Made so by illegal human medical experimentation.Which was forced upon me at Stony Brook University Hospital,in April 2002,
because of serious crimes i have witnessed on Long Island, n.y. By corrupt officials, and members of organized crime.
But i am not alone. perhaps millions of others,can also swear of the existence of the kill / torture programs. To most such a notion
is impossible to conceive. that this can and does happen. Most will call the messenger crazy. BUT let me assure you here and now,

In order to fully understand the serious dire threat to all humans,and all societies around the world.
It is necessary to use historical examples of previous crimes of the us. government and organized crime that has been, and still is being committed against citizens and military personnel.Although there are way too many examples for this one article,i will attempt to make these programs more transparent.
These crimes have never stopped,like the us government has attempted to make you believe. On so many other occassions.
In these examples are the actual admissions by us officials, and victims. That have acknowledged murder and other crimes against humanity to americans,
military personnel,and foreign citizens in their own countries. So why after previous admissions of guilt of these past crimes,
would the u.s government deny it's existence today?
We all must be the judges and jury on these issues,because the us government is unwilling, and unable to cause justice for these crimes against humanity.

Quite interesting. These state and local "watch" programs, and the technology that police have - millimeter wave, magnetic, ultrasound/ultrasonic weapons, are - as we all know - being abused and used as programs for retaliation.

More people need to be filing pro se lawsuits against their community leaders, who are allowing these things to happen in their communities and to their citizens. Right down to organized group stalking - how the federal government supplies neighborhood watch programs with mobile phones, computers, to have instant contact with each other.

This was written in the 1990's.

It's disgusting how we go to our police departments and say we are being followed, they know of these community policing groups who have the ability to do just that, yet they immediately slap a "mentally ill" label on the complaint. Those are the people who need to be brought to justice.
