Amy Anderson recently received this letter of support from one of her City Council representatives in the city of Richmond, California in June 2019.  The text is below: 

Dear Amy Anderson, 

Other members of the Richmond City Council and I, Councilman Nathaniel Bates are much aware of your efforts to enact a city based legislation regulating local authority and innovative space-based technology of which directly falls under federal and international jurisdiction.  The Space Preservation Act of 2001 reaffirmed US policy that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes.  

As you also are aware, the City of Richmond has done what it can to acknowledge and support individuals who claim to be Targeted Individuals (TI) by adopting Resolution 51-15 in support of targeted individuals who claim to be under assault from space based weaponry and rreferenced the Space Preservation Act (SPA). The SPA was introduced to the 107th Congress, HR 1977 to preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.  The resolution demonstrates the City's support of these proposed actions and more importantly, support for those individuals who identify themselves as targets of space-based weapons. 

Per your request, this letter is of my support on your efforts of seeking further legislative direction by contacting Mark DeSaulnier's Office. I wish you the best on taking further steps and commend you for being a strong advocate for the TI community.

THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR ON TORTURE HAS PUBLISHED VICTIMS' DOCUMENTS IT HAS RECEIVED!
The office of the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture has published the documents it has received from its latest Call for Inputs on its website.
This shows that the UN Special Rapporteur's office is taking our community's complaints seriously, that our situation has merit and we therefore, look forward to more from his office in the days ahead.

These human rights atrocities are the defining issue of our day.  If these crimes continue to be  tolerated, these outrageous injustices will be imposed on far more citizens. These crimes will create a world of outrageous cruelty, suffering and sacrifice for some, while others are unjustly enriched.    We must continue to fight for justice for ourselves, our brothers, our sisters, and our children,  and for a better world to come.  A world in which all live with justice, not just the lucky few.    Remember the Dred Scott decision, Plessy vs Ferguson, and all other horrible decisions by the US government, which were later REVERSED.   Remember the arrogance of the powerful German society as they overwhelmed the poorer and less organized  English  As the great Winston Churchhill, once said, "we will fight (for human rights, democracy, and social justice for all) on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the Hills,   WE SHALL NEVER SURRENDER "{UNTIL THERE IS  JUSTICE FOR ALL. )       (I will revise later.  I just had to write this I am so angry at the American government for its cowardice about human rights.) If we continue our fight, attidues, and values about modern day slavery and modern day government and corporate greed might change.  We still have hope.

Correction (I am angry at certain key rogues in government who enslave us, tis, human guinea pigs, and , unjustly enrich themselves, and fail to acknowledge their victims, tis, (aka human guinea pigs) years of pain filled torture, suffering, and etc. and these rogue agents fail to  fully and fairly pay the tis, (aka non consensual human guinea pigs, full restitution.)   

Friends, what we face here, is the enforced complict legitimated slavery of tis (aka nonconsensual human guinea pig)s enforced by certain key rogues in government agencies.    The following are, most likely the weak link in the ethics chain:  the Bioethics Commission, the DOJ, and the police.   This tolerated enslavement of tis, human guinea pigs, continues because of human greed by "powerful insider rogue agents" and also, in part, because we tis, human guinea pigs as a group face too much cointelpro harassment which divides us tis, and we do not have a collective voice and narrative which to give the police, authorities, and key government agents, and human rights agencies such as the UN and World Court.  I have filed a complaint in our behalf, and filed several  constructive suggestions and reports of wrondoing, (whistleblower reports) on our behalf but no avail.  I will continue striving to work for justice for us, and I hope you do as well.  Please collaborate with me so we can jointly file a complaint and ti narrative, so all in power can understand our years of torture, suffering, and angst because of  vicious torture, mistreatment under the forces and failures of  "insider rogue government agency/agent" opportunism.  We must think of the past human guinea pigs who suffered, our ancestors, and the next generation who will suffer, our children, our relatives, and other unforunate human beings who are used as human beings, tis, aka slaves. Previous wars were fought by many men and some women for justice for all, and many men and some women died fighting for justice; yet today a select few of rogue elites fails and refuse to acknowledge the reasons for the previous wars for justice for all--those who died in the wars fought for a fair world for all not for unjust enrichment of powerful parties.

Petition to the House of Commons

                      

 

We, the undersigned residents of Canada, draw the attention of the House of Commons to the following:

 

THAT

1. There are individuals in this country, victims of Psychotronic (Mind and Body Control) Weapons, who are being targeted unjustly or used as human subjects in experiments without their informed consent. Victims of mind/body control detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history. Criminals may implant people with microchips or nanomaterials and place them under continuous surveillance. They monitor the human brain, continuously alter consciousness and behavior, directly assault and torture mind and bodies of the human subjects.

These are some of the symptoms that targeted individuals may experience:

 a). Microwave hearing, torture with loud noise.

 b). Visual hallucinations, “dreams”.

 c). Reading thoughts, retrieving memories.

 d). Manipulation of thoughts, will, emotions, desires and perceptions.

 e). Manipulation of human behavior: forced speech, involuntary body movements, transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, compulsory execution of these commands (i.e. the Manchurian Candidate effect).

 f). Debilitation of mental acuity, loss of memory.

 g). Sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep

 h). Cramps, spasms, excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body, manipulation of body systems, including heart attacks and other serious medical conditions. 

2. Some victims are subject to harassment and organized stalking in their communities. Some victims receive false psychiatric diagnosis and in addition become victims of the system from which they are seeking help (medical institutions, as well as law enforcement)
3. 3. The misuse of such brain and body manipulation technology directly undermines the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

THEREFORE, your petitioners request that the House of Commons would appoint a Public Inquiry in Canada to get to the bottom of these gross violations of human rights based upon the evidence collected by victims for many years. Goals of the Public Inquiry should include:

• End of misuse of the mind control technologies
• Compensation of involuntary human subjects for their damages
• Removal of any materials implanted in human subjects, such as microchips or nanomaterials, that send signals to their mind and bodies
• People responsible should be exposed and brought to justice for these unspeakable crimes against humanity.

THAT

1. There are individuals in this country, who have been victimized by technology they don’t have a solid understanding of. These victims are tortured by devices in their brains and experience symptoms of mind and body control. These devices are not implanted with the knowledge or consent of the victim, nor are they intended to treat any medical condition. These victims are similar to the ones who were experimented on by CIA in their declassified mind control programs, such as MKUltra.

EFFECTS OF THE DEVICE

A). Debilitation of mental acuity and capacity.

B). Loss of memory and knowledge

C). Cramps, spasms, seizures, excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body.

D). Sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep.

E). Manipulation of thoughts, will, emotions, desires and sensations.

F). Manipulation of human behavior: forced speech, involuntary body movements.

G). Manipulation of body organs (such as bladder and heart). 

H). Voices in victims heads.

I). Visual hallucinations.

2. Members of public office refuse to recognize these victims suffering or provide medical and security expertise.
3. 3. The misuse of such brain and body manipulation technology directly undermines the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and other laws.
