Three ways for mind control victims to win their cases.

(1) One route is to appeal, which is a administrative procedure,and that is exactly a way one lawyer does not dare and does not have the energy.

Write appeal letters to government departments, senators, representatives, to urge government to investigate such horrible crime, sentence torturers according to law, and help victims.

(2) Another route is to seek public support.

With enought supporting voices from public and with evidences, government must answer our appeals.

(3) File lawsuits to sue government who do not take their responsibilities to investigate such horrible crimes, and help victims.

Dear Senator,

Thank you for taking the time to hear our concerns. As our lawyer has stated, we are victims of covert criminal activities that have gone on unchecked for far too long. It is a campaign of lies, coverups, suppression, control, harassment, and domestic torture. All across this country and the globe covert harassment groups have sprung up and have begun to civtimize mostly those who are considered to be disenfranchised. In our society this applies to blacks, women, children, the elderly, gays and lesbians, those who are institutionalized with mental illness, prisoners, newly immigrated citizens, as well as many unsuspecting, law abiding Americans. People in every state of the union are being targeted for abuses such as stalking, directed energy weapons assaults that include shocks,
stings, burning, nausea, disorientation, to name a few. The average American would be astonished to learn the extent to which classified surveillance technology has advanced today; to learn that remote manipulation of the human mind and body is now possible and all are at risk of abuses at the hands of technological predators. We, the
undersigned, are therefore compelled to request that congressional hearings be held to examine our issues and hear our accounts of what is happening covertly in this country. It is time to end the cover-up and restore our country once again to its founding constitutional principles of freedom of justice for all.

Dr. William Van Ornum

 

William Van Ornum holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. He studied under such luminaries as Frank J. Kobler and Eugene Kennedy. After receiving his degree, Van Ornum worked at Astor Home for Children/Day Treatment Program as psychologist and clinical director. The children of Astor were considered emotionally disturbed as well as learning-disabled. The guiding philosophy of Astor is to provide individual therapy, structured classes with needed behavior modification, family therapy, needed medication, and close supervision of all medication. Van Ornum served on the board of directors for fourteen years, until 2002, and continues to help out as "A Friend of Astor." For two years, he was director of psychology at Craig House Hospital in Beacon, New York. For the past twenty years, Van Ornum has taught at Marist College instructing on such subjects as psychological assessment and abnormal psychology. He has also been in private practice for twenty-five years. Van Ornum's latest book (2008), coauthored with Linda L. Dunlap and Milton F. Shore, is published by Pearson/Prentice Hall, Psychological Testing across the Life Span.

I am going to start a letter writing campaign. I would like suggestions as to whom. Please dont tell me all my state senators and congressmen and representatives. I would like to continue to bombard them with information and all of the above is unrealistic. Maybe the (largest County) reps and senators and congressman even thats alot. What about my governor?Or start Federally? To start where is the best place? Also my computer seems to be hacked in to so it works intermitantly I mean the information I research sometimes doesnt seem to be accurate.I have books though to add some documented support and I will have to discern what attachments I include from the web. My printer isnt making sense and I cant get out to print and mail a pile of letters repeatedly its unrealistic for me at this time but I can email. I thought I would include my experience briefly reference to some websites maybe YouTube links the most insiteful and intelligent ones any suggestions? I want to also include three attachments from different areas of research and usage of the technology, I was thinking military,medical, and science. Please if you have any links for well documented credible support of this technology please post them. Im looking for information that again is intelligent and insiteful that a non targeted individual wont dismiss. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP
