I advertised that there COULD BE an action that day, if enough people expressed interest, but, in the event, too few did. However, there was a TI meeting in London yesterday, Sunday 13 December 2009, the first for a couple of years, attended by eleven targets, one target's spouse, and three film crew making a documentary provisionally entitled Voice To Skull. There were several apologies for absence too, from targets who will attend next time. I talked about the Darrim Daoud Truth Campaign, which is the branding I've given to what WE have to do, because we promised Darrim we would do it if his life was taken. I'm inviting all and sundry to apply for "membership" of the campaign, but I'm NOT asking for any membership subscription. The hope is that the ministry (Beulah Baruch Ministries) will fund the action. It won't be possible to fund much from the charity shop profits, the way things are going, but we're praying for donations too. Today, Amanda and I had a meeting with a Detective Inspector and a Chief Detective Inspector. We told them Darrim's story and ours, and told them what we wanted, which is what we say the "campaign" wants, at www.KILLED.org.uk (q.v.). A measure of the success we've had is that originally Darrim's death was being treated as "non-suspicious", and a sergeant was compiling a file for the coroner. Today, there is a Chief Detective Inspector in charge of the investigation. I will obtain the (updated) coroner's name and address tomorrow. Letters to the coroner from people who corresponded with Darrim expression the suspicion that he was killed unlawfully (even if only by being driven to suicide, which I for one doubt), and the hope that there will be a jury inquest, might help. They will be making a referral for FBI investigation. Angel has been able to educate himself to some extent on OS/EH on the Net, using an automated translator, but needs direct contact with human beings in LA, estranged from family and former friends who do not believe what is happening to him, very sweet man. What we are experiencing is truly getting to be a holocaust. Here's the newspaper article about the apparent suicide of Darrim Daoud. Some of us knew him in the community both in England and the US. He was the organizer of the London TI's who participated in the global protest in October. Here is the newspaper article about what happened. There's also this message at the bottom of the article:

Pop over to a notary with a written a statement on your belief of what caused Darrim's death and get it stamped. You can fax and then post the document. Very easy and something that cannot be pursued by another on your behalf. Don't wait for others to do it and there is nothing stopping you.

A MAN'S body was spotted lying next to railway tracks by a train driver.

Darrim Daoud, 34, from Pound Hill, was spotted by the driver lying near the track lose to Pease Pottage, just after 2pm.

Emergency services were called but Mr Daoud was dead before they arrived.

A British Transport Police spokesman said: "Officers were called to attend the railway line at Balcombe Tunnel, near to Parish Lane, Pease Pottage, after receiving reports of a body near the line.

"The incident was reported to police at 2.04pm and was attended by our officers, Sussex Police and paramedics from the local ambulance service.

"Upon attendance officers discovered the body of a man, who appeared to have suffered injuries consistent with being struck by a train.

"The incident is being treated as non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."

An inquest was opened and adjourned at Haywards Heath Coroner's Court on Monday.

Hi Everyone
I have some bad news about a UK TI. I am not sure if you remember a guy writing on the Forum called Winston Smith. Winston was actually called Darrim Daoud. John and I went to see him recently as he wanted to organise the UK Global Protest himself. What we saw was a lovely young man, who was an incredibly organised activist he had a wonderful personality, very down to earth and he did not have a paranoid or suspicious bone in his body. Darrim was in his early thirties of mixed race, English and Iranian, he was angry at being harassed but kept it in perspective, and of course asked the same questions as we do which is "why him?" so he was EH as well as organised stalked, he had what I had, no voices, and the locality of people decided to harass him as in car and property damage. All of course upsetting. This of course put him into the English psychiatric system.

He tried to tell his family what was happening and of course it was all denied and that he was imagining it.

On the 14th of October we had a successful protest and he was due to join us at Speakers Corner the following Sunday on the 18th. Apparently he was threatened by his perps on his journey back home. Now they must have frightened him as he did a no show and we were concerned for him. so inbetween we had a few
emails until we heard the following from another TI.

His facebook account started to have "obituary" comments left on it. So from the 16th of November it was clear that he had died. To confirm we rang around and eventually got his dad. He will not tell us how he died and we are waiting to hear from his friends who might tell us more.

I am gutted that he is dead. John is as well. A totally honest individual, who was determined to "expose" this stuff and he had some great ideas to to do this.
An activist already against the Aufghanistan and Iranian wars. So this might well have been why he was a target.

Anyway cannot tell you anymore until we do have more information, but John and I might be able to see his dad to give our understanding of what his son was going through.

I am dreading to hear what the perps might have done to him accounting for the reason as to why he died. When we met and emailed he seemed upbeat considering and was not at all suicidal. So what happened? Many of his facebook peers are asking the same thing.

If I know any more we will let you know of course. Darrim did a really good questionaire recently which was the best one so far.

One day before Griffin and four accomplices did just that — walked into a Henderson branch claiming a fake federal search warrant gave them authority to seize the vault’s contents — Griffin filed a document in federal court announcing his plan. He also filed a second document declaring his “special task force” had the right to bear arms, make arrests and, if need be, execute detractors “on the spot.” Griffin then signed the document and had it notarized. The following morning, Nov. 13, five men walked into the Wells Fargo on West Sunset Road and, after some chaos, walked out empty-handed into a wall of waiting police. Though Griffin, 39, is being detained, his four accomplices have been released — indicating authorities believe Griffin was the ringleader. Griffin isn’t like most would-be robbers. For starters, it appears he wanted not just money from the vault, but specific documents from a deposit box too. Second, Griffin believes a tracking device has been planted on his person by unknown parties — possibly the government — who are using this “directed energy weapon” to control and communicate with him. Only “out of respect for the law,” Griffin wrote in one of the documents, was he informing the court of his upcoming actions. Further, Griffin noted, he had evidence of the secret implant being used against him, “which is why licensed guards will be executing suspect and bring there (sic) death certificate to this court ... we will show this court that all suspect has been getting information illegally on plaintiff’s every move through devise (sic).” Nobody was executed during this month’s bank robbery. If anything, it was a doomed fiasco from the outset. The bank manager did not believe the federal search warrant Griffin allegedly presented was real, and refused to give the men access to the vault, according to the FBI’s Las Vegas field office. The bank manager was then reportedly handcuffed until he convinced Griffin and the others — four men from California — that he would call for permission. He called security instead. As it turns out, Griffin’s strange and unsuccessful bank robbery attempt was just the most recent in a string of strange and unsuccessful campaigns — the private war between Griffin and the people he believes are after him. The foiled robbery came in the midst of a lawsuit Griffin filed against MountainView Hospital, where he was held for a number of days in July by doctors who thought he was mentally ill and a threat to himself or others. That lawsuit, like the numerous others Griffin has personally filed over the years, is full of rambling documents, demands and talk of government testing, untraceable chemicals, torture, cover-ups, tracking equipment, covert surveillance and something he calls “voice-to-skull” technology. In his case against the hospital, Griffin filed subpoenas to the Justice Department for evidence of the tracking devices; to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners for records, though it’s unclear which or why; and to U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo, for a “kidnap letter” Griffin claimed was placed into his account with a “fraudulent” check for $30,000 and an “investigating report” of unknown origin. It appears these documents are what Griffin was after, at least in part, when he and four others stormed the bank this month. How Griffin got anybody to join him during the attempted robbery remains unclear, though at least two of the five men — Jonathan Gray and Jonathan Miranda — signed Griffin’s notarized court filings. The notary who stamped Griffin’s paperwork didn’t return calls for comment. Griffin’s lawyer, a federal public defender, also isn’t commenting on the case. Court records do indicate, however, that Griffin’s competency is being questioned. Internet records, meanwhile, indicate Griffin’s mental state has been questionable for some time. On Nov. 9 Griffin posted a message to members of an online group dedicated to exposing secret mind control programs orchestrated by the government. In his message, Griffin announced he had rounded up a team of investigators who would provide a variety of services to fellow “T.I.’s” — short for “targeted individuals.” These services were to include implant detection, executions and victim intake. In the past three years Griffin has filed lawsuits against the FBI, George W. Bush, Metro and Henderson police, District Attorney David Roger and the White House Executive Office, among many others. The subject of the suits never changes: mind control, secret experiments, mental slavery. In June, Griffin sued U.S. District Court Judge Philip Pro for throwing out a case Griffin had filed against the Justice Department for allegedly interrogating him with mind control weapons. The case against Judge Pro was thrown out by another judge, who wrote that Griffin’s body of litigation is “fantastic, delusional and irrational.” Privately, sources familiar with Griffin’s past say he’s been on a Secret Service watch list for some time, most likely because of his regular threats against government officials and his talk of snap executions. The specter of being on anybody’s watch list — let alone that of the Secret Service — will likely send Griffin and fellow conspiracy theorists into a tailspin. The fact that police were waiting outside the bank when he emerged from the foiled robbery attempt has not gone unnoticed by the online community. Dr. John Hall and Dr. Terry Robertson will be appearing on the Jim Guest Show on Sunday November 15, 2009 at 9am CDT to discuss issues concerning the development of technologies using the electromagnetic spectrum that can manipulate and influence human behavior and that may pose a threat to human and civil rights. These technologies have been publicly stated to be developed as weapons and communication systems but also have capabilities of behavioral influence. Jim Guest is a current Missouri State Representative from the 5th District who advocates for the preservation of privacy rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution. Both Dr. Hall and Dr. Robertson are physicians and researchers who have been working with the advocacy group Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance FFCHS) through the FFCHS Medical Committee. Dr. Hall is also an author who has recently published a book about the unwitting use of these technologies on U.S. citizens. FFCHS is a group composed of over 600 members who have complaints consistent with the unwitting use of these technologies upon themselves in an abusive and harassing fashion. Topics they hope to discuss include: 1. The history of unethical human experimentation in the United States including mind control projects such as MKULTRA funded by intelligence agencies. 2. That such projects have included development of remote means of accessing and manipulating the human nervous system through electromagnetic frequencies. 3. That admissions by DoD agencies including patents, information gathered through FOIA requests, quotes from DoD personnel, and media releases reveal that these agencies have in the past and continue in the present to develop and research related technologies. Such technologies have focused on the use of directed energy in the form of acoustic and microwave energies including the currently funded research into synthetic telepathy at University of California Irvine. 4. That a growing body of citizens in the United States as well as other countries have complained of being subjected to such technologies, many in similar fashion, and that use of these technologies on the public would be consistent with established precedent. 5. That past attempts at specific legislation providing protection to the U.S. public from these technologies and nonconsensual experimentation have been unsuccessful. With the growing body of admissions of ongoing research and development of these technologies, legislation to provide these protections must be implemented along with investigation as to whether unethical use of these technologies is currently occurring. 6. That health implications may be a result of exposure to these technologies. 7. Specific case scenarios may be discussed. These reveal that these technologies may be being used in an abusive and harassing fashion. Furthermore, access to these technologies may have been acquired by personnel not directly associated with DoD agencies and as such poses an even larger threat to the public. The interviewees seek to educate the public at large. The primary target audience is the public who is not currently aware of the history and development of these technologies and programs. Hopefully this will include members of the medical community who may encounter patients with complaints consistent with exposure to these technologies. This could aid the medical community in not falsely attributing complaints soley to mental illness. It is also hoped the audience will include members of political standing who could help enact legislation or investigation. Members of the community who may be subjected to these technologies are encouraged to listen to the show and encourage others who may have little knowledge of such to tune in. The interviewees are uncertain if the show will allow call in guests. With this in mind they would appreciate if members of the community who may be subjected to these technologies to use discretion in deciding whether or not to call in and relate their personal experiences. Don't all these persons who let themselves be influenced and deceived by a group of mafiosi understand that, when they harass innocent citizens, they are commiting a true crime? Ils ont subi un lavage de cerveau tel qu'ils sont persuadés d'accomplir ce qu'ils croient être une haute et noble mission, en se donnant corps et âme à un incroyable harcèlement impitoyable et sans fin. Ils ignorent d'une part, qu'on leur a menti et d'autre part, ils doivent se rappeler qu'il ne leur incombe pas, de toute manière, de rendre la justice. Toutes ces personnes qui se sont laissées influencer et berner par un groupe de mafieux ne comprennent-elles pas que, lorsqu'elles harcèlent des citoyens innocents, elles commettent un véritable crime ? Ne se demandent-elles pas une seule fois, si tout ce qu'on leur raconte est vrai ? Ont-elles accepté d'être complices par appât du gain ou par désir de jouer au justicier ? Les raisons importent peu. Weather wasn't the greatest. Kind of nervous with all the cops and undercover cops around. Ate alot of the chips and drank sodas I bought by a great donation from Cynthia. Learning alot from other TIs about how to cope and different remedies to use to uplift myself.. Many of the TIs were form NY. We spoke to a freelance writer who took notes and took our pictures. SAN FRANCISCO, USA REPORT by Bruno Marchisani SF Photos by Scott at OneWorldLove- you'll have to join to view Yesterday, Wednesday, October 14, 2009, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, there was a civil protest against OS/EH at city hall in San Francisco, California, one of several being planned on or about that same day in several cities around the world, including Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Cincinnati (meeting only), Victoria and Toronto in Canada, London, India (internet mailings) and China (internet mailings), as part of a global day of protest being organized by a newly formed TI activism group called the International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse, www.iaacea.org. Debbie Newhook and Galina Kurdina in Canada, Soleilmavis in China and Derrick Robinson of FFCHS were some of the planners. Christine Harris in SF was the contact person for the San Francisco protest, with Mesha Monge-Irizarry being a resource having had experience in protesting. Mesha is a non-TI activist Christine recently began networking with who among other things setup and moderated a forum to help organize the global protest. She has an office in San Francisco and apparently moderates 250 internet forums, one of them being the recently created Targeted_Individual s yahoo group. She is considering holding TI meetings at her office in San Francisco. A possibility of rain was forecast but the weather was clear and mostly sunny. I counted 16 protesters being present, including Christine, Richard in Marin, many other TIs who I've met before, a few I hadn't met yet, Mesha, and Marlon Crump,writer for Poor Magazine who Christine has recently began networking with. Most had arrived within the first half hour of the 11:00am protest start time. We originally planned to protest at the park across the street from city hall,to be respectful of city hall workers, but a police officer came by and said we needed a permit to protest in a public park, though he said this first time he'd allow it. He also indicated we could protest directly in front of city hall if we liked, so we moved our protest to the sidewalk in front of city hall. There was a plethora of protest signs of various sizes, colors and styles: "stop group stakling," "stop organized stalking," "stop organized terror," "stop covert torture," "stop electronic harassment," "stop electronic torture," "stop electromagnetic weapons," "stop defamation of character now," "restore human liberties now," "stop residential directed energy attacks now IAACEA," "unforgivable! MKULTRA should never happen again," and "my family is victim of mind control program illegally run by the US gov agencies. Torture, mental rape, robbery -- the outcome of the Nazi experiment." Also I brought buttons with the FFCHS logo for us to wear. The mood was positive if not festive, with us talking amongst ourselves, getting to know each other. Some of us had come from as far away as Modesto and Fresno,and for at least one of us this was our first time meeting with other TIs. Foot traffic was light, even during the lunch hour, with some passers-by looking to see what our signs said. A few spoke with us to try to understand what we were protesting. Due to the relatively light foot traffic and us not being very aggressive at distributing handouts, we didn't distribute all that many. Handouts included one of the IAACEA press releases announcing the global protest, a letter from Missouri State Representative Jim Guest acknowledging the existence of OS/EH on many of the constituents in the country, a flyer on the book "A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America" by Dr. John Hall, who has treated patients suffering from the effects of OS/EH, a copy of an article entitled "Is the NSA Conducting Electronic Warfare On Americans?" regarding former NSA intelligence officer Russ Tice and the NSA's purported mind control technology, and a compilation of excerpts from Cheryl Welsh, FFCHS and H.Michael Sweeney. Vehicular traffic on the other hand was ongoing, and heavier during the lunch hour. Some of us were lined along the edge of the sidewalk displaying our signs -- several drivers honked their horns and gave us the "thumbs up" in support! At one point a reporter and cameraperson for an independent San Francisco internet video news group came by and did a brief interview with Christine and Mesha -- everybody felt they did a great job! Later on a CBS van parked across the street to cover a different event and Christine went over and gave them some handouts. I spoke with several TIs at the protest. Christine says she is doing what she can to network to help end our harassment, a TI from Fresno says he is educating some of the people in Fresno on OS/EH, and another said God's message of love is the most important tool in counteracting our harassment. Marlon wanted everyone to know about his new, second, article on OS/EH, entitled "Targeted Individuals. In my opinion the protest was certainly successful in terms of turnout -- this has been the largest turnout for any TI event in the San Francisco Bay Area I'm aware of and slightly exceed my expectations! Most of us stayed there until the 2:00pm protest end time, shortly after which we disbanded. I and at least a couple of others who were present took pictures of the event and I will be forwarding mine to Felix, a TI who plans to make a video of the global protests. President Obama was to be visiting San Francisco the following day and Christine along with some of yesterday's protesters planned to be present to gain more exposure. Reports of some of the protests in the other locations have been posted. Debbie declared her protest a success in Victoria, Canada -- there were 5 TIs present -- they handed out about 400 flyers and were interviewed by a local university student -- later on heavy rainfall brought an end to their protest. There were 5 TIs present at Galina protest in Toronto, Canada -- they spoke with several people, some sympathetic, and handed out a few flyers -- after the main protest had ended and they had some coffee they decided to do a second impromptu protest at another location. An early report from London, England, indicated 5 TIs were present but more were expected. The Philadelphia protest apparently only had one protester show up, but none-the-less the protester remained and handed out flyers! The LA protest was postponed to next week due to a heavy storm and flooding. Judy and I went to the Obama protest last night [Oct. 15th] at 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Powell Street and Geary Street, with over 1000 people. Who am I forgetting? Among us, a Black Sister who is a college professor in Political Science in Oakland, accompanied by a Latina and a white woman TIs. Also was present a San Franciscan woman, former nurse who blew the whistle on her medical unit at PMC, when she saw several patients with electrodes in their brain, and realized from their encephalograms that something terribly wrong was being done to them... she disconnected everything, and the electronic torture started, did not let up for over a decade. At first the cops, then the sheriffs tried the intimidating routine by demanding to see a permit, but when told: "we are not blocking traffic, we are only exercizing our right to peaceful assembly, this is a peaceful demonstration", they did not know what else to do. Then when they approached us again, twice, I gave them a big smile, told them I was a City Commissioner and asked: "Are you going to keep us safe, Officers?" which was sufficient to make them instantly go away after exclaiming "Of course!!" One sheriff, astoundingly, raised a timid fist and quickly told us GO GET "EM" as he walked away with his colleagues (Refreshing! A TI cop ?) TORONTO CANADA Report by Galina Kurdina We protested in front of the Legislative Assembly Building and near Medical Science Building of University of Toronto today. We started at 10.30 A.M. There were 5 people in front of the Legislative Assembly: Robin Yan, Regan Hallett, Carlo Calandra, Mark Holden and I, Galina Kurdina. People approached us and we distributed about 10 fliers. One woman came to us and started a scandal. She offered us to hire people, pay them and ask to hold our posters on streets of Toronto. She suggested us not to appear ourselves on the streets. She persuaded us that we had to put some soft information on our posters, not the truth that we experienced and described. When asked, what soft things she would advice to write on our posters, she did not answer. She asked Robin, what was the reason of his targeting. It was clear for all of us that she worked for police, or RCMP or Government. Robin took his camera and wanted to take pictures of her, and she immedieately disappeared... We left Legislative Building about 1.30 P.M. Robin, Regan and I went to Tim Horton and had some coffee. We had 5 people present at the protest: Keith Tickleback from Nelson BC, Consuelo Galomar from Vernon BC, David Smith from Grabriola, Heather Quinn from Victoria BC and me Debbie Newhook. We had one protester from Nanaimo, Doug (Jerry) Rose who could not make the protest as he reported he was feeling horrible the night before the protest and he did not think he would be able to make it. As soon as we arrived at the protest location we were greeted by a University of Victoria student who wanted an interview with us. David and I spent 30 mins with her speaking about this crime. We gave her hand out material which included FFCHS material along with a Jim Guest letter of support. In addition we suggest that she research James Walbert and directed her to an article in Wired Magazine about James Walbert. She was genuinely interested and shocked at many of the details about this crime. During the time David and I were being interviewed, the police arrived. Consuelo spoke to the friendly police officer and was told that the police got 2 telephone calls indicating that we were obstructing the sidewalk traffic. Upon his arrival he saw that we were only a small group and that we were not blocking the sidewalk traffic and asked that we continue to allow the flow of pedestrians and not to interfere with them. Keith was our camera person and did take still pics only of the event and did capture a picture of the police as he was talking to Consuelo. Later I was approached by woman who knew she was a target of this crime. She knew much about the goings on of the world and she expressed that she was a whistle blower. David and I could tell that she was genuine and she was fearful.I gave her my contact info. We had many other people briefly speak to us about this crime and did take hand out material.The area of the protest was a very busy location in Victoria and we all thought it was a success. After about 2.5 hours we had given away about 400 fliers and we were almost out of hand out material when the skies opened up and it began to rain very hard. We define EM energy as the frequencies on the electromagnetic spectrum, microwaves, infrared frequencies, radio waves, extremely low frequency (elf) and others. All EM energies are radiation. EM energy power exists in many aspects of our lives. Currently, for instance, it makes it possible for two people to speak to each other, wirelessly, when one is thousands of miles away, through the use of a cellular telephone (microwave powered). It powers microwave ovens and our laptops. Medically, MRI's, CAT scans and x-rays are the result of EM frequencies directed at and penetrating the human body. In the history of EM development, unfortunately, ethical and human rights violations have occurred in Europe and America. The Nuremberg trials in Germany exposed the shocking German medical experiments. An ethnic group, those with Jewish heritages, was marginalized, tortured and experimented on. Early EM testing on concentration camp victims took place. After World War II, it was revealed the U.S. had created its own nonconsensual experimentation, the MKUltra experiments on American children. Some of the defined goals of this experimentation on unwitting subjects were: a. To research techniques to impose control over the will of an individual, including neuron surgery, electric shock and, drugs and hypnosis; b. To design and test septal electrodes that would enable defendants directly to control human behavior; 1. The CIA formally launched Sub-Project 119 in 1960, the purpose of which was to research, study, and interpret “bioelectric signals from the human organism, and activation of human behavior by remote means.” (Memorandum for the Record re MKLUTRA Subproject 119 from Technical Serves. Div., Research Branch, CIA (Aug. 17, 1960).) This Sub-Project involved the installation of “permanent septal electrodes . . . to determine the locus in which stimulations will produce specific reactions,” first in animals and later in humans. (Proposal Materials re MKULTRA Subproject 106, CIA (Jan. 1961) at 106-1.) The Army’s own report of the health effects of LSD experiments concluded in 1980 that: “Early experimental studies by Monroe and Heath and associates using electrodes implanted deeply in the brains of human subjects demonstrated the occurrence of spiking (epileptiform) activity in portions of the limbic system (hippocampus, amygadala [sic] and septal area) in response to LSD administration.” The United States has clearly had involvement in nonconsensual EM testing. Canada, also participated in this nonconsensual EM experimentation. The CIA was found guilty of unethical and negligent experimentation in the Orlikow vs U.S.A. case in 1986. (The actual experiments ocurred in Canada at McGill University.) We have reports from members in England, France and other European countries that similar testing of updated EM devices/weaponry is occuring. Nonconsensual testing of EM devices violates the Nuremberg Code, established at the end of World War II and international law. The transmission of EM energy from one point to another is silent and unseen. Using miniaturized portable EM transmitting devices, it is possible to test and harass a human subject in one apartment from another, in one room from another, in one building from another. Even though itis illegal, it is very hard to prove that a transmission of microwaves or EM signals is occurring. Some EM devices can cause human muscles to spasm, and vibrate, and it can cause nerve pain. High levels of microwave transmitted to the head can cause a ringing or buzzing sound to occur. These are some of the effects members report, after being exposed to this silent and unseen experimentation. Long term exposures, to these devices can cause migraine headaches, kidney problems, changes at the cellular level and other medical problems. Military intelligence development of these devices as weapons, has produced the tazer, acoustic heterodyne, active denial system and other EM based weaponry. Members in our group have experienced nonconsensual testing of these EM devices. It seems to be a "black budget" operation. (Meaning it appears to occur outside of or "above" the law). Group members have felt the transmission of EM continually, for several years. Members now, are experiencing similar medical pathologies, which can be attributable to overexposure to EM. Efforts to discover the source of this EM harassment were either very difficult or led members to the intelligence/military community in our individual countries. Further discovery and ending these exposures was stymied at this level. These weapons and devices continue in their development. Our Blackberries combine the capabilities of computer databases and cellular telephones. The U.S military spoke of "shock and awe" in its Iraqi military action. They refer to a device called the "Voice of God" to frighten Iraqi ground troops. This is a microwave audio (form of EM) transmission device. Reports of nonconsensual testing continue to grow. We come together from our individual nation states to complain and expose these illegal acts. This experimentation/harassment is invasive, painful and unpleasant. The involvement of the intelligence/military in a covert capacity, includes harassment and attempts to discredit the complaining or whistle blowing parties. Hitler accomplished his unethical experimentation by creating the camps, and the forced wearing of yellow arm bands. He generated propaganda concerning the "otherness" of the Jewish people. Victims of these latter day, unauthorized tests report similar, 21st Century, methods of discreditation. The nonconsensual testing is wrong. It is morally wrong. Criminals place human subject under continuous surveillance, no matter where he/she is; they monitor human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; they directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller'(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees. Manipulation of will, emotions, feelings, perceptions 4). There was 6 other TI’s present besides Elizabeth Adams and myself; Bruno, Cathy, Christine, Star, Richard and Dee. We got a late start but I was able to participate in one full taping of the show. We discussed what type of harassment is most devastating to each one of us at this time. I spoke about police harassment and sleep deprivation. I also had a chance to say a few words about the great group of TI’s that meet in the Los Angeles area once a month for support and activism. Before I had to leave, Elizabeth announced she was going to schedule a couple more tapings in September. I promised to attend and bring many more TI’s with me. One thing all TI’s can be thankful for during this nightmare is the fact that we all have met some wonderful, wonderful, people! (10) ELIZABETH ADAMS' TV TAPING SUMMARY BY BRUNO On Saturday, July 25, 2009, at 12:00pm at Berkeley Community Media in Berkeley, California, there was a special taping of Elizabeth Adams' TV show "America Needs to Know" in the large studio. 8 TIs were present: Elizabeth, Wanda Dablin from LA who has formed an LA TI group, Cathy Meadows, M.A., Clinical Psychology, who has discussed OS/EH on several TruthBrigade Radio shows, Dee Hardin, Christine Lynn Harris, a couple of other TIs, one of them new to our meetings, and myself. One of us has been targeted for 37 years! Elizabeth brought pizza for us to eat while the studio was being set up and during the breaks. Richard in Marin who couldn't be there because he was working called in to wish us all well. One of us was very late in arriving due to very unusual traffic delays. One of us expressed that the one thing she won't let the perps take away from her is her body -- "this body is mine!" It was expressed that some perps are mind controlled, and that some people who appear to be perps are strongly mind controlled TIs. The best thing is to not react to the things perps do to antagonize us so they don't learn how to push our buttons to get us to act aggressively. Many feel police are participants in their harassment -- the point was made that not all police are involved -- in some cases police are targeted as well, and all cross-sections of society participate, being recruited by a variety of means. Workplace mobbings, poisonings, and a consensus mainstream media is controlled, were discussed. V2K/induced sounds were discussed -- one of us was successful in capturing such sounds on a recorder. The point was made that some very advanced technology is involved, as well as decoying, making it difficult for us to determine exactly what is going on and where it's coming from. The point was made that the harassment is coordinated in such a way that when the victim accurately describes what they are experiencing, it makes them appear mentally ill in order to discredit them -- a form of gaslighting. It was expressed that EH is hate gone high-tech -- to end the harassment we as a society need to end the hate. Wanda said that their LA group recently had an event where their members distributed over 1000 OS/EH flyers -- she said it made them feel really great! After the taping we hung around for a while and viewed a brief segment of what had been taped that day. The total time spent together at the studio was about 6 hours. Some of us had to leave early, after the first taping. Most of the remainder of us were still full from the pizza and so didn't go to a nearby restaurant as originally planned, and so we departed. For reference Elizabeth is producing a television show entitled "America Needs to Know" being broadcast as one hour episodes on Berkeley community television beginning in July. She is scheduling ongoing taping sessions for TIs to tell their stories. Dress professionally. We don't have to worry if we make a mistake because these are not live but just tapings and Elizabeth will edit them down into one-hour episodes, editing out any mistakes or non-credible sounding stuff. Still we should focus on sounding credible throughout so Elizabeth has as much material to work with as possible. Since we don't have any experts on this technology we're just going to discuss our personal experiences as victims. We'll appear on her show and discuss our targeting much as we do at the support meetings, on the conference calls, etc. You can choose whether or not you want to be on camera. Those who want to go public will be seated in front of the camera and those who wish to remain anonymous will be seated behind the camera so only their voices will be heard. One of the most complicated things the mind does is try to comprehend what other people are thinking. But the problem she researches is not what you might think -- not "why is it so hard to know other minds?" but: How is it so easy to know other minds? One snapshot of a stranger diving into the ocean or holding a baby allows you to guess what other people are thinking or feeling -- joy, or thrill. The brain, the machine we use to think, is made of the same pieces as other animals' brains are made of, and even sea slugs have them. But how is it that the particular network of pieces we humans in particular have allows us to think about other peoples' thoughts so easily? We have a special reasoning module called the right tempero-parietal junction that is what we use to think about other peoples' thoughts. How do we learn to predict actions? It takes time for human children to learn this ability. 5-year-olds can understand that other people have false beliefs. 3-year-olds don't understand this. The same goes for the ability to make moral judgment based on what is (or is not) known about peoples' intentions. But even in adulthood, people differ on this ability. Saxe tries to explain how these differences come about with fascinating experiments. Adults are given a version of the experiment given to the kids, involving a jar of sugar that is labeled "poison." People disagree about how much blame people should get when they do something intentionally wrong -- givng a co-worker sugar, but believing that the sugar is poison -- and doing something by accident -- giving people poison that they think is sugar -- that is wrong. Saxe wanted to know if we can change this function, and it turns out that we can. We can do so using a magnetic pulse to disorganize the function of the neurons in the region responsible for this type of thinking. The magnetic pulse, which is powerful enough to shoot a quarter into the air, causes an involuntary twitch in the hand when applied through the skull. When this pulse is applied to people who are making a moral judgment, people come to believe that accidents are less OK, and actions done with actual intent to harm is more OK. In a brief Q&A, Chris Anderson asked about the dangers of such technology. Is Saxe talking to the Pentagon about this technology? Saxe said, "They're calling, but I'm not talking to them." It's not any danger (yet), because there's no way for this technology to work without the person knowing that the brain interference is happening. Will this research make any impacts on education? Saxe says that is the hope. By exploring this field, we'll understand how human brains do distinctly human things. (rushholt.com) After years of examining CIA operations of dubious legality, an important member of the House intelligence committee is exploring an option that many in the intelligence community view with apprehension: a comprehensive investigation of all intelligence-community operations over years and perhaps even decades. The model is the famous Church and Pike committees of the 1970s, which exposed widespread CIA lawlessness; created the modern legal and congressional oversight structures for intelligence; and cleaved the history of the CIA into before- and after- periods. http://washingtonindependent.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/nationalsecurity.jpg Illustration by: Matt Mahurin Rep. Rush Holt (D-N.J.), a progressive who sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and chairs a special oversight panel that helps write the intelligence budget, has been increasingly comfortable talking about a new “Church committee.” He floated the idea in an interview with TWI on July 14, again to the Newark Star-Ledger the next day, and even attempted to discuss the Church committee’s precedents for congressional oversight with Lou Dobbs on CNN on July 20. “I’d like to see something on the scope of the Church committee,” Holt told TWI in a Friday phone interview. The congressman said that it had been a “few decades” since Congress took a comprehensive inquiry into the intelligence community’s impact on “the relationship between the individual and her or his government, as well as the role that the U.S. plays in other countries around the world, outside of declared military activities.” Holt said he did not have a concrete proposal prepared for the creation of such an investigation, and was at the stage of seeing what colleagues and members of the intelligence community made of such a move. “There’s agreement with the idea,” he said. “An awful lot of people have not really thought about how many unanswered questions there are or unresolved issues there are out there about how we do intelligence in the United States.” He declined to name any members of congress with whom he has discussed such an investigation, but said they were members of the House intelligence committee and the oversight panel he chairs. “Are we close to commissioning a study in the way I’m conceiving it? No, not yet,” he said. A House Republican aide, who requested anonymity, was unaware of Holt’s early feelers, raising questions about whether Holt’s envisioned inquiry would have Republican support. And a spokesman for Rep. Silvestre Reyes (D-Texas), the House intelligence committee chairman, did not return a request for comment. Many in the intelligence world and on the right view the committee investigations led by Sen. Frank Church (D-Idaho) and Rep. Otis Pike (D-N.Y.) as representing an apex of progressive congressional attempts to geld the intelligence community. Empaneled in response to a New York Times article by Seymour Hersh in 1974 reporting widespread surveillance of U.S. citizens, the investigations unearthed other abuses, such as repeated CIA assassination attempts on foreign heads of state. It resulted in the passage of laws like the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to prevent warrantless domestic surveillance and the creation of standing committees in Congress to oversee intelligence activities. Some conservatives view the investigations as an example of congressional overreach. “I think they undermined our capabilities in some respects,” former Vice President Dick Cheney told his biographer, Stephen F. Hayes. Holt said that he is “not talking about upsetting the applecart, I’m talking about analyzing the full applecart” of intelligence activities. He rejects the idea that such a comprehensive investigation necessarily entails eroding U.S. intelligence capabilities. “Is giving your kid a test in school an inhibition on his free learning?” Hold said. “Sure, there are some people who are happy to let intelligence agencies go about their business unexamined. But I think most people when they think about it will say that you will get better intelligence if the intelligence agencies don’t operate in an unexamined fashion.” But over the past several years, the intelligence committees and official commissions have peered into intelligence matters repeatedly. In 2002 and 2003, an unprecedented joint House-Senate intelligence committee investigation looked into intelligence work on al-Qaeda before the Sept. 11 attacks, work that the 9/11 Commission took as a point of departure. A panel created by the Bush administration examined intelligence work on weapons of mass destruction. The Senate intelligence committee, from 2004 to 2007, undertook a multi-tiered look at intelligence failures preceding the invasion of Iraq. At the moment, the Senate intelligence committee is conducting a study into the CIA’s interrogation and detention practices after 9/11, and the House intelligence committee on which Holt serves is examining recent revelations of a shuttered CIA program believed to be tied to strengthening assassinations capabilities. Holt said that such inquiries still left a host of unexamined activities. “There’s a lot to look at, [and] not just who told what to whom, or the treatment of detainees or [renditions], or interrogation, or domestic surveillance or national security letters or on and on and on,” he said. “Church looked at everything since the OSS,” referring to the Office of Strategic Services, the World War II-era predecessor of the CIA. “The recommendations of the Church committee, in large part, have been eroded, ignored or violated since then. The world situation has evolved, and the technologies, methodology and organizations of the intelligence community have evolved, [and] also the look back then, in a sense, has been forgotten by some.” Representatives from the CIA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence did not return messages seeking comment. Steven Aftergood, an intelligence policy analyst with the Federation of American Scientists, said that in some respects it was surprising that no one had proposed a Church committee-like investigation. “It’s the shoe that has not dropped yet,” Aftergood said. “The Church committee was established following a series of revelations of disturbing intelligence community activities. To a remarkable extent the series of events precipitating the Church committee has been replicated in recent months and years. The famous December 1974 Seymour Hersh front-page story in The New York Times talking about domestic surveillance [presaged] the December 2005 [James Risen and Eric Lichtblau] story in The New York Times about domestic surveillance.” Aftergood said that a new Church committee was “overdue,” and disputed the characterization of the 1970s congressional investigations as weakening U.S. intelligence. “While to some people in the intelligence business the name of Frank Church is a dirty word, it’s also true that the structures that emerged from the Church committee benefited intelligence by introducing stability and predictability into intelligence policy,” Aftergood said. “The idea that this was a disaster or an assault on intelligence is shortsighted to the point of misunderstanding. The Church committee yielded the framework that the U.S. intelligence community needed to grow and to regain at least in some measure the confidence of the public and the rest of the government.” Along those lines, Holt said that he’s heard representatives of the intelligence community say, in “breathtaking honesty and self-awareness,” that a thorough investigation might enable them to better do their jobs. “In a representative democracy, there is a very important role for the legislative branch to help the CIA and the intelligence community determine and understand their proper role and give them the tools and the latitude to carry out” lawful intelligence activities. I just thought you all would like to see this. I didn't find a listing for the electronic harassment/torture that we are familiar with. 1. Organized Stalking A system of organized psychological terror tactics used against a person who has become an enemy of an individual or a government. Subtle but effective techniques of stalking by multiple individuals and psychological intimidation and manipulation are used to slowly but surely drive the target to make complaints to authorities who will see the complaints as bogus because of the methods used against the target. As a result, the target gets labelled as mentally ill. There are as many stalking tactics as there are targets as the multistalkers will tailor the stalking to the individuals habits and individual personality. Some common examples or organized stalking are: following the target on foot, by car and public transportation, crowding the target's space in a public place, murmuring insults under the breath so only the target can hear, sitting in the car outside the target's residence, starting "fights" in public with the target, doing "skits" on the street which involves information only the target should know but has been found out via surveillance of the target, stealing and vandalism of the target's possesions. 2. Organized Stalking “Organized Stalking is a form of terrorism used against an individual in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a persons life so they will: have a nervous break-down, become incarcerated, institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional, or physical pain, become homeless, and/or commit suicide. This is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror and general harassment. It is a “ganging up” by members of the community who follow an organizer and participate in a systematic “terrorizing” of an individual.” -Mark M. Rich Organized stalking is a crime against humanity. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows: Section A. Chapter 537, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 537.043, to read as follows: 537.043. 1. As used in this section, the following terms shall mean: (1) "Identification device", any item, application, or product that is passively or actively capable of transmitting personal information, including but not limited to, devices using radio frequency technology or any electronic device used to track, harass, or download information without permission; (2) "Person", an individual, business association, partnership, limited partnership, corporation, limited liability company, trust, estate, cooperative association, or other entity; (3) "Personal information" , includes any of the following data elements to the extent they are used alone or in conjunction with any other information used to identify an individual: (a) E-mail, internet protocol, or web site address; (b) Date of birth; (c) Driver's license number or Missouri identification card number; (d) Any unique personal identifier number contained or encoded on a driver's license or identification card issued; (e) Bank, credit card, or other financial institution account number; (f) Any unique personal identifier contained or encoded on a health insurance, health benefit, or benefit card or record issued in conjunction with any government-supporte d aid program; (g) Religion; (h) Ethnicity or nationality; (i) Photograph; (j) Fingerprint or other biometric identifier; (k) Social Security number; (l) Any other unique personal identifier; (4) "Require, coerce, or compel", includes physical violence, threat, intimidation, retaliation, the conditioning of any private or public benefit or care on consent to implantation, including employment, promotion, or other employment benefit, or by any means that causes a reasonable person of ordinary susceptibilities to acquiesce to implantation when he or she otherwise would not, but does not include legitimate medical uses for which the patient or his or her guardian or parent has consented; (5) "Subcutaneous" , existing, performed, or introduced under or on the skin. 2. A person shall not require, coerce, or compel any other individual to undergo the subcutaneous implanting of an identification device. 3. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 2 of this section may be assessed an initial civil penalty of no more than ten thousand dollars and no more than one thousand dollars for each day the violation continues until the deficiency is corrected. That civil penalty may be assessed and recovered in a civil action brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. The court may also grant a prevailing plaintiff reasonable attorney's fees and litigation costs, including but not limited to, expert witness fees and expenses as part of the costs. 4. A person who is implanted with a subcutaneous identification device in violation of the provisions of subsection 2 of this section may bring a civil action for actual damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief, any combination of those, or any other appropriate relief. 5. Additionally, punitive damages may also be awarded upon proof of the defendant's malice, oppression, fraud, or duress in requiring, coercing, or compelling the plaintiff to undergo the subcutaneous implanting of an identification device. 6. An action brought under this section shall be commenced within three years of the date upon which the identification device was implanted. 7. If the victim was an incompetent, a dependent adult, or minor when the implantation occurred, actions brought under this section shall be commenced within three years after the date the plaintiff, or his or her guardian or parent, discovered or reasonably should have discovered the implant, or within eight years after the plaintiff attains the age of majority, whichever date occurs later. 8. The statute of limitations shall not run against an incompetent, a dependent adult, or minor plaintiff simply because a guardian ad litem has been appointed. A guardian ad litem's failure to bring a plaintiff's action within the applicable limitation period will not prejudice the plaintiff's right to do so. 9. A defendant is estopped from asserting a defense of the statute of limitations when the expiration of the statute is due to conduct by the defendant inducing the plaintiff to delay the filing of the action, or due to threats made by the defendant causing duress upon the plaintiff. 10. For purposes of implantation only, any interested person may file a petition for an order or judgment declaring an incompetent or minor free from the control of a parent or guardian who is requiring or preventing implantation of an identification device. The court shall consider that petition in light of applicable law with respect to the best interests of the incompetent or minor. 11. Any restitution paid by the defendant to the victim shall be credited against any judgment, award, or settlement obtained under this section. 12. The provisions of this section shall be liberally construed so as to protect privacy and bodily integrity. 13. Actions brought under this section are independent of any other actions, remedies, or procedures that may be available to an aggrieved party under any other law. 14. The provisions of this section shall not in any way modify existing statutory or case law regarding the rights of parents or guardians, the rights of children or minors, or the rights of dependent adults. (15) A suggestion letter from Bob Levin on how to explain explain DEW and COINTELPRO to your doctor Dear Dr. A Maria has a number of problems for which she needs treatment, but when she sees you, she is not given time to discuss them. You examine her and then leave before she can discuss her medical problems with you. I have thus called your office to explain her needs to your assistants, but they say that she must discuss them with you. Since she is not given time to discuss her needs with you during an office visit, she is getting no medical treatment for some of her urgent needs. I will thus list and attempt to explain her medical needs here. Please take time to discuss them with her and arrange for necessary treatment. 1. Mammogram Maria has a lump in her breast, which you detected on examination at her last visit. You ordered a mammogram, but she was unable to get a routine mammogram because she had a previous mammogram in March. She needs an order for a diagnostic mammogram. When I requested this from your assistant, I was told that you did not find a lump and thus could not order a diagnostic mammogram. Maria can feel a lump. She thus should have an order for a diagnostic mammogram. Maria is at extreme risk of cancer as the result of long term, continuous exposure to electromagnetic energy produced by attacks from directed energy weapons in long term experiments being conducted on her without her consent. 2. Gastroenterologist referral In my letter to you of June 1, I explained that since her abdominal surgery, Maria has remained very ill. She can eat very little. She has lost a great deal of weight. She has symptoms of very serious gastrointestinal problems, but she has been unable to get any diagnosis and appropriate treatment. She is gravely concerned about her present condition. She needs a referral to a gastroenterologist. Meanwhile, she needs anti-spasmodic medication. 3. Medical reports We have been trying for months to get the medical report of surgery in April by Dr. B. Your assistant said that you had not received this report from Dr. B after his office said that they had sent it to you twice. After they sent it the third time, you assistant told me twice that she would mail a copy to Maria, but we have not received it. She would like to get a copy of this report when she is at your office today. Maria requested that each of her previous doctors forward her medical records to you. She sent them the signed form provided by ABC HMO for transfer of medical records, but you told her that you have received no medical records. What else can we do to get records if the offices do not respond to written requests and to phone calls? Maria particularly wants to see the reports of two surgeries by Dr. B; the report of the last mammogram; and blood tests showing that she is anemic. 4. Pain caused by electromagnetic attacks Maria and I are both under continuous attack by electromagnetic directed energy weapons (DEW). We have no way of stopping these attacks since we have no way of proving who is responsible for them. We are in touch with hundreds of other people who share this same experience. The electromagnetic attacks greatly aggravate Maria’s arthritis condition. Her knees are badly swollen. She is almost unable to use her hands at times. She suffers extreme pain from the combination of arthritis and electromagnetic attacks. Dr. C prescribed Tylenol with codeine #4, two per day. Vicodin is also effective. You have prescribed a milder medication, 40 per month. Your prescription is not at all adequate to control Maria's pain. She needs stronger pain medication, not just for normal arthritis pain but for the torture of constant electromagnetic attacks. You have prescribed a medication, which your assistant said could be used as both a tranquilizer and sleeping medication. It makes Maria too sleepy to use it during the day to control stress. She needs something like Valium to deal with stress without making her sleepy. She needs a separate sleeping medication to try to get her through the night. She asked for tranquilizers to help her deal with daily stress, but she needs more than tranquilizers to help her cope with a life of continuous torture. She should also be given an anti-depressant. Physicians, who don't believe the proven truth about these government agency crimes, suggest psychiatric treatment, assuming the problems are only imaginary, but they won't take the time to look at evidence offered by a patient to prove that what is happening today perfectly matches the proven truth of past government agency crimes. They simply close their mind to provable truth and let their patients suffer the consequences of their ignorance on this subject and their choice to close their minds to the past proven truth. I hope that your mind is open to proof of truth. The demonstration of the European victims against the abuse of psychophysical weapons in the German city of Ettlingen took place in front of the building where an international conference for "Non-lethal Weapons" was being held . This conference took place from 11th to 13th May, 2009. For the past 20 years many innocent citizens have been constantly subjected to physical and mental torture, inflicted upon them by the use of electromagnetic weapons, causing them great distress and pain. These appalling weapons are implemented together with the use of special cameras through the citizens' own walls and windows . In many cases these psycho-physical weapons have resulted in death. Weapons of this type have long been developing and have never been subjected to any form of legal control whatsoever . Psychophysical weapons influence both the body, mind and psyche of a person, resulting in the disturbance of the thought process, of the emotional state and behaviour but also causing damage to health and, in some cases, leading to cardiac arrest. These weapons are used covertly and from a distance, thus enabling the perpetrators of the military and the secret services to torture and kill people without any restrictions and going unnoticed by any witness. We demonstrated for the second time in Ettlingen against the abuse of psychophysical weapons on innocent citizens. We printed leaflets in three languages for our demonstration and had accordingly written posters in advance. Here are the various slogans: 1. Governments worldwide are just incapable of combating electromagnetic terror! 2.You might also become a victim! 3.Stop psycho-experiments on innocent human beings immediately! . 4.Abusive irradiating technologies used on citizens! 5.We demand the prohibition of any control of human subconsciousness! 6. Wake up if you don't want to become a slave ! 7. Non-lethal weapons are killing in installments! 8. Homicidal mania = terror staged with non-lethal weapons 9. Psychotronic weapons kill both body, mind and soul! 10. The war of the Secret Services against the population ! 11. Truth and justice are murdered with psychophysical weapons ! 12. Physical injury, harassment and murder with electronic weapons =criminal offence Activist-victims from Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Finland, USA and Switzerland and also some inhabitants of Ettlingen came to the demonstration to support and help us. Dr. Rauni Kilde, former Health Minister of Lapland (Finland) and a prominent pioneer in the field also came to the demonstration to support us and took part in the Ettlingen press conference. She offered us her total support and was most appreciative of being invited to our demonstration and press conference.Our press conference was held at the Erbprinzen Hotel on May 11th, 2009 from 7 p.m to 12 midnight. Carl Clark, England We had some important and useful discussions with journalists, scientists, and psychologists, this time. We also had the chance to meet the journalist from the Ettlingen local newspaper and to inform him about the inhuman torture and radiation stress which most victims are going through. The press showed the greatest interest in our event. This is why Klaus Müller from the local newspaper BNN has written an article about our demonstration but again, as usual, it has been completely wrong ! Our demonstration went smoothly for two days, passers-by and Ettlingen city dwellers gave us a warm welcome. We managed to hand out many info-leaflets and to inform passers-by about the secret torture on innocent citizens in Germany and all over the world. Most people reacted with great alarm. The "TV.SECRET "program from Stuttgart was also present at our press conference in Ettlingen. The 21 demonstrators' main objective was to draw the attention of the inhabitants of Ettlingen. I'm not claiming my sample letter below is any "great shakes." However, I am sending it out to demonstrate that it is possible to sanely request a new Congressional investigation into COINTELPRO-like activity WITHOUT claiming "government agents are after us." This can be accomplished without making any unsupported claims. My letter suggests but does not claim that government agents may be involved in COINTELPRO-like activity. I support Bob S's wish for Congressional investigation, and I hope Derrick's group might consider petitioning for that as well. (The thing I don't support is stating we are, as fact, being targeted by government agents without evidence.) I'd be delighted to see a letter like the one below sent en masse to U.S. federal legislators: Eleanor White Sample letter Hon. : This is to request that you support a re-opening of the COINTEPRO hearings, which ended three decades ago without any protections for U.S. citizens against government, or government-directed harassment. In that intervening time period, at least hundreds of American citizens have been reporting harassment activities against them which (a) are strikingly similar to COINTELPRO operations and (b) involve the co-operation of agencies and regulated corporations which would require the authority and cover of a major government law enforcement agency to carry out with impunity. Examples are the frequent disruptions of postal mail and telecommunications, as well as entry to targets' homes while the target is out. Just as during the COINTELPRO operations. This activity long preceded the USA PATRIOT Act and cannot be written off as "anti terrorist" operations under that law. There are some whistleblowers and activists among the targets, just as with COINTELPRO. Law enforcement agencies at all levels repeatedly tell those reporting these harassment operations that they must "have evidence" in order for law enforcement to act. This is an impossibility in the case of COINTELPRO-like operations, as citizens do not have access to classified or law-enforcement-sensitive information. Only legislative bodies can produce the needed evidence. Congress is the only government body with a mandate to represent the citizens, and, which has the authority sufficient to force disclosure of COINTELPRO-like activities. Therefore, we petition you to work towards opening a new investigation into the allegations of those being targeted. You will remember that Cynthia McKinney submitted House Resolution 1026 of 2006 to bring this about. This is a very much needed action on the part of Congress and is desired by individuals in many different walks of life. There are professionals in a diversity of fields within the targeted community who can provide detailed and articulate testimony. Please consider scheduling a meeting with the targets of current-day COINTELPRO-like harassment activity to assist with your decision to offer support for hearings, or provide the contact information for a staff member who will collect and summarize other letters received on this subject and liase with targets. It is time to provide citizens with a legal remedy for covert, COINTELPRO-like harassment, something left undone for over three decades now.
