I am a non-consensual human research subject of brain wave science which is currently classified for reasons which come under the heading of national security but what is in fact national suicide. Similar non-consensual brain and body research is currently happening to a number of other people throughout Ireland, many of whom I personally know. All of this non-consensual human research is being carried out wirelessly from implants in our bodies and brains which are connected by two way streams of low frequency electromagnetic energy to computer networks which are controlled by neuro operatives. These neuro operatives are unknown to us but they are able to conduct conversations with us through the two way streams of energy, some of which are connected to the hearing centres of our brains. We are being forced to listen to their voices coming from inside our heads every waking moment against our wills and without our permission. Strong radio frequency signals come from my ears and from the back of my head at random times throughout each day, when ever I check from them. Some other targeted individuals are also reporting this fact.
Last night, while I was in my home alone I heard myself saying the following phrase "wheelbarrow load" while I was thinking of something else entirely which was totally unrelated to that phrase. It was as if two parts of my brain were entirely disconnected from each other. I spoke about this to the neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head via a brain link. The neuro operatives replied as follows "Your brain has not been compartmentalized. It has been subdivided into sections in accordance with instructions from our superiors. I mention this incidence in case it is helpful to other non-consensual targeted individuals of brain link and neuro weapon research of which there appear to be hundreds of thousands if not millions of us throughout the world.
Non-consensual targeted individuals of brain wave science research have no recourse to the law. We have all made representations to the police. I myself have made two unsuccessful representations to the Irish Gardai, which is what the police in Ireland are called. Both representations ended in instructions to attend for psychiatric evaluation. This is the normal course of events whenever non-consensual neuro weapon research subjects complain to the police that a crime is being committed against them.

I will never again complain to the Gardai or a G.P. again about my horrific experiences of being a long term non-consensual brain science research subject because I can not risk being sent to a psychiatric hospital where I would be expected to ingest harmful substances posing as anti-psychotic medication and where I would be incarcerated and I would not be given a release date. These substances posing as medication are extremely poisonous. When I have taken them in the past, I experienced constant extreme tremors all over my body. I also experienced a strong and constant urge to pace constantly with no ability to relax. I also experienced very dulled thinking as if I could not connect fully with my own brain. Along with that I experienced extreme tiredness and lack of motivation and I was unable to go for long walks which I previously used to do. Substances posing as anti-psychotic medication are in fact punishments. The American military have admitted that they were planning to weaponize medicine by blending together medicines with the most extreme side effects and forcing people who do not fall in line with their growing dictatorship to take them under the guise of being mentally ill.
The neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head against my will and without my permission have informed me that they have been instructed to find a way to cover me which they explained means to find a way to control me, either by framing me for an illegal event or for a false psychotic event. They claim that they will not do this as they are doing their best to work in an ethical way while under extreme legal constraints themselves. Some of them are doing their best to behave in an ethical way but I would never agree that all of them are ethical because some of them have been extremely cruel to me over the years with constant death threats and insults which I hear coming from inside my own head up to dozens of times per day on some occasions.

If you have a large number of digital devices in your home I would advise you to keep them inside closed metal boxes when they are not in use. These digital devices send signals to each other thereby creating an electrical grid which can be used to create holograms inside your home which you may wrongly assume to be demons or extra-terresterials if you believe in the supernatural, which I personally dont. The demonic possession hoax, the extra-terresterial hoax, the poltergeist hoax, the moving statue hoax, the existence of space based weapons hoax are all falsehoods which you would realise if you were a long term brain wave science test subject and knew how things are being made to occur scientifically.
Certain people who have senior positions in Governments throughout the world are colluding with criminals by refusing to warn the general public about the extreme threat of worldwide enslavement from wireless directed energy weapons. They are doing so for many reasons but the foremost reason is the fact that they feel unable to disclose to the public that senior judiciary can be wirelessly interfered with by remote control while they are making a court judgement. If that fact alone was disclosed to the public all government systems would collapse overnight. We are being slowly and incrementally enslaved by wireless means. There is an easy solution. We aught to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities in our countries immediately such as microwave transmitters, millimeter wave transmitters and all modern street lighting which can and is being used to entrain the brains of people who live in urban areas into a false sense of happy apathy and indifference to a brutul enslavement plan that is about to come to fruition if nothing is done. Please act now. The existence of satellites are a laughable hoax. The enemy always exaggerates their powers. It is a well known tactic of war.

"She is exposing us as criminals in front of our peers." I recently heard this sentence coming from inside my head by means of military communication technology due to the fact that nano particulates have become imbedded inside my brain which allows unwanted communications. Whenever the brain researchers speak to me I reply in a way that lets other people who might be in their background know that the voices of said brain researchers are coming from inside my head unwillingly and without my permission. Whenever said brain researchers force their voices inside my head using this method I respond by saying the following "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head against my will and wholly without my permission while saying they following ( here you repeat what the unwanted voice has just said)."
If we allow ourselves to eventually become totally enslaved by wireless weapons we will no longer be allowed to use cash. All money will be digital and your bank account will be deleted if you refuse to be respectful and unquestioningly obedient to the enslavers. We must urgently disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities throughout the world now. We must tear down telephone masts, microwave transmitters, HAARP phased arrays, millimetre wave transmitters, GWEN towers and whatever else us being used to enable wireless capabilities. Drones are low enough to easily be shot down. Satellites are a laughable hoax and so is the International Space Station. They are some of the myriad of hoaxes that were created to exaggerate the power of the would-be enslavers. Wireless weapons and in-home surveillance and torture is not a hoax. As well as being a targeted individual of directed energy weapons myself, I know many other Irish people who are being in-home surveilled and tortured. I known of one young lady from Ireland who committed suicide because of being wirelessly harassed and tortured by wireless weapons. Nobody believed her

If you hear technologically induced voices coming from inside your head against your will and wholly without your permission you should always respond to them exactly as follows - "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head against my will and wholly without my permission while saying the following" (here you repeat exactly what they said to you.) Whenever you reply to the people who wirelessly transmit their voices into your head in this manner they react in annoyance for the following reason - The neuro operatives who interrogate me on a constant basis by reproducing their voices inside my head go on to sell their comments combined with my replies to interested parties in order to fully understand my personality type for purposes of brain research and many other types of research. However, they are not allowed to acknowledge to the seller exactly how they procured their data because their methods are highly unethical. The purchaser will only purchase the data on condition that they partially delete the part of my reply which says "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head against my will and wholly without my permission while saying the following". However, said neuro operatives can not delete any of my spoken words without incurring both legal and financial penalties at a later date because of an reason unknown both to me and to the  neuro staff who I do not know and who I have never met.

SOLUTION TO WIRELESS IN HOME TORTURE AND ENSLAVEMENT.
The third world war will be the easiest war ever fought and it will be won on behalf of the majority of the human race who will easily defeat the dark new world order crime cartel and send them packing for good. Nobody will even have to die. Our soldiers will simply destroy every telephone mast in sight as well as every microwave transmitter, every millimetre wave transmitter, every HAARP phased array, every GWEN tower and all other paraphernalia which enables us to be tortured in our own homes by wireless means by agents of the dark new world order who work by remote means and leave no evidence in their wake.

All of the technology that enabled wireless warfare is either ground based or is being propelled by drones which are low enough to be shot down. Space based weapons are simply an elaborate hoax for the simple reason that outer space does not exist. The second law of thermodynamics proves that air and space can not co-exist side by side. If outer space existed the vacuum of space would suck all of the air from the surface of the earth and we would be unable to breathe. Air and space can not be made to co-exist side by side in a laboratory setting.

We have been lied to about the existence of outer space satellites. Stationary drones have been wrongly identified as satellites. False video footage has been created by agents of the dark new world order crime cartel who falsely portrayed themselves as living and working in the international space station which is an easily proveable hoax. The people who are obliged to falsely portray themselves as working in the non-existent international space station are more than likely neuro slaves, which means they have become wirelessly tethered via internal body and brain implants to computer networks where they can be hurt by remote wireless means if they refuse to obey the orders of the dark new world order crime cabal and their agents.
We live in a world of indoctrination, a false reality construct where we are being asked to believe something because a group of dark occultists tell us it is so without providing a shred evidence to back up their claims. For every non-existent satellite they claim to launch they get five hundred million dollars of tax payers money. We must wake the world up and organise the militia to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling technology before another human being is forced to commit suicide due to being wirelessly tortured inside their own homes while being unbelieved by the unsuspecting population, many of who are under electronic mind control due to living in locations where electronic mind control frequencies are reaching them, which are claimed to be large urban populations.

I have no reason to live they believe. No friendly faces only ugly faces. 

People are mean to me. NOBODY understands Gangstalking.

 Unknown neuro operatives are  reproducing their voices inside my head using wireless embedded systems.  This process is known as microwave hearing, synthetic telepathy, or sometimes voice to skull direct human communication.  The military and intelligence services have been using this process to communicate with each other as well as their enemies for many decades.  It is being used on a world wide scale, mostly in secret.   Strong radio frequeny signals come from my ears at random times throughout each day as a result of this embedded system which possibly came about due to inhalation and ingestion of nano technology or through direct implantation of micro receivers and transmitters in the hearing centres of my brain.  

 I believe that the reason  that I am being non-consensually interrogated by voice to skull direct human communication technology every day for nearly sixteen years is because I am claiming disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome and the validity of my claim can not be verified by legal means. Therefore unknown individuals wielding advanced technology which enables them to reproduce their voices inside my head day and night  issue death threats and insults towards me and verbally harass me every waking moment for nearly sixteen years. They are also using similar technology to force me to feel unwanted sensations throughout my body.
When I reply to them by saying the following "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head wholly against my will and without my permission,  that then would allow another of their colleagues to know without any doubt how they are obtaining the non-consensual data they are gathering on me.  They then react in a  frightened manner  as if their colleague now knows that they have used unethical means to collect data on me and that would enable any colleague who happened to be listening to blackmail them or even to steal the data for their own use.

These neuro operatives wish to know if I am responsible for causing my symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome by wirelessly analysing what I eat and they can easily establish what I eat by wirelessly receiving information from nano sensors in my stomach and intestines which are currently being blended into some processed foods.  This is happening on a worldwide scale mostly unknown to the general public.  

I do not drink alcohol at all. I do not smoke cigarettes or take any type of drugs and I do not drink tea or coffee. I almost never eat refined sugar. I eat a plant based diet as well as dairy products. I do not eat meat, fish or eggs and I have no plans to eat meat, fish or eggs at any time in the future. I am not responsible for causing my irritable bowel syndrome problems.

The neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head have attempted to persuade me to drink alcohol and to resume smoking cigarettes which I gave up more than twenty six years ago. They are not trying to help me recover from irritable bowel syndrome. They are attempting to find a way to gain control over my life and if they do so they would then attempt to extrapolate that control system over all other human beings who complained of suffering from irritable bowel syndrome throughout the world. These neuro operatives are knowingly or unknowingly assisting the dark new world order would-be dictatorship in attempting to rigidly control everybody throughout the world by any means possible. I have never broken any law in my entire life.  I can think of no other reason why I would be put on this non-consensual program which is sometimes called remote neural monitoring along with remote neural manipulation, which I also experience.

Hundreds of thousands if not millions of people are currently complaining of similar experiences to mine. We are not being taken seriously due to the fact that electronic mind control is now  in widespread use in my country, Ireland and throughout most countries in the world.

I constantly write about my experiences of being a targeted individual of non-consensual and extremely unwilling neuro weapons research.  I do not get paid for being a neuro weapon research subject and I do not get paid for my continued writing about my experienes of being a neuro weapon research subject and I never would accept payment from these evil criminal neuro weapon researchers  who have harassed and psychologically tortured me for nearly sixteen years wholly without my permission or consent.

Un hombre joven muy joven al que apodan pipe gritó "VICTORIA", este joven posiblemente vive en las calles 16 y 17 del barrio Santa Cruz detrás de la iglesia del mismo barrio, otra voz, la de una mujer de la cual se puede decir que se siente la rabia y la satisfacción por lo que me está pasando, esta voz posiblemente está en la cuadra del la calle 21B  con carrera 27A o calle 21B con carrera 28. 

El tipo le explica en muy baja voz a sus amigos y seguidores todo lo que está haciendo, lo que espera hacer y lo que espera que Sugey haga, 

Hay una mujer que comunica lo que luis dice es decir que entre luis y otro grupo de personas no hay comunicación directa. 

La primera vez que escuché las voces, estaba acostada en la cama de mi hermana Mónica no recuerdo a qué hora del día, fue cuando escuché por primera vez que podían ver a través de mis ojos, lo supe porque un hombre joven vecino de Juan mi cuñado comentó que creía que Juan tenía mejor cuarto, que creía que Juan vivía mejor, se sorprendió al ver su cama y su televisor, en ese momento me hice consciente de que alguien más estaba en el cuarto, sentí varios dolores en el pecho como un dolor que me recorría de la cabeza al corazón. En ese momento me sentí asaltada y me sentí seguida y sentí que alguien más estaba en mí, fue cuando cuando tuve en primero ataque de pánico que he tenido en mi vida, en ese momento comencé a llorar y a desesperarme, estaba sola y me escondí detrás de la nevera creyendo que por ser metal me iba a proteger de la radiación, no recuerdo por qué tenía ese conocimiento pero me oculté, utilicé otros artículos de metal para cubrir mi cabeza. Estaba tan desesperada que vi a mi mamá le conté y ella llamó a Celso mi hermano, él dijo que lo mejor era sedarme, que me llevaran a la clínica, entonces me llevaron al Hospital Psiquiátrico San Camilo, donde me recibieron en urgencias, me sentí presa, amarrada, luego me pasaron a la clínica intrahospitalaria, donde dure mis primeros 15 días de infierno, en ese momento el controlador cesó la voz, pasé mi cumpleaños de 2013 en la clínica, eso me ha causado mucho dolor, ahora se que la primera marca que nos hacen a los TI es declararnos enfermos mentales, así se nos daña la hoja de vida, nadie nos dará empleo, perdemos nuestra autonomía, se nos tilda de locos, en este momento la gente cree que me voy a matar y no es así, nunca he intentado hacer algo contra mi vida. 

En medio de todo estoy segura que existe Dios, Él está más allá de los satélites y de cualquier entendimiento que pueda tener un ser humano. 

I am being non-consensually and unwillingly subjected to remote neural monitoring via brain to brain link and sometimes brain to computer link via embedded particulates in my brain due to drinking from the public water supply and possibly due to ingestion and inhalation.   Neuro operatives who are indirectly employed by military-intelligence can reproduce their voices inside my head using microwave hearing/synthetic telepathy/ voice to skull direct human communication technologies.  Millions of individuals other than myself are also complaining that they too are being subjected to remote neural monitoring as well as remote neural manipulation.  

Electronic mind control frequencies are being transmitted to hospital and government staff to the extent that we have failed to get them to take our complaints seriously.  I have made two representations to the police of my country, both resulting in a request to attend for psychiatric evaluation.  I have also informed psychiatrists and psychiatrist nurses of my predicament but to no avail.  They appear to be under such strong electronic mind control that they will not confront the existence of remote neural monitoring technology even if hundreds of thousands of individuals have complained to them that they are being targeted by it, which has been done across the world.    

There is no defence against electronic mind control other than to disassemble and ban microwave transmitters urgently.  Electronic mind control has made idiots out of people in positions of authority in the sense that it has convinced them to believe in all types of hoaxes such as the extra-terrestrial hoax, the demonic possession hoax, the poltergeist hoax, and many other hoaxes.

We will be in the grave for a billion years.  Do right while you still can.  

Mind control frequencies were used against the African Hutus by the American Military in order to drive them into a rage so that they eventually were mind controlled to butcher their neighbouring tribe the Tutsis to death. This was known by the American military as Operation Crimson Mist according to well known researcher and activist Deborah Traveras. Mind control frequencies are now being used against many people throughout the world so that they do not question the activities of their governments at a time when we are on the very edge of enslavement and culling. You must be strong enough to rise about the mind control frequencies being continually directed at you long enough to organise the people to disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and related paraphernalia in order to return as a human race to thinking clearly and logically.

Ya que les dije que dejaría las pruebas concretas para que los encarcelen por delitos de lessa humanidad, una mujer me dijo "Primero tendrá que vérselas con las rivales" 9.17 a.m. Le pregunté yo "Rivales ¿de qué? y ella calló. 

"Luis no me diga que es mera musa" dijo una mujer 9.18 a.m. En Colombia musa quiere decir apariencia. 

Dijo una mujer "tan pronto muera ellos van a entrar a la casa" 9.14 a.m. Yo ya los he visto, una noche, hace mucho tiempo, vi entrar cuatro como sombras de aproximadamente 2.5 metros. 

Enero 7. 2019. 6.39 a.m. luis nuevamente arremetió cuando me hicieron leer mi cartelito que dice "Qué estás pensando? y él contestó como haciendo pasar su voz como uno de mis pensamientos y dijo en suicidarse. 

Hola a todos, hoy 6 de enero de 2019, exactamente a las 6.20 p.m. acabo de pasar una más de lo que los torturadores son cuartetazos, el controlador prometió acabar con mi tortura, estuvo toda la mañana torturándome con lo que ya les he escrito anteriormente, primero, diseña aparentemente con mucho cuidado las palabras que me va a decir y los apodos con los que me llama, pero cuando hace los tales cuartetazos trata de lavar su imagen para y vuelve y esas mismas palabras las cambia por otras, por ejemplo me decía "BRUTA" y ahora le dice a la gente a través de la red que lo que me decía era "PUNTA" explicaba esta mañana que yo era la punta de un un monumental hielo en el mar. Los vecinos aun se preguntan y le dicen el loco y se preguntan por qué aun se meten con mi familia, el tipo le achaca culpas a mi papá y dice que tampoco le cae bien mi mamá.
