8/5/12 : Inspite of  over  4 visits to SHO Police Station Jattli , prtitions 14 to 17 received by them , Inquiry officer Raja Nazeer apponited , moharar  confirming the receipt , No FIR is being registered,  

The killer of over millions looters of over Rs 280 Trillions Revenue/ Police/ Corruption network of Gujar Khan/ Rawalpindi reject orders by President Secretriat , DCO and order killing of all legal heirs. Witnesses / destruction of Evidence by fake letter innovated by killers/ Thugs/ daciots DC/ Numberdar 138/HC/  of 11/2/2007

Destruction of DC system brought destruction of all laws by Revenue / police / others in Rawalpindi/ Gujar Khan, Lower courts / Lawyers / Liars are part of this terrorist gang.   

The President as consitutional head is responsible for insuring that orders of superior judiciary are implemented. Parliament Public Account Committee has no jurisdiction for destruction of accountibility / audit system , Heads of accountability orgnization, audit and investigation are consitutional apponitments as per laid down procedure to conduct investigation, audit and accountibility of all organs of the state and they are not under Public Account Committee of the Parliament. The role of this committee is not to black mail audit/accountiblity organs and it is essential that the opposition leader has to be the head of this committee for accountibility of parliament and its members.

The annual report by audit/ accountibility organs has to be sent President for taking strict action against corruption. Public Account Committee has to recommend Act/ ByLaws (dustoor) to reduce corruption based on these reports , they have no jurisdiction   to claim as Supreme God the Law giver , even the founders of religions never claimed so, Parliament has no jurisdiction to ammend Consituion giving ammunities to corrupt mafia or destruction of Law

Law: Law ( qanoon) is humen rights/morals for humnanity /UNO Charter accepted by all nations , Limits of Quran/laws of Shariat for Muslims. The supreme law giver is one and only one :the creator of universe.

Consitution: The 3 Greatest Leaders as Nixon said in Leaders the founders of 3 major religions are not Law givers but they gave the Consitution ( aaueen) , the Supreme is the Law and the Consitution has to be within limits of Law. The consitution might be unwritten like UK or it may be written like Pakistan.

Acts/Ordinances/ By-laws ( dustoor) : There might be Parliament or Kingdom or Socialism or any system to implement the Law according to the consitution . The Supreme Court /High courts are only authority to give explanation to Law and the consitutution and set aside any acts/ legislation directly dealing with secretary of Law ministry /other Secretaries responsisible to take action Suo moto. Parliament has no jurisdiction/authority on giving explanation or defining Law /Consitution

Revenue, police, District adminstration, NRB , Board of revenue and politicians destroyed all laws alongwith destruction of DC system. They had killed over 4.5 millions looting over Rs 280 trillions since Sikh rule, Politicians with looting of over $ 1.87 trillions and Rs 260 trillions are public killers and they have destroyed all accountability laws, electoral lists are frauds.

Millions of deads are registered as voters , Ghafur claims over 8 grandfathers, over dozen men and women as mothers, over dozen fathers from over 3 villages in the neighborhood. His grandfather no-8 is Sardar s/o Ghulan Nabi s/o Sarwar s/ Imam Din from Mohra Kunial to fix grangfather of his grandfather Sardar who had died before 1904. misssing persons are victim killed by this gang over 60 people who are made alive by revenue / Nadra Aziz s/o Imam Ali missing since 1948, Shakhi s/o Imam Ali killed in 1966, Aslam s/o Dost killed in 1974, Master Neroz missing have been used by the kilers. Over 100 dead/ missing people are fake voters of Hafial ./ Mohra Kunial, Dhok Mughlian, Over half the voters were fake that I obsereved at poling station.
