CC: Dear cruel torturers

This text is to draw your attention to the following questions and related issues:

1) Does ongoing torture make Canada economy more prosperous?
2) Does ongoing torture make Canadian society more stable? 
3) Does ongoing torture help Canada win more diplomatic victories?

You, kind Canadian politicians, are very clear about the importance of the above questions. Of course, all of you know these answers. Meantime, you must also know what those torturers have brought about for Canada. The consequences are obvious and serious from the reactions or responses from all over the world.( I don’t have to list the details regarding what they have stated in here):

1) UN Committee Against Torture
2) Amnesty International
3) Joint statement by Human Rights Watch and UN Human Rights Council
4) IRCT
5) World Without Torture
6) International Criminal Court

Dear kind Canadian politicians, maybe some of you are not happy with the above facts. Maybe, some of you can’t control over your temper after they all expressed their “serious concerns”. However, changing the way of thinking, if you were a victim of torture ,or if you were one of the above, what would you do after you know the truth about those atrocious acts of torture? Both OMCT and Nobel Laureates have stated: “Nothing can justify torture under any circumstances.” So, back to the table at which I/we have been sitting all the time, let’s find some ways to deal with this serious torture case with your wisdom, courage and insight. Do we have other options? The earth spins; The world changes; People watches; People listens. No one can stop them.

最近两个月，我一直没有来月经，为此，昨天到医院看病。经过验血、超声检查后，大夫诊断，我得了月经失调、高泌乳素血症、子宫肌瘤。知道后，我挺痛苦的。自从2006年冬天我开始感到有卫星跟踪感、监视感，2007年2月开始在我居住的的房间屋顶上听到“噪声”以来，我逐渐开始生病，至今已经得了许多病，有：大脑颅骨里有说话的”声音”、失眠、记忆力明显减退、月经失调、高泌乳素血症、子宫肌瘤、甲状腺结节、突发心悸、血压升高等等。因为生病，并且一直看病没有治愈，所以我没有结婚、生孩子，至今已经37岁、患病、失业在家已经两年多了。秘密使用卫星武器的美国人要毁了我的人生，甚至通过大脑颅骨里的“声音”(voice to skull）恐吓我，要杀死我和我的家人。美国一直在秘密地研制和使用卫星武器。

First day all month I felt good enough to Take my wife to get Blood-work (go out for a bit) for an oncologist appointment coming up. This is what happens every time I go to a new place. At 2:20 we arrive, at the Lab There is a problem with our medical insurance (Always). we wait, after 20 min. I start to feel agitated, restless and Pain pulsating in my jaw and Back I take my daughter out of the building for a walk. Here I see my 1st blackhalk of the day (coincidence). I instantly turn around and walk back in. 1o min later I go back out. Around 2:50 The 3 lines in the photo is the hu-60 (helicopter) flight path, It flew by 3 times here. Each time I felt worse or a change in myself. I would go out side Each time it was there. (coincidence).

We end up leaving around 3:15 I feel to ill to go on I'm heading home. I'm taking back roads because I know whats going to happen next. My wife is now starting to feel Ill and out of it, we get 10 min away heading home and instantly my pulsating back pain becomes a stabbing pain and my jaw starts hurting extremely bad. I'm now getting confused, and out of it. My wife tells me my face is turning red and blotchy, she sees a Rash is instantly covering me my forehead and eyes the worst. another Hu-60 Blackhalk shows up flying sideways 1400 feet above the ground VERY LOW right in front of us. It starts to circle us I try to avoid it by turning down a side street. (coincidence)

As it Circles and looking at the tracking on line the 2nd helicopter was 4000 Ft. on the other side of us. My wife wants to drive now because Im so out of it. at this time I just want to get home. A 3rd comes into the picture they usually fly 3000 ft. but drop low when they are attacking me then raise back up. 1 flys in a huge circle pattern while another 1 comes up behind us they get about the same distance from me and hits me again. (coincidence)

The house you see in the pictures are not my home but location im at the time of the attack. I left my home around 2:00 and was home about 4:00. I had the 1st helo circled me in a very large pattern. trying to target me, locate me. It was not to close about 1/8 mile they do not need to be close to pick up your signal. The 2nd hit me with the DEW weapon and really knocked me out of it. my wife and 5yr old daughter with me the whole time helpless. (we just wanted to get a few things done). and they had a back up helo just in case. usually there's only 1 but today they were dialing me in. This type of targting has happened to me over a hundred times in the last 20 years. Im putting up many pics of different times and placements of the attack (harassment) this all happens within 45min. We had 2 different helos over us 7 times where ever we went in 45 min.. this is the 1st time I wrote a note on Facebook so excuse all my mistakes, I'm just trying to give you the jist of my day. It this a coincidence, maybe but this happens to me a a regular basis. weeks, days years. then all stops like a switch. it all goes hand in hand with Gang stalking. The end result is the same. I get it all... you can watch it all take place in live stream @webtrak Sacramento County 12-19-12 at 2:45 start it, it runs for 30 min at a time. You just wont see where I am.

I am "one of those" who are being used differently in a way - I am sure there are others - in that my thoughts that are induced are flashed into my implant so fast -     then flashed outward for so many to think it is me.....I was brain numbed when this started to set me up so that my conscience part of my brain was changed.  Since I have broken my programming - I realize that other targets might never understand this tactic.  I am constantly told to look at  a lot with signs,  they use a lot to direct my brain to these that  I was the 'First Student' for this,- the flash into the air bad images-  but who knows as they lie so much being so evil even with the facts of mind control finally being brought out more open.   My group as others  have been unknowingly drugged first then set up with 'friends' to continue the process.......California is always "Where's the party?" & during my divorce I did some of that, but was induced.  I have been recorded with so called 'evidence' against me to cover themselves.  I am not afraid of anyone or anything.......I am so used to it and I am so close this Christmas to My Lord that tho so called 'alone' I am happy and know exactly what has happened & why.   I cannot release anything as I am protecting many people in my family or they too will be attacked.  They have already been hurt because of this revenge.......Many many people have helped me through the years and the Good Lord guards the besieged whether you end up in the heaven dimension or still here. He doesn't stop spamming and he's not being sanctioned for it.

He has been caught red-handed  asking for money for a non-existent settlement case (if we base it on earlier claims and posts) and he gets a throng of people speaking for his cause settlement thrust after it was exposed. Shouldn't that entire campaign be removed? It might mislead victims who might come across the information. This site is as responsible as he is if victims are placed in a compromising situation because of that campaign.

A lot of times, people rush into my life and try to change its course.  I realize they think they know what they're doing, but it ends up taking me in some horrible directions. 

The psychotronic people try to program "family" among other things.  Rose died.  I don't want to.  While I'm eternally trying to screw the man over, I'm also deeply ashamed of my defects as a human being and don't want to bring another person into this world to suffer as I have as fair as that was.  I don't have faith that it'll get better, and I don't want it to get worse.  I seem to be eternally trapped while everyone else is living it up.  I don't want to be a refugee.

Now, as much as I'd love to be chained to our worthless system with offspring that they will threaten to kill to get me to do even stupider things, the thing would end up homeless after I lose my job for having it because this happens when I work.  There is no maternity leave, and they don't like pregnant females.  I usually end up getting partnered with a bum as well, because I am, of course, the most worthless human being on the planet and deserve to eat dirt with Joe the Hobo.  Joe and I would get along with people would leave us alone maybe, but they have issues with Joe's age and other things.  It's only okay so long as I'm getting massively screwed over to the maximum potential.

I will admit that after having tapes of Putin played in my head and crawling along the floor to his machines and under his AK47 that a special spark lit in my heart that made me a little insane, like Medea, and I still cackle to this day because I'm glued.  Not because I want him, no, heaven forbid that be granted, but because I seem to seek the worth I lost from him, someplace misplaced approval and how dare you ignore all that.

It happened.  My life is in a massive pit, and I want out of here.  I need something to happen with the brain as well.  This stinks.
