Dear President Putin, I am Gordana Filipovic, the target individual for 34 years from Belgrade for political reasons. I want to tell you that suppose that there is a possibility I would not be an admirer and supporter of you if I were born and lived in Russia, but that is not the reason I am sending you this letter. The reason I am addressing you is - The International Conference of Victims of Psychotronic Terrorism held in Moscow in December 2018 and its conclusions. I am not naïve to think that something like this could be realized in a country like Russia without your approval and consent. As a target individual, I am grateful to you for that. In Serbia, psychotronic terrorism is a taboo topic, although there are evidences that torture (sleep deprivation) with high military technology used still in the concentration camp Goli Otok during the Informbiro period. What an irony! Ideologically, the same ones who persecuted those who favor Russia, now persecute those who do not glorify Russia because of its exceptional military armament. That Russia knows what Serbs like about them is enough for me that Mr Lavrov did not read poetry to us but to some Croatian officials. And for me, the greatness of Russia is reflected in the love of the Russians for Pushkin, whose bust in the Pushkin Museum the guides caress with gentle words! And when we are with the red-black coalition and your struggle to not falsify history, it is well-known fact that the Serbia Chetniks chose collaboration with the “swastika” sign rather than the five-pointed star in World War II. The statement of the speaker at that conference that an international consensus is needed to ban the use of high military technology as torture against people is exactly what has been the goal of my actions since my older son is no longer among us, as a victim of dictatorial and criminal Serbian regime. I have known personally many forms of torture with high military technology. The highest authorities in my country, by “voices in my head” overestimated me that they would shoot me in the legs if I showed up at the demonstrations and my son in the head if he did not stop exposing himself against the president and his regime. He committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of the apartment in which he lived. My beautiful, brave, unusual, honest son could not stand it more. Between a life without freedom and freedom without life, he chose the latter! In my persecution I knew the power of suggestions for committing a directed suicide! It is very difficult to oppose that! Looking back on our lives, I am absolutely certain that my older child at the age of seven became a guinea pig in examining the possibilities of high military technology in the former Yugoslavia from 1986. This fact may provoke disbelief that something like this is happening in a socialist country! Confidence is obvious in fact that in Serbia there was a real and not just digital number of baby kidnappings organized by the same state, and some parents ask deputies in the National Assembly if children were sold for experiments! Our persecutors and murderers of my son are the highest officials of the Serbia government, military and police leaders who were initially exposed, but still in fear that there is a possibility that they will be prosecuted for crimes one day, they start hiding behind criminal circles and psychopaths and use them to wash bloody hands. All this is happening with the classic Goebbels propaganda, which succeeds remarkably well in a morally devastated environment. Why should you be particularly interested in this at all and why should you know that? Because my son responded to my warnings that he was in danger with words a little popular in today’s modern world and still sacred to the Russian people: “Well, let them kill! For freedom, life should be given, as mine fought against Nazism”. My son was the direct grandson of grandfather (my father) who was a partisan during the long years in World War II and he was the direct grandson (according to his father) of a royal officer who spent all the years of World War II in the American liberated Nazi concentration camp in Germany (no Auschwitz}. Call of American for asylum in the United States with a warning about the red Russian five-pointed star was in the former Yugoslavia - he refused. Although he was a royal officer, it did not bother him to return to his country. I want you to try to imagine for yourself what my thoughts might have been about you when you invited people from our country to the celebration of the 75 anniversary of the victory over Nazism, whom I consider directly responsible for why I do not have my child! I know that you said “22 million Russian victims of Nazism gave their lives for life and not for death” and it is truth! I think that for you, as the President of Russia, it is not unimportant to know: - That I was brought up with Russian and French literature and poetry (I found God by reading Dostoevsky as an eleven-year-old child). - As a journalist of “Review of International Affairs” during 24 years I met many more Russians than Americans and none of them ever disappointed me. On the contrary, I remember them with love and nostalgia. However the voices in my head of which certainly come from Serbs, who are supposedly oriented towards Russia are: “American, Hungarian, democratic prostitute”, repeated thousands of times! - A long walk along the Nevsky Prospekt of your Petersburg on a cold autumn day with the woolen, warm scarf from the mother of the Russian journalist Nadezhda from “New Time”, who followed me, is one of my most beautiful memories in life. - I was born like you in 1952. - I could list many more things, but it would be important for you to know that I look at your photographs questioningly and wonder how you would react as a statesman and how as the man if you were familiar with many details of my unusual, difficult, painful experience in my own country, among my own people. - What you should know about the political climate in Serbia is that it is a country with divided people between supporters of the ruling dictatorial regime and those who are opponents. At the same time, a division is being created completely irresponsibly in accordance with the geostrategic interests of the great powers. I think that Serbia’s place is in the European Union. - I consider myself a person who does not divide people by skin color, belonging to a certain nation, or religion and that is how I raised my children. My younger son’s roommate during his four-year study in London was a Muscovite, friend from an International American high school in Nicosia. He is both his married godfather and the godfather of his children. I recognize only those who care about preserving man and god in themselves. - My children grew up with American films, Western music and admire the values of democratic countries: human rights, freedom speech and opinion, freedom of choice…Regardless of my political orientation, my heart will always be with the Russian poet Vladimir Vysotsky and not with the American actor Richard Widmark and his arrogant attitude (I well remember the anger I felt many years ago when I read about their meeting). My son, who is no longer with us, often mentioned Nadezhda, with a Russian soul, who called me in excitement during NATO bombing: “Gordana, send the children to Moscow, I have provided everything”! I will never forget that! Speaking of the bombing, we survived it in the “Bermuda Triangle” across from the American embassy, and we know where those whose policy was to confront the whole world were hiding. What is happening today - policy of cooperation with the whole world and not with a certain percentage of its own people is an even greater evil now! I am very grateful that you maybe may read my letter! With the hope that in the future I will not look into your photos questioningly and that the events on the world stage will deny me when I am your strict judge. I am absolutely sure that soon the world will find itself again between the choice of good and evil! Controlling and punishing people with high technology is pure Nazi idea. Now  my neighbors are  entering my house at any time  without opening any doors. They even hide in my house attic, stay in my house to attack my head, hearing, my heart, my body with all possible Non-Lethal Weapons, and to do everything evil that you can not imagine . So, I can't sleep and work normally everyday. It has been 17 years. 

Even, evilly, they are remotely  attacking and controlling my heart rate and my hearing. You all have the evidence I have provided, again, plus the evidence from this being hacked paragraph :

Even, evilly, they are poisoning me in this way after UN contacted me:

1) McDonald's Philippine  cashier, who poured coffee for me.

Recently, Prime Minister of Canada stated on behalf of Canadian government : "We will stand up loudly and clearly for human rights around the world... "

THE UNELECTED HIDDEN WORLD GOVERNMENT IS NOW USING TECHNOLOGY TO CONTROL SOCIETY.
The real political decisions are now being made behind the scenes by members of the unelected world government while public politics is just a Punch and Judy Show being put on to distract the attention of the masses of humanity. Corporate leaders make demands and elected politicians bow to their demands due to financial considerations. I am wirelessly connected to the internet of bodies control system by a two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy without my consent and because of this data is taken from my brain and body and is transmitted to a central location also without my consent. Further to that, data is also being received into my brain and body which enables unknown others to speak to me and to hurt me in various ways. The audio messages which I hear coming from inside my head are encoded into the microwave carrier wave via frequency modulation.
Here is a small selection of what unknown internet of bodies control staff have been saying to me and about me to each other recently as follows:-
"Is she being medicated. " "No." "Get her into the medical system. The only way we will control her is through medication."
"They are happy to pass her off as one of us but she wont be passed off."

"Put manners on this lady." "Why" "I happen to think she needs disciplining."
"Is she a nut job." "No. She is not a nut job." " We had to have a system in place to extend our powers."

 I may have fried my implant. Using an EMP I made with information here: https://www.wikihow.com/Make-an-Electromagnetic-Pulse ; .  It's been a couple days. There are D.E.W's in my place so I am still being targeted. The discomfort is lessened though and I have no targeting outside my neighbourhood. My process was to put on my plastic based toque/beanie and place the coil over top. I then put aluminum foil over that to concentrate the EMP. I believe it fried the implant. The Lord told me to tell you this. I'm not always able to post on here. Try it out. I am in danger already, so be prepared should you do this. You may be in danger for destroying your implant. It's only been two days so still not sure if it worked or the perps are playing games. Worth a try at least.

A World in the Grip of Death

    They called him Moishe the Beadle.  He was the jack of all trades in a Hasidic house of prayer in Sighet, Trannsylvania, a region of Romania.  He was the poorest man in all Sighet.  He was shy and kept to himself but he was liked by the people.  He mastered the art of invisibility and insignificance which had he known the task ahead of him, being an observant Jew, he would have made himself of more significance.  For, who will believe the poorest man in town?

    This is a recounting of the first person mentioned in the book "Night" by author Elie Wiesel.  You can read the latest edition online but it is a painful read.  It will hurt you to read it and the pain will be more real to you than just a normal unaware reader.  The author has experienced the "first faces of hell and death".  For those of you who chose to read this book don't let anyone of you lose sight of hope.  Endurance wins the prize.

    In the year 1941 a young teenager was asked a question by a man, " Why do you cry when you pray ".  He answered, "I don't know".  Thus began a relationship between two human beings who sought to love God.

    Not long after their discussions about Jewish mysticism began, months.  All foreign Jews were expelled from Sighet and Moishe the Beadle was a foreigner.  The foreign Jews were packed into cattle cars and transported to hell and death.  But Moishe the Beadle surived and by the strength God gave him, he returned to Sighet to warn the people.

    But the people of Sighet would not recieve his warnings and pleadings.  Francois Muriac wrote the Forward to the book "Night" and in it he spoke of the  people.  He spoke of their blindness, their inconceivable passivity, the deafness in their ears to warnings and pleas, their refusals to believe an eyewitness to the frist faces of hell and death.  That is what sealed their fate.

    Does this feel painfully similar to today?

     We are just like Moishe the Beadle.  We speak.  We write.  We cry but no one pays any attention to us.  It is to umbelieveable, to incomprehensible, nonetheless, it is true.  And we cannot be silient.

We have a task to perform and we are not permitted to avoid it.  God is watching us.

     Plato asked: If we were shielded from the consequences of our actions, how would that change the way we act?

     We are painfully aware of the answer to this question and the power of the question is not lost.  It is the "mystery of iniquity".

     In the coming days I will write about the deception that is here and that is coming.  I will speak of the absolute necessity of being rooted and grounded in the fact that Christ came in the flesh, died on the cross and rose from the dead.  Don't let anyone steal that from you.

     Elie Wiesel passed away on July 2, 2016.  I will always remember him on that day of July because that is also my birthday. A commentator on NPR said that his book "Night" and "The Diary of Anne Frank" were the two most read books about that terrible era of history.  The commentator also said that although his book was about his ordeal, there was also an underlying story of how he lost his faith in his God.  The God he loved.  He lived to be a voice for those who no longer had a voice. 

     I want to make a comment about the book "Night" and the author Elie Wiesel.  He, the author, was told that he survived his ordeal in Auschwitz in order to write his book "Night".  I believe that is a true statement.  The author wrote in his own words that he believed that every book has a destiny.  I believe this is also a true statement and I believe that its destiny is for today, for this precise time at the ending of time.  It is written in the book of Revelation, chapter 10, verses 6 and 7 that there should be time no longer and that the mystery of God should be finished.

     Were it not for the horrors that we have experienced, Iam not sure that I would have this certain eschatological point of view.  The author wrote that only those who experienced Auschwitz know what it was and it is the same with us.  No one knows what it is like to be tortured the way we are presently being tortured.  And the world and the church remains ignorant and silent to our cries and pleas, even though these cries and pleas are an attempt to warn them that the world is again turning demented and glacial, where again humans will become inhuman and the masters will do whatever they deem necessary as they imagine in their absence of God intellect.

     I would like to say that I insist that every Christian who reads this blogpost would also read the book, Night.  But I am not that bold.  You may not be put to the test as some have.  But if you were, wouldn't you like to be prepared to stand to the end and glorify Jesus.

Luke 12: 4,5   And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.  But I will forwarn you whom ye shall fear:  Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell:  yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Der Staat - illegale KILIC-PSI-GROUP - und die Bevölkerung

Rechtspfusch des Heidelberger Ordnungsamtes, der Staatsanwaltschaft Heidelberg, Aufälligkeiten vorsätzlich falscher Rechtsakte, vorsätzlich falsch angewendetes Recht, zugleich aber auch ausgeprägte Ansätze alles nur erdenklich "suspekte", selbst im belanglosesten Detail, allen Bürgern, jedenfalls außer den Türken der radikalen und PSI-aktiven KILIC-PSI-GROUP hinter MEMET KILIC(Die Grünen) anzulasten, deutsche Schummel-Behördenmitarbeiter tarnen im Auftrag amerikanischer Geheimdienste, der in Baden-Württemberg ansässigen US-Administration, der Militär-Regierung welche noch immer aktiv ist weil das Besatzungsstatut nicht aufgehoben ist, auch reale US-Intelligence-Operationen(KILIC-PSI-GROUP und defense-orientiertes US-REMOTE-VIEWING IRVA.ORG) und wirken, obwohl andere illegitime Einflüsse bekannt sind, den bürgerlichen Interessen, der Rechtsgarantie in der BRD entgegen, auch sogenannte Beweislastumkehr ausgeprägt und ganz oft verwoben in Verfahren und Rechtsakten angewendet und implizit vorausgesetzt wird - feste Beweise in Form von verworrenen Schriftstücken dieser Behörden über diese(n) Skandal(e) existieren, im weiteren werde ich diesen hochrelevanten Punkt noch einmal genauer auseinander nehmen. Fakt ist alles findet vor dem Hintergrund und der Einflussnahme einer weltweit wirklich ausnahmslos "kranken" Situation statt, denn in Heidelberg bzw. Baden-Württemberg findet sich USAREUR(US-NATO-Headquarter), US-ADMIN, Militär-Regierung, Heidelberg-CIA und seit den 80ern leider auch die psychopathische türkische Familie KILIC, der KILIC-PSI-GROUP, hinter MEMET KILIC(Die Grünen), geb. "ALI GÜLDANE" 1967 in Malatya in der Türkei. Die Zivilbevölkerung ist genau dazwischen. Soweit bis dahin. Im weiteren soll aufgezeigt werden, welche Rechtsschwindel und Psychiatrieschwindel systematisch mit korrupten Behördenmitarbeitern betrieben werden und dass die Schraube der Korruption/illegalen Absprache zur Rechtsbeugung in Heidelberg auch beim untersten Mitarbeiter ansetzt und bewußt entgegen geltender Gesetze verstoßen wird. Fakt ist, dass alle hier erwähnten hirnrissigen und verworrenen Taktiken und Methoden alle in Baden-Württemberg bekannt wurden. Wahrscheinlich sind es noch viel mehr. Wir - die besonnenen und gewissenhaften Bürger - müssen davon ausgehen, dass dies zum vorsätzlichen Nachteile der Zivilbevölkerung erfolgte, denn derartiger Rechtspfusch passiert nicht ohne besondere Motivation ohne besonderes Wissen um Folgen des Tuns. Letztlich hat der Staat auch damit sogar erneut Varianten von CIA-Tötungsprogrammen bestärkt, begünstigt und sogar personenspezifisch angeschärft und gefördert. KILIC-PSI-GROUP hat sich nämlich in letzten Jahren immer mehr auf #TERMINALMINDCONTROL, das Einfädeln und Organisieren von Amok, TERROR, Konflikten und Morden spezialisiert und konzentriert und tatsächlich erfolgten z.B. vor und besonders nach etwa dem Jahr 2000 auch die wirklich große Anzahl verschiedener äußerst befremdlicher Amok-Taten gehäuft, verstärkt und den Rahmen denkbarer Statistik sprengend. International und von verschiedensten Nationen, besonders auch von Millionen Migranten! An und nahe der unterschiedlichsten Orte: in Schulen und Universitäten/Colleges, auf Straßen aller Welt, in Bussen, auf Inseln, in Krankenhāusern, in Kaufhäusern und sehr zahlreichen anderen Plätzen. Hier geht es also um einen hochgefährlichen Schwindel, jeder könnte direkt und vielmehr indirekt Mal Schwierigkeiten damit bekommen, Opfer werden. Und dann zählt nur noch Wissen, Vorausschau und Schnelligkeit, wenn überhaupt. Um diese Gefahr, welche nur oberflāchlich zugegeben und öffentlich kaum oder gar nicht analysiert wird, geht es. US-ADMIN und CIA verschweigen also auch eine außer Kontrolle geratene Sitatuation bzw. eine unkontrollierbar gewordene eigene Intelligence-Operation, Teil des IRVA.ORG Remote-Viewing-Programms, welche als offene Gefahrenquelle gegen Zivilibevölkerung besteht, das Morden allerdings ist das Allerletzte was durch "banales Verschweigen" unterbunden oder ausgeschlossen sein würde, denn die KILIC-PSI-GROUP ist nicht glaubhaft unter Kontrolle.

Häufig findet man verdeutete und mit falschem, unlogischen und verworrenen Begriffsauffassungen, vorgegebenem falschen Verständnis insgesamt (auch hier!) zur Falschanwendung gereichend bei zahlreichen Behörden vorliegend. Um nur einige Bespiele zu nennen, die Liste ist nicht vollständig, geht es z.B. bevorzugt darum seitens Psychologen, Psychiatern und anderen Behörden darum auch selbst unwahre, inadequat konzeptuierte Falschunterstellungen, nicht nur Falschannahmen, einzupflechten. Häufig beobachtbar sind z.B. die überzogene inhaltliche Lenkung auf:

• "Sie glauben wohl an Telepathie...?" - Unterstellung Glaube aktiviere und unterhalte weltweit hochgefährlichen psychophysischen KILIC-PSI-TERROR - offensichtlich Müll weil IRVA.ORG bekannt und tausend Details mehr bekannt, kein statistischer Zufall, natürlich Versuch gefährliche PSI-Ursache seitens KILIC-PSI-GROUP von extern allerdings nur auf eigene Psyche der Zielperson(en) zurückführen und dann eben ganze Welten dort mit hineinzuspinnen. Glaube allein erklärt keinen gefāhrlichen KILIC-PSI-TERROR von Heidelberg ausgehend auf weltweite Ziele.
• Sender-Empfänger-Theorie: hier Behauptung "es gehörten immer zwei dazu", falsche Unterstellung soll zwingend erforderliche Ursache/Motivation seitens KILIC-PSI-GROUP gefährliche Telepathie und PK zu betreiben überblenden und beidseitig verteilen oder auf mehrere(!) beliebige und unwissende Bürger verteilen - offensichtlich unzureichende Erklārung, denn KILIC-PSI-GROUP ist Heidelberger Türkengruppe welche den Effekt vom "Kleinkollektiv" auf Masse übertragt, jedenfalls ist klar festzustellen, dass seitens irgendwelcher Empfänger kein "verborgener Anteil" im Bewußtsein besteht Akte des Überfalls, Angriffs, genital-orientierter Überfälle schlafend nachts oder tagsüber, KILIC's verworrene Konfliktschrauben und alle sonstigen Perversionen und Schweinereien der türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP aus Heidelberg insgeheim zu wollen, zu dulden oder zu unterhalten oder zu unterstützen. Alleinige Ursache liegt bei psychopathischen Türken der KILIC-PSI-GROUP. Alles andere ist unrichtig.
• Bogus-Science um Ursachenerklärung von Telepathie und PK: Unterstellung zwei Gehirne könnten auch zufällig verschränken und dann weltweit hochgefährlichen PSI-TERROR entfalten - warum passierte dann all das nicht durch die Jahrhunderte und Jahrzehnte....?
• Behauptung: Parapsychologie Telepathie und Psychokinese sei streng wissenschaftlich Teil der Psychologie - selbsterklärend
• Behauptung: Sie hören doch "Stimmen" also muss ihr Bewußtsein gespalten sein - völliger Bullshit, denn erstens kommt es drauf an ob das Wachbewußtsein oder Unterbewußtsein angeblich gespalten sein soll, nur falls Unterbewußtsein gespalten also eine unbewußte Bewußtseinsebene existierte ohne das bewußte Wissen der Person könnte von Spaltungsirresein ausgegangen werden. Sind hingegen alle Details bewußt und bekannt, kann also keine zweite unbewußte und verselbstständigte Bewußtseinsebene nachgewiesen werden liegt natürlich keine Bewußtseinspaltung vor, damit also auch keine Krankheit i.S.d. Definition. Zweitens ist das Hören von Stimmen als Kriterium des Gespaltenseins ausgeschlossen bei externen telepathischen Signalen und Inhalten, Telepathie ist eben Parapsychologie und nichts anderes. Q.E.D.

Gerade mit derartigen und zahlreichen anderen Falschauffassungen können Zielpersonen vorsätzlich inkriminiert und mit präparierten/fingierten Psychologiekriterien, in Wahrheit die dauerhafte konfabulierte Telepathiekulisse KILIC's, und immer auch bereitwillig falschauslegender Behördenmitarbeiter, welche nicht ehrlich und gewissenhaft prüfen, entweder der hässlichen Ursache türkischer Telepathie oder eben angeblich an der Person beobachtbarer Psychiatriekriterien oder anderer Inhalte bezichtigt werden. Also Konfabulation telepathischer Signale zu angeblichen Psychiatriekriterien. KILIC's angebliche Lebensleistung, eher die einzigste und gefährlichste, ist nichts anderes als ein wahnsinniger und überaus hässlicher türkischer Schwindel mit welchen Zivilisten und dem Staat unendlich geschadet wurde. Wie ich bereits betonte verschmelzen in den wahnsinnigen türkischen Gehirnen der KILIC-PSI-GROUP Wahrheit und Fälschung bzw. spezieller ausgedrückt Vorfeldsursache und Vertuschungsschwindel von mit Telepathie und PK präparierter/fingierter Ereignisse/Taten. Das mit illegaler Telepathie und PK präparierte gewordene Verbrechen, sinnvollerweise als PSI-CATALYZED-CRIME zu bezeichnen. Jedenfalls dürfen die Türken auf keinen Fall als harmlose Informationsbotschafter, ledigliche Übermittler von sowieso illegal erlangten Informationen betrachtet werden, sondern als gefährliche und wahnsinnige Manipulateure, Betrüger und aktive Mörder mit ihren eigenen speziellen Methoden angesehen werden. Hier kann man sich immer nur wieder erschrecken, wie derartige Schwindel auch in großer Nähe zur Universität in der Universitätsstadt Heidelberg jahrzehntelang überdauert haben, würde es gerade zwingend massiven auch wissenschaftlichen, rechtlichen und verfassungsmäßigen Betrug durch KILIC und unfreiwillige Einbeziehung großer Kreise der Zivilibevölkerung bedeuten.

Bezüglich der Fragestellung der Rechtmäßigkeit der in der Ursache/Motivation zwingend nur von der KILIC-PSI-GROUP ausgehenden, unterhaltenen und weitergeführten Telepathiekulisse, der Psychokinese, dauerhaften Belästigungen mit Telepathie, Mindcontrol als parapsychologische Methode ist klar festzustellen, dass die Methode in der BRD nicht amtlich zugelassen ist, nicht qualifiziert und zertifiziert wurde, eben nur im "unheiligen" und illegalen Zwischenfeld von Staat und Geheimdiensten unerlaubt Platz genommen hat. KILIC-PSI-GROUP und illegale Methode des türkischen PSI-TERRORs selbst stellen eine illegitime Verbindung auch zu staatsgesponsertem Terrorismus dar, verbotene oder selbst kriminelle Programme, meist realisiert mit der Taktik des Selbstangriffes(False-Flag-Operation), und gegen bereits fest verbriefte Rechte der Zivilbevölkerung. Hierzu massenweise Literatur verfügbar, laut Wikipedia gibt es im jedem Land international Fälle von staatgesponsertem Terrorismus. Polizeilich ist der KILIC-PSI-TERROR im kleinsten Glied aber immer die Voraus-Präparation von entweder Personen, Sachverhalten, Umständen, Beweismitteln oder Meinungen und Sichtweisen im Vorfeld und auch danach. Das bedeutet das beim KILIC-PSI-TERROR eine kriminelle und unerlaubte Mischung/Kombination von Präparation von Voraussetzungen der Tat/Täter und Ursachenerklärung/Manipulation im Nachhinein stattfindet und ausgeformt ist. Dies erfolgt durch Präparation mit störendem PSI-TERROR der Türken, Zielpersonen werden mit Telepathie angegriffen, ihnen wird durch die KILIC-PSI-GROUP mit gefährlichen psychophysischen Methoden zugesetzt, diese bedrāngt, mit Schmerzen eingeschüchtert, terrorisiert, sicher auch traumatisiert, mit Tod bedroht, gefoltert, sexuell terrorisiert, solange und soweit bis der Wille der Zielpersonen offenbar kippt/kollabiert und dann in eine eskalative Handlung übergeht. Das reicht von Entgleisung, Wutanfall, unendliche Wut, Jähzorn bis hin (wie beobachtbar) zu Gewaltsuggestion, Gewaltanwendung als Rache, Hass, Amok und TERROR. Der Wille und die Persönlichkeit der Zielperson muss dazu durch die Türken der Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-GROUP wochenlang/monatelang bespitzelt, gestalkt, bedrängt und auch sexuell angegriffen, terrorisiert und belästigt werden, denn KILIC's PSI-TERROR-Methode ist vor allem eine Sex-TERROR-Angriffs,- und Überwältigungsmethode - also praktisch Vergewaltigung und ein Gewaltverbrechen, ein Angriff und eine Gesundheitsschädigung u.v.a.m. auch in sich selbst. Ganz sicher kann ausgeschlossen werden, dass weltweit millionenfacher Amok per statistischem ZUFALL passiert und andererseits ist auch die "Psychose-Theorie" welche auf grundständige Geisteskrankheit versucht abzustellen keine ausreichende und befriedigende Erklärung, gerade dies kann an ganz vielen Fällen gezeigt werden und wurde sogar Teil der für Bevölkerung freigegebenen Informationen, eine ganz schwache und unzureichende Theorie die reale Ursache zu erklären. Zu all diesen Punkten können entsprechende Quellen, Videos zu Fällen, u.a. aufgelistet werden, alle Informationen sind frei verfügbar. Die Gefährlichkeit der türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP, und so wie sich die Verhältnisse entpuppt haben, beruht also darauf, dass Menschen mit Gehirnwäschemethoden, mit Telepathie & PK zu unüberlegten Taten und Handlungen überlistet und "ausgetrickst" werden sollen, dann eine Tat oder einen Mord begehen. KEMAL KILIC/KILIC-PSI-GROUP droht Angriffe/Überfälle/Rache über Telepathie an, wenn sich ihnen jemand der Heidelberger Wohnungsadresse nähert oder zu nähern beabsichtigt, einzelne Türken zeigen häufig über Telepathie wie sie Zielpersonen mit lang ausgestreckter Hand Schlagen/Klatschen zur Strafe und Rache für Ungehorsam, Widerspenstigkeit und Gegenwehr gegen KILIC und seine Telepathie und PK. Auch verbreitete KILIC mit seiner Telepathie Drohgebärden z.B. mit lang ausgestrecktem Zeigefinger schüttelnd "Wehe" drohen. KILIC-PSI-GROUP/KEMAL KILIC kommentiert telepathisch auch Ermittlungen gegen sich selbst und häufig sogar bereits in der Gesellschaft kritisch gegen ihn aufkommende Analysen, sofern bezichtigt was entsprechend häufig passiert, versucht er über Telepathie andere Namen, teils ehemaliger ihm kritisch gegenüberstehenden Mieter/Anwohner aufzuwerfen(weil es kritische Zeugen gegen ihn bleiben, welche beseitigt und mitermordet werden sollen!), nur um damit die illegale Präparation von abgezielten, noch zu erreichenden, Eskalationen von Zielpersonen mit seiner Telepathie, PK, und todführendem Mindcontrol zu tarnen/getarnt zu halten und durchziehen zu können, letztlich Morde ungestraft einzufädeln - wenig überzeugend wie wir wissen, weil Millionen Bürger beobachten und ganz genau wissen was wirklich los ist. Dies ergibt sich auch daraus weil "KEMAL KILIC" wirklich häuserreihenweise ganz Heidelberg, ganz Nordbaden und den Rest von Baden-Württemberg jahrelang angriff, überfiel und terrorisierte und deswegen als Gefährder überwacht werden muss. So wurden z.B. ganze Arztgruppen von Fachärzten(umfängliche Beweisführung mit allen Details verfügbar!), Psychiatern und Psychologen, Professoren vieler Fakultäten der Universität Heidelberg des damaligen Professorenstammes Opfer von KILIC's terroristischen Erpressungen, Überfāllen und Anschlägen, auch andere Beamte, Behörden und Rechtsanwälte sowie die damals noch lebenden Politiker Helmut Kohl und Friedrich von Weizsäcker, ein Beispiel für eine Firma mit polnischem Namen ist die Heidelberger Firma Rzepka, ebenfalls aus Heidelberg-Neuenheim und nur wenig entfernt von den physikalischen Instituten des Philosophenweges. Andere Beispiele von in Heidelberg mit Telepathie häufig und regelmäßig angegriffener polnischer Familien können genannt werden, das waren teilweise auch Nachbarn von uns. Echterweise sind alle Namen und Details verfügbar aus den Inhalten, welche KILIC telepathisch über die Jahre brachte, und die stammen auch aus Zeiten vor 1990! KILIC wollte nach dem "Gießkannen-Prinzip" in Heidelberg alle und jeden Erreichen und Treffen, das ist wichtig, weil ganz definitiv im Vorfeld der Ereignisse von 911, Finanzkrisen und Wirtschaftwenden und Desasterkapitalismus das terroristische und auch damals schon tödliche Kapitel des KILIC-PSI-TERROR von Heidelberg ausgehend "quasi gegen Staat" durch Kemal KILIC, den Türkinnen der Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-GROUP erfolgte und vorausging, alles von deren Heidelberger Wohnung ausgehend, alles nur in ein und demselben türkischen Kleinkollektiv von ausschliesslich acht Türken und zwei Türkinnen, welche innerhalb meiner Anwohnerphase von 1999-2000 über die Monate hinweg alle einmal oder mehrfach im Hausflur oder weil sie bedrohten und beleidigten persönlich/in Person angetroffen und beobachtet werden konnten. Es ist diese Familie KILIC von welcher terroristischer PSI-TERROR, radikale Telepathieüberfälle und Anschläge, nachts, an Sonntagen und Feiertagen, meist schwer genitalienorieniert, ausgehen, es geht auch nur um diese einzige jemals bekannt gewordene gefährliche türkische PSI-Täterquelle welche in Heidelberg besteht. KEMAL KILIC, einem höchstradikalen türkischen Psychopathen der Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-GROUP beredete jahrelang Ermittler und Staatsanwälte mit seiner Telepathie, versuchte entgegen geltender Verfassungsrechte Beamte telepathisch "zu überreden" mit ihm und mit seinem Rechtsschwindel gemeinsame rechtsbrecherische Sache zu machen, Menschen Rechte abzusprechen oder diese eben mit Telepathie zu übergehen, auszuhebeln und zu verunmöglichen. Gehindert würde dies dann nur noch vom eigenen Gerechtigkeitssinn der Beamte sein, dies zu kontrollieren und neutral zu bleiben gesetzliche Pflicht. Fakt ist, dass ich über Jahre und viele Gelegenheiten hinweg immer wieder den sicherlich begründeten Eindruck gewann KEMAL KILIC bestrebt das "flächendeckende Einschwören" gegen Rechtsstaat, Organe, Beamte und insgesamt gegen moderne friedliebende Gesellschaft um offensichtlich eine Aushöhlung, Unterwanderung und Abhängigsein von ihm persönlich zu erreichen, Vorarbeit für ausländische Geheimdienste. Wer KEMAL KILIC oder der Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-GROUP, wohnhaft u.a. Humboldstraße 24, 69120 Heidelberg-Neuenheim, hilft, dies begünstigt, Beihilfe leistet, einzelne Türken gar verteidigt, muss sich im Klaren sein, dass er/sie fiese und brandgefährliche und tödliche CIA-Programme zum Überwurf eines Rechtsstaates unterstützt, einen Staatsstreich der CIA vor dem Hintergrund der Gelegenheit fördert, dass in Deutschland völkerrechtlich noch nicht wieder alles "im Ausgleich" ist. Auch muss damit gerechnet werden auf KILIC und eine politische Fake-Richtung reinzufallen und rausgelockt zu werden die "Drecksarbeit" zu erledigen, welche "paukend und trompetend" durch "operative Zellen" konzipiert und organisiert wurde, KILIC macht dann zusätzlich Druck über Telepathie und Psychokinese, eine erprobte und beliebte Taktik welche über die letzten 20 Jahre immer wieder beobachtet wurde.

Zulässig, geschweige denn rechtmäßig, ist für die Polizei eine solche Methode natürlich nicht - allenfalls eine durch Geheimdienste(CIA, Mossad, US-ADMIN) gedeckelte Mauschelei, auch wird damit der Apparat selbst schuldig weggesehen zu haben und Unterlassen zu haben und wegen dem staatsgespondertem TERROR-Prinzip Verbrechen zukünftige Tatortszenen präpariert zu haben, und KILIC nicht rechtzeitig/frühzeitig verhaftet und eingewiesen zu haben, an Hinweisen an die Polizei hat es sicher niemals gefehlt. So wurde der Polizei auf jeden Fall in präziser und ganz exakter Form als Ermittlungseinstieg u.a. das KFZ-KENNZEICHEN von "KEMAL KILIC - HD-KI1296 - sauber und juristisch einwandfrei angegeben, sodass niemals Mißverständnisse aufkommen können. Interessant ist es einmal zusammenfassend festzustellen, dass der betrügerische, rechtsbrecherische KILIC-PSI-TERROR, Mauscheleien an Geschehnisentwicklungen, über all die vielen Jahre wirklich absoluter TERRORISMUS war und ist, denn obwohl KILIC zur Täuschung anderer häufig über Telepathie verbreitete er würde der Polizei, dem Staat und auch Bürgern helfen, hat er doch exakt das Gegeteil getan und hundertausende Morde und über 1 Millionen Gewalttaten passierten in kürzester Zeit zusätzlich zu Schulattentaten durch Jugendliche. So wurde meines Wissens nach in keinem einzigen gewordenen Amokfall seitens KILIC personenspezifisch vorgewarnt dass Verbrechen passieren würden, wo und wann, welche Namen die Täter haben, nichts davon, vielmehr ist es einzig richtig, dass KILIC-PSI-GROUP immer mehr auf das heimliche Abrichten von Tätern("Nicht dem Hund direkt in die Augen schauen...!") spezifisch Taten zu begehen spezialisiert hat, und eben dafür "an der Zielperson länger festklebte" und diese länger impersonierte um später ein totales "Crack-Up" mit den erlangten heimlichen Wesensbeobachtungen seiner Zielpersonen zu schaffen. KEMAL KILIC wurde mit einem Löwen verglichen, dessen "Augen fahl-gelb seien", weil er sich an Zielpersonen, nichtsahnende Opfer aller Altersgruppen wie ein blutrünstiges Raubtier heranmacht, seine "Beute" in allen Lebenslagen bespäht, deren Schwächen und Achillesfersen innig studiert um diese dann bei einer abgestimmten Möglichkeit zu überfallen und eine Amok und Gewaltreaktion bei seinen abgerichteten Opfern zu entzünden. Diese Eskalationen können langsam oder schnell aus inneren Widersätzen erwachsen, alles fängt mit einer heimlichen "Persönlichkeits-Deformation" an, welche die Zielperson nicht oder erst viel zu spät beginnt zu erkennen.

Unter diesen Umständen erfolgt hieraus natürlich nun keine Vorwarnung. Man kann sagen, dass die so aufwendig und mit voller Konzentrationskraft und Hingabe telepathisch und mit perversem Mindcontrol präparierten Zielpersonen ja quasi dann im letzten Moment aufgegeben werden müssten und zur Vorwarnung der Öffentlichkeit Personenname, Ort und Tatplanung durch KILIC verraten werden müssten was sofort im Widerspruch ist und so niemals beobachtet wurde. Das konnte zuletzt besonders beim Fritz von Weizsäcker Mord beobachtet werden, wobei nämlich der Täter angeblich 30 Jahre die Ermordung zuvor geplant hatte und kein KILIC aus Heidelberg hat in Rheinland-Pfalz vorgewarnt, dass es diesen Täter gibt, dass er was vor hat, oder in seiner Wohnung in Rheinland-Pfalz den Fußboden zerstoßen/zerschnitten hat. Wo ist denn bei einer solch großen Zeitspanne die Vorwarnung von der famosen türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP? Die Antwort kann nur sein, dass die gegenteilige Richtung, nämlich Amoktäter wie am Fließband zu erzeugen von den Türken präpariert wird, und daher ist es "nicht gewünscht" und wird nicht gemacht vor Taten zu warnen. 

Die mit telepathischem PSI-TERROR präparierten Verbrechen waren und sind mit einer extrem rabiaten, unendlich wütenden Telepathiekulisse verbunden, welche aufgrund der Intensität, aber auch weil künstlich mit Telepathie von extern, von vielen beobachtenden Bürgern mitbekommen werden kann, besonders auch vom genauen Inhalt her. Daher können aus den entsprechenden Zeiträumen im Vorfeld von Ereignissen und Taten die Inhalte zumeist äußerst präzise beschrieben werden. Die Gelegenheit "mitzuhören" hängt aber trotzdem von den Türken ab, denn es gilt natürlich, dass nur die durch die Türken telepathisch verbreiteten Details durch andere sekundäre Mithörer mitbekommen werden können. Aber KILIC ist eben gerade nicht für, sondern gegen Zielpersonen tätig, nur auf der Seite der Verbrechenspräparation, dem mit seiner Telepathie PSI-CATALYZED-CRIME, zu finden. Daher ist seit geraumer Zeit erkennbar geworden, welches gefährliche Unwesen die Heidelberger türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP treibt, nämlich gegen das Leben und Leib von Millionen Zielpersonen international gerichtet. 

Eine ganz fiese und hinterlistige und gefāhrliche Rolle spielte und spielt hierfür auch die "ältere Frau KILIC", welche ebenfalls in der Humboldtstraße 24 regelmäßig ein und aus ging, auch existieren sehr umfangreich Beobachtungen, welche auf die hohe Aggressivität, Überheblichkeit und Radikalität schließen lassen. Von dieser KILIC-PSI-GROUP wurde ich auch während der Mietphase von 1999-2000 physisch bedroht, beleidigt und später regelmäßig mit Telepathie und PK terrorisiert. Weitere Details hierzu können meinen englischsprachigen Blogs entnommen werden, was im Mieterumfeld z.B. anderen Anwohnern, meine Familie eingeschlossen, angetan wurde ist dort aufgelistet. Die Namen an der Wohnungstür wurden lange nach erfolgtem Einzug von KILIC auf KOWALSKI geändert, weswegen vom Imitieren anderer Personen/Persönlichkeiten oder Prahlen/Vorführen/Bloßstellen von momentanen Opfern/Opfernamen seiner Telepathie auszugehen ist, dieses Impostering kann für die Zeit danach eine Rolle spielen, auch für die Frage KEMAL KILIC ähnlich sehender gewordener Täter und auch insgesamt für das Annehmen fremder Identitäten und Persönlichkeiten nach dem "Revolver-Prinzip". Jedenfalls ist mir diese ältere Frau KILIC über Jahre mit radikalem Telepathieterror, lautstarkem Aufwiegeln mit Telepathie anzugreifen und zu überfallen, Kommentare zuzugeben welche sowohl zur Mitteilung als auch Aufhetzung dienen, Formen von "Doppelsprech", prahlerischen Kundgaben und dreisten Bloßstellungen wer und ob Zielpersonen sexuell die letzte Nacht beim Telepathie-Anschlag getroffen wurden, sprach auch von großen Skandalen, überheblichen und vorlauten Eingaben bei Meinungsbildung aller Art auch und besonders gegen Personen, konnte auch lautstark im Vorfeld des Rechtsfalles des US-Comedian "Bill Cosby" wütend die Wohnungstür schließend und mit Telepathie wütend Kommentare abgebend beobachtet werden. An einem Nachmittag(CET). Nach dieser Frau KILIC, stellte Cosby ein amerikanisches Gesellschaftsbild dar, welches sie immer bezweifelte und immer weg oder unwahr wissen wollte, daran um diese Veränderung(Umstürzen der Werte) zu erreichen auch arbeitete, an Überfällen mitwirkte und beteiligt war/ist. Viele andere Schauspieler. Ein noch anderes Kapitel ist z.B. das Imitieren von Synchronsprechern entsprechend häufig von amerikanischen Serien, gern der deutschen Sprecherin der Ehefrau in der Cosby-Show, auf diese Weise gegen amerikanische Gesellschaftswerte arbeitete. Damals war es noch so naiv ausgeprägt, dass alle gutgläubigen Bürger abends am Fernseher bei der Cosby-Show abgefischt und mit den türkischen Psychopathen synchronisiert werden sollten, dieses blieb auch jahrelang das "telepathische Leitbild" der widerlichen älteren Frau KILIC aus Heidelberg und beliebter Einstieg sich illegal einzumischen. Für meine Begriffe von vor 1990 stammend, endgültig nach 1990 entpuppt.

Interessant ist auch zu erwāhnen, dass u.a. auch das Heidelberger "Institut für Dolmetschen" auch in KILIC's telepathischen Anschlägen vorkam, der Zusammenhang liegt darin, dass die türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP(die Gruppe der türkischen PSYCHICS!) vor der Humboldtstraße 24 in Heidelberg-Altstadt wohnte und gerade dort in einer Seitengasse befindet sich dieses Institut. KILIC spann hierbei jahrelang dem Institut für Dolmetschen die verstümmelten Worte nach "Doll Matchen", was eher sexuell unterstrichen oder in Hinblick auf seine genital-orientierte PSI-Überfälle zu verstehen ist. Konflikte von KILIC aus früheren Wohngebieten in Heidelberg. Interessant ist auch die Phrase, mehr eine Frage, welche die radikale türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP in Heidelberg häufig telepathisch verlautbarte: "Bist du der Muselmann, mmh, bist du der Muselmann...?", oder "Neckar hat Necktar geneckt", oder "geneckt" und andere darauf basierende Abwandlungen, auch z.B. "Der Kern des Neckar...". Tausende andere charakteristische Details mehr gegen KILIC aus Heidelberger Kreisen existent. Für bedeutend halte ich KILIC's langjährige telepathische Witze/Verhöhnungen gegen den Ex-Bundespräsidenten und Politiker Friedrich von Weizsäcker, weil sich daraus nämlich das Legen der geistigen Voraussetzungen im Rahmen einer Beihilfe für die Ermordung von Fritz von Weizsäcker erkennbar macht und alles ist über die Telepathie der Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-GROUP zwingend im Zusammenhang. Hier geht es auch nicht um eine Vermutung, alle diese beschriebenen Zusammenhänge sind beobachtbar und wahr geworden und haben ihre tödliche Schadwirkung tatsächlich entfaltet.

Es gibt noch viele weitere Problemebenen in der Frage der "Unzulässigkeit von gefāhrlichen Gehirnwäschemethoden und todführenden Mindcontrolmethoden" in diesem Kilic-Heidelberg-Fall welche entweder die rechtliche, die verfassungsmäßige Unzulässigkeit oder psychophysische Methode betreffen bzw. weil es ein aktives Verbrechen ungeheuerlichen Ausmaßes darstellt, hinzu kommt ebenfalls, dass umliegende Mithörer nur die zentral von KILIC telepathisch eingestreuten Informationenen "kopieren und vervielfachen", jedenfalls keine eigenständigen Fern-Projektionen in andere Städte und Länder durchführen können. Das erklärt auch warum die türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP immer wach ist und sehr wenig schläft, immer präsent und immer gedanklich dahintersteht, stets ansprechbar ist, wie eine mitgeführte gedankliche Ebene, welche Zielpersonen und jeden Bürger schnell verfügbar in "Gedankenlesezustand" halten oder versetzen können soll. Hierfür spielen Konditionierungstechniken und extreme Schlafverdrängung eine Rolle. Illegales Stalking, Ausspähen, Belästigen und Schädigen muss KILIC regelmäßig, Tag für Tag, begehen und neu auffrischen. Dies erklärt auch KILIC's widerliche Doppelrolle ausgehend von Heidelberg, sowohl im Vorfeld als wie auch im Nachhinein von z.B. einer Amoktat stets telepathisch präsent zu sein und beobachtbar und telepathisch aktiv im Geschehen teilzunehmen. Wahnsinnige "PSYCHICS" wie KILIC-PSI-GROUP haben in BRD auch überhaupt keinen Rechtsanspruch illegalen und hochkriminellen PSI-TERROR zu betreiben, zu sabotieren, zu terrrorisieren und zu morden und juristisch verschont zu werden. Wir haben es bei der türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP mit wahnsinnigen und psychopathischen türkischen Mördern zu tun, welche aller Erwartung nach zeitlebens ihre Verbrechen nicht freiwillig stoppen werden.

Beweislastumkehr - Schuldvermutung statt Unschuldsvermutung - Rechtsbeugung - Bewußte Falschanwendung von Fachrechten/Fachgesetzen - verworrene oder fehlende Bereitschaft seitens Heidelberger Behördenmitarbeiter das deutsche Grundgesetz/Verfassung zu akzeptieren und vorauszusetzen, d.h. grundsätzlich und wissentliches verfassungswidriges Verhalten in verworrene Ansätze bereits eingearbeitet - Befangene Richter/innen welche vorgeben einschlägige Fachgesetze anders zu kennen - Mauschelei vor dem Hintergrund des Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-TERROR mit sogenannten Kriterien der psychiatrischen Unterbringung - Psychiatrieschwindel - Tarnung der KILIC-PSI-GROUP mit möglichst häufigen verworrenen Prozessansätzen - illegale KILIC-PSI-GROUP in Heidelberg rechtlich verschonen Anderen jahrelang übel nachreden - Mißachtung der Erkenntnisse der Enquette-Kommission im öffentlichen Bundestag 1998 und gesellschaftliche Folgen - stumpfe Baden-Württembergische Vertuschungsversuche des Telepathie/Psychokineseproblems obwohl Parapsychologisches Institut staatsgefördert in Freiburg existiert(seit 1988!) - Zahlreiche Parallelen zum Gebaren von NS-Unrechtsgerichten - Frage ob Revanchismus oder Gelegenheit Unrecht zu begehen oder beides - Ganz schlimm: Form von Erpressung seitens Heidelberger StA i.V.m. Geheimdiensten ausgeprägt: entweder "Kritik/Beschwere lassen" oder kein StA wird ihnen jemals wieder in Deutschland helfen und sich auf ihre Seite stellen, d.h. Verdacht illegaler Dienstvorgaben/Dienstabsprachen gegen Zivilisten - Menschenvernichtsmaschine ausgehend von Heidelberg weil gesamte Welt angegriffen werden soll für einen Mißstand(KILIC-PSI-TERROR, telepathische Belästigungen mit PSI-Methoden) welcher erwiesen doch ausschließlich aus Heidelberg selbst stammt und von dort ausgehend betrieben wird und praktisch zwingend Selbstangriff von KILIC-PSI-GROUP gegen Staat, Dienste und Behörden und Bevölkerung darstellt und woraus dann künstlich provozierte Gelegenheiten erwachsen Rechte zu verschärfen und einzuschränken.

Wo bleibt jedenfalls die juristische und psychiatrische Ahndung der türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP? Der Staat und eben gerade die Heidelberger Behörden sind hier besonders in der Pflicht und wären schon immer verpflichtet gewesen zu handeln und Gefahr durch türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP zu beseitigen, doch nichts passiert. Im Gegenteil gibt es Beweise dafür wie mit allerdümmsten Rechtsverdrehungen, Rechtsbeugungen, Mauscheleien und Schwindeln die Rechte der Bürger, das Ansehen von Deutschland, Europa und letztlich selbst der USA durch Nichtstun, Unterlassen oder Falschmachen geschädigt, verunmöglicht und vernichtet wurden. Jeder andere normalsterbliche Bürger wäre hunderte Male eingesperrt oder psychiatrisiert wurden. Bei KILIC-PSI-GROUP passiert nichts. Dafür kann es nur eine komplexe geheimdienstliche, operative Erklärung geben. Es ist ein Programm, das Programm soll illegalerweise vor Menschenrechten gehen, stellt aber selbst vielfach CAH&HRV dar, und das Programm soll ganz offensichtlich Verhältnisse zum Nachteile der Zivilbevölkerung verkehren, verwandeln, zerstören und verunmöglichen.

Desweiteren sei auch erwähnt, dass gegen MEMET KILIC(Die Grünen) in 2019 ein Haft,- und internationaler Fahndungsbefehl aus der Türkei existiert. Der Öffentlichkeit ist nicht bekannt inwiefern dieser Prozess noch weiter läuft, die Berichterstattung in der Presse scheint verstummt zu sein. Ganz besonders schwerwiegend ist es, dass unbeeindruckt von diesem internationalen Haftbefehl, der expliziten Erwähnung von Psychokinese und Ermordung in internationalen Zeitungen in der Folge der 2013er Türkeikrise einschliesslich des Zusammenhangs zur CIA, das terroristische Treiben der Heidelberger KILIC-PSI-GROUP unverhohlen und unvermindert weiterging/weitergeht: So erfolgten kennzeichnende und extrem eindeutige Verbrechen unter der knallharten Telepathiekulisse der KILIC-PSI-GROUP sogar noch viel härter, kaltblütiger, dreister und unverhüllter. Dies betrifft ausgehend vom letzten Quartal 2019 in der Reihenfolge den Fritz-von-Weizsäcker-Mord und Vorgeschichte, zwei Amokläufe durch Baden-Württembergische junge Sportschützen, dann Anfang 2020 ein taiwanesischer Amoklauf welchen KILIC nicht nur ankündigte sonders sogar aufforderte ihn deswegen nicht zu verraten und "diesmal nichts zu sagen", dann gefolgt in der Corona-Zeit von weiteren erschreckenden Eskalationen, regelmäßigem Telepathieterror, nächtlichem Psychokineseterror, eine lange Liste bis zum heutigen Tag. Es scheint, als ob sich die zehnköpfige türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP hinter MEMET KILIC(Die Grünen) durch den internationalen Fahndungsbefehl überhaupt nicht überwältigt fühlt und die Gesetze und Verfassung des Landes nicht akzeptiert und annimmt. Jedenfalls handelt es sich um jenen MEMET KILIC(Die Grünen), welcher im Zusammenhang mit der besagten terroristischen und psychopathischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP und jahrelangem PSI-TERROR ausgehend von einer Heidelberger Wohnung steht. Dieses wurde weltweit bekannt unter "Telekinesis Turkey" und bezieht auch konkret die CIA mit ein. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass demnach CIA-Programme wie das #USREMOTEVIEWING Programm dahinterstehen und auch "primäre PSYCHICS"(KILIC-PSI-GROUP) notwendigerweise Ursache sind, d.h. die wirklichen ursprünglichen Quellen bzw. Verursacher von aktiver und gefährlicher Telepathie, Psychokinese und Mindcontrol darstellen. Alle anderen Mithörer weltweit bekommen, wenn sie überhaupt was empfangen, nur von diesen türkischen PSYCHICS, der KILIC-PSI-GROUP, Verwandte und Bekannte von MEMET KILIC(Die Grünen) Informationen weitergegeben und mitgeteilt. Doch scheint es, dass der Haftbefehl von deutschen Gerichten nicht angenommen wird, was ebenfalls für juristische Deckelung durch CIA und US-ADMIN spricht. Auch und besonders diese Weigerung den Haftbefehl durchzuwinken bedeuten und beweisen erneute vorsätzliche Gegenhaltung gegen Zivilbevölkerung die wirklich äußerst miserablen Verhältnisse um diesen Skandal zu bereinigen und die türkischen Täter in Heidelberg angemessen zu ahnden.

I believe electronic harrasment is done for medical kidnappings. It's to cause pain in the TI's bodies to take them away helplessly through the Goverment system, by setting TI's up to a Goverment Agency by much fraud,framing, and outright lying about the person they target. My experience tell me this as I am a nice harmless person who was set up to DCFS in 2009. Prior to DCFS coming to the house, a day or two earlier someone lied I was sucidal. I have never been sucidal in my life. I found out later the person who lied I was sucidal called a not needed ambulance that parked across the street in a Church parking lot and that's a huge red flag of a medical kidnap set up. Someone told me about it months later but I saw ambulances circling around there and many places and felt the fear of death within me. A Frances Farmer Conspiracy I called it to myself, to slander a normal person out of nowhere to lie someones sucidal, for DCFS to knock on an over nice Moms door is obvious to me. Someone lied I needed to take my medication and took none, no prescription, I need none, I am sober in AA since 1985 and stopped taking pills years before that and most alcoholics don't take medication, it could set up a relapse, I like feeling sober, I am against medication as that's why I choose to be sober and feel sober in AA. I don't want a medication feeling and it's hard on your liver. So all of this made me furious, plus I am psychic and that would ruin my psychic ability. So someone lied sucidal,someone lied she needs her medication, there was no medication, total lies were told about me and anonymous callers lied to Department of Child Family Protective Services and called dreams while I was sleeping dillusions and then later I hear from someone an ambulance sat in the Church parking lot across the street from our house. A Medical Kidnap set up! Prior to this our house was stalked by many cars in the summer of 2008,our cats went missing Sept 1, 2008. Gang Stalkers are cat nappers I say. I started doing psychic readings to stop stalkers in summer 2008 as I did my own psychic readings everynight since 2005 summer. My readings kept explaining sex slavery and spelled out many times " A two or more lied sons of satan conspriacy take people to sex slavery by lying" Then months later I was outright lied about. DCFS showed up right after the sucide lie and came another time and threw welfare papers on the coffee table, I was a California Realtor for ten years then and sold many homes, I was in my million dollar home with three real estate lisings and could have made eighty grand selling a home the next day, and welfare papers ! what a joke I thought. I have never been on welfare or that type of person in my life, and a welfare payment certainly would not have made the house payment on my  million dollar house. I told DCFS I was owed money and was told DCFS can't help with money. I had full custody in another County and they should have never been there, it should have been just Family Law Court in Ventura County to work things out and agree, It ruined our lives completely and years of victimizing, theft, vandalism, and stalking went on before all of this, the big set up done to Nancy Fox, they set me up a very nice mom to The Department of Child Family Protective Services. My years of prior victimizing and outright lies then I find out an ambulance was waiting. To me their a Hearst, the Death Mobile I call them. I do stop sex slavery readings since 2008 which turned into stop gang stalking which is also shut down all Department of Child Protective Services offices, which is also Stop Medical Kidnapping. Their all the same criminals running this evil cult within the Goverment System to take Targeted Indiviuals away, this is what I am convinced of by my experience alone not just by psychic readings I do to stop it. My psychic readings say they take pets of the Targeted Indivuals months before they do the set up to the T Is. That matches up with facts of our pets being missing when stalkers were there months before the big set up was done to a very nice mom Nancy Fox, a normal person, who's sober in Alcoholic Anonymous since age 25 who's never been sucidal in her life. I woke up today and thought I have to write a post about Gang Stalking and Medical Kidnap as all TI's are in danger of it. The electronic harrasment chart shows the parts of the body they hurt by remotes and that is to set up a medical kidnap. My psychic readings in 2009 said they take people to sex slavery helplessly by ambulances. They also so the Gang Stalkers force shots in nurse uniforms with Court papers, my readings say they take them to sex slavery this way. The Gang Stalkers whole motive is to get the Targeted Individuals to call a Doctor or to go to an E R or Hospital or to willingly step in an ambulance and to trick them into a shot or to show up at their house or job and force them. My psychic readings say they even set up car crashes to get TIs in an ambulance and send many fake medical reports all over town and say they got control of these people by the Goverment Agency case file. You can see on the Electronic Harrasment chart they cause heart attacks, genital pain to fool them to a Gynocologist, their also Female Genital Mutilation, and they make legs wobbly, turn the TIs feet in to lie their a disabled person to rob them. Everything they do is to lie the person needs medical attention for Medical Kidnaps. That's my belief and theory by my experience and the injustice done to me and by my psychic readings as I do my psychic readings on what is happening and going on to recieve information to stop them since 2008. 12 and 1/2 years of everyday psychic readings to stop sex slavery is to stop gang stalking. Since 2009 I have explained the injustice done, the identity theft of no money, no mail and then no paypal. I hope all the causes ban together to stop the evil criminals. Stop Gang Stalking, stop sex slavery, stop human sex trafficking, shut down CPS,DCFS, and every Child Protective Office, stop medical kidnaps, stop FGM,stop ID Theft, Stop all of it! I pray. My message is Targeted Individuals should stay away from ambulances, it's the hearst of death.

WORLD CONTROL.
We have been instructed to wear masks when ever we are surrounded by our fellow men, women and children.   Most individuals go along with the wearing of masks without analysing why we have been ordered to do so by the Luciferian unelected world dictatorship because if we refuse to wear those masks we will receive heavy fines and also  because many  are under heavy technological mind control by the use of silent sound spread spectrum and even transcranial magnetic stimulation or other types of mind control and brain entrainment which is being administered by technology in their environments.

However, there are other reasons why we have been ordered to wear masks.   The wearing of masks is not related to a virus.   It has been scientifically proven that viruses are not contagious.   However, we are now being brow beaten by the Luciferian owned and controlled main stream media into accepting that viruses are contagious even though we know that they are not contagious.   The wearing of masks and the accepting of the lies of the unelected Luciferian world dictatorship is about slowly and gradually manipulating us to accept that the Luciferian world dictatorship is a legitimate leadership of the men, women and children of the world, which it is not. The wearing of masks is also about certain individuals wishing to hide from facial recognition cameras when they are using remote controlled directed energy weapons and neurological weapons against their fellow man.

The men, women and children of the world are now being programmed to worship the state via technological mind control.  The main stream media no longer question the agenda of the state.  They promote it at all times.   They never challenge any of the dictates of the state and the state leadership never challenge any of the dictates of the Luciferian world dictatorship.

The controlling interests in central banking systems throughout the world are owned by private families, most of whom may be Luciferian world dictatorship private families.   They have consolidated nations, corporations, banks and even organised religions under their management.   They are neuro connecting unaware men, women and children to a central internet of bodies via implants and neural dust where they steal data from our brains and bodies and they also transmit data to our brains and bodies in order to gain more and more physical and mental control over us.

Über viele Jahre projizierten Heidelberger Psychiater das stadteigene Telepathieproblem durch die türkische KILIC-PSI-GROUP auf viele andere Menschen, in viele Himmelsrichtungen und - nunmehr erkennbar - in viele Nationen. Dies erfolgte letztlich wissentlich und buchstäblich unter zeitgleicher Beteiligung über Telepathie der türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP, womit gemeint ist, dass Psychiater und Psychologen es bewußt wußten. Eigentlich ein Deal mit dem Teufel, denn KILIC produziert "Scheinverrückte" aber auch anständige unwissende Bürger welchen mit Telepathieterror eine Persönlichkeitsdeformation zu teil geworden ist wie am laufenden Band. Sicher gut für den Geldbeutel der niedergelassenen Psychiater, denn längst ist es mehr als nur ein Geheimtipp, dass man andere Menschen, selbst in einer so ernsten Sache wie Psychologie, saftig reinlegen und veräppeln kann, das Geheimnis bleibt dann eine Art heimliche Absprache mit KILIC. So können Menschen scheinbar mit Psychiatriekriterien ganz schnell herauskommen, obwohl ohne Ereignisse, Begebenheiten und meist auch ohne fremde Kontakte nicht mal eine Interaktion erfolgte.

Wenn dann die betreffende Person zum Psychiater geht besteht hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit reingelegt zu werden, als dringend behandlungserforderlich mit ernstem Gesichtsausdruck belehrt zu werden. Häufig wird dabei die an-sich-Möglichkeit einer jederzeit möglichen telepathischen Einwirkung gar nicht erst angesprochen und möglichst auch nicht erwähnt oder in den Mund gelegt.

In diesem Blog soll es aber um einen anderen resultieren negativen Effekt gehen. Er hängt mit dem Projizieren der stadteigenen Telepathiekulisse von KILIC in andere Länder und vor allem auf andere Menschen zusammen. Ich halte es für möglich und kann Szenarien beschreiben, welche belegen, dass die Projektion von Heidelberger türkischer Telepathie auf ganz spezielle festgelegte Zielpersonen zu - so wie es aussieht - größten Amoktaten geführt hat. Viele wirkliche Amokursachen bei bekannten Amoktaten lassen sich nämlich präzise auf telepathische Inhalte zurückführen, welche dann entweder vollständig oder anteilig zu der Amoktat beitrugen.

sind möglich und wurden allesamt beobachtet, auch von außerhalb Heidelbergs. Kilic kann also entweder direkt und im Türkenkollektiv oder über/mit anderen telepathisch auf Dritte einwirken. Die Psychiater sind dann darin auch enthalten. Diese Berufsgruppe empfindet Leid, Folter, Schmerzen, Terror gegen andere vielleicht aber auch aus der beruflichen Perspektive heraus umso billiger, weil man dort denkt, dass für eigene geistige Gesundheit auch das Leben eines anderen Menschen angegangen und sabotiert werden könne. In Heidelberg ist das so Praxis, genauso wie KILIC in manchen Psychiaterkreisen eben den fiktiven Status als Heiler wissentlich zugesponnen bekommt, obwohl das zu keiner Zeit stimmte, ist also das erweiterte und geheime Arbeitswerkzeug der Psychoanalytiker geworden oder wird zumindest so hingestellt. Hier ist sicher eine Zwangsvorstellung der Psychiater und synthetische fiktive "Symbiosen" mit den Türken als Familienersatz reingesponnen. Diese Gedankengänge könnte man auf diesem Level noch lange fortsetzten. Sie bleiben, jedenfalls für Berufspsychiater und Niedergelassene, wie im krassesten Fall im Heidelberger Raum, ein gefährliches Produkt ernsthafter Psychomanipulation, welche praktisch regelmäßig in schlimmen Personenkonflikten, Katastrophen, Amok, Eskaltion, Wut und Streit geendet hat. Das ist natürlich auch das Dilemma der Heidelberger Psychiater und Psychiaterinnen, denn eine Landschaft welche bereits gefährliche Telepathieakteure, militärisch-erprobte PSYCHICS, enthält kann nicht mehr nach ausschließlich Freud'scher Theorie vermessen werden, weil in hohem Anteile Parapsychologie beteiligt und enthalten ist.

Vielmehr muss im Sinne der Wahrheitsfindung auch das "Andere" verbrecherische Wesen moderner Ausgeburten bei verworrenen Psychiatern und Psychiaterinnen betrachtet werden, welche Schäden hervorgegangen sind oder welche Gefahren daraus nämlich bereits hervorgehen oder hervorgehen können.

Eine Liste mit Namen von Psychologen bzw. Psychiatern und Psychiaterinnen, welche landläufig und allein schon durch Telepathie in Heidelberg Bekanntheit erlangten kann aufgelistet werden, allerdings geht es um die Frage inwiefern Psychiater vorsätzlich parapsychologische Erklärungsansätze "dieses tödlichen Kalibers" unterschlagen und vorsätzlich aussparen wollten. In der Konsequenz der Falschinformation naiver "Patienten", welche so dumm sein würden, diesen Psychiatern über den Weg zu laufen, jedoch auch durch Falscheinrede einer ständigen Psychose gerade die schwerwiegende Instabilität, Erklärungsvakuum und gärende Erlebnis-Schwebezustände bei Zielpersonen vorgelegt haben, obwohl die parapsychologische Erklärung in ein paar Stunden erfolgt hätte sein können und zumeist auch gar nicht abgelehnt wird. Im Gegenteil wird sie erwartet. Weil Psychiater profitorientiert handeln und gern Kosten für "Psychoanalysen" abrechnen, bleibt dann der einfachste und wahrheitsgemäße Erklärungsansatz völlig unerwähnt. Die naiven Patienten, die sie mit dem Betreten einer Praxis sofort werden, werden nichtsahnend abgezogen und auch dort nicht umfassend informiert. Gerade in Deutschland haben sich hinsichtlich Voraus-Informationen über Parapsychologie maßgebliche Inhalte entwickelt, so existiert vom deutschen Bundestag eine Gemeinschaftstudie zum in Deutschland beobachtbaren Telepathieproblem, verpackt in der Frage der "Neuen religiösen Sekten und Psychogruppen", Kernproblem ist die illegal und ohne Erlaubnis angewendete Telepathie, Psychokinese und gefähliches Mindcontrol durch menschliche Saboteure, in Wirklichkeit die Psychics der türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP. Die Nöte und Zwänge waren damals also stark, dass sich erwachsene Menschen abgefordert empfanden Infotexte, öffentliche Beratung und insgesamt die Voraus-Kenntnisse über parapsychologische Methoden möglichst schnell zu erhöhen. Ob das in zahlreichen Wahrnehmungswelten der geheimdienstbelasteten Psychiater und Psychiaterinnen abgekommen ist muss bezweifelt werden. Freiwillig ist es nicht, abgelehnt werden kann es auch nicht, weil Erkenntnisse auf Bundesebene. Hier schließt sich auch der geheimdienstlich unterfütterte Teil politisch betriebener aber negativer Psychoanalyse und Methoden an, wo Zielpersonen vernichtet werden sollen und naiv die Parapsychologie geleugnet wird, obwohl Wahrheit bekannt. Letztlich kann man modern sagen, dass sich die vorsätzliche Bösartigkeit von Psychiatern und Psychiaterinnen daran bemißt, ob sie in ihrer Deutungswelt Parapsychologie zulassen oder frühzeitig vorgelegt aussparen, umgehen und leugnen wollen. Wer leugnet ist im Grunde genommen, gerade in Heidelberg in großer Nähe zur türkischen KILIC-PSI-GROUP, mit besonderer Schuld belastet nicht angemessen, nicht so wie Hilfe und Selbsterkenntnis gedeihen, informiert zu haben, relevante Informationen, dass durch telepathisches Erleben Scheinzustände imitiert werden können, vorenthalten bzw. vorsätzlich vermieden hat oder Beigetragen hat, dass die Person das Wissen nicht bald oder nicht schnell erlangt, erfährt und erkennt. Auch bedeutet die Gesamtsituation gerade in Heidelberg, dass natürlich umsomehr Idiotie und damit Vorsatz im Spiele war, weil nämlich bereits Kinder und Jugendliche von Telepathie und den Türken der KILIC-PSI-GROUP gehört haben. All diese Manipulationen, Verdrehungen, Nicht-Informieren und Mauscheleien auf der Grenzlinie zwischen Parapsychologie und Psychologie/Psychiatrie bewirken gerade größten Instabilitäten und personenorientiert letztlich die größten Risiken. Wer nie adaquat aufgeklärt wurde, Aufklärung über Gehirnwäschemethoden, Telepathie und psychophysische oder psychokinetische Methoden überging, glaubte überlesen zu können, hat wichtige Informationen versäumt und das kann Konsequenzen haben. Searching the Internet for information about the Auschwitz Museum, I came across your short biography. The fact that as a historian you have a doctorate on the subject of the greatest evil in history (as a conception, as a meaning, as an idea), is a reason for me to express my great respect to you.

I have never visited the Auschwitz Museum. My children are. They told me about the heavy sadness they felt there. I had the opportunity to see an exhibition dedicated to Auschwitz at the War Museum in London and I couldn’t separate myself from the photos of beautiful,skinny faces of children with big, dark eyes. I still remember them.

We were all convinced that the Holocaust and genocide would never happen again in history.   

I do not want to sadden you for facing the fact that your struggle (and many like you, victims and descendants of victims) with the goal not to be forgotten, not to be repeated - failed. I know you know about the existence of digital concentration camps around the world that are school examples of virtual Auschwitz.
