There is still a lot that can be done for our communities if you take the time to find opportunities that reach out instead of turning away. Never stop believing that you can make a difference in the world by volunteering your time and talents. I know for a fact that by me doing good works in my community, my daughter has remained healthy, it comes around full circle, there is this loop of getting and giving that cannot be broken. After the Patriot Act and other such measures to take freedoms away from American citizens, there is this facade of working Congress when in fact its impossible to access them with any of your needs, and the grave sin of experimentation done on average American citizens is something too much beyond the scope of a controlled regime. Dissidents, parties of distrust, sympathizers to our enemies, anyone in this country who turns its back on the ways and means of our government, will lose everything. The media is supposedly this 3rd party that holds these government officials responsible for their actions and laws, but even they have taken a back seat in the process because it is either too late or too dangerous to report on. Our Iowa governor is now going to be appointing all Republican judges to our appellate and supreme courts, which means basic rights of all citizens will have to be given up for the moral higher ground of interpretation, could mean the death pentalty will start in this state, and going backward instead of forward on health, marriage, and environmental protections. We may think we voted for freedom, when in fact every president works to undermine our rights. It has taken over 20 years for me to get out of targeting because the system is set up to close doors, keep silent, ignore what isn't part of the grand scheme of political process. These are symptoms which I have either experienced or witnessed in other victims. Most people only have some of these symptoms. * High Pitched Ringing in Ears: Can be so faint that victims may not notice.
* Dehydration: Often severe even when consuming a lot of fluids.
* Unusual Cellulite Accumulations: this can range from minor to severe. (I have seen a victim suddenly acquire cellulite around well used muscles after about three months of extreme microwave mind control exposure.
* Mood Swings: Unusual episodes of depression, anger, anxiety, crying, laughing...etc. (possibly misdiagnosed as "bipolar...")
* Joint and Muscle Pain: Arthritis and other pains in joints or bones...etc.
* Sudden Body Bloating: This is very common with microwave attacks and can range from mild to severe.
* Zombification: Mental numbness that can become so severe that it is difficult to focus, make decisions and think clearly.
* Brain Farts: (lol gotta hold onto my sense of humor!) Intrusions into our brains can cause interrupted thoughts or speech, dizziness, forgetfulness, mental fatigue...etc.

* Obsessions: Onset of sudden unusual obsessions (either for or against someone or something)
* Memory loss: This can range from short bouts of memory loss to severe permanent complete loss of memory. Can also be in the form of mental blocks in certain areas or in regards to certain subjects.
* Allergy Types of Symptoms: constant sinus problems and dark circles under eyes. Also feels like a stuffy head, although there is no cold or illness.
* Nausea: Can range from short mild episodes to severe vomiting.
* Unusual Thoughts and Dreams with Unusual Messages: Psychotronic weapons can be used to project voices into our heads and this is often done at night, in order to brainwash us.
* Nerve Irritation or Damage: Periods altered depth perception, eye sight and hearing. . .also numbness in lips, face or right arm, unusual head aches, bouts of small sharp pains shooting into head, deep pain behind right eye and eye brow, pain down back right side of head, muscle or nerve twitching in eyes or other parts of face, burning sensation in mouth, aching teeth and swollen gums...etc.
* Coordination Problems: Suddenly becoming accident prone
* Symptoms that Mimic Mental Illness: Victims can experience sudden mood swings and feel anxious - like they know something horrible is happening to them, but can not figure out what it is. Victims and/or their loved ones can easily assume it is a "mental illness" due to lack of awareness of remote mind control technologies. And, sadly, some doctors are more than happy to prescribe medications that aid the complete success of said technologies. Hearing voices that are sneakily technologically projected are common. (These voices can also be projected to people who are near the target, in order to make them think the target is saying foul things...etc.)
* Misdiagnosis: Falsely labeling Targeted Individuals as "mentally ill" is almost the worst part of this, because it forces 'help' in ways that are NOT needed and completely prevents help in the ways that are DESPERATELY needed.
* Seizures: Sudden seizures for no apparent reason and can be mild and temporary or severe and long term. (Possibly misdiagnosed as "epilepsy"?)
* Neurological Problems: Sudden unexplainable neurological problems, which can range from mild numbness in various parts of body. . .to sudden brain damage with severe altercations to speech and motor skills.
* Personality Change: Slow or sudden altered belief systems, taste, desires, preferences, values, morals ...etc.
* Extreme Physical and Mental Fatigue: May be short or long term.
* Unexplainable Pain in Muscles and Bones: (possibly misdiagnosed as "fibromialgia")
* Heat and Energy Flashes: Sudden rushes of heat or energy with tingling throughout body.
* Digestive and Intestinal Problems: Sudden bouts of these are VERY common in remote mind control victims.
* Sudden Onset of Medical Problems: From minor things like hair loss, swollen gums, reflux, skin eruptions, cataracts at an unusually young age, temp plummeting to 96-97, sudden weight gain or loss to detached retinas and lung, heart, liver or other organ complications or failures as well as aneurysms, strokes...etc.
* Heart Flutterings and Attacks: This is common and can range from mild heart attacks and feelings of the heart beat vibrating through whole body to lethal heart attacks, which (according to Microwave expert General Barrie Trower) can be inflicted with the push of a button.
* Sudden Onset of Unusual Physical Injuries: Injuries seem to suddenly happen almost on their own. Things like sprained ankles, joint problems and slipped discs can be remotely inflicted.
* Tumorous Growths: These may or may not be cancerous.
* Sexual Stimulation: Sexual stimulation that does not feel natural and does not match genuine desires.
* Ridges Forming on Fingernails and Toenails: From mild to severe.
* Sun Sensitivity: Sudden onsets of head aches or skin rashes during exposure to the sun
* Unauthorized Surveillance Symptoms: Feeling like we are being watched when there appears to be no body there.
* Malfunctioning of Technology: Radios and TVs suddenly turn off or on. Vehicle instruments go haywire. Watches usually stop when we wear them...etc.
* Lupus: Lupus as well as other autoimmune diseases are caused by over doses of microwave energy. The "flares" happen when our bodies react to severe levels of microwaves, which are intentionally being directed at us.
* Morgaloins Disease: (Probably spelled wrong) This and many other illnesses that we THINK are natural are actually being inflicted by microwaves.
* Leukemia and other Cancers: Tumorous cancers are also often inflicted with microwave attacks.
* Birth Defects: A targeted pregnant woman can have a child with a minor heart defects (like I did in 1982)
* Blocked Hearts: Long term Mind Control Victims often become selfish, egotistical and uncaring toward others. (This is evident in the families of Primary Targeted Individuals.)
* Inconspicuous Murder: Sudden death that appears natural,
suicidal or accidental but does not feel right to the loved ones of such victims. FTI: Deaths that are intentionally inflicted by other human beings are NOT "meant to be." These murders often leave a persistent unsettled feeling in the victim's loved ones.

It appears that one female victim is sometimes chosen from a targeted family to be more heavily targeted. This individual will probably be intelligent, independent and attractive. Manipulations will be set up to completely separate her from her family or anyone who can help her. (This can include massive levels of mind control in those whom she is closest to.) Then she will be surrounded with severe chains of difficulties and psychological, physical torture, which is apt to also include being repeatedly drugged and raped.

Crowding us in public: Constantly try to cut us off or stand too close or bump into us or make us wait in long lines, literally everywhere we go.
Street crowding: Stalkers follow you in vehicles. . .often pulling out ahead of you instead of behind you. They try to cut us off, blare horns at us, pull up beside us with blaring music, try run us off the road, suddenly slow down in front of us or rush to get ahead of us in line at a fast food restaurant ...etc. They use false license plates on their vehicles when obviously zooming to cause harm or irritation. Otherwise they try to blend in with other traffic and just be inconspicuously rude.

These chemicals can also be placed in cars, heat vents, food, shoes, clothes ...etc. (I have experienced suddenly breathing in something that burns my lungs and makes me choke. I got quite a good understanding and updating of my gang stalking book from my experiences here and the V2K perps threats. The V2K perps mention about the importance of the family and the connections and you cannot do anything against us like that. They do have certain threats and they are like of what they are making for their traps and their plans. However, I learned these V2K perps threats are not reliable as they do not know the Christianity and they claim themselves as Soka Gakkai members. They can put importance on the connections and how they can ask favor from the high rank members in the churches for their "witch hunting" on the Targeted Individuals. That kind of information gives me the insight that the comparison of the tendency of the current church and of during the Middle Ages when the riches can buy the guaranty to go to heaven and how the high status people can take out certain people from the society or label them as something bad. My defense against such argument is the early church as the model when the St. Peter and St. Paul were working in small members from Antioch to Rome after the (known) history of St. John and the Virgin Mary ends in the south of Epeshus. If the NWO is supporting the communism style due to the surveillance and controlling in the US is modeled after China, then we should tell every one that the new religious phenomenon is that the religious people are controlled by the police and if the police does not like a priest or a sister, the informants can make up the claim to move the one out from the church. Well, that kind of thing would be in my book. I'm doing what supposed to be helping the church in a long run. As long as I assume, Jesus won't be on the side of the people bullying others. Well, I woke up at 7.30 this morning and saw the kitchen light was on. It happened twice since I started to stay here. At the rosary prayer from 5pm in the church, I saw the tied string next to the VM medal of my rosary was untied for couple of rounds to make the string very loose. Last night, I went to the church and prayed rosary, and I did not see such a problem. The rosary had the string loosen at the crucifix and it happened on few days before the purchase of the rosary. I bought it on the next day I lost my Altötting rosary parts in the Cross Mountain. I saw the part which got loose today was loose for about one round at that time. So, I tried to pull the string to make that part tight every time I pray rosary. I kept my new rosary in the inner pocket of my jacket. After I used it yesterday night, I did not take it off from my jacket and it was on the desk near the kitchen.
When I came back, I checked the handle of the doors toward the balcony. I'm living in a quite good location with nice rooms. It's just off-season and some accommodations are offered in reduced prices. Well, both doors had handles pointing 4.30pm degree. If it is at 3 o'clock, the door can be opened, and 6 o'clock to be closed. I don't know what happened but nothing much looked to be stolen or damaged. I might need to put something in front of the doors to know if they are opened from outside or not.
At the church, I tried to record the rosary damage and saw a female Italian group showed up and tried to sit down on the bench 2 rows to the front. I noticed the one on the right had Jack Wolfskin jacket. There should be very few people except Koreans visiting Medjugorje and it was very rare to see someone with Jack Wolfskin jacket again. So, she would be the 4th person, so far. I think she is probably a perp. There was an Italian mid-aged woman who sat right side of me and did not take communion when both side was bared by the people did not move. Perps do some funny skits. I hope they use NYPD or FBI for better perp identification of themselves.
I bought some breads on my way back for "Abendbrot," I saw a guy with a gray sweatshirt with hood also came to buy some breads there. But when I was walking toward the hill, the guy was quite fast walking behind me. I first thought of running, but decided to film him and let him pass first. He was walking fast and passed me. Then there were two men from the behind showed up and I led them pass as well. Then I walked from their behind, I saw one of them went into the house just near where I'm staying!!! That is a typical residence of gang stalkers. The first one was like a teenager and the two men were in middle ages. You can check the video below for today's event. And don't forget to check the Delta Security guys hanging around in front of the church. There was one standing on the left side of the church as well. I was expecting to get some events would be in the church, but they did not. By the way, the Dinamo guys are staying in Medjugorje, so if you want to see the famous football prayers, you can come here. I'm a Dinamo fan, and that would be proven by the video on my blog about arguing with the pizza guy in Split who told me that wearing a Dinamo T-shirt in Split is dangerous and someone might kill me. There are Croat areas to the north from here where people put Hajduk signs, but Medjugorje welcomes Dinamo as well as a part of Croatian National Team, which often do the training in the sport center here.
