Dear Commenter:

We are writing to advise you on our ongoing work and plans for the next meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. We appreciate the time that you have taken to engage with us.

We would like to clarify for your information that the Commission is not investigating or reviewing any concerns or complaints concerning claims about targeted individuals. This includes claims concerning: MK-ULTRA; COINTELPRO; electromagnetic torture or attacks; organized stalking; remove influencing; microwave harassment; covert harassment and surveillance; human tracking; psychotronic or psychotropic weapons and radio frequency or military weapons or other claims.

As such the Commission will not hear further testimony on these subjects. Many of these issues have been investigated in the past. The Commission is not a law enforcement, regulatory or legislative body. It does not control any federal monies. In addition, the Commission has no involvement with the public or private grants and has no power to open or undertake criminal cases.

As advisors to the President, we will ensure that all of your concerns, information and testimony are provided to the White House. We sincerely appreciate your interest in the work of the Commission and the time you have taken to share your personal history with us.

Ces dispositifs étaient censées être en mesure de contrôler le comportement des gens, de porter gravement atteinte au psychisme et même lecteur personnes à mort. Dès que le type d'information a été publié certaines personnes réclamé immédiatement eux-mêmes comme des victimes de l'impact de ces armes psychotroniques. Ils ont pris d'assaut les rédactions de journaux et magazines qui signalé à propos des armes psychotroniques et s'est plaint que certaines voix étrange dictée commandes leur. Boris Ratnikov dit que la Russie travaille sur l'impact de psychotronique à des humains depuis les années 1920. On sait que plusieurs chercheurs étudient encore le problème en Russie. Académicien Viktor Kandyba et son fils continuent les recherches à Saint-Pétersbourg, académicien Vlail Kaznacheyev travaille sur le problème à Novossibirsk. Et il est fort probable que la magie du cerveau humain est toujours la question d'un grand intérêt pour l'académicien Natalya Bekhtereva, dont le père travaillait sur le problème du siècle dernier.

Aux USA, chercheurs travaillent sur l'effet de psychotronique et emploient des systèmes psychophysiques orientales, l'hypnose, la programmation, la stimulation psychotechnologies et bio-résonance de l'ordinateur dans leurs études neurolinguistique. Elles cherchent toutes les occasions de manipuler le comportement humain. Des chercheurs israéliens effectuent des études similaires pour aider les gens à révéler leur potentiel de nouveau par le biais de l'autoréglementation, changer leur conscience et améliorer le corps psychique possible pour les athlètes.Qui plus est, ils font aussi des technologies secrètes pour programmer le comportement humain qui reposent sur une simulation mathématique de la symbolique de la Kabbale.

L'Académie des Forces d'autodéfense nationale au Japon étudie l'utilisation des phénomènes parapsychologiques qui peuvent être employées par les services secrets. L'Institut de psychologie religieuse travaille également sur le problème là.

En Corée du Nord, le Service de sécurité et de contrôle de la politique étrangère mène des expériences avec des oscillateurs spéciales qui peuvent de modifier les fonctions des organes humains.

Au Pakistan, les services spéciaux peut utiliser un appareil spécial qui peut provoquer des dysfonctionnements des organes humains et systèmes physiologiques et même causer la mort du peuple.

Le renseignement espagnol finance des études sur l'effet de facteurs physiques sur les organes humains et cerveau humain avec la vue fabrication de dispositifs pour provoquer des dysfonctionnements des organes et des transformations mentales.

L'objectif principal de toutes ces études est de trouver de nouvelles méthodes et formes de l'impact sur la psyché humaine, pour manipuler des groupes importants de personnes et d'élargir les ressources de la conscience humaine, a dit Boris Ratnikov. Nombreux pays posses informations sur utilisation secrète d'un effet de distance sur les individus et de groupes importants de personnes. Et ce sont des expériences pas du tout simples, mais aussi une application pratique des technologies à des fins politiques et militaires diverses. Ces technologies développent plus parfaite grâce à des innovations scientifiques et technologiques.

Boris Ratnikov dit qu'il avait vu une fois le document classifié du KGB, une sur les menaces potentielles et un générateur de psychotronique. Le document dit que le mécanisme d'un générateur de psychotronique est basé sur la résonance des fonctions de réaction des organes humains, coeur, foie, reins et cerveau. Chaque organe humain a sa réponse en fréquence individuelle. Lorsque cette fréquence est utilisée pour affecter l'orgue avec le rayonnement du champ électrique, cela peut provoquer une décompensation cardiaque aiguë, insuffisance rénale ou comportement inadéquat. Ces attaques s'adressent généralement aux organes malsains et peuvent parfois être mortelles.

Il est dit que le KGB a dépensé des millions de roubles au cours de l'ère soviétique à mener des études sur une action médicale et biologique mis à l'écart des rayonnements spéciaux sur les troupes et la population.

Cependant, aujourd'hui, l'Internet offre un large éventail de publications qui nient l'existence même d'une telle arme psychotronique.

Boris Ratnikov dit qu'il n'a jamais eu la chance de détenir une telle arme et n'a aucune idée de comment il peut ressembler à tous. Mais il suppose que des moyens techniques modernes permettent de faire cette arme ces jours-ci, comme toutes les matières théoriques nécessaires à la production ont été entièrement développés.

Comment personnes première estimation que le cerveau humain peut être affecté de dehors ? En 1853, célèbre chimiste Alexander Butlerov a été le premier au monde à l'origine d'une hypothèse scientifique pour expliquer le phénomène de l'hypnose. Boutlerov supposé que le cerveau humain et du système nerveux sont émettant sources et que les mouvements des courants nerveux dans l'organisme sont identiques à l'interaction du courant électrique dans les conducteurs. Le scientifique a dit que l'effet electroinduction a expliqué comment les signaux allant du cerveau d'une personne au cerveau de l'autre homme a émergé.

Physiologiste Ivan Sechenov appuie également l'hypothèse de Boutlerov. Il a ajouté que les émotions et les relations étroites entre les personnes, en particulier entre les jumeaux, intensifié l'effet de l'interaction de la force mentale.

Académicien Vladimir Bekhterev mis en place le premier Institut du cerveau et l'activité mentale du monde. À la fin du XIXe - début XXe siècle Bechterew mené des expériences sur la justification électromagnétique de l'hypnose appliquée aux animaux et aux humains. Dans ses œuvres Bechterew a écrit qu'il a découvert un mécanisme mental de contact super sensible qui émerge à des conditions spéciales entre un homme et un animal et permet d'opérer mentalement les comportement de l'animal à l'aide de mouvements et émotions.

En 1924, le Président du Conseil de l'Animal Psychology Laboratory, dompteur brillant Vladimir Durov académicien a écrit un livre sur la formation animale et a raconté ses expériences sur l'hypnose appliquée aux animaux

En 1932, l'Institut de cerveau de Bechterew nommé d'après que le scientifique a été officiellement accusé de mener des expériences sur l'interaction à distance.

En 1965-1968, l'Institut d'automatique et Electroenergetics basé à Novossibirsk a étudié la communication mentale entre les humains et les animaux. Les matériaux de l'étude ont été classés et ne furent jamais publiés officiellement.

Many of the people deemed "delusional" deserve an apology it seems. Just ask Forbes via their article "Are We Ready for the Russian Zombie Gun" dated 4/4/12 AND "Russia Eyes Development of Futuristic Weaponry" dated 3/22/12 ...simply google : en dot ria dot ru military news for the military news article direct from Russia which states:

"“The development of weaponry based on new physics principles; direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, etc., is part of the state arms procurement program for 2011-2020,” Serdyukov said at a meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

“We will draft the proposals for the next program by December 2012,” he said.

The Russian government has already prepared a draft bill on the establishment of an advanced military research agency, similar to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in the United States, and would submit it to the parliament in the near future."

DARPA has this technology already...and whom do the blissfully ignorant propose that they have tested this technology on ? Volunteers?? No one is going to "volunteer" to be tortured, physically disabled or driven insane by the harassment and physiological effects. They don't use high dollar weapons in war without testing them first.

Taking a realistic look: The facts are 1) There are classified/secret watch lists and reports of targeted individuals ranging from whistleblowers, journalists, tea party members and this info can be found in main stream media (including the NYT, Washington Post etc...). 2) Help wanted ads for SRP's (surveillance role players, HUMINT) can easily be found online for Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen, Macy Group which contract w/ the DoD and other agencies/corporations.....these very well may be the on foot "stasi" people are reporting about. 3) The DoD has, in fact, non-lethal and directed energy weapons and this has been reviewed by other countries and a European Council delegation years ago....this info is nothing new and the technology exists (even Google Glass operates through bone conduction for audio). This article didn't mention a very valid website on the "Intel Stalking" subject (colloquially named gang stalking) : fightgangstalking dot com.

If the public is not aware that there are COINTELPRO activities, grey and black ops and psyops that are real operations in the world then they are electing to remain blissfully ignorant of stark realities. Unfortunately they also use community watch groups just as the Stasi did in East Germany. NSA slides (revealed by Snowden, Greenwald , Binney have shown, in the NSA's own words. their training in the 4 D's (Deny, Disrupt, Deceive, Destroy) and the use of Parallel Construction, intentional gaslighting to discredit a target, and social smearing ...these are provable documented facts. Even CNN did an expose' on how the military gaslights victims of assault. Also see Jane Clift case in Britain regarding blacklisting and being labeled a pariah....it's the corrupt use of community coercive influence (like Obama's nudge groups).

Also an accurate and informative website (partially written by a Nobel winning psychiatrist) which describes many of the tactics seen in "intel stalking" aka gangstalking and supports most of the claims of targeted individuals is psychologicalharassment dot com . Spend some time reading it and you'll discover a wealth of information regarding harassment networks as well as info regarding the military's use of same (including gaslighting, slander, stalking, surveillance, psyops etc...).

Additionally, the article above mentions how TI's "see harassment" that others don't seem to see. Stratfor (a counterintelligence company mentioned on Wikileaks and who contracts for the public and private sector) mentions on their website that "targets" will notice subtle differences and will usually notice being stalked even when others don't see it. It's called sensitization or heightened awareness.

Similar to Chinese water torture, one drop is no big deal....it's all the little drops constantly over time that becomes torture. It was clearly designed that way. If certain "agencies" can take down nations just think what they can do to individuals. They're professionals at what they do...and they get naive community members to participate under the guise of "helping". All classified ofcourse. BTW, I wonder if all the docs the NSA is currently destroying includes info about intel stalking ? Booz Allen contracts with the NSA and the DoD and they hire SRP's, thus some of what may be being destroyed could include "Intel Stalking / gang stalking" evidence.

Securing Private Data - TRUE CRYPT

All paper in my house has been scanned and converted to digital. Any records or important/private info are placed in files and protected by True Crypt.

True Crypt is a FREE program to dl which allows you to create an strongly encrypted "container". You can determine the size of your containers and make them large enough to hold your files. I have one container dedicated to a list of all my account PWs (email, bank, ebay, etc). Once created, you open the container with a PW and only then do you have access to the files inside.

The container is encrypted when it is created and is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to hack or enter w/o the PW. Here is a way to remember just one PW and be able to access all your other PWs w/o having to write them down.

I have never had this program hacked.

I am not as heavily bombarded with gvt tech as many other are. My targeting is not for gvt research, it is a vendetta using GS tactics. However, when I begin to relate what is happening to me, EVEN IN SMALL PART, I can watch the person I'm talking to turn from a concerned individual wanting to help me, to an individual who thinks I am a bit crazy - especially since I can offer no concrete evidence which does not appear either coincidental, random, or even normal. I can't even imagine the reaction of a "civilian" being told about V2K. There is no lawyer who will believe most of what is happening to any TI w/o questioning the sanity of that individual - that's probably why the ACLU has not gotten involved, because our rights and freedom certainly have been circumvented.

As TIs, we have an uphill struggle and the number one issue in front of us is to present our side of the story so that it is believable. People are NOT willing to believe TIs hear voices in their heads or are being shot at with microwaves simply because it sounds like a science fiction novel/funnybook.

Each of us is FRANTIC to not only find a way to stop the harassment, but to find someone to believe us, and regain our credibility and freedom.

So, even tho I might be labeled as a PERP for saying this, until you have a picture of someone shooting you with a clearly identifiable gun labeled "microwave gun", or the technology is developed which will independently produce a transcript of the voices you hear inside your head, I suggest TIs focus on collecting instances of abuse/stalking that a "civilian" will not be able to dismiss as the rantings of a crazy person.

Every time we open our mouths uttering proclamations alien to "normal people", we tend to hang ourselves by further proving to "civilians" that we are paranoid and delusional. Be SMART, TIs, and ignore what you can't collect evidence of, and focus only on what you can collect that a normal person would believe w/o questioning your sanity. The grunts on the ground are limited mentally and keep repeating tactics - find a way to document w/a camera. Eventually you will begin to capture the same person over and over doing the same thing. Dont focus on ALL your perps, pick one that you have the most "evidence" on and take it to a lawyer. Check out digiscoping using a spotting scope or pair of binox:

ONE MORE THOUGHT...

Having been a TI for 14 years, it is imperative to mental health that each and every TI come to the fact that life as they knew it is OVER. This one realization may take years to acknowledge bcz of the terrible wrong that is being done to you. However, you may reclaim your freedom, but everything that was your life bf being stalked has been tainted, damaged, or destroyed. The only way to have a future is to stop looking back at what once was with rage and anger, and look forward to a fresh beginning a some unknown point in the future.

Start planning on :

1. a way to make a living online == whether it be thru developing a business plan derived from your talent, or from buying cheap and reselling == find a way to make a living while hiding behind an online identity == if your home computer is not secure, go to the LIBRARY and use one of theirs to set it up and run it - keep your business info on a small thumb drive, and hide the thumb drive somewhere in the library or elsewhere so your perps can't gain access == for more security and less invasion LEARN TO USE LINUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Linux can be booted on any computer from a 1gb thumb drive, and when your session is done, everything disappears unless you otherwise save it to an internal/external drive

2. a way to escape == if you can be tracked via implant, make it your number one priority to discover the ways to remove or block transmissions == develop a positive thought process directed at opening the door and walking away with the clothes on your back == start selling what you have and put the money in travelers' checks (record TC numbers in case they are stolen) == you won't be able to escape if you leave yourself totally destitute w/o any resources

STOP being your own worst enemy and smarten up. Stuff the rage and begin working on solutions for yourself.

Kathleen Watterson's Day in Court!

GREAT NEWS !!!

Yesterday, July 9, 2014, was the first time (that we know of) that electronic harassment was successfully argued and proven in a court of law!!! Guys, this was a red-letter day and yet another major victory for the targeted individual community!

What happened was something totally miraculous! Kathleen and Levi McCann, the expert witness in her case, "happened" to meet recently at their nearby Walmart in southern California and the rest is history! Levi turned out to be amazingly-qualified with legal expertise and electronics; everything needed to win a case like ours in court!

Levi was able to show that standard satellite dishes within a 5-mile radius of Kathleen's home were all pointed toward the equator where most satellites orbit the earth - except the defendant's satellite dishes which were pointed at Kathleen's house! He also revealed that the other neighborhood satellite dishes were geared toward receiving signals for TV, the Internet, etc. - except the defendant's satellite dishes which, according to meter readings from an RF spectrum analyzer and a tri-field meter, were shown to be transmitting microwave signals at her house!

All the evidence presented, plus expert knowledge and responses from Levi blew away all meager protestations from the defense, so the judge believed his testimony. Folks, this case was expertly crafted and victory was assured and won! There remains one more court appearance in September.

So in summary, Kathleen received a conditional restraining order for electromagnetic frequency harassment with penalties of up to 2 years in prison and up to $5000 in fines for violation of the court order.

Once again, a local victory!

Guys, our own communities is where the battleground is and this was accomplished even without an attorney! Let us begin to prepare from this victory, start gathering our evidence, and start taking perps to court right where we live!

Questo è stato un giorno memorabile e ancora un'altra vittoria importante per la comunità di individui mirati. Quello che è successo è stato qualcosa di totalmente miracoloso! GREAT NEWS !!!

Yesterday, July 9, 2014, was the first time (that we know of) that electronic harassment was successfully argued and proven in a court of law!!! Guys, this was a red-letter day and yet another major victory for the targeted individual community!

What happened was something totally miraculous! Kathleen and Levi McCann, the expert witness in her case, "happened" to meet recently at their nearby Walmart in southern California and the rest is history! Levi turned out to be amazingly-qualified with legal expertise and electronics; everything needed to win a case like ours in court!

Levi was able to show that standard satellite dishes within a 5-mile radius of Kathleen's home were all pointed toward the equator where most satellites orbit the earth - except the defendant's satellite dishes which were pointed at Kathleen's house! He also revealed that the other neighborhood satellite dishes were geared toward receiving signals for TV, the Internet, etc. - except the defendant's satellite dishes which, according to meter readings from an RF spectrum analyzer and a tri-field meter, were shown to be transmitting microwave signals at her house!

All the evidence presented, plus expert knowledge and responses from Levi blew away all meager protestations from the defense, so the judge believed his testimony. Folks, this case was expertly crafted and victory was assured and won! There remains one more court appearance in September.

So in summary, Kathleen received a conditional restraining order for electromagnetic frequency harassment with penalties of up to 2 years in prison and up to $5000 in fines for violation of the court order.

Once again, a local victory!

Guys, our own communities is where the battleground is and this was accomplished even without an attorney! Let us begin to prepare from this victory, start gathering our evidence, and start taking perps to court right where we live!

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Superconductor can deal with electromagnetic weapons

An Engineer from China is doing research on superconductor. He is also an victim of electromagnetic weapons and has been tortured for more than 10 years. In China ,he has 2 invention patents in China.

As he said, the electromagnetic waves will be transformed into vortex when they meet superconductor. He already proved this in his laboratory via some experiments.

So ,what is superconductor? A superconductor is a material that can conduct electricity or transport electrons from one atom to another with no resistance. This means no heat, sound or any other form of energy would be released from the material when it has reached "critical temperature" (T_c), or the temperature at which the material becomes superconductive. Unfortunately, most materials must be in an extremely low energy state (very cold) in order to become superconductive. Research is underway to develop compounds that become superconductive at higher temperatures. Currently, an excessive amount of energy must be used in the cooling process making superconductors inefficient and uneconomical.

The Chinese engineer said making a superconductor tube cylinder or superconductor house is feasible but at present the cost is expensive. The cost building a superconductor tube cylinder which people can sit and sleep inside is about 6,700USD, and the cost building a superconductor house is about 17,000USD per 2 cubic meters.

The Chinese engineer is still looking for his first customer of superconductor in China. He said the cost will be cut 20% off for his first customer.

DOD, CIA, NSA not created with appropriate Checks & Balances to avoid Excessive Power

The US Constitution is based on the premise of Checks & Balances for all branches to ensure that no branch can become strong enough to overpower the other branches & take over. Over 200 years ago, the founders of our country learned from the mistakes that they saw in other countries, and put internal controls into the Constitution to avoid those mistakes happening in America.The DOD, CIA, NSA (a division of DOD) were all new agencies created after WW2, and all of these agencies bypass the Constitutional system of checks & balances that were supposed to ensure that every major branch of govt had a 2nd set of eyes evaluating decisions to make sure they did not get out of line and take control away from the rest of the govt. All of these agencies have abused their power, destroyed America's budget, put America heavily into debt, destroyed America's freedoms in society (violating the Constitution on many different occasions), and manipulated so many false scenarios to 'justify' their own self-serving agendas.Strong Checks & Balances need to be created for all of these agencies. It took years for the planning & creation of the Constitution to make sure every branch of govt was held in check by another branch, but the creation of these agencies after WW2 was not well thought out, and they violated the very essence of the Constitution in the process of creating these agencies.

I found most of the posters I posted were either modified or deleted. The CIA employees who are helpers of Rockefeller family do not want to risk thiir lives to make the who world know. They only enjoy making themselves killed secretly and making other good or innocently people killed secretly. They are genetic morons who didn't know the simplest rules of nature: Everything is consistent, Evil is viscious to everyone. They are dreaming they would be treated differently after Rockefellers having killed so many CIAs who know secrets.

Paranoia? No, of course the Fed govt doesn't read your email, they don't listen to your phone calls, they don't infiltrate FB/Twitter with fake catfish operations (some run by LEOs), they don't target your tax returns, they don't have laws/SOPs that make it impossible to get information in your govt files due to 'national security', they don't experiment upon the general public with LSD, they don't spray chemicals in the NYC subway, they don't infiltrate society with undercover operatives whose goal is destructive in nature, they don't smuggle guns out of Benghazi, they don't sell guns for drugs (or whatever) in Mexico, they don't bug/monitor the Senators that are investigating their own illegal & inhumane programs (Church hearings, Feinstein), they don't have false flag ops like the Gulf of Tonkin that started the Vietnam war, they don't torture people, they don't assassinate people, they don't have human guinea pig experimentation networks set up by Allen Dulles. Not our govt, they wouldn't do anything like that, and after all, we have the US Constitution to protect us from anything like that (yeah, right).

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. It is our responsibility to record and alert the world to these horrendous crimes - and the extreme danger that these technologies, powers and tendencies pose to human rights, liberty, democracy, privacy and the mental and physical freedom, individuality, integrity, health and growth of all people – in all their “infinite?” richness, degrees, dimensions, aspects, qualities and diversity!

Both monstrously and criminally, and also far more insidiously.

And beware of this dumbing-down, disenfranchisement, degradation and monoculturalisation caused by the paucity and total degradation of public information and discourse, and the subsequent and consequent degradation and destruction of previously autonomous cultures, professions, fields of human endeavour, memories, and intelligences.

WE ARE BEING FORCED, COOPTED AND TRICKED INTO AN ORWELLIAN FASCIST/NAZI POLICE STATE – EVERYWHERE ON EARTH! - as most ‘News’, ‘Events’ and ‘History’ has been degraded into criminally produced and managed dramas/atrocities (i.e. wars, disasters, civil strife etc.) and criminally presented as infotainment, endogenous socio-political changes, propaganda, and/or criminal lies. And as almost all other public discourses including the ‘scientific’, ‘academic’, and ‘arts/culture’ has been degraded into criminally produced and managed infotainment, propaganda, pseudo-science, and/or specious, tendentious or folkloric productions and discourses.

BEWARE OF THE PSEUDO-SCIENCE NAZIS - THE ENEMIES OF FREE AND OPEN INFORMATION AND DEBATE, ACCOUNTABILITY, REVIEW AND REGULATION.

NOT TO MENTION THE NUTCASES PURSUING SUCH FRANKENSTEIN-SCIENCES AS THE TRANSGENIC, AND THE “BLENDING” OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL AND BIOLOGICAL– EVEN AS RECORD BIODIVERSITY AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY DESTRUCTION IS DONE.

A little about my story being a targeted individual

I have been sevierly targeted from start of 2013. There have been symptoms long before that such as humming, strange clear sounds from neighbours, epileptic seizures and possibly stalking (my friends noted me about strange cars always hanging around my appartment though I didn't pay much attention to them myself. At least one of those friends has been targeted himself too).

At the beginning of the year 2013 I started to hear faint talking through air conditioning which I first couldn't hear clearly. Soon I began to hear their words clearly and I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. A few months of believing I was falling into psychosis the voices started to speak straight to me and we had very reasanable conversations and they tried hard to make me believe that they are real (not psychosis). As I gathered more information about them I started to notice the information they were talking was not the product of my own head. Some of the information and stories I hadn't and could come up by myself and I didn't even trie to make those up. Finally I started to believe the synthetic telepathy was information outside my head but I didn't know who they were and what was their aim. They tricked me to play their mind games, convincing me I was chosen for somekind of game or psychological testing and there were tens of other hypothesis they claimed. All the plots they created ended up always for major dissapointments or even social or physical harm for myself. When I endured the difficulties they started to insist me to commit suicide. That I did not do and still won't do though the torture continues.

The torture includes insomnia, synthetic telepathy 24/7, heart palpitations, brain fog, synthetic thought and emotion control, slight pains, memory and concentration problems and insomnia. I may have also been targeted by gang stalkers since during the year 2013 my house was robbed three times and I was approached by people who first played nice to me and later caused painful psychological damage as well as physical assaults and conning and cheating. All this gang stalking caused me to lose my rental house and made me financial damage at least 18000. During all these problems I have lost most of my friends. The police, military, UN and amnesty haven't been willing to help. I've gone to psychiatric care but they just believed Im schizophrenic and put me on antipsychotic pills which didn't help the situation at all. After five months of being on heavy antipsychotic drughs I stopped eating them and I feel actually a little better now. The psychological torture continues and Im in great financial and social problems but slowly Im getting used to it and Im trying forward. Writing more details later...
