5 am. One of them i am certain is this guy that I had a relationship with in 91-92. in early of 92 or the end of 91 I overheard a conversation I was not to suppose to listen to. this guys friends was into CB radios & Ham radios. & tinkering around with electronics.ad a International Ham & CB radio club. the day I had overheard this conversation, I was standing in his house... on a work table he had set up. I saw electronic pieces all laid out across the entire table, they almost looked like a bunch of mother boards. at least that is how I see them now. I was listening to the song that was playing on this guys stereo, but I was also listening to their conversation. he also had a illegal antenna set against the apartments, we had later moved into next to this guy. the conversation was, the guy I was with had asked his friend what he was working on. his friend was bragging that when his last piece arrived he would be able to listen to some ones thoughts. like he was a child that would have a toy he could use on the public. he had also said that if anyone caught him he would end up in federal prison. this guy had started whispering that part, what I remember was at that moment they both turned their head in my direction to stare at me, to see if I had been listening to their conversation. because I was singing one of the songs on the radio they immediately turned their head back to one another. one commenting no I had not overheard them. speaking about this illegal device that was in the works of being made. when the first time I had really noticed that they had really made this device was when i had mentioned that I had thought that someone was listening too my mental voice. this guy i was with had bolted so fast out the door that his heels didn't have enough time to hit the floor & up to his friends. the comment that I remembering hearing him through the device( mentally )comment to his friend, it is working. & denying it to me. and commenting to me that I was crazy, stuff like that could not happen.
A few years later I had met a man, my current husband. of 16+ yrs. when we try to have a romance i our lives, I suffer of headaches, severe pain. and chest pains. & bodily functions going haywire. their comments are, is that the pains are punishment for my choice of activities. and that the man that I was once with was jealous of me having my current husband in my life, when we get back together we will do this, we will do that. I do and never plan to return to this gentleman. when we were together he and his friends had bragged about how they had put his ex-wife in a metal institution. I guess that , that was a threat to me as to if I got out of line they would do the same thing to me. they comment strength comes in numbers. his threat to me ( thank god your not married to me or I would put you in a metal institution, How I was crazy. ) and thank god he didn't bring a gun into his house I would of probably pulled it on him just like his ex-wife had. but plausible deny-ability is what they are hoping to have on their sides.
I do imagine that this device was invented, long before these perps laid their hands on this device.

I will fight till the last breath of my life. they say if i dont listen to them they will completely paralyse me and make me a complete psyche. infact ON and Off they do that to me, each day is a day of struggle interfering in all my personnel and official work. they say me they want to see me becoming popper with out any source of income. By the grace of god I am somehow have a minimal source of income, by which i am sustaining my food and family expense and the job which i do which is marketing not related to my qualification and my experience, just to keep my self busy and to earn my living i have taken up this job. they keep torturing me 24/7 for 14 long years. my only hope is god, I am sure these perps will surely get punished at some point of time for their illegal atrocities.
These things need to be exposed to everybody and create awareness among everyone in everycorner of the world.
My only consolation is peacepink where we can share our difficulties and sufferings with understandable and likeminded individuals. where we can share our pain and feelings and be each others consolation. Hope the lord jesus help each on us in their difficulties and guide us in fighting aganst these evil perps unitedly till the very end and emerge victoriously in the days to come. may each one of us remember each one in their prayers.

Artificial Hippocampus, the Borg Hive Mind, and Other Neurological Endeavors

Many of us know about ‘Borg Hive Mind’ from TV programs where the characters are linked through brain-to-brain or computer-to-brain interactions. However, this is more than a science fiction fantasy. The idea was contemplated seriously in the 2002 National Science Foundation report, Converging Technologies for Improving Human Performance: Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Cognitive Science. ‘Techlepathy‘ is the word coined, referring to the communication of information directly from one mind to another (i.e. telepathy) with the assistance of technology. Many research activities focus on neuro-engineering and the cognitive sciences. Many neuroscientists and bioengineers now work on:
Journals exist for all of these activities — including the Human Brain Mappingjournal. Some envision a Human Cognome Project. James Albus, a senior fellow and founder of the Intelligent Systems Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology believes the era of ‘engineering the mind‘ is here. He has proposed a national program for developing a scientific theory of the mind. Neuromorphic engineering, Wikipedia says, “is a new interdisciplinary discipline that takes inspiration from biology, physics, mathematics, computer science and engineering to design artificial neural systems, such as vision systems, head-eye systems, auditory processors, and autonomous robots, whose physical architecture and design principles are based on those of biological nervous systems.” There are many examples. Researchers from Harvard University have linked nanowire field-effect transistors to neurons. Three applications are envisioned: hybrid biological/electronic devices, interfaces to neural prosthetics, and the capture of high-resolution information about electrical signals in the brain. Research is advancing in four areas: neuronal networks, interfaces between the brain and external neural prosthetics, real-time cellular assays, and hybrid circuits that couple digital nanoelectronic and biological computing components. Numenta, a company formed in 2005, states on its webpage that it “is developing a new type of computer memory system modelled after the human neocortex.” Kwabena Boahen, an associate professor of bioengineering at Stanford University, has developed Neurogrid, “a specialized hardware platform that will enable the cortex’s inner workings to be simulated in detail — something outside the reach of even the fastest supercomputers.” He is also working on a silicon retina and a silicon chip that emulates the way the juvenile brain wires itself up. Researchers at the University of Washington are working on an implantable electronic chip that may help to establish new nerve connections in the part of the brain that controls movement. The Blue Brain project — a collaboration of IBM and the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, in Lausanne, Switzerland – will create a detailed model of the circuitry in the neocortex. A DNA switch ‘nanoactuator‘ has been developed by Dr. Keith Firman at the University of Portsmouth and other European researchers, which can interface living organisms with computers. Kevin Warwick had an RFID transmitter (a future column will deal with RFID chips) implanted beneath his skin in 1998, which allowed him to control doors, lights, heaters, and other computer-controlled devices in his proximity. In anotherexperiment, he and his wife Irena each had electrodes surgically implanted in their arms. The electrodes were linked by radio signals to a computer which created a direct link between their nervous systems. Kevin’s wife felt when he moved his arm. In his book I, Cyborg, Kevin Warwick imagines that 50 years from now most human brains will be linked electronically through a global computer network. St. Joseph’s Hospital in the United States has implanted neurostimulators (deep brain stimulators) using nanowires to connect a stimulating device to brain. A pacemaker-like device is implanted in the chest, and flexible wires are implanted in the brain. Electrical impulses sent from the ‘pacemaker’ to the brain are used to treat Parkinson’s, migraine headaches and chronic pain, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, improve the mobility of stroke victims, and curb cravings in drug addicts. In 2003/2004 a variety of publications (see links below) reported on the efforts of professor Theodore W. Berger, director of the Center for Neural Engineering at the University of Southern California, and his colleagues, to develop the world’s firstbrain prosthesis — an ‘artificial hippocampus’ which is supposed to act as a memory bank. These publications highlighted in particular the use of such implants for Alzheimer’s patients. The research program is proceeding in four stages: (1) tests on slices of rat brains kept alive in cerebrospinal fluid… reported as successful in 2004; (2) tests on live rats which are to take place within three years; (3) tests on live monkeys; and (4) tests on humans — very likely on Alzheimer’s patients first. The Choice is Yours !
If these advancements come to pass, they will create many ethical, legal, privacy and social issues. For the artificial hippocampus we should ask: would brain implants force some people to remember things they would rather forget? Could someone manipulate our memory? What would be the consequence of uploading information (see my education column)? Will we still have control over what we remember? Could we be forced to remember something over and over? If we can communicate with each other through a computer what will be the consequence of a Global Brain? It is important that people become more involved in the governance of neuro-engineering and cognitive science projects. We should not neglect these areas because we perceive them to be science fiction. We also need to look beyond the outlined ‘medical applications.’ If the artificial hippocampus works, it will likely be used for more than dealing with diseases. I will cover brain-machine interfaces, neuro-pharmaceutical-based ‘cognitive enhancement,’ and neuroethics and the ethics of artificial intelligence in future columns. A computer chip implanted behind the eye that could record a person’s every lifetime thought and sensation is to be developed by British scientists.
“This is the end of death,” said Dr. Chris Winter, of British Telecom’s artificial life team. He predicted that within three decades it would be possible to relive other people’s lives by playing back their experiences on a computer. “By combining this information with a record of the person’s genes, we could recreate a person physically, emotionally and spiritually.”
Dr. Winter’s team of eight scientists at BT’s Martlesham Heath Laboratories near Ipswich calls the chip the ‘Soul Catcher.’ It would be possible to imbue a new-born baby with a lifetime’s experiences by giving him or her the Soul Catcher chip of a dead person, Dr. Winter said. The proposal to digitize existence is based on a solid calculation of how much data the brain copes with over a lifetime.
Ian Pearson , BT’s official futurologist, has measured the flow of impulses from the optical nerve and nerves in the skin, tongue, ear, and nose. Over an eighty year life, we process 10 terrabytes of data, equivalent to the storage capacity of 7,142,857,142,860,000 floppy disks.

Dr. Pearson said, “If current trends in the miniaturization of computer memory continues at the rate of the past 20 years – a factor of 100 every decade – today’s 8-megabyte memory chip norm will be able to store 10 terrabytes in 15 years.”
British Telecom would not divulge how much money it is investing in the project, but Dr. Winter said it was taking ‘Soul Catcher 2025′ very seriously. He admitted that there were profound ethical considerations, but emphasized that BT was embarking on this line of research to enable it to remain at the forefront of communications technology.
“An implanted chip would be like an aircraft’s black box and would enhance communications beyond current concepts,” he said. “For example, police would be able to use it to relive an attack, rape, or murder from the victim’s viewpoint to help catch the criminal.”
Other applications would be less useful but more frightening. “I could even play back the smells, sounds, and sights of my holiday to my friends,” Dr. Winter said.

HAVE you ever thought about something you never shared with anyone, and have been horror-struck at the mere thought of someone coming to know about your little secret? If you have, then you probably have all the more reason to be paranoid now thanks to new and improved security systems being developed around the world to deal with terrorism that inadvertently end up impinging on one’s privacy.
Some of the countries involved in such programmes include USA, UK, Spain, Germany and France. Recently, the National Security Agency (NSA) of the US has developed a very efficient method of controlling the human brain. This technology is called Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and is expected to revolutionise crime detection and investigation.
What is it? RNM works remotely to control the brain in order to read and detect any criminal thought taking place inside the mind of a possible perpetrator. Research studies have shown that the human brain thinks at a rate of about 5000 bits per second and does not have the capacity to compete with supercomputers performing via satellites, implants and biotelemetry. The human brain has a distinctive set of bioelectric resonance system. For the RNM system, supercomputers are being used and, thus, with its help, supercomputers can send messages through an implanted person’s nervous system in order to influence their performance in a desired way.
RNM has been developed after about 50 years of neuro-electromagnetic involuntary human experimentations. According to many scientists, within a few years it is expected that DNA microchips will be implanted in the human brain which would make it inherently controllable. With RNM, it will be possible to read and control a person’s emotional thought processes along with the subconscious and dreams. At present, around the world, supercomputers are monitoring millions of people simultaneously with the speed of 20 billion bits per second especially in countries like USA, Japan, Israel and many European countries.
RNM has a set of certain programs functioning at different levels, like the signals intelligence system which uses electromagnetic frequencies (EMF), to stimulate the brain for RNM and the electronic brain link (EBL). The EMF Brain Stimulation system has been designed as radiation intelligence which means receiving information from inadvertently originated electromagnetic waves in the environment. However, it is not related to radioactivity or nuclear detonation. The recording machines in the signals intelligence system have electronic equipment that investigate electrical activity in humans from a distance. This computer-generated brain mapping can constantly monitor all electrical activities in the brain. The recording aid system decodes individual brain maps for security purposes.
What does it do?? For purposes of electronic evaluation, electrical activity in the speech centre of the brain can be translated in to the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the auditory cortex of the brain directly bypassing the ear. This encoding helps in detecting audio communication. It can also perform electrical mapping of the brain’s activity from the visual centre of the brain, which it does by bypassing the eyes and optic nerves, thus projecting images from the subject’s brain onto a video monitor. With this visual and audio memory, both can be visualised and analysed. This system can, remotely and non-invasively, detect information by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in 30-50Hz, 5 millwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain. The nerves produce a shifting electrical pattern with a shifting magnetic flux which then puts on a constant amount of electromagnetic waves. There are spikes and patterns which are called evoked potentials in the electromagnetic emission from the brain. The interesting part about this is that the entire exercise is carried out without any physical contact with the subject.
The EMF emissions from the brain can be decoded into current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject’s brain. It sends complicated codes and electromagnetic pulse signals to activate evoked potentials inside the brain, thus generating sounds and visual images in the neural circuits. With its speech, auditory and visual communication systems, RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain to brain link or a brain-to-computer link.
Of course, the mechanism needs to decode the resonance frequency of each specific site to modulate the insertion of information in that specific location of the brain. RNM can also detect hearing via electromagnetic microwaves, and it also features the transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, producing visual disturbances, visual hallucinations and injection of words and numbers in to the brain through electromagnetic radiation waves. Also, it manipulates emotions and thoughts and reads thoughts remotely, causes pain to any nerve of the body, allows for remote manipulation of behaviour, controls sleep patterns through which control over communication is made easy. The scientists protesting against the use of RNM believe that people who have been implanted involuntarily become biological robots and guinea pigs for RNM activities in the guise of security. This is an important biological concern related to microchip implantation, which is a hidden technology using microwave radiations for the control of the mind.

If it were possible, would you have to implant a computer chip in the brain that helped you to remember better? Or to concentrate long periods at a time, or smoothing any mood swings?
Today you can improve and modify the damaged cognitive and mental ability of medical means. But scientists are also on track to develop “brain prosthesis”, that is, artificial implants that can take over a damaged brain function. If Alzheimer’s disease has damaged the part of the brain that is responsible for storage of new memories, would simply be able to replace it with a prosthesis, a computer chip that works on the same principle as the brain itself and that can communicate with the brain’s nerve cells. Similar procedures could also replace other parts of the brain with artificial prostheses.

Artificial Hippocampus, the Borg Hive Mind, and Other Neurological Endeavors

Many of us know about ‘Borg Hive Mind’ from TV programs where the characters are linked through brain-to-brain or computer-to-brain interactions. However, this is more than a science fiction fantasy. The idea was contemplated seriously in the 2002 National Science Foundation report, Converging Technologies for Improving Human Performance: Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Cognitive Science. ‘Techlepathy‘ is the word coined, referring to the communication of information directly from one mind to another (i.e. telepathy) with the assistance of technology. Many research activities focus on neuro-engineering and the cognitive sciences. Many neuroscientists and bioengineers now work on:
Journals exist for all of these activities — including the Human Brain Mappingjournal. Some envision a Human Cognome Project. James Albus, a senior fellow and founder of the Intelligent Systems Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology believes the era of ‘engineering the mind‘ is here. He has proposed a national program for developing a scientific theory of the mind. Neuromorphic engineering, Wikipedia says, “is a new interdisciplinary discipline that takes inspiration from biology, physics, mathematics, computer science and engineering to design artificial neural systems, such as vision systems, head-eye systems, auditory processors, and autonomous robots, whose physical architecture and design principles are based on those of biological nervous systems.” There are many examples. Researchers from Harvard University have linked nanowire field-effect transistors to neurons. Three applications are envisioned: hybrid biological/electronic devices, interfaces to neural prosthetics, and the capture of high-resolution information about electrical signals in the brain. Research is advancing in four areas: neuronal networks, interfaces between the brain and external neural prosthetics, real-time cellular assays, and hybrid circuits that couple digital nanoelectronic and biological computing components. Numenta, a company formed in 2005, states on its webpage that it “is developing a new type of computer memory system modelled after the human neocortex.” Kwabena Boahen, an associate professor of bioengineering at Stanford University, has developed Neurogrid, “a specialized hardware platform that will enable the cortex’s inner workings to be simulated in detail — something outside the reach of even the fastest supercomputers.” He is also working on a silicon retina and a silicon chip that emulates the way the juvenile brain wires itself up. Researchers at the University of Washington are working on an implantable electronic chip that may help to establish new nerve connections in the part of the brain that controls movement. The Blue Brain project — a collaboration of IBM and the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, in Lausanne, Switzerland – will create a detailed model of the circuitry in the neocortex. A DNA switch ‘nanoactuator‘ has been developed by Dr. Keith Firman at the University of Portsmouth and other European researchers, which can interface living organisms with computers. Kevin Warwick had an RFID transmitter (a future column will deal with RFID chips) implanted beneath his skin in 1998, which allowed him to control doors, lights, heaters, and other computer-controlled devices in his proximity. In anotherexperiment, he and his wife Irena each had electrodes surgically implanted in their arms. The electrodes were linked by radio signals to a computer which created a direct link between their nervous systems. Kevin’s wife felt when he moved his arm. In his book I, Cyborg, Kevin Warwick imagines that 50 years from now most human brains will be linked electronically through a global computer network. St. Joseph’s Hospital in the United States has implanted neurostimulators (deep brain stimulators) using nanowires to connect a stimulating device to brain. A pacemaker-like device is implanted in the chest, and flexible wires are implanted in the brain. Electrical impulses sent from the ‘pacemaker’ to the brain are used to treat Parkinson’s, migraine headaches and chronic pain, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, improve the mobility of stroke victims, and curb cravings in drug addicts. In 2003/2004 a variety of publications (see links below) reported on the efforts of professor Theodore W. Berger, director of the Center for Neural Engineering at the University of Southern California, and his colleagues, to develop the world’s firstbrain prosthesis — an ‘artificial hippocampus’ which is supposed to act as a memory bank. These publications highlighted in particular the use of such implants for Alzheimer’s patients. The research program is proceeding in four stages: (1) tests on slices of rat brains kept alive in cerebrospinal fluid… reported as successful in 2004; (2) tests on live rats which are to take place within three years; (3) tests on live monkeys; and (4) tests on humans — very likely on Alzheimer’s patients first. The Choice is Yours !
If these advancements come to pass, they will create many ethical, legal, privacy and social issues. For the artificial hippocampus we should ask: would brain implants force some people to remember things they would rather forget? Could someone manipulate our memory? What would be the consequence of uploading information (see my education column)? Will we still have control over what we remember? Could we be forced to remember something over and over? If we can communicate with each other through a computer what will be the consequence of a Global Brain? It is important that people become more involved in the governance of neuro-engineering and cognitive science projects. We should not neglect these areas because we perceive them to be science fiction. We also need to look beyond the outlined ‘medical applications.’ If the artificial hippocampus works, it will likely be used for more than dealing with diseases. I will cover brain-machine interfaces, neuro-pharmaceutical-based ‘cognitive enhancement,’ and neuroethics and the ethics of artificial intelligence in future columns. A computer chip implanted behind the eye that could record a person’s every lifetime thought and sensation is to be developed by British scientists.
“This is the end of death,” said Dr. Chris Winter, of British Telecom’s artificial life team. He predicted that within three decades it would be possible to relive other people’s lives by playing back their experiences on a computer. “By combining this information with a record of the person’s genes, we could recreate a person physically, emotionally and spiritually.”
Dr. Winter’s team of eight scientists at BT’s Martlesham Heath Laboratories near Ipswich calls the chip the ‘Soul Catcher.’ It would be possible to imbue a new-born baby with a lifetime’s experiences by giving him or her the Soul Catcher chip of a dead person, Dr. Winter said. The proposal to digitize existence is based on a solid calculation of how much data the brain copes with over a lifetime.
Ian Pearson , BT’s official futurologist, has measured the flow of impulses from the optical nerve and nerves in the skin, tongue, ear, and nose. Over an eighty year life, we process 10 terrabytes of data, equivalent to the storage capacity of 7,142,857,142,860,000 floppy disks.

Dr. Pearson said, “If current trends in the miniaturization of computer memory continues at the rate of the past 20 years – a factor of 100 every decade – today’s 8-megabyte memory chip norm will be able to store 10 terrabytes in 15 years.”
British Telecom would not divulge how much money it is investing in the project, but Dr. Winter said it was taking ‘Soul Catcher 2025′ very seriously. He admitted that there were profound ethical considerations, but emphasized that BT was embarking on this line of research to enable it to remain at the forefront of communications technology.
“An implanted chip would be like an aircraft’s black box and would enhance communications beyond current concepts,” he said. “For example, police would be able to use it to relive an attack, rape, or murder from the victim’s viewpoint to help catch the criminal.”
Other applications would be less useful but more frightening. “I could even play back the smells, sounds, and sights of my holiday to my friends,” Dr. Winter said.

International Protest Against Mind and Body-Invasive Technologies ( FFCHS)
A global alliance of those covertly targeted by covert mind and body manipulation technologies believed to be emanating from intelligence agency sources, are holding a worldwide protest against the use of these devices on nonconsenting individuals. The technologies used are capable of remotely accessing and adversely affecting the human brain and body functions so therefore raise serious privacy issues for all who value freedoms in modern society.
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) October 12, 2009 -- On Wednesday, October 14, IAACEA, the International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse is staging a worldwide protest against the use of electronic technologies that assault and harass members of the unsuspecting public. IAACEA claims that many people are suffering from the effects of various advanced technologies that remotely target the human mind and body. Many conventional means of redress are expensive and in some cases, exhausted. Members have organized and report their readiness to stage worldwide civil protests on this vital issue. "This is a historic event...I believe we must win (back) something that belongs to us", says Robin Yan one of the event organizers in Toronto, Canada.
Through these civil protests, IAACEA intends to educate the public, gain media attention and mobilize national policy changes in the involved countries. Long-term goals include: creating laws to protect citizens from electromagnetic arms and prosecuting offenders who commit the crimes of electronic harassment and organized stalking, which often occurs, when these crimes are committed.
IAACEA's stated goal is to ban the use of electromagnetic weapons that remotely interfere with the human body and mind and make it a criminal offense to possess and use such weapons. Electromagnetic (EM) frequencies powering these devices are microwave, infrared, extremely low frequency (ELF) and others. All EM energy is radiation. Members explain that this form of harassment is invasive. They believe that long-term exposures to EM can destroy the health of those targeted, and has caused deaths to occur.
Electromagnetic weapons that remotely "tetanize" or contract muscles are one type of these devices. The patent abstract explains what occurs when this weapon is used on an unsuspecting target: "because the electrical current is a close replication of the physiological neuroelectric impulses which control striated muscle tissue, it tetanizes the subject's skeletal muscles without causing any perceptible sensation." (U.S.. Patent 5675103 Inventors:Herr; Jan Eric (San Diego, CA) 1996).
Other devices can painfully target the human brain, send a microwave audio signal that only one person in a crowd can hear, vibrate internal organs, and send shocks to targeted areas of the body. All of these devices exist in miniaturized, cell phone -like form. They can be activated remotely and covertly, relatively easily, according to private investigator reports and member accounts.
The military has defined these devices. Captain Paul Tyler writes: "The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide ranging .. In all of these cases the EM systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation.". Unwitting EM assault victims report frightening, and sometimes traumatizing experiences. Once targeted by these rogue elements, assault experiences continue for years without end. IAACEA members explain that this is an insidious crime which is silent, unseen and covert in character. They believe there are horrible debilitating effects, because the entire body is targeted.
Dr. Nick Begich, BBC documentary producer and expert speaker at the European Parliament urges that, "the new science of applying subtly modulated energy to manipulate brain activity or in order to alter other physiological functions should be investigated again across all agencies and departments of the government." Dear Attorney General Holder,
We write to request that you address expanding abuses by the Federal Bureau of Investigation under the 2008 Attorney General’s Guidelines issued by your predecessor. Despite our diverse political affiliations and interests, we agree that federal law enforcement agencies should require (at least) individualized suspicion of criminal activity before initiating investigatory activities.
In addition to a thorough analysis of the Bureau’s current operations and their impacts on civil rights and civil liberties, we also ask that you promulgate revised Attorney General’s Guidelines to restore rights and liberties eroded by Attorneys General Mukasey in 2008 and Ashcroft in 2003. Beyond its governing policies, the Bureau also remains in desperate need of institutional reform, including new leadership and new internal checks and balances to end the problems that have long undermined the Bureau’s legitimacy.
The FBI has emerged as a recidivist institution, repeatedly violating the rights of law-abiding Americans en masse. As you know, the COINTELPRO era spanned decades and reflected an aggressive campaign by the FBI until the 1970s to undermine civil rights organizations, like the NAACP, pursuing peaceful political activities protected by the First Amendment. Nor was the Bureau’s assault on the civil rights movement its first foray into criminalizing conduct that our Constitution protects: the program began by targeting labor organizers and political dissidents, and followed the previous Palmer Raids, which similarly vilified legions of Americans on the basis of their political views.
In September 2010, a series of FBI raids targeting peace activists throughout the Midwest suggested that the Bureau is once again operating under unconstitutional policies. Their recurrence under your leadership could leave an enduring stain on your tenure, as well as that of the Obama administration, and offends fundamental American values shared across the political spectrum.
The 2008 Mukasey Guidelines were the latest of several revisions to the original Guidelines issued in 1976 to end the abuses of COINTELPRO. The 2008 revisions allow individual agents discretion to use intrusive investigatory methods without any evidence suggesting that a crime has been committed, and even permit race, religion, or political speech to serve as factors justifying intrusive investigation.
The Bureau’s ongoing “undisclosed participation” activities recall COINTELPRO’s abuses and even expand upon them. FBI agents, informants, and state and local law enforcement agents cooperating with them through Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) have infiltrated faith institutions and activist groups advocating for causes as varied as pro-life or pro-choice stances on reproductive rights, environmental causes, opposition to racial bias pervading the criminal justice system, and foreign policy objectives.
Even some of the legal standards governing these activities remain secret, despite repeated requests from the public and Members of Congress seeking greater transparency. FBI Director Robert Mueller delivered inaccurate testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee this summer, admitting after the hearing—in writing—that the Bureau’s surveillance activities are limited neither by evidence, nor even by suspicion. Mueller's admission confirms that agents are currently monitoring law-abiding Americans arbitrarily and potentially on the basis of constitutionally protected association, political speech, religion, national origin, or race.
Inadequate transparency unfortunately pervades the Bureau’s operations. In at least three reports over the last four years (in 2007, 2008, and 2010), the Justice Department's Inspector General has documented rampant abuse of investigatory powers expanded by the PATRIOT Act—as well as further abuses of new powers invented by the FBI without congressional authorization.
At a minimum, we request that you rescind the 2008 Mukasey Guidelines and issue new Guidelines to better respect constitutional rights. While considering the scope of reforms needed to protect civil rights and civil liberties, you should not grant the existing Guidelines artificial legitimacy, nor should the Bureau be afforded credibility that it has not only failed to earn, but also actively undermined. In the interim, new powers demanded by the FBI should be denied and its leadership should be replaced.

Electromagnetic frequencies powering these devices are microwave, infrared, extremely low frequency (elf) and others. All EM energy is radiation. Members explain that this form of harassment is invasive. They believe that long-term exposures to EM can destroy the health of those targeted, and has caused deaths to occur.
Electromagnetic weapons that remotely "tentanize muscles" are one form of these devices. The patent abstract language explains what occurs when this weapon is used on an unsuspecting target: "because the electrical current is a close replication of the physiological neuroelectric impulses which control striated muscle tissue, it tetanizes the subject's skeletal muscles without causing any perceptible sensation." (U.S. Patent 5675103 Inventors:Herr; Jan Eric (San Diego, CA) 1996).
Other devices can painfully target the human brain, send a microwave audio signal that only one person in a crowd can hear, vibrate internal organs, and send shocks to targeted areas of the body. All of these devices exist in miniaturized, cell phone like form. They can be activated remotely and covertly, relatively easily, according to private investigator reports and member accounts.
The military has defined these devices. Captain Paul Tyler writes: “The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide ranging .. In all of these cases the EM systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation.". Unwitting EM assault victims report frightening, and sometimes traumatizing experiences. Once targeted rogue elements, either governmental or private or both, assault experiences continue for years. Dear Member of the Canadian Government:
We are writing you on behalf of Organization of Victims of Psychotronic (Mind Control) Weapons to ask for your help for the many constituents in Canada who are being targeted unjustly without their informed consent by Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons. Victims of Psychotronic weapons detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous incidents of psychological torture, mental and physical mutilations. 7). Loss of memory and knowledge.
8). Inadequate states, which targeted individuals have never experienced before (states of narcotic intoxication, depression, obsessive desires and so on).
9). Control of sleep patterns: sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep
10). Blurred vision
11). Cramps, seizures and spasms
12). Excruciating, artificial pain in any part of the body, including heart attacks and other serious, medical conditions.
Investigation of these crimes is under jurisdiction of RCMP in Canada. We have contacted RCMP, police, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Courts and other Government institutions over and over and over again, but have had our appeals for assistance and protection almost completely ignored or suppressed. The government “doing nothing” in this situation is a form of sanctioning these horrendous, fascist mind control experiments on innocent and defenseless people. That is why the Canadian Government is responsible for these crimes. The government of Canada must uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law and protect Canadian citizens by these laws. These are the most horrendous weapons and crimes imaginable, and the people, using them, are mass-murdering conspirators, pursuing fascist, totalitarian, fundamentalist schemes.
Doctor Joseph Mengele and other Nazis, who started developing these techniques in concentration camps during World War II, were brought over here from Europe after the war to continue their atrocities. MKULTRA was the first of these illegal and immoral experiments with unwilling victims. We are the latest victims. THIS MUST STOP, and the people responsible exposed and brought to justice for these unspeakable crimes against humanity. We demand only that our human rights are respected, and that the Canadian Government appoints a Committee to get to the bottom of this most serious matter based upon the evidence collected, intercepted, and compiled by victims for many years.

Talked to Andy Frey about the helicopter flying over my house almost everyday. Then I changed subject to the airplanes leaving chemical trails in the sky. He got nervous about it (I could tell in his tone) and immediately said it was contrails. He reassured me that there was no conspiracy that was harming the people of this nation. I kept questioning him about it and the more he lied about the chemtrails, the more casual he seemed to get with his answers. As if his lies were becoming believable to him. I think he thinks he was reassuring me in some way or tricking me that theses chemtrails I talked about where actually contrails as his answers. Very suspicious and funny at the same time that a military man would lie through his teeth about this.
