In 1966, a history professor from Georgetown University, U.S.A. by the name of Carroll Quigley published a book called 'Tragedy and Hope' where he proved that a secret network of individuals which have come to be known as the deep state or the shadow world government exist and control most of the financial wealth of the world. Because this book 'Tragedy and Hope' is 1348 pages long, Joseph Plummer published his own book called' Tragedy and Hope 101' in which he reduced Carroll Quigley's information down to approximately 200 pages and he also furthered Carroll Quigley's information. I have reduced that information down to a short synopsis here in order to further raise awareness of the activities of the deep state which Joseph Plummer calls 'the network' in his book called 'Tragedy and Hope 101'

1. Real power is unelected. Politicians change but the power structure does not.

2. The network prefer anonymity.

3. The network place their own agents in leadership positions inside the media, universities, governments, and foundations etc.

4.. The network ignore morals, ethics and legislative laws.

5. They have destroyed the substance of national sovereignty.

6. In 1913 The network used presidential advisor Edward Mandell House to manipulate President Woodrow Wilson to sign into existence both income tax and a central bank into the U.S.A. Before that time the concept of income tax and central banking was unknown and unnecessary. This act then enabled the network to control the money supply of the people of the United States.

7. When we vote in an election we choose from a list of candidates which the network has put in place.

8. In order to gain power, the network do not need to own money. Instead, they control all moneys that private citizens place in savings banks, in retirement funds, in insurance funds, in trust funds and they then determine where that enormous pool of money is invested. By this means, they can manipulate the price of goods.

9. They place their own secret agents inside governments where they confiscate the money of the citizenry through various taxes.

10. Ignorance of banking lead many duly elected politicians to trust the advice of bankers which is disasterous for the country they are leading.

11. When the world first began using money it used bartar and commodity money. For convenience it then began to use receipt money. Fractional money was then introduced which was a dishonest practice. The network advanced its power by later introducing fiat money. Fiat money is paper money that a government declares to be legal tender. Fiat is paper money backed by nothing. The network then introduced something worse than fiat money which is debt money. Debt money is a worldwide monetary enslavement system. The network only put money into circulation whenever a loan is made and remove it from circulation whenever the loan is repaid. This means we are without a permanent money system throughout the world. The network now have the ability to confiscate, create and control the money that we earn.

12. Today one hundred million dollars per hour gushes into the military industrial complex.

13. The network wished to gain absolute control over the whole world but in order to achieve this they first had to persuade almost every country in the world to sign a peace accord. In order to make this happen they manipulated both of the world wars to occur. Through manipulation of world leaders they persuaded a number of countries to join what came to be known as 'The League of Nations'. The United States refused to join it because by doing so they would be forced to give up their sovereignty.

14. The network always seeks to trap nations in debt because a heavily indebted government is much easier to control that one which is financially sound. If a government wishes to maintain vital services, social order and ultimately its own power it can be persuaded to do exactly what the network wants. If the government refuses, the flow of money will then be cut and wont be restored until more acceptable leaders assume control.

15. During the second world war between 60 million and 80 million people died as a direct result of network manipulation.

16. The vast majority of the military, duly elected political leadership, and the civilian population are never told about what their own governments are actually doing.

17. Secret armies have now been set up in many countries throughout the world without the knowledge or consent of the people of those countries. They are controlled and run by members of the network. The secret armies are involved in a whole series of terrorist operations and human rights abuses. They are being used to interfere with the democratic process whenever the electorate threaten to vote contrary to the wishes of the network.

18. Any political system that subordinates the rights of the individual to the rights of some so called greater good by this method transfers nearly absolute power to a handful of evil individuals and it leaves every other individual powerless to resist them.

19. Crises such a hoaxes health crises is used to increase the power of the state as to crack down on the power of the individual and the reason that is provided is 'it is for the greater good'.

20. The network believes that they key to controlling the world is by the use of secrecy in all of its operations.

21. The threat posed by the network far exceeds the threat posed by by other types of criminals because the network have access to the media, the network have the trust of the masses. They have the air of legitimacy. They can legally seize our money. They can legally destroy the purchasing power of our currencies. They can legally control the police and military. They can legislate away our rights. They can reduce our children to debt slaves. They can obstruct an enquiry into their crimes from inside the system. They can seal documents, and confiscate and lose evidence and they can appoint their own investigators. They can write laws and selectively enforce them. They can disarm millions of their would-be victims. They can take nations to war while profiting financially and politically from the carnage.

22. The network created a centre for world government which is known as the United Nations. We must resist them at all costs. They are now attempting to technologically enslave us by wirelessly connecting our physical bodies to a computerized control system where they could and would paralyse or murder us from a distance by wireless means. We must urgently have their wireless infrastructure disassembled and banned. Please raise awareness of this situation. I am being secretly subjected to wirelessly enabled non-consensual black budget experimentation by the use of classified technology which is being carried out on me by unknown neuro staff who work from a remote location.
My brain and parts of my body have become wirelessly linked to a computer network from technology which is inside my brain and body. This wireless communication link has been further enabled by the neuro staff having access to both my unique brain imprint and my own unique DNA. The communication link which tethers me to the computer network has two way capabilities.
The neuro staff who operate the computer network receive information from my brain and parts of my body on a constant basis through this two way communication link. They then data analyse and collate the information gained for further use by the members of the deep state. The neuro staff also send false information to my brain and body in order to force me to see moving images, feel sensations on my skin, hear their voices aw well as other sounds, feel emotions that do not originate independently from my own brain, and experience forced muscle movement and even forced speech.
The deep state plan to gain a unique understanding of the human body and brain in order to use this secret knowledge for the greater evil of the human race at some time in the future. The neuro staff who reproduce their voices inside my head by the use of this two way communication link known as voice to skull have confessed to me that they work at Fort Meade, Maryland, U.S.A.
Over many years, I have been non-consensually communicating with said unknown neuro operatives and I have gleaned much information in this manner. I keep an online blog in several social media sites including facebook where I outline a small amount of what these neuro operatives have informed me of over many years. I sometimes have angry interactions with the neuro staff whose voices I hear coming from inside my head against my will and entirely without my permission. These neuro staff have often replied by telling me the following "We are not used to been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner as you have used." I often wondered to myself why they were unused to other subjects of non-consensual experimentation speaking to them in a disrespectful way. It did not make any sense to me at the time but I have now figured out what has been occurring as follows :-
When somebody is first non-consensually selected for neuro experimentation and when they first begin to hear the voices of unknown neuro staff being transmitted into their brains they are asked hundreds of questions. Even if they refuse to answer said questions, each question generates a mental image inside their brain. Evoked potentials are read and automatically translated by the equipment being used by the neuro staff into actual pictures of whatever the targeted individual generates  inside their minds. In this way and in many other ways including automatically included lie detection which is also built into the equipment that the neuro staff use, the neuro staff find out if the targeted individual has ever committed a crime which has gone undetected. If that is found to be the case the targeted individual is then blackmailed into becoming a neuro operative themselves in order to further the enslavement agenda of the human race by exponential means. Some are also blackmailed into working against their own governments while actually working in an official capacity inside government offices. I have never committed a crime in my life to the extent that the neuro staff have constantly complained that they can not get any leverage on me. This is one of many reasons why I am enabled to tell the public what is going on behind the scenes of their world, which is about to come crashing down if they refuse to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities which enable this human control and enslavement system. We must act urgently.

There is a conspiracy to enslave the human race by a variety of means including by  wirelessly linking each and everyone of us to  a computer network from brain implants.   The computer network enslavement protocol  is owned and controlled by various secret societies of dark occultists.  This situation is well in its advancement stages but owing to the fact that now all main stream media is owned and controlled by these dark occultists most individuals have no idea of the extreme danger to their freedom.   These dark occultists have been attempting to slowly and incrementally enslave us for many centuries by man-made laws and by financial means as well as through a system of documenting anybody in the know as being of unsound mind.   The intention of the dark occultists is to totally disempower us and to leave us without the ability to own any material possessions what so ever.  They are using mass electronic mind control  which is being emitted by  telephone towers and other towers in order to lull their fellow human beings into a false sense of security and freedom.  These dark occultists use the main stream media to promote and maintain  the use of negative behaviours in society because over time negative behaviours weaken us.  They deliberately atomise society by creating an unnecessary culture of emigration combined with migration, both inwards and outwards.  They cultivate a climate of constant over work, where pointless, totally unessential  and damaging work is the norm.   They wish to ultimately eliminate all privacy from society.   They are currently attempting to set up a rigid hierarchical based chain of command.    Church and state are now seen to be working as one.     My work on the matter has been disclaimed on the grounds that I have been falsely documented as being of unsound mind.

The afore mentioned secret societies of dark occultists are composed of the deep state which comprises of the top level members of approximately seventeen different intelligence agencies from around the world, along with inter-related blood line families, as well the controlling forces behind organised religions and most of the members of the council for foreign relations, among others.  Others as well as myself have suggested that we aught to take DNA samples from military leaders, senior politicians, supreme court judges as well as all unelected decision makers throughout the world as a means of identifying those who are attempting to enslave us by wireless means.   As there is no protocol in place to achieve this by current means we aught to urgently stage a worldwide revolution.    We aught to  supply ourselves with electromagnetic spectrum analysers in order to identify and help those who are secretly under attack from directed energy weapons and other means.  As yet, countless targeted individuals of remote energy attacks have been unable to prove that invisible energy is being used to in-home monitor and electronically attack them.   Please organise  to have all telephone towers and related paraphernalia disassembled and banned as a matter of urgency.   We have only a few months to achieve this level  counter attack because if fifth generation millimetre wave transmitters become operational in the next few years  the capabilities of said dark occultists  to wirelessly in-home monitor and electronically attack us will increase exponentially.   This matter is urgent.  Please attend to it now.

I believe politicians throughout the western world are being attacked and compromised in a myriad of ways by dark occultists who will stop at nothing in order to gain control of the whole human race.   Politicians who dare to challenge the creeping fascism of the deep state suddenly meet with an accident or sudden death.  We must support our political leaders by first of all listing the many and varied ways in which they can be undermined and then we must find a way of helping them by writing about issues that they appear unable to discuss at this point in time, one of which is Remote Neural Monitoring.

Remote Neural Monitoring involves placing illegal implants inside the bodies and brains of all individuals through chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads with nano particulates which we inhale and ingest.  These nano particulates then become encased inside our bodies and brains and can be used in combination with remote neural monitoring to virtually enslave us by wireless remote means and from a distance.   All people in western society now are embedded with nano particulates throughout their brains and bodies but only a small selection of people are having their implants activated, a process which can be carried out  from thousands of miles away.

When a human being has their internal nano implants activated  all of the electrical signals coming from their bodies and brains are then analysed wirelessly  by a supercomputer so that everything is known about that individual from that time forward.   The supercomputer tracks them everywhere they go.  It  keeps a record of their breathing rate, their blood pressure,  how long they sleep and what they say among hundreds of other details.    If a politician has been activated for the purposes of remote neural monitoring they  they could not secretly  inform  any member of the public about the extreme dangers of remote neural monitoring without  it being known by agents  the deep state who would then act against them in unknown ways.

There is no defence against remote influencing capabilities if you choose to surround yourself with digital technology, especially high definition televisions, wireless modems and smart engineered technology.  Remote Influencing capabilities are being used to subliminally    influence much of society to believe only what their government  and main stream media tells them and to disbelieve online sources of information.

We can almost instantly re-empower ourselves by outlawing all microwave transmitters, 5G millimetre wave transmitters and related paraphernalia.  The existence of satellites and space based weapons are easily proveable hoaxes along with a vast number of other hoaxes.   All worldwide data is currently being transmitted via undersea fibre optic cables which then carry digital signals to microwave transmitters.   Please research and raise awareness of Remote Neural Monitoring.

WHO ARE THE DEEP STATE.

The Deep State is comprised of the powers behind the Vatican. It is a well known fact that the Vatican own and control the British Crown Corporation which in turn controls the birth certificate business from behind the scenes. This empowers the Vatican via the British Crown Corporation to legally enslave every man, woman and child on this planet whether they have a birth certificate or not. By the time you manage to prove that you do not have a birth certificate they have already ensnared you in their net and you have no way of ever getting out of it. This entitles me to presume that the Vatican is a criminal corporation.

The Vatican owns and controls free masonry which is a front for money laundring all over the world. The Vatican legally controls the Pentagon combined with Washington DC.

The Deep State is a network of secret societies comprising of banksters, satanists, luciferians, Zionists, freemasons and bloodline families going back at least one thousand years. They have been planning to enslave their fellow human beings of this planet for the past hundred years or more. They created numerous psychological operations including the moon landing hoax, the false existence of satellites, the false existence of both demons and demonic possession, the extra-terresterial hoax and many more. They created these psychological operations using innuendo, rumour, outright lies, magic lanterns, video, holograms, actors, and brain weapons. Brain weapon technology has been sufficiently advanced for a number of years to the extent that it can insert whole experience sets into the human mind to the extent that an uninformed human being could not tell the difference between a real experience and a manufactured experience.

The Deep State fund the intelligence services. Neuro technology has vast capabilites which are largely unknown by the majority of the human race. Neuro technology is being used for thought control throughout large parts of the Western world as we speak. The main purpose of thought control is to create a situation where most intelligence men and women will not realise that they are being heavily influenced by it. Currently the majority of intelligent men and women are only prepared to believe what their government informs them of. They are unwilling to listen to alternative ideas regardless of where they hear them, even if they are from a reliable source. This situation has gone on too long to the extent that now the intelligence service can turn a valued member of the human race slowly and incrementally into a remote controlled bio-robot by slowly taking control of the muscles of that human being and nobody is prepared to believe her.

The Deep State are unelected members of the human race, yet their create policies in order to directly control their fellow human beings. Their evil policies are then pushed down the ranks to the rest of humanity who unthinkingly implement them. In this way and by the use of neuro technology thought influencing technology they have manipulated largely good people to commit acts of extreme evil. They have manipulated largely good living psychiatrists to incarcerate totally sane human beings into mental hospitals under the false belief that they were mentally ill. They have manipulated the main stream media to turn a blind eye to the fact that many of their fellow country men and women are being in-home psychologically tortured by the use of neuro weapons and military grade wireless electronic voice to skull voice harassment technology.

We are not only fighting against the Deep State which comprise of approximately one thousand members of the human race. We are also fighting against agents of governments who are so extremely deceived by thought control technology that they are willing to commit almost any act of extreme evil as long as a member of their government mandates it. They are no longer capable of independent thought.

SOLUTIONS.

We must dismantle all telephone towers and related paraphrenalia in order to destroy both thought control and in-home torture.

We must educate the masses of humanity who are currently being lied to on an unimaginable scale by both church and state.

We must dismantle the intelligence services all across the world. They have no use whatsoever.

We must organise a mass movement to stop paying taxes.

We must organise our selves into a system of anarchy. Anarchy is a system of rules without rulers. Anarchy is a linear based self-regulating system. We must allow for personal property which is the private ownership of our homes and vehicles and gardens and boats etc. We must disallow for the private ownership of trains, prisons, hospitals, public buildings, land, lakes, rivers and seas etc. We must urgently do this because the deep state bankers and their allies currently have enough money to purchase everything on the whole earth and they would then leave us bereft. We would be obliged to purchase our food off them. They would only give us food supplies if we agreed to be their slaves. We must act urgently.
