Please see attached. Out of all the things going on in this country today and during the current administration; this is going to be one of her priorities if elected. I can only imagine during her campaign she's been pressured by the current administration, congressmen/women, the NSA, CIA, FBI, etc. to implement this asap. She can't be trusted. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), a federally-funded medical research agency, is soliciting comments from the public through Tuesday, September 6, 2016 on an important life issue, the creation of human-animal chimeras. Comments must be submitted before midnight (Eastern) on September 6. Please read the directions below carefully to submit comments online or by mail.
On August 4, 2016 the NIH announced that it plans to lift its moratorium on funding research that involves injecting human embryonic stem cells into animal embryos thus creating part-human and part-animal organisms known as chimeras. This means that, for the first time, the Federal government will begin spending taxpayer dollars on the creation and manipulation of new beings whose very existence blurs the line between humans and non-human animals.
This research is ethically problematic for several reasons: 1) It relies on the killing of humans at the embryonic stage to harvest their stem cells; 2) It involves the production of animals that could have partly or substantially human brains; 3) It involves the production of animals that could have human sperm or eggs (with a stipulation that precautions are taken so such animals are not allowed to breed); 4) It allows the introduction of human embryonic stem cells into animal embryos early in their development such that it may be very difficult to know the extent to which human cells contribute to the final organism. Consequently, researchers won't know what their moral obligations may be toward that being. Tragically, the NIH has apparently given little, if any, consideration to these or any other ethical concerns with regard to this research.

This article in New Scientist describes research by scientists in Israel involving nano bots which were injected into cockroaches attached to an electromagnetic coil. The bots contained drugs, and had a gate which when heated released the drug. A man wearing an EEG cap attached to the coils, switched on the coils by either doing a mental calculation or having his brain at rest.
The idea is to apply this to human brains.

Home Office backed secret drug trials on ‘irritable & restless’ children

Home Office employees approved plans to carry out experimental drug trials on children at two schools for disruptive teenagers in the 1960s, newly-declassified documents reveal.
Government psychiatrists gave the green light to testing new behavior-modifying drugs on boys at Richmond Hill Approved School in North Yorkshire and girls at Springhead Park Approved School in Rothwell, near Leeds.
The boys, aged 15 and above, were given an anticonvulsant drug in a bid to control their behavior.
But plans for drug trials at Springhead Park were shelved after the headmistress and school managers rejected them.
Approved Schools were used to house disruptive minors and were at a level between a children’s home and a Borstal – a notorious youth detention center abolished in the UK.
Children in these schools were sent there by juvenile courts, but they weren’t imprisoned.
According to BBC Radio 4, newly-released files at the National Archives show how Home Office psychiatrist Dr. Pamela Mason backed plans to test drugs on boys at Richmond Hill.
The trial went ahead after Dr. JR Hawkings, a psychiatrist attached to the school, wrote to the Home Office asking for permission to carry out the tests on boys who were “impulsive, explosive, irritable, restless and aggressive.”
As part of the trial, a group of boys were given Beclamide, an anticonvulsant which was prescribed for epilepsy and is no longer in common use.
Another group was given a placebo as part of the ‘double blind’ experiment.
According to the BBC, there is no evidence that parents of the children or the boys themselves were consulted about the trial, which went ahead in 1968 and lasted for six months.
The outcome of the tests is unknown, as there is no record in official documents or medical journals.
A similar plan to give girls aged 14 and 15 a powerful sedative called Haloperidol, now mostly used as an anti-psychotic, was dropped after Springhead Park Headmistress Shelagh Sunner opposed the plan.
“They weren't mentally sick kids" Sunner told the BBC. "They needed to work through their emotions.”

Literary every where me and my children go, we are stalked, harnessed and, approached by many different people we don't know, I've even caught a man taking the trash I've thrown away. These people have no life what so ever. The reason I make it known about what is happening to me, even if it sounds crazy is because if anything ever happens to me, all will know I was saying the truth as well as to let them know that they don't scare me. I'm sure all these strange people who are doing all these things to me and my children are sent to targets me by these sick, crazy, corrupt fbi/feds/cia to help them try to frame me and or my children. I've mention what is happing to me too my family and is told no that can not be happening to me. I've become anti social because of this and trust no one. I no longer speak to my younger sister because she has turned against me. I dictate my time to my children in trying to teach them what's right from wrong In hopes they grow up to be good honest man. This is a letter to all peoples, nations, and leaders of the Earth.
It has long been understood that the prevalence of high-powered microwave transmissions has reached a toxic level of ubiquitous inescapability for all of us who share the same planet.
What is not understood, among the vast majority of citizens on this planet, is the fact that this very same microwave technology—the likes of which assists us every day in such supposedly innocuous functions as wifi for laptops and the reheating of leftovers—has an assortment of much more serious capabilities unbeknownst to the general public that have been covertly utilized by the U.S. Government (in coordination with several other governments) in order to manipulate, control, and even torture many of its own citizens under the guise of so-called “National Security.”
On a side note, it is interesting to note that this very technology being utilized against us is apparently not being utilized toward more benign and preservative measures, such as the prevention of mass murders or the surveillance of terrorist motivations, both of which can be easily accomplished using this technology; on the contrary, the technology is apparently being used in an agenda of human experimentation in order to enhance and advance certain governmental pro-war capabilities.
This travesty of misused technology is merely one aspect of modern governmental corruption that only we who are being targeted by this clandestine campaign can understand more clearly than anyone else can.

It is common documented knowledge that the U.S. Government (and certain agencies therein) has condoned and/or funded the clandestine operations of numerous nonconsensual experiments using United States citizens as unwilling human test subjects for purposes of scientific military advancement and nationalistic superiority in an immoral abuse of unregulated power. In our attempts to expose this ongoing travesty to the general public, one of the many conundrums we have faced is whether or not the reality of these ongoing experiments can be openly acknowledged by any one of you who is currently employed by the U.S. Government—you who have sworn an oath to obey, protect, and administer due process of law for ALL U.S. citizens.

certain remote wireless-weapon technologies currently in use;
the unregulated, coordinated, “community policing” bigotry tactics of organized stalking;
numerous other surreptitious acts of sabotage and discrimination—too numerous to list in this letter—that are being utilized against us in a continuous, and uniquely disparaging, systematic manner.
The invasion and virtual rape of our lives by covert forces (an activity apparently being given the nod of approval by the U.S. Government) has become a rampant epidemic of sadistic abuse that also appears to be an age-old manipulative tool of augmented fascist indoctrination and conditioning, particularly among those who are recruited to perform these ritualistic acts of torture and psychological terrorism against us. This horrible crime is much more potentially destructive to the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness on this precious Earth than any other threat before it, and must be recognized as so.
Absolute unregulated power has been given to psychopathic despots perched upon inviolate positions of military and political bureaucracy. I implore you to investigate the FACT to the world at large that these heinous activities being perpetrated against us are REAL. I also adjure you to begin an immediate, comprehensive, multi-media-driven investigation that will once and for all vindicate us and, in due time, liberate us from the continuing proliferation of these heinous activities that are meant only to subdue, control, and even torture human beings.
