I just pulled out a few old letters from 5-15-2005 from Sacramento county airport system apologizing for military U.S. NAVY E6 flying over my home for 2.5 hours. When I complained  1.5 hours longer then the Navy can legally fly over homes. I was in phone contact with local airports about the abnormality of these planes, flight patterns and dropping in altitude so rapidly. at this time I was using a faraday cage I built in my garage to protect myself from the constant bombardment of microwaves on myself and family. So the planes and helos had to come back and forth for a long periods of time. Thats how I know some of the things I was doing to protect myself and family was working. I was protecting myself as much as possible during this time, and had much more energy. During this time I was extremely ill for weeks. I believe I was hospitalized around this time, and this Surveillance plane E6 was showing up every where I went for a week. I understand how this sounds. But I have the radar images of this happening. I went to many places over this week to avoid this plane up too 100 miles away underground you name it I tried it. Where the plane loops  two times north east I had left my home to see if it followed me and it always did. It would Break its holding pattern  to do flyovers of my body where ever I was and I could feel it.  It would just show back up.. The readings I took of my home during this were extremely low and constant high Fq. My name Morgan is under my address Again this is one shot of Hundreds I have along with other evidence. I have spoken and stayed in-contact with Glen Rickelton for many years, He is a long time Noise officer of Mather air-force base. Glen has told me in all his years of watching air-traffic he has never seen aircraft fly in the radical patterns it has around my home and thats because im leaving and shielding myself all the time. This was 8 years ago...

went to dr. appointment in the morning I felt great I got home at 11am. at 11;05 1 small milliatary plane b350 Id# COUGER13 flys low over me and banks. 11:08 a blackhalk helo ID# SPTN020, flys 2 times by me.11:10 I put on my new tin hat....rofl HUNDREDS OF HOLES in it from Microwaves shooting into my head. this is for evidences not protection from 11am till 7pm.. i got the fuk knocked out of me by DEW emf Microwaves.. CRAMPS Tight chest weak. lots of pain in my right Temple as the helicopter was flying over me for 1/2 hr..
I feel when the Microwave targeting starts with me Usually 1 targeting plane flys over then a 2nd helo flys over with in 2-3 min of each other.. Im not sure why this is but its happens to me hundreds of times, No matter where I go.                 Rember my wife and I have been very needlessly Ill Induced Pain and suffering for 20 years on and off. If anyone can help expose this Crime of non consensual experimenting of human citizens Please help. I have no more energy to help myself or family....

These are crimes against humanity according to the Rome Statute in that they include -

These atrocities are being done to thousands of victims remotely with electronic or microwave technology.

Why i beleive this is they can hit me in all these spots with signals.Another reason is i use Peroxide for after shave the white on my face i can pick off with tweziers and hold a direct flame under this and it don't disapeare  and it will bounce on the counter top.I could have waited to long to find out how the signals effects peoples Health like mine.Everything i do to protect my self has been Sobotoged because they enter my home at will when i am gone.Every time i leave my Ground Sheild wont work at all when i return, my Farraday Cage 10 hours labor and $200.00 to build worked very well for a while and this gets Sobotoged now allso.When i got very sick and seen my doctor office with no medication i had to go get me some Goji juice and magostein super fruit i mixed these i took three ounces a day for three days and all my sickness and back pain left.I got very sick again while taking the Goji juice so i got a Colindal Silver Ion machine a few months ago and the silver ions was working very well but the silver ions have been Sabotoged allso.They used siler ions to cure diseases before medication came along.I will say this i heard them say that he is curing himself again and this can't happen.I was taking a few ounces a day and aged spots was dissapering and warts was falling off and my face was healing and then someone started sobotoging all my things even my ions.They were amased at how well the ions was working for me.I have a hard time now and can't funtion very well at home.What they can do to the Blood in the body and cells is very bad,i will try to make my vedio now but i have no help from no one.     Thanks and God Bless!

I don't remember committing treason anymore, but I know the song was written before that because I committed treason in 2009.  I was in "I Want to Believe" before that and that's what made me so paranoid because they were after me.  I think I wanted them to get it over with.  I went to the hospital, and they didn't believe that I was in the movie because they live in bubbles.
