Now I know why there is a yellow big van in front of my the street!!! because is where hides the big pig who is surveillance me and who is managing my street theater!!!! Lethal Technology in Criminal Hands

“End the Torment!” were the words scratched onto Aaron Alexis’ Remington 870 shotgun during the September 16, 2013 massacre that left 12 innocent people and the shooter dead at the Washington Navy Yard. A little more than a month prior to that tragic event, on the morning of August 7, 2013, 34-year old Alexis called the Newport, Rhode Island police and reported being stalked and assaulted in his hotel room. He told responding officers he felt threatened and had moved to three different hotels in the Newport area to escape the tormentors. He believed they were assaulting him from adjacent hotel rooms using some type of “microwave machine.” He was feeling “vibrations through his body” and “hearing voices” that would not allow him to sleep. On September 1, 2013, Alexis emailed a support group, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance, and said, “Need assistance on dealing with the direct energy attacks!!” Alexis believed he was under technological attack.
Seventeen days after the Alexis incident, on October 3, 2013, Miriam Carey, a 34-year old dental hygienist from Stamford, Connecticut, drove to the White House with her 13-month old daughter and was shot and killed near the Capitol after fleeing a White House checkpoint. According to multiple 911 calls to the Stamford Police Department in November and December 2012, Carey believed she was being stalked and videotaped in her condo. She also believed President Obama was communicating with her and had put her residence under electronic surveillance. Miriam Carey was also hearing voices. Less than a year later, something caused her to drive 270 miles to the White House on that fateful October day.
Investigating officials and the media immediately suggested both tragedies were the result of mental illness. I do not believe that to be the case. I believe criminals with access to lethal technology pushed Alexis and Carey over the edge with complete disregard for innocent lives. To my knowledge, that possibility was never thoroughly investigated.
Thousands of people across the country are “hearing voices.” Many think they are being targeted by satellite technology capable of reading their thoughts, transmitting sounds and voices directly into their brains, and physically assaulting them with microwave energy. This technology is impossible to comprehend without experiencing it. Most people, including law enforcement, the media and the mental health profession, seem to be completely oblivious to this critical situation.
Victims experience something similar to having harassing talk-radio beamed directly into their brains 24/7 with no control over its content or volume. It is an extremely severe form of psychological torture that incapacitates people and destroys lives. Microwave energy is used to physically torture victims by creating pains on their bodies and in their ears, brains and internal organs. Through this physical and psychological torture, they push people to suicide and violence and put innocent lives at risk in the process.
These criminals violate an untold number of existing and yet to be defined laws, trample our Constitutional rights, reject international conventions and ignore every principle of human dignity and privacy. This is domestic terrorism, torture and a “crime against humanity”, and could ultimately prove to be one of the largest crimes in U.S. history.
Technology of this magnitude was likely developed over decades at enormous cost by the U.S. government. The government would presumably secure this technology, understanding its power to become a “technological nuclear bomb.” If obtained by a hostile government or terrorists, it could be used against anyone, including our own leaders, and could pose a serious national security threat.
The U.S. military has been researching microwave technology and possible applications, including “microwave hearing”, for decades. Simple microwave communication was possible 40 years ago. A 1975 article in American Psychologist titled “Microwaves and Behavior” by Don Justesen stated “appropriate modulation of microwave energy can result in direct ‘wireless’ and ‘receiverless’ communication of speech.”
A 1998 Department of the Army report “Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons”, declassified in 2006, states, “Application of microwave hearing technology could facilitate a private message transmission. It may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology. Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly heard voices within one’s head.”
A quick internet search for “mind-reading technology” listed articles from The Economist, NPR, Huffington Post, Scientific American, Wired, Newsmax, Detroit Free Press, and The Guardian, among others. All speak to neuroscientists’ ability to decode human thought by analyzing brain activity. Non-verbal speech and lie detection are just two of the identified uses. Topics such as brain-computer interface, brain imaging, electrocorticography (ECoG), functional MRI (fMRI), and synthetic telepathy are also discussed. Mind-reading technology clearly exists, and according to numerous accounts, it has advanced well beyond what is publicly known.
I know this to be the case. Before sharing my personal story, I want to provide a quick overview of my background. I am 48 years old and have owned my own real estate investment and development business in the Denver area since 2001. Prior to starting my own business, I worked for Wall Street investment banks in Houston, Los Angeles and New York for roughly a decade. In my last position, I managed a $100 million real estate fund for Daiwa Securities in New York.
I was an All-State baseball player in high school and an Academic All-American at the University of Texas. I was drafted by the Texas Rangers and played one season of minor league baseball before starting my business career. I have never been involved in any criminal activity and have never used illegal drugs. My personal relationships and business career were built on trust and integrity.
I do not have the benefit of fully understanding many of the things discussed in this paper, however, I have tried to present the following account as honestly and accurately as possible. While I will certainly gain additional clarity as the situation evolves, this paper is completely true and factual with respect to what I know today.
I have been an organized stalking victim since early 2005, although I did not discover the term until about a year and a half ago. I have been followed, monitored and harassed and have experienced multiple acts of vandalism, break-ins and theft. The crimes have occurred throughout Colorado and in several other states. The stalkers have completely stolen my privacy, and for many years, created a constant state of fear and anxiety. The impact on my life and psyche has been extremely severe.
Like many organized stalking victims, I still do not know who is responsible or why I was targeted, but a large, coordinated, well-funded group is involved. I have contacted local law enforcement and the FBI, yet the stalking and harassment continued. In fact, things escalated last year.
In the spring of 2013, I started hearing unusual noises on my property, such as banging, clanking and clicking sounds in the attic and around the house, and what sounded like people walking on the roof and in the attic. I also heard moaning and groaning sex sounds. At first, I thought someone had installed some type of hidden audio system in the walls and ceiling to bring the harassment campaign into my bedroom. I could not make sense of it. Shortly thereafter, I began “hearing voices.”
The perpetrators kept me from sleeping by creating noises, narrating false dialogue and scenarios, subjecting me to all-night intense interrogations, and tormenting me with pains caused by microwave energy. They wanted to completely break me down physically and emotionally and make me believe my life was constantly in danger. They narrated fake shooting scenes, hideous rapes and countless other threatening scenarios.
For several months, they said there were former Navy SEALs hiding out on my 70-acre, densely wooded property. Just before daybreak in early August 2013, after one of the all-night interrogation sessions, I felt a tingling sensation on the back of my head while lying in bed. A voice said it was a rifle scope locked on my head from outside the house. He told me to “get out of bed, now, now!” I thought I was under attack. I grabbed my shotgun and headed to the basement.
While sitting on the basement steps with the shotgun on my lap, I heard what sounded like several volleys of assault rifle fire coming from the dense scrub oak beyond the driveway. Shortly after the gunfire, the voice said a renegade SEAL had moved out of the brush, down to the front porch, and was going to kick in the front door. They told me to “shoot the wall, shoot the wall, shoot now!” Fortunately, I did not shoot, and shortly thereafter the voices said they had gotten “control of the situation.” While this scenario felt life-threatening at the time, I now know it was one of their many attempts to scare and provoke me.
They changed the dialogue and narrative to fit my surroundings at three houses in Colorado, my mom’s and brother’s houses in Oklahoma and a friend’s apartment in Texas. While staying at each location, fictitious voices and scenarios were used, involving six different sets of neighbors. In each instance, the neighbors were supposedly creating the threatening dialogue and assaulting me with “microwave energy.” Their intent was to provoke me to confront innocent people and to cause me to make unprovable claims to family, friends and law enforcement. This is how the technology is used to destroy victims’ credibility and make them appear disconnected with reality and mentally unstable.
My Douglas County neighbors were supposedly ex-CIA and former Navy intelligence and coordinated the torture campaign on my property. From their backgrounds, they had access to “electromagnetic weapons”, “microwave weapons” and “ultrasound weapons.” They suggested a prominent Coloradan, allegedly involved in narcotics trafficking, paid my neighbors “$500,000” to conduct this campaign with the complicity of a senior FBI official. They said they wanted to destroy my credibility, create an “actionable event” and “push me to suicide” for “making too much noise” regarding the Colorado system.
At my dad’s house, it was supposedly his neighbor “across the courtyard” and someone “in the field” adjacent to his house assaulting me with energy. At my mountain home, it was a neighbor living in a house behind mine who was responsible for the “electromagnetic weapon” assault.
Shortly after arriving at my mom’s house in mid-October 2013, they started a threatening dialogue using a voice that was supposed to be her next door neighbor. He was an “eighth degree black belt in taekwondo” and was threatening to “kick in the front door” to get us. They continued depriving me of sleep with computerized interrogation programs “jointly controlled by the FBI and Warren Buffett’s satellite operators.”
The Tulsa FBI supposedly had a surveillance team staying in a house across the pond from my mom’s house. They were hitting me with “electromagnetic weapons” and “microwave weapons” and creating the pains on my body while I was trying to sleep. When my dog developed a hot spot on his tail, they said it was caused by an “FBI agent tasering him.” A powerful laser beam or “satellite death ray” created the pressure on my heart and the stinging in my eyes, and according to their threats, could “pierce my heart or blind me.” They said it was responsible for numerous reported heart attacks.
While sitting on my brother’s lake house deck with my mom, they created a sharp pain in the middle of my chest and said they were hitting me with an “electromagnetic weapon” from a mile or so across the lake. They claimed it was a “military weapon that can stop a person’s heart from seven miles away.”
At my friend’s apartment in Dallas, her upstairs neighbor was a “confidential informant for the FBI” and involved in this multi-state plot to torment me. He and his son were supposedly “video recording us through the ceiling”, making the constant lewd remarks and assaulting my dog and me with an “electromagnetic weapon.” They obviously wanted me to believe there were co-conspirators in every state, city and neighborhood who would keep me from ever finding peace.
Many other victims report being assaulted by energy weapons. To my knowledge, none of these weapons have ever been found and no one has been arrested in connection with this type of assault. Yes, we are being assaulted by microwave energy, but it is being done remotely via satellite. These attacks do not require a local, neighborhood presence. A relatively small number of individuals are likely sitting in secure facilities, targeting people across the country. This is more efficient and allows them to operate in secrecy.
Over time, the intense all-night interrogation/torture campaign began to transition to some meaningful dialogue. They said I had been connected to a satellite surveillance system, controlled by a highly sophisticated computer network. The computer contains extensive information and voice-replication capabilities for many people, including family, friends, neighbors and business and personal contacts. This information and the emulated voices are used to create fictitious dialogue and scenarios customized for targets’ specific relationships, circumstances and surroundings. The system operators are essentially voice actors, narrating radio skits to humiliate, intimidate, threaten and provoke victims.
The operators have also used the names and voices of prominent individuals such as President Obama, former President George W. Bush, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Governor Hickenlooper, Phil Anschutz, Christian Anschutz and Pete Coors. Some of these names have been mentioned hundreds of times over the past year.
Over the past year, many different explanations have been given for my predicament. Some are as follows. It all started due to a “pay to play” extortion scheme by certain members of the Colorado real estate community. They were trying to collect payment prior to closing my first big deal in Colorado in June 2005. The organized stalking campaign has been conducted by members of the massive Homeland Security apparatus with ties to organized crime and a government control system. I was put on some type of Homeland Security “watch list” for punitive reasons by a powerful person within the system.
They talked extensively about a “sex system” in which women are compensated for providing sexual services with “drugs and drug money” and “sex credits”, and a “pay system” controlled by the “New York mafia.” Both offer financial rewards and “personal protection.” They have said I was required to pay an amount ranging from “$500,000” to “$10 million” or “earn my way by participating in the sex system.” The long stalking/torture campaign supposedly resulted from being “out of sync with the system” and “making too much noise.”
For months, the perpetrators said I was connected to a “satellite communication network” through an “implanted microchip.” However, they could never identify the specific type or exact location of this microchip. Google/Motorola supposedly manufactured it. Initially, they said it was a “synthetic telepathy microchip” implanted by a former business colleague “in the back of my neck.” After nothing was identified on a neck x-ray, they changed their story and said the chip was implanted “in my upper back between the shoulder blades.” They also said it might be a “cochlear implant” or possibly tiny “nanochips in my inner ear.” Their final narrative suggested it was a “modified VeriChip, secretly manufactured for the CIA, implanted in my shoulder.” Their narrative continually changed and the mysterious microchip kept moving around in my body. Needless to say, I never found a microchip.
The microchip narrative seems to be prevalent with targeted individuals. The perpetrators take advantage of the fact this technology is easier to accept with an implanted device. For a long time, they were able to convince me a microchip was required to track, monitor and communicate with me everywhere - residences, office buildings, the mall, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and fields, and on roads and highways driving across three states. The connection is unfortunately stronger and much more reliable than my cell phone. While the volume has been adjusted frequently, the connection has never faltered.
I am now convinced microchips are not involved. The microchip narrative would require a manufacturer, national distribution and a highly risky, covert, implantation campaign. It would also require a large medical and mental health conspiracy to block their discovery. With thousands of people picking up microwave communication, no one is finding microchips.
Actually that is not entirely true. I was able to find information on two people who found implanted microchips – James Walbert in Wichita, Kansas and Bob Boyce in Blue Ridge, Georgia. I was unable to confirm if either of them had been hearing communication or if their microchip removals stopped it.
To my knowledge, the only microchip approved for human implantation is the VeriChip. It is used for accessing patients’ medical records. According to VeriTeq, the successor entity, there are no facilities offering their microchips or scanners in Colorado. I do not think Veriteq or anyone else is involved in a massive government conspiracy to have everyone implanted with microchips.
The microchip narrative is part of a vast disinformation campaign. It distracts, discredits and discourages victims who are unable to locate an implanted device. MRIs, CT scans and X-rays are expensive. Many targeted individuals cannot afford to scan their entire body searching for a microchip. Those creating the microchip narratives know this.
For those questioning how “voices” can push someone over the edge, this is important. The people controlling this technology are highly believable at first. They break victims down through sleep deprivation and intense physical and psychological torture. Exhausted, disoriented and just trying to survive the torture, victims are extremely vulnerable to anything, including false narratives, that might offer an explanation for their unimaginable pain and suffering. I experienced it firsthand. Fortunately, I made it through the initial onslaught, and by doing so, became conditioned to these tactics.
It is also important to note that sleep deprivation is a very serious form of physical and psychological torture banned by the Constitution, the United Nations, the Geneva Conventions and the International Criminal Court. It has been used as an interrogation, torture technique throughout history to break people down and extract information.
Menachem Begin, former Israeli prime minister, was sleep deprived and tortured by the KGB. In his book, White Nights: The Story of a Prisoner in Russia, he states, “In the head of the interrogated prisoner, a haze begins to form. His spirit is wearied to death, his legs are unsteady, and he has one sole desire: to sleep...Anyone who has experienced this desire knows that not even hunger and thirst are comparable with it.”
Victims of technological assault are not just having a tough time sleeping. They are being brutally tortured through sleep deprivation.
The perpetrators have indicated the connection to my brain not only allows them to read my thoughts, but also literally see what I see. As you would expect, this has completely destroyed my sense of privacy and made it impossible to lead a normal life. They have made thousands of lewd, derogatory and insulting remarks while in the restroom or taking a shower, lying in bed at night, and even during times of intimacy. It has included comments about my genitalia, my sex life, masturbation and my most private thoughts. They have also repeated passwords and pin codes, discussed medical information, and monitored and recorded my business and personal activities.
The privacy violations are truly unimaginable. Some refer to this unauthorized, forced access into peoples’ brains as “mind rape.” This term describes the egregiousness of the violation, yet the law does not even contemplate this despicable crime.
These cowardly criminals have continually told me they want me to commit suicide, and have tried every tactic at their disposal to see if they could push me to that point. After months of torture, they now acknowledge suicide is not a possibility.
They can supposedly determine peoples’ susceptibility to suicide or violence from their thoughts. They have claimed, seemingly without remorse, that they have caused thousands of suicides. Whether true or not, they have also said this technology was used against Aaron Alexis and Miriam Carey.
In addition to communication, many victims also experience physical symptoms from microwave assault. I have personally experienced the following: feeling something similar to a mild electrical current on my head and body, loud ear ringing, intense pressure on my ear drums, shaking, vibrating sensations, eye stinging, un-flushable eye irritation, severe eye strain and red, swollen eyelids, pains on and in the brain, sharp stomach pains, upset stomach, chest pains, heart palpitations, inexplicable shortness of breath, stinging, burning, tingling and pin-prick sensations all over my body, uncontrollable itches, scratchy throat, severe chills, dehydration, frequent urination, constant nasal drain, and penis stimulation/de-stimulation.
It is not clear if the physical symptoms are caused by energy being directed at specific areas of the body or by the technology’s interaction with the brain. The perpetrators create and adjust the intensity of these symptoms and have remarked and even joked about doing so. For months, the perpetrators constantly tormented me with physical pains and sensations while leaving a computer bouncing interrogation programs off my brain all night, completely depriving me of sleep. This is a severe form of torture.
I have felt extremely intense pressure on my internal organs, as if they were going to explode, while they talked about “cranking up the energy.” The pain was severe enough to push me out of the house several times. I experienced eye irritation comparable to having dirt in my eyes, but was unable to wash it out. They bragged about “eye irritation” being one of the “functions.” They put extreme pressure on my inner ears and talked about “blowing out my eardrums.” They can somehow make it difficult to get an erection and have threatened to cause permanent erectile dysfunction. They even applied severe pressure on my heart that could have been mistaken for a heart attack under different circumstances. They wanted me to believe they could pierce my heart and kill me at any time.
During nights of constant chatter and microwave bombardment, I urinated excessively (10-15 times over an eight-hour period), became dehydrated and experienced severe chills. I wore sweat pants, a fleece top, socks and a stocking hat to bed many nights, yet shivered uncontrollably. This was not caused by auditory hallucinations. It was caused by intense microwave exposure.
The U.S. government has studied the health effects of microwave irradiation for at least half a century. Starting in the 1950’s, the U.S. Embassy in Moscow was subjected to Soviet microwave bombardment during much of the cold war. While a detailed medical discussion is beyond the scope of this paper, it is important to note that microwave exposure can cause numerous health issues, including brain cancer, leukemia, strokes, heart disease, immune system disorders, infertility, birth defects, vision problems, cataracts, headaches, insomnia, depression and anxiety.
They have maintained a constant microwave connection to my brain for the past year with absolute disregard for the health consequences. Presumably, this is the case with countless other victims. American citizens are being invisibly assaulted by a very dangerous weapon and nobody is paying attention.
Once an individual’s connection has been established, the physical symptoms can be induced without sound or communication - on “mute” so to speak. If true, it would allow them to create headaches, tinnitus, erectile dysfunction, depression, anxiety and other pains and ailments, and even simulate heart attacks, completely undetected. There are likely many individuals who have never heard a sound or voice, and are therefore, completely unaware they have been targeted. That significantly changes the scope of the problem.
The computer that controls the link can read my mind and respond with instantaneous dialogue based upon my thoughts. It is constantly collecting information from my brain. The technology enables the operators to determine whether or not someone is telling the truth. This would obviously be extremely valuable in the interrogation of criminals and terrorists, which might be the rationale under which it was developed. However, there are obvious constitutional issues that must be addressed before using this technology on the most dangerous criminals, let alone law-abiding citizens.
The operators can push, or “suggest” as they call it, words, thoughts and images into peoples’ brains. Some refer to this as “mind control.” At times, they direct unwanted sexual images and uncomfortable thoughts into my mind, often with laughter in the background. However, they also suggest various foods, activities and other things that serve as reminders. From my experience, it is not “mind control”, because I am able to choose whether or not to accept the suggestions.
During some days, the dialogue has been nearly continuous, with computerized voices responding to or commenting on virtually every thought and activity. On other days, it has been relatively quiet. The volume can be adjusted from silent to loud and clear. I have recorded many hours of communication by repeating what I am hearing verbatim. The pace of the communication is much slower than normal conversation, with gaps between words or sentences, presumably due to satellite transmission delays.
The system lingo includes phrases such as “young whippersnapper”, “since I was knee-high to a grasshopper”, “bunch of big mother fuckers running around”, “don’t get above your raisin”, “kick your teeth down your fucking throat”, “on the planet”, “in the universe”, “put a gun in that pretty little face”, “since time immemorial”, “thrown under a bus”, “that’s unbelievable testimony”, “in my entire human existence”, and “I’m not your best friend but I’m not your worst enemy.” These are not phrases I have ever used.
Whoever runs the system has somehow justified having multiple people tied into my connection 24/7 since it was established. They sound like intelligent, educated professionals, not uneducated criminals. The communication is articulate and often includes witty, impromptu remarks. While they occasionally use female voices, I believe they are all men. As ridiculous as it sounds, they actually correct my grammar and offer personal and business advice. The people and the crimes seem incongruent. Some of them acknowledge this and say they want to expose it.
They have said they are a small group of six-figure, NSA, CIA and FBI employees with top secret clearance. They supposedly represent the pay and sex systems and execute various assignments for system big shots. One can imagine the ways in which the technology is being used – political blackmail, intellectual property theft, insider trading, etc.
My energy and level of distraction fluctuates with the amount and volume of communication. I have had difficulty working, or even reading or watching a movie, since the communication began. My ability to run a business or to enjoy two of my favorite activities has been taken away. It has had a profound impact on every aspect of my life. For many victims, earning a living or leading a normal life becomes virtually impossible. Sadly, this is the intent.
The satellite operators have stopped transmission briefly on several occasions causing unbelievable, instantaneous relief. I have felt the pressure and strain immediately wash from my head, face and neck as the microwave energy dissipates. I could literally feel the energy draining from my head. The best analogy is the cooling sensation when stepping out of a sauna.
People that report being stalked and monitored or “hearing voices” are often diagnosed with mental illness. Unfortunately, there is not yet another widely accepted explanation. Technology of this magnitude is extremely difficult to comprehend and there is currently very little credible, publicly available information.
We very much need the assistance of the mental health profession. They are the only ones with access to decades of specific patient experiences. I have not yet found anything that summarizes or analyzes these records to determine if there might be patterns or trends associated with people “hearing voices.” How many patients who have become part of the mental health system, voluntarily or otherwise, are victims of organized stalking or technological assault? The mental health profession may hold the “smoking gun.”
Many questions need to be raised. What messages are patients hearing? Are they derogatory or threatening? Do victims feel they are being stalked or monitored? How many voices do they hear? How long do they hear them? Does the volume change? Are physical pains and sensations experienced? Do they think some type of energy may be involved? Do the voices sound computerized? Are unique words or phrases used? Do they hear famous peoples’ voices? Is the pace of communication conversational or are there gaps and delays? Do they believe their minds or thoughts are being read? Is there a focus on topics that make them feel guilty or uncomfortable? How often are they told to commit suicide or harm others? How often do medications work? Is it possible medications provide cover to stop the communication?
To my knowledge, the only possible defense against this assault is to block microwave transmission. Protective clothing and homemade Faraday cages will not work. Advanced materials and professional construction are required. A few companies that could potentially construct such a facility are ETS Lindgren, Cuming-Lehman Chambers and Braden Shielding. They use terms such as anechoic chambers, shielded rooms, screened rooms and microwave chambers. If possible, we need to locate government or corporate facilities willing to grant access so we can prove microwave energy is responsible.
For those wanting to learn more about organized stalking and technological assault, there are many websites, blogs, articles and books available. Mark Rich’s book, The Hidden Evil, offers an historical overview of control systems, such as communist East Germany’s secret police, or Stasi, and its reliance upon a massive informant network and organized stalking. Dr. John Hall’s A New Breed, Satellite Terrorism in America provides a detailed account of his personal experience with organized stalking and satellite assault in San Antonio, Texas. Jesse Ventura’s TruTV Conspiracy Theory series examined the issue of people hearing voices in their December 2012 “Brain Invaders” episode. They concluded military communication towers, Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN), were being used to target victims with microwave energy. KMIR News in Palm Springs, California reported on “hundreds of people in the valley hearing voices” in November 2012. According to their website (www.freedomfchs.com), “Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance is a human rights organization that identifies and networks with victims of organized stalking and electronic assaults, educates society about covert harassment issues, and advocates for citizens victimized by covert criminal elements.” They network with and provide support for victims throughout the U.S. and worldwide. They organize meetings across the country, host daily conference calls, publish a weekly newsletter and provide a toll free number for victims.
Having worked on this issue for the past decade, Derrick Robinson, President of FFCHS, has become a prominent leader in the fight against organized stalking and technological assault. He offered the following, “Aaron Alexis represents a lightening-rod for our issues because of the notoriety of his action, the Washington Navy Yard shooting, and because he had contacted us (FFCHS) two weeks prior to the shooting exhibiting many of the same effects that are common in our community, such as microwave attacks, hearing voices, sleeplessness, and the group stalking scenarios. And although we do not condone Aaron’s solution, he highlights an extremely important human rights issue in this country which is being suppressed and for which there is currently no recognition or remedy.”
“Our community is continually amazed at how large a secret can remain undetected by our society for so long. It has often been discouraging. However, I believe there will come a day – and probably soon – when this entire criminal network which now operates in secret will become common knowledge to everyone and covert targeting and secret tortures will all be over.”
I would like to offer a few suggestions for victims based upon my personal experience. Most importantly, hang in there! We will identify the perpetrators and stop this torture. Record what you are hearing and experiencing. Those recordings will help us validate and share our experiences and will prove valuable in future legal proceedings. We will eventually have our day in court.
Let the perpetrators know you are familiar with their tactics of false narratives, derogatory remarks and threats. Ask questions that might help you gather information. For those of you that do not know why you were targeted, you are not alone. Many of us are still trying to figure it out. Like most powerful weapons, criminals will use them for many different reasons, and sometimes, for no reason at all.
Finally, help us spread the word. We need as many people as possible talking about this issue, asking questions and looking for answers. These criminals are accustomed to operating in the dark. We need to push aggressively to expose their crimes.
My experience with organized stalking and technological assault has already stolen nine years, or roughly one-third of my adult life. It has irreversibly altered the course of my life and potentially damaged my health in ways not yet apparent.
Without intervention, countless other victims will be exposed. Some will not be able to endure the torture, and acting from a place of desperation, they will take their own or others’ lives. Their breaking point could be reached at any time. Until we get control of this technology, it is impossible to predict the next tragedy. This is a national public safety emergency!
We desperately need the assistance of law enforcement, the media and the mental health profession. By sharing information and starting a national discussion, these groups can make an immediate impact. Please help us educate everyone and stop the torture!

An Announcement To The Whole World By Chinese Victims Of Electronic And Psychotronic Weapons

DEAR SIR/MADAM
First of all, please permit us to introduce ourselves to you. We are some of the Chinese victims from dozens of regions and cities across China , who have been cruelly harassed tortured and persecuted in a covert way by the means of secret remote control on human body & brain. Among us, there are corporate employees, teachers, students, retirees and other intellectual workers and physical workers. Our suffering period ranges from several months till over 30 years.
Thanks to Internet that builds a bridge for us to know each other, and it is same sufferings bring us to work together.
A group of secret criminals who abuse their powers, arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain”, illegally manipulate our bodies and brains covertly, and also cruelly torture and harass us psychologically and physically and persecute us days and nights so that a lot of victims live a very miserable and horrible life.
Secret criminals utilize the weapons of “secret remote control on human body & brain” and remotely influence us, and consequently our bodies suffer from “physiological diseases and physiological behaviors” caused artificially from their weapons such as aching, itching, coldness, hotness, trembling, unwell feeling and unhappiness, and so that our brains suffer harassments and tortures from “acoasma and hallucination”. Besides, criminals do all they could to shamelessly steal and indecently spread our privacy in our brains in a abnormal psychology and crazily do all they could to intimidate and humiliate victims. All these vices do a great harm us psychologically and physically. Therefore , some innocent victims was forced to hospitals especially for being forced to accept mental treatment, some innocent victims were forced to suicide because of intolerable secret tortures and insults, and others died of “strange fatal diseases” yielded by criminals secretly in a special trap.
Such secret crimes as the wide abuse of their powers, the illegal use of “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” and illegal violation of fundamental human rights, have resulted horribly in atrocity or the unprecedented anti-human catastrophe of human rights technically. These crimes not only challenge severely Chinese constitution and laws, but also human conscience, the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is NOT permitted by all the human beings at all!
Owing to the above-mentioned cases, Chinese victims jointly lodged “a collective complaint to Chinese President Hu Jintao” (please see attachment 1) on 3rd Dec. 2007, and emailed it to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee, every ministries of the State Council, major news media and the legal community who we asked to deliver the complaints to Chinese President.
Subsequently, we jointly announced " An Open Letter to the Head of Chinese Secret Institution" on 5th May 2008.(Please see attachment 2)
Chinese Goverment has the undisputed responsibility to take an immediate investigation into the secret criminals who abuse their power, and to sternly punish them according to the clause of "the State respect and protect citizens' human rights" set out by Constitution of PRC China. However, unfortunately, so far we have not received any response on the issue.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN General Assembly passed and published Resolution 217A (III) on 10th December 1948) stipulates in the following relevant clauses that:
Article 3 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 5 No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 6 Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 19 Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
China is one of the creators of the United Nations, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, a member of UN Human Right Council and one of the signers of UN Covenant on Human Rights. Therefore, China should seriously observe and enforce the relevant rules of UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
At present, the quantity of victims are increasingly rising around the globe. Thousands of victims strongly demand for an investigation into the sinful Hi-tech crimes which covertly violate human rights worldwide. A large quantity of the stated facts reveal that these secret fascist criminals are the common enemies of all the human beings who use Hi-tech means to arbitrarily secretly violate human dignity and fundamental human rights. The crazy secret Hi-tech crimes heavily threat and violate the fundamental rights of human livings in the world.
Challenged by the unprecedented worldwide catastrophe of human rights and the severe crimes of damaging human beings, we urge an immediate actions in union and bravely fight against the gangs of secret fascist criminals! We must disclose the horrible crimes which are covertly damaging human beings, and put them into the Judge Courtroom in International Criminal Court!!
Journalist and elites worldwide have the responsibility to provide supports for victims, the lawyers worldwide have the responsibility to stand by and offer a legal aid to victims.UN Human Right Council has the responsibility to safeguard human rights and to protect thinking right, sleeping right, health right and living right of all the human beings. International Criminal Court at Hague has the responsibility to carry out an investigation into the crimes denounced by victims, and to charge these secret fascist,the criminals who severely violate fundamental human rights with the Hi-tech Crime and the Antihuman Crime through and according to the relevant legal proceedings.
We, Chinese victims, support resolutely the global campaign of " Ban the abuse and torture of secret MIND CONTROL/PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS/Remote Human manipulation" through our practical actions. We strongly appeal for the United Nations to immediately stop the abuse of the means of the secret remote control on human body & brain which are used to cruelly harass and torture and persecute covertly common citizens.
We strongly urge the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to do his solemn duty to protect fundamental human rights of the whole world, and hold a urgent international conference on the ban of abusing “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain" so as to protect the validity of the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights. Also, we demand for European Commission for Human Right to immediately put Article 27 of A40005/1999 into practice.
We strongly urge global news media to stand out to support justice, and to take a deep careful investigation into the secret Hi-tech crimes, and to expose truly the sinful facts of secret fascist criminals to the global people.
We strongly urge global legal community to stand out to offer a legal aid to all the victims and support justice based on the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights.

长期以来, 一帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，非法秘密控制我们的身体和大脑（精神），日夜不停地实施种种惨无人道的精神骚扰和肉体折磨迫害、阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在无比痛苦的、生不如死的恐怖状况中。
他们使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” ，遥控制造我们受害者身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；遥控制造我们受害者的大脑（精神）日夜出现所谓的“幻听、幻觉”骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给我们受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛，身心遭到极度的摧残和伤害。其中，有一些无辜受害者被诬陷并送进“精神病院”；另一些因无法忍受秘密折磨凌辱的痛苦而“自杀”；还有一些则被他们秘密制造身体内出现各种莫名其妙的“绝症怪病”而阴谋暗害，含冤死亡。
这样广泛的滥用“特权”，使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”，非法侵犯普通平民基本人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。这不仅是对中国宪法法律的严重挑战，而且，也是对人类良知、对《联合国宪章》和《人权宣言》的严重挑战，是全人类所绝对不能允许的！
为此，我们中国受害者于2007年12月3日，联名写了一封“致胡锦涛主席的集体控诉信” （ 见“附件一” ），并用电子邮件发送给了中共中央和中国国务院各部门，以及全国新闻媒体和法律界人士等，要求转呈给中国国家主席。
接着，在2008年5月5日，又联名发出了一封《致中国“秘密机构”头头的公开信》（ 见“附件二” ）。
毫无疑问，中国政府有责任按照中国宪法载明的：“国家尊重和保障公民人权”等法律条款，立即调查并严惩这帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯。然而，遗憾的是，我们受害者所进行的这些揭露控诉努力，并没有得到应有的重视和回应。
《世界人权宣言》(联合国大会 一九四八年十二月十日 第217A(III)号决议通过并颁布) 的有关条款规定：

人人有权享有生命、自由和人身安全。
第五条
任何人不得加以酷刑,或施以残忍的、不人道的或侮辱性的待遇或刑罚。
第六条
人人在任何地方有权被承认在法律前的人格。
第十二条
任何人的私生活、家庭、住宅和通信不得任意干涉,他的荣誉和名誉不得加以攻击。人人有权享受法律保护,以免受这种干涉或攻击。
第十九条
人人有权享有主张和发表意见的自由;此项权利包括持有主张而不受干涉的自由,和通过任何媒介和不论国界寻求、接受和传递消息和思想的自由。
中国是联合国的创始国之一；中国是联合国安理会常任理事国；中国是联合国人权理事会成员；中国也是联合国有关《人权公约》的签署国之一。因此，中国理应严格恪守、认真执行“联合国人权宣言”等有关维护公民人权文件的规定。
现在，世界各国的受害者数量呈现越来越多之势。成千上万的受害者强烈要求对目前正在全世界范围内发生的这一罪大恶极的侵犯人权事件进行调查。从大量揭露出来的事实表明，这些恣意践踏人类尊严和基本人权的秘密法西斯罪犯是全人类的共同敌人。他们这一疯狂的秘密罪恶正在严重威胁和侵犯着全世界人民最基本的生活和生存权利。
面对这一空前的世界性人权浩劫，全世界人民必须紧急行动起来，团结一致，同仇敌忾，与这帮秘密法西斯罪犯进行坚决斗争！认清他们的秘密罪恶面目，揭露他们秘密侵犯、残害人类的滔天罪行，将他们押上国际刑事法庭的审判台！！

我们中国受害者，以自己的实际斗争行动，坚决支持“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”滥施于民的世界性运动；坚决要求联合国制止这一使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”武器针对普通平民，实施秘密肉体和精神残酷虐待折磨迫害的滔天罪恶。
我们强烈要求联合国秘书长 潘基文 先生从维护“联合国宪章”及有关“人权宣言和公约”的尊严出发，履行自己维护全世界人民基本人权的神圣职责，紧急召开“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”的国际会议。我们要求欧盟人权委员会立即开展其A40005/1999第27款的工作！
我们强烈呼吁世界各国新闻媒体挺身而出，主持正义，对众多的受害事件进行深入认真调查，并真实地向全世界公众揭露曝光这帮秘密法西斯罪犯的罪恶事实真相！

在现今的中国，有着一帮无法无天的秘密罪犯。
长期以来,他们恣意践踏宪法尊严，非法侵犯中国公民人权，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，对受害者的身体和大脑（精神）日夜不停地实施种种秘密控制骚扰，惨无人道的进行折磨迫害和阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在极为痛苦恐怖的精神状况中生不如死，身心遭受极度的摧残和伤害。不少受害者因他们制造出的各种莫明其妙的怪病而无辜冤死。

秘密脑控试验—人类生存基本价值被破坏MK-Ultra类秘密试验（脑控试验）常常在试验目标（受害者）不知情或者不同意的情况下进行的。脑控很容易让受害者精神不正常。加拿大巴士杀人案的李伟光就是脑控秘密试验受害者。
脑控常常涉及微小芯片植入到大脑和身体的其它部位,常常用电磁波作为激发的能量，是RFID和晶振技术的充分应用，不需要传统电池。部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。脑控涉及定向能（Directed Energy），例如X-射线、微波信号和穿墙高能微波。定向能试验的方式非常隐蔽，可能会产生致命的效果。静态造影如MRI和CT可以造假。
Victim几乎都不知道自己是试验目标。一般症状例如，催眠，剥夺正常睡眠，诱导腹泻，诱导分神，产生头痛及其他部位的疼痛，诱导情绪变化等等。受害者往往将异常归结为普通的健康问题，他们常常不认为他们自己是Victim。
各国特工之间往往互相合作。有人在中国成为受害者，在加拿大继续受到试验，那往往就是中加特工在合作脑控。移民很可能成为脑控的几内亚猪。脑控试验不仅从身体上直接打击受害者，而且使用技术手段来破坏一个人的精神心理。脑控常常被用来暗害敌人，并且能杀人于无形，例如杀死主神经和制造癌症，特别是肺癌。
“Lida”技术：脉冲射频发射器，可以导致严重的疲劳和昏睡，或者失眠。可以穿墙瞄准目标发射. LIDA技术在1950年代由苏联发明，后来在各国得到了发展。声音直达大脑（Voice to skull）技术：可以传送说话声和其它声音，直达目标的头部，旁边的人听不到，可以穿过墙壁发射。该技术可以在没有脑控芯片的情况下实现。（该技术的美国军方代号是“V2K”。）

意念传输：（Thoughts Transmission） 通过无线传输特定的脑控波曲线到受害者的大脑，实现意念的传输，一般需要有脑控微芯片植入在受害者的大脑。意念传输也叫潜意识(subliminal)传输，例如“受辱感”，能破坏人际关系。默念传输：（Subvocal Transmission） 通过电磁波传输来影响受害者的说话器官和抑制思维器官，来影响受害者说话。这种话不经过大脑的思考说出，特别细心的受害者能够发现。这种传输可以通过脑控激励芯片（又叫脑控钉）或不用脑控激励芯片进行。受害者的主要特点是说话不经过思考或者说错话。武器化的微波技术：可以导致一系列的身体的伤害反应，可以悄悄地，穿过墙壁进行。穿墙雷达扫描技术（例如机场安检。）高级无线计算机控制技术：通过探测主板的特定的电磁辐射和向特定的线路端子发射X波段电磁脉冲，实现输出和输入。相当于别人的计算机通过串口连到了你的计算机。在没有无线网卡的情况下就能够实现无线遥控计算机。潜意识“无声的声音”（Subliminal “Silent Sound”） 设备：可以传送催眠式建议到受害者，但受害者耳朵听不到，声波的频率介于超声波和人可听声波之间。
（二）受害者们总结的常见的身体症状和经验：(在读取和破解脑波阶段，受害者们通常没有严重的症状，但是他们至少有一颗芯片在身体里面，部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。)• 头皮发麻。头晕， 头痛。
• 无理由的极度疲劳，腿肌及关节的酸痛。
• 梦境制造和操纵，剥夺睡眠。

• 不通过思考的说话 (subvocal transmission),语言能力受到影响，经常结结巴巴。

Dear Member of the Canadian Government:
We are writing you on behalf of Organization of Victims of Psychotronic (Mind/Body Control) Weapons to ask for your help for the many constituents in Canada who are being targeted unjustly or used as human subjects in experiments without their informed consent. We, and many others, are being TORTURED AND MUTILATED IN A MIND/BODY CONTROL CONCENTRATION CAMP 24/7. We wouldn't be tortured and manipulated in a properly functioning legal system/society.
Victims of Psychotronic (or Mind/Body Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) weapons detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous incidents of psychological torture, mental anguish and physical mutilations. Criminals may implant people with microchips or nanomaterials and place them under continuous surveillance, no matter where they are. They monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images. They continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, commands, images, "dreams", and other disturbances into the brain. They directly abuse, torture and assault our bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures from remote locations.
These are some of symptoms of targeted individuals:
1). Microwave hearing and torture with intense, loud, electronic-sounding noise.
2). Visual distortions and hallucinations, artificial dreams.
3). Manipulation of will, emotions, feelings, and perceptions.
4). Manipulation of human behavior: forced speech, involuntary body movements, transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, compulsory execution of these commands.
5). Reading thoughts remotely, retrieving memories, implanting personalities.
6). Debilitation of mental acuity: inability to concentrate, disruption of ability to think rationally and independently.
7). Loss of memory and knowledge.
8). Inadequate states, which targeted individuals have never experienced before (states of narcotic intoxication, depression, obsessive desires and so on).
9). Control of sleep patterns: sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep
10). Cramps, seizures and spasms
11). Excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body, including heart attacks and other serious medical conditions.
Some victims are subject to harassment and organized stalking in their communities, some victims receive intentional false psychiatric diagnoses and in addition become victims of the systems, from which they are seeking help (medical institutions and law enforcement).
We have contacted Parliament, Courts, RCMP, police, Security/Intelligence Agencies and other Government institutions over and over and over again, but have had our appeals for assistance and protection almost completely ignored or suppressed. The government “doing nothing” in this situation is a form of sanctioning these horrendous, fascist mind/body control experiments on innocent and defenseless people. That is why the Canadian Government is responsible for these crimes. The government of Canada must uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law and protect Canadian citizens by these laws. Instead we see the huge disconnect between its professed principles and values and the reality.
It is our responsibility to record and alert the world to these horrendous crimes and the extreme danger that these technologies pose to democracy, human rights, privacy, mental and physical freedom, and the health of all people. These are the most horrendous weapons and crimes imaginable, and the people, using them, are mass-murdering conspirators, pursuing fascist, totalitarian, fundamentalist schemes.
Doctor Joseph Mengele and other Nazis, who started developing these techniques in concentration camps during World War II, were brought over here from Europe after the war to continue their atrocities. MKULTRA was the first of these illegal and immoral experiments with unwilling victims. We are the latest victims. THIS MUST STOP, and the people responsible exposed and brought to justice for these unspeakable crimes against humanity. We demand only that our human rights are respected, and that the Canadian Government appoints a Committee to get to the bottom of this most serious matter based upon the evidence collected, intercepted, and compiled by victims for many years.
This gross violation of human rights must be investigated immediately.

Spesso furgoni carichi di farmaci vengono assaltati al pari di quelli carichi di sigarette e furgoni portavalori. Con i meccanismi di Buzzi e Carminati si apprende per lui le "cooperative sono il vero business e non si rischia come con droga e armi ed è tutto legale". Il TSO quando viene utilizzato?
- Quando il paziente non si presenta ai controlli.
- Quando si rifiuta (perché disinformato) sulla somministrazione della fiala.
- O quando espone un suo malumore con il suo carattere che può essere più o meno agitato.
Mentre invece il TSO ha precisi criteri di applicazione e sono tre e devono esistere tutti e tre in contemporanea:
- La presenza di uno stato che necessiti un intervento *leggi lo stato di acuzia
- La impossibilità da parte del paziente di accettare naturalmente quello che è il presidio farmacologico.
- Nessuna possibilità di trattamento all'esterno.
Invece sono tre e devono esistere tutti e tre in contemporanea. Chiaro?! Tutti e tre in contemporanea!

Tranquilla Nicolé, il sadismo che ammetti farebbe parte della materia antropologia è l'ho già visto negli occhi di altri camici bianchi (medici o infermieri), divise, toghe rosse e/o toghe nere (toghe zozzonere) e colletti bianchi. Durante gli interrogatori a certe divise piace strizzare la vittima e diventano essi stessi carnefici e sadici. Lo studio è considerato una critica importante e influente delle diagnosi psichiatriche.
Lo studio di Rosenhan si svolse in due fasi.
La prima fase coinvolse collaboratori sani o "pseudopazienti" (tre donne e cinque uomini) che simularono brevemente allucinazioni uditive nel tentativo di ottenere il ricovero in 12 diversi ospedali psichiatrici di cinque diversi stati in varie località degli Stati Uniti d'America. Furono tutti quanti ricoverati e vennero loro diagnosticati dei disturbi psichici. Dopo il ricovero gli pseudopazienti tornarono a comportarsi normalmente e dissero agli operatori che si sentivano bene e che non percepivano più allucinazioni. Tutti furono costretti ad ammettere di avere una malattia mentale e accettare di prendere farmaci antipsicotici come condizione del loro rilascio. Il tempo medio che gli utenti trascorsero negli ospedali fu di 19 giorni. A tutti tranne uno fu diagnosticata schizofrenia "in remissione" prima del loro rilascio.
La seconda fase del suo studio riguardò un ospedale, tra quelli precedentemente coinvolti, che sfidava Rosenhan a inviare alla struttura alcuni pseudopazienti, che dovevano essere riconosciuti dagli operatori. Nelle settimane seguenti, su 193 nuovi pazienti dell'ospedale, gli operatori identificarono 41 pseudopazienti potenziali, con 19 di questi che ricevettero i sospetti di almeno uno psichiatra e un altro membro dello staff degli operatori. In realtà Rosenhan non aveva mandato all'ospedale nessuno pseudopaziente.Lo studio concluse "È chiaro che non possiamo distinguere i sani dai pazzi negli ospedali psichiatrici"e mostrava inoltre il pericolo della disumanizzazione e dell'etichettamento nelle istituzioni psichiatriche.

Sul fronte opposto i titolari di farmacia fanno muro. Sempre più liberalizzazioni per le farmacie a partire dal 2014 con un altro meccanismo legale come per il trio Buzzi Carminati Campolo. Il mercato è ricco e fiorente e i prodotti farmaceutici da immettere sul mercato sono tanti, sono griffati e variopinti anche nei colori delle confezioni. Praticamente fanno tendenza e sono trendy. Vendere farmaci a gente sana. Inventare malattie piuttosto che farmaci. E’ un business in voga che rende l’industria farmaceutica la più florida del pianeta. Una strategia per rafforzare posizioni di monopolio ed assicurarsi solide fette di mercato, spesso a danno della salute pubblica dei cittadini.
Come si fa?
Basta prendere le normali fasi della nostra vita, l’adolescenza, la menopausa, la vecchiaia oppure le tipiche difficoltà della nostra esistenza - la timidezza, la vivacità, la paura - e trasformarle in pericolose e invalidanti malattie da curare con farmaci. Un viaggio- inchiesta che parte dagli USA e traccia un inquietante racconto sulla
colonizzazione farmaceutica di larghe fette di popolazione del pianeta, attraverso le suggestioni ammiccanti delle campagne pubblicitarie, gli innumerevoli conflitti di interessi e le tante complicità occulte.
Dettagli e spunti
Un lavoro di molti mesi per portare alla luce il fenomeno dell'uso eccessivo di farmaci negli Stati Uniti e in generale nel mondo occidentale. In inglese si chiama DISEASE MONGERING, che si potrebbe tradurre “commercializzazione delle malattie”.
Un percorso che va dalla creazione a tavolino di un disturbo alla sua consacrazione ufficiale, sino a far diventare un farmaco un blockbuster, ovvero un farmaco con prescrizione di ricetta medica che ha superato i 10 milioni di dollari l’anno di vendite.(ndr: in realtà la cifra è di 1 miliardo di dollari l'anno)
L’industria farmaceutica, costretta dalla Borsa ad aumentare sempre di più i propri profitti, non si può permettere battute d’arresto. Così, invece di fare innovazione e ricerca investe in marketing e mette a punto una strategia perfetta che coinvolge e condiziona tutti gli attori del processo mediatico e produttivo. Una strategia basata fondamentalmente su innumerevoli conflitti di interessi a partire dalla complicità dei media nel diffondere le nuove malattie, fino ai corsi di formazione permanente da parte dei professori universitari, che spesso risultano essere anche consulenti di società farmaceutiche;
dal lavori sporco degli informatori farmaceutici alla corruzione stessa e diretta dei medici; dalle associazioni di pazienti finanziate dalle case farmaceutiche al ruolo ambiguo dell’FDA, che su questo processo dovrebbe controllare… e soprattutto l’implacabile forza d’urto del marketing, in grado di diffondere una paura, creare un bisogno, proporre un rimedio e fare vendite di farmaci per milioni di dollari (500 milioni di dollari l’anno è la media dell’industria farmaceutica), anche attraverso libri per bambini!
Le strategie di marketing: vendono paura di invecchiare, di essere timidi, essere agitati, essere adolescenti, essere in meno pausa...
essere umani. Tutti disturbi che si tramutano in malattie da curare con farmaci - sempre gli stessi - spesso inutili se non dannosi, magari il cui brevetto è in scadenza e occorre trovare un escamotage per rinnovarlo (è il caso del Prozac, tinto di viola e trasformato in Sarafem, senza alcuna modifica, per curare un certo “Disturbo Disforico Premestruale”).
Gli effetti collaterali sono un altro tema del documentario. Trial clinici fatti solo parzialmente i cui risultati sono stati nascosti e mai pubblicati, casi di suicidio e di morte per cocktail letali di farmaci, esagerata diffusione nelle scuole di farmaci per curare il disturbo di iperattività dei bambini (ADHD). Queste e altre storie e la testimonianza dell’Avv. Menzies di Los Angeles, in causa da anni con la Glaxo Smith Kline che spiega come solo facendo una causa si costringa l’industria farmaceutica a tirare fuori le carte.
Il documentario è guidato nel suo sviluppo da spezzoni di una preveggente commedia francese scritta negli anni 20 dal titolo “Il Dott. Knock e il trionfo della medicina”, trasposta poi in film negli anni '50. E’ la storia di un medico senza scrupoli che arriva in un paesino di gente tranquilla e, con metodi tutt’altro che scientifici, convince tutta la popolazione di essere affetta da svariate malattie.
Nel giro di pochi mesi si arricchirà mettendo a letto mezzo paese, con grande gioia del suo conto in banca e di quello del farmacista! La sua teoria è che “non esiste gente sana, ma solo gente più o meno malata che non sà di esserlo”.

Hai capito con cui ti vuoi scontrare? E' come volersi scontrare con la CIA, il KGB, il Pentagono etc. Dovresti intuirlo vedendo in pianta il palazzo della Merck che è un'impresa titanica solo pensare di arrestare la farmamafia con un aereo. Puoi almeno cercare di elargire sana e onesta informazione come il dott. Peter Rost nel documentario RAI e svegliare quanti più umani possibile avvalendoti inoltre di giornalisti come Ilaria Alpi e Miran Hrovatin. I medici piegati a tale sistema non li puoi svegliare nemmeno nel tuo piccolo perchè sono corrotti nell'animo appena usciti dalla Facoltà (vedi schema piovra) e a loro và benissimo questo sistema e tentano di mentire perfino a se stessi.Nel ricco occidente una marea di farmaci inventati. Nei paesi poveri invece farmaci scaduti oppure nemmeno i veri farmaci salvavita di primissima necessità. E' solo una questione di costi, numeri e danaro.

In questo spezzone del film, si vede Bruce Willis (nel film James chiamato Jimbo dall'infermiere afroamericano) che è costretto ad assumere psicofarmaci. Fino a prima era lucido, sveglio, tranquillo, pacato che scriveva appunti senza dar fastidio a nessuno. Dopo aver assunto il berverone che gli porta quel vitellone nero, egli inizia ad avere scialorrea (cioè a sbavare) capogiri, giramenti di testa, nauesa e vari effetti collaterali e non si regge in piedi. Essi non sono atti a sanare, solo a sedare e rimbecillire chi li assume.
Non sono altro che mix o cocktails di sedativi che ti danno una marea di effetti collaterali e ti rincoglioniscono.
Non sanano, semmai sedano, inebetiscono e ti rendono zombie e Bruce da abile attore assieme al regista lo mostra plaetalmente e lo conferma a chi ci è passato. Loro le chiamano "medicine",ma sembrano più che altro veleni e intrugli da alchimisti ed è una presa in giro perchè vengono inflitti a chiunque, tranne da psicoterapeuti, psicologi e analisti che svolgono tutt'altra metodica e non ti friggono il cervello con tali beveroni.
Nelle SPDC sono finite una marea di persone che non hanno/avevano malattie psichiche. Semmai persone che avevano combinato qualche cazzatina.
Vengono inviati lì in SPDC solo per essere "regolati". Regolati perchè psichiatria è controllo sociale. Solo controllo sociale che tende a marchiare, schedare, etichettare e crea una marea di danni. Vuole regolarti a livello comportamentale se non ti autoregoli e stai alle loro regole e poi ti fanno passare per matto, per disagiato psichico o malato e soprattutto interdetto come nel film SERAFINO con Adriano Celentano e Ottavia Piccolo. C'è perfino finita gente che è finita in SPDC per ideologia politica contrastante oppure per aver partecipato a manifestazioni. (anarchici in primis).
Queste persone non hanno i famigearati DAP (disturbo attacco panico), non hanno nemmeno forte depressione, ansia, esaurimento nervoso oppure abilimia, delirio, anoressia e nessun problema vero che possa rientrare nella sfera di quelli che loro chiamano disagi psichici? Senza contare che c'è gente che li ha avuti problemi legali a tale sfera, ne è guarita e non certo grazie ai loro cocktails di veleni chimici che chiamano medicine. Esistono terapie alternative che sono miracolose anche per i DAP e non sono certo a base di psicofarmaci o lobotomia. Cerca su fb e troverai un gruppo con veri medici che hanno terapie alternative perfino per i DAP.
Tali persone che a livello comportamentale hanno creato qualche cosa, sono inviati nelle SPDC solo per essere regolati/e e avvelenati con dosi massicce di farmaci (vedi scheda nosologica della tua cartella clinica) e poi etichettati e marchiati come malati di mente e interdetti e che a casa devono ugualmente assumere "le medicine" a vita, cioè terapia costante minima (spesso depot) e che hanno diagnosi efferate al pari di chi qualche disturbo lo aveva veramente. Chi ci guadagna solo solamente le lobby farmaceutiche con questo loro sistema.
Gabriella Maffioletti - in una sua intervista di inizio 2015 in alto - spiega brillantemente che poi c'è gente che si incazza, che diverrà violenta oppure verrà indotta al suicidio. Medici o macellai? Non voglio offendervi cari infermieri, oppure OTA e OSS o medici psichiatri, ma vorrei rammentarvi che voi vi agiate a questo sistema in stile BUZZI-CARMINATI, inoltre avete recitato e formulato un giuramento solenne e cioè il Giuramento degli Infermieri e il Giuramento di Ippocrate e ci marciate e vi agiate ad un sistemino di alchimia solo per starvene tranquilli, avere il repartino tranquillo e attendere il 27 del mese. Avete uno stipendio statalino sicuro, luce elettrica pagata, riscaldamento pagato, servizi igienici pagati, mensa pagata e una marea di agevolazioni e prendete in giro una marea di persone con questo vostro modo di chiamarle "medicine" al pari di come prendono in giro BRUCE WILLIS nello spezzone del film, ed anche BRUCE, come il blogger (io) aveva problemi analoghi di esperimenti ai limiti della follia. Trattasi di MIND KONTROL EVOLUTION e non mi piace identificarmi appieno in BRUCE WILLIS di tale film assieme agli altri TARGETED INDIVIDUALS EUROPEI E INTERNAZIONALI.
Se in reparto (SPDC) ti rifiuti di stare sottomesso ai loro ordini, gli infermieroni ti possono pure dare botte, legare al letto e poi punture depot in accordo col medico di turno.
Tanto vale dar agli infermieri anche il TASER e rifilarti pure scosse elettriche solo perchè ti rifiuti di ingurgitare le loro "armi neurolettiche" Voi la gente non la curate,l a fate soffrire e ammattire ulteriormente perr sottometterla ed alcuni mostrano lassismo, menefreghismo e sadismo nel portarti "le medicine" al pari del vitellone afroamericano nello spezzone del film. Gli psichiatri vogliono che il reparto sia tranquillo per fare i cavoli loro, idem gli infermieri, OSS e OTA e quindi abbondano di psicofarmaci per metterli tutti nel lettino e tenerli intontiti come Bruce Willis nel film, che subito dopo averli presi non si regge nemmeno in piedi, mentre prima era lucido, tranquillo, scriveva ed è una cavia da laboratorio sballonzolato avanti e indietro con esperimenti spaziotemporali di FISICA QUANTISTICA.

Quanto segue con ragionamenti lampanti mostra invece lo schifo dello schifo. Mentre nei paesi cosiddetti "ricchi" vengono introdotti farmaci inventati e malattie inventate ad hoc i paesi poveri vengono lasciati senza i veri farmaci di prima necessità come antibiotici, antistaminici etc.Ricopio un articolo del vecchio I3enedetto XVI° che lanciava un appello quando ancora era in carica e non aveva abdicato per Francesco.

Paesi poveri, l'allarme di Joseph Ratzinger I3ENEDETTO XVI°: "Senza farmaci, disastro umanitario"
CITTA' DEL VATICANO - Benedetto XVI teme, a causa della carenza di farmaci di prima necessità, "il rischio di un disastro umanitario e sanitario mondiale", che potrebbe colpire soprattutto i paesi poveri. La grave preoccupazione del Papa è stata riportata oggi dall'arcivescovo Zygmunt Zimowski, presidente del Pontificio Consiglio per la Pastorale della Salute, durante il congresso mondiale della Federazione Internazionale Farmacisti Cattolici, in corso a Poznan, in Polonia.
"In troppe zone - ha detto il presule - mancano i farmaci di prima necessità, le prestazioni di base che garantiscono la difesa primaria. Spesso, per motivi economici, vengono trascurate le malattie tipiche dei paesi in via di sviluppo perché, sebbene colpiscano ed uccidano milioni di persone, non costituiscono un mercato abbastanza ricco. Alcuni di questi medicamenti potrebbero essere facilmente realizzati sulla base delle conoscenze scientifiche correnti, ma non vedono la luce per motivi esclusivamente economici".
"Da qui - prosegue Zimowski - proviene un termine sintomatico, "orphan drugs" - farmaci orfani - vale a dire quelli che non si studiano, si producono, si distribuiscono perché i potenziali acquirenti, che sono milioni, non hanno la capacità economica di comprarli. Appare evidente che lo sviluppo dei medicinali è ormai governato non più dall'etica tradizionale della medicina, ma dalla logica dell'industria".
Un altro drammatico problema denunciato da monsignor Zimonwski è quello della "contraffazione e falsificazione dei farmaci" che "colpiscono innanzitutto i soggetti in età pediatrica. Falsi antibiotici e falsi vaccini producono gravi ripercussioni negative sulla loro salute. Molte sono le morti per malattie respiratorie nei bambini africani, sicuramente più numerose se curate con antibiotici falsi, senza principio attivo ed in compenso acquistati a caro prezzo".Da qui l'invito della Chiesa "a denunciare con coraggio tutte le forme di contraffazione e falsificazione dei medicinali ed ad opporsi alla loro distribuzione". "Per il farmacista cattolico - ha proseguito - l'insegnamento della chiesa sul rispetto della vita e della dignità della persona umana, sin dal suo concepimento fino ai suoi ultimi momenti, è di natura etica e morale. Non può essere sottoposto alle variazioni di opinioni o applicato secondo opzioni fluttuanti".

Egli/ella non si arrenderà mai al fatto che è manovalanza per le FARMAMAFIE e che gli interessa il posto in cattedra oltre ai 6000 al mese e quello che può prendere sottobanco per poi investire in appartamenti e nell'immobiliare (-_-)

Quanto segue è una discussione avuta con due psicoterapeuti nel gruppo fb @psicologia e filosofia:
PSICOTERAPEUTA NUMERO UNO MI SCRIVE IN UN COMMENTO:-
La psichiatria è come giustamente dici tu una pratica pseudo medica che svolge una funzione di ordine pubblico (tipo magistratura, polizia come hai ben colto). Non cura nessuno perché non è capace di farlo ed è già molto se non fa danni, ma temo che non le riesca proprio di evitarlo. Nel miglior dei casi accede a dibattiti e promuove convegni autogratificatori Giovanni Stanghellini e in Italia, che in Europa detiene la maglia nera, fa per lo più rituale riferimento alla riforma Basaglia. Fa sistematico uso di psicofarmaci che sono nient'altro che camicie di forza chimiche. Esiste anche una componente più sensibile della psichiatria che si confronta entro ambiti culturali meno ristretti, per esempio con la filosofia, ma che attualmente non propone in termini vitali una riflessione convincente. Va poi aggiunta a questa commendevole tradizione quella delle esigenze dell' Istituzione che, in primis, deve provvedere ad auto alimentarsi, posponendo sempre le esigenze degli utenti a quelle dell'apparato sanitario entro cui la sua pratica si inscrive. Va anche detto però, che aldilà del servizio pubblico, attualmente vengono millantate pratiche di intervento terapeutico altrettanto stucchevoli, a prescindere dall'orientamento cui dichiarano di appartenere.
UN ALTRO PSICOTERAPEUTA SUBITO RISPONDE CON UN ALTRO COMMENTO:-
Questione lunga e complessa che, come tale, non può essere affrontata qua nella maniera adeguata. Detto ciò, molto velocemente, la psichiatria è una pratica di confine che si pone da un lato come scienza naturale nei suoi aspetti biologici, e che non può essere una scienza naturale nel suo incontro con l'altro. Che la psichiatria sia un potere volto ad assoggettare l'individuo lo aveva già denunciato Foucault ne "Il potere psichiatrico" il quale permane oggi nel Trattamento Sanitario Obbligatorio (TSO) le cui implicazioni etiche sono tutt'ora aperte e sulle quali, personalmente, non ho risposte (è un'imposizione e c'è il rischio sociale).
Gli psicofarmaci, al di là dei non trascurabili effetti collaterali, forse sono utili in alcune situazioni, fermo restando la volontà del paziente nell'assumerli perchè non lo si può costringere. Diverrebbe un abuso.
Il DSM dovrebbe servire unicamente ad offrire agli psichiatri un codice condiviso per intendersi velocemente sulle definizioni delle diverse patologie, ma è scaduto nel luogo dei significati delle diverse patologie. In ogni modo, tutte queste questioni sono state trattate dal movimento fenomenologico della psichiatria nei cui scritti potrai trovare interessanti spunti di riflessione,ma la vera guarigione (ammesso vi sia realmente malattia) è dentro noi stessi.
ndr: Quale è la differenza tra psicologo, psicoterapeuta, psichiatra, neuropsichiatra, analista, psicoanalista e un vero medico di base e medico di fiducia (MMG) scettico sulle cure psichiatriche? Innanzitutto che solamente lo psichiatra può prescrivere psicofarmaci. Le altre tre branche mediche citate no. Uno psichiatra - di solito - basa essenzialmente il suo lavoro su un qualche farmaco. Lo cambia, lo ricambia e te lo ricambia anche decine di volte. Gli altri no. Soprattutto lo psicoterapeuta perchè non li può prescrivere tuttavia può accadere che per avere clienti, nascano degli inciuci con psichiatri e potresti ritrovarti a finire da entrambi che dietro le quinte stringono accordi. Solitamente, è categoria più nobile che non ha come motto a differenza dello psichiatra: "Basta un pò di zucchero e la pillola và giù". Una psicoterapeuta donna oramai pluri ottantenne (classe 1932) che ha inoltre avuto in cura bambini e adulti vittime di satanismo, pratiche crudeli e abominevoli si trova a Torino ed ha fondato nel 2002 AISJCA-mft assieme al Giudice/Avvocato Carlo Palermo di Trento che subì un attentato col tritolo (al pari di Falcone e Borsellino) a Pizzolungo (prov. Trapani). Tale aisjca, ha lasciato un sito web che è veramente un mattone e durissimo da leggere passo passo, perchè è un'enciclopedia mastodontica e il timore è che esso un giorno vada a sparire. Vediamo comunque cosa ne pensa Natalino Balasso sul suo youtube di psichiatri, psicoteraputi e medici di base e ti consiglio di moviolarlo bene e guardarlo in famiglia anche Natalino Balasso perchè nonostante la sua satira, racchiude molte verità.

Come proteggere chi copia articoli o immagini inocongrafiche?
Ci sono persone che stanno tre ore a scrivere un post o un articolo, poi arriva il furbo di turno, lo copia tutto e lo ripubblica sul suo blog o spazio web come fosse opera sua senza aggiungere in calce l'URL e la fonte. In taluni casi si tratta di ingenuità, di persone che si sono avvicinate al web da poco, ma spesso c'è anche malafede. (-_-)
Perchè moltissimi ricopiano le notizie?
Perchè più volte è accaduto che gli articoli venissero reindirizzati oppure soppressi per i più svariati motivi e trovandoli interessantissimi, i più creano una copia di sicurezza su di un loro spazio web. Quante volte è accaduto nel corso degli anni che riempiendo il browser di links, successivamente ne trovo una marea che sono scomparsi, o reindirizzati, oppure il sito web è stato chiuso oppure mi compare errore 404 e ho perso una marea di fonti del sapere? Cosa bisogna fare se ti ricopi una notizia per dimostrare di non essere in malafede? Aggiungere sempre l'URL visibile, l'autore (se si è identificato) e citare la legge n. 62/2001, oltre a ciò elargire una email box, o comunque la possibilità di mediazione, qualora chi volesse rivendicarne la paternità, volesse comunicare direttamente con chi ha effettuato questa sorta di "backup online"della notizia o immagine, documentario o TG in modo da avere una mediazione diretta e cercare una soluzione onesta adottanto la "legge del buon senso".
In questo caso,una pagina facebook dà la possibilità di scrivere agli amministratori un messaggio privato che di certo non verrà certo scartato e con i giusti tempi e un pò di pazienza, l'interlocutore riceverà risposta nei più brevi tempi possibili.
Se qualcuno volesse dare un'occhiata agli album di questa pagina, noterà che ogni immagine al suo interno reca l'URL e la parola "source" (sorgente) proprio per rispetto e correttezza di chiunque, tranne alcune e precisamente quelle sono state scansionate o create dagli stessi di questa pagina sociale fb, e sarebbero di proprietà della pagina, che comunque le mette a disposizione di tutti. Grazie a Panorama, abbiamo accertato che in Italia, sono abituati a creare una legge per ogni peto e poi ad incasinarsi uno con l'altro e le mafie ridono. (O_o)Il Trentino Alto-Adige fino al 1918 apparteneva all'Impero Austroungarico di Francesco Giuseppe e l'imperatrice Elisabetta Amalia Eugenia di Wittelsbach detta Sissi. Gli anziani nonni trentini e altoatesini, spesso affermano che sotto l'impero austroungarico c'erano poche leggi ma giuste. Questa frase ancora circola e viene tramandata di generazione in generazione oltre a questa ne gira un'altra: "Con i Savoia patiremo una fame troia".
Dalla statistica e ricerca di Panorama del 2012, noto che la Germania è al secondo posto con 5.500 leggi dopo l'inghilterra che ne mostra 3.000. Quindi se hanno fatto bene i conti, la Germania ha ancora poche leggi a differenza dell'Italia e ci si augura siano ancora poche e giuste. Il mio sospetto è che le RoMafie Capitali abbiano interesse nel creare più leggi possibili articolandosi con paroloni da letterati per rincoglionire il più possibile la popolazione per poi rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro e cercare ogni pelo nell'uovo. Basti pensare che io sono in possesso di una Costituzione cartacea del 1956. Se raffronto la Costituzione di Terracini, Grassi De Nicola e De Gasperi degli anni '50, con quella attuale e moderna, già essa è differente. Ogni anno creano apposta nuove leggi, nuove normative e cambiano regolamenti in Italia. Perfino coloro che si ritengono onesti P.G. a forza di cambiargli i regolamenti non ci capiscono più un cavolino e diventa una partita a scacchi.
I 4 nominati avevano stilato la Costituzione molto semplice affinchè ogni singolo italiano potesse leggerla con semplicità ed interpretarla subito senza rimbecillirsi ad ogni riga con il vocabolario. Un aforisma dice: "La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza".
Il mio sospetto è che siano tutte manovre politiche filomafiose di coloro che poi vogliono far esibire un saccente dottorato in lex per poi rimbecillire ogni singolo cittadino italiano e rischiare di rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro. La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza e la gente comune ha altro a cui pensare che alle vostre insulse leggi per tenere in piedi questo Stato sgangherato. Eventualmente prova a raffrontare una vecchia Costituzione con quella nuova e intanto tu continua a creare leggi su leggi per ogni scorreggia (peto). Piero Marazzo fu Governatore della regione Lazio. Venne incastrato nel giochino di transessuali che poi vennero ammazzati e si additavano i Carabinieri della Trionfale. Dear Bioethics Commission,
I would like to thank this commission for their efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects.
Ethical protections for human subjects are essential considering the past history of non-consensual research by United States Military and intelligence agencies in collaboration with educational institutions such as Harvard, John Hopkins, MIT, Princeton, and Stanford; pharmaceutical companies such as Eli Lily; medical schools and hospitals; the American Psychological Association; the National Institutes of Health, the Veterans Administration Center, U.S. Public Health Service and others.
Examples of past non-consensual experimentation include the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, The Manhattan Project, The Willowbrook Experiment, and Radiation Experiments.
Mind control experiments such as Project CHATTER, Project BLUEBIRD, Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA, Project MKSEARCH, Project MKNAOMI and others were often interwoven with radiation experiments and research on chemical and biological weapons. Psychiatrists, psychologists, neurosurgeons and other contractors conducting the work were embedded in a broad network of doctors and some of the research was published in medical journals.
As previously reported to this commission in 2011 and continuing to be reported in increasing numbers to this day United States citizens and others are reporting non-consensual experimentation including remote experimentation and torture. In 2011 it was reported to this commission that there were approximately 3000 known victims. Four years later those numbers have grown to 4000 to 5000 victims, an increase of at least 33%. I have brought with me over 60 of their statements.
Non-consensual victims of experimentation have experienced covert COINTELPRO type tactics including those used in Project MKDELTA. MKDELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting, or disabling purposes.
Due to past history, previous testimony and statements provided to this commission, and continuing reports of non-consensual research ethical protections for human subjects in the form of regulatory changes are critical.
As I understand Subpart A of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) regulations, Protection of Human Subjects (codified at 45 C.F.R Part 46), also known as the Common Rule loopholes allow for experimentation when there is no physical intervention or interaction with the subject by an investigator as occurs in remote experimentation and previously reported to this commission by victims; or when the identify of the subject is unknown to the investigator (for example Subject 9,543).
Also there is no oversight for some non-federal entities such as private corporations and contractors and foreign entities; as well as some federal departments and agencies. Oversight is needed for all entities conducting research on American citizens and U.S. persons as well as research conducted on foreign soil.
Additionally research activities are permitted for some demonstration and service programs for public benefit; department or agency heads can waive consent in certain cases; institutions can register their own institutional review board (IRB); and IRBs can waive consent in certain instances. There are other loopholes not described here. Additional protections are also needed for children, prisoners and those of impaired consent.
In light of the testimony given in 2011 and existing loopholes in federal regulations I was shocked and dismayed that the only notable recommendation the Bioethics Commission made regarding the consent process is to add people of impaired consent. Ethical protections for human subjects necessitate regulatory changes.
After experiencing painful vibrations in my forehead with associated blood in my mucous, vibrations of my organs and more I sought help in the form of testing.
Test results included materials specifically used in the manufacture of neural dust as researched and developed by the University of California, Berkley. Neural Dust is an ultrasonic low power implantable form of brain-machine interface which as originally designed includes a subdural transceiver, an external transceiver and cmos chips implanted into the cortex.
The University of California has collaborative agreements with Temple University, which in turn has collaborative agreements with Dartmouth University and Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital where I had surgery on my nose and face.
Additionally, an ELF/EMF scan found 20 sites on my body that emit emf emissions beyond normal for the human body and consistent with implants. Also, the scan showed my body receiving governmental frequencies that were not observed during ambient conditions; my body was acting as a receiver.
This is only one example of the continued collaboration between United States government agencies and others who receive funding from those agencies.
I do not consent nor have I knowingly consented to any form of research, experimentation or implantation.
Not everyone can afford to pay for testing nor should we have to. We need the medical community to evaluate our medical complaints in a scientific manner and not subjectively rule out complaints as mental illness. We also need an investigation into our complaints of non-consensual research and covert psychological operations.
In addition to regulatory changes, criminal penalties must be legislated for research involving human subjects when bodily integrity and autonomy are violated as for other criminals who are routinely punished with convictions for assault, fraud and homicide. Unethical treatment of human beings can only be prosecuted when laws and regulations are in place.
Even if a researcher, physician, institution, other is engaged in socially beneficial research that might lead to cures or treatments for devastating diseases it is imperative that each person's autonomy, self-determination, human dignity and constitutional rights prevail over scientific advancement and social benefit.
Over fifty years ago American citizens reported being victims of non-consensual human experimentation and reports continue to this day. Over fifty years later we still don't have the necessary reforms to protect U.S. citizens and others from non-consensual research. As a society we must ensure that research subjects possess human rights that are inviolate.
This commission includes members of institutions that have participated in unethical research in the past. This commission does not include a single victim of non-consensual research. They have the insight that only a victim could impart.
Thank you for your efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects. Much work still remains to be done.

I am preparing an agency Info packet for German agencies as these agents are American, and have killed German citizens with this technology. To try and scare me away from doing my books, and more recently in March 2012 as a way of discrediting me with German agencies. German agencies simply want to believe that the agent in charge, Dagmar Horvat, is a "normal agent" doing Stalking, they do not get that she is a psychopath and that she is misusing this technology, in the ways that she is. They have been ignorant for years, I tried approaching agencies in mid-2011, I was affected heavily, German agencies lied to about it by Horvat.
So I am trying again, it has taken me two years, to get done (and I am still not finished), and should only have taken two weeks at the most...But I am getting closer to finished. My issues are not about Stalking at this point in time, we 3 deal with far worse, and I know that German agencies will arrest these agents when they know the truth.
My agency Info is nearing completion, these agents are worried and dangerous.
I have one of the most provable cases of any TI.
I know why I was put in Stalking, the agency involved, and I know of the agency I deal with here in Germany. It is CIA, working with Germany's BKA. I know the address, name, license plate, and agency of the agent in charge here in Germany. Furthermore last time I looked, it is illegal for the CIA to be making problems for an American on foreign soil.
I know that these CIA agents are in trouble- they do as well obviously, German agencies will be glad once they find out the truth, this Stalking will end, my family and I will have a normal life.
So of course based on the Technology Situations (high levels of technology anger- very scary as it is like being on "instant hard drugs and angry"- it is not normal anger is the point) they have been creating with my family and me, these last days, of course I am worried.

Regarding to my case number G/SO 215/51 VNM(GEN) and my previous email, I had been being tortured brutally in recent days. Vietnam is a State party to Convention against Torture (CAT) and International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD). In Nov.2014, Vietnam National Assembly has signed (ratified) Convention Against Torture (CAT). Ministry of Defense of Vietnam still tortures me daily till now by remote electromagnetic weapon and Voice-to-Skull weapon. That means they violate CAT (Article 1 of Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment). I would like to describe more about these electromagnetic weapons:
These weapons use electromagnetic wave to manipulate brain, brain cortex (auditory, visual), brain memory (including short term, long term). Brain and its cortex are as radio to receive electromagnetic wave that is modulated by secret technology. They can project images, video, audio, sound, voice directly to auditory and visual cortex for torture that only a victim can receive, see and hear it. In more contrast, they project dangerous, terrible, wrong logic, threatening videos, etc to my visual cortex for torture of my spirit and mental. The same with projecting voice and sound to my auditory cortex. They threaten, warn, threat many things that harm to me for torturing me of metal and spirit. For both methods of torture, they remote control other people to appear to threaten me as their warning in auditory and visual cortex for making logic that it is real and this doing damage my mental and spirit and the tortures are more affected. In addition, they use secret electromagnetic weapon that can remotely torture my inside bone and it make me feeling of very injured. They also have another secret weapon that makes me to be itched till crazy. These weapons are non-lethal weapons and it's hard to see the damage appeared in outside of victim. But for the weapon that makes me to be itched, I can see my skin has a very tiny burned by my eyes but I could not take the photo of it because after taking photo, could not see the very tiny burned skin in the photo. I just describe a little bit of the secret electromagnetic weapons. I wonder that you should update these secret weapons to your database for the means of the form of remote tortures.

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.
Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.
Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):
- many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.
- "street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target
- the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year
- a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks
- 24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.
- "slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.
- the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.
- "noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.
- the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."
- persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.
- the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.
- the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target
- targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault
- derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls
- residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation
Some Important Points:
- The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.
- Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.
- Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.
Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.
What other tactics are used?
Face-to-face tactics:
- Following a target on foot wherever he goes
- Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.
- Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.
- Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -
- When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.
- Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:
- Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces
Noise Campaigns:
- Generating noise around the clock.
- Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.
- Noise campaigns include:
- People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.
- Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.
- Apartment noise campaigns will include:
- Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering
- Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides
- Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:
- When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet
- When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.
Vehicle-related tactics:
- Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.
- Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.
- Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.
- Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.
- Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:
- Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates
- Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.
- They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
