There are numerous patents on this technology. The CIA uses it to harass and attack Targeted Individuals worldwide. Most of the time, the signal is sent using a microwave beam from a cell tower. The cell tower companies and the cell phone companies are complicit in these attacks. The Geneva Conventions refer to this as "Psychological Torture," and it is considered a War Crime.

Voice-to-Skull and subliminal messaging are directed from cell towers, using digital beamforming technology. You can record these messages, and with a little audio editing - you can hear the message. The CIA is experimenting on everyone, using simple, repeated statements. About 20% - 30% of the population are highly susceptible to these messages and they are called "Highly Suggestible." Such people can be manipulated to say and do almost anything. The CIA uses these people on a daily basis to harass & annoy Targeted Individuals. They are not perps. They are not Gangstalkers. They are "highly suggestible" people, that do not know that they are being manipulated. These people are literally in a deep trance, even while their eyes are open.
V2K is short for Voice-to-Skull, and it is different than subliminal messaging, because it is openly heard and the individual cannot shut it off. V2K and subliminal messaging both use the same equipment, but they operate on different frequencies. Bone conduction headphones prove that this technology is real, and anyone can purchase these at Best Buy stores - the sound is not received by your ears.
This U.S. Army manual admits that V2K is real, and they are experimenting with it.
Subliminal advertising, V2K, and messaging is not protected by the First Amendment. "In Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. v. Public Service Commission of New York in 1979, the Supreme Court ruled that in order for marketing speech to be protected by the First Amendment, it must not be misleading. Subliminal advertising, by its very nature, does not fall under this protection. In the 1989 case, Vance v. Judas Priest, a Nevada judge ruled that subliminal messages aren't protected by the First Amendment and do constitute an invasion of privacy. "

Dr. Allan H. Frey, in his 1962 report, Human Auditory System Response to Modulated Electromagnetic Energy, which appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology; Dr. Frey described how microwave hearing was demonstrated using a microwave transmitter that projected sound from several hundred feet.
The transmitter used pulse-modulated waves at extremely low average power levels. The transmission was immediate. The system was wireless and receiverless, and the sounds were even heard by the deaf. Then in the mid 1970s, Dr. Sharp helped to develop microwave hearing technology for DARPA by conducting research at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). In 1973 Dr. Sharp proved that the correct modulation of microwave energy could result in the wireless and receiverless transmission of audible speech.

In 1976 it was reported by the Los Angeles Herald-Examiner that the Soviets were also conducting extensive research into microwave hearing that was brought to the attention of the US Defense Intelligence Agency. Words which appeared to be originating within a person’s skull, they reported, could be induced by microwaves. The technology was to be used for antipersonnel purposes.
A 1980 NASA document {NASA Report Number: AD-A090426; June 1, 1980) described that one can "remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwaves... By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created." That was 1980.
The October 1998 US Patent 4877027—Hearing System, mentioned that sound could be induced in the head of an individual using microwaves in the range of about 100 MHz to 10 GHz. The waves consist of frequency modulated bursts lasting from about 500 nanoseconds to 100 microseconds that create a sense of hearing in the individual whose head is targeted. It is effective regardless of a person’s hearing ability.
Others patents pertaining to microwave hearing, such as the August 1989, US Patent 4858612—Hearing Device, and the July of 2003, US Patent 6587729—Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect, are based on similar scientific principles.
In July of 2008, New Scientist announced that Sierra Nevada Corporation planned to build a microwave gun able to project beams of sounds directly into people’s heads. The weapon, which is based on the microwave audio effect, will be used by the military. Wired’s February 2008 story, Pentagon Report: Nonlethal Weapons Could Target Brain, Mimic Schizophrenia, described how microwave weapons which create voices in people’s heads are not only possible, but have already been demonstrated.
Most researchers from the mid 1960s into the early 1990s have concluded that bone conduction (thermal expansion) is the physical mechanism that allows for microwave hearing. The detection of microwave hearing is the same in humans as it is in other mammals. Bone conduction is just a secondary pathway for sound transmission in humans and most other mammals. Bone conduction works basically in the following way: Upon hitting the skull and interacting with the soft tissue in the head, a microwave signal in the range of about 2.4 MHz to 10 GHz is down-converted to an acoustic frequency of about 5 kHz.

It may be possible using a signal generator and sweep scan - to jam these frequencies over an entire city. For example, a signal generator sweep of 3600 MHz thru 4000 MHz can disable the microwaves over an entire city, by jamming the tracking of individual GPS locations. The satellites would lose track of everyone on the ground, effectively stopping all harm. It is also possible to jam the frequencies of chip implants, making them impossible to track. Jamming the frequencies between 2300 MHz to 2600 MHz, would block many of them.
Alternately, it may be possible to jam the 450MHz signal by using an inexpensive walkie talkie. Baofengtech.com makes an 8 watt transmitter BaoFeng BF-F8HP, the cost is $63. By sending a signal of white noise at 450 MHz, you should be able to jam the V2K signal, so that all you hear is the white noise. This is far better than listening to the voices all day. We need some volunteers to try this.
The government criminals are aware of this vulnerability in their system, and may try to remotely disable electronic equipment, that you are using.

Recording V2K & subliminal messaging
It is possible to make rough recordings of the V2K and subliminal messages. This is technically possible because the diaphrams in many microphones are sensitive to a certain frequency range, and will essentially demodulate some of the signal from the carrier frequency. The V2K signal is directed at the side of your head, from cell towers. The point directly above the ear, seems to be the target point for many people. Try using different microphones, such as omnidirectional (sound from all directions) and unidirectional (sound from one direction).

Hold the microphone on the side of your head, directly above your ear - and point the microphone at the cell towers in your area. In a typical city, you will have cell towers all around you. If someone is receiving the V2K signal, it is possible to place your head between theirs and the specific cell tower that is transmitting - you should be able to hear the same voices. The microwave beam is directed at the center of the head. You must first determine which cell tower is sending the V2K.

US PATENT 4,877,027--HEARING SYSTEM --Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.
US PATENT 6,011,991--COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD INCLUDING BRAIN WAVE ANALYSIS AND/OR USE OF BRAIN ACTIVITY--A system and method for enabling human beings to communicate by way of their monitored brain activity. The brain activity of an individual is monitored and transmitted to a remote location (e.g. by satellite). At the remote location, the monitored brain activity is compared with pre-recorded normalized brain activity curves, waveforms, or patterns to determine if a match or substantial match is found. If such a match is found, then the computer at the remote location determines that the individual was attempting to communicate the word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal.
US PATENT 4,858,612 - HEARING DEVICE --A method and apparatus for simulation of hearing in mammals by introduction of a plurality of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex is shown and described. A microphone is used to transform sound signals into electrical signals which are in turn analyzed and processed to provide controls for generating a plurality of microwave signals at different frequencies. The multifrequency microwaves are then applied to the brain in the region of the auditory cortex. By this method sounds are perceived by the mammal which are representative of the original sound received by the microphone.
US PATENT 3,951,134 - APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY MONITORING AND ALTERING BRAIN WAVES--Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.

I complained about the fact that I was being sexually abused and I then heard a man's voice asking for my billing address which I understood to mean that he would manipulate my financial affairs in order to make me receive a large bill because I complained that he was sexually abusing me. Today is 1st February, 2023 and I have been working all day painting the front hall of my home so I did not have a shower yet. I was planning to have a shower later tonight. As you know, I am wirelessly linked to the internet of living things where data is downloaded to my brain in the form of voices, images, pain and sensations and that data comes from unknown individuals who wirelessly control me from a computerized control network. Those aforementioned unknown individuals who remote neural monitor me and who remote neural manipulate me broadcast data into my crotch which I could feel as if I was being poked with energy in that area. Then a voice was transmitted inside my head which said "She is not fresh in the crotch area." I responded as follows "I was about to have a shower but because you are nagging me about my levels of cleanliness I will not now have a shower tonight because I don't like being wirelessly nagged by anonymous cowards. A voice was then broadcast into my head which said "I am going to make you hurt if you don't wash your crotch." I was then made to feel slight pain in the crotch area. BIO-ENGINEERING AND HOW PEOPLE ARE BEING BIO-ROBOTIZED REMOTELY AND PLACED UNDER PHYSICAL CONTROL.
We have been injected by nano technology which self replicates and self assembles inside our bodies and brains. The nano technology inside us then generates an artificial energy field around our bodies which is then held in suspension by the bioengineers who conduct their evil work from unknown remote locations by wireless means, possibly many thousands of miles from the unwilling victim which they hope to bio-robotize. The bio-engineers then connect the artificial energy field which they have held in suspension around the unwilling to electrical energy within the home of the victim and in so doing they can then physically control the unwilling victim.
I am not entirely sure if this is how human biorobotization is carried out because the explanation was given to me by wireless remote means by unknown others who speak to me from unknown remote locations at a time in the distant past. Please make this explanation available to scientists who are researching how this extreme crime is being carried out.

A man names Jordan Bronson who suffered in the past from extreme electrical sensitivity has invented a bracelet which he calls the wonder bracelet which cancels out the problem of electrical sensitivity. He says that mobile phone signals and electrical atoms around us get absorbed into our bodies and cause us harm. However, such signals are very attracted to metal, aluminium foil and water. He states that positive ions will attach to copper and negative ions will attach to steel. He has made a very simple bracelet from a combination of copper wire and stainless steel wire which absorbs the digital signals and renders them harmless to us. He now can drive his car and live his life without being bothered by electrical sensitivity. Jordan Bronson has demonstrated in several online videos how we can make our own bracelets at home cheaply and easily. He even gives instructions as to what types of copper and stainless steel wire we should purchase and everything else we will need to make the bracelet which he calls the Two Metal Yang Portable Grounding Bracelet and which he also calls the Wonder Bracelet. I was frightened by that artificially induced dream and also by the artificially induced voice message which was broadcast into my head by means of either voice to skull or else brain to brain interface. Whenever I am in a serious and frightening non-consensual virtual reality situation I am then remotely stimulated to laugh against my will which allows others to believe that I am not frightened by what is happening to me even though I am frightened on an ongoing basis.
