When CIA asked me “what do you want”. I said I want over 80% population (on the earth) knowing the two secret technologies: electromagnetic Remote Surgery and Remote Mind Control and what had been done with them. However, CIA is killing me when far less than 80% population knowing the secrets, which was the ONLY thing what I wanted when CIA asked me ‘what do you want’. Same thing will happen to you American Morons. You will also be killed secretly without getting anything as what your boss promised. Everything is consistent. Everyone is consistent. The same reason of killing me “hiding secrets” will be used to kill you-American youngsters who are helping to kill, to torture and to fool other people.

Subject: Please help to stop the abuses and tortures of voice to skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies.
Dear Sirs/Madams,
I am writing on behalf of members of Peacepink.ning.com, a group of supporters and victims who are suffering persecution from abuses of remote electromagnetic mind control technologies and voice to skull technologies. Mind control weapons overcome victims by controlling their behaviors, emotions and even their thoughts. Mind Control Victims are stripped of their rights and abilities to be normal, righteous and just. Some victims have been tortured to death or driven crazy, some victims were controlled to do bad.
We are constantly lobbying to report these crimes to government officials, human rights organizations, world leaders and the press. Mostly, we don't get answers because of a general lack of knowledge about the technology. Mental institutions may diagnose the victims as delusional. And complaints lodged at local police stations are often treated as psychological problems or ignored.

Peacepink.ning.com was created by Soleilmavis Liu, who is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, and was first attacked in December, 2001 by mind control technologies when she was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. CIA indicated to me the Italian-British boss killed Bruno Marchesani. I don’t know why they tell me that. But that is consistent with the TV series shown on my TV, in which a family is running a Historic Weapon business. This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
This is an extensive type of hi-tech and secret human rights and civil liberties violation you may not of heard of.
We are a group of our over 1400 electronic torture, abuse and experimentation victims – please assist us
Please help us to get this electronic torture, abuse and experimentation stopped.
Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.
Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.
As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.
It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

The real boss and the administration did not expose those in all levels that participated in the killings or tortures of specific human-robot or ordinary human and TAG them forever wherever they go. That is direct encouragement of killings and tortures. They even did not allow the employees to know each and everyone. That is on purpose for the deleting of those who participated. What else could be meaningful if they all are going to be killed after being used?
Most American youngsters were educated to believe the existence of Adolf Hitler was the reason of the second World War. Most Americans did not know it was the German System at that time encouraged Hitler’s hooligan behaviors. Hitler would not become a killer (for indirect killing) if he was not encouraged to do so. At that time Hitler was rewarded due to his hooligan behaviors towards opponents of those in power. He became premiere of Germany due to those hooligan behaviors. If Hitler was not encouraged, if he lived in another environment, he might become a good musician, a good actor, even a history teacher who gives exaggerated stories to students.
If Hitler was not encouraged by those who were using him to get personal interests rather than the interests of majority people, there might not be the second World War, there might not be the massive killing of Jews.

When I suggested the CIA employees to expose the two secret technologies: Remote Surgery and Remote Mind Control to save lives, they indicated to me that they will do that until …. I believe they are waiting for “enough people being turned into morons”.
There are many people around me had been turned into morons already. Many people inside CIA mind control FIRM are also brain damaged. Most baby boys and baby girls in all countries were turned into morons: human-robots who can not function as normal people as they lost the capability of thinking.
CIA mind control FIRM indicated that they are waiting for the accomplishment of certain projects. Those are all lies. They are only waiting for 80% population become man-made morons. The remote brain surgeries are being carried out by machines automatically. The speed of remote brain surgery is astonishing.
Is there any human or human robot who is not 100% morons inside that CIA mind control FIRM and who has a little bit sense of social responsibility? What do you want the next generation to think of you as? Should human kind encourage such vicious behaviors?
The problem is those CIA employees are following their feelings rather than their logics to make decisions. They feel not good when they think about exposing secret. They could not remember those negative feelings are inputted by the boss to stop them from doing things that could save their lives and other innocent people’s lives.
