"Safe House" Community Cooperative Proposal Revisions
Building A Safe Community Through Organic Development
Idea to start Community Cooperative
- Purchase land in Upstate New York between $20,000 to $35,000
- Purchase storage containers for our living quarters. Each storage container will cost (minimum $500 maximum $1,500 per container (includes shipping)).
- Purchase machinery used for organic farming (cost and types of equipment have not been decided yet. Discussed in next meeting).
- Purchase 2 transportation vehicles (described below).
The business plan will outline how money is generated and what it will be used for.
Option 1. Between 25 to 50 Targeted Individuals (TI's) will save at least $1,000 by February 2013 (12 month period). For instance, let say you have $100 in your pocket in February 1st, by February of the next year, you should have accumulated $1,000.
Option 2. Between 50 to 100 TI's will be asked to contribute increments of $25, $50 or $100 per month. These amounts should accumulate to at least $1,000 by the 15 month.

Option 1 and 2: Individuals who choose Option 1 will have first pick on land location, since their requirement was fulfilled in 12 months.
Option 3. We will seek out donations from wealthy individuals who believe in our mission. The mission described here is: To develop an environmental friendly atmosphere that fosters community organic growth business through farming practices.
Option 1, 2 & 3 can be combined to minimized the timeline to reach our goal from 12 months to 6 months.
Option 4. A non profit organization will be started by the 6th month. It will assist us in the grant making process and supplant our cooperative ideas.
Option 5. A non profit organization will be started by the 6th month. It will assist us in the grant making process, however, it will complement our cooperative ideas instead of replacing it.
Note: Starting a non profit organization will cost $150 and $500 for tax exempt status.
Option 6. We skip the non profit organization idea and seek foundations that grant monies to community cooperatives who grow organic produce.
Note: We have identified one such organization that grant these kind of entities. It is called Food Co-op Initiative. Grants are as high as $10,000 and can be applied for start-up costs. We can also seek grant support from government agencies such as the Food & Drug Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture. Option 7. Once we have met our financial deadline for purchasing the land, we could apply for a loan from a banking or credit union institution. This will finance the storage containers, farming equipment and transportation vehicles. This corresponds to Option 1 and 2 only.
Option 8. TI's who support the cooperative project could start an online business. The business will have to file papers as a partnership, which protects the owners of this new enterprise. Filing fees are about $250 and hosting an e-commerce website generally cost about $150 a year. In order to meet our deadline, the business must generate the amount needed to purchase the land by the 12th/15th month.
Option 9. TI's who support the cooperative project could start an Investment Club. The investment club would consist of several individuals who would make decisions on stocks that they want to buy. Most experienced investors could trade OPTIONS, which would generate the necessary money needed to purchase the land. In order to meet the deadline, the investment club must generate the amount needed to purchase the land by the 12th/15th month.
Option 8 and 9 will operate as separate entities from the cooperative. Business owners or Investors would agree on the contributing amount. For instance, the amount agreed upon could be from 35 to 65 percent of the total earnings towards the cooperative.
Specifics:
We are currently looking at purchasing land that is between 10 to 30 Acres. The land will be located in upstate New York and must be ideal for farming. Furthermore, the land must be large enough to accommodate between 31 to 52 storage containers. However, a larger share of the land must be dedicated to farming.
Depending on the size of the land, it can be partitioned into two (or more) parcels of land.
Option 1. All 51 storage containers will occupied one parcel of land, which the rest will be used for farming.
Option 2. 21 of the 52 storage containers will occupied two parcels of land. Farming will take place in two locations.

- Solar Panels (cost: $500 - $1,000)
- Wind Turbines (cost: $800 - 1,600)

Individuals will contribute a small percentage to cover GAS and Maintenance.

Your Obligation
Interested parties are required to complete an AFFIDAVIT that is no more than 10 pages long. On request, you will be assisted in fulfilling this obligation when time becomes available.

Hi, everyone,
I'm new here, and after I came here, I got the idea of gathering TIs in Taiwan. I do think that as a group, we could do something to help ourselves and those who haven't awared of themdelves as victims. We hope that we could file a complain to the UN and arouse the attention of the committee in the Human Right Council. People in Taiwan are not allowed to be open to the existance of EH. If some victim cannot stand the torture and crimes break out, the government would just cover the events as psychic problem of the individual. News, truth, events about EH and victims are mostly concealed to the public. Seldom people know that EH undercover around them except for the TIs. Letters from the President of Taiwan even replied that," the technology nowadays cannot achieve that," I don't know if President Ma is cheated by his staff or he is just acting because information is accessible.
I, or we, the victims in Taiwan, need some suggestions.
Most of us are long-time victims, at most 10~15 years. We suffer from the alienating from people surround for a long time, which make peolpe not eazy to trust others. So gathering together is one thing; making people bonding to each other is another. EH make it harder for us to unite together. So I would like to ask for some suggestions to solve this problem. Thanks a lot!

Greetings, everyone.
For the past several months, we have been networking with the Occupy Movement in various locations across the US. It is a vibrant, dynamic human rights movement with which our group would do well to align. In nearly all cases, our activists have found open and curious folks who are interested to learn of and very willing to challenge government abuses, even in the form of organized stalking and remote electronic assaults. Therefore, I have often urged this community to join forces with this bold movement.
At this time the most important developments on this front have been made by Jesse Beltran, who has been in talks with the leadership of a coalition of activist groups in Sacramento. They have become informed and are outraged at the extent of government overreach: using remote mind and body control technologies via microchip implants. To discover their non-consensual use upon vulnerable adults in hospitals, dental offices and other places was quite alarming, however when children were also found to be non-consensual torture subjects, there was even more outrage and commitment to the cause of freedom from this form of human enslavement in the US.
The "Occupy the Dream" event on January 16 is sponsored by Occupy Sacramento. However, the theme the coalition group Jesse is working with has adopted is:
"Save the Dream. It's time to wake up in order to save the dream."
All TI's who can possibly attend this march are urged to do so, to meet Jesse and network with this coalition group.

Once inside we found another door, and to our surprise there were a bunch of guys around one guy who was all tied up, to say the disgusting least.Yuckkk! Frankie yelled out, "It's a rodeo". The guys came after us but we escaped and ran through back yards and thickets until we lost them. Then next week two of them came into our classroom with the Principal and they pointed us out and said, "That's them! Those boys must be punished!" The Principal took us into her office and said, "This doesn't concern us. You may go back to class". One afternoon during Summer vacation from the fifth grade, we were in the playground playing World War II. I got stuck being a German, and as
we played war I yelled out repeatedly the primary German sylable that I rememberd, "ein", pronounced "eyennn". The Freemason from across the street from the playground ran in, grabbed and shook me saying, "Don't say that word! Don't say that word!". Well, it turned out that "eyennn" is the Lost Word of the Royal Arch. Thinking of it also spikes dopamine. Let's be the majority. Some years later in the ninth grade. My buddie, Sandie, and I had eaten lunch in Chinatown, and we were on our way to the subway station when a homeless person, very rare in those days, said that he had been at a coctail party and had spilt some of his Masonic secrets. He was kicked out of the lodge, he was fired from his job, and no one would hire him. His wife left him with the kids, and he lost his home. He was as sober as a judge, and he told us all the Masonic secrets. In the twelvth grade I wrote a required term paper. Mine was "Superstition in America" and in it I revealed the Masonic secrets. I got a 98% for it, graduated High School, and went into the Army. When I got sick and landed in Valley Forge Army Hospital the Freemasons zeroed in on me and gave me Hell, literally. They threatened me never to reveal certain things again. It has been my life's vocation revealing these things. That's where I got the LSD and the 71 electric shock treatments without anesthetic. Why 71? One day they gave me two in one day. Anyway, that LSD treatment came to be called the "Clockwork Orange" treatment. With it they force you to watch films of horrible torments, for example, inside Auschwitz, and you body switch, backward and forward in time into everyone in the film. I went further. I bodyswitched into everyone I ever saw, in the future, and have relived it every other time I grew old and died, 36 times. The other 36 times I got up after having passed out from an allergic bee sting. Thank God for that bee. I am due to go there next time. I have an agenda! Guess what I am going to do rather than get captured again.

Presidential Proclamation -- National Stalking Awareness Month, 2012
BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
A PROCLAMATION
In our schools and in our neighborhoods, at home and in workplaces across our Nation, stalking endangers the physical and emotional well being of millions of American men and women every year. Too often, stalking goes unreported and unaddressed, and we must take action against this unacceptable abuse. This month, we stand with all those who have been affected by stalking and strengthen our resolve to prevent this crime before it occurs.
Stalkers inspire fear through intimidation, explicit or implied threats, and nonconsensual communication often by telephone, text message, or email that can cause severe emotional and physical distress. Many victims suffer anxiety attacks, feelings of anger or helplessness, and depression. Fearing for their safety, some are forced to relocate or change jobs to protect themselves. And, tragically, stalking can be a precursor to more violent offenses, including sexual assault and homicide. The consequences of this crime are real, and they take a profound and ongoing toll on men, women, teens, and children across our country.
Despite the dangerous reality of stalking, public awareness and legal responses to this crime remain limited. New data show that one in six women and one in 19 men have experienced stalking that caused them to be very fearful or feel that they or someone close to them were in immediate physical danger. Among men and women alike, victims are most commonly stalked by current or former intimate partners, and young adults are at the highest risk for stalking victimization. Though stalking can occur in any community, shame, fear of retribution, or concerns that they will not be supported lead many victims to forego reporting the crime to the police. As we strive to reverse this trend, we must do more to promote public awareness and support for survivors of stalking.
My Administration is working to advance protection and services for stalking victims, empower survivors to break the cycle of abuse, and bring an end to violence against women and men. With unprecedented coordination between Federal agencies, we are promoting new tools to decrease the incidence of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, and we are taking action to ensure perpetrators are held accountable. To reinforce these efforts, advocates, law enforcement officials, and others who work with victims must continue to improve their capacity to respond with swift and comprehensive action. From raising awareness to pursuing criminal justice, all of us have a role to play in stopping this senseless and harmful behavior.
This month, let us come together to prevent abuse, violence, and harassment in all their forms and renew our commitment to bring care and support to those in need.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim January 2012 as National Stalking Awareness Month. I call on all Americans to learn to recognize the signs of stalking, acknowledge stalking as a serious crime, and urge those impacted not to be afraid to speak out or ask for help. Let us also resolve to support victims and survivors, and to create communities that are secure and supportive for all Americans.

Plan to start safe house.
We are seeking suggestions from members of the Targeted Individual (TI) community to begin the process of:

* raising funding for a safe house community
* purchasing land for a safe house community
This is my idea and all suggestions will be welcome.
1. Formulate a meeting, which we will discuss the details of this project.
The project will encompass a business plan that will outline how money will be generated.
Option 1. 30 targeted individual will save at least $1,000 within a 12 month period. For instance, if you have $100 in your pocket by February 1st, you should have at least $1,000 by January of 2013.
Option 2. We will seek donations from interested parties that agree with our ideas. Donations is not grant making.
Option 3. Option 1 and 2 could be combine if goal could be narrow down to 9 months.
Option 4. A grant proposal could be develop to get seed money for the project. The project will be funded in stages until we meet our goal of raising enough money to purchase the land.
Option 5. Several TI’s could start businesses that could generate enough money to purchase the land.
Option 6. A single business can be created by several TI’s that could generate enough money to purchase the land.
I’m not too clear on how long Option 5 and 6 will take to generate the necessary funds to purchase land. Because of several risk involve, Option 1 is my overall preference. However, can we commit as much as 30 people to save around $100 a month for this project? Committing Individuals is one thing and getting them to agree on how this safe house project will run once it is up and running is another thing. That is the purpose of meeting, before we decide on the final project.
Once we have met our financial goal, we will then discuss the project 1. location 2. size 3. cost .
The final decision will be made by majority vote, but we will make some concessions.
Once a location has been found, we need to discuss what kind of construction will happen on the property. Several suggestions have already been made, but more ideas are needed.
The property must be big enough for 31 cabins. There must also be enough land for farming.
Option 1. Purchase one parcel of land.
Option 2. Purchase two parcel of land.
The idea of two parcels of land allows us to work with a much smaller crowd. It allows more land for farming use. Downside: The cost can be more than 1/3 than the latter.
Structure: Security, Alternative Energy, Community Duties, Transportation
Security:

Community Duties:
Chores will be assigned to at least two persons per day. Chores will include organic farming, but it would be the upkeep of the property. Exactly how this will be needs further discussion.
Transportation:
This is very important. We need at least two vehicles to assist individuals to and from their destination. Gas and maintenance cost will have to be discuss later. Vehicle used for hauling produce will be part of the equation.
As you can see, this can work.
This is a fast proposal. I just want to get the torch burning. But it can happen next year if we are committed.
I like to add that AFFIDAVITS development is an absolute necessary to reduce infiltrators from setting us back.

PS: The project will be run by 1) Kelb (if it mission statement allows it), 2) a newly formed non-profit 3) a co-operative structure (this model allows us to lobby as a group for stronger legislation protecting whistle-blowers, victims of electronic harassment and human experimentation), 4) An LLC or Company business structure and 5) A coalition such as TICSD.
I’m going to go with #3. It offers flexibility. The downside: we can’t grant make, but we can seek donations. Donations can come in the form of membership (501 C4). Another topic.
