USE YOUR OWN BRAIN, SAY “NO” TO ABUSES! PETITION TO EU PARLIAMENT TO BAN “MANIPULATION OF HUMAN BEINGS” TECHNOLOGIES
What we are is to a great extent defined by our brain. From the simplest movements and regulations of the bodily processes, to such complex representations as memory, feelings, emotions, speech, cognition, will – each and every one of us is what our brain makes us. Now imagine a world where our brains can be manipulated. Who or what would we be?
I am calling on EU citizens in particular and on all people worldwide to support my petition to the European Parliament. This is a request to investigate through a parliamentary committee civilian implications of development, use and especially abuse of the so-called “new principles”, “manipulation of human beings” technologies, and adjacent technologies based on the electromagnetic properties of the human brain and body.
Why?
Allegedly thousands of ordinary people worldwide, mostly in the US and the EU have been desperately complaining, unheard. In May 2011 over 300 people subscribed to witness with the US Bioethics Commission, to no effect. Probably many more voices are needed!!! The claims are drowned in deliberate campaigns of discreditation and ridicule. People raising the issues are abused. While there are no rights or privacy. While law, morals and ethics do not work. While appeals for investigation for years meet silence and silencing.
While anyone and anybody can potentially be affected.
As a former EU employee of an office under the authority of one of the highest-ranking EU, security policy, officials, I have sent the petition to the EU Parliament since I have gained an extensive personal experience of all the atrocities and inhumanness of abuse of such technologies in, before and after the office. I was just an ordinary person whose life was intruded into, unawares, without any scruples. There are hardly articles in the EU Charter of Fundamental Human Rights, which were not outrageously trampled upon.
Why the technologies?
All this is becoming reality nowadays, with an ever-increasing speed.
To exemplify, in spring 2013 the EU and the US have announced billions-worth Human brain projects, with President Obama designating brain research as the grand challenge for the XXI century.
This was the first significant effort to bring the non-classified brain research into light, while saying that all the technologies are decades ahead. But in the military context there has been a debate for decades already, which has gone totally unnoticed by the general public.
This debate was centered around the notions of ‘new principles’ technologies, brought up in the UN in 1975 and which is well traceable through the UNODA Yearbooks.
Now, 10 December 2013, coinciding with the UN Day of Human Rights the “new principles technologies” were brought up by the Russians:
"We also know that most of the world’s leading countries are actively upgrading their military arsenals and investing huge sums in developing advanced weapons systems, including in those built with new generation technologies and according to new principles." http://eng.kremlin.ru/news/6395.

In 1999 the EU Parliament upon a presentation by a person who has worked in the UN disarmament for years voted for a Resolution which: " 30. Calls in particular for an international convention for a global ban on all research and development, whether military or civilian, which seeks to apply knowledge of the chemical, electrical, sound vibration or other functioning of the human brain to the development of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings, including a ban on any actual or possible deployment of such systems."
But up till now nothing has been done! None of the civilian applications aspects, such as fundamental human rights, legal protection, prevention of abuses and non-consensual experimentation, civilian protection, personal data protection, public health aspects, ethical implications, greater societal implications have even been put onto discussion! Thus the Petition, with the appeal for a resolution regarding the civilian aspects and for call on the EU member states to ban the technologies of manipulation of human beings.

NON-CONSENSUAL EXPERIMENTATION WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.
Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.
Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.
Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

I have also worked with the Roman Catholic Church and believe this to be demonic possession and the 'one mind of the beast" which is talked about in Revelation chapter 13. I have pictures of demonic entities coming down from my ceiling attacking me and have done exorcisms. That with the medication does make the voices go away. I have to go see my psychatrist again soon and not sure what to tell him there's no doubt I need the meds to cope I'm already on Prozak Abilify and Saphris which have provided some relief...I need the Saphris to knock me out enough to go to bed and take a nap in the afternoon. Can anyone acctually trust a psychiatrist enough to talk? after being commited last year I feel muzzled and at the same time if i don't take both roads or so to speak I might lose my ability to be able to cope. I've read horror stories on pills and I'm worried one way and worried the other. For me there's nothing worse then hospitals there loud ceiling fans make the head noise so bad and then you have to share a room with someone and then you have to sit there and stare at the wall like how healthy is that? I told him about my hyperacusis and hearing things and that's about as far as it went I just dont feel comfortable saying things like I'm afraid of everyones genitals and ive been attacked several times over. This may be the only thing I can do is blog cuz I know what they will say "your having things like pannick attack things and phobias". is there a magic pill thats going to put an end to this crap so far I havn't heard anything....then they will suggest cognitive behaviour therepy whcih for me isnt worth the agony i'd much rather get my mind off of it.... Also, being mocked in the dream when realizing the skull I see (in real life) is related to the damage my psyche endured during one night in the hospital kitchen.

Especially this evening, They are using the tactile hallucinations I'm programmed to react to, to make me think in a more self-centered, subjective, uncreative way. While I wrote this, they symbolized my neck being cut. Every day, they irritate me (emotionally) when I decide to do something (i.e. drink some water). Through this, they are probably reducing my motivation to do things by will, and may be preparing me for another catatonic episode.

Psychosis started. I used DXM instead of alcohol, and paid the price. Essentially all drugs seem to aid in my tendency to be programmed against my will, but this is partially because I don't use them when I desire, but rather during moments of anger or even panic.
It is essentially about being given knowledge by "aliens," having them force me to believe they were never here or that it is my own delusion, etc. By giving the universe an idea as to all of my desires, I may also have knowingly and wrongly informed it about myself.
Apparently this psychosis will be painful (as were the other two episodes) and I have tried to warn the universe of the severe consequences. It seems to have tried to warn me, too.

Informo però che le metodiche RM ed Ecografica in nostro possesso non hanno risoluzione millimetrica (risoluzione >5 mm) e pertanto la ricerca dei corpi estranei millimetrici che richiede, rischia di essere vana ovvero si rischia di fare l'esame, pagare il relativo ticket, ma non avere soluzione ai problemi presentati (mancato riconoscimento dei corpi estranei).
