Not everyone experiences the same form of torture, or from the same sources.  So, this applies to those who are mainly harassed and tormented/tortured 24/7/365 by clueless minions who are experimenting and looking to you for feedback to see what tactics work and what does not.

I've been GS'd for 15 years.  There is not a room in my home which is not bugged, and that includes GPS trackers on my vehicles.  Some of the tactics and equipment used on me have been uncomfortable, detrimental and downright painful.  WITHOUT exception, I've found that if I can suffer through the current tactic* w/o giving ANY feedback (verbal or visual), the perps eventually change tactics.  Of every 20 tactics tried, usually only one is "almost" intolerable.  It is a horrible cross to bear, especially silently.  But, you have to ask yourself if it's worth more to curse and swear at them (feedback which will sadly only provide perps w/more entertainment and feedback), or suffer in silence and make them think that what they are doing is having no effect.

Perps/bullies need reinforcement.  To get power, they MUST have positive reinforcement that what they are doing is working.  You may not be able to stop them, but you certainly can outsmart them by refusing to respond in the way they need you to.

I sincerely hope my experiences and advice will help at least one tortured TI.

Massive new airborne city surveillance system can track and record everywhere you drive your car in real time

(NaturalNews) When it comes to the business of keeping an eye on the general public, the U.S. government believes it should go big or go home, so it has decided to go big.

As reported by News.com.au of Australia, a small, private company has developed a surveillance system of Orwellian proportions that just put Big Brother on steroids.

About 18 miles above any chosen city, a balloon aircraft hovers out of sight of the tens of thousands of people below, circling continuously while surveying the metropolis below.

Every second, the aircraft takes a photo of the entire city and all things occurring within a 40-square-mile radius. The images are then beamed to a control center, where technicians create what is essentially akin to a Google map of everything that is occurring at the moment.

News.com.au further reported:

When a crime occurs, teams of analysts simply scroll back in time to the scene of the incident and identify those involved. From that point, they can follow the target by clicking forward through the images to the present moment and pinpoint their location.

Ostensibly, surveillance is about preventing and prosecuting crimes - and while it's only been used in a handful of cities, Persistent Surveillance Systems (PSS) are designed to do just that.

The times it has been used on U.S. soil, the tool has allowed authorities to solve crimes in a matter of minutes.

Of course, the implications for privacy -- or more accurately, the lack of privacy -- are immense as the device can also be installed onboard planes.

News.com.au reported that the concept for the design was actually conceived over a couple of beers, according to PPS founder Ross McNutt, who drew up the initial plans on the back of a napkin.

"We developed the system quickly to get an initial capability [within] about 18 months. We have since spent the last eight years perfecting it, lowering the cost, and increasing the effectiveness," he told News.com.au. He added that the concept was tailored for U.S. forces fighting in Iraq, which did not appear to be going well in 2004.

"The IEDs [improvised explosive device] were killing many of our troops and our commander asked that we see what we could do to help," he said.

At the time, McNutt was teaching at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He and others shared a desire to assist U.S. forces who were then battling against insurgent tactics used by troops loyal to Saddam Hussein.

"We developed an idea that would allow us to track bombers back to the place they came from so we could then address the source of the bombs," he said.

A marketing video of the device shows that users can actually track vehicles and travelers back to where they came from.

Ultimately, the technology proved exceptional in capturing or neutralizing those planting IEDs; since its initial development, the U.S. Air Force has spent some $1 billion to improve and enhance it.

While there are certainly privacy concerns, McNutt says that the economics of the system alone are enough to justify its use over American cities. News.com.au reported:

According to the National Institute of Justice, Dayton Ohio has 27,000 reported crimes per year, 70 to 80 per day and nearly 10,000 serious crimes, such as rape, murder and assault, which amount to a cost of $US3400 per person each year.

"PSS believes we will contribute to reducing the crime in Dayton by 20 per cent to 30 per cent," McNutt said, adding that would amount to a yearly savings of between $96 million and $144 million.

Apparently, that is the price of the Fourth Amendment.

"We have developed a whole host of privacy policies and procedures that protect people privacies. In addition we have designed the system to be limited to one pixel per person, which only allows us to barely see a person and track them to a car," McNutt insisted. "We only support reported crime investigation and ongoing criminal investigations."

Millions of Americans simply won't believe that, given the NSA's recent abuses and the Obama administration's desire to spy on all Americans, all the time.

Trials have shown that the device, shaped like a tiny clockwork butterfly and about the size of a 5p piece, could reduce hospital admissions by as much as 40 per cent.

Until now, consultants have relied on blood pressure readings taken by external monitors, such as the old-fashioned inflatable arm cuff.

This device is fitted with a sensor that transmits a signal to a small receiver kept on a patient’s bedside table at home, for instance. The data is then passed on to an external website, translated into a blood pressure reading and monitored by clinicians.

The aim is to offer it to the tens of thousands of patients with the most severe forms of the condition.

The new CardioMEMS HF System has been proven in clinical trials to be extremely accurate, not only significantly reducing the need for hospital admissions but also improving quality of life, as patients are able to stay symptom-free.

The Royal Brompton Hospital, part of the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, London, is the first to trial the £13,000-a-time procedure. So far, seven patients have had the device fitted.

Consultant cardiologist Professor Martin Cowie told how he was at a conference in Brazil but was able to see that one of his patients was dehydrated, thanks to the system, and contacted them to tell them to drink more water.

He said: ‘An admission to hospital often results in a stay of a week or more. If we can reduce the number of times a patients ends up on a ward by three, the device has paid for itself. Until now, monitoring has taken place during regular clinical appointments or at the patient’s request after he or she has started feeling unwell.’

Heart failure, also known as congestive heart failure, is a common condition that develops after the heart becomes damaged or weakened. It leaves the heart unable to pump blood out effectively.

In addition, the muscle may not relax properly to accommodate the flow of blood back from the lungs to the heart.

About 750,000 individuals are living with heart failure in the UK, with more than 27,000 new cases diagnosed each year. Numbers of patients are rising as more patients survive heart attacks and other acute heart conditions.

The congestion in the lungs and lack of oxygen causes symptoms including shortness of breath and fatigue. The abnormalities in heart function can cause fluid to build in the lungs and in other parts of the body such as the ankles, and lower back, causing swelling and weight gain.

Incidence is 60 per cent higher in men than in women. There is no cure, so treatment involves and slowing disease progression.

Medication controls blood pressure and the pumping action of the heart, and in some cases a pacemaker can be fitted.

Lifestyle changes such as cutting down on salt to help keep blood pressure low are also advised. However, problems can be frequent and until now they have been difficult to anticipate. Prof Cowie said: ‘Some patients can end up in A&E a dozen times a year, which is distressing, and a burden for the NHS.’

The CardioMEMS device is implanted during a procedure similar to that used to fit stents.

First, an incision is made in an artery in the groin and then a catheter carrying the implant is threaded through the vascular system until it reaches the pulmonary artery.

The device is held in place by two flexible metal loops on either side of the device – the butterfly’s ‘wings’.

The operation is carried out using only a local anaesthetic and mild sedation, and takes about 20 minutes. Patients can go home the same day, if there are no complications. The device does not require batteries or leads and is designed to last for the lifetime of the patient.

One of the first patients at the Royal Brompton Hospital to benefit is Reg Youngman, 76, from Chorleywood, Hertfordshire.

After living with heart problems since childhood, Mr Youngman was diagnosed with heart failure as an adult. In 1998 he had surgery and two years later received a pacemaker at Harefield Hospital.

In the past 12 months, Mr Youngman’s worsening condition has resulted in him being admitted to hospital, or attending outpatient appointments, some 40 times.

He said: ‘When I was told about this new device I thought, if it might help, I’m all for it. It’s amazing to think that if anything is going wrong with my heart, my doctors will know before I do. I’m hoping it will mean they’re able to spot problems really early, before I’m rushed into hospital as an emergency.’

Former National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, infamous geopolitical “strategist” (read: al-Qaeda architect), and current Barack Obama advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski called it nearly half a century ago.

In his book Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era originally published in 1970, he laid out what our future ruled by technocratic elites in a scientific dictatorship would look like.

And he was spot on.

Another threat, less overt but no less basic, confronts liberal democracy. More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how.

Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Under such circumstances, the scientific and technological momentum of the country would not be reversed but would actually feed on the situation it exploits.

Modern techniques for “influencing public behavior”?

Just think about where we are now.

As Truthstream previously reported, former managing director of the board of directors of Wall Street investment firm Dillon, Read & Co, as well as former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner in the Dept. of H.U.D. during the Bush 41 administration, Catherine Austin Fitts relayed a chilling conversation she overheard circa 1984 while working on Wall Street, where executives discussed how brainwave entrainment technology was about to be deployed through the television waves.

Fitts said she was so frightened by hearing a conversation she was never authorized to hear, that she threw out her TV for good. She further warns that the television is not the only media device that uses these techniques – and by now, surely more advanced techniques – to persuade consumers, quell opposition and encourage the status quo. Other media devices are also “compromised,” Fitts says, so users should be aware of its affects on cell phones, radios, the Internet.

What do those advanced techniques look like today? This doesn’t even consider, say, extremely low frequency wave weapons whose study began under the CIA’s project MKUltra and have no doubt transcended into something nightmarish in modern times. This is before we get to issue of targeted individuals or whether or not we are literally living in the movie They Live.

On the other hand, the National Security Administration and other government agencies use every form of new technology the public finds out about (fake cell phone towers, stingray devices, etc.) to database and spy on the American people wholesale. And that’s just what we find out about, not including the trillions that have undoubtedly been spent on black budget projects. Our 4th Amendment is nearly non-existent, which is why last year Bilderberg 2014 rhetorically asked “Does privacy exist?” It’s a foregone conclusion.

When a new technology does come out that could really benefit mankind and possibly shift the entire structure of society to a freer one, affording more liberty to the people stumbling around in it… The kinds of hypothetical energy ideas Tesla was working towards perhaps or the types of frequency cures Wilhelm Reich was jailed and possibly killed over or Royal Raymond Rife was chased out of the country for… Those technologies are squashed under the smothering safety blanket of “National Security”.

Ever heard of the Invention Secrecy Act? Our government has classified thousands of patents this way and threatened the inventors that if they even so much as talk about their inventions, they could be tossed in federal prison for decades. On top of that is the Sensitive Application Warning System (SAWS), which delays a patent’s approval process under the same guise for however long the government feels like it, basically. CE reported, “One great example (out of many) of delayed patent applications comes from Dr. Gerald F. Ross. He filed a patent application for a new invention he had devised to defeat the jamming of electromagnetic transmissions at specified frequencies. It was not until June 17, 2014 (almost 37 years later) that this patent was granted.”

While many inventions can relate to military applications, there are a lot of things that could be used for so much more than that. Federation of American Scientists Project Director on Government Secrecy Steven Aftergood notes that a FOIA request to retrieve the list of technology that patents are currently screened and silenced under has been denied. However, “the 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction if the photovoltaics were more than 20% efficient.  Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction if they offered conversion efficiencies ‘in excess of 70-80%'”.

So making energy more efficient is classified as “detrimental” to national security, huh?

See how that works?

Simply put, the system hoards all the “good science” for itself, and then usually silences it to keep things status quo or uses it for military applications. Technology starts out neutral, but whatever they get, rest assured they’ll always apply it to the potential of weapons of war first before even considering the possibility of advancing humanity.

It’s the second decade of the 21st century and we’re just now getting to a place where solar panels are a well-known and used technology. Go ahead and consider why that is.

Brzezinski continues:

Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the steppingstones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society. In different ways, both the doctrinarian and the conservative might find the temptations inherent in the new techniques of social control too difficult to resist. The inclination of the doctrinaire left to legitimize means by ends could lead them to justify more social control on the ground that it serves progress. The conservatives, preoccupied with public order and fascinated by modern gadgetry, would be tempted to use the new techniques as a response to unrest, since they would fail to recognize that social control is not the only way to deal with rapid social change. [emphasis added]

(NaturalNews) The cult of "science" has a fetish for trying to amalgamate humanity with machine. And its latest endeavor in this pursuit has taken the form of an emerging brain implant technology that would render humans part flesh, part computer.

Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley (UCB), have come up with a concept they've dubbed "neural dust" that they say can be implanted into people's brains for data collection purposes. And the technology is reportedly so small that humans wouldn't even know it was inside their heads.

Using a special wire apparatus, the neural dust can be "dipped" into a person's cerebral cortex, report scientists, where it would remain embedded indefinitely. And since it's powered by special piezoelectric materials, this dust wouldn't require a recharge, which means once it's there, it's there for good.

According to reports, this neural dust contains a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) that allows it to monitor and track a person's brain activity. After gathering this data, the dust then transmits it to a special transmitter installed on a person's scalp.

Here's how The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) describes the technology:

"Thousands of biologically neutral microsensors, on the order of one-tenth of a millimeter (approximately the thickness of a human hair), would convert electrical signals into ultrasound that could be read outside the brain."

So what's the purpose of such invasive technology? The team that came up with the idea claims neural dust could be used to treat chronic diseases and "severe disabilities" with greater ease. This is often the excuse linked to human-machine alchemy projects -- it's to help people!

On the flip side, microscopic cranial implants offer a way for nefarious entities to literally enter the minds of humans, perhaps undetected, and track their thoughts and behaviors. This is a much more likely scenario -- a type of "Mark of the Beast" for one's brain that could even allow governments to control people's minds.

Before relegating all this to the conspiracy theory dustbin, consider the fact that the American military has openly admitted to funding brain-computer projects capable of controlling people's thoughts and emotions. And none other than Jose Carmena, a professor from UCB, who also worked on the neural dust project, helped lead the project.

To the tune of $70 million, the U.S. military funded research into implantable electrodes that could be installed into people's brains to both read and control their emotions. And once again, the reasoning was to help "mentally ill people" recover from their demons and addictions.

"Imagine if I have an addiction to alcohol and I have a craving," stated Carmena to MIT Technology Review. "We could detect that feeling and then stimulate inside the brain to stop it from happening."

Obama's "BRAIN Initiative" pushes government mind-control agenda

Both projects fall in line with the Obama regime's "BRAIN Initiative," a so-called "brain-mapping" program being actively funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The program is being branded as a "support" system for injured veterans and war fighters, but others recognize it as an attempt at totalitarian mind-control.

"Our generation has outlived science fiction," wrote New York Times (NYT) columnist William Safire back in 2002, warning even back then about the dangers of this emerging technology.

"Just as we have anti-depressants today to elevate mood, tomorrow we can expect a kind of Botox for the brain to smooth out wrinkled temperaments, to turn shy people into extroverts, or to bestow a sense of humor on a born grouch. But what price will human nature pay for these nonhuman artifices? What does the flattening of people's physical and mental differences, accompanied by a forced fitting of mental misfits, do to the diversity of personality that makes interpersonal dynamics so fascinating?"

“If you’re thinking Minority Report, that’s not happening,” software producer insists

The New York City Police Department is preparing to implement a controversial software program designed to predict when and where crime will occur.

The software, known as “HunchLab,” analyzes everything from local crime statistics to weather patterns in order to provide officers with a detailed map of likely crime hotspots.

According to the NYPD, the software will be used in three precincts for more than two years under a pilot program before police decide whether to roll out the technology department-wide.

“Predictive policing will allow the NYPD to make better data-driven decisions about deployments,” the NYPD said. “The Department has been experimenting with custom-built algorithms that have been shown to be better predictors of crime incidents than traditional hotspot analysis.”

Part of a multi-million dollar technology initiative, the pilot program has already caused concern among civil liberties groups. According to HunchLab’s producer, Azavea CEO Robert Cheetham, fear over the program is unfounded.

“We’re not predicting where crime is going to happen any more than a weather forecaster literally predicts where rain is going to fall,” Cheetham told the Capital. “If you’re thinking Minority Report, that’s not happening.”

Andrew Guthrie Ferguson, a law professor at the University of the District of Columbia, worries that such technology could eventually be used to target specific individuals.

“To stop you and frisk you and search you, a police officer needs reasonable suspicion, so my question is how will this affect reasonable suspicion?” Ferguson said. “How do you cross-examine a computer?”

Although several departments have discontinued the use of predictive-policing software due to questionable success rates, many others are acquiring the technology as police rely more and more on data-collection.

Thursday, July 9, 2015 Smart Meters and Domestic Surveillance By Catherine J. Frompovich Talk about copycats! Whoa! Someone did a rather convincing job of that, I’d say. It’s the Internet site “Domestic Surveillance Directorate. Defending Our Nation. Securing The Citizen,” which identifies itself as a “parody” on the NSA (National Security Agency). The parody site does an excellent job, so I encourage readers to study it thoroughly, as it contains too much information to talk about here. However, what I do want to point out is something that may not be apparent to readers and technology consumers, and that is the overpowering aspect of total surveillance those “smart” tech gadgets and appliances provide for serious controllers like governments, but also for mischievous snoops like hackers—either domestic or foreign. Having said that, I’d like to point out something that ‘jumped’ out at me while considering the graphic below, and that is, the role of radiofrequency non-ionizing radiation (RFs) and electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) in surveillance—something I hope no one doubts is not going on at every level. Spying Toolbox Source: The ANT Catalog One “extraordinary and special surveillance device” is not pictured and should be: It is the AMI Smart Meter (SM), the analog replacement meter for utilities—electric, gas and water. However, there’s circumstantial evidence that SMs should be portrayed in this chart, which is the fact that cell phone networks and mobile phones are listed as surveillance [spying] devices. Both those technologies use RFs and EMFs to relay information. So do AMI Smart Meters collect and relay information from within homes/buildings, plus SMs can transmit instructions from “headquarters” to “smart appliances” inside homes, i.e., to any ‘smart’ appliance homeowners own that have built-in ‘smart’ tracking technology. SMs do their work by using cell phone RF and EMF technology, similar towers and, perhaps, “special catch-all” towers called “stingrays,” towers that are much more than you think they are when you drive past them. I’d suggest readers check out the threads on the ACLU’s website about stingrays. You may not be aware of what’s going on! Now, here’s something that utilities deny will happen to the information collected from within homes and buildings: It’s the resale of personal information collected from within residences to and for specific interests. That should be outlawed by every state legislative body that enacts SM installation law(s), as there are several legal problems involved, which no one wants to recognize and admit. The primary issue is the blatant disregard and dismantling of both the U.S. Constitution and every state’s Constitution for the rights U.S. citizens have regarding search and seizure, but are being disregarded in deference to establishing a surveillance state and New World Order. Smart Meters are part of the UN’s Agenda 21, and are being installed around the world. The second most important issue, besides the health problems RFs and EMFs create for just about everyone, as reported by reputable science and not the decades-old radar studies everyone promoting RF-EMF technologies trot out as safe, is that SMs promote and enable identify theft, which federal and state governments should be concerned about. Utilities really should have their legal britches twisted because they could – and should – be held liable for enabling such personal, in-home security breaches. Any hacker can tell what’s going on inside a residence; if anyone is home and using appliances; and possibly—just possibly—visually see what’s going on too! There should be no doubt that SM information will be relayed to the NSA. That ought to be a frightening foregone conclusion. However, that aspect needs to be addressed legally, and soon, by the U.S. Congress and the courts. Needless to say, I think I can predict what the U.S. Supreme Court will hand up. I can see the news headlines: SCOTUS Rules Surveillance Constitutional. I certainly hope that I’m wrong. 　　当罗仁才准备暗杀曾少平时，看到她是一个女的，没有反抗能力，就想先用电子武器折磨摧残一段时间再杀掉，2013年起曾少平发现自己的身体各部位经常莫名的巨痛，家人一个一个死亡，手机短信电子邮件被拦截，多件家用电器漏电爆炸，就把这些情况向朋友述说，朋友说你肯定是被脑控了，曾少平上网查了“脑控武器”、“脑控受害者”，从网上找到许多这样的受害者，曾少平的广大学生联合调查获得真相，这一切都是国安的罗仁才搞的。

　　由于活着的亲属害怕谈论家人死亡，要详细调查只能通过公安派出所的户籍资料。

　　多数被暗杀的死者亲属并不知道是被国安江派用电子武器杀死的，所以他们不愿公开死者信息，不过当地有一派出所警察从户籍资料中查找当时参与批斗罗仁才父亲的家庭，发现有年龄1-60岁近千人非正常死亡，有的家庭一个月非正常死亡多人，活着的害怕谈论死亡，认为非正常死亡是因为风水不好。

　　从三代表江起国安秘密警察搞暗杀在全国非常普遍，大量官员和平民非正常死亡，表面上这些死亡有的是死于疾病，有的是死于事故，有的是死于猝死，实际上这些死亡都是国安江派秘密警察用电子武器一手制造的（参看我另一文章《紧急情况，给国安部部长耿惠昌政法委书记孟建柱的公开信》）,电子武器的功能非常强大，什么都能控制，这样大规模暗杀靠国安内部调查已不能查出真相，几乎所有国安基层小组都在上级指示下搞过暗杀，如果没有其他部门介入调查，国安的暗杀只会更加隐蔽更难查出真相。

　　2015年5月，就在曾少平写揭露文章，公布她家被湛江国安害死的家人名单，就在前几天，6月2日，湛江国安把曾少平五叔曾国英害死了，曾国英死前还活蹦乱跳的，一下就死了，不写揭露文章国安就不暗杀我们了吗？不会的，我们的结局就是被国安暗杀。

TO SECRETARY GENERAL THORBJØRN JAGLAND AND THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Please be assured that for years these weapons have been used to terribly torture and abuse victims all over the world.

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

　　我们暗杀的最高官员是胡耀邦，那是在前国安部长贾春旺指示下干的，被我们电子武器暗杀的有一个显著特点，就是脸色发黑，那表明我们几个月前已秘密对他发射折磨信号，让他一星期不能大便，单控制大便信号就能把他杀了，脸色发黑是被电子武器暗害的典型标志。

　　为什么我们要暗杀折磨迫害老实人？首先，我们最痛恨老实人，老实人不知道捞钱还仇恨腐败，仇恨搞歪风发财的老板，不像我们，我们与搞歪风的老板结成利益同盟，我们为老板提供情报；其次，我们把老实人的父母、亲戚害死了，那些父母双方一方早年去世的或双双去世的，40多岁就死了，都是被我们这个组织害死的，我们要一直监视老实人，看看我们的暗杀阴谋是否败露了，杀死他们的父母是否被他们发现了，知道了是否会采取什么报复行动，因此我们要监视老实人，必要时把他们也暗杀了，还有我们暗中折磨迫害老实人，他们知道真相后写投诉信公开我们的暗杀阴谋，因此我们也要一直迫害老实人。

　　我们与各行业的腐败势力包括国外恶势力是一起的，我们与国外敌对势力、国内腐败势力是一个整体，谁要是揭发腐败我们就抓谁，是抓揭发者，2004年西安宝马彩票案：刘亮幸运中宝马车，没想到因调包失误，刘亮爬上广告牌喊叫，引来了记者，把我们的伙伴杨永明欺骗彩民、坑害国家的情况给揭露出来了，我们就暗中搞刘亮，把他抓到拘留所里；

　　我们江家国安最喜欢害正直善良的老百姓，每当那些老百姓被我们害得失业下岗倾家荡产了，我们就幸灾乐祸，我们就有满足感，我们还喜欢害那些揭露官员腐败的记者：揭露地沟油的、揭露毒胶囊的、揭露豆腐渣桥的，揭露三聚氰胺毒奶粉的记者都被我们江家国安害了，我们这是为了保护腐败份子，腐败份子都给我们送过钱，给过好处，否则我们哪里能买宝马车？我们把矛盾转嫁到底层老百姓身上，那管腐败份子把国家掏空、把国家搞垮，我们不但不管而且还帮着腐败并从中获得好处。

　　我们江系集团就是中国道德沦丧的带头人，我们就是公众之敌，我们就是全民公敌，我们暗杀平民百姓，我们有3千万人谁又能把我们怎么样。

　　我们钻法律的漏洞，我们修改法律，江泽民掌权的1990-2008年，给江系成员超常的高工资，把国家资产变成高工资收入，让违法贪污变成合法收入。

　　这里百分子九十都是江泽民系统的，非江系的国安都排挤出去了，我们原来都是社会上的地痞流氓小偷，是国安看中我们有高超的偷窃手艺，自从1990年江泽民当上总书记后，江系国安领导把我们招募到国安系统为国安工作，人员有3000多万，江又让我们干暗杀的老本行，现在我们边暗杀边捞钱，20多年来在江书记号召闷声贪污、闷声发财的指示下，我们中大部分人也相应的发了大财，1个亿是小数目，没搞到1个亿会被其他人耻笑，现在大家只知道如何捞钱，没有人真为国家安全工作，有时为了忽悠大众，弄个抓间谍的新闻让大家看，实际上我们是真心想国家垮掉，这样我们就可以趁乱带着百亿、千亿移民国外，因此我们用电子武器读脑器骚扰折磨暗杀平民百姓中的老实人或弱者，煽动平民互相攻击，这样我们和后台江派集团就可以到国外安心享受帝王生活了。江书记提倡闷声发财让我们这些有权有势的人发了大财，是江书记给了我们权力让我们杀人放火敲诈勒索让我们成为亿万富翁，我们这个系统是专门保护腐败份子的，谁对管腐败份子不满谁就是我们打击的目标，我们帮助令完成将令计划偷盗的2,700多份国家机密文件弄到美国。

　　我们江系集团资产已证券化了，成立十几家大型私募基金，钱多到利息都花不完，而且还不断地生出利息，愁死人了，怎么办啊。

　　只有多建“天上人间”娱乐场所，让那些下岗的子女，找不到工作的女人到“天上人间”为我们江系集团服务。

　　过去25年来江泽民完全控制着中国老百姓，在金融领域、工、农、军、警、医、文化宣传教育，都是江系集团控制着。

在金融领域：

　　我们利用江系2000万亿操纵中国股市，首先高买低卖打压股市，把股价打压得很低，让老百姓买的股票套牢割肉离场，由于我们有资金优势，我们想让股票涨就涨，让股票跌就跌，我们高买低卖表面上看是亏钱的，实际上我们把股价打压到底部后，用几年时间，等老百姓沉不住气了抛出股票，我们就低价买入，然后再拉高股价，在高位再把股票卖给老百姓，这样打压时亏损几个亿，在高位卖给老百姓时我们的钱已翻了几翻，本来500万亿的翻4翻就变2000万亿了，等股票都到老百姓手里后，我们再来一次砸盘，一轮循环又开始了。

　　2015年夏，我们江系资本与外国资本发动一场金融政变，这次政变虽然没有成功，但是也让国家损失不小。虽然江系集团暗中策划政变不下十几次都没有成功，虽然徐才厚死了，周永康、谷俊山、郭伯雄、令计划被抓了，但是我们有钱，我们可以用钱收买官员，用1个亿收买一个官员总行了吧，我们收买高层官员，因此消息灵通，我们基金是赚钱最多的。

　　我们还有一个赚钱来源是器官移植，人体器官可值钱了，一具人体约值200万，其中器官100万，尸体100万，但是现在死刑犯太少，器官紧缺，因此我们对平民发射愤怒信号，控制平民互相残杀，然后把杀人的判死刑摘他的器官，由于我们的努力工作，因此才有源源不断的器官供给者，2016年3月27日，四川师范大学舞蹈学院的学生卢海清被室友杀害就是这种情况。

　　有个电影《王牌特工：特工学院》就是专门介绍怎样发射愤怒电波信号控制老百姓互相残杀，在1小时51分处有个情节，有位母亲拿菜刀要杀她自己的亲女儿，这种情况是真的，我们就在全国制造了多起杀亲人案子，我们与电影中的相比做得还差远了，还需要继续努力。

在工业系统：

　　江泽民把老工人踢下岗，那时低工资，老工人年轻时创造的财富赚的钱造厂房，这些财富就归江系财团了。

在医疗系统：

　　我们与外资机构一起操纵诋毁祖传的中医药，让进口药长驱直入取代祖传的国宝，我们江系集团用高医疗费榨干老百姓血汗钱，我们不断变换药品包装，原来装100片药的现在只装10片，价格不变，没钱看病就去死吧。

在文化宣传教育系统：

　　我们封锁网络，让“政令不出中南海”，删除对江系不利的文章，在海外造谣生事发表对胡温习李不利的文章。用高学费榨干老百姓血汗钱，为了搜刮学生家长的钱，我们在教材上删除重点内容，只把基础内容印到教材上，平时上课老师只讲基础内容，学生要想通过考试，一要买大量补充教材，现在辅导教材多得让学生挑花眼，二是必须找老师补课，在补课时老师才把课堂上不讲的内容教给学生，江泽民的指导思想是没钱就不要读书。

　　谁要是不服想反抗，我们有徐才厚，周永康，罗干、前国安部长许永跃等手下充当打手，我们把反抗的抓到辽宁医院，割了他们的器官卖钱，把他们的尸体做成标本卖钱，现在江泽民用金融控制国家，江泽民个人就有60万亿人民币，整个江系集团有2000万亿，我们用这钱可以翻手为云覆手为雨，用这钱可以招兵买马建立私家军，加上我们这个部门完全可以控制一切。

　　为了我们江系势力能够世世代代控制中国，瓜分中国老百姓财富，我们把社会上一切正义之士正义力量都秘密地用电子武器杀掉，把反抗力量反腐力量消灭在萌芽状态，刚出生的婴儿就被我们控制了，一旦发现有正义之气的幼儿和小学生就进行电子折磨，有许多已经被秘密做掉了，你新闻里看到的幼儿小学生莫名猝死，都是被我们秘密杀掉的。

我们江系势力一直在暗中搞破坏，杀人，放火，栽脏陷害，挑拨离间。

　　现在就来说说我们工作的具体内容。

挑拨离间：

　　要迫害一个人，先要挑拨离间他周围的同事，同学，邻居，领导，朋友，家人的关系。

　　我们用电子武器读脑器模拟受害人的声音对其同事同学领导等发射骂人的信号，他的同事同学领导等的大脑接收到信号后都非常愤怒，与受害人脱离关系，并经常欺负受害人，这样我们挑拨离间，借刀杀人的目的就达到了。

　　现在我们国安几千万人故意找穷老百姓麻烦，挑拨老百姓与老板的关系，让老板开除这些老百姓，让他们失业找不了工作，我们的工作不但不创造财富，我们还要让正在创造财富的人停止创造，其它部门看我们工作很忙，其实我们是在为拆台而忙，这是江系集团的目标。

　　我们暗杀使用的设备叫无线电子武器读脑器，它是通过对采集了脑电波指纹的人发射无线电折磨信号或死亡信号达到隐蔽折磨人及秘密杀人的，这个设备神通广大，不但能杀人而且还能非常隐蔽地放火，我们看不惯谁就秘密地放火烧他的财产，像2015年双11我们秘密放火烧了运送快递货物的车子，因为这公司的老板自以为是，对于要整的小老板我们先搞垮这些老板开的公司，我们控制小老板公司的车出车祸赔钱，每个月控制他公司出2次车祸，不出半年让他赔光所有的钱，让他公司开不下去，让他成为穷人，以后我们想怎么整就怎么整。

　　我们国安有世界上最先进的远距离控制人类思想行为和发射无线电波杀人的机器，是杀人不留任何痕迹的武器，我们的设备比美国的还要先进，因为从上世纪60年代研制出读脑器后，其他国家有法律不能用电子武器读脑器折磨平民，我们不受这些约束，我们从没有停止开发电子武器读脑器的功能，目前我们电子武器读脑器技术遥遥领先世界各国。电子武器读脑器的功能非常强大，强大到可以控制任何动物、植物、任何导电体。

　　电子武器读脑器

　　1887年德国科学家赫兹发现存在电磁波，同时发现特定波长的电磁波对准人体后可影响人的行为，不同频率的波能让人哭、让人笑、让人发怒，随后各国都秘密研究开发电磁波武器。

　　1956年我国成功研发出电子武器读脑器，并在文革中充分使用了电子武器读脑器的功能，我们在对敌人使用酷刑时采集敌人痛苦的脑电波波形，目前已采集百万种以上痛苦脑电波波形，比如拔指甲、敲手指、上火刑、上电刑、绞肉机绞内脏器官等，这种生不如死、临死前被折磨得痛苦、绝望、恐惧的脑电波波形被采集后，在必要时可通过电子武器读脑器发射到正常人身上，让正常人获得被酷刑折磨的人一样的痛苦，也就是实行远距离电子折磨摧残。

　　要用电子武器读脑器控制一个人，必须先采集该人的脑电波指纹，这就像用收音机找电台信号一样，找到后给该人脑电波特征记下标记，目前我们就用身份证号，有些人一个人有几个、十几个身份证，有些骗子在国内集资诈骗了几十亿、几百亿后化名整容逃到国外，这对公安来说好像这个人从此消失了，但这些满不过我们，我们只要输入身份证号，该人是死是活、在哪里、在想些什么，和什么人见过面，与什么人联系过，我们一清二楚，目前我们就是要让那些集资诈骗的把钱转移到国外，将来我们不干了就到国外找这些诈骗的要钱。

　　20多年来我们陆续放走了大小贪官10多万让他们到国外享福，以每个贪官平均带走1亿，那就是10万亿，我们只要他们给我们百分之二十回报，也就是2万亿给我们分分，这够我们在国外逍遥几代人了。

　　贪污上亿资产的官员一直是我们保护的对像，因为他们会分钱给我们，我们有全部贪官的名单，即使他们逃到国外，即使他们用第二身份证，第三身份证，整容等，我们也一样能找到他们，等我们不干了也到国外，按着名单找他们要钱，我们不监视贪官，让他们大贪特贪，让他们把国家给掏空然后把钱转移到国外。

　　当今世界是以美国和俄罗斯这两个超级大国在唱双簧，美国在世界各地到处闹事，一会打这个国家，一会又打那个国家，有时俄罗斯会为了自己的利益去帮助被打的国家，但是每次俄罗斯都会从中瓜分一部分领土，因此未来将只有美国和俄罗斯这两个国家，江泽民早就看出这一点了，因此在1998年把有争议的中国北方300万平方公里原中国领土送给俄罗斯，再等着下次俄罗斯再帮助中国打击入侵者，再让俄罗斯瓜分几百万平方公里中国领土，早晚这些领土会并入俄罗斯，我们将来都会成为俄罗斯人。

我们有功劳：

　　我们现在有90%无所事事，尽干缺德事情，只有10%在干正事，而这10%正是我们要排挤掉的。我们江派就是要与胡温习李作对，现在我就来介绍我们是如何搞垮这个国家的。

　　1，26年来我们制造了2亿近视眼，他们以为是看书多了才近视眼，其实不是，在我们的秘密迫害下他们不看书也会成近视眼，有一个人25岁了没有近视，在我们电子武器的攻击下1星期就近视，一个月后成永久近视，而我们的亲人即使用眼过度也不会得近视眼。

　　2，我们挑拨离间目标人的同事、同学、夫妻关系，全国有百万对夫妻被我们电子控制迫害得离婚，百万个本来美满的家庭被我们秘密拆散，我们对夫妻双方发射愤怒和互相厌恶对方的信号，让他们天天吵架直到离婚。对目标人的同事、同学发射模拟目标人声音的骂人语言，挑拨别人与目标人的关系，造成夫妻反目、同事同学反目，我们的上级领导、上级的上级都支持我们这样搞。

　　3，对于被我们秘密迫害后离婚的双方，如果他们去找其他异性，我们就秘密杀掉他们，那些脑益血、心肌梗塞、猝死的都是被我们的死亡信号杀掉的，如果我们恨某个人，就对他发射胰脏坏死信号，胰腺发炎坏死产生的痛苦是痛苦信号中最利害最折磨人的，所有胰腺坏死死亡的都是电子武器制造的，我们通常在他们快要领退休工资时做掉他们，我们就可以占有这些钱了。

为继续灭门本本和和家族出点建议

　　本本和和是网名，他的真名叫郁＊＊，他的父亲是原保密工厂上海901厂中心试验室的党支部书记兼党委委员，他父亲的上级是党委书记，可能是党委书记有腐败行为被他父亲发现了，党委书记要求国安对他家实施迫害，国安又找不到把柄，只能秘密地迫害，901厂后来改为上海第二冶炼厂。

　　我们接手迫害本本和和时，他的父亲早已被前辈秘密迫害死了，他的家族早被害得七零八落，没有一个完整的家，家族里不是死了大的就是死了小的，我们成功地害得他妻离子散、家破人亡，最后的害起来很容易，只要在他外出时给制造个意外搞死他，目前我们用各种方式折磨他，他要写受害经历的举报文章我们一点也不怕，写到那里都没用，我们就是要折磨他逼迫他写，反正对我们没什么影响，一般也就是上面某个领导换一下，我们还是干暗杀折磨老百姓的勾当。

　　本本和和的女儿3个月大时就被我们折磨摧残了，我们对小孩发射上吐下泻信号，发射近视眼信号，发射感冒高烧信号，现在本本和和的女儿是高度近视，基本被我们摧残废了，目前我们每月摧残一次本本和和的女儿，特别是到了她考试前我们一直发射摧残信号，直到考试结束。

　　我们一直在找做掉本本和和的借口，只要有借口，我们就可以用微波电子武器杀掉本本和和，可以发射心肌梗塞信号或脑溢血信号做掉本本和和，对本本和和家族的迫害我认为最好的迫害方法是，用电子武器发射微波信号，在微波信号上叠加人体“自燃”信号，让本本和和家族人间蒸发，而且人体“自燃”蒸发也是杀人中比较“人道”的方式，死者产生巨大痛苦的时间只有1秒钟，1秒钟后人就死了蒸发了变灰了，只是万一人体没有完全烧掉就很麻烦，发射人体“自燃”信号杀人只适用于对付孤寡人员，这样的人死了、失踪了没人会去调查。

　　目前我们主要在他生活的各个方面对他进行打击，2008年6月底，他花2000元买了一辆新电动自行车，那可是当时他家唯一值钱的新的东西，我们一个月不到在2008年7月16日就把他的新电动自行车给偷走了，这对他的打击太大了，我们一直干这样的事，他称国安局为国家偷盗局，这一点也没说错，我们偷技术，偷电脑，偷摩托车，偷隐私，偷生命，我们样样都偷，偷就是我们的工作，我们都是有特殊偷窃手艺才被招到国安的。

　　从99年3月以来我们已偷走他们家7辆自行车，一辆2000元的新电动车，2009年5月18日又偷走了他第二辆电动车上的电瓶，2010年10月11日偷走了他家1600元，2011年11月12日偷走了他女儿一双运动鞋，2012年2月15日偷走了他女儿800元的手机，2015年6月19日下午偷走了他女儿近千元的手机，2016年4月5日，他女儿在去学校的路上，我们上海国安秘密跟着，趁他女儿不注意，从后面跟上悄悄地从他女儿上衣口袋偷走近千元的红米手机，这是被我们上海国安偷走的第三部手机。

　　在我们偷的时候，公安的刑侦队长经常干扰我们的工作，我们只能反击，有好几个被我们发射微波信号秘密杀掉了，有的是在微波信号上叠加人体“自燃”信号，死得只剩一堆灰，成为失踪人口了。

　　实际上我们有先进的电子武器读脑器，地球上发生的哪个案子我们破不了？没有好处的事我们是不会干的，公安部是最富得流油的官方部门，他们道路收费、停车收费、上牌收费，一条马路铺了又挖，就为了要钱，只要他们能把收来的钱分一点给我们，私下里给我们发一份工资，我们就把知道的情报透露给公安，这样什么案子都能破了。

　　实际上我们知道的更多，我们获知有贪官要刺杀纪委领导，获知贪官暗中策划政变等情报，我们故意压着不上报，即使我们基层上报了，这些情报也会被某一级扣押。

　　中央领导派过好几个调查小组到国安部调查情况我们及力否认这种迫害，在各级领导的保护下我们一口否定，中央领导一走我们继续搞迫害，我们是一个整体，我们每个人都暗杀过10个以上的人，组织内没有人敢出卖同事，谁出卖就杀掉谁。

　　现在中央成立国家安全委员会，这个委员会还是离不开我们的情报，我们上海国安只监控老实人，我们不监控江派贪官，像江贪60万亿，只要给钱我们就保护并为江派官员服务，谁说江派官员坏话我们就害谁，局长大人也支持我们这样做，所以我们就是要为江派官员服务。

　　最近人员调动较多，有几个其它小组的调到我们小组，其实他们与我们是一路货色，都暗杀过10人以上，因此他们很快就被我们同化了，我们暗杀人没人能管，我们杀人也救人，那个患重症肌无力的雅婷，父亲捐了她的器官，这个雅婷就是被电子武器发射的信号切断了她的神经信号，她大脑发出的信号到不了身体，不过雅婷捐出的器官被救的6人也是被电子武器读脑器害的。
