Cambridge, Mass. – February 9, 2011 – Engineers
and scientists collaborating at Harvard University and
the MITRE Corporation have developed and
demonstrated the world’s first programmable
nanoprocessor.
The groundbreaking prototype computer system,
described in a paper appearing today in the journal
Nature , represents a significant step forward in the
complexity of computer circuits that can be assembled
from synthesized nanometer-scale components.
It also represents an advance because these ultra-tiny
nanocircuits can be programmed electronically to
perform a number of basic arithmetic and logical
functions.
"This work represents a quantum jump forward in the
complexity and function of circuits built from the
bottom up, and thus demonstrates that this bottom-up
paradigm, which is distinct from the way commercial
circuits are built today, can yield nanoprocessors andother integrated systems of the future,” says principal
investigator Charles M. Lieber, who holds a joint
appointment at Harvard's Department of Chemistry and
Chemical Biology and School of Engineering and
Applied Sciences.
The versatile, nanoscale circuits are assembled into
tiny tile-like nanoprocessors from sets of precisely
engineered and fabricated germanium-silicon wires
with functional oxide shells, having a total diameter of
only 30 nanometers. Shown here are atomic force (left)

The work was enabled by advances in the design and
synthesis of nanowire building blocks. These nanowire
components now demonstrate the reproducibility
needed to build functional electronic circuits, and also
do so at a size and material complexity difficult to
achieve by traditional top-down approaches.
Moreover, the tiled architecture is fully scalable,
allowing the assembly of much larger and ever more
functional nanoprocessors.
“For the past 10 to 15 years, researchers working with
nanowires, carbon nanotubes, and other nanostructures
have struggled to build all but the most basic circuits,
in large part due to variations in properties of
individual nanostructures,” says Lieber, the Mark
Hyman Professor of Chemistry. “We have shown that
this limitation can now be overcome and are excited
about prospects of exploiting the bottom-up paradigm
of biology in building future electronics.”
An additional feature of the advance is that the circuits
in the nanoprocessor operate using very little power,
even allowing for their miniscule size, because their
component nanowires contain transistor switches that
are “nonvolatile.”
This means that unlike transistors in conventional
microcomputer circuits, once the nanowire transistors
are programmed, they do not require any additional
expenditure of electrical power for maintaining
memory.
“Because of their very small size and very low power
requirements, these new nanoprocessor circuits are
building blocks that can control and enable an entirely
new class of much smaller, lighter weight electronic
sensors and consumer electronics,” says co-author
Shamik Das, the lead engineer in MITRE’s
Nanosystems Group.
“This new nanoprocessor represents a major milestone
toward realizing the vision of a nanocomputer that was
first articulated more than 50 years ago by physicist
Richard Feynman,” says James Ellenbogen, a chief
scientist at MITRE.
Co-authors on the paper included four members of
Lieber’s lab at Harvard: Hao Yan (Ph.D. '10), SungWoo
Nam (Ph.D. '10), Yongjie Hu (Ph.D. '10), and doctoral
candidate Hwan Sung Choe, as well as collaborators at
MITRE.

Lieber.nanoprocessor constructed from intrinsically nanometre-scale building blocks is an essential component for controlling memory, nanosensors and other functions proposed for nanosystems assembled from the bottom up1, 2, 3. Important steps towards this goal over the past fifteen years include the realization of simple logic gates with individually assembled semiconductor nanowires and carbon nanotubes1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, but with only 16 devices or fewer and a single function for each circuit. Recently, logic circuits also have been demonstrated that use two or three elements of a one-dimensional memristor array9, although such passive devices without gain are difficult to cascade. These circuits fall short of the requirements for a scalable, multifunctional nanoprocessor10, 11 owing to challenges in materials, assembly and architecture on the nanoscale. Here we describe the design, fabrication and use of programmable and scalable logic tiles for nanoprocessors that surmount these hurdles. The tiles were built from programmable, non-volatile nanowire transistor arrays. Ge/Si core/shell nanowires12 coupled to designed dielectric shells yielded single-nanowire, non-volatile field-effect transistors (FETs) with uniform, programmable threshold voltages and the capability to drive cascaded elements. We developed an architecture to integrate the programmable nanowire FETs and define a logic tile consisting of two interconnected arrays with 496 functional configurable FET nodes in an area of ~960?μm2. The logic tile was programmed and operated first as a full adder with a maximal voltage gain of ten and input–output voltage matching. Then we showed that the same logic tile can be reprogrammed and used to demonstrate full-subtractor, multiplexer, demultiplexer and clocked D-latch functions. These results represent a significant advance in the complexity and functionality of nanoelectronic circuits built from the bottom up with a tiled architecture that could be cascaded to realize fully integrated nanoprocessors with computing, memory and addressing capabilities.

I know they can find out who has been monitoring and operating my body since 11/2010. I am positive that they have all the individuals on record. I know good and well the government is not going to allow undocumented people to operate their equipment without a just cause.

They can also intercept and control dreams; omg...the dreams are completely freakish, it is as if someone is running a pornographic movie through your head while you're trying to get a peaceful night's rest. Sleep deprivation and constant harassment are used to makes it easier for the corrupt officials to use mind control. V2K/voice to skull - hearing someone talk to you and hologram type hallucinations - seeing things and some say actually smelling the odor of what you are seeing.
This technology is used to make the person appear to have a mental problem. I would love to know what is the definition of mental for those people, who obviously have no clue as to what they are doing.
In reality the only people that are mentally unstable is the person behind the scenes playing with their lives with that type of mind control technology on them.

Essiac tea was "inspired by an old Indian medicine man's formula," and is "a proven cure for cancer" as well as being known to produce positive results against lupus, radiation sickness, AIDS, diabetes and almost any other physical ailment. The original tea combination can be purchased in the USA and Canada through www.Essiac-Tea.org or in the UK through www.cloudstrust.org. But I believe it is better when we make it ourselves. So here is the recipe. . .
6 1/2 cups of burdock root (chopped - about pea size)
1 pound of sheep sorrel herb (powdered with roots included)
1/4 pound of slippery elm bark (powdered)
1 ounce of Turkish rhubarb root (powdered)
"Mix these ingredients thoroughly and store in glass jar in dark dry cupboard. The mixture can be steeped to make a mild tea or processed into "the formula" for a stronger concoction. To make the formula: Take a measuring cup, use 1 ounce of herb mixture to 32 ounces of water depending on the amount you want to make. I use 1 cup of mixture to 8 x 32 = 256 ounces of water. Boil hard for 10 minutes (covered) then turn off heat but leave sitting on warm plate over night (covered). In the morning heat steaming hot and let settle a few minutes, then strain through fine strainer into hot sterilized bottles and let cool. Store in dark cool cupboard. Must be refrigerated when opened. When near the last - when its thick pour in a large jar and sit in frig overnight then pour off all you [can] without sediment. This recipe must be followed exactly as written. I use a granite preserving kettle (10 - 12 qts), 8 ounce measuring cup, small funnel and fine strainer to fill bottles."
A common dosage is 2 oz twice a day and works best when joined
with a healthy cleansing diet and a lot of pure clean spring water.

Give the stalkers information that lets them know the full scope of what they are accomplices to and often also victims of. If they do not find the Heart to stop criminal activity, take pictures of them and write down their plate numbers. Take charge of the situation. Don't be afraid of them. But protect your camera and phone, because after I took pictures for an extended period of time my camera suddenly went completely dead and when I replaced the new batteries, and it asked me to log in the date, the date options jumped from 2003 to 2025! The present years were wiped out. ( FYI: only time/date stamped pics are accepted in court and they know this.) Similar things have happened with BOTH of my phones. Pictures even get erased. The battle often feels endless and hopeless, but just keep doing the best you can with what you have to work with. Your focus on exposing them makes them back off a bit. Then you can relax and ignore then until they again become too obnoxious to ignore and then you pull out your camera and pen and start the process over again. Someday it will all end. It will.
Until then take just one day at a time and do the best you can in that day.

insult you and then tell you that its just all in your head; the ones who do any array
of inconspicuous negative things that leave you feeling guilty or un-whole or mentally
abused or wrong...etc. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. BLOCK THEM AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FURTHER PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT.

Hi All,
I've been gone since May, 2011 and have gone through blogs that were posted by me. Some have been substituted; others have been completely rearranged to protect the guilty. There is no stopping criminals operating out of the highest levels of the government; i.e., Pentagon-backed researchers/ DOD DARPA taxpayer-funded predators and killers for hire aka STANFORD RESEARCH INSTITUTE (SRI); - LOCKHEED - MARTIN - RAYTHEON, SANDIA NATIONAL LABORATORY, et al. [ I happen to know who is doing what to me ]. They know that I know and want nothing more than to shut me down permanently before I shut them down.
I'm dealing with the same thing in my medical file that has been accessed with multiple misrepresentations, false allegations intended to make me appear to be a PSYCHIATRIC PATIENT with entries such as: suffering from psychosis - delusional, etc. Obviously, I am a thorn in their side and a direct threat to the fun and games the bunch of total losers get off on.
There were 45 PHOTOS that supposedly I posted. Only 12 of them were posted by me.
I cannot stand these absolute Nazi pigs - the things they are doing to me and to the American people in general who don't have a clue what's being done to them; they need to be rounded up, lined up before a wall and shot dead NAZI style. I hope that I live to see that day.
