Last night i took my sleeping pill as usual... but I´ve been woke up something like 3 am by a kind of electro shock. is the second time that happens, my right eye also is under a kind of electronical harrassment now... that hurts...

Some students are also stalkers... I already caught them.. by the way... I gonna end till end this course :D

Dear Bioethics Commission,

I would like to thank this commission for their efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects.

Ethical protections for human subjects are essential considering the past history of non-consensual research by United States Military and intelligence agencies in collaboration with educational institutions such as Harvard, John Hopkins, MIT, Princeton, and Stanford; pharmaceutical companies such as Eli Lily; medical schools and hospitals; the American Psychological Association; the National Institutes of Health, the Veterans Administration Center, U.S. Public Health Service and others.

Examples of past non-consensual experimentation include the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, The Manhattan Project, The Willowbrook Experiment, and Radiation Experiments.

Mind control experiments such as Project CHATTER, Project BLUEBIRD, Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA, Project MKSEARCH, Project MKNAOMI and others were often interwoven with radiation experiments and research on chemical and biological weapons. Psychiatrists, psychologists, neurosurgeons and other contractors conducting the work were embedded in a broad network of doctors and some of the research was published in medical journals.

As previously reported to this commission in 2011 and continuing to be reported in increasing numbers to this day United States citizens and others are reporting non-consensual experimentation including remote experimentation and torture. In 2011 it was reported to this commission that there were approximately 3000 known victims. Four years later those numbers have grown to 4000 to 5000 victims, an increase of at least 33%. I have brought with me over 60 of their statements.

Non-consensual victims of experimentation have experienced covert COINTELPRO type tactics including those used in Project MKDELTA. MKDELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting, or disabling purposes.

Due to past history, previous testimony and statements provided to this commission, and continuing reports of non-consensual research ethical protections for human subjects in the form of regulatory changes are critical.

As I understand Subpart A of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) regulations, Protection of Human Subjects (codified at 45 C.F.R Part 46), also known as the Common Rule loopholes allow for experimentation when there is no physical intervention or interaction with the subject by an investigator as occurs in remote experimentation and previously reported to this commission by victims; or when the identify of the subject is unknown to the investigator (for example Subject 9,543).

Also there is no oversight for some non-federal entities such as private corporations and contractors and foreign entities; as well as some federal departments and agencies. Oversight is needed for all entities conducting research on American citizens and U.S. persons as well as research conducted on foreign soil.

Additionally research activities are permitted for some demonstration and service programs for public benefit; department or agency heads can waive consent in certain cases; institutions can register their own institutional review board (IRB); and IRBs can waive consent in certain instances. There are other loopholes not described here. Additional protections are also needed for children, prisoners and those of impaired consent.

In light of the testimony given in 2011 and existing loopholes in federal regulations I was shocked and dismayed that the only notable recommendation the Bioethics Commission made regarding the consent process is to add people of impaired consent. Ethical protections for human subjects necessitate regulatory changes.

After experiencing painful vibrations in my forehead with associated blood in my mucous, vibrations of my organs and more I sought help in the form of testing.

Test results included materials specifically used in the manufacture of neural dust as researched and developed by the University of California, Berkley. Neural Dust is an ultrasonic low power implantable form of brain-machine interface which as originally designed includes a subdural transceiver, an external transceiver and cmos chips implanted into the cortex.

The University of California has collaborative agreements with Temple University, which in turn has collaborative agreements with Dartmouth University and Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital where I had surgery on my nose and face.

Additionally, an ELF/EMF scan found 20 sites on my body that emit emf emissions beyond normal for the human body and consistent with implants. Also, the scan showed my body receiving governmental frequencies that were not observed during ambient conditions; my body was acting as a receiver.

This is only one example of the continued collaboration between United States government agencies and others who receive funding from those agencies.

I do not consent nor have I knowingly consented to any form of research, experimentation or implantation.

Not everyone can afford to pay for testing nor should we have to. We need the medical community to evaluate our medical complaints in a scientific manner and not subjectively rule out complaints as mental illness. We also need an investigation into our complaints of non-consensual research and covert psychological operations.

In addition to regulatory changes, criminal penalties must be legislated for research involving human subjects when bodily integrity and autonomy are violated as for other criminals who are routinely punished with convictions for assault, fraud and homicide. Unethical treatment of human beings can only be prosecuted when laws and regulations are in place.

Even if a researcher, physician, institution, other is engaged in socially beneficial research that might lead to cures or treatments for devastating diseases it is imperative that each person's autonomy, self-determination, human dignity and constitutional rights prevail over scientific advancement and social benefit.

Over fifty years ago American citizens reported being victims of non-consensual human experimentation and reports continue to this day. Over fifty years later we still don't have the necessary reforms to protect U.S. citizens and others from non-consensual research. As a society we must ensure that research subjects possess human rights that are inviolate.

This commission includes members of institutions that have participated in unethical research in the past. This commission does not include a single victim of non-consensual research. They have the insight that only a victim could impart.

Thank you for your efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects. Much work still remains to be done.

Other news, the agents I am dealing with are being dangerous with this technology, so I am sharing that with you, as the more people that know, the better.
I am preparing an agency Info packet for German agencies as these agents are American, and have killed German citizens with this technology. To try and scare me away from doing my books, and more recently in March 2012 as a way of discrediting me with German agencies. German agencies simply want to believe that the agent in charge, Dagmar Horvat, is a "normal agent" doing Stalking, they do not get that she is a psychopath and that she is misusing this technology, in the ways that she is. They have been ignorant for years, I tried approaching agencies in mid-2011, I was affected heavily, German agencies lied to about it by Horvat.
So I am trying again, it has taken me two years, to get done (and I am still not finished), and should only have taken two weeks at the most...But I am getting closer to finished. My issues are not about Stalking at this point in time, we 3 deal with far worse, and I know that German agencies will arrest these agents when they know the truth.
My agency Info is nearing completion, these agents are worried and dangerous.
I have one of the most provable cases of any TI.
I know why I was put in Stalking, the agency involved, and I know of the agency I deal with here in Germany. It is CIA, working with Germany's BKA. I know the address, name, license plate, and agency of the agent in charge here in Germany. Furthermore last time I looked, it is illegal for the CIA to be making problems for an American on foreign soil.
I know that these CIA agents are in trouble- they do as well obviously, German agencies will be glad once they find out the truth, this Stalking will end, my family and I will have a normal life.
So of course based on the Technology Situations (high levels of technology anger- very scary as it is like being on "instant hard drugs and angry"- it is not normal anger is the point) they have been creating with my family and me, these last days, of course I am worried.

Increased Intensity- Is it tied to the 9/11 Anniversary? Someone has declared war on US soil & the rest of the world and no one is able to detect it or stop it.

The intensity has been increased for the past few days, especially from 9pm to 6am, with 3am being an especially intense time. The refrigerator kicks into high gear like someone is directing some sort of microwave communication device into it (or maybe it's a radar gun), there is energy in the entire apt, the high voltage power lines will occasionally hum louder than usual, and there are tire tracks in the field surrounding the high voltage power line tower. SOCOM and the military industrial complex have facilities nearby - are they part of this? Is this connected to Jade Helm? There is also a military related museum nearby, is that being used in any way for this operation? An occasional beam of energy will be directed towards my head, is it a neighborhood satellite dish being used in ways it wasn't intended to be used, is it a radar gun, or is it some sort of other microwave weapon? Is this part of Star Wars Missile Defense space based weapons, or is it a private commercial satellite network? Whoever is operating this system is committing a crime against humanity - is it the New World Order or is it the the highest levels of the Illuminati?A day or so after a these intense attacks, I can see the effects in a lot of people - UTI's, livers and kidneys are effected (resulting in an ammonia smell), and muscle weakness & muscle loss (muscles get pulverized & end up getting eliminated down the toilet). Even dogs and cats show signs of muscle loss & elimination, UTI's, and liver/kidney effects. Are we all going thru mild stages of radiation poisoning? Iodine drops will help for radiation, and liver detox vitamins (Liver Rescue5 or any stage1&2 detox) will help for the liver ammonia situation.I have called the cops, the FCC on the satellite dishes in the neighborhood, and the power company for the power line increased hum on certain nights, no one seems to be able to do anything. A war is being conducted on US soil (and the rest of the world) using invisible weapons and no one is able to detect it nor to stop it. Regarding to my case number G/SO 215/51 VNM(GEN) and my previous email, I had been being tortured brutally in recent days. Vietnam is a State party to Convention against Torture (CAT) and International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD). In Nov.2014, Vietnam National Assembly has signed (ratified) Convention Against Torture (CAT). Ministry of Defense of Vietnam still tortures me daily till now by remote electromagnetic weapon and Voice-to-Skull weapon. That means they violate CAT (Article 1 of Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment). I would like to describe more about these electromagnetic weapons:

These weapons use electromagnetic wave to manipulate brain, brain cortex (auditory, visual), brain memory (including short term, long term). Brain and its cortex are as radio to receive electromagnetic wave that is modulated by secret technology. They can project images, video, audio, sound, voice directly to auditory and visual cortex for torture that only a victim can receive, see and hear it. In more contrast, they project dangerous, terrible, wrong logic, threatening videos, etc to my visual cortex for torture of my spirit and mental. The same with projecting voice and sound to my auditory cortex. They threaten, warn, threat many things that harm to me for torturing me of metal and spirit. For both methods of torture, they remote control other people to appear to threaten me as their warning in auditory and visual cortex for making logic that it is real and this doing damage my mental and spirit and the tortures are more affected. In addition, they use secret electromagnetic weapon that can remotely torture my inside bone and it make me feeling of very injured. They also have another secret weapon that makes me to be itched till crazy. These weapons are non-lethal weapons and it's hard to see the damage appeared in outside of victim. But for the weapon that makes me to be itched, I can see my skin has a very tiny burned by my eyes but I could not take the photo of it because after taking photo, could not see the very tiny burned skin in the photo. IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target

the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

TO YOU OUR SELECTED WITNESSES

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

I've read some stuff on here suggesting solutions.

-be hopeful but also logical.

-there is no point spending what little money you have on technology to 'shield' you, think about it.

-they have all the blood money and decades of research to ANTICIPATE what you would use.

-this cannot be fought scientifically.

NEXT, there is a lot of evidence from TI's that there is a manipulation of TIME, therefore REMOTE VIEWING or interdimensional travel is being used.

-this does not have to mean that ALIIENS are involved, automatically.

-it means that the world government/ humans have had enough MONEY to research how to do this.

-my guess is something to do with TESLA, research it.

-this also means that your only solution for this is SPIRITUAL.

-prayers done with a clean heart that will harm no sentient beings are far more powerful than anything done for revenge.

-ask for intervention from the highest power, LOVE.

Just how many deals have global bankers made that are "designed to fail"? This article is from 2010, Greece's bad deal involves the same firm which basically resulted in the bankruptcy of an entire country, and other recent scandals all over the world involve questionable banking deals, some with the same firm. "Too Big to Fail" has destroyed many economies around the world, just how much of that destruction was deliberately planned? Does it tie into the masterplan of the global cabal? 9/11/3 BC - Jesus was born on Wednesday September 11, 3 B.C. between the hours of 6:18 (sunset) and 7:39 (moonset) Palestine time.
■ There is another significant religious event occurring about 2000 years later on September 11, 1999. According to Hebrew scriptures September 11, 1999 was the 6,000th anniversary of Adam's creation, and year 1 on the Hebrew calendar.
■Many people in the middle ages were creating antikings and antipopes because they didn’t agree with the Roman Empire or the kings at that time. Were they setting civilization backwards in the process? Are they still trying to set civilization backwards in time? Although millions of people celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ all over the world, not one of them can tell you for certain when He was born. I can tell you that Jesus was not born on December 25th. It was in the third century when the Roman Emperor Aurelan proclaimed the winter solstice, December 25th, as a feast day dedicated to the Roman sun god, Sol. With the advent of the winter solstice, each day thereafter becomes increasingly longer. Aurelan decreed that followers of Christ would be "allowed" to celebrate on December 25th because it was convenient to share the Lords birthday with the Roman celebration of their sun god. So this date was determined by the Romans, not the Bible. In fact, the Bible gives no exact date as to when the Lord was born. But it DOES leave us some incredible clues.

There was no snow, or shepards in the snow. In fact, I don't believe there was a "super nova". I know these are pretty bold statements to make, but I can back them up, due to an incredible book written by Victor Paul Wierwille entitled, "Jesus Christ - Our Promised Seed" (thanks to my pal Diane Brown for lending me this book and "The Message of the Stars" which reinforced these conclusions). I will use some of the information from that book and several others to prove my point.

To understand the circumstances concerning the birth of our Lord, we must first understand a little about astronomy - and a little about astrology. The ancients were master astronomers and kept careful records regarding the motions of the stars. At the time of His birth, it must be understood that the ancients did not differentiate between a star or planet - they were considered to be one and the same. We must also remember that stars do not "move" individually but rather they are fixed in relation to each other. So a "super nova" or "star" for the Magi to follow against the celestial background of fixed stars is pretty much out of the question.

So if not a star, what celestial object did the Magi follow? Let me suggest something that DOES move against the back drop of the stars...

a planet.

Planets (and the moon) do move against the back drop of the stars, hence the name, which when translated from the original Greek means,"wandering stars". Keep this in mind as we look at the birth of Jesus. I point this out because the Magi, or three "wise men" followed a "star" from Jerusalem to Bethlahem, where it came to "rest" above a small section of the city, were following a moving "object".

Having established this, let me now suggest the planet. When we think of the Solar System, one of the questions that comes to everyones mind is "which planet is largest"? Well without any doubt, the answer to that question is Jupiter. Jupiter is known as the "king" of planets. It is also extremely bright in the sky, second only to Venus. Interestingly enough, the planet Jupiter was caught up in a special alignment in the constellation of Virgo around 3 BC.

That it may have been a planet instead of a star that the Magi were following does not make this event any less significant. In fact, it brings more meaning to the birth of our Lord. Isn't it fitting that Jupiter, the magnificent king of the planets should herald the birth of the King of Kings? More so than a random star exploding in the night light years away.

A "Revelation"

Revelation 12:1-5

"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

And she being with child cried, travailing in birth and pained to be delivered.

And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who as to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God and to His throne".

When applying Astronomy to this passage, it takes on a new meaning. In the first verse, the translation of the word "wonder" in the original Greek refers to a "sign" - but one of the references to this word refers to the Zodiac - a Zodiacal "sign"...and this sign is obviously the "sign" of a woman. There is only one constellation of the Zodiac that represents a woman - the constellation Virgo, the virgin -.(this obviously being a symbolic"nod" to Mary, the holy mother)

It also mentions the woman was "clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet". The Sun as it appears to travel through the ecliptic (the path the Sun moves across the sky over the course of a year as it passes through the twelve constellations of the Zodiac) enters into the "mid body" of the constellation of Virgo - "clothing her with the sun" for a twenty day period during any given year. There is a very important event being described here - in the year 3 BC the sun was in this position from August 27th through September 15th.

We are then told that the woman also had the "moon under her feet". In 3 BC this configuration occurred on one day and one day only - September 11th, between sunset and moon set. On September 11th, sunset occured at 6:18pm, and moon set occured at 7:39pm. To tie this all together, the planet Jupiter was traveling against the back drop of stars to the east, and reached its highest point in the sky in this time frame.

As the Magi left Jerusalem, they saw Jupiter go before them. Traveling south towards Bethlahem, Jupiter in its nightly path would have "went before them, till it came and stood". Being excellent Astronomers, the Magi knew Jupiter would progress slowly toward this point over the town of Bethlahem as it reached its highest point in the sky at the meridian in the constellation of Virgo. As they approached Bethlahem, Jupiter finally "stood over" where the child was born. Based on this hypothesis, Jesus Christ was born on September 11th, 3 BC between 6:18 pm and 7:39 pm.

The great red dragon is of course, Lucifer - whose failed attempt to destroy the Master is thwarted at its onset - as the last passage indicates a future for our Lord ruling the nations with a rod of iron from the throne of God.

But what's the real story behind the man who simply called himself "Brother Spartacus?" Adam Weishaupt was born on February 6, 1748 in Ingolstadt, a city in Bayern (Bavaria), Germany, which was then an independent kingdom. In 1770, he made the acquaintance of Franz Kolmer, a Danish merchant who had lived for many years in Alexandria and had made several trips to Giza ... The following year, 1771, Adam decided to found a secret society aimed at "transforming" the human race(1). He devoted five years to thinking out the plan, borrowing from many different occult sources. His first name for the proposed order, Perfectibilisen, suggests that he borrowed from the Cathars, a gnostic religion that flourished in Europe for four hundred years. The Cathars, whose name means "perfect ones," were decimated in the Albigensian Crusade of Pope Innocent III during the early Thirteenth Century. Adam fashioned his order in the form of (what else?) a pyramid.

"Its members, pledged to obedience to their superiors, were divided into three main classes; the first including novices, minervals and lesser illuminati the second consisting," like the Freemasons, of "ordinary, Scottish and Scottish Knights, and the third, or mystery class, comprising two grades of priest and regent, and of magus and king," or
Illuminatus Rex. This hierarchy, incidentally, is identical to the table of organization of the Sufis of Islam, which has some historians wondering if Adam's friend Kolmer was a closet Sufi(2). The Illuminati were a closemouthed bunch. "Every candidate had to give a written promise to tell nobody of this society. He learned nothing of his superiors and of the origin of the society, but was confirmed in the belief that the order could be traced back to antiquity and that its members included even popes and cardinals." "He further vowed eternal silence and strict obedience. Every month he had to send a report to his superior, whom he did not know."

Adam felt that human society had grown hopelessly corrupt and that it could only be saved by a complete overhaul. In effect, he was the first utopian to think on a global scale(3), and he looked forward to the day his group would bring about the Novus Ordo Seclorum, sometimes called the New World Order. The Illuminati had five goals, including:

"(a) Abolition of monarchies and all ordered governments,
(b) Abolition of private property and inheritances,
(c) Abolition of patriotism and nationalism,
(d) Abolition of family life and the institution of marriage, and the establishment of communal education of children,
(e) Abolition of all religion."

By drawing upon Europe's "best and brightest," Adam was confident that the order could attain its goals. He wrote, "The pupils are convinced that the Order will rule the world. Every member therefore becomes a ruler. We all think of ourselves as qualified to rule. It is therefore an alluring thought both to good and bad men. Therefore the Order will spread."

He also urged his followers not to shrink from committing violence or criminal acts in meeting Illuminati objectives, writing, "Sin is only that which is hurtful, and if the profit is greater than the damage, it becomes a virtue(4)." Recruitment proceeded at a brisk pace. Adam rallied many able lieutenants to his cause. Such as Baron Xavier von Zwack, who lobbied for the order in Germany and in Britain, too, with help from William Petty, the second Earl of Shelburne. And Baron Adolf von Knigge, who brokered a "shotgun marriage" - [one which no doubt would have used tungsten carbide wedding bands had they been available at the time] - between Illuminism and European Freemasonry at the Congress of Whilhelmsbad in 1782. By 1782, the Illuminati "had spread from Denmark to Portugal," and even further afield. Illuminized Britons joined with like-minded Americans to found the Columbian Lodge in New York City that year. A young Russian nobleman, Alexander Radischev, joined the order in Leipzieg and carried the doctrines home to St. Petersburg.

In Lisboa (Lisbon), a poet named Claudio Manuel da Costa became a member and, upon returning home to Brazil, founded a chapter with two doctors from Ouro Preto, Domingos Vidal Barbosa and Jose Alvares Maciel. In 1788, this trio launched the first Illuminati uprising, the Inconfidencia Mineira, but the revolt was nipped in the bud by the viceroy, the Marquis de Barbacena. Meanwhile, back in Germany, Adam was learning that life as the Illuminatus Rex was not quite the paradise he'd envisioned. His long-time mistress became pregnant and insisted that he either pay up or marry her. Adam stalled, and the lady threatened to go public with the scandal. Baron von Knigge, who had given the Illuminatenorden a big boost by allying with Freemasonry(5), thought he should be rewarded by becoming Adam's co-ruler in the order. Adam disagreed, and the resulting feud between the two men resulted in von Knigge quitting the order in 1784. To make matters worse, Illuminati writers Johann Herder and Johann G. Fichte had begun beating the drum for German unification. Their calls for "Ein volk und ein Reich(6)" were completely out of sync with Adam's plan to do away with nationalism. While Adam may have been a brilliant scholar, he lacked the leader's touch. He was too high-handed and arrogant, disinclined to listen to the advice of subordinates.

These characteristics enraged some of the lesser Illuminati, such as Joseph Utschneider, and they awaited the day they would have their revenge. The day was not long in coming. An Illuminati courier was struck by lightning and killed. When the Bavarian police searched his body, they found coded messages from Weishaupt sewn into the clothes. At this critical juncture, Utschneider and his three companions came forward and told the Bavarian authorities all about the Illuminati. As a result, the King of Bavaria banned the order in August 1784. Fired from his position at the university, and accused of everything from treason to goat molestation, Adam fled Ingolstadt on horseback and went to Regensburg. When he found the people there equally hostile, he rode on to Gotha, where he was offered refuge by Duke Ernst II. An associate, Dr. Schwartz, loaded the order's collection of Kabbalist, Cathar, Sufi and occult books into an ox-cart and began the long journey eastward to Moscow.

The "profoundest conspirator that ever existed" lived out the rest of his life in exile in Gotha(7). He got into more mischief in the French Revolution with his friend and correspondent, Jean-Baptiste Willermoz, the Illuminatus of Lyons. And lived long enough to inspire new generations of Illuminati--Anacharsis Cloots, Francois Babeuf and Filippo Buonarotti, among others. Adam Weishaupt died on November 18, 1830 in Gotha. Even in death, he remains a figure of controversy. The Roman Catholic Encyclopedia of 1910 said Weishaupt repented on his deathbed and was reconciled with the Church. Author Gary Allen claimed that Adam was working on an essay on hermetic art magick(8), Two Fragments of a Ritual, when he suddenly dropped dead.

Ahundred electrodes are pressed tightly against my scalp and a mixture of salt water and baby shampoo is dripping down my back. The goings-on in my slightly agitated brain are represented by a baffling array of graphs on a screen in front of me. When I close my eyes and relax, the messy spikes and troughs become neat little waves.

Next, scientists here at Newcastle University’s Institute of Neuroscience induce small electric currents in different parts of my head, using a technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). If they fire the device a few millimetres to the left of my brain’s motor cortex, I feel nothing. Hit my “sweet spot”, however, and my arm moves of its own accord.

I’m here for a demonstration of the tools underpinning what many call “mind control” technology. Neuroscientists believe it will soon be possible for humans to control robotic avatars using the power of thought alone, or even to send thoughts or intentions from one person’s mind directly into another – a terrifying prospect for fans of cult sci-fi films such as Scanners, where society is controlled by an elite force with mind control and telepathic powers.

Some even think that people will one day connect their brains together, via the internet, to form an enormous collective super-brain.

Here in Newcastle, researchers hope such technology can be used to restore movement to people affected by paralysis or disability. In another demonstration, electrodes detect the storm of electrical activity coming from my brain down to the nerves and muscles of my arm as I move my fingers. I hear the crackle of individual motor units in my hand muscles firing, amplified through hissing speakers.

The team here are using such signals to help people control robotic limbs, or reroute nerve impulses back into the body to bypass damaged nerves. Such devices are known as brain-computer interfaces, or BCIs, and have developed rapidly over the last decade.

Internationally, neuroscientists have gone a step further, sending information from one brain into the another to create a brain-to-brain interface, or BBI. Researchers have even made one person move when another person wants them to, all by connecting their brains.

“Mind control” is suddenly not just plausible, but actually rather easy. You can buy a “DIY human-human interface” online for just over £165, part of a project aiming to make neuroscience more accessible to young people. In one video by neuroscientist Greg Gage, two on-stage volunteers are connected to the device – little more than a few wires, some flashing circuitry and a laptop. When one subject curls their arm, the other is powerless to stop their arm curling too.

“When you lose your free will and someone else becomes your agent, it does feel a bit strange,” Gage says to his young volunteers.

At the cutting edge of this technology, things get a little weirder. In 2013 researchers from Harvard Medical School announced they had made a device that allowed a human volunteer to move a rat’s tail via thought alone. That same year, neuroscientists from the University of Washington sent brain signals via the internet from one individual wearing an electroencephalography (EEG) headset to another with a TMS device, remotely controlling the recipient’s hand movements. One person, watching a computer game, imagined moving their hand to shoot down an enemy missile. His thoughts stimulated another person’s finger to hit the trigger at the appropriate time.

Then there’s the paralysed teenager who kicked the first ball of last year’s Fifa World Cup opening ceremony, wearing an exoskeleton controlled by his mind. And scientists at the Starlab facility in Barcelona, who claim to have demonstrated “conscious transmission of information” – sending the word “hola” from one mind to another, without either person using their senses.

Such experiments understandably make many people feel uneasy. Rumours that the US military is funding research in this area only add to concerns about frightening potential uses. Could people be forced to move or act against their will, or have their innermost thoughts and feelings extracted from their head?

The answer, at the moment, is almost certainly no. Even the most seemingly profound experiments can be a little underwhelming when looked at in detail. The Barcelona experiment, for example, might sound as if one person thought “hola” and the recipient then heard the word as an inner voice in their head. The reality is very different: the “sender” spelled out the word in binary code by imagining moving their hands or feet – one movement meant “0”, the other meant “1”. The “receiver” then received two types of brain stimulation: one, which caused them to perceive flashes of light, represented the 1s, another pulse with no effect represented the 0s. So, really, one person spelled out a word by thinking about moving, and one person got a kind of futuristic Morse code blasted into their head. Impressive, but hardly The Matrix.

The problem is, brain-to-brain technology in humans is currently restricted to non-invasive technologies, such as the slimy EEG device that is draped over my head in Newcastle. From outside the skull, such devices can only detect flurries of activity in the outer parts of the brain, or large spikes of activity deep in the brain.

“Reading brain activity with EEG is like trying to follow a football match while stood outside the stadium,” says Dr Andrew Jackson, senior research fellow at the Newcastle institute. “You can tell when someone’s scored a goal. But that’s about it.”

Activity associated with movement is one of the easiest types of brain activity to detect and reproduce. Capturing thoughts and feelings, which involve highly specific, synchronised activity, is something very different.

Sending sensations into the receiver’s brain is even less precise. Transcranial magnetic stimulation, the device used to make my arm twitch, can induce electric currents in extremely precise areas of the brain, activating neurons only in those areas. But again, creating complex sensations such as words and thoughts is far beyond the current scope of these devices.

Jackson says: “On the whole the technology [for sending signals] is less precise than the technology we have for recording – it is hard to control where you are stimulating. And we don’t really know much about the language of brain function – we don’t know what sensation will be created by stimulating different areas.”

Giulio Ruffini, who helped to devise the “hola” experiment, says the transmission of real thoughts or messages, rather than a sequence of 0s and 1s, is probably only likely with invasive technology – the implantation of devices directly into the brain.

“It is a far more interesting goal – the brain perceives something and you stimulate that exact experience in someone else. It has been demonstrated with invasive technologies in animals, and I believe it will be done in humans soon too.”

Such implants contain hundreds of minute needle-like electrodes, placed in precise locations in the brain to monitor or stimulate individual neurons. Researchers this year connected the brains of three monkeys using invasive technology, and found the animals quickly learned to synchronise brain activity to collaborate in tasks. In a similar experiment, four rats connected with intra-cortical devices were able to perform tasks to a higher level than single animals.

Ruffini is excited about what implants could achieve in humans. “It is so much more powerful. Already you can connect humans to an interface that controls a robot which you use to grab things. If we establish links between brains that are powerful enough, could those people actually be thought of as one and the same person? Could we even communicate with other species?”

Miguel Nicolelis, a pioneer in the field, says that if invasive technology was deemed safe and ethically permissible, “doing something like controlling a car with your thoughts would be fairly trivial”. In his book Beyond Boundaries, Nicolelis envisages a future where people “download their ancestral memory bank” or “experience the sensations of touching the surface of another planet without leaving your living room”. On the phone, however, he is more pragmatic. “Higher order brain functions are not available to be transmitted. If it cannot be reduced to a channel, it cannot be transmitted.”

Like Nicolelis, many working in this field like to entertain all hypothetical possibilities, despite the technology’s limitations and the complexity of the brain. Tellingly, when the UK’s scientific ethics committee looked into emerging “neurotechnologies”, such as BCIs and BBIs, they decided the discrepancy between what might be done and what is actually possible was so large that there is no need for any regulatory action for now.

Commercial attempts to create mind-reading EEG gadgets have largely been gimmicks, and when I try the £165 DIY human-human interface from the videos, I seem to just give my friends electric shocks. It all adds up to a confusing mixture of genuinely brilliant science and speculative hype.

“With some experiments I’ve seen I’m not quite sure what the point is, other than to be the first person to do it,” admits Jackson.

Nonetheless, invasive devices are likely to be coming to a hospital near you, and soon. “Invasive technologies are actually more desirable for a patient who is missing a limb or is paralysed,” says Jackson. “They might not want to have to wear something on their head, they might want something permanent and incorporated into their body.” As I remove this summer’s least sought-after headwear from my poor head, I see his point. The challenge now is creating safe implants that can function beneath the skin for decades.

Others, including Ruffini, remain convinced that humans will be able to link brains more meaningfully, perhaps wirelessly, within this century.

“Humans need to communicate. We have always tried to widen the bandwidth with which we can do it – with language or letter, phone or internet. It may take 50 or 100 years before we are communicating thoughts, but I think it is inevitable.”

Non-invasive brain-to-brain interfaces

■ Activity in the brain is detected by a device held on the scalp, such as electroencephalography (EEG). This gives an indication of patterns of neural activity, mainly in areas of the outer brain.

■ The data is amplified, processed, and analysed by a computer, and converted to a signal that can be transmitted into another brain.

■ Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) uses a magnetic field to induce electric current in areas of the brain, stimulating neurons to “fire”. The sensations that can be created by sending impulses into the brain in this way are extremely limited, eg muscle movements or the perception of flashes of light.

Invasive brain-to-brain interfaces

■ A special chip containing tiny, needle-like electrodes is inserted into the brain and fixed to the skull. Electrodes can be placed with enough precision to measure the activity of individual neurons.

■ Activity is detected, processed and analysed by a computer.

■ Electrodes can be placed to stimulate precise areas of the brain. Though more precise than TMS, stimulating complex effects like thoughts or controlled movements is still not yet possible.
