The New Big Brother's Irational Thinking

This is the short version of my story sent to President Obama, Senator Diane Feinstein and others, but no reply. The Big Brother it self is afraid for more and more exposure of their crimes, therefore they are totally isolating us, by blocking all forms of electronic correspondence. The are waisting billions of tax payers money, for a mission called: Irrational Thinking! They will lose, same as Hitler did.

Being a friend of USA and reporting illegal activities, crimes, fraud and corruption I became a victim of the Collective Madness of the Big Brother Syndrome, twice in my life.
By protesting against human rights violations in Romania, I have been beaten and tortured in my home, for resisting arrest. I escaped in a bloody pajama, full of blood and with 6 fractures, into the US Embassy in Bucharest Romania, in April 13, 1977. At that time the US Consul helped me, by personally protesting to the Romanian Foreign Ministry, exposing a real case of Human Rights violation, and stooped the assassins. Arrested by the Secret Political Security forces at that time meant, torture and sure death, to cover up for the butcheries and live no witnesses, no body. I joined my parents living already in US as a political refugee. I lived, work and enjoyed the freedom in many West European countries, became a Danish citizen, returned to US in 1988, worked hard, partial enjoyed the American dream, until the dream became slowly, but surely a nightmare again, like under communists.
In 2004, by accident I fund out from a doctor, that I am dying and have months to live, because of my insurance company, Kaiser Permanente's secret policy to delay and deny care, to aggravate the patients health condition, and cash into the illegal and repeated use of its members/victims as guinea pigs. Illegal medical trial, illegal experimentation, training of thousands of students on unaware patients under anesthesia, massive fraud, selling illegally obtained results, to its beneficiary: the Big Pharma, CDC, FDA and other known and unknown labs and agencies, is the only source of the accumulated welt, and over 20 Billion dollars a years profits.
By exposing one of the US biggest scheme on several educational videos, I made history to repeat it self. By trying to expose horrible crimes, and real gangsters dressed in doctor uniform, I believed that I will help the law enforcement to stop the daily butcheries, in Kaiser Permanente's operation rooms, and I was terrible wrong, because the new Big Brother was part of the scheme, big time. I call Big Brother the non elected government employee, that accumulate so much power and arrogance, to create a state in a state, have a personal agenda, totally disregard the US Constitution and eliminate/assassinate everybody that stays in their way, anybody that knows to much, including the whistle blowers.

Part 1 and 2, Jupirena Stein story and understand how I became targeted by the federal agencies fighting the .War on Terror: the FBI, CIA and NSA, that clearly proves to work for the Corporate America and not for the interest of the American people, who lost not only the freedom of expression, but the right to exist. They went way to far, under the pretext of fighting the war in terror, they are fighting simple, honest, friendly people like my self. I am in possession of hundreds of pages of incriminatory evidences that expose 6 corporations, tens of doctors and professors, 2 Universities, managers, directors, all beneficiary of an illegal industry that use and abuse for years, millions of deceived patients under anesthesia, resulting in all kind of atrocities, including premeditated murder, all documented. This case is so big and I am so small, but capable to put many criminals in jail in any country where justice is for all. Unfortunately I was and I am still unable to have my case/our case, the victims, investigated. Our enemies are many, are the most powerful and have at their disposition cutting age technology and weapons to monitor our activity 24/7, at the expense of tax payers, exposing gross violations of human rights and liberties, exposing abuse of power, exposing FBI and NSA, also fighting a war against friends, against uncomfortable witnesses. With that I expose all the agencies fighting the war on terror, by terror and all means of assassination. They are employed by the government of United States, they are using and abusing tax payers money, to make enemies all over the world! This is the most detrimental activity financed by the US Government: to build schools for children, while killing their father! That means, generation after generation of man-made enemies, a never ending hate, fight and destruction, for many generations to come, the expansion of the Middle East environment, on the American continent.

I have personally being victim of repeated assassination attempts, three documented attempts on the surgery table under anesthesia, crimes confirmed by my medical records, fortunately I can say, because they always claims, accuse or fabricate medical documents, claiming, that the patient is, crazy. Fortunately, my medical records expose and proves to poses evidences against the conspirators the risk of being assassinated, a death wish, the perpetrators are still very active to achieve. I mailed, emailed and personalty delivered multiple files containing over 200 pages of evidences, all disappeared, impossible to get justice when the `Big Brother` is part of the scheme. My case is better known by several foreign countries, including Denmark (I an a Danish citizen), that in US, where Justice is not for all. In the contrary, beside the TOTAL surveillance, harassment, induced cancer under anesthesia and many other attempts to fake a natural cause death, the perpetrators added my name on NSA,'s Black List, of enemies to be assassinated by Directed-Energy Weapons,. Plenty of on-line evidences about the use of war technology to torture and assassinate, uncomfortable witnesses. I consider my self an whistler blower, under attack by the powerful perpetrators.
Being in immediate threat of loosing my life, I had to live USA in May 11, 2013, after I visited twice the Danish Embassy, US Justice Department and few embassies. I am for the second time of my life a political refugee. I am under medical investigations, that already fund unseen before, damage to my liver and other organs, by o poison introduced in my body under anesthesia, on November 15, 2013, at the University of Irvine, California, when the white material of dental fillings, have been replaced with a black metallic material, that was slowly dissolving and poisoning my liver. Of cause, the maniacs never miss an opportunity to illegally implant microchips in their victims body, and they did it on me, too. That's real madness and the beginning of a new Holocaust, caused by the same kind of subhumans.
'All man-made big disasters started with a mad man's obsession with money and power and his ability to corrupt others'.
Please help me by asking the US Justice Department to investigate my case. Being a legal US resident for 25 years, but a Danish citizen, I was forced to abandon everything and return to Denmark. I also ask for a copy of my criminal records and all records that justifies, to be targeted by the The Government of US, as an enemy/terrorist. Am I a terrorist, because the torture continues and intensified while in Denmark, by permanent microwave attacks, causing severe head aches, my brain is boiling, skin burnings on the shoulder and head, severe stomach cramps, breathing difficulties and increasing painful attacks to damage my hearth.

中国社会里，许许多多的中国共产党党员反对修改的党章，党章里第一章党员第二条内“除了法律和政策规定范围内的个人利益和工作职权以外，所有共产党员都不得谋求任何私利和特权”这句话是错误的，应该删掉前半句“除了法律和政策规定范围内的个人利益和工作职权以外”。中国共产党全国代表大会这么修改党章不民主。（我也有同感。）

从80年代到今天，在中国，还一直有中国人反对改法、改政策。许多人发现越来越多的中国共产党党员贪污腐败、“捞”、“争”权利、钱、实惠等。社会里，有一种中国共产党党员像其他邪教组织里的成员一样，利用党章，利用权力之便，干犯罪的事。

An Announcement To The Whole World By Chinese Victims Of Directed Energy And Psychotronic Weapons

First of all, please permit us to introduce ourselves to you. We are some of the Chinese victims from dozens of regions and cities across China , who have been cruelly harassed tortured and persecuted in a covert way by the means of secret remote control on human body & brain. Among us, there are corporate employees, teachers, students, retirees and other intellectual workers and physical workers. Our suffering period ranges from several months till over 30 years.

Thanks to Internet that builds a bridge for us to know each other, and it is same sufferings bring us to work together.

A group of secret criminals who abuse their powers, arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain”, illegally manipulate our bodies and brains covertly, and also cruelly torture and harass us psychologically and physically and persecute us days and nights so that a lot of victims live a very miserable and horrible life.

Secret criminals utilize the weapons of “secret remote control on human body & brain” and remotely influence us, and consequently our bodies suffer from “physiological diseases and physiological behaviors” caused artificially from their weapons such as aching, itching, coldness, hotness, trembling, unwell feeling and unhappiness, and so that our brains suffer harassments and tortures from “acoasma and hallucination”. Besides, criminals do all they could to shamelessly steal and indecently spread our privacy in our brains in a abnormal psychology and crazily do all they could to intimidate and humiliate victims. All these vices do a great harm us psychologically and physically. Therefore , some innocent victims was forced to hospitals especially for being forced to accept mental treatment, some innocent victims were forced to suicide because of intolerable secret tortures and insults, and others died of “strange fatal diseases” yielded by criminals secretly in a special trap.

Such secret crimes as the wide abuse of their powers, the illegal use of “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” and illegal violation of fundamental human rights, have resulted horribly in atrocity or the unprecedented anti-human catastrophe of human rights technically. These crimes not only challenge severely Chinese constitution and laws, but also human conscience, the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is NOT permitted by all the human beings at all!

Owing to the above-mentioned cases, Chinese victims jointly lodged “a collective complaint to Chinese President Hu Jintao” (please see attachment 1) on 3rd Dec. 2007, and emailed it to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee, every ministries of the State Council, major news media and the legal community who we asked to deliver the complaints to Chinese President.

Subsequently, we jointly announced " An Open Letter to the Head of Chinese Secret Institution" on 5th May 2008.(Please see attachment 2)

Chinese Goverment has the undisputed responsibility to take an immediate investigation into the secret criminals who abuse their power, and to sternly punish them according to the clause of "the State respect and protect citizens' human rights" set out by Constitution of PRC China. However, unfortunately, so far we have not received any response on the issue.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN General Assembly passed and published Resolution 217A (III) on 10th December 1948) stipulates in the following relevant clauses that:

Article 3 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 5 No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6 Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 19 Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

China is one of the creators of the United Nations, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, a member of UN Human Right Council and one of the signers of UN Covenant on Human Rights. Therefore, China should seriously observe and enforce the relevant rules of UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

At present, the quantity of victims are increasingly rising around the globe. Thousands of victims strongly demand for an investigation into the sinful Hi-tech crimes which covertly violate human rights worldwide. A large quantity of the stated facts reveal that these secret fascist criminals are the common enemies of all the human beings who use Hi-tech means to arbitrarily secretly violate human dignity and fundamental human rights. The crazy secret Hi-tech crimes heavily threat and violate the fundamental rights of human livings in the world.

Challenged by the unprecedented worldwide catastrophe of human rights and the severe crimes of damaging human beings, we urge an immediate actions in union and bravely fight against the gangs of secret fascist criminals! We must disclose the horrible crimes which are covertly damaging human beings, and put them into the Judge Courtroom in International Criminal Court!!

Journalist and elites worldwide have the responsibility to provide supports for victims, the lawyers worldwide have the responsibility to stand by and offer a legal aid to victims.UN Human Right Council has the responsibility to safeguard human rights and to protect thinking right, sleeping right, health right and living right of all the human beings. International Criminal Court at Hague has the responsibility to carry out an investigation into the crimes denounced by victims, and to charge these secret fascist,the criminals who severely violate fundamental human rights with the Hi-tech Crime and the Antihuman Crime through and according to the relevant legal proceedings.

We, Chinese victims, support resolutely the global campaign of " Ban the abuse and torture of secret MIND CONTROL/PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS/Remote Human manipulation" through our practical actions. We strongly appeal for the United Nations to immediately stop the abuse of the means of the secret remote control on human body & brain which are used to cruelly harass and torture and persecute covertly common citizens.

We strongly urge the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to do his solemn duty to protect fundamental human rights of the whole world, and hold a urgent international conference on the ban of abusing “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain" so as to protect the validity of the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights. Also, we demand for European Commission for Human Right to immediately put Article 27 of A40005/1999 into practice.

We strongly urge global news media to stand out to support justice, and to take a deep careful investigation into the secret Hi-tech crimes, and to expose truly the sinful facts of secret fascist criminals to the global people.

We strongly urge global legal community to stand out to offer a legal aid to all the victims and support justice based on the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights.

We strongly urge UN Human Right Council to take an urgent investigation into these secret fascist criminals who arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” which have been crazily violating fundamental human rights.

We strongly urge International Criminal Court to take an immediate investigation into our complaints, and to charge these secret fascist criminals who heavily violate fundamental human rights with the Hi-tech Crime and the Antihuman Crime, and to make a historic great contribution to guarantee the fundamental human rights of all the human beings!!

我们来自中国各地数十个城市地区，是一些遭受“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”武器残酷虐待折磨迫害和阴谋暗害的受害者。我们之中，有公司员工、教师、学生、退休职工，以及其他从事脑力和体力工作的普通平民。我们之中，受害的时间，短的仅几个月，长的则达三十多年。

网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。

长期以来, 一帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，非法秘密控制我们的身体和大脑（精神），日夜不停地实施种种惨无人道的精神骚扰和肉体折磨迫害、阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在无比痛苦的、生不如死的恐怖状况中。

他们使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” ，遥控制造我们受害者身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；遥控制造我们受害者的大脑（精神）日夜出现所谓的“幻听、幻觉”骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给我们受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛，身心遭到极度的摧残和伤害。其中，有一些无辜受害者被诬陷并送进“精神病院”；另一些因无法忍受秘密折磨凌辱的痛苦而“自杀”；还有一些则被他们秘密制造身体内出现各种莫名其妙的“绝症怪病”而阴谋暗害，含冤死亡。

这样广泛的滥用“特权”，使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”，非法侵犯普通平民基本人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。这不仅是对中国宪法法律的严重挑战，而且，也是对人类良知、对《联合国宪章》和《人权宣言》的严重挑战，是全人类所绝对不能允许的！

为此，我们中国受害者于2007年12月3日，联名写了一封“致胡锦涛主席的集体控诉信” （见“附件一” ），并用电子邮件发送给了中共中央和中国国务院各部门，以及全国新闻媒体和法律界人士等，要求转呈给中国国家主席。

接着，在2008年5月5日，又联名发出了一封《致中国“秘密机构”头头的公开信》（见“附件二” ）。

毫无疑问，中国政府有责任按照中国宪法载明的：“国家尊重和保障公民人权”等法律条款，立即调查并严惩这帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯。然而，遗憾的是，我们受害者所进行的这些揭露控诉努力，并没有得到应有的重视和回应。

《世界人权宣言》(联合国大会一九四八年十二月十日第217A(III)号决议通过并颁布) 的有关条款规定：

第三条|
人人有权享有生命、自由和人身安全。
第五条
任何人不得加以酷刑,或施以残忍的、不人道的或侮辱性的待遇或刑罚。
第六条
人人在任何地方有权被承认在法律前的人格。
第十二条
任何人的私生活、家庭、住宅和通信不得任意干涉,他的荣誉和名誉不得加以攻击。人人有权享受法律保护,以免受这种干涉或攻击。
第十九条
人人有权享有主张和发表意见的自由;此项权利包括持有主张而不受干涉的自由,和通过任何媒介和不论国界寻求、接受和传递消息和思想的自由。

中国是联合国的创始国之一；中国是联合国安理会常任理事国；中国是联合国人权理事会成员；中国也是联合国有关《人权公约》的签署国之一。因此，中国理应严格恪守、认真执行“联合国人权宣言”等有关维护公民人权文件的规定。

现在，世界各国的受害者数量呈现越来越多之势。成千上万的受害者强烈要求对目前正在全世界范围内发生的这一罪大恶极的侵犯人权事件进行调查。从大量揭露出来的事实表明，这些恣意践踏人类尊严和基本人权的秘密法西斯罪犯是全人类的共同敌人。他们这一疯狂的秘密罪恶正在严重威胁和侵犯着全世界人民最基本的生活和生存权利。

面对这一空前的世界性人权浩劫，全世界人民必须紧急行动起来，团结一致，同仇敌忾，与这帮秘密法西斯罪犯进行坚决斗争！认清他们的秘密罪恶面目，揭露他们秘密侵犯、残害人类的滔天罪行，将他们押上国际刑事法庭的审判台！！

全球所有的新闻媒体和有识之士有责任向受害者表示声援支持；世界各国的法律界人士有责任挺身而出，为受害者提供法律援助；联合国人权理事会有责任捍卫人权,维护全人类的思想自由权、睡眠休息权、身体健康权和生命生存权；联合国海牙国际刑事法院有责任接受和调查受害者提起的诉讼，并将这帮严重危害人类基本权利的秘密法西斯罪犯绳之以法！！

我们中国受害者，以自己的实际斗争行动，坚决支持“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”滥施于民的世界性运动；坚决要求联合国制止这一使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”武器针对普通平民，实施秘密肉体和精神残酷虐待折磨迫害的滔天罪恶。

我们强烈要求联合国秘书长潘基文先生从维护“联合国宪章”及有关“人权宣言和公约”的尊严出发，履行自己维护全世界人民基本人权的神圣职责，紧急召开“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”的国际会议。我们要求欧盟人权委员会立即开展其A40005/1999第27款的工作！

我们强烈呼吁世界各国新闻媒体挺身而出，主持正义，对众多的受害事件进行深入认真调查，并真实地向全世界公众揭露曝光这帮秘密法西斯罪犯的罪恶事实真相！

我们强烈呼吁全世界的法律工作者勇敢地站出来，以“联合国宪章”和有关“人权宣言和公约”为依据，对受害者提供法律援助，替所有受害者伸张正义！

我们强烈要求联合国人权理事会，对这种滥用特权，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”，丧心病狂地侵犯人类最基本人权的秘密法西斯罪恶行为，立即进行紧急国际调查！

我们强烈要求“国际刑事法院”，对受害者的控诉立即立案调查，并依据联合国有关“维护人权”的文件法规，将这帮凶恶的秘密法西斯罪犯押上国际刑事法庭提起公诉，为保障人类的基本人权做出历史性的贡献！

尊敬的胡锦涛主席：

　　　我们是一些被“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” 折磨迫害的受害者。网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。

    我们集体向您——胡主席进行强烈控诉！！

    在现今的中国，有着一帮无法无天的秘密罪犯。

   长期以来,他们恣意践踏宪法尊严，非法侵犯中国公民人权，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，对受害者的身体和大脑（精神）日夜不停地实施种种秘密控制骚扰，惨无人道的进行折磨迫害和阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在极为痛苦恐怖的精神状况中生不如死，身心遭受极度的摧残和伤害。不少受害者因他们制造出的各种莫明其妙的怪病而无辜冤死。

    这种秘密“遥控技术手段” 包括：制造我们身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；制造我们的大脑（精神）日夜出现被遥控的所谓“幻听、幻觉”的骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛！

     由此，造成我们中的许多受害者如今在工作单位受到了极不公正的对待：有的受到严重岐视；有的被剥夺了工作权利，失去了生计。一些受害者向公安司法部门报案时，也被错认为“精神有问题”而不予理睬。同时，也给我们的家庭带来了极其严重的损害,使不少受害者的家庭因此而出现裂痕,甚至造成家破人亡的惨痛后果。

    据不完全的网络统计，在我国，现今公开站出来揭露曝光的受害者已有几百人之多。而更多的受害者正在逐步认清这帮秘密罪犯的“庐山真面目”，积极加入到揭露曝光他们罪恶的战斗行列来。

     这种无法无天的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，正在引发广泛的社会恐慌，给整个社会的稳定与和谐带来严重的破坏。这种伤天害理的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，必将对国家、对民族造成巨大的危害！

    而这样广泛的滥用“特权”，非法侵犯公民人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。毫无疑问，这是对人类良知、对法律的严重挑战，是国家的宪法和法律所绝对不能允许的！

秘密脑控试验—人类生存基本价值被破坏MK-Ultra类秘密试验（脑控试验）常常在试验目标（受害者）不知情或者不同意的情况下进行的。脑控很容易让受害者精神不正常。加拿大巴士杀人案的李伟光就是脑控秘密试验受害者。

脑控常常涉及微小芯片植入到大脑和身体的其它部位,常常用电磁波作为激发的能量，是RFID和晶振技术的充分应用，不需要传统电池。部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。脑控涉及定向能（Directed Energy），例如X-射线、微波信号和穿墙高能微波。定向能试验的方式非常隐蔽，可能会产生致命的效果。静态造影如MRI和CT可以造假。

Victim几乎都不知道自己是试验目标。一般症状例如，催眠，剥夺正常睡眠，诱导腹泻，诱导分神，产生头痛及其他部位的疼痛，诱导情绪变化等等。受害者往往将异常归结为普通的健康问题，他们常常不认为他们自己是Victim。

各国特工之间往往互相合作。有人在中国成为受害者，在加拿大继续受到试验，那往往就是中加特工在合作脑控。移民很可能成为脑控的几内亚猪。脑控试验不仅从身体上直接打击受害者，而且使用技术手段来破坏一个人的精神心理。脑控常常被用来暗害敌人，并且能杀人于无形，例如杀死主神经和制造癌症，特别是肺癌。

“Lida”技术：脉冲射频发射器，可以导致严重的疲劳和昏睡，或者失眠。可以穿墙瞄准目标发射. LIDA技术在1950年代由苏联发明，后来在各国得到了发展。声音直达大脑（Voice to skull）技术：可以传送说话声和其它声音，直达目标的头部，旁边的人听不到，可以穿过墙壁发射。该技术可以在没有脑控芯片的情况下实现。（该技术的美国军方代号是“V2K”。）

读取和破解脑波：通过高科技脑控激励芯片（或特定的帽子）来读取受害者的脑波，通过无线传输到附近的接收设备。再过滤出特定的波形来破解受害者的思维和记忆。这项技术已经非常先进。

意念传输：（Thoughts Transmission）通过无线传输特定的脑控波曲线到受害者的大脑，实现意念的传输，一般需要有脑控微芯片植入在受害者的大脑。意念传输也叫潜意识(subliminal)传输，例如“受辱感”，能破坏人际关系。默念传输：（Subvocal Transmission）通过电磁波传输来影响受害者的说话器官和抑制思维器官，来影响受害者说话。这种话不经过大脑的思考说出，特别细心的受害者能够发现。这种传输可以通过脑控激励芯片（又叫脑控钉）或不用脑控激励芯片进行。受害者的主要特点是说话不经过思考或者说错话。武器化的微波技术：可以导致一系列的身体的伤害反应，可以悄悄地，穿过墙壁进行。穿墙雷达扫描技术（例如机场安检。）高级无线计算机控制技术：通过探测主板的特定的电磁辐射和向特定的线路端子发射X波段电磁脉冲，实现输出和输入。相当于别人的计算机通过串口连到了你的计算机。在没有无线网卡的情况下就能够实现无线遥控计算机。潜意识“无声的声音”（Subliminal “Silent Sound”）设备：可以传送催眠式建议到受害者，但受害者耳朵听不到，声波的频率介于超声波和人可听声波之间。

（二）受害者们总结的常见的身体症状和经验：(在读取和破解脑波阶段，受害者们通常没有严重的症状，但是他们至少有一颗芯片在身体里面，部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。)• 头皮发麻。头晕，头痛。

• 无理由的极度疲劳，腿肌及关节的酸痛。

• 梦境制造和操纵，剥夺睡眠。

• 电击感以及肌肉的振动和抽动。

• 不通过思考的说话 (subvocal transmission),语言能力受到影响，经常结结巴巴。

• 没有道理的出现心跳过速和过缓。• 记忆力减退，记忆消失。

• 强迫肌肉收缩和舒张，由调制神经信号所引起，会导致身体和四肢移动。/模拟脑波产生情绪突变。

• 烧灼皮肤，身体的不同部位出现烧灼感或出现不明切口。

ICAACT Phase III Testing

ICAACT is an Independent evidence gathering Non Profit Human Rights Organization.

This report details the findings of the ICAACT phase III testing procedure. The ICAACT Phase III testing is about testing the human body for RF (Radio Frequency) emission, in a shielded environment. A Faraday cage was utilized to conduct the testing. The shielding spectrum of the environment was rated to be effective between 9KHz and 18GHz. The Faraday cage was certified in December of 2011 and was less than a year old when the tests were conducted. All tests were conducted inside the shielded environment also referred to as a Faraday cage.

Context of the report

Human electronic implant technologies are not new, they have been in existence since the early 50's. The use of implant technology has in recent years also gained interest outside the medical and scientific community and has now become tools of interest in many newly emerging commercial fields. They can provide real-time data from real life scenarios, rather than from the restrictive and in many cases limiting artificial scenarios that can be recreated in laboratory and clinical settings. There is a boom in commercially driven neuroscience research like marketing and consumer behavior. The social sciences and especially the behavioral sciences are having a “Field day”. The ethical and legal implications that arise from these implant technologies, and their commercialization, are as yet unsolved, and need urgent attention. These implications pertain to tampering with the innermost sacred sanctum of a human being, the mind.

MY CASE SUMMARY:-

I sent a series of human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003 up to 2006. I came to the attention of an extremist US security organisation in 2004 for this exercising of my democratic right to free speech and since then I've had my human rights, liberty and privacy COMPLETELY VIOLATED and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health savagely attacked, tortured, mauled and deformed.

THESE CRIMINALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO :-

a. place a human subject under ceaseless satellite surveillance - no matter where he/she is

b. ceaselessly monitor a human brain by satellite - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading - ‘Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)

c. ceaselessly attack directly into a human brain by satellite with voices, noises, other disturbances, images and ‘virtual-reality scenarios’; and the ability to override, control, and alter consciousness - ‘Electronic Brain Link (EBL)’

d. directly abuse, torture, assault, and interfere with bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - by satellite

e. directly interfere with electronics, alter, insert etc. data, files, communications and legal evidence even during transmission - by satellite

f. make live TV and radio, and other screens and monitors, two-way - for surveillance, invasion of privacy, deception, traumatisation etc. - ‘2-Way TV/RADIO and the Orwellian Media (2WTV)’

g. control the flow of information and orchestrate the media worldwide

BY THESE MEANS I HAVE BEEN :-

1. Since 2004 I’ve been under ceaseless Orwellian surveillance - 24 hours a day 7 days a week - everywhere I go. Since 2004 my brain, body, physical space and privacy have been ceaselessly monitored - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading. I have been under this extremely traumatising Orwellian surveillance and interference - and then extremely brutally and hard-core - tortured and deformed since 2004 – and during all this time my psychological, mental, intellectual and physical states, actions, thinking, imaginations and words have been exploited and publicly exhibited via internet TV and radio.

2. subjected to sleep deprivation, sensory overload, and "mind-*uck" torture.
Under intensive neurological ‘mind-control’ this included :-
A. a witnessing of the suicide of the ‘King of Thailand’ and a cutting off of my friends brother’s legs
B. a saving of many women’s ‘souls’ from death, and many countries from nuclear attack
C. a ‘ritual abuse wedding’ participated in by the ‘Queens of Norway and Sweden’
D. a fictitious relationship with ‘Princesses of Norway and Thailand’ and some other illusory women
E. a ‘road trip’ escaping ‘USA army killers and blackmailers’, ‘Asian mafia/dragon killers’ among others; and participating in fake psychoanalysis and personality analysis sessions; and doing Q & A-type interviews on diverse socio-political subjects. (2005-2006)

3. ceaselessly perpetrators’and other voices are forced directly into my brain and they very aggressively and relentlessly psychologically attack, denigrate, interrogate, undermine, mob and bait me. These voice attacks are forced directly into my butchered and mangled brain. This takes the form of a running attack with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities, social and psychological state, and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with many different disorienting, infuriating and distorting effects. This sensory and mental torture and attack directly into my brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder, and has included numerous mock-executions. It is all completely and totally unignorable and inescapable. The ‘circuits’ are always open – my brain, body and physical space are ceaselessly brutally violated, monitored and interfered with - and forced into reaction and response - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s a brutal, technological, inescapable ‘Iago-bullshit-hell-machine’. I literally haven’t had a single minutes mental rest, relaxation or privacy since 2005 – not a single minute.

4. ceaselessly subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions. Whilst ‘sleeping’ artificial ‘virtual-reality scenarios’ (like little ‘You-Tube’ videos or cartoons or slideshows) are forced into my brain and therein processed/experienced. Night after night after night – every single night since 2005 - 3,4,5,6,7 or more times per night. I have been on this sleep and brain control regime and I haven't had a natural, uncontrolled nights sleep since 2005. Often my brain processing/experiencing these “virtual-reality scenarios” is transmitted and exhibited by these Mengeles butchers pretending to do “science”. Their ability to do this required extensive and very brutal neutralisation and engineering of my normal, healthy brain – in order to effect a kind of ‘tabula-rasa’ to use as a ‘player’ – for them to be able to force in their ‘codes’ and ‘play’ their ‘virtual-reality scenarios’. This has resulted in mentally and psycho-physiologically exhausting, degrading and deforming me.

5. relentlessly subjected to deep, hardcore and other neurological attacks on my brain creating a lasting lobotomised effect – very often similar to being sledge-hammered, repeatedly stabbed, roasted, fan-forced microwaved, blow-torched, axed, bombed etc. in and across the brain. Almost every single night since 2005, mostly multiple times, and sometimes for hours and hours at a time – all night, all afternoon etc.. My whole creativity, ‘raw material’, senses, sensibility, feelings, thought, speech, intelligence, imagination, emotions and organic health, range, depth and potential have been completely degraded, butchered, mangled, wasted and/or destroyed (‘Fahrenheit 451-ed’and/or ‘Year 0-ed’). Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain.

6. repeatedly and relentlessly – every single day and night - subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch, reproductive system, glands and lymph system. Electric currents are applied to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical tension and aggravation. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch and reproductive system is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system - night after night after night. Often I am given erections in coordination with the brain butchery, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I AM BEING USED, EXPERIMENTED UPON AND BUTCHERED LIKE A LAB RAT. My genitals have been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. I have also been anally raped and interfered with numerous times.

7. My stomach, glands, abdomen, intestines, lymph system and other internal organs are also being continuously, repeatedly and intensively heated and electrocuted i.e. cooked/burnt-out. Often similar to being stabbed, roasted, microwaved, blow-torched etc.. Hour upon hour or all night and/or much of the day.My heart, chest, neck, lower back, back, diaphragm and all over my body. My torso, face and buttocks have been liposuctioned 2 or 3 times. My nipples are often electrocuted. Also in an extremely painful operation they put my spine out of alignment and did extensive nerve reconfiguration work in my spine and lower back throwing my whole body out of alignment – lower back, pelvis, hips, muscles, limbs, balance etc. – and, I think, they are trying to ‘engineer’ my brain to ‘fit’ this misalignment.
‘Stomach Electrocution And Heating (SEH)’ ‘Heart Scoring And Electrocution (HE)’ ‘Chest And Diaphram Electrocution (CHE)’ ‘Lower Back Electrocution (LBE)’ etc. (2005-2011)

Huge - 10,000s of hours - amounts of electricity have been pumped through my body and brain by these nazi butchers. (2005-present)

I believe all of this is an attempted ‘reengineering’ or ‘rendering’ of my brain and body, and it has very seriously degraded my senses, sensibility and mental, psychological and physical strength, range, quality and depth. My brain has been reduced in power, quality and function by at least 70%. All my 'raw materials', psycho-physiological powers, energy, amorphous, undeveloped and latent thoughts, memories, emotions, passions, and feelings degraded, burnt-out and/or destroyed. My chest has been sunken, my lungs collapsed, my heart and muscles atrophied, my circulation and metabolism slowed, my stomach expanded and deformed, my genitals mutilated and deformed, and my body-shape completely altered and deformed. As one would expect being a lab-rat in a concentration camp since 2004 it has caused these most profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairments and deformities.

8. subjected to various other mental, physical and social tortures, degradations and dirty tricks. This includes having my privacy invaded by, and being extensively publicly exhibited via, internet, TV and Radio.

Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV or Radio - if it's live, I am linked to the broadcasting source. It happens any time I see or hear a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins live TV and radio - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected – especially whilst being tortured. This invasion of my privacy and my torture and abuse have thus been witnessed by, and I have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news - politicians, celebrities, newscasters and many others. Initially tolerable and even amusing, this came to be extremely traumatising – especially when combined with the relentless hardcore torture, abuse and mutilated ‘brain-broadcasting’ – and no one even reporting it!

Also the thoughts and images from my deformed, mutilated brain and and lab-rat life have been ‘brain-broadcasted’ to the journalists etc. on TV and Radio – and often presented to them as if it was the workings of my normal brain/mind – also a lot of disinformation and misrepresentation has been ‘fed’ to them. This has often resulted in some of them – both advertently and inadvertently – actually actively participating in the torture and aggravation. Some, I believe, have actually been encouraged to elicit responses from my lab-rat brain and thereby to assist in and facilitate the butchering of my brain and senses to fit these nazi technologies and horrendous violations.

The media has also been flooded with dehumanising and ridiculous ‘Psychological-Operations’, parodies and caricatures of me, my family and life – as at the same time they are parasiting, torturing and organically destroying me, they are constructing a fiction about ‘me’ and ceaselessly, idiotically, making what they pretend to be valid psychological and social observations about ‘me’, my life and family.

Since 2005 colleagues, acquaintances, friends or simply anyone I come into contact with on a day-to-day basis have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and/or anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. 11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Oh I agree planes are being used for V2K and yes there are other versions of HARRP around the

world. It still a victory AK one is shut down. I am working on conductive absorbing materials for drywall and paints.

Grounding systems for these materials. I spotted a laser pointed at my house they were renters and they are gone. Inf red yagi type in second story house. At the time when this happened these was a lot or wreaks around

here. Running stop signs straightening out curves one death. I have been here for years I know the way this place moves and the people. It is a fact that v2k affects behavior. I could care less what people think anymore perps do nothing but lie. I do what I think is best. I don't think it is satellite V2k it is GPS the perps GPS map your house

Yea HAARP is gone which supports my idea that V2K is being done outside the house

or from a neighbors house. Watch out for radar guns. At close range hidden under a coat.

方庄社区里的中央音乐学院附中“抗震加固”，楼的外观被改变，另外，校园大门门前马路旁的大树被砍（今年，夏天马路上没树阴）；
方庄社区里的高速大厦“抗震加固”，楼的外观被改变；

方庄社区里芳星园一区13号楼蓝色高层住宅楼的阳台上的“马赛克”几乎全部被弄下去；

（我猜测是美国军事卫星上的激光破坏的，我从大脑“颅骨里的说话声音”中“听”到过：那些楼上住有教师）

方庄社区里芳星园二区17-21号高层住宅楼的钢筋水泥结构的大平台突然坏了，这个连接几栋高层住宅楼的平台有抗震作用；

北京市的许多办公楼、写字楼很差等，大量使用农民工、外地初中生就业（这些人的特点是知识少，没有职业技能教育）；

改户籍政策、户籍改革等许多改革不合理，侵犯老北京户籍人口的正当的、合理利益，这些改革与中央政府、地方政府里，大量外地人在权利岗位上工作有关，外地人“霸占”社会里的权利岗位，要防范这些人行骗、干违法的事、权利拉拢、法庭上纵然违法或被纵然违法等。
当心各种外地人、外国人进入中国、进入北京，实施破坏活动（美国的武器需要利用这些人）；

美国人利用脑控武器行骗、迫使我琢磨中国哪里better，比如：中国的历史、城市的建筑、企业、电视新闻、报纸新闻、互联网网页、风景名胜、西山、博物院、文物等等，我发现，我意识到自己被武器对准，也很难不被迫使；

Battlefield Illusion: DARPA working towards better “human-sensory battlefield deception”

In the Defense Advance Research Project Agency’s (DARPA’s) new budget, which was just recently unveiled, some startling technologies have been included for increased research and development. The most glaring of these is the $4 million to be spent on technologies which will supposedly “manage the adversary’s sensory perception” in an attempt to “confuse, delay, inhibit, or misdirect [the target’s] actions.” While the idea is quite creative and seemingly the stuff of science fiction, the name chosen is a bit more straight forward: “Battlefield Illusion.” In elucidating the goals of the project, DARPA writes, “The current operational art of human-sensory battlefield deception is largely an ad-hoc practice,” leading the agency to attempt to better grasp “how humans use their brains to process sensory inputs,” in order to create multi-sensory hallucinations which could “provide tactical advantage to our forces,” according to Danger Room. DARPA’s budget request for the Fiscal Year of 2013 includes a whopping $2.82 billion in spending – all of which we don’t have and thus will just serve to sink the United States further into the black hole of debt – and even includes increased spending on the Collaborative Hypersonic Research (CHR) program which is intended to demonstrate the capability of a boost-glide vehicle as the predecessor to a tactical strike weapon capable of long-range attacks from a 21-inch or larger booster. The American military establishment’s love affair with so-called “psychotronic weaponry” has been a long and complicated one, largely hidden from public scrutiny. Some of the most infamous examples of these types of projects are the so-called “Voice of God” weapon which was designed in an attempt to transmit what might be confused with the voice of God into the heads of insurgents in order to make them choose to lay down arms. The information on this project has been quite thin, and many claim it never left the laboratory, although the fact that this technology has been in development since the 1990s makes me think that this might actually be more advanced than we are being told. For those unfamiliar with this type of technology, I highly recommend doing your own research before jumping to any conclusions as to the capabilities (or lack of capabilities) inherent in this type of psychotronic weaponry. A good resource which covers many different incarnations of this technology across both declassified government and commercial applications can be found here and other resources on psychotronic weaponry can be found here. One project we know about is the Army’s Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio, or MEDUSA. This project utilized microwaves to make the target believe that the projected audio was actually coming from inside their own head. As New Scientist reported in 2008, the technology is actually capable of projecting a microwave beam which creates sound so “loud” that it actually can incapacitate the target or cause severe discomfort. Furthermore, since the sound does not actually enter through the eardrums like normal auditory stimuli, there are no “audio safety limits” as there would be normally. Lev Sadovnik of the United States’ Sierra Nevada Corporation worked on the system and said, “The repel effect is a combination of loudness and the irritation factor. You can’t block it out.” The Phase I summary report released by the U.S. Navy indicated that the program was indeed successful, but for some reason Noah Shachtman writes for Danger Room, “Neither program [referring to the MEDUSA and the “Voice of God” program], as far as I know, ever left the laboratory.” However, I must point out that it is quite arrogant and ignorant of Shachtman to think that his lack of knowledge concerning the projects being used in the field says anything about if the devices were or are going to be used. As I discussed in the first episode of End the Lie Radio, during which we explored some excerpts from Nick Begich’s “Earth Rising: the Revolution, Toward a Thousand Years of Peace,” this technology is not something which has just cropped up in the last few years, indeed it has been in the works for over a decade. You can listen to the episode via YouTube below: What the public knows in regards to classified, highly advanced military technology is minimal at best. For evidence of this, all we have to do is look at projects like the Manhattan Project, Project MKULTRA (about which we still know very little), and the SR-71 “Blackbird” which was first used in the U.S. Air Force in the 1960s. “Battlefield Illusion” is not alone among the mind-bending projects DARPA is spending our money on. Indeed they have several new programs intended to manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum for military purposes including the $3.5 million “Electro-Optical Warfare” project which will attempt to find ways to disrupt laser-based communications and sensors. The American public (which is obviously footing the bill for these projects) often never is even made aware of their existence for decades after their inception. I, for one, find this to be quite troubling and frustrating seeing as our government thinks we do not have a right to know where our money is going, especially when the technology can be used against us. Given the government of the United States’ propensity for repurposing military technology for use domestically against civilians, I see no reason to believe that technology like these “battlefield illusions” would not be used against us. All we can do is hope that the costs for these technologies remain sufficiently prohibitive in order to keep the government from widely using this technology, as they’re going to be able to do with the $50 spy computer known as the F-BOMB, also funded by DARPA. I just find it somewhat insane to think that with the total lack of funds available and the disastrous state of the economy in the United States and around the globe, our government is spending money on mind control instead of housing and feeding impoverished Americans. Unless the American people stand up and start demanding that our needs be met with the immense amount of money we pour into the government (most of which ends up in the hands of the criminal banksters and war profiteers), we can expect to see this type of frivolous spending continue indefinitely.

Lately my Perp is burning radiation burns on my tongue. How am I supposed to EAT? He must be on DOPE again-a 30 year JUNKIE. Letting his friends on dope mess with the equip burning a CRATER on my tongue. THE PAIN that results is unbearable. What can I do. He needs INTENSIVE OUT-PATIENT TREATMENT DUAL DIAGNOSIS and weekly drug tests. I refuse to be a part of his network unless he seeks help and weekly Drug scans. I will not meet, or talk with him ever because of what he has done to me. If I am this important to his little network, then he will HAVE to go or DETOXED-weekly compliance DRUG TESTING. The PAIN is becoming intolerable. How can an oral surgeon help me when it is RADIATION BURNS-he cannot seem to stop on his own. We used to be best friends 1980 to 1987. I don't know why MARTY B. Bellevue, NE USA PERP is getting so much worse lately?

Marty has actually said that the reason for this is because I refused to take a shower in the morning becaused he HURT me needlessly. The supercomputer satanists hate this blog. It will help protect you from constant harassment. To succeed with a good shield will also tear down past trauma compartments. Most items are cheap and have been helpful for me. May the Lord shield and protect us all.

Tilt head to stop bad brainwave feed.

1)To hamper V2K take two copper pennies and place on a strip of electrical tape. Place this over the point of cheekbones. Use bandaids in public.

2)V2K is hampered while wearing a cap by using copper mesh wrapped in tin foil. This should cover both TMJ areas, cheekbones and back of skull to restrict cerebellum entry. This should reach just above trap muscles.*

3) Place an aluminum cooking sheet on top of couch or chair behind your head to hamper cerebellum entry. Also perps hate rocking chairs.

4)If driving, place a CD holder for car visors on all visors with reflective side of CD's out and holder flipped toward sky. This hampers reading of forehead(PET scan)and blinds perps.

5)Cover forehead or back of skull with a strip of t-shirt that has 3 in. diameter buttons decorated in copper ground wire and magnets then wrapped in tin foil. 6)Add a surge protector to tv and cable box plug-ins for easy turn off when not in use. This should reduce ELF wave transmissions.

7)To eliminate ions in area burn candles or run an ionizer.

8)Car heat deflector is useful to put behind car seat and head to hamper cerebellum entry.

9)A case of aluminum can soft drinks is a good shield for wherever.

10)Wearing gloves and not moving hands messes up their tactile ques and breaks down computer control.

11) When attacked (direct thalamus laser burst) clasp hands behind your head covering cerebellum and bend elbows to cover TMJ areas and lean forward and look down. Practice this because they will try to block memory. Tilting head throws off most laser entries.

12)This technology was perfected for driving and attacking drivers, when head is fixed and hands are occupied you are vulnerable. When attacked and unprotected check rearview mirrors and lean on arm rest. Tilt head on an angle.

13)Turning head to extreme right or left also disconnects lasers.

14)A clay, ceramic, porcelain or terracotta pot also makes a good shield or helmet.(lady bugs)

15)Buy a cheap water bed or air mattress because they do radiate box springs while you sleep. You can use copper screen between box springs and mattress if you can't afford bed.

16)The current of an electric blanket reduces and interferes with DEWS.

17)Putting strong magnets near pillow and cerebellum area disrupts brainwave data while sleeping.

26)Old school mirrored sunglasses over cheekbones.

27)Enjoy Christmas all year by using Christmas lights to hold up your Mylar blankets on ceiling.

29)Protect food and vitamins and important objects in or under plate cabinets or in or under microwave oven.

32)My best hat configuration is a tall ball cap lined first with copper screen then using a hot glue gun add copper pennies(1981 or earlier). Add a layer of tin foil for cooling. Add trading buttons over neocortex area and forehead. While some say foil and copper help their reception, this configuration blocks taste and smell and speech manipulation. This also blocks headache pain and hampers limbic system control. This hat creates a loud snap when head tilting is applied.

33) Static wrist band suppressor with 1 ohm damper.

34)Entertainment centers with the back covered in Mylar or aluminum reduces easy access while watching tv. The flat screen and no ET center craze is due to easy access thru wall by laser to forehead and hypothalamus.

The HD flat screens are also supposed to subliminally trick you into thinking all the propaganda is true.

35)Leave your stove vent fan on and vary speed to mess up laser frequency entry.

36)Use thick synthetic pillows over lasered areas.

37)Perps hate flip-up shades on glasses and on bill of hat. This messes up forehead reading.

38)When showering soak a towel and place on shower curtain. Face toward the soaked towel while bathing and block forehead reading.

39)Take a neck strap lanyard and clip foil or any object to protect mid-section lasering.
