Statement of President-elect Obama on Human Rights Day

In recognition of Human Rights Day (10 Dec), President-elect Obama released the following statement today: The United States was founded on the idea that all people are endowed with inalienable rights, and that principle has allowed us to work to perfect our union at home while standing as a beacon of hope to the world. Today, that principle is embodied in agreements Americans helped forge -- the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Geneva Conventions, and treaties against torture and genocide -- and it unites us with people from every country and culture. When the United States stands up for human rights, by example at home and by effort abroad, we align ourselves with men and women around the world who struggle for the right to speak their minds, to choose their leaders, and to be treated with dignity and respect. We also strengthen our security and well being, because the abuse of human rights can feed many of the global dangers that we confront -- from armed conflict and humanitarian crises, to corruption and the spread of ideologies that promote hatred and violence. So on this Human Rights Day, let us rededicate ourselves to the advancement of human rights and freedoms for all, and pledge always to live by the ideals we promote to the world. CIA Torture Advocate John Rizzo Says Obama Must Deal With Interrogation Program ‘Immediately’ Matt Corley thinkprogress.org Nov 7th, 2008 At the American Bar Association’s conference on national security yesterday, CIA senior deputy general counsel John Rizzo recommended that President-elect Barack Obama “address immediately detainee issues at Guantanamo Bay and in the CIA’s interrogation program.” Rizzo said that the agency’s interrogation and detainee program needs “urgent” attention: The CIA detention and interrogation program, he said, is just as urgent. “That’s going to have to be dealt with immediately,” Rizzo said. “We do not have the luxury to wait and muddle through.” He knows how tough the issue is–his involvement in helping the CIA construct the program earned him opposition in Congress that killed his nomination to be the CIA’s general counsel. The Wall Street Journal’s Siobhan Gorman did not report whether Rizzo said anything specific about how the program needs to be “dealt” with. This information would be important since, as Gorman notes, Rizzo controversially helped construct the program that pushed the boundaries of torture. In 2002, while serving as an acting general counsel, Rizzo approved of a memo drafted by then-Assistant Attorney General Jay Bybee that stretched the definition of torture in order to make it permissible for use in the course of an interrogation. I am new to the forum. I have been having a difficult time finding a lawyer to represent me.

The McActivism group uses Jon Wilson in Colorado, but he does not answer my email.

Does anyone know a pro bono or contigency lawfirm which specializes in Illuminatti misconduct and crimes against humanity?

If so, please inform.

Although I have tried to keep my privacy for several years, the Illuminatti refuses to allow me privacy and violates and uses any pretext to harass and disadvantage me.

The crimes against humanity committed against me have been to numerous to count.

MY STATEMENT TO THE COURT

It is criminally inhumane to able to torture, abuse, cage, deprive, and commit any imaginable felony against a vulnerable, innocent human being who has committed no wrong. It is criminal and corrupt that the government judiciary has not ensured that meaningful restitution and/or compensation be provided to the human beings whose rights have been violated.

I have not had my day in court to ask for punishment for the criminal behavior and economic theft of the United States government and scientific community towards both myself and countless others like myself. For the last 42 years, the exceptionally self serving and abusive covert Illumatti community has committed countless felonies against me, so many I lost count. Some of the crimes, misdemeanors, and felonies, committed against me include, but are not limited to the following:

Subjected to lethal carcinogenic radiation and subsequent destruction of my neural cranial tissue)
Subjected to invasion and deprivation of privacy in the most absolute of terms by the government v2k technologies
Caged with an electronic fence in mind which restricts and retards my thoughts and the mobility of limbs,--and subject to forced speech and motor movement
Disfigured on numerous places on my face and body
Deprived of reproductive rights to have children and a family
Held hostage in involuntary lifelong detainment
Sexually assaulted,
Forced to sacrifice my body, mind, and time in bogus educational programs
Forced to live and work in toxic environments,
Subjected to extreme isolation and deprivations,
Subjected to economic control,
Scorned, Shunned, Humiliated, Ridiculed, and Isolated by members of the community because of my right less state

In short, this covert community's utilization of the nonconsensual, non-financially compensated volunteer has insured that for the last 42 years of life, my consciousness awareness of life has been made knowable primary through pain, suffering, and abuse, and will continue to be so because my privacy will continue to be invaded by covert Illumatti unless I have my day in court. What is happening is an outrageous abuse of power and authority by the covert community. They do not believe in justice for all peoples and that is wrong.

I have been harrass from DEW since 8 years ago. I am a number of a big church in Bangkok , Thailand. There are big brother group in my church. They are high position and rich in my church. They use DEW harrass me and force me to submit to them when I know they use thes weapon. They send their voice to my head said that want me to go out from church . Every day they send a heavy electromagnetic wave to make my brian dysfunction and pysical change : head and both ears are alway hot , heart rate alway riase up, bure vision , muscle spasm and pain , skin iching ,hair loss , increase weight 10 kgs within 2 months, there is electromagnetic wave sent to genital organ. They said that will just me . They force me to accept thier argument all day and all night. They force thier argument into dream as well then they wake me up and force me to speak and they send their felling while I am speaking. In the past there had already happened grave road accidents and shooting to real psychosis, poisoning and infecting victims by dangerous pathogens who had published the mindcontrol crime, but banging together in the open street is a new level of escalation which reminds to the rough gangs of SA and SS who smoothed the way to the dictatorship of the nazis by beating their political enemies during the twenties and early thirtiets. This is Swetlanas report to the police (English translation of the German original text): Attack in Stutensee-Büchig / Germany Report of bodily harm Yesterday on 9th of November 2008, around 22 o’clock, in Stutensee-Büchig, in Buchenring, an unknown man has attacked and bashed me several times in the face. I had gone to the mailbox to insert a letter. On the way back an unknown man approached to me; he had got off his car and come immediately standing in front of me. He told me that he searches the Stein-Street which does not exist in Stutensee-Büchig. When I responded to him that I do not know this street, he has bashed me in the face three times. Because of the shock and the punches I could not notice the licence number of his car. I suppose that he had waited for me, because he knew exactly, that I pass there at this time. But it must be asked why he could know this? I suppose that my activity in the association is the reason. The perpetrators are very disturbed and aggressive about my work. I add a medical certificate which attestes my injuries. I will publish this attack everywhere and the police will forward my report to the persecutor.
