I thought I could hear someone going through my bins again neigbours are perps unfortunately so spend their lives very much at home in the bins of upright decent people.

Fermented Foods are Foods For Freedom.
They are "self regenerating" Once you learn how to use them they can be kept regenerating indefinately. There. Is a store in the usa which has sold fermented food from a original culture their store assistants or owners Fermented over 100 years ago. Think what you save on buying other foods ?
And just how much better fermented foods are due to the high levels of very good bacterias which help us.

Though I have been "rewarded" during my early 20,s with some unusual experiences it has always been obvious the point of being implanted was to take physical control when they wanted too.
