I personally have been implanted with brain technology and now unknown strangers are able to read and write into my brain function in real time, remotely. For many decades the CIA and other intelligence agencies have been implanting unaware members of the public with a large variety of implants in order to wirelessly conduct a large variety of experiments on them at a later date. The normal mode of operations of the CIA is to break into the home of the selected targeted individual and render them unconscious using frequency tools before they implant them. The targeted individual has no memory of the implantation procedure when they wake up the following morning. However, at a later date they realize that they have become targeted with extreme technology when they begin to experience strange and unexplainable phenomena happening to them on a continual basis.
When a targeted individual becomes implanted with black budget, classified brain technology they are then wirelessly connected by a two way low frequency, electromagnetic stream of energy which then allows criminal neuro staff to read and write into their brain function. The targeted individual is effectively online on a continual basis for the remainder of their life. The criminal neuro staff can force the targeted individual to listen to them speak by wireless means, whenever they wish. The criminal neuro staff can send moving images by wireless means to the targeted individual which the targeted individual would then perceive as a mental image inside their head. These mental images which the targeted individual receives are often images as well as a large variety of other types of disgusting images. The criminal neuro staff can wirelessly send electric shocks and pain signals and other bodily sensations to the targeted individual. The criminal neuro staff can wirelessly write false information into the brain of the targeted individual in order to render the targeted individual unwell at any time, or even paralyse or kill the targeted individual if they so wish.
I have been a targeted individual of wirelessly enabled remote experimentation for sixteen years. I keep a frequent online blog where I outline some of what the criminal neuro operatives say to me when they reproduce their voices inside my head using their extremely advanced and classified wireless technology. Here below is a small sample of what they said to me in the past two days and my response to some of it :-
“You will do what I say because I am your better.”
My response to that statement is that all human beings are equal under natural law and all are of infinite value. Anybody who believes otherwise is living in a false reality construct where they believe they should grovel to some of their own equals and look down on others of their own equals.
“Tidy up your image.”
“I am bitterly opposed to this technology being used in Ireland.”
“We are not interested in propriety. We are only interested in enslaving the human race.”
“I will take the wheels off your bicycle when you are in town.”
“We are forced to detail the life of a woman who doesn't do anything.”
“She is informed, and we know she is informed, and now we are going ahead and paralysing her from head to toe.”
“Implore her to get a housemate or they will kick her out of that house.” My response to that statement is – I was born in the house that I now live in fifty nine years ago. It was built by my grandfather without any financial help from a bank. It is my family home and they do not have a right to kick me out ever.
“Don't be naughty.” My response to that statement is – When human beings become slaves the slave masters treat them as children in the sense that when African American men were enslaved they were called boys instead of men in order to belittle them. By telling me not to be naughty they are treating me like a child instead of an adult woman in order to psychologically bring me down to the level of a child.
“She better get up. They don't tolerate her being in bed during the day.”
“Go and get a life” My response to that statement is as follows – I have a life. You are the one who is interfering in my life, obviously because no one will listen to you in your own life. That is why you and your colleagues force me to listen to you on a continual basis, each and every day for the past sixteen years.
“I’ll lock you up if you don't shut up.”
“You’re a lightweight.”

Our first task is to disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and related paraphernalia so that the general public can awake from their electronic mind control spell and begin to think more clearly. After that it is a simple matter to tear down all of the infrastructure which allows unknown neuro operatives to enslave me and hundreds of thousands of others by wireless means and from a remote location. If this is not done soon, this program could be fully automated and everyone other than the would-be enslavers could be hearing computerized voices coming from inside their heads issuing them orders and delivering pain signals to them if they did not obey immediately. Those who are awake and aware are now mostly of the belief that the existence of satellites is a hoax, and all of the technology which is being used to technologically enslave us is ground based or air based. Therefore we can easily reach all of the technology being used against us in order to disempower and destroy it
Many individuals throughout Ireland and the rest of the world are being illegally implanted both on their skin and inside their bodies by illegal spraying of the air with metallic chips in a process which is being called geo-engineering. These targeted individuals are then being wirelessly linked to networks of computers from their brains and bodies via other illegal implants which are being induced to make contact with these metallic chips by wireless enabled technology. I am one of these Irish targeted individuals. All individuals throughout Ireland who are being illegally and immorally experimented on by wireless means via illegal implants are being dismissed as schizophrenic. More Victims of Experiments Go to Bioethics Panel

On May 18-19 in New York City, the President’s
Commission on Bioethics convened
once again. Hundreds of people registered to
speak about their firsthand experiences as
unwilling test subjects of ongoing government experiments.
However, only 20 were selected to speak; they
were each given a paltry 90 seconds to summarize stories
that covered a lifetime of abuse.
AFP previously reported on targeted individuals
speaking before the Bioethics Commission at its
Washington, D.C. meeting in March, and this latest
forum resulted in more obstructionism.
This reporter spoke with several individuals present
in NYE. They mentioned supposed emails sent to people
granting them time to speak, only to discover they
had never been sent. Others weren’t permitted to speak,
only to learn later that they could have spoken. One eyewitness
described the disorganization as “a deliberate
effort to confuse the participants in an attempt to quash
this information.”
Aside from AFP, media outlets consider this stuff
untouchable. Participants recounted how, at the most
recent NYE hearing, “The room was dismissed for a
break and then we were called back to speak. With the
exception of two [reporters], the rest did not return.”
Many details were given from those who have been
repeatedly victimized. Some people spoke about gang
stalking where strangers speak to individuals about personal
matters that they should not know about. Such
occurrences could be coincidental, but as they happen
several times a day, even while traveling across state
lines, it suggests that surveillance is being used.
When AFP asked about the purpose of this harassment,
it was suggested that the perpetrators want to
breed paranoia and fear in their victims. Others mentioned
a connection to InfraGuard.
According to its website, InfraGuard is “an association
of businesses, academic institutions, state and local
law enforcement agencies and other participants dedicated
to sharing information and intelligence to prevent
hostile acts against the United States.” Utilizing citizen
spies and corporate partners in the private sector would
certainly lead to comprehensive scrutiny on anyone.
It’s clear that allowing a subject to know how thoroughly
they were being watched would make them suspicious
of anyone with whom they came into contact.
This tactic seems useful, since the targeted individual can
then be easily dismissed asmentally unsound, preventing
them from obtaining legal protection or subjecting them
to incarceration and forced medical procedures.
It’s easy to see how these psychological operations
are useful to the elite. As technologies are tested and
results gathered, the stealthy evolution of governmentsanctioned
mind control programs like MK-ULTRA
could be used, amazing though this may sound, to create
thousands of “Manchurian candidate” automatons that
become the domestic terrorists officials are always
warning us about.
During AFP’s conference call, one woman identified
as Leslie claims she discovered devices implanted in her
body with no recollection of the surgery. She mentioned
presenting visual proof to the commission.
The President’s Commission on Bioethics acknowledges,
and even seems remorseful about, experiments
perpetrated against American citizens.
Unfortunately, the media and elected representatives
are unwilling to admit that these supposedly dissolved
programs evidently still exist, and that they’re still harming

Illegal Activity Would Violate Nuremberg Code and Could Open Door to Prosecution
Press release from Physicians for Human Rights
In the most comprehensive investigation to date of health professionals’involvement in the CIA’s “enhanced” interrogation program (EIP),Physicians For Human Rights has uncovered evidence that indicates theBush administration apparently conducted illegal and unethical humanexperimentation and research on detainees in CIA custody.
The apparent experimentation and research appear to have been performed to providelegal cover for torture, as well as to help justify and shape futureprocedures and policies governing the use of the “enhanced”interrogation techniques.
The PHR report, Experiments in Torture: Human Subject Research and Evidence of Experimentation in the ‘Enhanced’ Interrogation Program, is the first to provide evidence that CIA medical personnel engaged inthe crime of illegal experimentation after 9/11, in addition to thepreviously disclosed crime of torture.
This evidence indicating apparent research and experimentation on detainees opens thedoor to potential additional legal liability for the CIA and Bush-eraofficials. There is no publicly available evidence that the Departmentof Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel determined that the allegedexperimentation and research performed on detainees was lawful, as itdid with the “enhanced” techniques themselves.
“The CIA appears to have broken all accepted legal and ethical standards put inplace since the Second World War to protect prisoners from being thesubjects of experimentation,” said Frank Donaghue, PHR’s ChiefExecutive Officer. “Not only are these alleged acts gross violations ofhuman rights law, they are a grave affront to America’s core values.”
Physicians for Human Rights demands that President Obama direct the Attorney Generalto investigate these allegations, and if a crime is found to have beencommitted, prosecute those responsible. Additionally, Congress mustimmediately amend the War Crimes Act (WCA) to remove changes made tothe WCA in 2006 by the Bush Administration that allow a more permissivedefinition of the crime of illegal experimentation on detainees in UScustody.
The more lenient 2006 language of the WCA was made retroactive to all acts committed by US personnel since 1997.
“In their attempt to justify the war crime of torture, the CIA appears to havecommitted another alleged war crime – illegal experimentation onprisoners,” said Nathaniel A. Raymond, Director of PHR’s CampaignAgainst Torture and lead report author. “Justice Department lawyersappear to never have assessed the lawfulness of the alleged research ondetainees in CIA custody, despite how essential it appears to have beento their legal cover for torture.”
PHR’s report, Experiments in Torture, is relevant to present-day national security interrogations, as well as Bush-era detainee treatment policies.
As recently as February, 2010, President Obama’s then director of nationalintelligence, Admiral Dennis Blair, disclosed that the US hadestablished an elite interrogation unit that will conduct “scientificresearch” to improve the questioning of suspected terrorists. AdmiralBlair declined to provide important details about this effort.
“If health professionals participated in unethical human subject research andexperimentation they should be held to account,” stated Scott A. Allen,MD, a medical advisor to Physicians for Human Rights and lead medicalauthor of the report. “Any health professional who violates theirethical codes by employing their professional expertise to calibrateand study the infliction of harm disgraces the health profession andmakes a mockery of the practice of medicine.”
Several prominent individuals and organizations in addition to PHR will file acomplaint this week with the US Department of Health and HumanServices’ Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) and call for anOHRP investigation of the CIA’s Office of Medical Services.
The PHR report indicates that there is evidence that health professionals engaged inresearch on detainees that violates the Geneva Conventions, The CommonRule, the Nuremberg Code and other international and domesticprohibitions against illegal human subject research andexperimentation. Declassified government documents indicate that:
- Research and medical experimentation on detainees was used to measure theeffects of large- volume waterboarding and adjust the procedureaccording to the results. After medical monitoring and advice, the CIAexperimentally added saline, in an attempt to prevent putting detaineesin a coma or killing them through over-ingestion of large amounts ofplain water. The report observes: “‘Waterboarding 2.0’ was the productof the CIA’s developing and field-testing an intentionally harmfulpractice, using systematic medical monitoring and the application ofsubsequent generalizable knowledge.”
- Health professionals monitored sleep deprivation on more than a dozendetainees in 48-, 96- and 180-hour increments. This research wasapparently used to monitor and assess the effects of varying levels ofsleep deprivation to support legal definitions of torture and to planfuture sleep deprivation techniques.
- Health professionals appear to have analyzed data, based on their observationsof 25 detainees who were subjected to individual and combinedapplications of “enhanced” interrogation techniques, to determinewhether one type of application over another would increase thesubject’s “susceptibility to severe pain.” The alleged research appearsto have been undertaken only to assess the legality of the “enhanced”interrogation tactics and to guide future application of the techniques.
Experiments in Torture: Human Subject Research and Experimentation in the ‘Enhanced’ Interrogation Programis the most in-depth expert review to date of the legal and medicalethics issues concerning health professionals’ involvement inresearching, designing and supervising the CIA’s “enhanced”interrogation program. The Experiments in Torturereport is the result of six months of investigation and the review ofthousands of pages of government documents. It has been peer-reviewedby outside experts in the medical, biomedical and research ethicsfields, legal experts, health professionals and experts in thetreatment of torture survivors.
The lead author for this report was Nathaniel Raymond, Director of the Campaign AgainstTorture, Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) and the lead medical authorwas Scott Allen, MD, Co-Director of the Center for Prisoner Health andHuman Rights at Brown University and Medical Advisor to PHR.
