I have become forceably brain to brain interfaced with unknown criminals who have access to all my personal data which they steal from my brain and body. This situation has been ongoing for many years. These unknown criminals overwhelm me by forcing me to listen to their voices which I hear coming from inside my own head. They also force me to see visions, and to feel sensations on my skin. They forceably move a selection of my muscles against my will be transmitting electrical signals to the motor cortex of my brain. They deprive me of sleep frequently. They achieve all of this from a distance by wireless means without allowing me to know who they are or where they are located. As a consequence of this ongoing and unendurable stress I often scream as loudly as I can in order to alleviate the stress that I am feeling. I live alone in a rural location and I don't have any near neighbours so I do not disturb anybody by my ongoing screaming.
Today the 28th of August, 2020 at approximately 4.20 pm Irish time I heard the following conversation being conducted by the brain to brain interface criminal operatives while they talked among themselves and I heard it coming from inside my own head as follows
'I can make her scream all I like.'
'Yes'
'The screams will be deleted at the end'
'There is no such thing as blame here'
'There is no one watching. We can do what we like.'
Later on today at 6.52 pm Irish time I heard the following voice coming from inside my head which was transmitted to me via brain to brain interface as follows:
"I am pulling my team out of here. This is not a stable lady."

HOW REMOTE WIRELESS SYSTEMS ANALYSIS OF A HUMAN BEING WORKS.
There are now at least half a million targeted individuals in the world. Targeted individuals are individuals who have been wirelessly connected to a network of computers from remote data analysis material which is both on their skin and inside their bodies.
Many targeted individuals including myself are long term and non-consenting victims of wirelessly conducted remote analysis and remote manipulation of our brains and bodies. We were neither asked for our permission or informed about being wirelessly connected to this remote wireless systems analysis system before we became connected to it. We were also not informed or asked for our permission before we began to be wirelessly physically manipulated via the aforementioned wireless remote system. We only found out about it after it was up and running inside our brains and bodies. We found out that we were now connected to a computerized control system complete with systems analysis capabilities by unknown voices which we heard coming from inside our heads because they are being transmitted to the hearing centres of our brains by wireless electronic means.
Because I am wirelessly connected to a network of computers or a supercomputer from particulates which are inside our brains and bodies most if not all of the electrical activity which by brain and body generates each moment is wirelessly transmitted to the aforementioned computer system where it can be data analysed and partially translated into everything I think, say and do throughout my life. I have been lead to believe by the voices which I hear coming from inside my head that I have no mental or physical privacy.
Criminals who are unknown to me can know every thought I think and every word I say and every movement I make. They can know how many times I inhale and exhale each and every day. They can know how many times I sit on the toilet each and every day. They can data analyse my clothing to check if it is clean. They can data analyse my home in order to check if it is clean. They can data analyse my stomach to check if I have recently eaten a meal and also to check what I have eaten and if I have ingested the correct medication in the case of any medication being prescribed to me. They can data analyse the contents of my large bowel which they do because of the fact that on one single occasion I complained in private to a disability allowance assessment medical doctor in Claremorris town in the West of Ireland that I suffered from irritable bowel syndrome and that I was erroneously denied a request for disability allownace by a another doctor on a previous occasion.
The aforementioned criminals who speak to me on a continual basis via direct inner communication which is sometimes known as voice to skull or synthetic telepathy have informed me that I was placed under wireless control simply because of what I said in private to the aforementioned disability allowance assessment medical doctor in Claremorris on that one single occasion in the distant past.
Further to that, because of the particulates which are inside my brain and body I have been Remote Neural Manipulated over many years as well as being Remote Neural Monitored. Unwanted and damaging information has been wirelessly sent to my brain and central nervous system over many years in order that the aforementioned criminals can gain external wireless control over my muscles and my central nervous system in order that they can some day fully bio-robotize me for the purposes of eventually being able to remote control me like a robot. They now have gained the ability to remote control my facial and neck muscles and they also have the ability to move my left knee by remote wireless means and they move all of the aforementioned muscles whenever they wish against my will and without my permission. They can also partially immobilize me by remote wireless means anytime they wish. They use an unexplained method to force my mouth and jaws to move in alignment with their words sometimes when they speak to me to the extent that they can effectively speak through me using a combination of my own voice and the voice of the criminal operative. One more than one occasion what sounded like a mans voice was generated to come from my mouth as if I was the one who was doing the speaking even though I was being spoken through by a member of the aforementioned unknown criminal neuro operative team. The science behind the aforementioned capability of gaining remote control of a human being is scientifically explained under patent number US 6965816.
No targeted individual can inform the Gardai of their experiences of being wirelessly electronically harassed and psychologically tortured by this technology because the Gardai themselves have not yet been informed that this technology even exists so said Gardai consistently refuse to believe us or to accept statements off us when ever we report this.
I am friends with many other targeted individuals of this technology throughout the Republic of Ireland where I live and where I have lived all of my life. A direct behavioural control system is the most extreme form of psychological torture known to man. It involves gaining wireless control over the musculature of a human victim and then using algorithms to remote control the human being from that time forward leaving the human victim unable to ever move any of their own muscles again for the whole of their lives. They come to be in a position where they are entirely at the mercy of psychopaths and sadists who could force the victim to place their hand in a pot of boiling water until their skin falls off, which is similar as to how torture was carried out during the second world war.
Achieving direct behavioural control over a human being may involves ensuring that anybody who is selected for direct behavioural control first be given dust sized particles to ingest and inhale which would be made to happen without the selected victim knowing that it is happening. The dust sized particles could possibly then group together inside the human body into pieces which are large enough to adhere to pieces of human tissue which could possibly be wirelessly connected to a network of computers where the human tissue of that human victim could be externally controlled. However, another explanation which has been given for the recent phenomenon which is called human bio-robotization is that the human being is wirelessly connected to a super computer via neural dust which penetrates the blood brain barrier and adheres to a neuro transmitters of the human brain. The neural dust is then wirelessly connected to a network of computers where all activities of the motor cortex are recorded and later wirelessly replayed to the victims brain and body in order to make their muscles move against their wills.
I am being prepared for human bio-robotization. My facial and neck muscles are already under the direct control of unknown neuro operatives who can now force any muscle in my face and most of my neck to move against my own will. My right hand has begun to move against my will. I can feel energy surging out from the centre of my hand on occasions. I can see my thumb and fingers move against my will. I have been wirelessly tethered to this direct behavioural control system for many years and I feel that the unknown neuro operatives who are preparing me for human bio-robotization are gaining more and more control over my head and body at the months go by. On Jan. 02, 2018, a British Crown-controlled company named Serco Inc. was awarded a $610 million contract to manage FEMA Region 9 that covers Arizona, California, Nevada, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. On Jul. 16, 2013, Obama awarded Serco a $1.2 billion contract to run the Obamacare website. Serco also manages the air traffic control towers in 63 U.S. airports, and has been paid more than $95 million to run the U.S. Patent and Trademark examination processes. Who is Serco?

Why have we not heard of them? More to the point, why are we outsourcing critical American infrastructure, ingenuity and private medical information on every U.S. citizen to sworn agents of the British Crown?!

Serco’s most recent 2016 annual report published at Companies House in London provides critical clues about Serco’s unstated mission. In looking at Serco’s bizarre collection of subsidiaries, one is left with the evident conclusion that something nefarious is afoot.

On the surface, Serco is the weirdest assortment of companies on the planet

Serco builds nuclear weapons, provides housing for migrants, reviews U.S. patents, runs the Obamacare website, operates obvious money-laundering shell companies in the Middle East, is teamed with Lockheed Martin, builds ships, manages massive IT infrastructure, manufactures space vehicles, runs job placement agencies, provides air traffic control to cities, runs rail services, manages parking meters, oversees FEMA Region 9, manages courts and prisons, and runs sports and recreation centers. Huh? This is the weirdest list of companies one can imagine, until one overlays Richard C. Walker's "wet-ware" patents on top, then it makes sense.

This Serco list of 73 subsidiaries revealed a shocking correlation among; (1) Serco’s business interests, (2) the activities of the Senior Executive Service (SES), and (3) the monstrous “Internet of Things” patents filed by Richard C. Walker, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.

In the Walker patents, human beings or people are labeled as mere “wet-ware.” “Wet works” is a spy euphemism for assassination. Tellingly, Obama’s chief of staff, John D. Podesta, used the term just days before Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead in Texas, after which Obama immediately began promoting SES gloabalist Merrick B. Garland to replace him at the Supreme Court.

The association of the spy tradecraft “wet” words is apparent. Walker does not even hide it, he states that his patents are intended to track and control everything and ever body in this world, even ino low orbit—The Internet of Things. It is apparent that neither Walker nor his SES handlers ever expected deplorables to read his work. We have.

FCC Chair Wheeler said 5G is intended to dramatically alter life on this earth with no plan to test the known harmful and potentially deadly effects of 5G on mind and body

The widely-promoted 5G wireless plan is very clearly designed to make Walker’s one-world government population control plan a reality. Eugenicists want to dramatically reduce the world’s population—by stealth if necessary. Wars have always been good for population reduction. Bankers get a two-fer when they fund war. They make money and they depopulate. In Secretary of State Madeleine Albright's world, 500,000 dead Iraq children was acceptable collateral damage. Poisons, toxins and altered genetics work too. For example, billionaire eugenics promoter Bill Gates recently suggested that medical treatment be withheld from the elderly and the savings given to education. With Gates its all in the family. Serco companies are evidently working with the SES Deep State shadow government to implement 5G, and then manage the societal effects of their coming mass murder program. Among these SES corruptocrats is perhaps the largest British company in America that you have never heard of—Serco Group Plc. (“Serco”).

Serco began life in 1929 in the United Kingdom (UK) as RCA Photophone Limited. In 1956, they changed their name to RCA Great Britain Limited. In 1969, they changed names again to RCA Limited. In 1987 their name changed again to Serco Limited.

Today, Serco employs 47,000 people around the world with 8,000 in the United States alone. In 2005, Serco bought commercial, government and defense contractor Resource Consultants Inc. (RCI). Then in 2008, they bought SI International, Inc., an almost carbon copy of RCI. SI International, founded by Lockheed Martin and CACI, Inc. insiders, became wholly-owned US subsidiaries of Serco Inc. These acquisitions gave Serco a significant foothold in major U.S. and government services, including IT, engineering, strategy consulting, HR, business process management, professional services, military and intelligence.

Serco has become, in some cases, the single source provider of critical American infrastructure via 5,000 contracts totaling $6.2 billion (not including secret offshore accounts) including 477 contracts worth $41.3 million at the Senior Executive Services' Office of Personnel Management (OPM), four contracts worth $172 million at the Department of State (DOS), and 4,644 contracts worth $4.22 billion at the Department of Defense (DoD).

Three astonishing Serco contracts are: (1) a $95 million contract to run the U.S. Patent Office’s processing of new patent applications, (2) a $1.2 billion contract to run the Obamacare website, and (3) $610 million to run FEMA Region 92: Arizona, California, Nevada, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. In addition, already mentioned, but bears repeating, Serco manages air traffic control at 63 U.S. airports! You cannot make this up. Outrageous? Most certainly.

British Crown Agents operate in America and have numerous U.S. government contracts too. Here is one example, a $23.7 million USAID contract with Serco. These are the very same Crown Agents whose taxes on tea sparked the Boston Tea Party.  See Crown Agents Act of 1995. Why are we giving any money and contracts at all to the British Crown?

In addition, both British and American attorneys are given the title of “Esquire” despite the fact that Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution prohibits the federal government from granting titles of nobility due to the corrupting foreign influences.

The fact is, American lawyers, judges, law professors and students are organized into an elaborate British-styled union called The American Inns of Court with over 30,000 members. It is directly modeled on the British Inns of Court comprised of four “Temples” in and around the City of London and Westminster.

Tellingly, our American Inns of Court nowhere mention the U.S. Constitution in their charter documents, including their Vision Statement and Professional Creed. To whom do they pledge? To “the movement” and a generic "Rule of Law."

When one considers that The City of London UK banking center is adjacent to the British Inns of Court temples, one begins to get the picture. The British Army may have withdrawn in 1776, but Britain’s bankers and lawyers dug in, and have never left. Now, a British company name Serco is being tapped by the SES to finish the job of bringing the American colonies to heel.

I am wirelessly linked by a two way link from my brain and body to a computer network which is controlled by criminals. These criminals speak to me whenever they wish throughout each day and throughout each night. I hear their voices coming from inside my head. They send information to my brain and body which makes my muscles malfunction at a moments notice and they make them recover again about twenty minutes later. They have informed me that they will one day paralyse me but they will leave me with the ability to feel pain . This situation has been going on for more than sixteen years. Initially, I was so frightened of them that my teeth would chatter with fear. Now I am so used to their death threats and their torture threats that I would be likely to doze off in the middle of a death threat. It is possible to get used to anything.
Even though I have complained in the past to both psychiatrists and the police there is no longer any point in complaining to agents of the government. That day is gone. If I were to complain to my general medical practitioner, he may decide to send me for mandatory psychiatric evaluation. The chosen psychiatrist would then, under medical law, be obliged to detain me in a psychiatric institution against my will and without my permission. If I complained to the local police they would also be mandated to send me for psychiatric evaluation resulting in the same situation of psychiatric detainment.
I know of many other men and women throughout my country, Ireland, who are also wirelessly linked to a computer network and are being either physically or psychologically tortured by wireless means, by the use of directed energy weapons. The news is not getting out to the rest of the Irish people because the main stream media personnel are two afraid to publicize it which is a pity because there is an easy solution. We must urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and all related paraphernalia. Microwave radiation is an essential tool in the slow and incremental ongoing secret wireless enslavement of the human race.

 I ride a bicycle a distance of twelve kilometres  through quite country back roads  to a nearby town of Ballinrobe once per week.   For the last six kilometres of my journey the road is level and straight and mostly tree lined.   On at least five occasions in the past year I have met an unknown man who was walking with  a bicycle while wearing a metal chain and a padlock around his waist.  The man I met who was wearing the chain and padlock around his waist and walking with a bicycle  was a different man on each occasion. I  am not entirely sure if all five men who were walking with their bicycles were in fact wearing a chain and padlock around their waists but some of them definitely were.     There was no reason for any of these men  to walk with  their bicycles  because there are no hills of any kind on the road.  If any of these men  had been carrying frequency tools they  could have rendered me unconscious if they managed to get close enough to me to conduct a conversation.  If any of the men  had initiated a conversation or asked me for directions, the  frequency tool could then be used covertly to slowly but surely render me unconscious.      The chain and padlock could then  be used by the man  to handcuff and tie me up.   If I were to inform the police about the overt intimidation which I am experiencing they would not do anything about it because each of these men has the right to walk with their bicycles down lonely back roads while wearing metal chains and padlocks around their waists.  

   All targeted individuals of non-consensual brain wave  research are periodically gang stalked and intimidated as part of the program they are being subjected to.   This may be occurring in order to induce fear in the victim for the purposes of further brain research.  If I meet  another man in the future  walking his bicycle on the same lonely road, while wearing a metal chain and padlock around his waist, should I take his photograph and post it online or should I cycle quickly by?   MK Ultra has developed many ways to perform psychological operations of populations and these psychological operations should be exposed to the public, thereby rendering them ineffective.  The covert capabilities of frequency tools should be highlighted among the general public so that we can discuss possible ways of protecting ourselves from them.   Non-consensual brain research should be banned across the board.  

By their use of data which was obtained by a classified  psychological torture program universally known as remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation, senior Irish Gardaí are either knowingly or unknowingly supporting this wirelessly enabled non-consensual psychological torture system.   It is my opinion that  senior Irish gardai obtain usable data from the worldwide intelligence services.  The worldwide intelligence services themselves obtain a large portion of the data at their disposal by way of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation as standard procedure.  The victims of this classified system known as remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation can not prove that they are wirelessly linked to said system because this is an invisible system which uses energy weapons to collect data from mostly good living human beings.  

  This system is being carried out by the following method  -   intelligent dust particles are being dispersed throughout our bodies and brains through inhalation and ingestion.  These intelligent dust particles are then connected by a two way link of electromagnetic energy to a computer network which is currently manned by unknown neuro staff who work outside the control system.   These largely unknown neuro staff  never come in contact with the police because there appear to be wireless limitations placed on their freedom.

  All of the electrical activity which is generated by  brains and bodies of the wirelessly linked individuals are downloaded to said computer network for data analysis.  These wirelessly lined individuals have no further mental privacy from that day forward.   The brains and bodies of almost everybody in the western world now contain vast quantities of intelligent dust particles which are being used to mind control many of them into a state of unconcern and incredulity whenever the subject of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation is raised.

 The Gardaí at senior level are possibly well aware of the existence and abuse of wireless directed energy weapons within the Republic of Ireland but they have not warned the Irish people about them at this point because they can not yet prove the existence of said wireless directed energy weapons. Honest people who claim they are targeted individuals of said weapons have found that strong radio frequency signals come from their heads at random times of the day. Spectrum analysers could possibly be used by the Gardaí on targeted individuals in order to prove that they are indeed being attacked by said weapons.  

Many targeted individuals throughout Ireland have reported being attacked by wireless weapons which includes having the voices of the neuro staff uploaded into their hearing channels.  However, front line Gardaí have not been informed about the existence and abuse of these wireless directed energy weapons and they currently have no option other than to force the targeted individual to attend for unnecessary psychiatric evaluation.  The  targeted individual can be transferred from there to  a psychiatric hospital where they lose all of their credibility from then on.  This and many other reasons are why the existence and abuse of this technology is being kept hidden from the public.

We must urgently have all wirelessly enabling capabilities demolished and we must return to the use of hard wired devices only.   The existence of satellites is now a well known hoax because it is firmly believed that NASA staff have been under wireless constraint for many decades and has been forced to lie to the public about both the existence of satellites as well as being forced to hoax space travel over the years.  

According to new information which I have obtained today by synthetic telepathy, whatever you say or do in front of your smart phone can and is being used to build up a psychological profile of you. Your voice is also being copied and could be used to identify you at any time in the future even when you no longer in possession of your smart phone. Your image is also being taken from your smart phone and is being added as a component to your profile. Both voice recognition and image recognition software will be used in the future to profile you whenever you are in a public space, totally unbeknownst to you. If we wish to return to a time when we had total privacy, we must urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and all wireless enabling technologies. There are many and varied reasons as to why we should ban wireless enabling technologies apart from lack of privacy. Wireless enabling capabilities can be used to murder all of us by remote means as well as burning down our homes as well as an aid to electronically mind controlling us or even wirelessly torturing us while we are in the privacy of our own homes. Electronic harassment and torture programmes are already in place throughout every country in Europe but agents of governments are under strong electronic mind control and appear unable to confront the reality of what is occurring slowly and incrementally on a day to day basis.

A wireless network has already been created in some countries,  by the generation of wireless streams of energy which connect various electrical appliances to each other.   The electrical appliances are the nodes of this wireless net.   This wireless network is being used to generate holograms of what used to be known as demons as well as holograms of life size cartoon figures as well as holograms of a multitude of other images.  This is causing various unknowing individuals to adopt false belief systems in order to attempt to provide an explanation to themselves as to what they are experiencing and why they are experiencing them.

However, the secret societies are using this new capability as a psychological operation in order to frighten the human race because when we are in a state of fear we are easy to control.

Falsehoods are being perpetrated online which claim these holograms are in fact real  inter-demonsional demons which have broken through to our reality because of the activities of Cern in Switzerland.
