Dear Person of Conscience:
The last 13 + years of my life, my family of 7, have lived on a major
roller coaster ride. Most days, weeks, months, even years have been
low points. In 2006 I was in bed ill 161 days out of that year, could
not even stand up to go to the bathroom . All of this, I attribute
to electronic harassment psycotronics,ORGANISED
STALKING, DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS, PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS, TORTURE .
We have all suffered a great deal and continue to suffer more and more till this day. This
harassment has taken a great toll on us. No man, woman or child
should suffer like this. I wouldn't wish this type of torture on my
worst enemy. My life has been wonderful for 25 years before this all
started. Now to say my life is a living Hell, is a gross
understatement.
My name is Daniel Morgan, I am 40 years old own my own home and have had a decent education. I live in El Dorado Hills, California, with my
wife of 14 years Lorna, and our 5 children. Nicole is 15, Patricia
14, Christopher 13, Dylan 9, and Avery 16 months old. Not only have I been going
through this but my entire family has suffered right by my side. We
have all experienced the same type of harassment on different levels. We have all
suffered the same symptoms, while this harassment was going on. Some of our physical symptoms include severe tooth decay and vision loss.
Unexplained rashes and burns, sever headaches, mood swings, anixety, thyroid problems, high blood pressure, heart problems, vision loss and cancer. The list also includes botched surgerys, premature labor
and birth of 2 of my children, ADHD and the death of my father to cancer. Other family members who do not reside with me are also victims. Our pets are even affected on certain levels. We have all had many levels of harrisment. We are followed by people (gangstalking) and get a high rate of air plane and helecopter activity. Our computer and telephone
are being monitored and manipulated.
Two of my children were born premature which I attribute to this. Our son Dylan, now age 9 was born very premature. He was born at 31 weeks. Durning her pregnancy with Dylan we were being targeted more so then other times. At the delivery there were "weird" men walking and waiting around the hospital. Right out side our delivery room window there was a white cargo van parked with two suspish men inside. They were there the entire labor/delivery.
Our son had to be transported to another hospital 45 mins away- when arriving to the toher hospital those same men and van were present.
For the next several weeks a helecopter would be over head as we made our trip to visit our ill son.
This last pregnancy was the "hardest" for my wife Lorna. She kept going into premature labor after a few days of touture. While this was going on she alarmed me that the "baby" was not moving like it should. Franticaly, we did everything we could to "wake" the baby up. This happended over and over agian all while I exhibited signs of being tourtured.
In 2001, my father died of cancer. Not knowing what was going on with me he often came to me to complain of his "ill" symptoms. This happened at the same time I was being hit hard and targeted. He also said that on his daily errans he had people following him. Sadly, my father died a very horrible and painful death. I attrubitue this to the tourture he indured while living in our home. My family geniticks is very sound and very strong. There is no history of cancer. They simply died of old age- most of my family lives into their late 90's often into their early 100's.
Three of my children have sever rashes that have not been explained by several
doctors. These rashes have been present for several years at a time. If interested I will gladly furnish you with detailed photos of the rashes.
Our infant daughter, at 3 weeks old was dignosed with Lerner's syndrom. This was after a severe rash appeard on her body after a few days of tourture.
We were told by a couple doctors to take her home and "Love Her and spend the rest of the time we have with her".
They told us she would ulitmatly die from this syndrom. Thank God that "Leaners" syndrom was not what affected our daughter. Doctors are still dubfounded by her rash and symptoms.
Sadly we know that her symptoms were effects from the tourture this poor innocent 3 week old baby indured.
Recently, I lost complete vision in my left eye. This was after a few hours of being outdoors with guests. Air traffic was greatly increased that day. I recall seeing flashing lights like beams comming from the sky.
At the same time I exhibited the flashing lights my 9 year old son Dylan complained about the lights.
You will often hear that vision is something that is greatly affected with this type of tourture.
Our family had their vision has deteoriate at an alarming rate. I
have also had botched surgeries. Aside from physical symptoms, My
entire family are victims. As hard as it is to understand, this is
not mental illness or depression. I have spoken to many doctors over
the years and have no mental illness of any kind. Please feel free to
come to us with any questions you might have. I have several years
worth of hard evidence, I will gladly share with you.

Dear Person of Conscience :
My name is Daniel Morgan, your constituent from El Dorado Hills, California. For the past 14 years, I have been subjected to illegal surveillance and torture through electronic means. My wife and 5 children have also suffered right by my side. This covert operation has been a gross violation of mine and my families human, constitutional and civil rights, and I want this harassment to stop.
It is well documented that the United States Intelligence agencies working in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and the military employ the use of bio-electromagnetic weapons that emit beams of microwave and radio wave energy at frequency levels undetected by common measures.
The use of these weapons has been shrouded in secrecy, but a recent report by Vanity Fair indicates indisputable proof that these same measures are being used on detainees in U.S. custody. Senator Carl Levin will hold hearings regarding detainees. And I am asking your help concerning the full scope of the use and testing of these weapons on myself , my family and the other known constituents of The United States of America who are being tortured as well. I am also asking that your office contact Representative Jim Guest from the Missouri State Legislature who has extensive knowledge of the abuse of these weapons on U.S. citizens throughout this country and who is seeking a congressional hearing about this issue. I have been a target of this torture for 14 years that I know of, but others have been targeted much longer. These covert operations are essentially a continuation of FBI and CIA-run classified programs such as COINTELPRO and MKULTRA. We believe that we are part of the thousands of Americans that have fallen victim to the warrantless surveillance of the NSA. We know that these current government-sanctioned operations discredit the targeted individual and torments the individuals life, sometimes even to the point of death. Like myself some victims are stalked wherever they go.
They are subjected to noise campaigns, insults, taunts and threats.Others are violated with these electronic weapons that induced excruciating pains, tingling sensations, ringing in the ears, electrical shocks, and various elements of synthetic telepathy. Again myself, my wife of 14 years Lorna, and our 5 children , Nicole age 15, Patricia 14, Christopher 13, Dylan 9, and Avery 16 months old are all victims of this technology.

Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance is one of the few organizations that work tirelessly to offer help and support to victims this abuse. There are nearly five hundred members whose lives have been devastated by this abuse. Networking with sister organizations lead us to believe that these attacks are being carried
out against thousands of innocent US citizens. Most of these citizens are vulnerable and easy targets (i.e. single women, elderly and children). According to Representative Jim Guest's information, 68 percent of the victims are women. Others are government and corporate whistle blowers or victims targeted by hate groups and other extremists.
These are law-abiding citizens, not criminals, terrorists, or people who are threats to U.S. security. It would be an atrocity to the US and our standard of democracy and freedom to allow this “silent Holocaust” to continue.
With the United States as a leader of democracy, this type of torture cannot continue nor should it continue to be covered up. This is scandalous to our motto and we need Congress to set things right. We are asking Congress to hold hearings and give us as victims a voice. We need Congress to let us know that the United States truly“hold these truths to be self evident,
that all men are created equal and they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights.” We need Congress to restore law and justice back to our country. I am asking you to petition other members of Congress or orginzations that might be of help to help get the word out. Ultimeltly, I would like to see congress to hold hearings on the behalf of myself , my wife, our 5 children
and the many Americans that continue to suffer everyday.

I did not think that our situation could get even worse, but it has, over night and instantly with the shooting at the school in CT. because now everyone is saying the killer had paranoid schizophrenia, and any time we now go to the public with our claims of government abuses, they will call us this, discredit us and want to force us into psychiatry or worse. I did not think that God could have been any more cruel to us, but we have not seen the worst of what this can do to us personally and to the world. I think that now our chances of getting out of it have become slim to none, and I have lost a lot of hope of ever seeing the end. She comes up with all accusations she can throw at me out of thin air and when I present evidence that is verifiable on who's actually tampering with things here, she ignores it and attacks me instead.
All she does is shout at me and my kids every chance she gets. If I ignore her attempts at provocation she finds other means, other ways to invite confrontation.
They are stopping me from accessing and taking control of my own domains which they have hijacked.
I understand the need to watch us. I really get it, but I don't understand why they feel the need to transform us into paranoid schizophrenics. I don't understand why there is no place for us to go to report this technology, and I do not understand why it is not publically discussed in a more reaching fashion. Yes, you have people who will say that the government is controlling their thoughts or their actions when they aren't, but there has to be a process to sort them out. If we have truly been targeted then there needs to be a list we can appear on so that our bosses and stuff know that sometimes people will try funny business.
I can't breathe. I don't know if they've used me to the maximum potential or if they'll come back for more.
I'll put a video camera in my house if so desired, but if it's wanted, don't be surprised when I change clothes. They act like every little thing is a big deal when most of us aren't capable of much, even if we are dissidents.
Why not come forward and say that you're in our minds and then try to help people with it or solve crimes or anything else? Why are they hiding in the dark? What do they have to conceal?

If anything should happen, please note that I have been writing snippets of info in my different email accounts (sent to me) and in my written journal about somebody who's been sabotaging us from within, somebody who work for somebody outside of the immediate family to sabotage us here.
I have included details in my various accounts even from before of all the stuff I have been noticing , s well as the stuff I have documented seeing happening in the PCs. The person has access to all the contacts we have - EVERYTHING here.
The person has connections to the rebel movement and to the powerful harassing me.
The person has been asking me several times as of late: since it's people who you know understand you are the ones who have died, are you not afraid for your kid?
I said, i know they will do anything even without provocation, i am proof of that, they destroyed me without me even doing anything against them. It's only now that I am trying to make a stand after more than a decade of abuse.
The person kept repeating the warning though (or a veiled threat?).
I know that the person is the one destroying stuff here, why should i believe there's real concern in her words?

Dear kind Canadian politicians, maybe some of you are not happy with the above facts. Maybe, some of you can’t control over your temper after they all expressed their “serious concerns”. However, changing the way of thinking, if you were a victim of torture ,or if you were one of the above, what would you do after you know the truth about those atrocious acts of torture? Both OMCT and Nobel Laureates have stated: “Nothing can justify torture under any circumstances.” So, back to the table at which I/we have been sitting all the time, let’s find some ways to deal with this serious torture case with your wisdom, courage and insight. Do we have other options? The earth spins; The world changes; People watches; People listens. No one can stop them.

最近两个月，我一直没有来月经，为此，昨天到医院看病。经过验血、超声检查后，大夫诊断，我得了月经失调、高泌乳素血症、子宫肌瘤。知道后，我挺痛苦的。自从2006年冬天我开始感到有卫星跟踪感、监视感，2007年2月开始在我居住的的房间屋顶上听到“噪声”以来，我逐渐开始生病，至今已经得了许多病，有：大脑颅骨里有说话的”声音”、失眠、记忆力明显减退、月经失调、高泌乳素血症、子宫肌瘤、甲状腺结节、突发心悸、血压升高等等。因为生病，并且一直看病没有治愈，所以我没有结婚、生孩子，至今已经37岁、患病、失业在家已经两年多了。秘密使用卫星武器的美国人要毁了我的人生，甚至通过大脑颅骨里的“声音”(voice to skull）恐吓我，要杀死我和我的家人。美国一直在秘密地研制和使用卫星武器。

First day all month I felt good enough to Take my wife to get Blood-work (go out for a bit) for an oncologist appointment coming up. This is what happens every time I go to a new place. At 2:20 we arrive, at the Lab There is a problem with our medical insurance (Always). we wait, after 20 min. I start to feel agitated, restless and Pain pulsating in my jaw and Back I take my daughter out of the building for a walk. Here I see my 1st blackhalk of the day (coincidence). I instantly turn around and walk back in. 1o min later I go back out. Around 2:50 The 3 lines in the photo is the hu-60 (helicopter) flight path, It flew by 3 times here. Each time I felt worse or a change in myself. I would go out side Each time it was there. (coincidence).
We end up leaving around 3:15 I feel to ill to go on I'm heading home. I'm taking back roads because I know whats going to happen next. My wife is now starting to feel Ill and out of it, we get 10 min away heading home and instantly my pulsating back pain becomes a stabbing pain and my jaw starts hurting extremely bad. I'm now getting confused, and out of it. My wife tells me my face is turning red and blotchy, she sees a Rash is instantly covering me my forehead and eyes the worst. another Hu-60 Blackhalk shows up flying sideways 1400 feet above the ground VERY LOW right in front of us. It starts to circle us I try to avoid it by turning down a side street. (coincidence)
As it Circles and looking at the tracking on line the 2nd helicopter was 4000 Ft. on the other side of us. My wife wants to drive now because Im so out of it. at this time I just want to get home. A 3rd comes into the picture they usually fly 3000 ft. but drop low when they are attacking me then raise back up. 1 flys in a huge circle pattern while another 1 comes up behind us they get about the same distance from me and hits me again. (coincidence)
The house you see in the pictures are not my home but location im at the time of the attack. I left my home around 2:00 and was home about 4:00. I had the 1st helo circled me in a very large pattern. trying to target me, locate me. It was not to close about 1/8 mile they do not need to be close to pick up your signal. The 2nd hit me with the DEW weapon and really knocked me out of it. my wife and 5yr old daughter with me the whole time helpless. (we just wanted to get a few things done). and they had a back up helo just in case. usually there's only 1 but today they were dialing me in. This type of targting has happened to me over a hundred times in the last 20 years. Im putting up many pics of different times and placements of the attack (harassment) this all happens within 45min. It this a coincidence, maybe but this happens to me a a regular basis. weeks, days years. then all stops like a switch. it all goes hand in hand with Gang stalking. The end result is the same. I get it all... you can watch it all take place in live stream @webtrak Sacramento County 12-19-12 at 2:45 start it, it runs for 30 min at a time. You just wont see where I am.

Daniel J Morgan Dee this happens 3-4 times a week if I leave my house. it goes on for weeks to months then stops all at once. If I stay home ill see 4-6 helicopters a day then it just stops. I have hundreds of Pics and Videos but the radar has date time height wind direction and type of aircraft and ID number ..like I said its been a bad few months... All my pictures are on my facebook page....sorry I was not sure how to cut and paste them on this blog.

It this a coincidence, maybe but this happens to me a a regular basis. weeks, days years. then all stops like a switch. it all goes hand in hand with Gang stalking. The end result is the same. I get it all... you can watch it all take place in live stream @webtrak Sacramento County 12-19-12 at 2:45 start it, it runs for 30 min at a time. You just wont see where I am.

Daniel J Morgan Dee this happens 3-4 times a week if I leave my house. it goes on for weeks to months then stops all at once. If I stay home ill see 4-6 helicopters a day then it just stops. I have hundreds of Pics and Videos but the radar has date time height wind direction and type of aircraft and ID number ..like I said its been a bad few months... All my pictures are on my facebook page....sorry I was not sure how to cut and paste them on this blog.
I am "one of those" who are being used differently in a way - I am sure there are others - in that my thoughts that are induced are flashed into my implant so fast - then flashed outward for so many to think it is me.....I was brain numbed when this started to set me up so that my conscience part of my brain was changed. Since I have broken my programming - I realize that other targets might never understand this tactic. I am constantly told to look at a lot with signs, they use a lot to direct my brain to these that I was the 'First Student' for this,- the flash into the air bad images- but who knows as they lie so much being so evil even with the facts of mind control finally being brought out more open. My group as others have been unknowingly drugged first then set up with 'friends' to continue the process.......California is always "Where's the party?" & during my divorce I did some of that, but was induced. I have been recorded with so called 'evidence' against me to cover themselves. I am not afraid of anyone or anything.......I am so used to it and I am so close this Christmas to My Lord that tho so called 'alone' I am happy and know exactly what has happened & why. I cannot release anything as I am protecting many people in my family or they too will be attacked. They have already been hurt because of this revenge.......Many many people have helped me through the years and the Good Lord guards the besieged whether you end up in the heaven dimension or still here.
