The dark new world order cabal have been placing unnecessary chemicals, biologicals and nano technology into our food and water supply since the nineteen sixties. They have been placing them in our vaccines since the nineteen seventies and they have been spraying them from the skies on top of us since the nineteen nineties.
Some of what they have been spraying on us are as follows -: Aluminium, barium, cadmium, lithium, mercury, strontium, titanium dioxide, dessicated blood cells, mold spores, nano processors, micro sensors, Mems and Gems.
The dark new world order cabal then turn frequencies on us in order to make the metals which are inside us electrically more conductive. We are constantly generating electromagnetic frequencies every time we think a thought, feel a feeling, say a word, or move a muscle and all of those electromagnetic frequencies can be read using an EEG measuring device and those electromagnetic frequencies can then be differenciated into whether they are related to thinking, moving, feeling, speaking, eating or sleeping or many other activities. The electromagnetic frequencies are then translated by a computer program at the speed of light into everything you are doing, saying, thinking and feeling.
Using an EEG measuring device the pattern of electrical signals being generated by each muscle movement can be measured. The point of origin, the speed and the direction of each electrical signal can be deciphered and that electrical signal can be paired with the muscle of the body of the human subject that the electrical signal stimulated to move. The pattern of electrical signals which were used to move the human muscle can then be recalibrated and sent back into the human brain in order to force that muscle to move against the will and without the permission of said human subject. Many non-consensual subjects of directed energy weapon research have reported that their muscles often move against their wills. Some have reported being forced to walk against their wills or even to hit themselves with their own fists against their wills. Patent number US6965816 which is the Richard C. Walker, internet of things patent describes in fine detail how to control a human being by their central nervous system. This is an enslavement system and we need to urgently enact laws making it illegal because if somebody became enslaved by this system they would no longer be able to generate words informing the world that they had become enslaved because their vocal cords and mouths would be under external control for the remainder of their lives. External electrical control through their central nervous system may already be the case for some non-consensual human beings and if that is the case we will never hear it from them.
A brain-computer interface (BCI) provides an alternative communication channel between the human brain and a computer by using pattern recognition methods to convert brain waves into control signals. However all brain-computer interfaces are bi-directional which means that external control signals can be converted back into brain waves which can be made to over ride the brain waves of the human subject in order to force them to act against their wills. We may need to ban the use of brain-computer interfaces throughout the world because they may be the most dangerous weapon that ever existed. They are already in the wrong hands. Many individuals throughout the western world are now reporting forced muscle movement of their own arms, legs, eyes, facial muscles and all other muscles. They are also burdened with finding ways to prove to the rest of the human race that their own muscles are being externall controlled. I was placed under neural control in approximately 2003 where neural interface technology was placed inside me without my knowledge or consent. Neural interface technology is bi-directional so it can be used to both steal bio-data from my brain and central nervous system as well as to send unwanted information to my brain and central nervous system in order so that the criminals can gain partial or total control over my central nervous system. Sorry this bit is about where I come from,

I was brought up to be a Christian, and indeed have two versions of the, 'BIBLE,' which I have read.  However, I did wander about the content mainly because I was aware that the content had been, 'edited,' not one but several times?  Why?  So I bought myself a copy of the, 'Gnostic Gospels,' read it, then I wandered why the war, why the difference between people who worship GOD?  After all there is only one God for the whole human race.  Religion is therefore just a vehicle.  Originally the Bible was a chronology of how we came to be, and have evolved over the millenia.  St. Paul, was a Citizen of Rome, and was he who wrote the BIble, a critisism that you may wish to consider, 'Why does the New Testament read like the History of WW2, without mentioning the Germans?  Eg: The Romans ruled JUDEA with a rod of iron where are they in all this?  Why after the Catholic church edited the Bible, did they institute the Inquisition and have people burnt at the stake for Gnostisism?  They invented withcraft in this country, England.  'Why did the Church of England Edit out 75 Books in 1822?  Unfortunately to my mind and has been confirmed by others, that religion has been used for the political control of society for a long time.  This obviously cannot work because of education these days, too many people asking too many relevant questions, hence their reliance on technologies developed since the second world war.  Operation Paper Clip, then MK Ultra, then Top Secrecy.  It has only been in recent years that they have been arrogant enough to de-classify some of it.

The reason I upload this is because it's important to know the Historical and Contextual manner of what is going on with the political control of society.  'Why,' or 'No,' are not answers that they tollerate.  Even your Vicar, Minister, Priest, Etc is probably political.

They say that they are Christian etcetera, but the only bit they practice is, Revelations, as far as I can make out.  Their real GOD?  Forget the BIBLE, TANAKH, or QURAN, it is the money in their wallets,  I have said for a long time, The more money you've got the more justice you can afford, the more money you've got the more democracy you get.  All you have to do is observe their actions to obtain this.

I am writing with concerns about the chemical weapons convention annexes, and I felt I also needed to highlight that in UK and USA there are an alarming array of uses of chemicals that could be classified as noxious and overpowering.  I am worried that you are being deliberately misinformed about the uses of chemical weapons in the west and I am here to enlighten you.

1. In the case of the Sergei Skirpal poisoning you were informed by the British Government that they had no knowledge of the use of Novichoks.  Yet I wish to prove otherwise.  Diana Shea produced a book mentioning the use of Novichoks, and also Sussex University was involved in looking at this back in 1993/96.  Which may be the reason there have been a number of gangstalking cases in Sussex in the same year.  See Below for extract.
2. We are subjected as town to gangstalking in Fleet and have heard the reply to a question posed, that if OPCW surveilled all the countries manufacturing chemical war weapons, who are not getting rid of stockpiles, and they threatened to use 50 gray on them what would they do? The reply was, CSEG and authorities would kill them.  From the authorities, CSEG, and Perps involved in the Gangstalking.
3. I wish to draw your attention to the fact that there has been a conference in 2012 to discuss how to deal with the problem of over population held by Cambridge University in USA. They posed the option of using cadmium on 2 billion people or a bomb (gathering them together in one place).  I suggest you include cadmium on your list.  There are many people being killed with use of SARIN, Sulfur dioxide, Cadmium, Arsenic, Barium, and Ethylene Dibromide.  Either in the water supply or spray around the home.  Reports from USA, and the west.  We are concerned that Gangstalking is rife and that utilisation of chemical war weapons, and cleaning materials result in deaths every year.
4. Our town has been threatened by use of VX (airplane in the sky),mentioned on your schedule, and our town has been sprayed, much like in the Skirpal Case in Salisbury.
5. We are aware in Fleet that perps have mentioned that gangstalking methods are being developed for warfare. The use of  mobile phones and V2k have been identified.
6. The possibility of peaceful methods could be used to stockpile for warfare using phosgenes, insectides, pesticides, (in the case of Syria and SARIN), and PSF chemicals.

We are aware you know much more about these issues, but you need to be aware that other countries can stockpile in secret and it would be a better idea to regulate and provide more stringent rules, impose heftier bans because you are being told one thing, and Governments know another.  In Der Spiegel IG Farben has been named as a possible source of SARIN used in Syria.  The other chemical weapons have been attributed Gangstalking  are manufactured by the likes of Ely Lilly & Co, Procter & Gamble and Pfizer  and Hoescht. I have been gang stalked covert for many years and overt for approximately 4-5 years now.  I wish to complaint about the various aspects of gangstalking I have received. 

I have been raped by V2k equipment  and sexually assaulted and abused and have received sexual harassment through a number of agencies.  The Police Service, one of whom(called Charles stationed at Fleet and Aldershot Police Station) is a relative of a Perp (Maria Capp and her husband John Capp)who gang stalks and lives at number 5 St Nicholas Close, Fleet , Hants as well a benefits agency nurse from Atos Guildford Service and both have instructed one of my neighbours Mick McAndrews of 8 St Nicholas Close and his wife Beverley on how to use their V2k Surveillance device in 2018 (around the time FA Cup Final) to rape me with a ‘furry’ dick and has also been present on the V2k as well as other members of the Police Service including Dan Lehec, Dan Eves, Paul Franks and his son(apparently from CSEG(- another Mr Franks) – there is more.  Around the time of the letter to Justin Trudeau there was also talk on the surveillance system of threatening life of The Prime Minister of Canada because of his stance on banning  DEW, the voice of the Police was heard on street theatre, I had written to Justin Trudeau thanking him for help other TI’s in a struggle against DEW weaponary and Gangstalking who was offering a reward of $25 million dollars for naming perps who perform gang stalking, we also discussed with our team copyright problems with music Torture and sent a letter and article about fighting of human rights abuses with music torture because the CIA had to stop their music torture in FEMAs because of a case where an artist did not want them to use their song for torture and obviously copyright legislation  was concerned I hope that you are aware that I calculated £96 million plus (used in my case) could be being used by every perp of which I was told that there was 18,000 of them in the UK involved in gang stalking there has been a lot more copyright infringement in Fleet and it is totalling up to billions (See Letter) and I do not believe that the American authorities will be very happy and neither will their music industry nor ours, so I thought I’d let you know.

 The V2k is being used to extract information about my life, my illnesses and conditions, and also my benefits forms.  They have been told that this is illegal from the start and they should not extract information in this way or make any of the sensitive data public because there are data protection laws against and laws of against the use strafenholler activities made aware to them from the Targeted Individuals 101 website in Canada which involve international laws against torture maltreatment abuse copyright theft and sexual abuse various anti discrimination laws against the hate crime (orientation, lifestyle, sex, size, status, disability etc) this and I am being targeted at home with various horrible comment and the street theatre is sexually based, biased and also harassing and discriminatory and Lesbian Discrimination and Asexual Discrimination has been heard by the town of Fleet.  NHS, Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust, staff from the Recovery College based at Aldershot Health Centre, Hospital Hill Aldershot have all been involved in strafenholler gang stalking which can be heard for miles.  I have already given various agencies (IPA, IOPTC, Hampshire Police at The Tower in Winchester, Benefits Agency( DWP Salisbury Centre in Wolverhampton and Customer Relations Department  Croydon Health and Disability Assessment Centre). 

A few days before this letter I was hoping to complain on Tuesday 4^th (February) of this week and there were attempts to stop me complaining trying to enforce masturbation and comments about ‘snaking hand’ or ‘snake’ being directed towards my genital area which I am aware can be operated by machine use – yet they tried to control my body (arm and hand movement).  I have had years of sexual abuse and harassment and they refer to and want to know about my sexual habits and I am sensitised by the machine using functions called the ‘caress’  function, and other functions, including a beam function to sensitise my genitals and breast and body  and I am aware  that is present on a lot of DEW v2k machines (of which I have given them proof on recordings of Mantech instruction manual, I am also aware of the proto types of other machines in use and patents  and what various function do.  I am still experiencing  and have experienced hypersexuality and  anal sensittisation  and also in the past the ‘function’ of anal leakage upon my person, so it’s not all testing – see letter to the benefits agency-  this is being done according to strafenholler model of intimidation, threat.   I am aware it is possible to project a transmission and appear to be coming from a different location.  There have been previous attempts ‘to talk to me’ about making complaints against the V2k gang stalking,  I have proof that these events are not uncommon elsewhere in the uk see Merseyside Justice Watch also attached with e-mail or previous  e-mail  you have been sent.

There has also been illegal ‘testing’ of illnesses and conditions and recent threats against my person, and also prior threats of getting in to a ‘Backroom’ and beating me which they use a restaurant or café of some sort, I have overheard and witnessed the death of a cat in 2015 and the cat was bashed against a bin (a noticed on the police website there are high number of missing pets)and the relative of the police officer concerned was involved as well as my neighbour at number 8 (previous information given). This also being conducted by the daughter of a police officer at No5 St Nicholas Close called Maria, who all shoots supposedly ‘rats’ and shots can be heard around the neighbourhood, I have also been told they ‘clean’ people, he has also used a shot gun and fired it in the air before another neighbour apparently moved out, and  I reported it to the Police.   I had complained to the police who are seemingly ignoring me, yet appear on the system and I am aware that the equipment is being provided by councils but I was told in 2015 that the equipment was from ‘Red Square’.  I told our authorities including the Army,  The American Embassy, I was already making the Police Force of strange stalking events and told them after I approached the others, I even  tried to call the Anti  Loan Shark Service then also ABI ( because of pestering PI and I was aware that Mr Johnathon Capp might be a PI investigating me and keeping equipment in the loft, which I told Omar Barracks about) after not receiving much encouragement to believe that anybody would want to stop this illegal surveillance and nobody else seemed interested at the time,   I told the Russian Authorities, the embassy and in this country  that their equipment had been stolen (I was aware of the previous history that surveillance equipment had gone missing in Russia and that The Americans were helping them to track down the people who had stolen it) and that I was being surveilled, they have recording of why I did this 2016. I later contacted the Russian Federation.  I overheard a man called Bob Isherwood in a car to his perp ‘to get rid of me’, who has a lot to with being on the board of the Defence Agencies, with Russian Relatives, and also that he has a daughter who has pre-mentioned as a psychologist at the local mental health team and Recovery College. I was complaining about mental health services in 2012/3 and Millbank Tower had received a bundle of complaint papers because I was needing help and support and I wasn’t getting it, because mental health services were changing however it is my belief that strafenholler events were going on prior to this as I have already pre-mentioned 2010 and may even be further back than that.  After all the above to do with where this equipment originated from ;  I was told that the Benefits Agency had 200 machines in operation in our area. There is also unethical experimentation of my memory and I am being asked whether certain function they are trying work, it’s as though they are using a proto type for testing and may I add another perp employed by the benefit agency has also told me that this equipment is being prepared for war.

My own cat was electrocuted in the chair he was lying in and also he had to be put to sleep after Kidney problems and there was someone from a gang who tried to fire a pressure gun at the cat flap and ‘shoot’ my cat as well.  I have been sprayed since 2010 when I reported it to Fleet Police Station about aerosol in my Garden.  Then I witnessed in 2017/8, around the time of Sergei Skirpal poisoning, the spraying of our town and then I had to tell the OPCW in 2018 of the chemtrails in Fleet and supposedly a CSEG spy threatening the OPCW with Gray see OPCW letter also the police were heard asking me if there was any law to stop the town from being sprayed which I provided proof of a town in USA that had successfully challenged the Government with Human Rights Law against the use of spray and months earlier there had been presence of the armed forces checking my radiation levels.  I have proof that neighbours were paid by the Benefits Service and have been in contact with a Carol Jackie who was a Manager at South Western House in Aldershot and also part of a PI Service which they have named ‘The Moon’.  There has been references to me being  a lesbian and also would I like to sleep with the PI because she made offensive comments about what had been surveilled sexually in my own home, and there has been numerous questions on this about my sexual habits, sexual orientation and this situation has been used to intimidate and embarrass me, I am fighting and challenging people who have little understand and/or do not represent LGBT issues.  The comment she made was played into me, and she told other PI’s and other people that she wanted to sleep with me because of what she had heard on the V2k.  There has since been accusations that I am homophobic because I will not tolerate or sleep with her, I’ve been called the ‘Les’ and also they have tried to heckle me over the comment she made, and I belive this person has been involved- also called ‘claire’ yet  they also called her ‘carol’ there may be two people doing it or more.  They’ve used this situation to question my sexuality confusion that I reported on forms in the 00’s.  The benefits agency, NHS (including My Consultant Psychiatrist), are trying to tell me I can’t be an Asexual, I’m either Bisexual or Hetrosexual, then asking me ‘to have their baby, and then the in a childish stupid intonation ‘a babyyyyy’..  The Neighbourhood have said they’d rather me be hetrosexual.  The Man from No 8, was overheard and record saying ‘he did n’t want to hear another woman in my bed’ .  There has been so many comments about lesbian and asexuality that are offensive they too numerous to name here.  The same PI called carol/Claire has also been presented with ABI rules as has John Capp on code of conduct and has been surveilling me and slo my neighbour which I pointed out isn’t according normal rules of conduct (see association rule) and then integrity, privacy, confidentiality in conjunction with street theatre has not been followed and I wish to complain, the precedessor was contacted in Blackpool at ABI.  There were also skits about the ‘ABI’ and they played into the house, which straffenholler was known for because I attempted to make a complaint in 2016 and also there were perps trying to stop me at the Vine Day Centre looking them up again after I thought I had lost them (The ABI rules and codes of conduct for inspectors).  The continuation of straffenholler means any PI involved in broadcasting someone personal data can be taken to court and also complained against top the Association.  After comments were made and played in over her wanting to sleep with me after hearing private recordings of me, the following conversation was heard in 2019 – last year. 

They made reference to past comments about getting any yes to question of the crimes I am falsely accused opf and they would hypersexualise me and try to get somebody to sleep with me and talk to me  and then they also were heard saying that they would isolate me  and put me in a room and keep sexualising me until through an orgasm they go the word ‘yes’, they do it over and over until I died. They wait for me ‘like a leopard’ . I have the actual words on a yellow padf,  They also referred to a pink thing in other words a dildo being used. For actual words contact me at my home address.  I believe the PI has also involved with this too and ‘does it to lesbians’.

There was another lady called Carol Claire and staff of the benefits service involved  known to the NHS and Psychologist Rebecca Isherwood (Part of The Recovery College where I have attended for treatment for various mental health issues– based at The Aldershot Health Service, Mental health Department) and The Vine Day Centre (where I attend as a Client) because of relative of hers has attended there in order to keep an eye on me and that was 2019.

There is and has been human rights abuses

To Kill, poison, and Injure – I’ve already explained that I have been sprayed, that our town has been sprayed see OPCW and there has been a series of incidents , there has been attempts made to poison me prior to the overt street theatre at my home including contamination of foodstuff and drink –(using an aspirin like substance and my own chlorpromazine (which I no longer take)  which has already been broadcast via street theatre and to general public here and complained about with police listening in. Threats to Injure and harm me and also the I refer to the removal of my stair carpet, electrocution (which I have experience blood clotting reported to the doctor) at my home my floor, my walls, blew my neighbour lights, under the carpet, and also proof was provided by machine after repairs my home by No 8 and also a taser gun was used to shoot me at my sinks bcause I was trying to look underneath there in case the electric shocks were originating from the plumbing and the electricity was playing along the metal blinds, I also had to go to hospital because of repeated electric shocks through the floor and my phone and virgin media point - another series of events already reported to the police over the street theatre- which they can all hear, and also been ‘ accidents and damage to household appliances (attempts at electrocution)and equipment after intrusion incidents reported to the police – first reported 2007, and were ongoing.  Damage to my property, clothes and drawers being rifled through, stealing and theft, theft of jewellery (which I would depriving another of their goods).  The letter ‘J’ and Rhombs that have been seen ‘wriiten’ in my home, to damage curtains, to grace garden patio, in blue tack on my kitchen tile which was removed by a Support Worker at the time Patricia Crawford(Aldershot MH Services used to work for MACCA)- that some of the incidents which have been rife. They have also attempted to spread germs in my environment and this can also happen through radioactive wave, I have black mould growing up my walls, and also a tree in the garden which is going ‘red’ like Chernobyl forest – same colour and I noticed a plant in the garden, which has been uprooted by the neighbour John Capp, who owns this equipment apparently or it has been proved by his work a ‘PI’/’Cleaner’.  There has also been a ‘popped’ surveillance  bug put in my old coat.  There has been popped pellet in my water and prior to that I sent my water to my Doctor (Dr Steven Clarke, Branksomewood Rd Surgery, Fleet) and swabbed my vent and curtains and cleaning cupboard and sent cotton swab samples and water samples where they have poisoned the water supplying – after knowing that they do this in other countries (which has been recorded).  Such chemical as  Sulfur dioxide, Cadmium, Arsenic, Barium, and Ethylene Dibromide(Reference OPCW letter).  Also trying to use my obsessive nature to create chlorine poisoning, and also trying to record – yet other substances has been used.  There is cadmium in the tank and traces of cadmium in the toilet – which I was advised to get rid of.

The wave I consider poison too, EMF wave is comprises of many metals and is radioactive.

Hate Crime involves stirring up of hatred of any demographic group not only Racial Hatred, but also religion, disability, status, and sexuality.  Remarks have been made about my status of unemployment, my forms have been ridiculed, my mental illness has been ridiculed particularly hatred of Borderline Personality Disorder (which include references to virginity which were made as far back as 2015),   my sexual status, and sexual status of others, they have also queried my Religion, Background, about my Friends, and Family and have also ridiculed them.   They have tried to use various methods and techniques with their EMF wave.  There has been racial hatred of Indians and also Russians  But we are aware of political nature of the country- but I have reported it to their authorities).

See the following for human rights.  Bolded is the sort of thing I’ve had put up with as part of street theatre and surveillance of my home.  Data protection act Sensitive data, enjoyment privacy in the home, and the erection of an illegal camera – all of which has been told to you.  Tried to call the ICO office about it and have presented the laws on data protection act on street theatre and have read the out a chapter, which is usually available on the world wide web, called ‘the Hidden Evil’ which has very much to do with strafenholler and the American System but happens all over the world.

Torture and Maltreatment

Sleep deprivation, attempts at enforced masturbation, sexualising, bodily sensitisation, repeat torture, cross talk, thought beam and psychological warfare tactics, and experimentation, water torture (dripping tap –even during my dissociative state when I was also sprayed during the years of 2012/3 – 2015), plonk sound in tap, creaking doors, clicking heels, headlights , horns (as known in ‘The Hidden Evil’), DIY and Repair works, Crow sounds a tiny bit, crowd sounds – when people aren’t even there , other people having sex played in, Cyber bullying known by  our public, also transgression through  bullying. Sexual torture we have told you about through harassment and abuse and rape and this is considered torture as well (see references to sexual harassment, abuse and rape.  Witnessing overhearing ‘fake executions of people (including my enemies recently and in the past few years)’  and false alarms of fire, and also gas escape. 

Attempts to choke me have been tried during and prior to street theatre overt attempts. ‘Testing’ of my throat through ‘sweets’ and food stuff and also I warned the person involved, including a police officer of life imprisonment.  I have reported to the same police, through the V2k surveillance system and public system to no avail.  I have been recently threatened with Strangulation and there have been numerous threats of harm, and murder.  Threats of strangulation on 9^th February, 10^th February 2020 after their threats about filling out your T1 and T2 Tribunial Forms for Investigation against the Public authoritiers and associated individuals known to Perp.

Attempts at coaching suicide have also happened on the system. Postal tampering, privacy and confidentiality has been breach, tampering and utilisation of my telecommunication services and interruption through the electrical appliances in the home including my Virgin Media service ( which also showed signs of electric surges). 

Various items around my home has tampered with, and there been intrusion, letter folded over in one corner (sign for ‘gambling’ – cards).  Not all has post has been receive at my post address – which I intend to inform you of later.

I have had threats to my possessions, also someone saying levy my goods without a court order.  Mike McAndrews at No 5. Has also said that he could have the doors locked before I come home and the locks change and lock me out my own home.  There are people threatening my possessions and my security of  housing in attempt to cause problems for me and black listing me.

Voyeurism also provided by neighbours on audio and visual recordings V2k(see below and above) In fact Mike McAndrews was over heard with other neighbours showing pictures of me on a computer providing proof there’s a camera. This has been done in conjunction with the Benefits ASgency and Maria Capp and her husbands company who are PI’s for the area and a ‘cleaner’ and the NHS who also know the ‘PI’ knows as carol/Claire and is part of John Capps Agency in Gosport – ‘The Moon’ has been referred to and also Bob Isherwood has met with and knows them,  Maria has links with local police (aforementioned).

Unfortunately due to timescale I am unable to provide everything by 12^th for Hampshire Police and Other authorities.  I intend to go to the SWRU, the benefits Agency, Investigatory Powers Tribunial.

The following with additions continuing my complaint from Google sites Targeted Individual 101 will also explain what happening in Canada to deal with gang stalking attempts and I have also presented the law to the Gangstalkers via street theatre and surveillance the equivalent of our laws from Blackstones and although some of the length of criminal sentences may be different, I have let you know through this website what I intend to use in a court law in accordance with our legislation and the human rights act, because it is going on all over the world. There are currently four key mechanism in Canada to protect human rights: The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom, The Canadian Human Rights Act, The Canadian Human Rights Commission and Provincial Human Rights Laws and Legislations.

The issue of human rights in Canada has not attracted significant controversy relative to human rights issues in other countries. Most Canadians believe the country to be a strong proponent and positive model of human rights for the rest of the world. For example, in 2005, Canada became the fourth country in the world to legalize same-sex marriage nationwide with the enactment of the Civil Marriage Act.

Canada does have to deal with some issues of human rights abuses that have attracted condemnation from international bodies, such as the United Nations. For example, some provinces still allow the use of religiously segregated schools. Since signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, the Canadian government has attempted to make universal human rights a part of the Canadian law.

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is part of Canadian Constitution and protects its citizens from human rights violations. The Acts sets out the values that Canadians live by and describes the kinds of personal human rights and freedoms citizens can expect in this country, this include:

• The right to life, liberty and personal security
• Freedom of conscience and religion
• Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media
• Freedom to hold peaceful meetings
• Freedom to join groups
• Protection from unreasonable search or seizure and unjustified detainment and imprisonment
• The right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty
• The right to retain and instruct counsel (a lawyer) without delay
• The right to a fair trial, through due process of law
• The right to equal protection and benefit under the law, without discrimination

In the province of Ontario, human rights are protected Through The Ontario Human Rights Code. It is a provincial law that gives all citizens of the province equal rights and opportunities without discrimination in specific areas such as jobs, housing and services. The code’s goal is to prevent discrimination and harassment because of race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, Disability and age, to name some of the sixteen grounds.

The code was one of the first laws of its kind in Canada. Before 1962, various laws dealt with different kinds of discrimination. The code brought them together into one law and added some new protections. The code is administered and enforced by the Ontario Human Rights Commission. However, an independent body separate from the commission, called a board of inquiry, makes the ultimate decision in a complaint.

The Code is divided into an introductory section, or “preamble”, followed by five parts. Part 1 sets out basic rights and responsibilities. Part II explains how the code is interpreted and applied. Part III explains the role and structure of the commission and Part IV explains how the code is enforced. Finally, Part V deals with general matters such as the power to make regulations. Canadian legislations

1. Targeted Individuals normally experience several stages of harassment. The criminal Harassments – Section 264 of the Criminal Code of Canada focuses on the initial stages.  The law tackles the safety of the victims as well as the prohibited stalking conducts.  Although the section didn’t mentioned about voice to skull harassments, the section mentioned about “relentless communications” by the harassers either directly or indirectly. Indirect that can be use in the microwave/voice to skull harassments that TI normally experienced in the later stages of their harassments.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 264 – Criminal Harassment
No person shall, without lawful authority and knowing that another person is harassed or recklessly as to whether the other person is harassed, engage in conduct referred to in subsection (2) that causes that other person reasonably, in all the circumstances, to fear for their safety or the safety of anyone known to them.

Prohibited conduct – The conduct mentioned in subsection (1) consists of (a) repeatedly following from place to place the other person or anyone known to them; (b) repeatedly communicating with, either directly or indirectly, the other person or anyone known to them; (c) besetting or watching the dwelling-house, or place where the other person, or anyone known to them, resides, works, carries on business or happens to be; or (d) engaging in threatening conduct directed at the other person or any member of their family. Punishment (3) Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

2. Targeted Individuals normally experience harassment with “uttering threats” from their harassers.  These can be directly or indirectly.  The later stage of the harassments involves voice to skull (electronic harassment either microwave low/high frequencies) technology. These electronic transmission of harassments involves uttering threats and simulated physical assaults. These indirect harassment are being inflicted intentionally by perpetrators, 24/7 and can be considered physical and mental torture.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 264 – Criminal Harassment
Uttering threats 1 (1) Every one commits an offence who, in any manner, knowingly utters, conveys or causes any person to receive a threat (a) to cause death or bodily harm to any person; (b) to burn, destroy or damage real or personal property; or (c) to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that is the property of any person. Punishment (2) Every one who commits an offence under paragraph (1)(a) is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 269 – Torture
(1) Every official, or every person acting at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of an official, who inflicts torture on any other person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years. Torture means any act or omission by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person (a) for a purpose including (i) obtaining from the person or from a third person information or a statement, (ii) punishing the person for an act that the person or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, and (iii) intimidating or coercing the person or a third person, or (b) for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, but does not include any act or omission arising only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions.

3. Targeted Individuals normally experience harassment with people related to them.  Their full knowledge (of the harassment) are discussed in section 219 and 220 of the Criminal code.  These sections explained the act of disregard for lives and safety of other person as well as putting a blind eye while witnessing harassment and/or a crime.

Addition( By Barbara R) – they have also stolen the voice print of my family and are using that as way of transmitting and communicating over street theatre,  This involves interruption to telecommunications and stealing of identity and identity theft and also they can be sued about libel, slander, and defamation and even black listing in a court of law – if and when family and friends or aquaintances feel misrepresented in their views and opinions.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 219, 220 – Criminal Negligence
When an individual has the mens rea (knowledge) that a crime has been, is or will be committed. This includes being willfully blind or careless. (mens rea – Intent in criminal law. As a general rule, you can’t be guilty of a criminal offence if you inadvertently did something against the law. Crimes require a deliberate act or recklessness. There are lots of exceptions to this general rule.) 219. (1) Every one is criminally negligent who (a) in doing anything, or (b) in omitting to do anything that it is his duty to do, shows wanton or reckless disregard for the lives or safety of other persons. Definition of “duty” (2) For the purposes of this section, “duty” means a duty imposed by law. 220. Every person who by criminal negligence causes death to another person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable (a) where a firearm is used in the commission of the offence, to imprisonment for life and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment for a term of four years; and (b) in any other case, to imprisonment for life.

4. Targeted Individuals normally experience physical assaults through direct energy weapons and indirectly through voice to skull transmission normally when induced into dreams via physical assault simulations. TI normally experienced the feeling of someone hitting them in the head and vibrations in different body parts.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 265, 266 – Assaults
265: A person commits an assault when: (a) without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly; (b) he attempts or threatens, by an act or a gesture, to apply force to another person, if he has, or causes that other person to believe on reasonable grounds that he has, present ability to effect his purpose. 266: Every one who commits an assault is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

5. Targeted Individuals normally experience physical assaults from perpetrators using technological weapons considered by many as non-lethal because of its non-violent outcomes and the perceptions of the victims’ condition/death as from natural causes.  Targeted Individuals will normally suffered bodily harm that can be considered as aggravated assaults.  Results are wounds, maims, disfigurements, severe pains and psychological conditions from indirect tortures (voice to skull) and indirect/silent weapons (direct energy weapons).

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 267 – Weapons
(a) Carries, uses or threatens to use a weapon or an imitation thereof, or (b) causes bodily harm to the complainant, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 268 – Aggravated Assault
(1) Every one commits an aggravated assault who wounds, maims, disfigures or endangers the life of the complainant. (2) Every one who commits an aggravated assault is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 269 – Bodily Harm
Every one who unlawfully causes bodily harm to any person is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 244 – With Intent
(1) Every person commits an offence who discharges a firearm at a person with intent to wound, maim or disfigure, to endanger the life of or to prevent the arrest or detention of any person — whether or not that person is the one at whom the firearm is discharged.

Addition By Barbara Rogers – Firearms have been used to scare in the community where I live, and also through surveillance system, someone shot at my tyres and also Maria capp goes off shooting at animals or I hear shots.  Aforementioned about John Capp.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 244 – Air Gun or Pistol
1. Every person who, with intent (a) to wound, maim or disfigure any person, (b) to endanger the life of any person, or (c) to prevent the arrest or detention of any person, discharges an air or compressed gas gun or pistol at any person, whether or not that person is the person mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) or (c), is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.

6. Targeted Individuals experience food poisoning and other noxious inhalants normally sprayed on their place of work or at their residences.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 245 – Administering Noxious Thing
Every one who administers or causes to be administered to any person or causes any person to take poison or any other destructive or noxious thing is guilty of an indictable offence and liable (a) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years, if he intends thereby to endanger the life of or to cause bodily harm to that person; or (b) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, if he intends thereby to aggrieve or annoy that person.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 246 – With Intent
Every one who, with intent to enable or assist himself or another person to commit an indictable offence, (a) attempts, by any means, to choke, suffocate or strangle another person, or by any means calculated to choke, suffocate or strangle, attempts to render another person insensible, unconscious or incapable of resistance, or (b) administers or causes to be administered to any person, or attempts to administer to any person, or causes or attempts to cause any person to take a stupefying or overpowering drug, matter or thing, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.

7. Targeted Individuals normally experience injuries brought by events that may look like accidents but in fact were staged, trapped and planned by perpetrators.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 247
Traps likely to cause bodily harm (1) Every one is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, who with intent to cause death or bodily harm to a person, whether ascertained or not, (a) sets or places a trap, device or other thing that is likely to cause death or bodily harm to a person; or (b) being in occupation or possession of a place, knowingly permits such a trap, device or other thing to remain in that place. Bodily harm: (2) Every one who commits an offence under subsection (1) and thereby causes bodily harm to any other person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years….Death (5) Every one who commits an offence under subsection (1) and thereby causes the death of any other person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 248 – With Intent
Every one who, with intent to endanger the safety of any person, places anything on or does anything to any property that is used for or in connection with the transportation of persons or goods by land, water or air that is likely to cause death or bodily harm to persons is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.

8. Targeted Individuals normally experience times of being misdiagnosed with mental illness and mostly be under the supervision of assigned guardian, perpetrators will normally take advantage of these situation and make the guardian under duress or influence to commit crimes, but these does not excuse them under the law, to perform that duty of preservation of life or safety of victims.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 215
Duties Tending to Preservation of Life – Duty of persons to provide necessaries 215 (1) Every one is under a legal duty (a) as a parent, foster parent, guardian or head of a family, to provide necessaries of life for a child under the age of sixteen years; (b) to provide necessaries of life to their spouse or common-law partner; and (c) to provide necessaries of life to a person under his charge if that person (i) is unable, by reason of detention, age, illness, mental disorder or other cause, to withdraw himself from that charge, and (ii) is unable to provide himself with necessaries of life.

Addition – These Perp have small children in pushchairs and also in residential area in which I live at St Nicholas Close with EMF and I have pointed out that children should not be in the area of a wave, neither should any person.  Duty of Care to those who are vulnerable and young children and elderly is neglected, even of the town.  Please see equivalent Britsih Law – Blackstones.

Offence (2) Every one commits an offence who, being under a legal duty within the meaning of subsection (1), fails without lawful excuse, the proof of which lies on him, to perform that duty, if (a) with respect to a duty imposed by paragraph (1)(a) or (b), (i) the person to whom the duty is owed is in destitute or necessitous circumstances, or (ii) the failure to perform the duty endangers the life of the person to whom the duty is owed, or causes or is likely to cause the health of that person to be endangered permanently; or (b) with respect to a duty imposed by paragraph (1)(c), the failure to perform the duty endangers the life of the person to whom the duty is owed or causes or is likely to cause the health of that person to be injured permanently. Punishment: (3) Every one who commits an offence under subsection (2) (a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or (b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

9. Targeted Individuals’ employers who has knowledge of the harassment and the electronic devices used to harm them has the duty to protect or prevent bodily harm to that person according to section 217 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 217
Every one who undertakes, or has the authority, to direct how another person does work or performs a task is under a legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent bodily harm to that person, or any other person, arising from that work or task.

10. Targeted Individuals’ fate ends with homicide. As most of Targeted Individuals are perpetrated by a group of individuals, the Criminal Code of Canada mentioned about “criminal organization” where the act of homicide/murder are under the direction of a specific group.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 222
(1) A person commits homicide when, directly or indirectly, by any means, he causes the death of a human being. Murder — criminal organization. (6.1) Irrespective of whether a murder is planned and deliberate on the part of a person, murder is first degree murder when (a) the death is caused by that person for the benefit of, at the direction of or in association with a criminal organization; or (b) the death is caused by that person while committing or attempting to commit an indictable offence under this or any other Act of Parliament for the benefit of, at the direction of or in association with a criminal organization.

Addition (By Barbara R) – There is also attempts to murder which also carry a life sentence, see bodily harm, there has been threats of murder, explosions(life in Jail), and confession that they want to kill me recorded, and see Bodily Harm in attempt to murder (Stair Carpet), also chemtrails(annoy with poison, poisoning, attempts to overpower stupefy with a drug matter or thing) Water supply pellet and Cadmium in Tank, Radiation which can turn from Chronic to acute radiation (poisoning, attempt to murder, bodily harm, electrocution, annoy with poisoning, overpowering stupefying with a drug, matter or thing, attempts at choking, threatening strangulation).  Then the town of Fleet and surround area, even region can also cite the law of ECHR Article 15 derogations – when it is treated as “threatening the life of the nation” in that particular region (Wikipedia ECHR) against the spray and radiation known to America which will cause cancer spots when applying EMF through those who stalk and also street theatre radiation.  There has been threats to the continuation of the organised life of the community.  There have been threats applied, not to take meter readings of EMF, and threaten them to community gang stalk and they have also experienced experimentation of machine use V2k upon their person – Fleet Library, and shops including Post Office, and Hart Centre.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 240
Accessory after fact to murder – Every one who is an accessory after the fact to murder is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.

11. Targeted Individuals’ normally committed suicide as a result of voice to skull and other psychological harassment.  These acts of aiding/coaching a suicide normally through voice to skull technologies are related to section 241 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Suicide Counseling or aiding suicide – Every one who (a) counsels a person to commit suicide, or (b) aids or abets a person to commit suicide, whether suicide ensues or not, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.

12. Targeted Individuals normally experience sexual assaults either directly or indirectly.  Directly by influencing/coaching them to do sexual activities while under the influence of substance and/or they are preconditioned psychologically by their handlers. Indirectly, by voice to skull or microwave low frequencies hearing with relentless harassment about their sexual activities, habits, past and ridiculing/embarrassing them. Using direct energy weapon, targeted individuals usually experience body attacks in their genitalia.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 271 – Sexual assault
(1) Every one who commits a sexual assault is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 272 Sexual assault
Sexual assault with a weapon, threats to a third party or causing bodily harm – . (1) Every person commits an offence who, in committing a sexual assault, (a) carries, uses or threatens to use a weapon or an imitation of a weapon; (b) threatens to cause bodily harm to a person other than the complainant; (c) causes bodily harm to the complainant; or (d) is a party to the offence with any other person.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 273 – Aggravated sexual assault
(1) Every one commits an aggravated sexual assault who, in committing a sexual assault, wounds, maims, disfigures or endangers the life of the complainant.

13. Targeted Individuals normally experience a noticeable change in behavior of the people that surrounds them because perpetrators will performed “character assassination campaign,” defaming them or “planting a seed” directly or indirectly to these people so to question targeted individual’s reputation or character.  Other people may profit from targeted individuals’ handlers in exchange for their cooperation.  It can be from small tasks of walking in front of the house, beeping cars or slamming car doors loudly when Tis are around or during the intitial stage of gathering information.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 298, 300, 301 – Defamatory Libel
298. (1) A defamatory libel is matter published, without lawful justification or excuse, that is likely to injure the reputation of any person by exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or that is designed to insult the person of or concerning whom it is published. Mode of expression (2) A defamatory libel may be expressed directly or by insinuation or irony (a) in words legibly marked on any substance; or (b) by any object signifying a defamatory libel otherwise than by words. 300. Every one who publishes a defamatory libel that he knows is false is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years. 301 – Punishment for defamatory libel – Every one who publishes a defamatory libel is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 302 – Extortion by libel
Every one commits an offence who, with intent (a) to extort money from any person, or (b) to induce a person to confer on or procure for another person an appointment or office of profit or trust, publishes or threatens to publish or offers to abstain from publishing or to prevent the publication of a defamatory libel. Punishment – Every one who commits an offence under this section is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

14. Targeted Individuals will questioned the reason behind all the harassments and their downfall.(addition ? no it’s part of mine – Barbara Rogers)   A well-informed TI will eventually come to a conclusion that there is no logical explanation of their predicaments as the perpetrators will never accept any logical reasoning and will continue their evil activities no matter what.  The harassments, directly or indirectly, normally involves ridiculing, insulting and belittling targeted individuals and all things about him/her such as, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientations. The harassment protocols will involve matching one identifiable group to another, one religion to another religion or one political group to another, all to get or induced reactions from targeted individuals.  And as the harassment is broadcast via satellite, it considered “public incitement of hatred.”

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 318, 319 – Hate Propaganda
Definition of “identifiable group” (4) In this section, “identifiable group” means any section of the public distinguished by colour, race, religion, ethnic origin or sexual orientation. Public incitement of hatred – 319. (1) Every one who, by communicating statements in any public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Wilful promotion of hatred – (2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act
“crime against humanity” means murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, imprisonment, torture, sexual violence, persecution or any other inhumane act or omission that is committed against any civilian population or any identifiable group and that, at the time and in the place of its commission, constitutes a crime against humanity according to customary international law or conventional international law or by virtue of its being criminal according to the general principles of law recognized by the community of nations, whether or not it constitutes a contravention of the law in force at the time and in the place of its commission. “genocide” means an act or omission committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, an identifiable group of persons, as such, that, at the time and in the place of its commission, constitutes genocide according to customary international law or conventional international law or by virtue of its being criminal according to the general principles of law recognized by the community of nations, whether or not it constitutes a contravention of the law in force at the time and in the place of its commission.

15. Targeted Individuals will experience destruction of private properties throughout their harassment.  They will notice and discover that all their socks will get holes in it.  The zipper of their jackets are destroyed and even things that are not valuable to some but is considered important to targeted individual missing.  These things will then appear after a short period of disappearance.  Targeted Individuals who are writers/artists will experience destruction of their works.  The later part of their harassment involved induced dreams broadcast via satellite, inducing them with information and robbing them with their natural dreams maybe considered theft.  Dreams maybe considered by some as intellectual properties although there is no legislations or any information available about this topic.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 348
Breaking and entering with intent, committing offence or breaking out – 348. (1) Every one who (a) breaks and enters a place with intent to commit an indictable offence therein, (b) breaks and enters a place and commits an indictable offence therein, or (c) breaks out of a place after (i) committing an indictable offence therein, or (ii) entering the place with intent to commit an indictable offence therein, is guilty (d) if the offence is committed in relation to a dwelling-house, of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life, and (e) if the offence is committed in relation to a place other than a dwelling-house, of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 321, 322 – Property Rights
Theft – 322. (1) Every one commits theft who fraudulently and without colour of right takes, or fraudulently and without colour of right converts to his use or to the use of another person, anything, whether animate or inanimate, with intent (a) to deprive, temporarily or absolutely, the owner of it, or a person who has a special property or interest in it, of the thing or of his property or interest in it; (b) to pledge it or deposit it as security; (c) to part with it under a condition with respect to its return that the person who parts with it may be unable to perform; or (d) to deal with it in such a manner that it cannot be restored in the condition in which it was at the time it was taken or converted. Time when theft completed (2) A person commits theft when, with intent to steal anything, he moves it or causes it to move or to be moved, or begins to cause it to become movable. Secrecy (3) A taking or conversion of anything may be fraudulent notwithstanding that it is effected without secrecy or attempt at concealment. Purpose of taking (4) For the purposes of this Act, the question whether anything that is converted is taken for the purpose of conversion, or whether it is, at the time it is converted, in the lawful possession of the person who converts it is not material.

16. Targeted Individuals will experience destruction of private properties throughout their harassment.  They will notice and discover that all their computer files has been changed, modified or missing. They will also experience several computer crashes.  They will receive junk mails from several e-marketers.  Their Internet use including web-site visited and e-mail received/sent are monitored.  All these internet information are use for the perpetrator’s harassment protocols. Targeted Individuals will also experienced electo-magnetic radiations emmitting from their computer, mostly on the later stage of the harassments as well as accoustic harassments such as hearing unrelated voices added to music or any media they are watching/using.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 342, 430
Unauthorized use of computer – 342.1 (1) Every one who, fraudulently and without colour of right, (a) obtains, directly or indirectly, any computer service, (b) by means of an electro-magnetic, acoustic, mechanical or other device, intercepts or causes to be intercepted, directly or indirectly, any function of a computer system, (c) uses or causes to be used, directly or indirectly, a computer system with intent to commit an offence under paragraph (a) or (b) or an offence under section 430 in relation to data or a computer system, or (d) uses, possesses, traffics in or permits another person to have access to a computer password that would enable a person to commit an offence under paragraph (a), (b) or (c) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, or is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Definitions (2) In this section, “electro-magnetic, acoustic, mechanical or other device” means any device or apparatus that is used or is capable of being used to intercept any function of a computer system, but does not include a hearing aid used to correct subnormal hearing of the user to not better than normal hearing; “intercept” includes listen to or record a function of a computer system, or acquire the substance, meaning or purport thereof.

17. Targeted Individuals will experience changes in the delivery of their mails as well as mails that are noticeably opened with out their consent. They will also received a series of junk mails that are noticeably patterned to their characters or likes all to induce the feeling of someone has been snooping/spying and resulting with induced paranoia.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 345
Stopping mail with intent – 345 Every one who stops a mail conveyance with intent to rob or search it is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.

18. Targeted Individuals will experience harassment where perpetrators will impersonate the identity of targeted individuals.  Normally on the later stage of harassments, the impersonations are to give the impressions that the targeted individuals are being affected by the harassments.  This is important because all these harassments are normally broadcast via satellite or internet.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 361 False Pretences
Definition of “identity information” 402.1 For the purposes of sections 402.2 and 403, “identity information” means any information — including biological or physiological information — of a type that is commonly used alone or in combination with other information to identify or purport to identify an individual, including a fingerprint, voice print, retina image, iris image, DNA profile, name, address, date of birth, written signature, electronic signature, digital signature, user name, credit card number, debit card number, financial institution account number, passport number, Social Insurance Number, health insurance number, driver’s licence number or password.

402.2 (1) Everyone commits an offence who knowingly obtains or possesses another person’s identity information in circumstances giving rise to a reasonable inference that the information is intended to be used to commit an indictable offence that includes fraud, deceit or falsehood as an element of the offence. (2) Everyone commits an offence who transmits, makes available, distributes, sells or offers for sale another person’s identity information, or has it in their possession for any of those purposes, knowing that or being reckless as to whether the information will be used to commit an indictable offence that includes fraud, deceit or falsehood as an element of the offence.

Addition by Barbara Rogers – The Perps and various agencies have recorded music (from my brain and thoughts in and readings of my poetry in attempt later to sell these items  and have used music torture (no licences) which involves copyright infringement.  The privacy of my thoughts have been open to exploitation and also played to the street and public and have been ‘stolen’, my intellectual properties have been stolen from and there has been somebody from the benefits agency who has alerted the army over dissociated weapons and ‘stolen’ there and then MOD have been invited to listen as well.

19. Targeted Individuals will experience harassment where perpetrators will set off “fire alarm” in the building where TI lives or work that are always a false alarm.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 437 – False Alarm of Fire
Other Interference with Property – False alarm of fire – 437. Every one who wilfully, without reasonable cause, by outcry, ringing bells, using a fire alarm, telephone or telegraph, or in any other manner, makes or circulates or causes to be made or circulated an alarm of fire is guilty of (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

20. Targeted Individuals will experience harassment where perpetrators will give or made illegal or illicit drugs available to them that clearly established the group has access to illegal substance.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 462 – Instruments and literature for illicit drug use
“illicit drug use” means the importation, exportation, production, sale or possession of a controlled substance or precursor contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act or a regulation made under that Act; 462.2 Every one who knowingly imports into Canada, exports from Canada, manufactures, promotes or sells instruments or literature for illicit drug use is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction (a) for a first offence, to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both; or (b) for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Addition by Barbara Rogers.  Because I have had my foodstuff and drink contaminated by an aspirin like substance, I have told the police over the surveillance and they keep threatening me over the fact it might have been cocaine used and I have told them in no uncertain terms that If I found any narcotics on their premises used through their drugs gangs and via chemtrails, I will make sure they close down.  The substance was planted and pre reported and I was also threatened by them saying they would plant a benefit plant or plant narcotic drugs at my home.  Then I keep beinmg asked about drug addiction on the street theatre and at home in an attempt to cover up their use of narcotics and substance to poison annoy with poison, to stupefy and overpower with any drug, matter, or thing, bodily harm and also see other sections where the law has been mentioned. Use of Repeat torture.

21. Targeted Individuals will experience harassment where perpetrators will illegally videotaped/audio recorded (wire tapping) individuals in their intimate hours that are sexual in nature or any activities relating to hygiene, and publicly broadcast them via internet or satellite, all to humiliate, embarrass, belittling them.

Criminal Code of Canada – Section 162 Voyeurism
162. (1) Every one commits an offence who, surreptitiously, observes — including by mechanical or electronic means — or makes a visual recording of a person who is in circumstances that give rise to a reasonable expectation of privacy, if (a) the person is in a place in which a person can reasonably be expected to be nude, to expose his or her genital organs or anal region or her breasts, or to be engaged in explicit sexual activity; (b) the person is nude, is exposing his or her genital organs or anal region or her breasts, or is engaged in explicit sexual activity, and the observation or recording is done for the purpose of observing or recording a person in such a state or engaged in such an activity; or (c) the observation or recording is done for a sexual purpose.

Definition of “visual recording” (2) In this section, “visual recording” includes a photographic, film or video recording made by any means. (4) Every one commits an offence who, knowing that a recording was obtained by the commission of an offence under subsection (1), prints, copies, publishes, distributes, circulates, sells, advertises or makes available the recording, or has the recording in his or her possession for the purpose of printing, copying, publishing, distributing, circulating, selling or advertising it or making it available.

22. Targeted Individuals will experience harassments that are broadcast via satellite or via internet violating their privacy. Information about them are being publicly reveal including information about their the race, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, age, marital status, education, medical, criminal, financial or employment history without their consent.

Privacy Act
Collection of personal information 4. No personal information shall be collected by a government institution unless it relates directly to an operating program or activity of the institution. Personal information to be collected directly 5. (1) A government institution shall, wherever possible, collect personal information that is intended to be used for an administrative purpose directly from the individual to whom it relates except where the individual authorizes otherwise or where personal information may be disclosed to the institution under subsection 8(2). Individual to be informed of purpose (2) A government institution shall inform any individual from whom the institution collects personal information about the individual of the purpose for which the information is being collected.

Medical record 28. The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any personal information requested under subsection 12(1) that relates to the physical or mental health of the individual who requested it where the examination of the information by the individual would be contrary to the best interests of the individual.

23. Targeted Individuals harassment violates human rights legislations in Canada.  Most notable violations are gas lighting/mobbing that are severely implemented at place of employment that involves sexual harassments and racially motivated discriminations that are discussed in detail in the Canadian Human Rights Act.  Finally, the most important issue affecting targeted individuals is the violations of their “freedom of thoughts” as they are being harassed 24/7 indirectly, inducing them with voices, noises, and other conversations normally from mincrowave hearing or voice to skull technologies.

Canadian Human Rights Act
Purpose 2. The purpose of this Act is to extend the laws in Canada to give effect, within the purview of matters coming within the legislative authority of Parliament, to the principle that all individuals should have an opportunity equal with other individuals to make for themselves the lives that they are able and wish to have and to have their needs accommodated, consistent with their duties and obligations as members of society, without being hindered in or prevented from doing so by discriminatory practices based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family status, disability or conviction for an offence for which a pardon has been granted.

Employment 7. It is a discriminatory practice, directly or indirectly, (a) to refuse to employ or continue to employ any individual, or (b) in the course of employment, to differentiate adversely in relation to an employee, on a prohibited ground of discrimination. 8. It is a discriminatory practice (a) to use or circulate any form of application for employment, or (b) in connection with employment or prospective employment, to publish any advertisement or to make any written or oral inquiry that expresses or implies any limitation, specification or preference based on a prohibited ground of discrimination. Employee organizations 9. (1) It is a discriminatory practice for an employee organization on a prohibited ground of discrimination (a) to exclude an individual from full membership in the organization; (b) to expel or suspend a member of the organization; or (c) to limit, segregate, classify or otherwise act in relation to an individual in a way that would deprive the individual of employment opportunities, or limit employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect the status of the individual, where the individual is a member of the organization or where any of the obligations of the organization pursuant to a collective agreement relate to the individual.

Harassment 14. (1) It is a discriminatory practice, (a) in the provision of goods, services, facilities or accommodation customarily available to the general public, (b) in the provision of commercial premises or residential accommodation, or (c) in matters related to employment, to harass an individual on a prohibited ground of discrimination. Sexual harassment (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), sexual harassment shall, for the purposes of that subsection, be deemed to be harassment on a prohibited ground of discrimination.

Canadian Bill of Rights
The Parliament of Canada, affirming that the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of God, the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions; Affirming also that men and institutions remain free only when freedom is founded upon respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law; And being desirous of enshrining these principles and the human rights and fundamental freedoms derived from them, in a Bill of Rights which shall reflect the respect of Parliament for its constitutional authority and which shall ensure the protection of these rights and freedoms in Canada.

Recognition and declaration of rights and freedoms 1. It is hereby recognized and declared that in Canada there have existed and shall continue to exist without discrimination by reason of race, national origin, colour, religion or sex, the following human rights and fundamental freedoms, namely, (a) the right of the individual to life, liberty, security of the person and enjoyment of property, and the right not to be deprived thereof except by due process of law; (b) the right of the individual to equality before the law and the protection of the law; (c) freedom of religion; (d) freedom of speech; (e) freedom of assembly and association; and (f) freedom of the press.

Part of Canadian Constitution protects its citizens from human rights violations.  The Acts sets out the values that Canadians live by and describes the kinds of personal human rights and freedoms citizens can expect in this country, this include:

• The right to life, liberty and personal security
  •Freedom of conscience and religion
  •Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media
  •Freedom to hold peaceful meetings
  •Freedom to join groups
  •Protection from unreasonable search or seizure and unjustified detainment and imprisonment
  •The right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty
  •The right to retain and instruct counsel (a lawyer) without delay
  •The right to a fair trial, through due process of law
  •The right to equal protection and benefit under the law, without discrimination

Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act
Functions of Review Committee 38. (b) to arrange for reviews to be conducted, or to conduct reviews, pursuant to section 40; and (c) to conduct investigations in relation to (i) complaints made to the Committee under sections 41 and 42, (ii) reports made to the Committee pursuant to section 19 of the Citizenship Act, and (iii) matters referred to the Committee pursuant to section 45 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.

Addition by Barbara Rogers – You might want to look at Wikipedia that provides Protocol 13 – Complete Abolition of the death penalty and Protocol 6 Restrictions of the death penalty– I was threatened with death and death penalty and there has been sniper site in the town and at home threatening also my security of person and I have been told they will go to court without me after I am irradiated and dead.  Also a lot of fuss over my solicitor representation, wanting to find out who it is, what they’ll do in court, what their arguments will be, and hoping that I will contact them, and then being told they will V2k survey the solicitor and abuse him and threats to harm him, and threats to affect his job, his privacy and his life, threats to kill I take very seriously ( which involves interfering with right to retain and instruct council).  Then they are asking how I will plead in a court of law, they are also asking me change my plea of not guilty and they are falsely accusing me of crimes.  Then they don’t me to go to a court of law or be present to present my case, they want to use the V2k to affect the memory, to auto suggest whilst I’m the stand and ‘try and get to my body in there’.  Recently, I have been made to vomit with the use of the machine, so I don’t get this complaint in on time.  They kept getting threatened by it.  Inclusing members of your police, benefits agency, NHS, and the neighbours who are paid by them.

I Live in Fleet in Hampshire UK, and I have already complained about my gang stalking to all sorts of organisations - data protection act, freedom of information, against the spraying of chemtrails (which has happened in my home town) and I have tried to educate them and make them aware of gang stalking issues world wide.  I have written to Justin Trudeau (Prime Minister of Canada) and OPCW over chemtrails and Indian Government over Harrassment.  I've copied the body of a letter - here for you to Justin Trudeau that represents whats happening in Fleet, although I had no reply - I thought I'd let you know what I've sent....

I am writing to you after reading in The New European (issue 22^nd August – 28^th August 2019) about Jack Letts and issue surrounding his british citizenship entitled ‘ Arrogant UK May Regret Canada Spat’.  We are your country is against gangstalking and I’d think you should know how that has been received by Perps.  First of all after reading about and researching what you steps you are taking in Canada to change the laws of the use psychotronic weapons and DEW’s, and holding conferences about this has made me more hopeful that someone has the ability to stand up to what is going on all around the world.  I read that there will a G7 summit in Biarritz in the same article.  They referred to attempts to do help Targeted individuals as ‘a swiz’ and have intimated that you are doing is the exact opposite.  Barry Trower is an ex MI5 man, yet in our country we have already identified that MI5 has been involved with gang stalking and that CIA has been in America, CSEG are denying involvement.  This is why they are calling it ‘a swiz’.  I’ve also heard today from a perps you’re a Jihadist supporter.  These are not nice comments and so I think Britain needs to change its attitude to foreign politics very quickly, or might be extremely isolated.

In Fleet they are also being discriminatory to the Indians by calling them ‘Manesh’, having a go at the Russians, and starving Africans.  I am aware of the politics but they are being very unkind to others by their comments. I’ve warned them  that if they carry on with their comments, they will be in war and with politics they way it is it will also include the Europeans.

 The police have apparently shot two people, beaten people in car and a back room and have used perps in my case and threatened me on many occasions to shut me up.  A nurse benefits agency has witnessed the beatenings, approved and carried on attacking me verbally through V2k use.  I am a fan of your target 101 website that sets out the laws and how you deal with gangstalking there.  I am sure that you’re aware that Britain has also gangstalking through many conferences with British people in attendance.  I am a Targeted individual with family in Canada. I have sent the following to the BMA, with no response. 

I am aware of Voice To Skull and psychotronic weapons use in Fleet in Hampshire, and attach a copy of my letter to the OPCW.  There are issues surrounding radiation in our town centre and would very much hope that you could visit it or least give any feedback surrounding these issues.  We have gang stalking as a regular event here in the United Kingdom  which is affecting the general public and we are concerned about the various health issues and legal implications of this particular crime.  We are aware that several agencies are involved in gang stalking including the local benefits agency, and police force, and NHS and various perpetrators.

I am a victim of gang stalking, and my sexuality has been identified by perpetrators and I have been subjected to a variety of discrimination by police, benefit agency, perpetrators and the NHS as part of street theatre, which I am aware is on the increase in UK, which started in Sussex 1996.

I am a celebate aromantic asexual and various comments, which are extremely illegal have been made over Lesbian and Bi-sexual issues, and I thought I ought to let you know this is being done nationwide.  Sexuality is the subject of hate crime here in Fleet and elsewhere. 

I am aware that there are various nursing staff and teams, even via Benefit Agency and NHS,  in the area that perform human experimentation without consent using the equipment and I have also heard they  are developing these  mobile phone and tablet based Psychotronic weapons for warfare.  I have also been sprayed by chemtrails in my own home, and have witness the spraying of our home town by perps, all illegal.  We do not agree that the Hippocratic oath is being adhered to  at all, and they are breaking regulations and rules.  These include the principles of medical confidentiality and non-maleficence.

I believe it would be a good idea, for more empathetic areas of your NHS, to collate various statistics of hate crime, especially against people who are LGBT+ and those being  gang stalked which is promoting hate crime. I read that in America 98% of those who are gang stalked are in the LGBT groups.  Concerning hate crime and discrimination on the increase I believe it would be a good idea, to offer support to those undergoing various tortures – including psychotronic torture.  I wish to also add that I am suffering sexual abuse and harassment and there has been psychotronic rape as a result. I can't remember how many times UN, International Human Rights Community , International Criminal Court advised to file complaints against them after  all  Canadian lawyers refused my request and stated 14 years ago,  : " You have nowhere to go if you want to file complaints against Canadian police and doctors. "

Dark occultists and others are wirelessly tethering each of us, one at a time to a computerized control system by imbedding us with bi-directional brain computer interfaces without our knowledge and consent.   The human brain has been studied and mind control has now been perfected to the extent that many in Governments, the Police and Psychiatry are unable to comprehend the fact that all of those who have been wirelessly tethered by bi-directional brain computer interfaces to a human control system are telling the truth.  Both the police and psychiatrists are not able to over ride the mind control that they are under.   Both groups would prefer to believe that we who are complaining of being wirelessly tethered by bi-directional brain computer interfaces to a computerized control and enslavement system are mentally ill rather than accept the truth that we have become enslaved by these brain computer interface devices which have been imbedded inside us without our consent.   If you wake up now and accept that we are all in grave danger from wireless enslavement and then have all HAARP phased arrays, microwave transmitters and millimetre wave transmitters disassembled and banned then you will save your fellow men, women and children from being wirelessly enslaved.  If you don't wake up and accept this fact then future generations will never ever be able to free themselves from this enslavement system because once we are all locked inside it there is no way out because babies would become implanted with brain computer interfaces on the day that they are born.

We know that you dark occultists are not part of this hierarchy of control.   You own vast tracts of land in Madagascar and Madagascar is the only country in the whole world that is not being sprayed with nano material from the skies.   Do you have a super computer in Madagascar which can transmit pain signals to every man, woman and child in the world at the same time.   Is that part of your new world order central control plan for us. If fifth generation millimetre waves are installed anywhere in the world, because they are capable of carrying pain signals that capability to send pain signals by wireless means would become a reality and the perpetrators would then be able to force each and every one of us to sign over all of our property to them leaving us impoverished and without a place to live.  We would then be forced to move into smart cities where we would never be allowed to own anything again.  We would be implanted with pre-programmable microchips which would immobilize us if we attempted to cross the city boundaries in order to gain access to the countryside which would be out of bounds for the rest of our lives.  Both the aforementioned pre-programmable microchips and smart cities  already in existence in some parts of the world waiting to be inhabited by human slaves who have already been imbedded with the aforementioned brain computer interfaces and who are already wirelessly tethered to the human control and enslavement system.

Individuals who have already been wirelessly tethered to this computerized control system via illegally  imbedded brain computer interfaces can not inform the police about their experiences because as the law stands as soon as they say even a few short words to the police they have then handed over all their legal rights to the police to such an extent that the police can then mandate that they see a police psychiatrist where they can then be detained inside a psychiatric hospital for the rest of their lives if the heavily mind controlled psychiatrists should see fit.  I myself visited the police to complain about my wireless harassment and torture  but they did not hear me out.  They talked over me before I was finished speaking and they then mandated that I see a police psychiatrist.   This same scenario is occurring to all targeted individuals of remote harassment and torture whenever they attempt to raise awareness of the grave danger we are all in from many different types of wireless directed energy weapons.

Neural interfaces are bi-directional. If you wear a neural interface device in order to control gaming or other technology hackers can then hack into your neural interface device and use it to monitor, influnece and modify your own neural activity without you being consciously aware of it. They can use your neural interface device to externally control your thoughts, feelings and even your own body movements. They can also use your neural interface device to place subliminal or audible messages inside your own head.

I am a long term non-consensual subject of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation. I am being brain to brain interfaced with unknown neuro operatives against my will and without my permission. The brain activity of the neuro operative that I am brain to brain interfaced with and who is known as the encoder is recorded and then transmitted in real time to my brain and my brain then decodes the pattern of information that the encoder has generated. The encoders brain activity over rides my own brain activity to the extent that whatever words the encoder speaks come out of my mouth against my will and without my permission. Brain computer interfacing is being illegally used to acquire brain signals from unaware human subjects and to then transfer them to an external device where translation algorithms are then used to translate the acquired brain signals into most if not all of what the unaware human is doing, saying, thinking and feeling.
Because brain computer interface technology is bi-directional subliminal information is then being sent to the unaware human subject to bio-digitally program him or her without their knowledge or consent. The human subject or subjects can be programmed to hate a member of their own family or their own community or even a senior politician and this is being done by the use of engineered artificial intelligent algorithms.
The frequencies which are eminating from your smart phone are being used to entrain your brain so please keep your smart devices in faraday bags when they are not in use.
There are many methods of stealing your brain signals and one of these involves placing a device inside one of your ears while you are unaware that it is occuring in order to collect your brain signals using the science of EEG.
Brain computer interfacing is being used to send voice commands, images, pain, electric shock, artificial feelings and forced muscle movement to men and women who are known as targeted individuals. This is all being covered up by false psychiatry or deliberately created hoaxes such as the demonic possession hoax or the hoax of an extra-terresterial presence. Bio-robotizing a real human being is also being planned so that the all of the free will of a human being can be taken away completely and they would never be able to move a single muscle again while all of their muscle movements would be controlled externally by wireless means. The individuals behind brain computer interface crime are extremely cruel. Some of the staff who work for them may be being externally controlled themselves.

We all are purported to have both inhaled and ingested nano material which when amalgamated with other materials which are in the food and water supply turn into materials which are able to perform the same purpose as electrodes. These materials which are similar to electrodes penetrate the blood brain barrier because certain types of electromagnetic radiation render the blood brain barrier more permeable. Criminals and others then connect the nano materials which are inside our brains and central nervous systems to computer networks and they then go on to connect a selection of both men andwomen by a brain computer interface which is also known as a neural-control interface to their human control system.
Brain computer interfaces allow for bi-directional flow. It provides a direct communication pathway between a nano enhanced brain and an external device. The criminals who have connected both my brain and body to their many and varied brain computer interface devices communicate with me on an almost constant basis throughout each day. They attempt to control my life in many and varied ways. They can tell whenever I move a muscle anywhere in my body because whenever I do so by body generates a pattern of electromagnetic frequencies which can be translated into which muscle I moved. This all occurs at an extremely high speed. They have a virtual image of me on their screens and by translating all of the electromagnetic frequencies which are generated inside my brain and body as they occur in real time they then can see every movement that I make, every word that I speak, every thought that I think and every feeling that I feel. They do all of the above against my will and without my permission and if they wished they could do it to you to without your permission and even without you being entirely aware of what they were doing to you and what they knew about you.
Because the brain computer interface which attaches me to a large criminal network which includes some British police officers is bi-directional these criminals transmit voice commands directly into my brain. They send moving images into my brain as well as pain or electric shock. They transmit modulated electromagnetic frequencies into my central nervous system which makes a selection of my muscles move against my will to the extent that I have become partially bio-robotized at this stage. They can now over-ride some of my muscle control, both my external muscles and the soft muscles which control some of my alimentary canal. Because the brain computer interface which attaches me to this criminal network is bi-directional these criminals and others steal bio-data from both my brain and body.
I believe that senior government staff are already wirelessly connected by brain-computer interfaces to large criminal networks and I believe that these large criminal networks transmit information subliminally to them on a constant basis and that these government staff are unaware that they are being subliminally influenced. I believe that both the police and psychiatrists believe that anybody who confesses to being wirelessly tethered by a brain computer interface to a large criminal network is regarded as mentally ill. Many of us including myself attempted to inform both the Gardai and psychiatrists that we were being wirelessly spoken to by criminals whose voices we were hearing coming from inside our own heads and moreover that these criminals were attempting to move and control the muscles of our bodies but they refused to believe me and did not accept a statement from me and instead mandated that I be interviewed by a psychiatrist. Because access to government assistance is closed to all of us who report this matter my only option is to write about my experiences each day on my blog.
Please wear at least three pieces of shungite jewellery as it has very strong protectional properties from electromagnetic radiation. Please wear rolls of neodymium magnets which are set up in rows in ways that each magnet repels the next one beside it and they are all bound together with duct tape. Keep several of these rolls of magnets in your person in order to protect yourself. Take very small amounts of the supplement boron three times per day in order to destroy the nano material inside your brain and body. Keep your digital devices inside faraday bags when not in use. A brain computer interface which is sometimes called a neural control interface is a bi-directional communication pathway between a human brain and an external source. Brain computer interfaces can also be used to send subliminal voices to senior politicians who then interpret those subliminal voices as their own opinions in order to influence them to sell public assets to members of the dark occult who wish to eventually purchase all of the public assets throughout the world by slow and incremental means in order to ultimately enslave the human race by this and many other means.
The dry electrodes which are needed in order to invade the brain of a human being and then both read and control their thoughts and even their motor function can be placed both on or inside their brain. If said dry electrodes are sprayed from the skies over our heads during supposed geo-engineering activities some of them with land in our hair. Otherwise we will ingest and inhale them through the food, water and air supply where electromagnetic radiation is used to render our blood brain barrier more permeable allowing electrodes to go into our brains and to create a neural network in there.
There are currently many science and technology companies throughout many parts of the world working to find a way of controlling their fellow human beings by directly accessing their central nervous system and then by researching methods of immobilizing them if they refuse to obey the dictates of the worldwide central control system. The employees of said science and technology companies may work at their own eventual enslavement because of being mind controlled themselves through brain computer interfaces or through having become enslaved through student debt or through being controlled through their own central nervous systems or because during the course of their experimentation on the central nervous system they are being deliberately informed that they are working on a monkey rather than on a non-consensual and extremely unwilling live human being.
Emerging advances in neuro-science demand the enactment of neuro specific human rights laws in order to protect us from still classified capabilities which are now in use throughout most countries of the world . Please canvas your politicians about this matter today.

The unknown perps who are forcing my muscles to move against my will by wireless remote means by transmitting modulated electromagnetic frequencies to my central nervous system have said that they would prefer to be imprisoned rather than to have to continue to attempt to bio-robotize a real live human being. However, they can not turn themselves in to the police without arousing suspicion in the individuals who control the computers that they themselves have become willingly tethered to without realising what they were letting themselves in for. The perps themselves have informed me via voice to skull classified military direct voice transmission technology which inserts voices directly into my cranium that they are currently visiting Great Britian but they are originally from the United States.

Shungite is a black carbon based stone found in Northern Russia  in a location near Finland. It provides protection against the effects of electromagnetic radiation. There are several books written about the unique properties of shungite.

If you wear  thin layers of elite shungite measuring at least one tenth of an inch in thickness inserted into  eye masks while sleeping you will   protect yourself from interference from directed energy weapons which can come from many sources.  Information concerning your brain and body functions can be accessed through your eyes by those in the know who use classified weaponry to do so.  This is a  heavily classified technique which is now in covert and widespread use.  If you purchase two flat shungite pendents these would be imminently suitable for insertion into your eye masks which are also known as eye shades.  Wear them throughout the night while you are sleeping. 

 Wearing pendents or ear rings made from shungite also provides protection. It takes three shungite nuggets of any size to create a coherent field, meaning the field of each nugget unites with the other two energy fields to produce a whole new field of greater 'cohesion'. Therefore it is advisable to wear three pieces of shungite jewellery  during each day in order to protect yourself from electromagnetic.

Dark occultists run our world from behind the scenes through the use of an invisible and false hierarchical based chain of command which is largely based on financial control. However, I believe that they are outside the false hierarchy rather than at the top of it for the reason that everybody inside a rigidly controlled hierarchy spends a small protion of their time either grovelling to superiors who are one step further up the worldwide hierarchical ladder than they are and they spend the rest of their time rigidly controlling those further down the false worldwide hierarchy than they are.
I believe that the dark occultists who run our world through financial means live and work in Madagascar for the following two possible reason. It has been reported by a mathematician who calculated the routes which geo-engineering aircraft were taking that they were avoiding Madagascar. It has also been reported that Zionists who are front men for Sabatian Frankist Satanists have purchased large tracts of land in Madagascar.
We have been implanted with nano technology which when then wirelessly connected to computer control networks renders us partially enslaved. It is logical and rational to believe that those who wish to wirelessly enslave us in this way would not subject themselves to such abuse and that they would remain out side such a system. I myself have been wirelessly tethered to a computer control network for many years and that is how I know without any doubt that there is a serious attempt by dark occultists to enslave all of their fellow men, women and children of the world. Many are in a state of disbelieve because they are possibly already wirelessly tethered to the system and subliminal messages may already be being transmitted to their brains without their knowledge and consent.
You can easily save yourself by the following methods. Take small amounts of boron three times per day and this is widely available in capsule form from all good health food shops. It is purported to destroy or else eliminate the nano material inside your body.
Place rolls of neodymium magnets, wrapped in duct tape in a way that each magnet is repelling the next one to it in the roll, close to your head or body either in your pocket or inserted in your cap. This will provide a protective field around you at all times. Canvas your government to have all two hundred HAARP phased array installations throughout the world taken down and banned because they are an essential part of the worldwide enslavement system and without them we will be free.
