In Las Vegas, the accompany service companies only provide prostitute service, however, in the contracts the service providers were not encouraged to be prostitute and they would be fired if they were captured for being prostitute. However, people who signed the contract can only be contacted by the company if they can be prostitutes. Beating, torturing and even killings of those employees are common practices that were never reported by the company owners themselves. That is direct encouragement of those bad things because of no real discouragement on those things. They did not expose those who beat, tortured or killed specific employees and TAG them forever wherever they go.

The real boss and the administration did not expose those in all levels that participated in the killings or tortures of specific human-robot or ordinary human and TAG them forever wherever they go. That is direct encouragement of killings and tortures. They even did not allow the employees to know each and everyone. That is on purpose for the deleting of those who participated. What else could be meaningful if they all are going to be killed after being used?
Most American youngsters were educated to believe the existence of Adolf Hitler was the reason of the second World War. Most Americans did not know it was the German System at that time encouraged Hitler’s hooligan behaviors. Hitler would not become a killer (for indirect killing) if he was not encouraged to do so. At that time Hitler was rewarded due to his hooligan behaviors towards opponents of those in power. He became premiere of Germany due to those hooligan behaviors. If Hitler was not encouraged, if he lived in another environment, he might become a good musician, a good actor, even a history teacher who gives exaggerated stories to students.
If Hitler was not encouraged by those who were using him to get personal interests rather than the interests of majority people, there might not be the second World War, there might not be the massive killing of Jews.

I think this is exactly what we should try to do in order to end our harassments.
When I suggested the CIA employees to expose the two secret technologies: Remote Surgery and Remote Mind Control to save lives, they indicated to me that they will do that until …. I believe they are waiting for “enough people being turned into morons”.
There are many people around me had been turned into morons already. Many people inside CIA mind control FIRM are also brain damaged. Most baby boys and baby girls in all countries were turned into morons: human-robots who can not function as normal people as they lost the capability of thinking.

attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy,
Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
This is an extensive type of hi-tech and secret human rights and civil

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND
EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian
violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous
psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject
under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the
human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and
visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices,
noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the
brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including
performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology
they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through
the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim
sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES
AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any
support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and
monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious
Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations,
Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media
all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals
for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or
suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection
and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this
extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’
testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS -
and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES
from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to
send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS,
RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these
horrendous crimes.

the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so

I've been staying in Medjugorje for 1 month, so I got more information about these gang stalkers. They often stay in the church with me and often sit on my sides or around. However, they do not take communion. Here is the example of how the 2 men to my right started to join the line for the communion when I was filming. The perps often sit on my sides but not to move. And also, there is an Asian woman who I saw in the church since a month ago and she was using her camera yesterday just like I do.

And there is a Japanese mass for today. I did not attend the morning mass though. According to the German perps, they often said that Japanese Christians are very rare. I wonder if they are really Japanese or Koreans live in Japan - as I saw the Korean confession booth but no other Asian group than the one from few days ago. They look way too suspicious, right?
As I thought, there were some parents with small children going up the Cross Mountain in the group prayer. It was a big group more than 50 people going together. I just got some gas problem on the way. It happened around the S-intestine area and made me uncomfortable. Also, I had some sudden active stomach and made me feel a bit to throw up. It was not that serious. While I was going up the mountain, there were some women with kids going near me. One occasion, I found a woman with a small girl tried to stand in front of me while we were praying at the station. I passed them during the end of the prayer and was climbing up. The small girl and the woman was walking behind me for quite a time. I thought they were the perpetrators, so I filmed them with the explanation. Later, there was a woman wearing a green jacket and a boy showing up and they tried to stand in front of me. So, I filmed the situation. I have no idea why the perps love to use their kids for harassing the Catholic TI like this. The V2K perps warned me of not to mess around with the certain people or they have the connection to Vatican for punishing me. Well, I am sure that they do not wanna know who are the ones related with Vatican and engaged in gang stalking. I'm helping the future victims to stay away from those perpetrators who can make up the story and are friends of police officers for the COINTELPRO. There were two elderly Asian man participating the group prayer. The shorter one looks like a Philipino and another Chinese or unknown but I saw him holding a prayer book with vertical lined letters possibly Chinese or Japanese.
During the rosary prayer at the church, some Asians came and an Asian woman sat on the same bench where I was. I saw some other Asians sat on the bench to the back. I think I saw the priest who did not read the Gospel yesterday were with those people. I moved to another bench while filming the woman who sat next to me. If she is a perp, she would just make a conversation with me for the information gathering to use it for the gang stalking.
After the mass, I saw the electronic billboard showing the masses tomorrow. At 9am, there would be "Chapel Japan OSTL" and I assumed there would be a mass in Japanese. I have never seen a chapel named Japan here, so I think that is something to do with Japan for sure. The Asian people visiting from yesterday might be Japanese. If the priest is from Japan and is here for some covert operation like Thomas from Zürich at Goethe Institut, I can understand why he did not read the gospel yesterday while he held the red book. In such case, I am eager to share the Japanese people's pics here for my own safety.

CIA told me it is an Italian-British family controlling the Mind Control FIRM. Besides the elderly people, there are many relatives of that family, at least 2 sons of 40-60 year-old and one daughter (40-60 year-old) and some in-laws and many grandsons and granddaughters.
If it is true, the emerging of that family might be related to what happened in the 70’s when the movie GOD FATHER was produced. That family could have been involved with the mind control project. That might be the reason a movie like GOD FATHER, which is so apparently anti-authority, anti-rules, anti-laws could emerge in 70’s when CIA’s mind control technology was booming. Besides the “CHURCH” investigation on CIA since 1974 after the NYtimes’ report on CIA’s experiments on Americans, and 918 Americans who were used to do experiments in Johnstown being killed in 1978 by mind-control, some experimental target in CIA including Christian deNicola were released in 1976. There might be over 100 family members in that family, most of whom were educated in the same style by putting social responsibility at the least important position. Otherwise, they could not live with it when seeing so many innocent people being killed every single day due to the hiding of the two secret technologies: remote surgery and remote mind control.
Is there any evidence for the existence of a family running FIRM? Besides what CIA demonstrated to me in their DRAMA like shows, and GOD FATHER was mentioned in some occasions, the possibility of the existence of a family controlled CIA mind control FIRM is also supported by what happened in human history. History proved that Kingdoms controlled by family were normally much darker than systems controlled by not related people (CIA controlled system should not be counted).
Today, even if one of the old ones wanted to change, he might not be able to do anything when the younger generations are so possessed with the power they did not have opportunity to enjoy before. When one of the family members realized that he/she should take social responsibility, he/she might not be able to survive in that family controlled system.
Due to the possible existence of a family running Mind Control FIRM, killing all human robots and others who know secrets might be the real plan. It is highly likely become true if there are many people in that FIRM connected with one single family. Of course, it is unavoidable that some of the family members will also be killed in the process of competing for power rather than competing for doing anything good to human kind. If they have ever thought about the damage to human kind due to hiding of the two secret technologies, there would not be so many stupid killings and tortures, which are being used to silence people and reduce the number of people who know secrets.
Killing human-robots is only a start. More horrible things may happen, as the TOPs who are doing those bad things lost their own minds as well.
They never ask themselves: what do they really want? What secret had been secret forever in human history? Would they delete their own memories?

What is the difference between "Blooming & Lasers"? Let's see;
* Some will say the laser beams that you are picking up on your digital cameras are "Blooming", that
is when your digital camera experiences what is known as "sensor saturation". Sensor saturation
happens when the maximum charge that the image sensor can gather is saturated and then the over
flow appears on your digital camera in different types of colored patterns BUT there is a distinct
difference between a laser beam and a blooming beam.
* The difference, in theory, is the "Halo" or "ball of light" along the beam columns, that are visible
during blooming, while on the other hand, laser beams "do not have this halo" along it's beam.
Notice the wording below, where it says halo or highlight. When one see's a laser beam, there are no
circular highlights or halo's along the column beams.

Noise Clipping; an excerpt from a lengthy informational article on picking up "signals".
"Certain anomalies in noise characteristics provide another indication of the approach to sensor saturation. Under illumination conditions in which the CCD is operating in the shot noise dominated regime, as light intensity and signal increase, random noise increases as the square-root of the signal. At some illumination level approaching the onset of full well, the positive random noise variations, which add to signal level, begin to be clipped, or smoothed. This phenomenon, termed noise clipping, causes the average noise level to begin to decrease, even while signal is increasing (see Figure 2(a). At full well conditions, the noise decreases suddenly as charge is spread among neighboring pixels (blooming), while the signal remains stable. When photon transfer curves are constructed, plotting noise as a function of average signal, noise increases with signal at a slope governed by the dominant noise regime (see Figure 2(b)).
