THE REHEARSED STORIES AND VISIONS

I first began hearing voices through this illegal implantation in August of 2009, but I all began in 2006 when I had first
received my first symptom which was heart failure. I was very scared and
concerened so I went to a heart vascular doctor by the name of Dr. Tutsee
Tonwee, who had noticed the problem and gave me a recorder that requires a hook
up the same as any emergency room check up, in search for heart and respiratory
problems. I continued to use this device until the unfortunate break up between
my exwife and I. During the time of our split up I had just sent my exwife to
the local liquor store which was a two minute walk from our residence to check
a mega millions lottery ticket. When she returned she told me that I had won,
not knowing that I had been illegally implanted at the time and my exwife was
involved with it also, I thought nothing of it but was simply expecting to
receive a check in the mail being that I had put all of my information on the
ticket. The funny thing is a day after I was informed that I had won the
lottery my wife at the came to my job making false accusations about she have
pictures of a girlfriend (meutual friend) and I kissing, which was not true.

Of course me being stupidly in love with this woman gave her the key to my vehicle under the assumption that she was going home, but instead
she left me just took my daughter and left. Once I was done working I called
the house but no answer so I got a ride by people I work with, upon arrival to
my residence I noticed that the lights in the front of the house was off and
the bedroom light was on, so after calling the phone and receiving no answer to
the knocks on the door I figured she was gone. Crazy thing is that my vehicle
was parked in front but I gave her the key. Now being that this happened all I
had was myself she wasn’t at her mother house but she was living with my cousin
they decided to get together through the help of my sisters and mother.

A few months later my vehicle was sabatoged, being that a flat tire wasn’t enough for these people. They hired a Hatian guy to crash into
my vehicle while I was driving. After the accident I had nothing but a police
report and two witnesses stating that I wasn’t at fault. Two days after this I
was driving my friend car and it overturned while I was at speeds of 45 to
50mph ejecting me out of the vehicle. This is where the now; the obvious begin
I was taken to a hospital over 60 miles away from the area, when there is a
hospital like 7miles away from the accident scene. This hospital that I was
taken to gave me the worst treatment any person could ever receive; I
immediately noticed upon arrival a white male who dressed like a agent; wearing
black casual pant and solid white dress shirt with his sleeves rolled up,
approach me and insert a grey gadget into my colon, which released something in
me. It hurt like hell, so I asked “what the hell are you doing to me,” he
stated that he was checking me for internal bleeding. Now clearly I’m not the
smartest man in the world but, you’re not supposed to receive a device in the
colon that releases little gadgets out of it. I was in this hell hole of a
hospital for maybe 4days. During this introductory to death of a hospital
visit, I received no bathes, therapy, doctor attention, food or visit’s. I was
in a facility that had no intentions on helping me at all, but planning to use
me as an experiment. The entire visit at the hospital there was a nurse
assigned to me who only talked about sex and her relationships. This was
explained by the operators of this weapon; that was their way of entertaining
me, which was sexually seducing me and not feeding me, and taking blood out of
me at a regular schedule of once every hour of everyday. After I was released from “Hell” a friend of
mine came and took me to their home, and I have to admit was she acting very
strange always touching on the wounds from the accident and being very creepy
with needles. Always talking about how I have perfect veins, and that it would
be so easy to put a needle in my veins as if the conversation was just a normal
regular conversation. This person told me a lot about their family showing me
pictures of someone whom I would meet again later in life.

This is now the 2008 year, I’m not all the way down to nothing finicially but emotionally
when thinking about my daughter and realizing that I can’t see her at all I
would just sit and cry feeling torn apart. At this time of my life I am
officially divorced and going to court for a custody battle over my daughter
which ended in my favor, being that I wasn’t about to try to battle my
estranged for my daughter I just wanted everything to be as is when I want to
see my baby I can and so it was ordered.

Crazy things have happened like the cousin my estranged is now with gets put in prison for selling drugs and other stuff and she now wants
to talk to me acting as if she wants to be with me again. Knowing I’m in love
with this woman agreed and here we go with her steering my life directly to
death. Everything going wrong from nowhere to live with my daughter and
estranged to not being able to get a job, keep a vehicle or anything this is
crazy. Time has past now I have had
family and friends trying to kill me everyone participateing with doing
physical harm to me and sabatoging my vehicle which is the only possession I
have now. This is my house and transportation everything I do happens because
of my vehicle.

I finially get a job working construction and I get a phone about 2days of having this phone I
receive a text telling me that the FBI is on my phone. Not caring because I’m
not doing anything wrong in my life I just forgot about. Next I lose my job,
and after losing my job I began job searching in other areas which got me
nowhere. In the midst of this time that’s passing, my car is stolen and
wrecked, no job and still homeless. I have participated in the publishers
clearing house and was told that I won, I still have conformational mail for
that. I began talking to on the phone chat line dating service, which is where
I meet a woman by the name of Dorthy Bottoms, who told me while we were
together that her slogan is called “Two–Chain,” and that she just joined the
Union, and how she have several nicknames (DOT, DE, O’Bottoms and April
Brown). After meeting this lady who end
up having more names than the white pages, and listening to her stories which
are very informational now, being that I figured everything out how this was
all planned and that this government will not stop at nothing, which is why
“they,” (The government) are trying to kill me.

The two day relationship between Mrs. Bottoms and I was over in the matter of moments into her conversation; I have never been so spooked in my life to hear this woman
tell me immediately after having sex that I am now “burnt out”. This is the beginning of my death walk and
the government working at a level five NSA procedure to kill me erasing my
existence to the point where I can’t even get a free bank account given to me by
the College I am attending now. This government used shelters and workforces to
put implants in me knowing that if there’s a workforce around I would be there,
and using the workforce case worker Ornando Hall to introduce me to Chris Brock
who told me crazy stories like; you look like you would win the lottery and one
day you will just drop dead. This guy immediately after getting to his
residence at the time bugged my teeth; He and his friend Mike aka BIG HEAD was
engaged in a very confidential conversation while Chris cooked potatoes for me
to eat that broke my teeth and enabled me to be heard by the people driving in
their vehicles all day and night everyday at all times of the day. I know this
because I would simply sit near the sidewalk facing the traffic and notice
every face and every vehicle; it got to the point that we were playing games.
They would drive to their check points and switch cars and plates; So I would
let them know who was in what car and that their tag was still hanging wrong,
or their head light was blown, or I would name a vehicle like “shark shark,” which
is a car that I admired the most out of all the vehicles. Being that I like to
rap I began making up songs to rap about to them most people like to play and
listen to me I would do this until I felt sleepy enough to go in a “porter
pottie,” which I noticed sitting off by its self; which brings to my attention that
early one morning. A police officer snatched the door open and ran in my
identification clearing me and leaving.

After this implantation I was happily directed to go to the Union mission shelter in Norfolk, Va which is where I was tranqualized and
implanted illegally. The reason I suspect this facility is like I mentioned
earlier that my friend who helped after being released from the hospital, had
told me about her family, and had shown me pictures also. I met a person she
told me that is her step brother and was in prison, but he was in this facility
and he had a backpack full of cannulas one night, I thought nothing of it until
the next morning when I was awakened by someone extremely late then kicked out
of the shelter. With a sore throat and stiff muscles I had no other choice but
to leave walking; feeling as stiff as I did when I had gotten in the accident
in De. To catch you up with time’s I have been trying to get help talking to
police officers (Master Rick James), local news station’s, and even emailing
the president begging him for help and explaining to him my situation trying
not to speak too much because of the networking that’s been going on with the
computer and the local area.

I finally went to a ear doctor and he said my ears look fine but from what I told him which was just that I hear high pitch sounds and actually went deaf for a few days in my left ear. Had green stuff coming out of that ear too. Ofcourse it went away without even a dose of an antibiotic.

Since 2007 or prior I have been dealing with V2K and the the gang stalking. The police won't help even after I took plates down. Pictures are no good either.

I moved and guess what I saw 2 weeks after I moved? 3 cars that had been written down numerous times back in 2008 and 2009. Yes they live in the same complex as I did. I moved again. I called police and gave them the plate numbers, makes and models. They said they were registered to the same person out of Milwaukee. I don't know anyone in Milwaukee, WI

Now I have lost the only thing I cared about and that is my kids. I'm homeless, jobless, carless and see my boys about 5 to 15 minutes a week if I'm lucky because I need to walk there. I was lucky enough to get them birthday presents and by them their energy drinks that they like.

No one believes me but this doctor says in 15 minutes he can find out if their is something medically wrong with my ear. So I am going. But than I hear this transparent eye thing. I have known for awhile but hoped it wasn't true. They see what you see and what you do? How sick are these people? I may know two of them.

Department of Homeland Security Renews Stanford Research Institute International Contract for Support of the Cyber Security Research and Development Center

awarded a $9.7 million contract to continue support of the Cyber Security Research and Development Center (CSRDC) for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T). Since 2004, SRI has supported the CSRDC and has helped develop DHS S&T’s cyber security research and development program. Under the renewed contract, SRI will continue to provide technical, management, and subject matter expert support for the wide range of research, development, testing, evaluation and transition activities

SRI has played a significant role in the development of the DHS S&T roadmap for cyber security research, innovation training for researchers in the program, program workshops and conferences, and collaboration initiatives for critical infrastructure sectors such as the finance and oil and gas sectors. I watched a 1992 film “Shining Through” with Michael Douglas and Melanie Griffith; co-staring Liam Neeson.. Since my kidnapping, I have a preference for war movies. The same

Sitting in church yesterday - a brutal neurological assault to their favorite point of attack: my hip joints. I intend to make an effort to be in touch with these professors and invite anyone else to make contact in a way that will bring to their attention what is happening in this country and across the globe as a result of their brain research and computer – brain interface. Because these two professors both have a 6-year working relationship with Sarnoff Corporation aka SRI International, and in the case of Paul Sajda, he documents experience in the intelligence community. The same most likely applies to Professor Lucas Parra although his Curriculum Vitae is not detailed. Because of their affiliation with SRI and SRI being a lead Intelligence Contractor to the Department of Defense, it means they already know that we, targeted individuals, are being covertly exploited by the Federal Government – but what they perhaps do not know is the extent to which we are horrifically being used for experimentation, R&D, and tortured beyond belief by the Pentagon’s arsenal of high tech weapons in our homes in our communities. In addition, to our every thought and emotion being read and monitored as well as our every move surveilled and manipulated and our insides being turned upside down on an ongoing basis causing illness and disease and crippling in untold numbers. I was in NYC ten days ago and intended go to visit Columbia but was deterred when I found that as soon as I stepped off the plane my cell phone was knocked off the entire Verizon network. Next time, I’ll be prepared.

I consider these corporate - military for hire wage slaves who are on the government’s payroll to manipulate and torture victims to be nothing more than total losers and bumbling idiots. The attack on me yesterday morning in church was an attempt to supposedly regain the upper hand and using brute force is the only way they know how. Case in point > 2 nights ago I woke up with enlarged breasts from God only knows what went on as I slept. I do know that my insides Friday night were assaulted to such a degree that resulted in enlargement of not only my breasts but entire upper torso. I decided to take advantage of an opportunity and put myself on display for the perps; and I found out that there’s nothing like breasts to capture an audience and a perp’s attention. I had them eating out of my hand as I waltzed around town in a sweater that buttoned up the front and turned out to be a crowd pleaser. One perp honked his car horn and waved. The joke is actually on them – it’s Monday morning now, and I haven’t seen a car lineup or a single perp since Saturday morning. Show your female attributes to these clowns and all bets are off. What I haven’t mentioned is that in addition to attacking me with the weapons in church yesterday morning, they also removed the buttons down the front of a brand new blouse I was wearing – three buttons down the front. I had a sweater with me so it was no big deal, just another example of what PRECISION laser weapons can do - a weapon that tailgate’s my every move and displays a temper tantrum – I must have a million examples of “pinhead” laser strikes to things.

Next year, Denmark for the first time for the exam in the UN Human Rights Council. It happens during the so-called Universal Periodic review of the English shortened UPR.

The intention of the UPR is that all UN member states within a four-year period in consultation with other Council members yesterday in a dialogue about their human rights record. And the second May 2011 is thus Denmark's turn to take to task.

As a basis for this "UN exam" uses reports from the Council include the Danish government itself, civil society and from IMR. Precisely therefore hold Foreign and IMR a series of public hearings where all can freely participate and give their views on human rights in Denmark - and thus provide concrete contributions to the content of the Danish report.

Embossing debate
- This is a new opportunity to make its views known and to influence Denmark's future policy on human rights. We invite all happy to participate in this important process, which could ultimately act to improve human rights for every citizen, explains project manager at IMR, Lis Dhundale.

During the hearing, the Foreign Ministry's human rights ambassador, Arnold Skibsted, tell more about the UPR process and the government's priorities for preparing the report. Participants are then able to make their own assessment of the human rights challenges in Denmark. IMR's director, Jonas Christoffersen, will be moderator.

The issues being raised during the consultation will form part of the Government's preparation of the report. At a later stage there will be opportunity for written comment on the government's draft report will be sent in consultation at the Foreign Ministry website.
