#433This is only my word but when I was attacked with what I believe was MEDUSA it was blasting loud and sounded just like LRAD's attack mode. It hurt in a way you have never hurt before. My nervous system was under attack. I suffered four hours of this attack while I tried to cut out a screen, lay it over me and ground it. I also tried to put the fridge and concrete between me and the attack. Mean while my guts were gurgling through me. When it stopped and they drove off from the side of my home I was just shaking and peeing brown.Of course I went to the hospital trying to prove the attack and the V2K I had been dealing with for a year or two and got committed while they continued testing other weapons and tactics all the way to the attempt at forced suicide. Still the psychological forced suicide attack was by far the worst but I was in a weakened state or still having my nervous system attacked silently. Some of the effects might have been after effects of the original attack. All bacteria and fungus on and in my body was dead for a week or two.It sucked being radiated by MEDUSA but at least at the level I was hit with it was endurable. I hoped so bad that I could prove the attacks I had been under that I took a chance. It was what they were hoping for and the ambulance was diverted to and obscure hospital half way to the normal one. It was all prearranged.When I had survived everything they had done they started V2K attacks on the guy in the other bed to screw with me. Making him scream and cry and run down the hall. I don't know what they said to him but he couldn't look at me and was scrared shit of me Until I told him to prey and not sleep in the same room as me for it to stop. Assholes.Of course I now know I was accused of bomb making and the records say I was hospitalized by police while my home was searched. That must have allowed some terrorism law to let them experiment on me and attempt to kill me.All to cover crimes by the police I was trying to expose. We have to expose this shit.Peter Rosenholm

#432bThere is an explanation to hearing family or neighbors broadcasting V2K. We have all had this done to us and it appears to be a military weapon that can clone the voice of anyone. That then has a far greater psychological effect on the target.In my case they tried to get me to commit suicide while sending V2K that they had kidnapped my daughter and were harming her while she cried out to me. A call to her in the morning exposed it. I had also been attacked with directed energy weapons and hospitalized and then involuntarily committed. They took me as low as I could go and then went in for the kill.But don't believe that it is actually anyone you know because it isn't. Anyone caught in this and acts out is locked up, commits suicide or lashes out. All three promote distribution of these weapons to law enforcement to be used in abusive surveillance. post #431I was looking through an old note book from college while taking philosophy of societies.A bit is written in the note book with a quote by my professor. It oddly relates to us, our attacks and how we perceive them. Especially the covert nature of our psychological attacks, the misdirection and our belief system and mental barriers that are attacked and used against us.Quote: "The mind at times becomes the believer of illusionary images which may change a life from upward to backward, from forward to reverse". Or otherwise known as(catching a non-existent fly).To survive we need to move forward and upward in spite of our challenges. The worst thing we can do is become overwhelmed and caught in the negativity thrown at our minds and lives. We will never have all the answers. It's enough to know we are being screwed with.Even while being attacked by what seems like psychological warfare tactics and directed energy weapons there exists a world untouched by what we deal with. Society appears to have always been manipulated by the information they receive. They are in a state of mind where everything is just fine and motivated to achieve and succeed. They are programmed to believe that anyone not following this picture is to be shunned and is not normal. That is the category they are attempting to herd us into. Everybody is not involved like some think, although I can see how they might feel that way. Being attacked causes a defensive response, hyper vigilance and suspicion.The majority of people are good, we have to remember that. The world other than man like nature is definitely something I can look at to see how things really are. That always lifts my spirits.It is our society and belief system that is variable. 1.Announcement and Call for Papers
Experts in the field of non-lethal weapons are concerned both with investigating and pursuing a detailed approach to new NLW technologies, and with developing a better contextual understanding of this complex subject from a generalised perspective.
2007, the year of the 4th European Symposium on Non-lethal Weapons was very decisive for NLW. Never since the term NLW was first created had so much motion and activity occurred. Noticeably, NATO installed a Quick Reaction Team, a Topical Group and proposed a new term, "Non-Lethal Capabilities (NLC)". In Europe , the European Defence Agency (EDA) installed a project team specifically in this area and adopted the term "NLC".
Now what has changed in principle?
Are there any consequences of the new term, NLC? How will this impact each of the different aspects (legal, medical or operational) involved in NLW?

The above questions and more will be discussed at the 2009 Symposium on Non-lethal Weapons, which will also act as a forum to review current and future non-lethal technologies. This 5th Symposium will be a platform enabling participants to meet with each other and with experts from many different nations. All these aspects together can be seen as a catalyst to strengthen and to enlarge the present NLW-community.
In brief, the Symposium includes topics on:
Current and advanced technologies
Operational and tactical aspects (scenario-orientated, case studies...)
Required capabilities
Legal and public acceptance
Effects on target as well as the evaluation of effects
The listed topics should only be considered as guiding principles. Abstract proposals concerned with any other interesting and/or important topic related to NLWs will be welcome.

If you don't have hard evidence to send, call 210-472-6195. In both the fax or a phone call, give your name, stating you are a victim, for so many years, and identify the state you're living in. All TIs will be considered a witness to these crimes, no matter what state you reside in. If you have a website, simply include the link, along with your identification.
DO NOT overwhelm his fax or phone system with anything but hard evidence; i.e., NO alien conspiracy theories or hostile anti-government rhetoric. As many of you know, this has turned off other people in key government positions, who were initially willing to sit down and listen to us, and then refused to cooperate when accusations and comments got out of control.
It's also relevant to point out who you think might be doing this, ie, rogue ex-CIA operatives, domestic terrorist cells....be discrete about this point. Remember, Congressman Gonzalez works for the government and he is going out on a limb with this.

I) Singapore research team first place in Brain-Computer Interface contest
Clinical tests evaluate technology in ADHD, stroke and paralysis
The Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) research team at Singapore's Infocomm Research (I2R) has won first place in the worldwide BCI Competition IV, 2008, in all three electroencephalogram (EEG) based non-invasive BCI categories.
The results were announced on Dec. 12 at the international Neural Information Processing Systems (NIPS) conference in Vancouver, Canada.
The Singapore scientists designed the non-invasive BCI technology to provide a direct communication channel between the human brain and the computer, so that physically handicapped individuals, such as "locked-in" patients who have lost effective communication and interactive abilities, would be able to communicate and interact with their environment through thoughts, rather than relying on normal, neuromuscular pathways.

I'd like to introduce my best friends, Arizona Wilder and Cathy O' Brien. But they are not actually my friends, I don't know them personally...but...fifteen years ago before the real explosion of the information age so many things that are possible now are not possible. I KNOW for a fact now that there is synthetic telepathy -=- and I have seen hardcore SURVIVORS courtesy of the internet that have lectured. In front of a few people.So what I would like to suggest in writing is: what if: these stories broke into the mainstream. What would it be like?I know that there is one attitude that immediately suggests:"it would be widespread panic!"But that is a reflection...of the basic agenda of those who have developed these "programmes" to neutralize human minds and decieve. To "own the world..." no one really OWNS the world. But that is the long - range agenda of those mysterious figures who have created these programmes.They are harshly anti-intellectual because, of course, people of intellectual means can figure out what they are up to. And two of the most AMAZING intellects I have encountered online come from Cathy O' Brien and Arizona Wilder.they are both survivors of the worst sorts of torture.These things are harsh to consider. The goal -- of those who use them -- is that people look away and say "that's just too disgusting..." that people look away in denial and therefore-- the torture can continue, the DISTRACTION can continue and the manipulation and deception can continue....so that certain politically motivated individuals can pretend that they have the right to rule and own the world.WHAT IF? I think a LOT of people would start immediately RECOVERING from their symptoms.A great many people would say "uh huh, thought so." a few others would begin lying more desperately in more ugly ways -- desperate to maintain control, as it seems, over the minds of others.But many other people would begin to heal, as soon as they saw their situations described in the mainstream by (say) mainstream news networks......and that's where it begins to break down,as most of us know, there aren't too many degrees of separation between the mainstream "news" networks -- at least in the United States-- and the secret government that...actually, there is a small bit of video on YouTube which features Bill Clinton ADMITTING that the United States Government experimented -- and even apologizing for it -- with behavior manipulation.He doesn't say that they stopped, though,he doesn't promise that they won't do it anymore,as millions of individuals sure that they are being cybernetically, psionically persecuted know for sure.--I have explained before why I refuse to use the term "TI" to describe victims of this sort of torture.I won't use a LOT of their terminology. Oh yeah. So: an American comic turned politician named Al Franken seems on the verge of being elected. I like that. I've been a fan of his sort of intellectual comedy since I needed a babysitter.But his name reminds me of a conspiracy theory that came up and subsided on the internet a few years ago...people couldn't really DO anything about it. If Franken's gonna be an elected official, I have to be easy and find a different way to talk about it.It's the sick sort of stuff that makes me want to use the gutter curse words I grew up with. 200 Years of "Mind Control"

My Popular Mechanics piece on ‘bioelectromagnetic’ weapon reseach is now online, and as Sharon Weinberger’s intriguing Washington Post article ( http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/01/10/AR2007011001399.html ) last week made clear, there has been a great deal of military research into the area of "mind control" (though they would prefer to use the term "behavior modification.")
Many people believe they are being targeted by such weapons. Certainly it's a growing phenomenon in the U.S.:
''In the United States, you don't see nearly as many mentally ill people anymore who have delusions and hallucinations with regard to God and the saints as you did 20 or 30 years ago, when I first doing this work. In our secular society, it's more a matter of, well, the President or the C.I.A. is affecting my behavior by radio waves or microwave receivers in my teeth.''
But the problem goes way back. One case from London was James Matthews, who said he was being influenced by an implant in his head by a gang using a weird electromagnetic device. This group, one of many, he called the Air Loom Gang, and among the tortures they inlicted on him were implanting thoughts ('kiteing'), stopping him from speaking ('fluid locking’), cutting his circulation ('sudden death squeezing’) and ‘brain lengthening’ which would 'cause good sense to appear as insanity, and convert truth to libel'.
So far so typical, except that the case was described in 1810 by John Haslam, the apothecary at the notorious ‘Bedlam’ – correctly the Bethlehem Hospital , the original lunatic asylum. This was the first ever full length clinical description of a single patient, one apparently suffering from delusions of control.
So was Matthews simply a lunatic? Bedlam staff said so, but two doctors declared him completely sane. It seems that Matthews was not incarcerated on medical grounds but on the orders of Lord Liverpool, the Home Office minister, who Matthews had accused of being part of a nefarious plot.
Matthews claimed he had been negotiating a peace settlement with France and had been betrayed. Oddly enough, some of Matthews’s story appears to be true; when his mission to Paris failed the French threw him into prison. He behaved quite sanely; in Bedlam Matthews learned architectural drawing, and drew up plans a new hospital building. The Governors gave him �30 for his work and some of the features of his design were incorporated into the new Bedlam. His family maintained he was eccentric but sane.
Haslam’s account of Matthews – “Illustrations of Madness: Exhibiting a Singular Case of Insanity…” was intended to prove that Matthews really was mad. But Matthews kept his own notes on his treatment, notes which found their way to a committee investigating Bedlam some time after his death. These undoubtedly influenced the committee's decision to dismiss Haslam and order that patients should be treated more humanely in future.
Lord Liverpool went on to become Prime Minister. His approach to dealing with dissent included the Peterloo Massacre, the Cato Street Conspiracy - a plot to kill the king which was actually a set-up by a government spy - and the Derbyshire Insurrection, which was also incited by government agents provocateur.
If Matthews was the victim of a plot, what about the infernal engine which afflicted him, the mind-control machine he called the Air Loom? According to Matthews, it sent out ‘invisible magnetic rays’ which influenced a magnet implanted in his head and produced many diagrams of it . We may fairly assume that this was a reflection of the fashionable interest in mesmerism and ‘animal magnetism’ of this period. The alternative is that he was trying to describe advanced technology in an age before the discovery electromagnetic radiation or the electrical nature of the nervous system - and that way surely lies madness.
The case has many parallels with the modern descriptions of 'gang stalking' recounted in Sharon's article and suggests that the situation is a complex one. And if bioelectromagnetic weapons ever actually reach the stage of being fielded, then simply labeling people who claim they are being targeted as 'crazy' will no longer be an option.
