2.         本週腦控賤人持續遙控電子武器令我頭痛，繼9月3日17時開始，我報警後，大約22時，有3位警官到訪了解情況後，於24時停止。於5號，當我前往機場途中，賤人再次遙控電子武器令我頭痛至飛機抵達溫哥華共20小時，沒有一刻停止，不讓我睡眠直至隔天持績兩天頭痛，睡眠剥奪，精神虐待，其喪心病狂程度已到令人髪指，最終目的是某人為自己競選的籌集資金，試問有誰會選一位以害婦孺為目標的賤人來服務香港？請大家未來在投票時切記小心，你投錯一票將祸害終身。

3.         由今期開始，腦控空間所有法律責任由盧偉聰處長，何柱國先生，李柱銘先生，楊受成先生共同承擔。原因如下：

            盧偉聰處長- 對腦控空間作孽者管治不力；

            何柱國先生- 作為傳媒大亨，對新聞工作者在腦控空間作新聞以外的犯法事情視若無睹；

Mind Control Space News this week (Sept. 2 to 8, 2019)

1. According to Eric Tsang, Liz Wan ordered to remote-controlled electronic weapons tortured victims suffer headaches for seven days. 2. This week, the brain control perps continued to remotely control electronic weapons, which caused me a headache. Start from September 3 at 17:00, I had reported to the police for the case, at about 22:00, three police officers visited my apartment to known the situation and stopped at 24:00. On the 5th, when I was on the way to the airport, the perps once again remotely controlled the electronic weapons tortured me headache until the plane arrived in Vancouver for 20 hours. The harassment didn't stop for a moment, they don’t let me sleep until the next day, I had two days of headache, sleep deprivation for mental abuse, the degree of madness has reached an alarming level. The ultimate goal is for someone to raise funds for their own campaign. will you choose a perp who harassed women and children all the time to serve Hong Kong? 3. From the beginning of this issue, all legal responsibilities of brain control space are jointly undertaken by the Commissioner of police Mr. Stephen Lo, Mr. Charles Ho, Mr. Martin Lee and Mr. Albert Yeung. The reasons are as follows:

The Commissioner of police Mr. Stephen Lo - Improper management of brain control space;

Mr. Charles Ho - As a main media control, he turned a blind eye to the illegal activities of journalists who doing something out of news in the brain-controlled space;

未來日子, 香港將有很多政黨的競選活動, 需要大量資金, 而政治獻金大部份都來自被腦控市民人體實驗, 微波痛症, 藥物銷售的收益; 另一方面選民的投票意願都受腦控技術控制. 所以被腦控受害者很難得到各政黨的支持, 現時不只競選經費, 包括政黨每日的運作基金有部份都是來自被腦控市民的微波痛症買藥錢.

本週三(28日), 變態腦控賤人喪心病狂遙控電子武器令我強烈頭痛超過14小時. 似乎在為自已 ”送中”製造機會, 罪魁禍首是林建名,呂良偉,譚泳麟,張堅庭等.我已於8月29日報警備案.

2.  據說, 現時香港戲曲中心交由汪明荃負責, 但每次當她在腦控空間出現時, 即有人遙控電子武器令受害者劇烈頭痛, 到底是同香港戲曲中心虧本有關? 或是有人賊贓嫁禍? 相信只有當事人才知道.

3.  腦控空間有幾個變態控芯片賤人都是跛腳, 故此經常利用自己的殘疾併芯片傷害受害者至做手術. 據講只要受害者做手術, 變態控芯片賤人就有十萬元港幣的收入, 而受害者不只得不到一仙一毫的賠償,而且要自己支付超過二十萬元的手術費.我覺得很奇怪, 查問之下, 原來變態控芯片賤人同醫療系統勾結, 每次向做手術的醫生收取十萬元回扣, 難怪變態控芯片賤人樂此不疲的殘害被腦控受害者雙腿. 可惡!

4.  本週腦控空間有複製人疑雲, 有人質疑腦控空間有部份是複製人, 其中有成功和失敗的實驗品, 所以他們沒有身份, 不能出街行走, 只能以寄生蟲的方式同受害者併芯片, 利用受害者的眼睛窺探外間的一切. 據了解, 他們的存在是用於不知不覺地代替真身,以盜取真身的財產; 另一方面被擁有者利用於做犯法勾當後嫁禍真身; 或真身犯法,用複製人作為伏法的替身; 或者用於器官移植;  恐怖!

請被腦控受害者不要等閒視之, 我們每天的生活都在他們的控制之下, 隨時可以在你我不知不覺中被複製人替代身份. 到底有何方法可識別複製人? 望這方面的專業人仕賜教為盼!

Mind Control Space News this week (August 26 to September 1, 2019)

1. Recently, Hong Kong anti-extradition bill protests action has been heated up, against government extradition brain-controlling perps from Hong Kong to China for re-education. If education is ineffective, the death penalty will be imposed, since the death is the only way to stop perp’s brain to remote control electronic harassment and killing people. Because Hong Kong has no death penalty, even if they are arrested, they still can using their brain to control someone according to their instructions in the brain-controlled space.

What makes me puzzled is why some people in Hong Kong will come out against it. Do they want Hong Kong to resume the death penalty, or they enjoy being brain-controlled and being mentally tortured life, or they are being mind control without self-awakens. In the perps way, I sure they are afraid will extradition to China for death penalty, if you are not the perps, what’s your concern?

On Wednesday (28th), the metamorphosis chip controller remote electronic weapons made me have a strong headache for more than 14 hours. It seems that they are creating the opportunities for extradition to China themselves. The main culprit were Lam Kim Ming, Ray Liu, Alan Tam, Alfred Cheung and so on. I have filed an alarm to police on August 29.

2. It is said that the Hong Kong Opera Centre under Liz Wan’s control, , but every time when she appears in the brain-controlled space, the metamorphosis chip controller were remote control electronic harassed victims to have several pains in human body. Is it related to the fiancé loss about Opera Centre?  Or someone who want to set her up? I believe that only themselves known.

3. There are several metamorphosis chip controller got legs disable in the brain control space. They often use their own disabilities mapping to the victim to hurt them to disable for surgery. It is said that as long as the victim taking surgery, the metamorphosis chip controller will get the income of HK$100,000, but the victims never get a compensation, and also have to pay more than HK$220,000 for surgery charges. Such drive by curiosity, under the inquiry, the truth is the metamorphosis chip controller colluding with the medical system, the metamorphosis chip controller receive HK$100,000 rebate from the doctor who performed the surgery for the victim every time, that’s why the metamorphosis chip controller ridiculously enjoy to ruined the victim's legs. There is a clone discussed this week, someone curiosity may have some clone work in brain control space as people, which were experimental products both in good and fail, so they have no identity, cannot walk out the street, only mapping to the victims, using the victim’s eye to tracing the outside as parasites. As I understanding that their existence are use to secretly replace the real human take-off his/her property; on the other hand, the clone owner can use the clone to do something illegal and then set the real human up; or replace the real human for jail when the real human who breaking the law; or use it for organ transplantation; etc.

Please be awaken by the clone problems, don't take it easy, we all under mind control including our daily life, and all can be secretly replaced by clone under the perps control. So would you please give me an answer how to identify between the clone and human? Your answer will be appreciate.

1.     腦控空間有變態賤人利用人工智能的人體圖像合成技術(Deep Fake), 偽造面部表情, 將良家女子同三級女星合成三級片賣於日本市場, 因為三級市場需要大量新面孔, 所以腦控賤人繼續以此技術侵犯無辜受害者私隱, 害人家破人亡, 夫妻分離, 將無辜女子推入萬劫不復的深淵而自殺. 據說, 變態賤人利用此技術害我, 並且經常將已合成的影片傳送到我社交網路, 甚至我不熟知的交友網路, 以此打斷我的社交圈子, 影響我反腦控的公信力. 罪魁禍首是蔡瀾, 周星馳, 曾志偉, 鄧英敏等人.

        Deep Fake 此技術已發展到仿真聲音, 只要在電腦輸入字句, 然後調較至某人相同的聲音, 就算最親近的家人都沒法分辨. 腦控賤人利用此技術進行電話騙案. 但此技術有一漏洞, 因為是事先輸入電腦, 所以只有問, 沒有答. 以後大家在腦控空間要小心被騙.

         但你可能會認為之前我聽到明星的聲音也是利用此技術, 非也! 我聽到的聲音是有問有答, 而且是長時間對答. 而另一方面, 有被腦控的富豪, 為確認是被明星腦控, 特意在腦控空間派錢, 用腦音叫腦控他的人和明星去取錢簽收, 以此證確有此人在腦控空間存在.

2. 目前腦控集團對香港的壟斷:

  郵政壟斷:  許多郵寄的反腦控儀器都被失效, 到達時間比其他人長2至7天時間; 很多訴訟所需的文件和證據都沒法收到.

  醫療壟斷:  我姑媽做身體檢查時, 證明一切正常, 但變態控芯片賤人將她同食道癌病患者併芯片, 令她每食必嘔, 長期沒法進食需做液體注射, 維持約半年時間, 在身體機能良好的情況下, 被停止液體注射而死亡. 外間有傳, 如果同腦控人有仇, 入院必死.

銀行系統問題:   相信大家仍記得2015年前保安局長葉劉淑儀銀行戶口被駭入失款一事, 雖然後來追回. 但很多普通市民都被腦控, 完全沒有私隱的情況下, 駭客知悉你的密碼, 繼而駭入你銀行戶口轉走你的存款. 基於自已疏忽的情況下, 沒法追回. 銀行不會考慮你是否被腦控受害者.

另一方面, 因腦控賤人長期同受害者併芯片, 受害者簽名時有如同腦控人合手簽名, 長期以往, 腦控人可輕易地在你的支票上簽上你的大名去取錢, 所以大家小心保管自己的支票薄. 

 網絡控制:      當變態腦控賤人針對性地對付目標, 目標人物在家中是沒法正常上網, 必須另尋途徑. 但香港所有免費WIFI熱點都是他們的目標, 就算圖書館也是局部性被電腦指令停止. 很多重要網絡資訊的網頁沒法打開. 網上理財, 交易更是沒法進行. 我個人因此不用網上理財, 用最原始的方法, 每事必親身到銀行辦理.

傳媒控制:  當有事發生, 而事情同目標人物有關, 又熟知其長期閱讀那一份報紙, 此報紙的報導必定缺少相關資訊, 而其它報紙全都有報導; 或者當目標人物閱讀時, 見到敏感性資訊時, 腦控人一定遙控電子武器間歇性智障, 令目標人物視若無睹.

Someone told me, may the metamorphosis perps use this technology to hurt me in network, they often sending the synthesized videos to my social network, even the dating network that I don't know, intention to destroy my whole life, and my credibility of anti-brain control. The receiver are unable to save the video to me since they set up some computer command in the network. The metamorphosis perps were Cai Lam, Stephen Chow, Eric Tsang, English Tang etc.

Deep Fake technology has been developed to simulate sound, as long as you input words on the computer and then tuning the same voice of someone, make a call to your family, even your closest family member can't distinguish the true or fake. The brain control perps use this technology to make fake phone for scam.  Because it is a computer input in advance, so only ask, no answer. So everyone should be careful to be cheated in the brain control space. 

But you may thought that I heard the voice of stars voice in mind control space using this technology? The answer is definably not! The voice I heard can communication to me with ask and answered in long period. 2. The mind control perps got the victim’s compensation, paid to someone for information and technology, seems to tell all the world that they have neither money nor wisdom. Such tricky used to create a gap between the victim and the information seller, separated both to reduce their power for against mind control perps.  For example, the perp used the victim's compensation to buy someone who working company information, after the success, the perp informed the victim that his/her compensation has been handed over to someone, but omitted the money is the reward for buying company information, ask the victim to take his/her own money from the information seller in person. When the information seller reject to return the money, the perp under victim’s name, used various methods of electronic weapons to retrieve the money from the information seller.

About harassment cause the information seller angry, who had completed his/her job according to the requirements of perp, even breaking the law, and finally becoming nothing.  So here to remind the staff of company, don't sell your company information and intellectual property rights for personal benefit, respect justice and abide by the laws. When you sell your company out, you also sell your own to the brain stalker.

3. The star perp have a tricky, who can confuse truth and falsehood. For example, the drug dealer, use anti-drug adverting video as a cover for confuse truth to false; the star perp tortured the victim for suicide in the brain-controlled space, and then record a radio slogan to encourage victim and provide the hotlines of Samaritan befrienders Hong Kong, such used to cover a silence killer; The other star perp, he involving in the phone fraud, and then record the a text to warn to the public to be careful about phone fraud; on the other case, when the star perps operating a fraud case, suddenly have a competitors appear in the case, they will report crimes to police, use power of the police to fight against their competitors and do a deed of merit; so that all crimes are unconscious carried out under the eyes of the police. 在此澄清, 本人在腦控空間,只是一名受害者, 并非工作人員. 經常有一大帮人同我併芯片腦控, 思維干擾, 精神虐待, 他們全部同我素未謀面, 只是聽聲, 腦音聊天得知是娛樂圈一眾敗類, 非我朋友. 近期有姓鄧的一家, 據講是明星周星馳的朋友, 聯同汪明荃負責的TBV臨記, 24小時開我腦音滋擾, 令我不勝其煩.  在此澄清, 我非娛樂圈中人, 同娛樂圈沒有任何關係, 只是莫名其妙被腦控. 望我的朋友, 親人不可輕信他們, 小心被騙!

Cell phone’s E-money scam

The metamorphosis chip controller used the innocent victims to within chip with someone who want to stalking and eavesdroppers in mind control space, and use e-wallets to collect fees, even with money laundering activities.

Date back to the Chinese New Year 2019, it is said that someone used my name and the telephone number 91229749 that has been written off for more than 8 years, to begging lucky money from rich man who I don’t know in brain control space. It is inexplicable. I have to clarify that I have only one phone number 53300129, and never ever register for e-wallet or e-money, so be careful the scam.

I have to clarify again, I am a victim in mind control space, not a staff member. There are a large group of people within my chip in long-term without my consent, thinking interference, mental abuse all the day, I even cannot contact with then, just listen with V2K, Through chat to known whom the movie stars. They are not my friend.

Recently, there is a family name said Tang, which is said to be a friend of the movie star of Stephen Chow, together with Liz wan leads of extra acts of TVB, 24 hours for brain nuisance, I had felt exhausted and so bothered.

It was made me so confuse, why me, I am not a person in the entertainment industry, and never ever have any connected with the entertainment industry, why they mind control me. Warn to my friends, relatives, don’t believed them, be careful to be cheated!

Mind Control Space News this week (June 17 to 23, 2019)

In the brain-controlled space, there is a perp who with surname “Man”, used a video that shows a victim in praying clipped into fragments which becoming the victim who was pleading him for mercy, totally change the meaning, and keep to show the fragment in mind control space to misled people who with eye stalking;

On the other hand, “Man” within the chip with elder, and beaten the elder’s grandson hardly.  All above show “Man” was an inferiority and abnormal sadism whom I never ever seen before. Remind all be careful in mind control space.

7.     變態控芯片賤人的精神虐待日趨嚴重. 當我在外購物時, 腦控賤人不停腦音滋擾, 同時將眼部老化, 腿部有殘疾者同我併芯片, 令我忙於應付, 既要小心路面交通, 又要擔心自己腿部受傷, 又要忍受電子武器攻擊, 又要記住購物清單, 以免遺漏, 以此令我不能集中精神, 嚴重傷害我的邏輯思維, 協調性和反應速度. 晚間睡眠剥奪, 每2小時喚醒, 難有深層睡眠時間. 我從過目不忘至現時需三讀才能記得. 變態控芯片賤人的精神虐待已到喪心病狂, 無藥可救地步. 而最奇怪的是腦控空間中人並沒有出面阻止. 反而令人覺得是參與其中. 

8.     據了解, 腦控賤人在不同範疇, 收賣職員為他們所用, 其中有部份是政府公務員. 很多朋友郵寄賤人的犯罪證據給我, 都石沉大海; 當報紙有任何重要新聞他們不為我知, 我所訂閱, 每天派發的必定停送一天; 我的電郵信箱經常有被駭入的跡象, 而駭客是使用政府圖書館, 於圖書館關門的時間後. 此一切, 證明了腦控賤人所獵涉的範圍很廣, 受害者不可掉以輕心. 重要文件最好當面交收, 以免為他人所取.

Mind Control Space News this week (June 3 to 9, 2019)
