我及我家人受到上海国安警察电磁武器折磨受害记录

　　1999年3月：从老房子动迁到新的住处起，长期受到上海国安警察语音骚扰、模拟同事、邻居、亲人的声音对我谩骂，挑拨我的同事、邻居、亲人关系；

　　1999年10月：上海国安警察用电子武器攻击我半岁大的女儿，攻击我女儿制造连续一个星期上吐下泄，到医院去查不出原因，我不管女儿吐得多利害，坚持吐了再让她喝奶，我坚信只要有1%的牛奶被吸收，就能维持我女儿的生命；

2002年10月2日：对我连续3年的语音骚扰一直没有停止，又增加了对我身体的电子折磨，胃、肛门等部位被折磨得疼痛难忍，生不如死，断断续续的被折磨了3个月；

2003.1.12 ---2003.2.20：上海国安警察对我连续发射1个多月胃、肛门等部位痛觉无线电信号，疼痛难忍，生不如死；
2003.2.20：上海国安警察用微波射线发射器照我；
2003.2.21：上海国安警察用微波射线发射器照我；

　　2003年5月-10月：上海国安警察断断续续的对我女儿发射39.5度高烧信号8次；

2003.10.23-10.29：上海国安警察又对我发射1星期身体疼痛折磨信号1星期；
2003.10.29：上海国安警察换上了一种功率很强的射线发生器，对着我的身体照射，被照的部位马上产生疼痛，除非来回走动，使他们对不准目标，一直照了一晚；
2003.11.1--2003.11.6：上海国安警察用伽玛射线照我下身；
2003.11.26--2003.12.10：上海国安警察用放射性射线照我；
2004.4.10：上海国安警察用微波射线发射器照了我 2 小时；
2004.4.26：上海国安警察用伽玛射线照了我下身 4 小时；

　　2005年4月26日-5月3日：上海国安警察连续对我女儿发射了39.5度高烧信号；

2004.5.3-5.7：上海国安警察用放射性射线每天照射我 8 小时，有寒冷感，有恶心感，呕吐，感觉疲劳；
2004.6.5：上海国安警察用微波射线发射器照了我 5 小时；
2004.7.23：上海国安警察用伽玛射线照射我下身 2 小时；
2004.9.9-9.24：上海国安警察用放射性射线每天照射我 8 小时，有寒冷感，有恶心感，呕吐，感觉疲劳；
2005.2.19：上海国安警察用伽玛射线照射我下身 2 小时；

2005.2.24-3.16：上海国安警察用微波射线发射器每天晚上照射我，不让我睡觉，浑身又痛又热；

2005.12.1：上海国安警察用射线照我女儿胸口20分钟，胸口巨痛；
2006.1.18：上海国安警察用激光烧我妻子脸部12小时，造成妻子脸部红肿疼痛；

　　2006年09月17日：我听到上海国安警察上级对上海国安的指令：继续用脑电波骚扰他的一家人，注意保持60；

　　2006.12.13日：晚上起，上海国安警察又发射微波信号，在寒冷的冬天我睡觉时全身发热，耳朵嗡嗡响，口干舌燥；

　　由于从2003年他们就用这种方法害过我，为此我买了2张铁皮放在床下阻挡微波的直接伤害，2004.6.5晚我到楼下62号门口看他们家中无人电表转得飞快，可证实是用类似微波炉的电磁波武器在干罪恶的构当，只是他们是国安警察；

　　2007.1.18：上海国安警察对我发射微波射线一晚上；

　　2007.5.12-6.15：上海国安警察发射微波射线，将我妻子后背照得巨痛，并且一直呕吐，吃了就吐，不吃也吐，说用这种方法先害死我妻子，再害死我；

　　2007.6.21：上海国安警察发射微波射线，将我妻子后背照得巨痛，并且一直呕吐，吃了就吐，不吃也吐；

　　2007.6.24：上海国安警察发射呕吐信号，将我妻子照得一直呕吐；

　　2007.6.26：上海国安警察发射呕吐信号，将我妻子照得一直呕吐，吃了就吐，不吃也吐，
　　2007.7.1：上海国安警察发射呕吐信号，将我妻子照得一直呕吐，吃了就吐，不吃也吐，
　　2007.7.2：上海国安警察发射呕吐信号，将我妻子照得一直呕吐，吃了就吐，不吃也吐，

　　2007年10月：迫害我的上海国安警察的姐夫，国安部领导下令要把我一家害死，就是灭门，因此在半年里连续用电子武器折磨我1岁半的侄子，发射让他感冒发烧恶吐身上起肿块的折磨信号；

　　最近这两个月，上海国安警察一直在摧残我的妻子，将我妻子害得不停呕吐，身体已非常虚弱，这些上海国安警察看来要搞种族灭绝了，残忍啊！

　　2008年5月1日：上海国安警察对我和家人发射强烈的脑控呕吐信号；

　　2008年6月15日：上海国安警察又对我女儿进行电子折磨了，国安的电子折磨信号让我女儿感冒、发高烧到39.3度，呕吐，吃了就吐，由于我女儿受到长时间的电子折磨，正在长身体的时候从此停止了生长；对我发射皮肤起肿块信号，在我大腿和腰腹部制造了100多个及其痒痒的肿块，这肿块巨痒难忍，我只能用烟头烫这些肿块，把皮都烫了一个个水泡，水泡破裂后这些地方要很长时间才结疤，美国电影《千疮百孔》就是讲述一个受到国安特权部门电子折磨的受害者最后选择自杀的故事，正直善良的人都是被消灭的对象，世道变了，电子武器掌握在国安手里，广大老百姓要任由国安秘密警察屠杀了；

　　国安施恶者对我老婆和亲戚也同样的进行电子折磨，就这样迫害他们还觉得不过隐，还偷盗我的电动车、自行车，他们是用国家特权机器在害我们这些受害者，我知道他们的目的是要灭门，已有许多家庭被灭门了，这是国安减少人口的计划？

　　2008.7.1-8.30：我身上被上海国安警察发射的控制电波搞出50多个肿块，又红又痒；

　　2008.7.22：上海国安警察又对我女儿发射了恶吐信号；

　　2008.7.23-8.2：上海国安警察又连续5天对我女儿发射了强烈的咳嗽信号，我女儿咳得嗓子也咳哑了；

　　2008.8.9：下午出去买鞋，在回家的路上上海国安警察对我发射大便信号，在出门前我已上过厕所，才2个小时什么会又有大便？这大便信号强烈得无法用意识忍住，在走到家门口时有一点大便拉到裤子上了，回家后赶紧洗澡换衣，同时对电子武器的功能又有了进一步的认识，现在我把这些记录下来，让大众看一下国安警察是如何迫害老百姓的，他们耍弄老百姓很快乐，有几个国安警察高兴得哈哈大笑；

　　2008.8.10：上海国安警察对我女儿发射了高烧信号，我女儿体温突然一下就达到39.5度，吃退热药也没有用，只能用湿冷毛巾敷在头上降温；

　　2008年8月17日：中午，上海国安警察用控制大脑武器攻击我的肾脏2个小时，折磨了2小时，痛苦得不能站、不能坐，只有躺在地上打滚，2小时后他们停止折磨，我只感到好象身上被人割去10斤肉一样无力；

　　2008.8.20-25：上海国安警察又连续几天对我女儿发射强烈的呕吐信号，我女儿胃中的食物已吐得空空的连水都吐没了上海国安警察还在发射着脑控呕吐信号，这些国安警察恶劣啊！

　　2008.8月24日：晚上上海国安警察把我女儿害得吐干了胃中的食物，我女儿空肚子睡了一晚，第二天一早，国安秘密警察又对我女儿发射呕吐信号，我女儿早上吃的几块饼干又全吐了，连儿童都要迫害的上海国安警察是太无能了，迫害我还不过瘾还要用电子武器迫害我女儿，用及其阴的手段迫害我女儿；

　　2009年1月27日：上海国安警察对我家3位70多岁的远亲同时用电子武器攻击，造成严重伤害，3位70多岁的老人都在医院吊盐水一个星期才一点一点康复；

　　2009年2月11日：上海国安警察对我妻子发射感冒咳嗽信号，只能靠喝感冒咳嗽药维持生活；

　　2009年11月8日：上海国安警察对我女儿的数学老师盛老师和4个同学【王玉青、刘春宇、潘安、李强】发射高烧信号，高烧39度；

　　2009年11月9日：凌晨，上海国安警察对我女儿发射高烧信号，高烧39度；

　　2009年12月5日：两天前上海国安警察发射微波信号烧坏了我家电视机的行输出变压器，这是我第三台电视机被搞坏，又控制我的大便，使得我3天没有大便，昨天晚上差点被上海国安警察害得脑益血；

　　2010年3月：上海国安警察对我女儿的折磨迫害进入第十七天，在这十七天里24小时不间断连续发射咳嗽信号，吃了2星期的药也没用，上海国安警察就是不停止折磨，我女儿原来性格活泼开朗，在上海国安警察电子武器的长期摧残下，现在性格一点一点变得内向了，这是上海国安警察长期迫害的一部份，我国百分之八十的百姓被这样折磨着，目的就是改变性格成为奴隶，到成年后再发射控制自杀的信号，或者心肌梗塞信号达到减少人口，这百分之八十被折磨过的国人只有万分之一的人知道被折磨过，其他的都认为是自然的生病。你们可以了解一下现在国人的性格，百分之二十性格正常身居各经理人等领导岗位，其余的盯着电脑打游戏；

　　2010年8月4日：下午，上海国安警察又发射电子折磨信号让我女儿感冒、发高烧；

　　2011年2月20日---2011年3月31日：上海国安警察对我女儿长期发射感冒电子折磨信号；

　　看看现在新闻中经常有人跳楼卧轨自杀，都是受不了国安警察用脑控武器折磨摧残而自杀的；

　　2011年5月14日-5月21日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射高烧感冒咳嗽信号；

2011年10月8日-11月25日：上海国安警察对我女儿长时间发射感冒信号，其间只有2天没有发射感冒信号；

　　2012年6月22日---2012年6月27日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射高烧信号，并控制她4天不大便；

　　2012年10月25日---2012年10月31日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射高烧信号，对我发射肌肉失能信号不能走路，十八大前这样折磨目的很明确，想让我去上访秘密警察就有事做了；

2013年4月28日-5月6日：国安警察折磨我前妻的父亲了，从4月28日起双面警察对前妻的父亲发射肾脏绞痛和便秘信号，到今天已经有8天没有大便了，肾脏绞痛他们以为是肾结石，这是要秘密杀人啊，还说要延长退休时间，现在50岁以上的都是他们暗杀的目标，许多人年青时交养老金，还没有等到退休人就被害死了，这就把养老金吞掉了，缓解了养老金缺口。这虽然和我没有关系了，但他还是我孩子的外公啊，所以这里记录一下。

2013年9月16日-10月1日：上海国安警察连续发射三个星期的电子折磨信号让我女儿感冒、发高烧，为此9月29日因高烧没有打预防针，错过一次打预防针；

2013年11月11日-11月13日：上海国安警察对我女儿连续发射胃痛和呕吐信号，胃被折磨得非常难受，吃的食物都呕吐掉了；

2013年12月27日：国安警察对我前妻的父亲发射脑溢血信号，现在前妻的父亲已不省人事，瘫痪在床；

　　2013年12月29日-2014年1月3日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射感冒折磨信号；

　　2014年01月18日：晚上6点30分去见湖南来的难友，上海国安警察对我发射大便信号，我赶紧回家，在家门口上海国安警察一下加大大便信号强度，让我大便拉在裤子里，这是上海国安警察第二次对我发射大便信号；

　　2014年02月26日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射脚趾痛和脚趾甲出血信号，2014.3.3去医院看病，到3月12日，二个脚趾甲出血而发黑；

　　2014年08月16日：上海国安警察对我发射感冒高热折磨信号连续折磨了一星期还在继续攻击，到8月23日还没停止攻击；

　　2014年10月22日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射感冒折磨信号，并在她上学时连续一星期对她发射昏睡信号，到2014年11月8日还没停止攻击；

　　2014年12月15日：上海国安警察对我女儿发射胃痛信号，12月16日、12月19日信号特别强烈，到医院看了两次病配了中成药；

　　2015年07月25日：国安部江派国安到上海国安局指导上海国安警察折磨迫害我女儿，对我女儿发射感冒折磨信号；

　　2015年09月30日：上海国安警察严重折磨迫害我女儿胃部，胃痛强烈去医院看病，在家病休一天；

　　2015年11月11日：我女儿要期中考试了，11月9日上海国安又对我女儿发射感冒折磨信号，每次考试前上海国安警察都发射感冒信号，买了近100元的感冒药，吃了没用，上海国安警察不停止对我女儿发射感冒信号，感冒就不会好，考试考完了上海国安才会停止发射感冒信号；

　　2016年4月13日下午：上海国安用电子武器折磨我女儿的内脏，我女儿回家后说肚子很痛，晚上去医院检查说是肠胃炎，这是上海国安第三次对我女儿发射这种折磨信号，前2次是在我女儿读初中时；

　　2016年6月06日：因为写了揭露警匪谋杀交警张际勇的文章，被上海国安摧残了5天，5天里一直剧烈地咳嗽，昨天起眼睛受影响发炎，今天去社区小医院配了2盒眼药水；

　　2016年6月07日：下午去医院检查拍片，结果是肺炎，昨天以为眼睛发炎实际是被上海国安警察折磨成肺炎的并发症，医生要求住院，我不同意住院，只接受吊盐水，并在病历卡上签字；

2016年7月2日：上海国安警察用电子武器攻击我右边的牙齿，造成右边牙齿发炎肿痛松动；

2016年8月10日：晚上躺在床上我在想，国安警察为什么要用电子武器残酷折磨老百姓？有许多被猝死、被人造癌症、被人造脑溢血心肌梗塞等疾病做掉了，我想是因为做国安的不是人，应该是畜牲，这时，上海国安警察用电子武器攻击我肛门等部位持续1小时，被折磨得疼痛难忍，生不如死；

　　2016年夏，女儿被上海国安暗中折磨了一个暑假，上海国安控制她整晚打游戏不睡觉不做暑假作业，白天睡觉，让她考不上大学，让她断送美好前程成为无用的人。

2016年8月29日：小腹上被上海国安用电子武器攻击产生两个肿块，到现在有1星期了，吃消炎药也没用。

2016年8月22日-10月14日，近2个月里身体胸部以下膝盖以上被上海国安用电子武器攻击产生20多处肿块，一星期里肿块中间发炎脓肿，挤破脓肿清除伤口后2星期肿块消退留下疤痕，前几个肿块还未完全消肿，身体其他部位又被上海国安电子武器攻击产生新肿块，被折磨将要2个月了。

2017年4月27日：上海国安用电子武器折磨我女儿的内脏，我女儿说肚子很痛，下午请假去看病。

2017年5月9日：我的右下边牙被上海国安用电子武器摧残已松动，快要掉了，今天上海国安又用电子武器摧残我女儿的牙齿，说右边牙齿很痛，去医院检查牙齿没有问题，边上牙龈红肿，明显是被电子武器攻击了，将要高考了，上海国安又加紧进行迫害了。

2017年5月20日-6月3日：上海国安用电子武器控制我女儿的的情绪，马上要高考了，上海国安反反复复地电子折磨我女儿，其用心及其险恶。

2017年6月10日早上8点：上海国安用电子武器控制攻击我肛门，我的肛门内马上就感到疼痛难忍，这种疼痛可以说是非常难受的疼痛信号，攻击持续约1小时。
2017年8月7日：上海国安又攻击我右边牙齿，右下边牙快要掉了。
2017年8月8日下午5点：我在家用电脑，上海国安对我发射昏迷信号，几乎要昏倒，我强忍着坚持，这次发射的昏迷信号强度较大。
2017年8月22日：我的侄子被上海国安折磨得高烧，在家休养。
2017年9月3日：我女儿被国安折磨得严重呕吐高烧不能上学，在寝室休养。
2017年9月10日：我女儿在天津市读书腿上被国安折磨出水泡，11日去医院看病。
2017年9月17日：晚上，在上海国安用电子武器长期迫害下，右下边牙齿从疼痛到牙龈萎缩，今天终于被折磨掉落了，从2016年7月2日开始折磨到掉落，用时一年2个月多。
2017年9月21日：我被折磨感冒一天。

2017年11月20日：我女儿在天津市读书，下午她说耳朵有一种电磁声把耳朵快要搞聋了，她去医院看耳科还打针，这个不知道是上海国安远距离控制折磨还是天津国安在搞电子折磨，看来中国的国安都是卑鄙、阴险、变态、丑恶无比的人。

Non-consensual remote neural monitoring combined with long term brain mapping of human beings while these human beings are going about their every day lives leads to the eventual capability of black budget neuro weapons experts to partially bio-robotized said human beings over many years. When the human being is fully brain mapped that human being can be programmed to have sounds and words and whole sentences come out of their mouths entirely against their wills. This is mainly achieved by first decoding and later re-encoding subsets of the motor cortex of said human being. These partially bio-robotized human beings can be made to move some of the muscles in their bodies totally against their wills on occasion.

If eventually all of the human beings who are currently being bio-robotized were rendered severely mentally disabled by remote means at a later date they could then be programmed by remote means to walk around urban environments in large groups similar to zombies, while at the same time technologically induced demonic holograms could be presented throughout the streets as well as across the skies. While all this was happening society could simultaneously have their brains entrained by their smart engineered technology into a state of extreme fear. This situation is currently being engineered as a psychological operation in order to bring about a situation of complaince to the new world order. If we constantly raise awareness of these technological capabilities at every possible opportunity then this human control system will fail before it has even got off the ground.

As the controversy surrounding the DSM-5 continues to grow, it is perhaps timely to remind readers of a famous critic of psychiatry, Thomas Szasz, who was himself a psychiatrist and probably best known for coining the term the “myth of mental illness”. He passed away earlier this year, and I am just finishing one of his final books, Psychiatry: The Science of Lies (2008), where he reiterates his basic position, with special attention to Freud as a charlatan who colluded with his patients to turn nondiseases into diseases of the unconscious. I believe everyone with an interest in mental health should at least be aware of the Szaszian critique of the mental health industry, which is as follows. First, medicine is a real science that deals with biological phenomena, especially cellular pathology. At its core, the role of medicine is the treatment of cellular/physiological pathology that leads to harm. According to Szasz, this is what makes medicine a real science with social value. Neurology is a real medical discipline, and there are, obviously, diseases of the nervous system that have consequences for behavior (e.g., Alzheimer’s, tumors, epilepsy, etc.).

Now take a look at the DSM and one will immediately note that the DSM is not based at all on cellular pathology. Diagnostic categories are instead based on overt behaviors, reports of internal experiences, and cognitive deficiencies. For many of the conditions, organic explanations are to be RULED OUT in order for a DSM diagnosis to be given.

If it is not about cellular pathology, what, then, is the field of “mental health and disease” really about? Sadness, anxiety, deviant, unusual or disruptive behavior patterns, secondary gain and absolution of responsibility via the sick role, fallacious thinking, and having low power, among other elements. In a nutshell, it is about suffering and, perhaps more importantly, being insufferable. Crucial for Szasz is that the attribution of disease then legitimizes in psychiatrists and other mental health professionals the power of social control. By labeling others as “sick”, we can lock them away, force drugs upon them, and separate them from “normal” people like us because there is something fundamentally wrong with them. And we can justify it all in the name of science. But really it is about social control. The mental health industry manufactures illnesses to legitimize and feed itself and it serves those in power via social control of deviants. Szasz has famously called its practitioners secular priests.

But, according to Szasz, the science of mental sickness is all metaphor and the emperor has no clothes. Some people ought to be suffering, given their lives. Others convince themselves that they ought to be suffering, but that doesn’t mean they have a disease, any more than those who convince themselves they ought to be happy have a disease. Yes, some people have strange beliefs. But think of it this way. If you believe that aliens are watching over you and that they will punish you if you do the wrong thing, we call you delusional. But if you believe it is a large man with a beard watching over you who will punish you if you sin, we call you normal.

For me, Szasz’s approach has holes and the issues are complicated. I have my own take on the nature of mental disorders (see here). I would point out, for example, that virtually anyone who spends time around a disorganized schizophrenic in an acute psychotic state will have a very strong sense that there is something deeply wrong with the individual that is not explicable in terms of psychological or social forces. Nevertheless, I think every professional in mental health in general and psychiatry in particular, should take the time every so often and look at their roles, their actions, and their explanations via a Szaszian lens. And while the Emperor might not be completely naked, it seems to me he is often down to his skivvies.

BEIJING, May 25 (Xinhua) -- China on Friday responded to a recent U.S. government report on China's human rights practices by issuing its own report on human rights issues in the United States.

The "Human Rights Record of the United States in 2011" was released by the Information Office of the State Council, China's Cabinet, in response to the "Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2011" issued by the U.S. State Department on May 24.

It was the 13th annual report published by China in response to U.S. attacks.

The U.S. report is "full of overly critical remarks on human rights conditions in nearly 200 countries and regions, as well as distortions and accusations concerning human rights causes in China. However, the United States has turned a blind eye to its own woeful human rights situation and remained silent about it," China's report said.

The "Human Rights Record of the United States in 2011" is intended to reveal the "true human rights situation" of the United States to the world and "urge the United States to confront its own actions," the report said.

The Chinese report covers human rights issues related to six topics: life, property and personal security; civil and political rights; economic, social and cultural rights; racial discrimination; the rights of women and children; and U.S. violations of human rights in other countries.

The facts contained in the report are a small yet illustrative fraction of the United States' dismal record on its own human rights situation, it said.

The United States' tarnished human rights record has left it in no state -- whether on a moral, political or legal basis -- to act as the world's "human rights justice," to place itself above other countries and release the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices year after year to accuse and blame other countries, according to the report.

China, in the report, advised the U.S. government to look squarely at its own grave human rights problems, to stop the "unpopular practices" of taking human rights as a political instrument for interfering in other countries' internal affairs, tarnishing the images of other nations and seeking its own strategic interests, and to cease using double standards on human rights and pursuing hegemony under the pretext of human rights.

SEVERE CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

The report states that civil and political rights violations have been "severe" in the United States, adding that the country is "lying to itself" when proclaiming that Americans live in the "land of the free."

It cited the treatment of protestors participating in the Occupy Wall Street movement, stating that their arrests can provide a "glimpse of the truth regarding the United States' so-called freedom and democracy."

Almost 1,000 people were reportedly arrested in the first two weeks of the movement, the report said.

Many protesters accused police of brutality and, as a U.S. opinion article put it, the United States could be considered, at least in part, authoritarian, it said.

INTERNET FREEDOM, EXCUSE FOR HEGEMONY

The report held that the U.S. imposes fairly strict restrictions on the Internet, and its approach "remains full of problems and contradictions."

"Internet freedom" is just an excuse for the United States to impose diplomatic pressure and seek hegemony, it said.

To support this argument, the report noted that the U.S. Patriot Act and Homeland Security Act both have clauses about monitoring the Internet, giving the government or law enforcement organizations power to monitor and block any Internet content "harmful to national security."

Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act of 2010 also stipulates that the federal government has "absolute power" to shut down the Internet under a declared national emergency, according to the report.

It also cited a report by British newspaper the Guardian which said that the U.S. military is developing software that will let it secretly manipulate social media sites by using fake online personas.

The project aims to control and restrict free speech on the Internet, the report said.

INTERNATIONAL TROUBLEMAKER

The United States has been pursuing hegemony in the world, grossly trampling upon other countries' sovereignty and capriciously committing human rights violations against other nations, the report said.

It appears to be increasingly contributing to international disorder, it added.

The Chinese report referred to a recently-exposed scandal of human experiments conducted by the United States in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948, in which a U.S. government-funded medical program subjected nearly 5,500 people to diagnostic testing and researchers deliberately exposed more than 1,300 people to syphilis and other venereal diseases.

The report also denounced such experimentation, including government radiation experiments, human mind control (also known as MKULTRA) experiments and experiments conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Department of Defense on so-called "enemy combatants in the war on terror."

Moreover, U.S.-led wars have created humanitarian disasters, although the wars were allegedly waged as "humanitarian intervention" efforts and for "the rise of a new democratic nation," the report said, citing the death toll for the U.S.-initiated war in Iraq, which currently stands at 655,000.

After many years, when the targeted individual is finally brain mapped, the muscle structure of the body of the targeted individual can be partially taken over for a short period of time.
