operatives who I am in continual contact with can also force me to see moving images whenever they wish. They can make me feel too warm or too cold whenever they wish. They wake me up in the middle of the night if they so wish. They can send me pain signals. They can send false information to my bodily organs to make them malfunction. I can be made to limp for a short time and return to full abilities a short time later. They have also forced a selection of my muscles to move against my will and I have no way of stopping them acting against me at the moment. I am in contact with many other individuals from the Republic of Ireland and overseas who are also experiencing the same experiences as I am experiencing. We are not being believed by the government officials to the extent that we no longer report our experiences to them so as to protect ourselves from an unnecessary and non-consensual mandatory stay in a psychiatric hospital.

Former U.S.  President Jimmy Carter recently wrote in the New York Times, “The United States is abandoning its role as the global champion of human rights.” In his article, Carter points out that top US officials are now openly targeting US citizens for political assassination, “disappearance,” unlimited surveillance, and other forms of gross human rights abuse. I am one of those individuals who have been placed on non-consensual wirelessly enabled  unlimited surveillance and electronic harassment and psychological torture  by who I believe are agents of the United States government.    My name is Gretta Fahey, from Newbrook, Claremorris, Co. "Digging the dirt on this system is now the way forward.   We need to present this system in a positive light."

"I will bludgeon you to death some day."

"Unveilling a system this extreme is not in our favour.  We will send the troops around  to Gretta Fahey's house if she doesn't shut up. "

I send an email to my aunt who lives in the United States and I mentioned Directed Energy Weapons in the email.  I then heard a  voice coming from inside my head which was heard by me to say the following  " This information will not be allowed to go to her aunt in the United States of America.  This information will be confiscated.  Does she understand that."

"That is not good enough.  You will have to try harder to exasperate her."

 "She is nothing but an old fool."

"She has an excellent train of thought."

"Increase the suffering".

 "Did she poop yet."

 "There is no television in her home which would allow us to spy on her through the digital media screen.   I don't know how I am going to explain my information."

  I was planning to go to my local town and I was thinking about it when I heard an inner voice say the following "Where is Fahey planning to go. "    "Nowhere"    This was followed by the following response  "Well, why is this stream of consciousness here."

"We would have to make Gretta be a paragon of perfection in order to justify our activities, in view of the fact that the public know so much of what we have been doing to her because of her daily writing."    A second voice was heard by me to respond as follows "We would have to bio-robotize her for that to happen."

In response to a question I put to the voices which I hear coming from inside my head I was told the following  "We can see an energy imprint of people through their flat screen televisions and through all other digital media screens.  We can not see an accurate image of them through their digital media screens.  Energy imprints of people are far more revealing that clear images of the same people.  Energy imprint visualization can inform the viewer of what the energy imprinted individual has ingested and inhaled along with what type of mood the individual is currently in."    In response to a further question by me the voice which I heard coming from inside my head was further heard by me to say as follows  "We can manipulate the human energy field of an individual by manipulating the energy which forms around the digital media screen which we are viewing in order to cause anomalies in the energy field of that individual, which then translate into physical body anomalies, such as pain or cramps or such as a myriad of other symptoms." I continued to prompt the unknown voice which I heard coming from inside my head for further information about the capabilities which they could achieve through human energy field manipulation through manipulation of human energy fields via digital media screens and the voice then went on to inform me the following "Over many years of dedicated energy manipulations, whole body paralysis can be achieved."

I continued to question the voice which I heard coming from inside my head and he revealed the following information to me "We could not see a physical picture of you at the beginning of your targeting.  However, we have now built up enough information about you to be able to see you in 3D whenever we wish.  We can now look in on you whenever we wish.  You have no mental privacy and now you have no physical privacy either.  You are heavily despised by our team due to your lack of ingenuity in attempting to stop us from invading both your mind and body."

"How come we have no mental hold on her?"   The response which I heard coming from another voice was as follows "She is a free thinker and she is very well informed."

"She is not one of our paid informants.   The response which I heard coming from another voice was as follows "  No.  She is not.  She has never received money from us and she never would accept money off us.  She styles herself as being uncorruptable which she is."

"They key component of this worldwide monitoring system is control, control, control."

"Wireless ensnarement is meant for everyone accept us and our group."

"We need this lady in our own system here so that we can examine her properly.  Why isn't this happening?"  

"Because Gretta has legal right of residence in her own family home until she dies, this is the end of the line for us."

"Nothing is being done that is illegal."    I responded to this inner voice myself as follows  " It is illegal to psychologically torture someone under both man made law and natural law.   Natural law is the only law that is fixed and immutable.  Man made laws are illusory.   We must return to the use of natural law only."

Re: Ending/addressing the problem of U.S. nonconsensual human subject testing

Dear Washington Post:

This letter concerns the very serious issue of U.S. nonconsensual experimentation. Our organization advocates on this issue. We are transmitting our letter to you, which is also in support of a letter submitted earlier by retired California Attorney, Robert Starett, whose organization, The Coalition for A Safe World, (OH) also advocates and works on this issue.

We believe that this is an issue that can be effectively addressed by the current Bioethics Committee, appointed by President Obama, to deal specifically with experimentation, both consensual and with the question of what constitutes unethical experimentation. We believe we have much to contribute to this discussion.

Unauthorized human subject testing is not permitted in this country, or internationally. U.S. Codes and laws state that the informed consent of the human subject is necessary for any experiments on human beings. The Nuremberg Code (1947), The Wilson Directive (1953), Belmont Report (1974) and 45 CFR 46 (Common Rule), all clearly delineate this. This is an accepted, normal code of practice in this country.

In recent history, unfortunately, many times, this code has been breached. The military/intelligence community and some of the health agencies have, in fact, conducted secret experiments on U.S. citizens. One very disturbing and alarming incidence of this, is the newly revealed, Guatemalan syphilis testing on unknowing, poor Guatemalans in the 40’s - 60’s. The Tuskegee syphilis experiments, the MKUltra Project experiments, Agent Orange studies, the Holmesburg Prison experiments, military mustard gas experiments, drug experimentation at Fort Detrick, Maryland, radiation/plutonium experiments and other nonconsensual experiments, have been conducted on unwitting American citizens, since at least 1930.

This quote:
“For 40 years, the U.S. Public Health Service has conducted a study in which human guinea pigs, not given proper treatment, have died of syphilis and its side effects," Associated Press reporter Jean Heller wrote on July 25, 1972. "The study was conducted to determine from autopsies what the disease does to the human body." ₁

--- illustrates one exposure of some of these unauthorized tests.

If these nonconsensual experiments had not been exposed, would they have continued? Would the ethical and moral conscience of the “testors” determined that these tests would end? It doesn’t seem to have had that effect, in our past history. Testing seems to have continued, after the Tuskegee experiments were exposed. A Brown University dissertation tells us that, “more often than not scientific research lies outside the beneficient context of the physician-patient relationship whereby the physician's primary goal is now motivated by a scientific hypothesis and not to treat the patient,” in their definition of the Nuremberg Code’s creation. ₂

Tuskegee litigation determined that there were indeed serious legal violations:

“The men became unwitting subjects for a government sanctioned medical investigation, The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male. The Tuskegee Study, which lasted for 4 decades, until 1972, had nothing to do with treatment. No new drugs were tested; neither was any effort made to establish the efficacy of old forms of treatment. It was a non-therapeutic experiment, aimed at compiling data on the effects of the spontaneous evolution of syphilis on black males.

What has become clear since the story was broken by Jean Heller in 1972 was
that the Public Health Service (PHS) was interested in using Macon County and its black inhabitants as a laboratory for studying the long-term effects of untreated syphilis, not in treating this deadly disease.


The Tuskegee Study symbolizes the medical misconduct and blatant disregard for human rights that takes place in the name of science. The studies principal investigators were not mad scientists, they were government physicians, respected men of science, who published reports on the study in the leading medical journals. The subjects of the study bear witness to the premise that the burden of medical experimentation has historically been borne by those least able to protect themselves. (tuskegee.edu, "America’s Dirty Little Secret).

The government doctors who participated in the study failed to obtain informed consent from the subjects in a study of disease with a known risk to human life. . . .

By failing to obtain informed consent and offering incentives for participation, the PHS doctors were performing unethical and immoral experiments on human subjects. From the moment the experiment begun, the immorality of the experiment was blatantly apparent.” ₃
　
In a latter day nonconsensual experimentation, claimant Strom (Strom v. Boeing Case Wash SuperCt King County No. 88-2-10752-1) and his fellow claimants received a large cash award because of the unwitting experimentation they experienced, incurred by the Boeing defense contractor, in Washington State. Boeing had experimented on Mr. Strom and others, with a pulsed electromagnetic device.

In his claim, Mr. Strom alleged he was assigned to test a piece of equipment called a “pulser”, which generates high levels of electromagnetic pulses, (EMP) as part of a program to develop an electromagnetic gun for the federal government’s Stratetic Defense Initiative. What Mr. Strom didn’t know at that time, was that he too, not only the “pulser”, was being tested for his reactions to the EMP and for epidemiological data on the effects of the radiation. This data was shared in medical references and never revealed to the workers. Mr. Strom developed chronic leukemia and
later died.

Exposures to radiation are deemed harmful. The American Medical Association has just released an article that documents the harm that radiation can do to human beings. _4.

In this era of changing and lightening-swift scientific/technological developments and research, when data is transmitted with the speed of the blink of an eye, we need to make sure ethics, works side by side with these scientific advances and all experimentation, including that done for such governmental agencies as the Strategic Defense Initiative are consensual. To do less, is to potentially harm and deny basic, constitutional guarantees, to American citizens. This Committee exists to ensure that ethics, ethical principals and specifically consensual, as opposed to nonconsensual experimenation, is at work in

in all biological and scientific endeavors. We support that goal and aim of this Committee and ask that you work to ensure, that these goals become an important reality.

We write in support of unwitting test subjects and the very pressing issue of nonconsensual experimentation by rogue governmental agencies and others. Our 60 + members, join with us, in support of this letter, and an earlier letter on this issue, by California attorney, Robert Starrett and his organization, and other like minded groups in seeking exposure and help.

We seek your support, press exposure and ask that you with us, as you can, towards identifying, and stopping illegal, unauthorized human subject testing in the U. S. We ask that you make this a priority, determine that it is vitally important and needs immediate action and investigation. We thank you for informative, very timely articles and for your attention to this crucial matter.

Stay within the word limit, think locally and don't call names.

Every month, the typical small-town newspaper editor receives hundreds or even thousands of letters from readers.

Still, many are unprintable either because they are too long, too confusing or just plain offensive.

That means it's not that hard to get your letter published, provided you follow a few simple rules.

Here are a few tips to better your chances:

What to Do:

* Stay within the word limit. Each newspaper has a set limit on how long published letters are allowed to be, so check the limit before you start writing. The Beaverton Valley Times in Oregon, for example, asks for 300 words or fewer, while The Citizen in Auburn, New York, has a limit of 400 words.

The Pantagraph in Illinois allows even fewer words, explained opinion editor Lenore Sobota.

"We have a 250-word limit, because we don't have enough room to print all the letters we receive. [The word limit] gives more people the opportunity to get their letter published," she said.

* Think Locally. Small papers focus on local news, so you should address issues concerning residents of your town specifically.

"We want local topics. That's one mistake people make, writing about something happening in Mexico or Venezuela that doesn't really affect our readership," said Michael Dowd, the managing editor of The Citizen in Auburn, NY. "We're looking for local people writing about local topics."

It also helps if you're also local. Sobota said the Pantagraph only prints letters from people who live in the paper's circulation area.

* Sign Your Name and Number. Include your contact information for follow-up questions from the editor.

"We contact every letter writer by phone to determine to the best of our best ability if they're the person who wrote it," Dowd said.

For each letter to the editor to The Citizen, he requires a signature, the author's hometown, and phone number.

* Write about positive issues in the community from time to time. Even though they're used to getting a lot of negative mail, editors like to see a nice word from time to time.

"We also publish 'thank you' (letters) especially if they are about a non-profit organization who has done something positive for the community." said Tish Flattery, the news assistant at The Waterloo/Cedar Falls Daily Courier in Iowa.
