Hello today fellow victims. Or should I call us Survivors.  I am glad I found this site where others such as myself  have shared the same experiences.  Horrible, though it is.  But we can understand what it is like to live or should I say exist as targeted individuals.  We have been targeted for torture.  But the human spirit is resilient.  And I must say this, when the human spirit is reinforced with GOD’s Holy Spirit, it becomes invincible.

Through all this horrible ordeal, JAH has been with me.  In fact, I could not have survived this far, had GOD not comforted and empowered me.  At first, when I first experienced the “hidden assault”, I did not know what to do.  And I slumped deeper into a darker depression.  I kept wondering what was happening and “why” was it happening to me?  But this is why I love my GOD so.  Yes, it was GOD that made sure I found out what was happening, even though no one else around me believed me at first.  But now, the evidence is piling up that there is someone (or groups of people) out there that takes great delight in targeting individuals for whatever reason they’ve decided to do that.  I really don’t care what their agenda is.  I just know that it is not legal or morally right.

But at this point – this is what I want to address or write about:  Our attackers, want us to think that they have come up with the perfect weapon.  But through the six years of persecution that I have endured, I have found out – their weapon is not unbeatable.  It is also not absolutely undetectable.   I found out that while under their attack beam(s), I could hear the strikes it makes against certain surfaces (especially if you use some sort of shielding).   So, I’ve decided to record the attacks against my person for proof.

Here’s how it will work:  Get a video cam and an audio-recorder (preferably one that can extrapolate certain sounds and amplify them.  The reason for making the video, is so that when you take this evidence to authorities or news-people, they will see you laying prone (or sitting) motionless.  Just pull the shielding up over you (aluminum makes the most audible sound) The reason for the recorder, is so they will be able to hear the distinguishable sound.  You see, if people can be shown that the victim is absolutely still and that there is no sound or movement in the residence, just you motionless (cut off all noise-makers, such as o.k.’s, radios, fans, etc.).  Now, the reason you have to do both visual and audio together at the same time is because, others will “see” and hear that sound and know that it’s coming from something.  It will be proof that something is going on – even if they can’t explain what – it’s something.

One morning, as I lay under my shielding (it helps to keep me from getting continuously zapped) and as I lay there, I cut off my fans (which also helps to keep that electric shower from razing your skin) – I cut off the fans and just lay there – and I heard it – it was like rat-tat-tat, rat-tat-tat (sorta like that) and I experimented with how to best hear it and yes, it was the beam, where I moved, it moved, where I stayed, it stayed.  So, yes fellow victims, you can hear it.  Anyway, I contacted a newsman here in Texas and told him if I could get proof of what I was saying is true, would he get the word out there.   And he said he would.  So, now I’m just waiting to buy the equipment I need to verify to the world that there are indeed torture-stalkers out there.  Where I live, (in a townhouse apartment)  The gang stalkers are:  below me in the bottom apartment and in back of  my home.  And also across, right in front of my bedroom window, that apartment never closes its balcony door (rain or shine or cold weather) – their balcony door is always open) Also the management told me that the weekend that I had signed the lease  – “sixteen” people had moved in after we had signed the lease.  “16” at one time – now, you know, that’s unheard of.  That’s why the management mentioned it.  She even said it with a smile of surprise.  Little did she know, what was going on.  Anyway, I know who they are. (We only have one normal family living next to us in our unit.) But the good news is, that time is on our side.  As more and more victims come forward, the public is being made aware that this is not just some stories made up by some crackpots.  There are too many victims now, for us to be discounted.  And when I found this site, I was hopeful that with more voices and more experiences being documented – that they will be harder pressed to just dust it off as delusional diatribe.

Also, I’m thinking that there must be some way to ascertain if  victims’ bodies have sustained more  than the usual amount of electromagnetic traces than is considered normal.  There has got to be evidence of that, since we are constantly bombarded and zapped with those beams.  So, you see, fellow torture-survivors, the proof is there.  We just have to know how to go about getting it. To substantiate it.  And that is why the torturers, don’t want us to come together.  We would brainstorm.  We would rain on their torture-parade.

Now, I’ve also been warned that there are ‘Fakers’ or ‘Plants’ that visit these sites, to try to subvert our coming together to become empowered.  Now, that is nothing new, my emails, my phone calls and my whereabouts are constantly monitored.  And I’ve been approached by many gang stalkers, pretending to be ‘normal people’.  It seems they want to try to gauge our mental disposition and fortitude.  How best to break us down. They try to induce stimuli on us, as if we are their lab rats or guinea pigs.  But in reality, they are the devil’s lab rats and guinea pigs (1 John 5: 19).  In moments when I feel GOD’s mercy, I feel sorry for them.  I don’t condone what they do (they’re terrorists, rapists and murderers of life), but I hope that one day, they realize what they’re doing is a crime against all humanity and worse against Almighty GOD, Himself!

But in view of our ordeals, I say to all –‘us real victims’ – don’t give the torturers any evidence for their studies, their research, their tests, or their malicious enjoyment.  Stay human – keep your humanity, even though the torturers have lost theirs. On one site, I read some really good advice.  And that was, ‘to go about your daily activities as best you can.  Learn what tactics can reduce their intrusion into your lives.  The attackers want you to believe that you can’t do that.  But it can be done.  I’m doing it.  Ignore their overtures of hate.  Stay in a circle of Love – even if all you have is yourself.  But above all, you need the support system of GOD.  And try to find other victims who can relate to what you are going through. 

I think of this torment as I would, if I had found out I had cancer (which I might have, by the time  the attackers are through - with all that electronic radiation being beamed on me).  But people with cancer, live with it everyday as best as they can.  It’s a debilitating disease you can’t get rid of.  It’s painful and deadly – cancer kills and so do these torturers.  They are our cancer.  But each day, try to find some beauty of life, don’t let them rob you of your soul’s peace.  GOD will help you.  I know this for a fact.

Well, that’s it for now fellow survivors.  And remember – Time is on our side.  The Wall of Secrecy Will Fall…

It seems the gang stalking by the foreigners seems to be like the outsourcing of the surveillance system to the people from other nations. In Killing Hope, the author writes about the FBI putting the Americans abroad on surveillance. I think the situation for the TIs are similar to such even for the non-American TIs.

Recently, I found out the pattern in another country. Sometimes, the people from a specific country starts to show up often no matter the TI changes one's location inside of the country. For instance, I had been encountered Japanese in a row. I took a bed in a hostel. At that time, I encountered one Japanese in my room. Next day, I moved to another room because of the booking. Still, I encountered some Japanese there. Some Japanese moved out, then another Japanese arrived.

Nowadays, I found French people were around me. I met a man whose parents decided his staying in the same place - he lived next to my room. He was talking about attending a language school, but he had no plan of where the schools are. The conversation with him was quite strange. He asked if I practice Karate, if I like Sake, when I go back to Japan. I have been hearing similar questions for the icebreaker from the travelers often. I don't really know the reason why these questions happened to be the starter of the conversation. Who wants to asks a Japanese if she practice Karate or Aikido or like martial arts? And his reply when I asked back was funny. He said that he practiced Karate and have a white belt and he wants to practice again. I do took introduction to Karate and Aikido when I was in college for getting PE credit. But why do I have to get such questions asked from total strangers? And the answer is similar to what I did? And when we were in conversation, he often tried to get close to me about less than 50cm distance. He tried to do so even he sat on a chair. And in one occasion, he did not close his door and left it open for about 45 degree whole night. He lived in the room next to me. I don't really know what he was doing, but it could be a set up for claiming me for the sexually active. He simply did not fit into the atmosphere, so I was aware of him as a perp.

And yesterday, I encountered 2 Japanese women who stood behind me and started talking about how Japan became hard to get out for the people with lots of traveling history. I started filming the streetview for the evidence. Later,they talked about the difficulty for the entry to the country - which we are in. They were talking that they are attending a school. How often people from the same country stand behind of someone and start conversation about the traveling and the security?

By the way, a Japanese I met in another country was traveling very suspicious way. He was from Mid East and moving around Europe very quickly. I think these gang stalkers might have more suspicious records than the TIs looking for safe place to stay because of the Nazis-like human tracking.

now as you know, I insulted Putin and he posted me a picture of me dying then our intelligence service chased me around for months (because Putin probably funds us) until they could justify "novacaining" me.  It sounds like schizophrenia, but I'm lucid.  Any "real" doctor could tell you that.  I need a lawyer because I need money to repair.  This is my real name.

These are my symptoms:

loss of linear thought, like an awareness of myself

amnesia

loss of awareness, which is horrific.  I'll be in the street and not know anything but sight and sound

nausea

difficulty dreaming

seizures in my sleep

inability to feel love

inability to express emotions

difficulty comprehending the world around me, which is going to get me in an institution

burning headaches

I get myself checked for other problems all of the time just to rule out and prevent further abuse.

Lately I have noticed an increased amount of the V2S. They have probably changed frequency or whatever they do...

Before it was, even if present all the time, subliminal, it all intensed when tapping water, the use of any electrical equipment that made a sound and at night when trying to sleep. Now it´s almost like in the beginning when targeted. They do the overhead talk nonstop now. And the intense in loudness when tapping water & other use electrical tools in not that intense, as if they do not need that so much now. I notice also that my hair & nails grows faster, my hair falls off-as it did also in the beginning of this horrific story, my heart beats faster and I´m in a more depressed mood (if you can ever be more depressed and sad from this, than I already was...)

Before they left me alone ocassionally, even if present in the background all the time. I could for instance watch TV without their talking for awile, now they interfere during that aswell. And when reading. 

I have during this, almost precisely a year as a victim noticed that I haven´t had one single cold or other illness at all. I normally, during my "other life", would have had at least one or two colds or virus illness during a year. When thinking about the lack of sleep all the time, it would have made me have a sore throat all the time in my "other life", and with a lot of colds as I usually had. The weather here in the North has been very raw and cold this year, so that should normally had add the possibility for me cathing the flu or a virus. But as said, nothing of that at all, as if they, either boost the immune system or something, as if the impact from a cold or flu could jeopardize the outcome from their attacks and/or if there are "neural prothesis" in body, this possible infection could effect them working properly?-just a theory, but I would like to know if any other of you here has recognized the same?//Annie

first, based on my own experiences.I have been a victim as well as my children for several years now. Our lives are being systematically destroyed. I have had ALL of the types of violations as a human would imagine that Ive read repeatedly in other stories,however my history goes back to 1963 or there abouts.This technology has been around for so long and to the same extent as is used today.I am on soc sec.now and sick all the time but if you saw me you wouldnt see how horrible it is.Nobody mentions what they do to our newborn babies either or the pregnant mothers. Noone is exempt from this horror and it is to the death as I am told 24 hrs a day from these "excuses of people" I dont care who you are or what  you stand for or what you did or didnt do.It means nothing. They target whomever they want for no reason but murder. This is genocide I have had some of the most elaborate types of "street theater" that would have required great thought and effort. I have seen that they have access to ANYTHING or anyone in the most complicated ways just to repress you, destroy your character, financialy flatten you and make sure you cannot work again.The stalking and breakins and circus acts are just the beginning. Its the brain entrainment that isolates you steals your identity until you really are alone and its what they bank on. Then they begin to make your body break down, There is so much that these bastards have done to me.I just want to live and feel happiness and help my children. The really sad part is that the technology could be used in amazing ways beyond our belief. There could be no more human suffering LITERALLY and medical science would get there heads out of the military and our defense system if only they would use what they extracted from our environment, our atmosphere hell its life they extracted and manipulated for death. At this present time I'm seeking statements from the Targeted Individual community. 1) When your crimes started 2) Who is responsible 3) What are they doing to you 4) The methods that they use 5) How are you affected by it and 6) What are you doing to get help

Once this statement has been submitted to me, the next stage is to interview you. The interview will translate to me putting together an AFFIDAVIT on your behalf. When the AFFIDAVIT is completed, it will be email to you. Then your job would be to get it NOTARIZED. 

Once your AFFIDAVIT has been NOTARIZED, the next step is to 1) send me a copy via email and 2) mail it to the three PARTIES that is listed in  your AFFIDAVIT.

The purpose of creating the AFFIDAVIT is to DEVELOP LEGAL CREDIBILITY. Once you DEVELOP LEGAL CREDIBILITY than NO ONE can say it isn't happening. But it does not stop there. Once the AFFIDAVIT has been completed, we will be closer to forming a Coalition. By having a Coalition, we can represent each other through the completed AFFIDAVITS. For instance, we can reach out to your political representatives as a group, which together with the AFFIDAVIT makes your case legitimate.

Therefore, if you want to do something, this is where we must begin.
